- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Well top of the morning too.
- 0:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just after six o'clock on this beautiful Tuesday morning.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Nosanches today, But Kevin Mana does have those three things
- 0:09Speaker 3: you need to know.
- 0:10Speaker 4: Thank you, Zach. Good to see you, buddy, Good morning.
- 0:12Speaker 4: Thank you for being here for some drama to report
- 0:15Speaker 4: this morning. I don't know if you're up on like
- 0:17Speaker 4: the supposed beef between Taylor Swift and Blake Lively. Who
- 0:20Speaker 4: knows what's actually true, but according to you know, the
- 0:23Speaker 4: rumor mill, it has something to do with Blake's ongoing
- 0:25Speaker 4: legal battle over the movie It ends with us Taylor
- 0:28Speaker 4: was sort of dragged into it.
- 0:29Speaker 5: Again, you never really know what's true.
- 0:31Speaker 4: But the latest this morning is that Travis Kelsey has
- 0:34Speaker 4: supposedly unfollowed.
- 0:35Speaker 5: Ryan Reynolds on Instagram.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Oooh the team.
- 0:38Speaker 4: It's Taylor's boyfriend and Blake's husband. I don't know why
- 0:42Speaker 4: anybody put this together realized that he's no longer following him.
- 0:44Speaker 4: But that's a trending story this morning, espeously where he
- 0:47Speaker 4: goes PSA. Now, the deadline to get your real ID
- 0:50Speaker 4: is coming quick. It's almost may. I mean it's gonna
- 0:53Speaker 4: be it's going to be May on Thursday. That's crazy.
- 0:57Speaker 4: So May seventh, that's the deadline, a week from tomorrow.
- 1:00Speaker 4: According to these new laws, if you don't have a
- 1:03Speaker 4: real ID by that point, you may be unable to
- 1:05Speaker 4: board domestic flights and access certain federal buildings. So better
- 1:10Speaker 4: safe than sorry, and of course look into this before
- 1:12Speaker 4: you go. But you need proof of US citizenship or
- 1:14Speaker 4: legal presence, a proof of your full Social Security number,
- 1:17Speaker 4: and two proofs of Tennessee residency to get your real ID.
- 1:21Speaker 5: Just take it all whatever you have.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Have Social Security allio TN dot gov for all the info.
- 1:26Speaker 5: The deadline is eight days away. Zach just recently got his.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Yes, Hallelulia, we made it.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Lastly here congratulations to somebody, an unnamed person in the
- 1:35Speaker 4: Murphysboro area. A powerball ticket sold at the publics on
- 1:39Speaker 4: Memorial Boulevard and it just made someone one hundred and
- 1:41Speaker 4: fifty thousand dollars richer.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Oh I found a new sugar daddy. There you go, Zach,
- 1:46Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, they won the base prize of this thing,
- 1:50Speaker 4: which was fifty thousand dollars, but tripled it to one
- 1:52Speaker 4: hundred and fifty thousand dollars again the publics on Memorial
- 1:56Speaker 4: in Murphy's Borough.
- 1:57Speaker 5: That's where the luck is, the public. I wouldn't doubt
- 2:01Speaker 5: it at all.
- 2:02Speaker 6: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:04Speaker 5: Good morning to Jamie.
- 2:05Speaker 4: She's in her car right outside in Nashville. What's going on, Jamie?
- 2:08Speaker 1: Oh, yes, I got lucky this morning.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Oh lucky with what did you have? Lucky charms?
- 2:14Speaker 5: Yeah, lucky I'm talking to you.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Oh oh wow, We're so lucky to talk to you.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Yeah, we'll just go ahead and tell you right now.
- 2:21Speaker 4: You are the first caller of the day.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Awesome.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Yeah, you're getting tickets to see the Nashville Sounds on
- 2:26Speaker 4: May eleventh. We love the Nashville Sounds. Always a party
- 2:28Speaker 4: out there.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Congrats to you. Hey, I have a question. Are you
- 2:32Speaker 2: a mom?
- 2:33Speaker 7: I am a mom?
