- 0:23Speaker 1: It is time believe your worries outside laugh with us
- 0:28Speaker 1: inside the treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley. Along with today Raj
- 0:33Speaker 1: Sharma and Jerry Caldwell trade Trendholm has earned himself a
- 0:41Speaker 1: very deserved day off even though he's at his other job.
- 0:47Speaker 1: You know, he's mad. Drey will be back here tomorrow though.
- 0:51Speaker 1: No worries and as far as I know, no one died,
- 0:55Speaker 1: unlike Raj when you missed all the time last week,
- 0:57Speaker 1: there was a death in the family. And again our
- 0:58Speaker 1: sympathies to you. Thank you so much, and also thank
- 1:01Speaker 1: you for the jokes last week. I was I was
- 1:06Speaker 1: thinking about the half off coffins.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, everybody has all the family has has gone home.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I believed, right.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Y Yeah, no, I mean it's it's always nice. They're
- 1:20Speaker 2: wonderful people, but they are not all living in our
- 1:23Speaker 2: house now. They've gone back home. And I think we
- 1:28Speaker 2: get ashes today tomorrow, so everything's uh, you know, it's
- 1:36Speaker 2: all done. So everybody's kind of moving forward. We're still
- 1:40Speaker 2: getting nice gifts. We just got a I think we
- 1:43Speaker 2: just got a candle. Someone se sense and candle. I
- 1:46Speaker 2: don't know who does that?
- 1:48Speaker 1: Is that supposed to be like a cremation gift.
- 1:51Speaker 2: I don't. That's a weird thing. Like I thought white
- 1:53Speaker 2: people did cast roles, and I have yet to I
- 1:57Speaker 2: have I have yet to get one. I have not
- 1:59Speaker 2: had a.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Single Roccoley cheese and rice gas role. That's a classic.
- 2:03Speaker 2: No, we got potatoes. We got the turkey pin wheels. Uh,
- 2:09Speaker 2: somebody from Costco. They didn't even make them. Uh. And
- 2:12Speaker 2: then uh, Clancy, I don't know if you know the
- 2:16Speaker 2: chips Clancy, Oh yeah, it's they're not good. But but
- 2:22Speaker 2: some of somebody sent the bag of those.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Yeah, no, you mentioned those. You mentioned the Clancys at
- 2:26Speaker 1: the road show. Yeah, they just sent a bag of chips.
- 2:30Speaker 2: They sent a big bag of like the individual chip things.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Oh so it's like, okay, your pa.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Yes, writing pack. So it's like, you know, the barbecue,
- 2:40Speaker 2: sour cream and onion and regular flavor, all that stuff.
- 2:43Speaker 2: So we just got a big bag of Clancy's and
- 2:46Speaker 2: some pinwheels. But I was really looking forward to white
- 2:49Speaker 2: people cast role.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I can't believe you haven't gotten a castrole, Jerry. I
- 2:53Speaker 1: think uh, I think you need to whip up, whip
- 2:55Speaker 1: up raja casserole.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Are you are you? Are you are you known for
- 3:01Speaker 2: your cast roles? Uh? Yeah, yes, I'm gonna go with No.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Here's the thing with a casserole. You don't necessarily have
- 3:12Speaker 1: to be good at it because all you do is
- 3:13Speaker 1: you throw a bunch of stuff in there. Probably throw
- 3:16Speaker 1: in like some type of liquid, not a ton of
- 3:18Speaker 1: it because you don't want it to be soupy, but
- 3:20Speaker 1: a little bit of a liquid, like maybe a cream
- 3:22Speaker 1: of mushroom or something like all on those something creamy, right,
- 3:26Speaker 1: you know, want something creamy. And then you throw it
- 3:28Speaker 1: in the oven for half the day and you pull
- 3:30Speaker 1: it out and it's cooked.
- 3:32Speaker 2: The hell you can just not go to Looby's and
- 3:35Speaker 2: and get the at the end of the buffet is
- 3:40Speaker 2: the broccoli cheese casserole?
- 3:42Speaker 1: Yeah? Wait, wait till forty five six o'clock, when you
- 3:45Speaker 1: know all the good stuff's been picked over already, when
- 3:52Speaker 1: powder is down to like just one filet of fish
- 3:55Speaker 1: and it's questionable, and.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Just just just put that in a dish and pretend
- 4:01Speaker 2: like you made it.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I think there's a I think that is a legitimate
- 4:05Speaker 1: way to go.
