- Chris Laker: it is Indigenous People Day in the United States or Columbus Day, depending on who you ask. It used to be Columbus Day, just Columbus Day. And then people read about Columbus. Nobody used to read about Columbus. they just thought he was the best. then they found out no. And then for years, they still had Columbus Day. eventually somebody said, How about Indigenous People Day? the Columbus Day people were like, what the fuck? We can't have anything. so it is still Columbus Day officially. nobody gets off from work really. Maybe the post office is closed. think people who enjoy this show are maybe Indigenous People Day people, Or maybe you hate listen, hate watch this show, that's great. Welcome. if you hate me and then listen to me, you understand what it's like to be me. Except I don't celebrate Columbus Day I don't really celebrate Indigenous People Day. I don't do anything for it except say Indigenous People Day instead of Columbus Day. that doesn't even come up except for this. I don't go around wishing people a happy Indigenous People Day. I've never wished anybody a happy Columbus Day. I used to live on Columbus Avenue and there was no talk of renaming that. but I think that street is actually named after the director, Chris Columbus, who made Home Alone two. and I don't think he did anything bad. I hate to do this, but if you don't follow me on TikTok at Chris Laker Comedy and you're on TikTok, do that. And then like videos, write comments that are nice because I just have very literal people, the lit most literal people coming into my comments, I respond to all of them just like the hate listen, hate watch people. Happy for the engagement from whoever wouldn't mind more positive engagement. So if you're there, just I know I don't comment on anything. if I like something, I'll hard it and move on with my life. I have to get better at self promotion. Let's get to the news. Federal agents searched Rep Ilan Omar's home as part of criminal investigation, AP sources say. that sounds like political intimidation. Department of Justice is completely legitimate. So everything they say I assume is a lie until proven otherwise. most likely nothing will come of the investigation. It's just there to cast doubt and just say we suspect something. we suspect fraud from the most fraudulent administration. I can't say the most fraudulent administration. I don't know. It's up there. saying they're looking for fraud from people who are committing a lot of fraud. I'm not saying Democrats don't commit fraud. did say the other day about buying like a a member of Congress that Republicans love to be bought. Democrats love to be bought too. the Republicans do so much fraud when they start talking about fraud like whatever. you do more fraud. And that doesn't mean other fraud shouldn't be prosecuted, but it's like what stop it. You have so much fucking money. Can you stop stealing for five fucking minutes? I've watched YouTube videos about Moab two forty because I like to run I'm never gonna run an ultra marathon. I shouldn't even be running a marathon, which I am twenty second, Philadelphia Marathon. Two hundred and forty miles, running through all sorts of crazy terrain in Utah. People should not be doing this. it's cool to watch videos about it. They're equipped to sleep outside in shitty weather. Probably canceled the rest of the race. That's gotta be a relief I went, I tried, they canceled. Can I get a medal still? I don't attribute everything to mental illness, but what else is that? she's not all right. how homeschooled can you fucking be? I don't know that she's homeschooled, feels like there's some homeschooling involved. So there wasn't a ceasefire and Russia is attacking power plants. I don't think Putin reads true social posts and he's a I wanna say monster because he's a murderer and he's a war criminal and he's an awful person. But Monster almost gives him too much power. I think he's a like a diminished little man. And I hope he dies soon. French police arrest fourteen year old after two teaching staff shot and wounded by hunting rifle. That sounds very American. didn't kill anybody, so it's less American. They were just wounded. But this kid brought a hunting rifle to school, started shooting. Had nothing to do with the protests. the high schoolers are protesting. This is a middle school, so they're still in school, not out in the streets. They should be out there protesting. Maybe this wouldn't have happened. I guess this kid wanted to shoot up something. Luckily, not a great shot. I know yesterday was a little bit of a shorter show.