- 2:34Speaker 2: Well, good news.
- 2:35Speaker 3: The game is on Mother's Day, so you get to
- 2:37Speaker 3: celebrate on Mother's Day at the Nashville Sounds.
- 2:40Speaker 7: That's amazing.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah. You can go buy yourself a hot dog on
- 2:43Speaker 2: a beer for Mother's Day.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Sounds good, or have someone else buy it for you.
- 2:47Speaker 8: Oh.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I like the way you think, Kevin.
- 2:48Speaker 5: How many kids do you have, Jamie?
- 2:50Speaker 2: I have four boys? Whoa girl? What what are the ages.
- 2:55Speaker 7: Fifteen, fourteen, thirteen and ten.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Dang, there was a period of time where you were
- 2:59Speaker 4: really cranking them out there at this point. I mean,
- 3:03Speaker 4: I'm sure you always get that reaction when you say
- 3:05Speaker 4: you have four boys. People are like, whoa, that's a handful.
- 3:07Speaker 4: But at this point those ages are they helpful.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Around the house?
- 3:11Speaker 7: They're amazing.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Good.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Okay, which one is your favorite?
- 3:15Speaker 9: Ooh, you don't have to hit something.
- 3:17Speaker 7: Thirteen year old?
- 3:19Speaker 10: Year old?
- 3:20Speaker 3: The thirteen year old is your favorite.
- 3:23Speaker 7: We're not gonna go into the least favorite.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Oh, who's the least not to tell me?
- 3:28Speaker 2: Stay away from that.
- 3:29Speaker 5: Don't do it.
- 3:29Speaker 10: Don't do it, Jamie, stay away from that.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Thank you for calling.
- 3:33Speaker 4: We appreciate you waking up with us. And happy early
- 3:35Speaker 4: Mother's Day.
- 3:36Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I have a good day you too.
- 3:38Speaker 4: We're gonna put you on hold so we get all
- 3:39Speaker 4: your info. Okay, Cat believe she picked a favorite.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Kevin, which one is your favorite?
- 3:44Speaker 4: Between Molly and Riley my kids neither, they're both equally.
- 3:49Speaker 5: They both own half of my heart.
- 3:51Speaker 2: That was so nice of you. Tell me the truth.
- 3:53Speaker 5: I will off the year. We have more of those
- 3:55Speaker 5: sounds tickets tomorrow one O seven five of the.
- 3:57Speaker 6: River, Ricky Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Seven to five the River.
- 4:01Speaker 4: No Ricky Sanchez in here today, it's Kevin Mano with Zach.
- 4:05Speaker 5: And now Zach is taking off. You leave tomorrow morning.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Yeah, tomorrow morning, bright and early.
- 4:09Speaker 5: You're heading done to Mexico.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Yeah, for a wedding.
- 4:12Speaker 4: It's something that you've been looking forward to for a while.
- 4:15Speaker 5: You've been tasked with a huge honor at this wedding.
- 4:18Speaker 2: You could definitely call it an honor.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Would you say it's above performing the stair? You're not
- 4:22Speaker 4: performing the ceremony.
- 4:23Speaker 3: I am not officiating the wedding. No, but I think
- 4:26Speaker 3: it's above that.
- 4:26Speaker 4: You think it's even higher though, Yeah, all right, we're
- 4:29Speaker 4: gonna play Gracy Abrams if the song will actually play.
- 4:32Speaker 5: Nothing's working in here.
- 4:34Speaker 4: We're gonna play Gracy Abrams at some point here she
- 4:36Speaker 4: is uh, And then we'll find out what Zach is
- 4:38Speaker 4: doing at this wedding in Mexico.
- 4:39Speaker 6: One O seven five the River, Nicky Zach in the morning.
- 4:43Speaker 4: All right, So Zach is off to Mexico tomorrow for
- 4:46Speaker 4: a wedding. It's one O seven to five the River.
- 4:48Speaker 4: You're not getting married. No, absolutely not. No, Okay, I'm
- 4:52Speaker 4: just a guess at the wedding. Okay, but you said
- 4:56Speaker 4: you've been tasked with an honor that is even higher
- 4:58Speaker 4: than performing the ceremon I am.