- 4:06Speaker 2: My my mother in law who passed, she would take
- 4:11Speaker 2: to church. She would take a strawberry salad and everybody
- 4:15Speaker 2: raved about how great it was and delicious. Yeah, it
- 4:19Speaker 2: was bought at Wendy's. She bought four of them and
- 4:21Speaker 2: put them in a casserole dish.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Good for her, those are good salads. Yes, that really
- 4:28Speaker 1: is one of the best fast food salads on the planet.
- 4:31Speaker 2: So she was famous for her and I hope nobody
- 4:34Speaker 2: from her church is listening. She was famous for the
- 4:37Speaker 2: strawberry salad and everybody was like, can you give us
- 4:40Speaker 2: the recipe? And she would tell everybody no, She's like,
- 4:43Speaker 2: it's my it's my secret.
- 4:45Speaker 1: So she wasn't lying. It was her secret. And then
- 4:47Speaker 1: did she follow it up with and I'm going to
- 4:49Speaker 1: take it to mcgrave?
- 4:50Speaker 2: Yes, And turns out it was we would just drive
- 4:54Speaker 2: to Wendy's and she would get four or five of them,
- 4:57Speaker 2: put them in the bowl, and then tell us to
- 4:59Speaker 2: shut up.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So there you go. Yeah, I could tell you, but
- 5:05Speaker 1: I would have to kill you. The great news about this,
- 5:09Speaker 1: Raj is you are now going to be able to
- 5:12Speaker 1: be the person that brings the strawberry dish, the strawberry
- 5:16Speaker 1: salad dish wherever you go. And you can say that
- 5:20Speaker 1: that your you know, your mother in law loved you
- 5:23Speaker 1: so much she gave me. You inherited the secret. You
- 5:29Speaker 1: and only you. Nobody else, no, no offshoot of a cousin,
- 5:33Speaker 1: no fun uncle. You. You were the sole beneficiary of
- 5:38Speaker 1: that strawberry salad, and you must now take it everywhere
- 5:42Speaker 1: you go.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I'll just tell her that her, her sister, Wendy, is
- 5:46Speaker 2: the one who came up with the recipe.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Careful, some people are going to get that clue and
- 5:53Speaker 1: they're going to put two and two together and be like, hey,
- 5:56Speaker 1: it is interesting, though, that while while your mother in
- 5:58Speaker 1: law would bring this strawberry salad to everyone at church,
- 6:02Speaker 1: how is it that no one at church, I'm assuming
- 6:05Speaker 1: this is hundreds of people. There isn't one person that
- 6:09Speaker 1: said this tastes a lot like that strawberry salad from Wendy's.
- 6:12Speaker 2: It's nobody did. Everybody's like Melinda has the best. I mean,
- 6:17Speaker 2: she brings strawberry salad every single weekend. She has the
- 6:21Speaker 2: best recipe, and everybody wanted to know what it was.
- 6:24Speaker 2: And I have been in the car when she's ordered
- 6:29Speaker 2: five or six of the four or five six of them.
- 6:31Speaker 2: However many they're expecting at church that Sunday and put
- 6:35Speaker 2: it in a bowl and she just looked at me
- 6:37Speaker 2: and it was It's the most wonderful Texas Christian thing.
- 6:42Speaker 2: She's like, you will shut your mouth and I was like, yes, ma'am.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And because you've kept your mouth shut, now you've got
- 6:52Speaker 1: the recipe.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Yeah. I watched her lie in church, which is the
- 6:56Speaker 2: most amazing thing I've ever seen anybody do. She lied
- 7:03Speaker 2: in the House of the Lord and I watched it. Uh,
- 7:07Speaker 2: and she was the lay minister, so it was even better. Yeah.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Wow, So she's she's part of church management. I bet
- 7:17Speaker 1: that's how she was able to get away with it.
- 7:19Speaker 1: No one wanted to mess with a woman in power.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Yeah, but uh, I've never I've never seen anybody lie
- 7:29Speaker 2: in church or oh I have.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I went to Catholic school for two years. I saw
- 7:34Speaker 1: lots of lying.