- 5:00Speaker 2: So anxious about this. You have no idea.
- 5:03Speaker 3: The bride has asked me to do her makeup for
- 5:06Speaker 3: the wedding. That is a big thing, And I am
- 5:09Speaker 3: so anxious because I'm like, what if it looks bad?
- 5:11Speaker 3: What if I mess it up? What if it's not
- 5:13Speaker 3: exactly how she wanted? Like, this is her big day,
- 5:15Speaker 3: this is her wedding. There's gonna be so many photos.
- 5:17Speaker 3: There's gonna be every single angle like video. She has
- 5:20Speaker 3: to look perfect, and now the pressure is on me.
- 5:22Speaker 5: You'll probably have frame pictures from the same house for
- 5:25Speaker 5: the rest of their lives.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Okay, Kevin, keep adding to it.
- 5:28Speaker 5: Have you ever done this before?
- 5:29Speaker 11: No?
- 5:30Speaker 4: Hold on, not only just for a wedding, but like,
- 5:33Speaker 4: do you ever do people's makeup?
- 5:35Speaker 2: No, she ask you.
- 5:37Speaker 3: I I guess because whenever I do wear a makeup,
- 5:40Speaker 3: I do pride myself on it looking very beautiful and pretty. Yeah,
- 5:43Speaker 3: so I think she got the idea of like, whenever
- 5:45Speaker 3: I do wear makeup, I look stunning. So she was like, oh, Zach,
- 5:49Speaker 3: can just do it. I'm not going to pay for
- 5:50Speaker 3: a makeup artist.
- 5:52Speaker 5: I like that humble brag there, but it makes sense,
- 5:54Speaker 5: makes sense to me that.
- 5:55Speaker 2: I am so anxious about.
- 5:58Speaker 5: Can you like ut out your skills?
- 6:00Speaker 4: I know this is coming up tomorrow, you're leaving tomorrow,
- 6:02Speaker 4: but you want to be my model? That is not
- 6:04Speaker 4: where I was going with this, But like, do you
- 6:06Speaker 4: have any other friends, any women with similar faces?
- 6:09Speaker 7: No?
- 6:10Speaker 2: Just you, Kevin, You're my only friend.
- 6:12Speaker 5: Did you bring your stuff?
- 6:13Speaker 2: Yeah? I can go get it.
- 6:15Speaker 4: No, we're not doing this. We're not doing this. But
- 6:17Speaker 4: I wish you the best of luck. And can you
- 6:20Speaker 4: post photos?
- 6:20Speaker 8: Maybe?
- 6:21Speaker 2: Definitely?
- 6:22Speaker 3: If you want to see like the before and after,
- 6:24Speaker 3: you can just follow my Instagram. It's just at Zach
- 6:26Speaker 3: Woodward and I'm going to try my best and post
- 6:29Speaker 3: good photos.
- 6:30Speaker 5: I'm gonna try my best. It's probably not what you want.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I'm the best, post good photos.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Well, good luck, and I'm jealous.
- 6:37Speaker 2: You're going to Mexico.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Man, that's so excited for a Cancun but not excited
- 6:40Speaker 3: for the makeup.
- 6:42Speaker 2: No, you'll be great.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Three things you need to know?
- 6:45Speaker 3: Oh, well, good morning, and happy beautiful Tuesday to you know,
- 6:49Speaker 3: Ricky son Chest today. But we do have Kevin Manna
- 6:51Speaker 3: that has the three things you need to know.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Thank you, Zach, appreciate it.
- 6:54Speaker 4: A big international news story that we are all waking
- 6:57Speaker 4: up to this morning is the election up in Canada.
- 6:59Speaker 4: They were looking for a new prime minister and the
- 7:01Speaker 4: Liberal Party came out on top. That means Mark Carney
- 7:05Speaker 4: will stay on as the Prime minister. He was sworn
- 7:07Speaker 4: into that position I think last month after Justin Trudeau
- 7:09Speaker 4: stepped down, and yeah, he's staying in office. This election
- 7:12Speaker 4: has been getting a lot of attention on account of
- 7:14Speaker 4: the relationship between the US and Canada.
- 7:16Speaker 5: With President Trump back in office.
- 7:18Speaker 4: This prime minister has vowed to beat the US in
- 7:20Speaker 4: President Trump's trade war, so we can't expect tensions there
- 7:24Speaker 4: to ease anytime soon. If you've seen the Minecraft movie,
- 7:28Speaker 4: you probably know that there is one particular moment that
- 7:30Speaker 4: elicits some energy from the crowd. There's a chicken jockey
- 7:34Speaker 4: scene where audiences have been getting real rowdy.
- 7:36Speaker 5: They just the hooton and holler and.
- 7:38Speaker 4: That chicken what chicken jacket. It's like this little uh,
- 7:41Speaker 4: it's hard to explain it. That's a little zombie the Chicken.
- 7:44Speaker 2: I saw it movie. This has sort of.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Become a trend online.
- 7:47Speaker 4: People are filming all of the chaos inside the theater,
- 7:49Speaker 4: and now Warner Brothers they want to embrace it.
- 7:51Speaker 5: They just announced quote.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Block party editions screenings of this movie, which will encourage
- 7:57Speaker 4: the audience to sing and talk along with film and
- 8:00Speaker 4: go crazy. The screenings are gonna happen this Friday at
- 8:03Speaker 4: select theaters. I saw one video online people actually brought
- 8:07Speaker 4: a real chicken into the theater.
- 8:08Speaker 2: So no, it's no doubt that though it's getting out
- 8:11Speaker 2: of control.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Lastly the year, congratulations to Noko in East Nashville. They
- 8:15Speaker 4: just grabbed a spot on Open Tables list of the
- 8:17Speaker 4: top one hundred brunch restaurants in the entire country.
- 8:21Speaker 5: I just went to Noko for the first time.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I'd say, you've been before. Is it good?
- 8:24Speaker 5: A couple of weeks ago. I went for dinner. It
- 8:25Speaker 5: wasn't brunch. It was great.
- 8:26Speaker 2: I loved it.
- 8:26Speaker 5: I just I haven't been for brunch. I know Ricky
- 8:28Speaker 5: loves it.
- 8:28Speaker 4: We got this list factors and everything like the food,
- 8:32Speaker 4: the drinks, the ambiance.
- 8:33Speaker 5: The reviews, all of it.
- 8:34Speaker 4: And Noco is one of the best brunch spots in
- 8:37Speaker 4: the country according to Open Tables. So yeah, I would
- 8:40Speaker 4: love to get over there and check that out.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I'm gonna make a reservation right now.
- 8:43Speaker 5: Support local, Let's do it.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I love it.
- 8:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm Kevin Mano.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Those are three things you need to know, and now
- 8:48Speaker 4: this guy has something else you need to know, a
- 8:50Speaker 4: fourth thing, a fact, Zach's Facts. Every morning around seven
- 8:54Speaker 4: to ten he teaches all of us something, something interesting.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Buckle up, Buttercup, it's a good one today, all right.
- 9:00Speaker 4: It's right after Gigi Perez Other River one O seven
- 9:02Speaker 4: five the River Ricky Zach seven five the River. Ricky
- 9:07Speaker 4: Sanchez is out today. But Zach Woodward is here and
- 9:09Speaker 4: he has a fact.
- 9:10Speaker 5: It's Zach's Fact.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I think this is my favorite fact of all time.
- 9:14Speaker 3: The word couch. It comes from like old French and
- 9:17Speaker 3: it means to lie down. Okay, yeah, so every time
- 9:21Speaker 3: you see a couch, just lay down.
- 9:25Speaker 5: Did you know the word bed is shaped like a bed.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Oh it is with the headboard and the footboard. Yeah.