- 7:38Speaker 3: You're listening to the Treehouse. Visit us online that Treehouse
- 7:42Speaker 3: on air dot com.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Let's get Daniel Cook into the Treehouse. His phone number
- 7:54Speaker 1: that you will need is eight three three Cook df W.
- 7:57Speaker 1: The website Cook dfw dot com. Daniel, is it a
- 8:00Speaker 1: good idea for someone to give you a call for
- 8:02Speaker 1: that free roof inspection before or after their homeowners' insurance renews.
- 8:08Speaker 4: There's only one thing more stupid than the Treehouse. It's
- 8:14Speaker 4: it's trusting that your insurance rates are not going to
- 8:18Speaker 4: go up and thinking that you're going to be okay,
- 8:22Speaker 4: not looking at your policies. Insurance rates are crazy, They're stupid.
- 8:28Speaker 4: It's going up up in a way, regardless if you
- 8:31Speaker 4: want it to or not, regardless if you've ever had
- 8:33Speaker 4: a claim, regardless if you are the perfect client for
- 8:39Speaker 4: the insurance company. Everybody's rates are going up. Deductibles are
- 8:42Speaker 4: forciitable going up. People are getting raised up to two
- 8:45Speaker 4: three percent deductibles. There's nothing you're going to be able
- 8:48Speaker 4: to do about it. The only thing I can highly
- 8:49Speaker 4: recommend look at your renewal, see when it's coming up.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Be knowledgeable. You need to have your house checked out
- 8:56Speaker 4: before your renewal. Why would you wait and pay more
- 9:00Speaker 4: if you could pay less in getting it done?
- 9:02Speaker 1: Now, that was a good answer. So I'm not gonna
- 9:06Speaker 1: be man at you for calling calling the treehouse stupid.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Even we love stupid in the treehouse though, all right,
- 9:11Speaker 1: good now I feel better. We eat stupid dinner. Just
- 9:16Speaker 1: can't do it in real life. Sometimes that is very true.
- 9:20Speaker 1: And I appreciate that and appreciate you, and you too

- 10:16Speaker 1: There is controversy in the state of Texas, and I
- 10:19Speaker 1: don't think I'm overstating that enough because I don't know
- 10:22Speaker 1: if Raj, if you, or Jerry saw this, but I
- 10:27Speaker 1: am absolutely floored by the result of a new national
- 10:31Speaker 1: survey of convenience stores in which the legend itself Luckies BUCkies,
- 10:42Speaker 1: the the road warrior beaver throughout the South came in
- 10:51Speaker 1: What are you imagining, Furiosa, the BUCkies story.
- 10:58Speaker 2: When you said the road Warrior Beaver, I'm like, there
- 11:00Speaker 2: are many a stripper in this town that were called that.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but they're usually at the loves for obvious reasons.
- 11:11Speaker 2: I don't know if you guys remember there used to
- 11:13Speaker 2: be before.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Called Bucky's not Sucky, although if they had that, it
- 11:21Speaker 1: would have been.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Number one and the beaver nuggets would fly. Oh oh yeah,
- 11:29Speaker 2: But I don't know if you guys remember Carl's Corner.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm thirty five going south out of Dallas.
- 11:36Speaker 2: That burned down and then Willie Nelson did a fundraiser
- 11:39Speaker 2: for it. I don't know if you guys know this,
- 11:41Speaker 2: but there was a strip club in the back of
- 11:44Speaker 2: the Carl's Corner gas station before it burned down.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Oh before it burned out. I did not know that?
- 11:49Speaker 1: Is that?
- 11:49Speaker 3: Is that?
- 11:50Speaker 1: The reason that it burned down was that the cause
- 11:53Speaker 1: of the fire someone a little too hot.
- 11:56Speaker 2: I wouldn't be surprised, but I had gotten a flat
- 12:00Speaker 2: tire on my way back to college, and so I
- 12:04Speaker 2: kind of got a trucker picked me up, which I
- 12:09Speaker 2: know nothing happened. Would a trucker picked me up and
- 12:13Speaker 2: drop where were you?
- 12:14Speaker 1: The road Warrior Beaver.
- 12:17Speaker 2: I was the sucky.
- 12:22Speaker 1: No no, no, no no, he would be the suck.