- 9:31Speaker 2: We're doing a lot right now.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Two facts of the prize of one and there are
- 9:34Speaker 3: your facts, multiple of them.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Of the Day one o seven five The River, Ricky,
- 9:39Speaker 1: Zach and Meno in the Morning yesterday, and here, Ricky
- 9:42Speaker 1: and Zach were sort of commiserating over their shared hatred
- 9:46Speaker 1: of hiking, even though they both are in relationships with
- 9:49Speaker 1: people that love to hike.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Yeah, my boyfriend loves hiking.
- 9:52Speaker 3: He's always like, let's go on hike. And I only
- 9:54Speaker 3: do it because I love him. I would never do
- 9:57Speaker 3: this on my own.
- 9:57Speaker 2: That's how outdoors.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Yeah, and she does not like to hike because when
- 10:02Speaker 4: AJ hikes, he's hacking through the brush and stuff.
- 10:04Speaker 5: He's climbing mound.
- 10:05Speaker 2: He is, he is. So we got to talking.
- 10:07Speaker 4: What is something that you despise but you do it
- 10:11Speaker 4: anyway for your significant other?
- 10:12Speaker 2: Hiking? Yes, we've dishes, we've established andre. There's got a
- 10:16Speaker 2: lot of examples.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 10:20Speaker 4: What is it for you something you don't like to do,
- 10:22Speaker 4: but you do it for your partner?
- 10:23Speaker 1: One oh seven five The River, Hicky, Zach and Man
- 10:26Speaker 1: in the Morning.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Things that you don't like to do but you do
- 10:30Speaker 4: for your significant other, like hiking.
- 10:31Speaker 5: That's Zach's example.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's awful.
- 10:34Speaker 5: Joey, good morning, Welcome to the river where you're calling from.
- 10:36Speaker 9: I'm calling from Mount Juliet, Oh.
- 10:39Speaker 2: That's where I grew up. Mount Juliet, Oh.
- 10:42Speaker 5: Night waved to Zach's old childhood home. While you're there, Joey,
- 10:46Speaker 5: what is it for you? What's an example for you?
- 10:47Speaker 4: Something you don't like to do, but you do it
- 10:49Speaker 4: because your significant other is into it.
- 10:50Speaker 9: Yeah, well, this one I'd be doing anyways, But it's
- 10:53Speaker 9: a lot longer with my significant other. We've been together
- 10:55Speaker 9: for five years, and my whole family, her whole family
- 10:59Speaker 9: is full of batters, and she takes about thirty forty
- 11:02Speaker 9: minutes longer every dinner we eat, So I'm sitting at
- 11:05Speaker 9: the dinner table for an extra forty minutes waiting for
- 11:08Speaker 9: her to finish.
- 11:08Speaker 5: She's a slow eater.
- 11:10Speaker 2: That would drive me absolutely insane.
- 11:14Speaker 9: Yeah, it drives me crazy, for sure. I try to
- 11:16Speaker 9: start doing the dishes and stuff. Well, she's finishing up,
- 11:19Speaker 9: but I'm still usually done the dishes before she's done eating.
- 11:22Speaker 5: I will say.
- 11:23Speaker 4: I mean, like, from a medical point of view, they
- 11:25Speaker 4: always say to take your time, chew your food, eat slowly,
- 11:28Speaker 4: So she's probably in the right here.
- 11:30Speaker 9: You would think that, Yeah, you would think that, but
- 11:33Speaker 9: she jumps up like she's choking all the time. So
- 11:35Speaker 9: something's not right.
- 11:37Speaker 5: Does she have a small little ostav? I guess what's
- 11:39Speaker 5: going on?
- 11:40Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:40Speaker 9: I guess so, I guess so dumthing's up?
- 11:43Speaker 2: Joey, are you gonna propose anytime soon?
- 11:46Speaker 9: Actually?
- 11:46Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 11:47Speaker 9: This year? Later this year? I am we uh just
- 11:49Speaker 9: picked out the ring. I'm putting the deposit on it
- 11:51Speaker 9: this Friday.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Oh how much money are you spending on it?
- 11:55Speaker 9: About five grand on the ring. It's a custom sapphire
- 11:58Speaker 9: ring that she's getting.
- 12:00Speaker 2: And then this is so exciting.
- 12:01Speaker 6: Man.
- 12:01Speaker 4: I wasn't sure that Zach's line of questioning was appropriate,
- 12:04Speaker 4: but you answered all the questions and this is great.
- 12:07Speaker 10: She knows what's happening.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Well, you and your slow eater, I hope you have
- 12:12Speaker 3: a beautiful wedding.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Please invite us.
- 12:14Speaker 10: Thank you very much.
- 12:15Speaker 9: Well, do you guys have.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Agree with your day?
- 12:17Speaker 4: Let us know if we can help with the proposalle
- 12:18Speaker 4: if you want to do something on the air or
- 12:20Speaker 4: something like we had come up to something cool.
- 12:22Speaker 10: Okay, Okay, sounds good.
- 12:24Speaker 9: I will thank you so much.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Yeah, we'll think about it. Some of the slow eater.
- 12:27Speaker 4: All right, we're in a brainstorm. Thanks for calling, buddy.
- 12:30Speaker 9: Thank you guys, have a good one.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the mo.
- 12:35Speaker 5: President and Murphy's Borough. Do you have an example?
- 12:37Speaker 7: So it's actually the other way around, Okay, good bye partners.
- 12:41Speaker 7: She is not a huge fan of kids and has
- 12:45Speaker 7: to work with kids a lot at work, and she
- 12:48Speaker 7: is just so good with my daughter and she takes
- 12:51Speaker 7: care of her and treats her well, just like she's
- 12:54Speaker 7: her own and I just I just want to appreciate
- 12:56Speaker 7: the fact that she she does that even though she
- 12:59Speaker 7: doesn't have to and doesn't really want kids ever.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Okay, so wait, what does she do for a job
- 13:04Speaker 3: that she's around kids all the time but hates them?
- 13:07Speaker 7: She didn't say, Well, she doesn't hate them. You know
- 13:10Speaker 7: how kids can be.
- 13:11Speaker 5: Yes, we do.
- 13:13Speaker 7: She works for the library, so she works she has
- 13:15Speaker 7: to work with a lot of kids.

- 16:17Speaker 4: of women, let's go back to Katy Perry's spaceflight for
- 16:19Speaker 4: a second. I know it seemed like everyone sort of
- 16:21Speaker 4: attacked Katie over the whole thing, and now one of
- 16:24Speaker 4: those people is apologizing singer Lily Allen. She has a
- 16:27Speaker 4: podcast and in the latest episode, she said she was
- 16:29Speaker 4: sorry for Pilon and she blamed her own quote internalized
- 16:33Speaker 4: misogyny for doing it. She said, I would actually like
- 16:36Speaker 4: to apologize for.
- 16:37Speaker 5: Being mean about Katy Perry last week.
- 16:38Speaker 4: I've been thinking about it a lot and it was
- 16:40Speaker 4: just completely unnecessary.
- 16:42Speaker 5: To pile on with her.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Okay, by the way, another Katie news she's out on
- 16:47Speaker 4: her own tour right now, but she just saw Lady
- 16:48Speaker 4: Gaga in Mexico City and she said it was magnificent
- 16:51Speaker 4: in that she was very proud of her old friend.
- 16:53Speaker 5: I love lady women supporting women there.
- 16:55Speaker 4: And lastly here I mentioned a concert announcement at the Pinnacle. Yesterday,
- 17:00Speaker 4: Shaboozy announced a brand new tour. It's the Great American
- 17:03Speaker 4: Road Show, his first headlining tour, which I love. And
- 17:06Speaker 4: of course yes he's going to come to Nashville. He's
- 17:08Speaker 4: gonna be at the Pinnacle, the brand new venue downtown
- 17:10Speaker 4: September twenty ninth, Shaboozy at the Pinnacle. Tickets go on
- 17:14Speaker 4: sale this Friday. I know Jonathan has some to give
- 17:16Speaker 4: away in the afternoons.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Right yeah, three twenty five for what's that sound?