- 12:25Speaker 2: E yees.
- 12:27Speaker 3: H.
- 12:27Speaker 2: He dropped me off at the Carl's Corner and I
- 12:29Speaker 2: was kind of standing. I just saw these girls kind
- 12:31Speaker 2: of walking very scantily dressed, and I asked the guy
- 12:35Speaker 2: behind the counter. I was like, what's going on with that?
- 12:37Speaker 2: He goes, oh, we have a strip club back here.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Of all the years that what was it the Texas
- 12:47Speaker 1: road Trip show that that had been on on Channel
- 12:50Speaker 1: eight in Dallas four, I don't know thirty forty years
- 12:55Speaker 1: that the dude from Dairy Queen hosted it. You're trying
- 12:59Speaker 1: to tell me all the times I watched that show,
- 13:01Speaker 1: not once did they ever do a feature on the
- 13:05Speaker 1: strip club. Behind Carl's Corner.
- 13:08Speaker 2: There was a door that was I'm not even making
- 13:10Speaker 2: this up. There's a door that was next to the
- 13:12Speaker 2: beer cooler that you pulled and it was kind of
- 13:15Speaker 2: like a secret door, and that's how you got into
- 13:17Speaker 2: the strip club. I watched it. If I hadn't seen
- 13:20Speaker 2: it with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I'm still said, you only knew it was there. If
- 13:27Speaker 1: you knew it was there.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Yes, and I think it was you know, I think
- 13:33Speaker 2: it was a place where the lot lizards could go dance.
- 13:36Speaker 1: That's what it was, what to get their cardio in.
- 13:42Speaker 1: It's the lot lizard gym. It might be better money in there,
- 13:45Speaker 1: who knows. So I maybe that's how. Maybe that's how
- 13:49Speaker 1: you move up, Like, that's how you get promoted. You
- 13:51Speaker 1: go from lot lizard to you know, lap lizard, lap lizard.
- 13:56Speaker 1: There you go, thank you, thank you. I'm glad you
- 13:59Speaker 1: could see the stroke go on my face trying to
- 14:01Speaker 1: think of some type of a joke with alliteration, and
- 14:05Speaker 1: I was somewhere with the bearded dragon and it wasn't
- 14:07Speaker 1: going anywhere good. So thank you for a lap lizard.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Yeah you go, you get you started lot lizard and
- 14:13Speaker 1: you get promoted to lap lizard. And what's great about
- 14:15Speaker 1: that is obviously you get to go inside.
- 14:20Speaker 2: I'm sure more waste than one. Yeah. And then I
- 14:25Speaker 2: think at the end of your career to become the
- 14:28Speaker 2: bearded dragon, that's what that's how, that's how, that's how
- 14:32Speaker 2: that ends.
- 14:33Speaker 1: You end up you end up as the bearded dragon.
- 14:35Speaker 1: And someone's terrarium it's about to say, she's like the
- 14:40Speaker 1: den mom She's like, yeah, she's.
- 14:43Speaker 2: The house mom. So, but you were saying like Bucki's
- 14:46Speaker 2: uh and and I will go against the grain. I
- 14:50Speaker 2: am not a fan of that place. How do you?
- 14:52Speaker 1: How do you click him off? How dare you? I?
- 14:58Speaker 2: I don't like it?
- 14:59Speaker 1: You are you are a Texan? You are you are
- 15:02Speaker 1: more Texan than I am because unlike me, you were
- 15:05Speaker 1: actually born in Texas. Yes, I'm a transplant from northeastern Oklahoma,
- 15:11Speaker 1: and I got I got here when I was nine,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and I am a I am a BUCkies fan, don't
- 15:17Speaker 1: I'll see those BUCkies stickers everywhere. I am stunned at
- 15:21Speaker 1: BUCkies came in third in this national survey.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I am glad it did. I am not a fan
- 15:27Speaker 2: of it.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Okay, then then what convenience store would you rank above BUCkies?
- 15:31Speaker 1: Let's see if everyone that took the survey agrees with
- 15:34Speaker 1: you in Texas, I'm a nationwide survey.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Nationwide survey. I would go with the whip in I'm
- 15:47Speaker 2: a fan of that one, and I do like loves.
- 15:51Speaker 2: I'm a Loves fan. Yep.