- 17:19Speaker 3: If you want free tickets, Jonathan can give them to you.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Who win thos with Jonathan today right here on the river.
- 17:25Speaker 4: The Pinnacle is getting so many great shows. I still
- 17:26Speaker 4: haven't been. I'm not going to get in there, but
- 17:28Speaker 4: they're same. Their lineup is looking pretty.
- 17:30Speaker 6: Solid one.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Rickey, Zach and men in the Morning.
- 17:34Speaker 5: One seven five the River.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Yesterday I told Ricky and Zach story about when I
- 17:40Speaker 4: was in high school. I worked at a restaurant in
- 17:42Speaker 4: the town I grew up in Highland, Indiana, and I
- 17:45Speaker 4: just washed dishes in the back.
- 17:46Speaker 5: It was, you know, I didn't even know I worked there, really,
- 17:48Speaker 5: But then one day I had to quit.
- 17:49Speaker 4: I was leaving that job, uh, and I had to
- 17:52Speaker 4: go talk to my manager, and I couldn't do it.
- 17:54Speaker 5: I'm so bad at delivering bad news in any way.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Shape you cry, I cried, Kevin Mano. I will cried
- 18:01Speaker 3: from quitting a dishwasher.
- 18:02Speaker 5: So I was shaking having the conversation.
- 18:04Speaker 4: I was losing sleep knowing this conversation was coming, and
- 18:07Speaker 4: I was face to face with the woman and the
- 18:09Speaker 4: tears came.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Honestly, that makes a lot of sense about you, It's
- 18:12Speaker 2: who I am.
- 18:13Speaker 6: Man.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you're just like so gentle.
- 18:15Speaker 4: So now we want to know the dramatic ways you
- 18:17Speaker 4: quit your job. Are you a crier like me? Or
- 18:19Speaker 4: are you walking out with you know, some fingers in
- 18:22Speaker 4: the air six, one, five, seven, three seven nine, one
- 18:25Speaker 4: oh seven. However, you quit doesn't have to be dramatic.
- 18:28Speaker 4: I just want to know how other folks are quitting jobs.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Please make Kevin feel better because.
- 18:33Speaker 4: I cannot do it. Should get into some breakup story,
- 18:36Speaker 4: So I can't do that either. Oh my lord, how'd
- 18:38Speaker 4: you quit?
- 18:39Speaker 2: We want to know?
- 18:39Speaker 5: It's one oh seven.
- 18:40Speaker 6: Five the River, one oh seven five The River, Nicky.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Zach and Mano in the morning, Jessica in Nashville.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Welcome to one oh seven five the River. A moment ago,
- 18:48Speaker 4: I told a story about how I when I had
- 18:51Speaker 4: to quit a job in.
- 18:51Speaker 2: High school, I cried, cry baby, Kevin.
- 18:54Speaker 5: So now we want to know how other people have
- 18:57Speaker 5: quit jobs. What's your story?
- 18:58Speaker 11: So?
- 19:00Speaker 8: When I was a server, we had like an account
- 19:02Speaker 8: where we could log into Sara's schedules. I got locked
- 19:05Speaker 8: out of that account. I mean it weset well.
- 19:08Speaker 2: I walked in.
- 19:09Speaker 4: It was like a busy.
- 19:10Speaker 8: Sunday, everyone's running around. I find the one manager that's
- 19:13Speaker 8: on duty and he's like, no, no, no, I can't help
- 19:16Speaker 8: you right now. I can't do this. So I was like, okay,
- 19:18Speaker 8: and then I just left and never.
- 19:20Speaker 11: Walked back in there.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Oh oh, so you just walked out and said and
- 19:23Speaker 2: I'm done here.
- 19:24Speaker 11: Well, I'm locked out in my account.
- 19:25Speaker 2: So what's the purchase?
- 19:27Speaker 5: Had you already been thinking about leaving this job?
- 19:30Speaker 1: Oh?
- 19:30Speaker 8: Absolutely already had another job?
- 19:32Speaker 2: Oh?
- 19:32Speaker 5: Okay, gotcha? So you are ready? Yeah, okay, Well they
- 19:35Speaker 5: opened that door for you and you just walked through it.
- 19:37Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 19:37Speaker 8: I mean it made it pretty easy.
- 19:38Speaker 4: So yeah, all right, Jess for you, Thank you, and
- 19:41Speaker 4: no tears. It sounds like you didn't shed tears over
- 19:43Speaker 4: that one.
- 19:44Speaker 5: No, thanks for Colin. Have a great day.
- 19:48Speaker 11: Thank you too.
- 19:49Speaker 5: Jenna in Gallatin, Good morning. How did you quit?
- 19:53Speaker 6: So?
- 19:53Speaker 11: Back in college I worked for a very very popular
- 19:57Speaker 11: fried chicken fast food.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Restaurant, Zach Okay, okay.
- 20:03Speaker 11: But so anyways, it was a bit of a toxic
- 20:08Speaker 11: work environment. So I was like, whatever I quit, I'm
- 20:11Speaker 11: going to make a statement. So I went to the
- 20:14Speaker 11: store and got a sympathy card and it said sorry
- 20:17Speaker 11: for your loss, and inside I wrote, it's me. I'm
- 20:21Speaker 11: leaving in two weeks.
- 20:23Speaker 2: I love the drama of this, so sorry for that.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Oh my goodness.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Do you remember how this manager reacted?
- 20:33Speaker 11: She kind of like chuckled a little bit, but I
- 20:36Speaker 11: can tell she wasn't like very amused.
- 20:39Speaker 5: Yeah, that's good though, I've never heard of that though.
- 20:41Speaker 5: The sympathy card.
- 20:42Speaker 2: That's impressive.
- 20:43Speaker 11: Highly recommend it.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Alright, wait, did you work the entire two weeks afterward?
- 20:48Speaker 4: Like?
- 20:48Speaker 2: Was it so awkward?
- 20:49Speaker 11: I did work for two weeks, and I just kind
- 20:52Speaker 11: of avoided eye contact.
- 20:56Speaker 6: Ricky zachon Manno in the morning on the River.
- 21:00Speaker 5: Good morning Kenny in Springfield.
- 21:02Speaker 10: Hey, good morning guys.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Welcome to one oh seven five the River. Tell us
- 21:05Speaker 4: how you dramatically quit your job.
- 21:08Speaker 10: Yeah, so let me tell you. I walked into work
- 21:12Speaker 10: and left post it notes all over the office say
- 21:15Speaker 10: and I quit, I'm out of this and walked out
- 21:19Speaker 10: and left.
- 21:21Speaker 5: How many post it notes are we talking realistically?
- 21:24Speaker 9: Uh?
- 21:24Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean I left probably about seven totally toxic
- 21:28Speaker 10: work environment.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Man, Well, I hope you got another job paying a
- 21:31Speaker 3: whole lot more money.
- 21:32Speaker 2: So you can rub it in their face.
- 21:35Speaker 10: Absolutely. I mean I had what I had an interview
- 21:37Speaker 10: mind up before I walked out.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Okay, okay, an interview. It's still pretty risky.
- 21:41Speaker 3: I don't know the drama I am so here for
- 21:43Speaker 3: and if I ever quit, that is how I'm going.
- 21:45Speaker 6: To do it.
- 21:47Speaker 10: That's right.
- 21:47Speaker 5: And you said you have a job now.
- 21:49Speaker 10: Yeah, yep, I sure do.
- 21:50Speaker 5: Okay, good it all worked out for.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Kenny again, this is more inspiration for me to do that.

- 21:57Speaker 2: What are you if? I love my job, I don't

- 22:12Speaker 2: And by the way, this.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Whole thing started because I said I cried in high
- 22:15Speaker 4: school when I quit a job at a restaurant.
- 22:17Speaker 5: Zach has giving me a hard time for that.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Lo and behold, Zach, would you like to tell us

- 22:23Speaker 3: Okay, cry baby, Kevin, I also cried when I quit
- 22:26Speaker 3: Cracker barrel.