- 15:54Speaker 1: So BUCkies ranked third in this national survey. You had
- 16:01Speaker 1: coming in Uh. Let's see a new study ranking the
- 16:04Speaker 1: best convenience stores in the nation. Texas based BUCkies is
- 16:07Speaker 1: tied with Murphy USA for the third spot on the list.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Is it the only Murphy USA I've been in? Is
- 16:16Speaker 1: coming in? First? Was the East Coast slash Southeast favorite
- 16:22Speaker 1: wah wah eh and then Quick Trip so number three,
- 16:27Speaker 1: BUCkies number two, Quick Trip number one is wah wah
- 16:33Speaker 1: I was.
- 16:34Speaker 2: I was at a wah wah two a week and
- 16:35Speaker 2: a half ago when I was in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
- 16:39Speaker 6: Better me Knocks and Loves and Murphy's and Quick Trip
- 16:43Speaker 6: all the same. You could take the branding off of
- 16:47Speaker 6: one building stick at the other branding on the building
- 16:49Speaker 6: and it would I would not know the difference.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I will say, I am a fan of the Quick Trip,
- 16:53Speaker 1: but it is the same as like to me BUCkies
- 16:55Speaker 1: as a whole other level.
- 16:57Speaker 6: Now, granted, the Quick Trip has the soft serve uh
- 17:00Speaker 6: frozen yogurt.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Thank god you said frozen yogurt, but has off serve
- 17:07Speaker 1: at Carl's Corner. Now, his name is.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Steve the.
- 17:20Speaker 5: Visit us online, a treehouse on air.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Dot com Soft Serve Steve.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Do you like a literation?
- 17:31Speaker 1: I do. I love it almost as much as I
- 17:34Speaker 1: love soft serve. Uh, let's get Jacqueline from Brooks Plumbing
- 17:42Speaker 1: into the treehouse now two one, four, three six eight
- 17:45Speaker 1: thirty eight thirty eight The website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. Jacqueline,
- 17:48Speaker 1: I know firsthand how great you are with your customers,
- 17:52Speaker 1: and I'm curious, is that just because you love me
- 17:54Speaker 1: for my podcast radio ability or do you just you know,
- 17:57Speaker 1: you treat everyone with you know, respect and dignity and awesome.
- 18:00Speaker 7: I would like to think we treat everybody with respect
- 18:03Speaker 7: to dignity. However, I just was saying to somebody the
- 18:07Speaker 7: other day not to toot my own horn, but too
- 18:08Speaker 7: toot here we come. I think my moral compass is
- 18:11Speaker 7: just really good, and I think it leaks into the business.
- 18:15Speaker 7: And I had one of our warehouse suppliers, because we
- 18:18Speaker 7: got a little warehouse in the building where we stock
- 18:19Speaker 7: all our normal stuff, come in to do inventory today
- 18:22Speaker 7: and he goes, hey, have you guys thought about selling
- 18:24Speaker 7: the annual memberships? And I said, well, of course we
- 18:27Speaker 7: thought about it, and he goes, well, I just got
- 18:28Speaker 7: done restocking, you know, taking inventory for this other plumbing
- 18:32Speaker 7: company in town, and they made like X amount of
- 18:35Speaker 7: million on just memberships alone. Last year, and I said, yeah,
- 18:37Speaker 7: it sounds like a great plan. I said, but let
- 18:39Speaker 7: me ask you a question. What do they do for
- 18:42Speaker 7: you from just a plumbing aspect to you? Well, will
- 18:44Speaker 7: they come into the house once a year. They check
- 18:46Speaker 7: the water heater, They check your faucets, They check the drains.
- 18:49Speaker 7: You know, we were talking in cabinets obviously not under
- 18:52Speaker 7: the sewer or not under the foundation.
- 18:54Speaker 2: You know.
- 18:54Speaker 7: They check and make sure that your water pressure's okay
- 18:56Speaker 7: and that you know, the fixtures aren't leaking. And I'm like, yeah,
- 19:00Speaker 7: but I myself would never buy one of those memberships
- 19:04Speaker 7: because I know if my water pressure is too low,
- 19:07Speaker 7: because I would see the difference. I would know if
- 19:10Speaker 7: my water heater wasn't working because there wouldn't be any
- 19:13Speaker 7: hot water. I would know if my sink was slow draining,
- 19:16Speaker 7: because I use my sink. I would not pay somebody
- 19:19Speaker 7: three hundred dollars a year or whatever the membership be is,
- 19:22Speaker 7: to come look at my plumbing once a year and
- 19:25Speaker 7: tell me, oh, hey, look, I have identified this problem
- 19:28Speaker 7: and I now want to charge you X amount of
- 19:30Speaker 7: dollars on top of your annual membership for me to
- 19:34Speaker 7: fix it. I would like to assume if you live
- 19:37Speaker 7: in your own home, you know when something's wrong. Obviously,
- 19:40Speaker 7: we can't catch everything, and nobody has a crystal ball
- 19:43Speaker 7: and nobody has X ray vision. But for the most part,
- 19:46Speaker 7: the average home owner knows when they get in the
- 19:48Speaker 7: shower that it's ice cold and the water heater is
- 19:50Speaker 7: not working. And I just can't understand selling my portfolio
- 19:54Speaker 7: of customers a three hundred dollars annual membership for me
- 19:58Speaker 7: to come into their home and look for things that
- 20:01Speaker 7: I might be able to sell them. That's absurd to me.
- 20:04Speaker 7: And I just don't ever think I'm gonna do that,
- 20:08Speaker 7: And if I do ever start doing it, I'm gonna
- 20:10Speaker 7: find I swear to God, the only honest and valuable
- 20:13Speaker 7: proposition that anybody comes up with. But still to this day,
- 20:17Speaker 7: I cannot justify doing that to anybody. I think it's nonsense.
- 20:20Speaker 1: So there you go. She's gonna take care of you.
- 20:22Speaker 1: You are first in Jacqueline's plumbing book. Give her a
- 20:26Speaker 1: call for any and all of those plumbing once and
- 20:28Speaker 1: needs two, one, four, three, six, eight, thirty eight, thirty eight,

- 21:05Speaker 6: Hey, hey Dan, can we can we circle back to
- 21:08Speaker 6: the to the convenience store thing again for a minute?
- 21:10Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 21:10Speaker 6: Sure, BUCkies, I'm telling you this is a travesty. Bucky
- 21:16Speaker 6: should have come in first place, if for no other reason,
- 21:21Speaker 6: then it's fabulous, fabulous selection of jerk meat.
- 21:30Speaker 1: While you're not wrong, and lord knows, I agree with you, Jerry,
- 21:37Speaker 1: but oh it's spicy, there's some that's mild.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Some that's bland.
- 21:47Speaker 1: So look, if if.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Rod, I'm just saying, I don't know how you described truckers,
- 21:55Speaker 2: but uh, I wouldn't call them the meat.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Well if you're at the Carl's corner.
- 22:11Speaker 2: I'm just saying, uh, if there was a if there
- 22:15Speaker 2: was a way to describe truckers, I'm sure it would
- 22:19Speaker 2: be at BUCkies. Because they have the beaver nuggets, they
- 22:22Speaker 2: have jerked meat, they have pulled pork.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Why is why is why does all this food have
- 22:31Speaker 1: a verb in front of it. It's pulled, it's jerked,
- 22:37Speaker 1: it's smothered, smothered and covered.
- 22:42Speaker 6: It's pulled pork and the and it's on it's on
- 22:45Speaker 6: buns and they're delicious.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a house. Yeah, that's a whole station right
- 22:50Speaker 1: inside the right inside the suckers, I mean BUCkies.
- 22:54Speaker 2: You can get your pulled pork on your buns, I'm sorry,
- 22:57Speaker 2: on buns.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Uh.
- 23:00Speaker 2: And and some pickles. Uh so uh yeah, but I
- 23:05Speaker 2: still again, I'm not a fan of that place.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Well you haven't given been to the red Oh god?
- 23:12Speaker 1: All right, speaking of jerk meat? How you like that
- 23:15Speaker 1: for a segway?
- 23:16Speaker 3: Uh?
- 23:17Speaker 1: Did you? Guys? Look, I know this is almost like
- 23:19Speaker 1: a daily occurrence with with former President Trump, but when
- 23:22Speaker 1: he's on the campaign trail, he doesn't use a teleprompter
- 23:25Speaker 1: a whole lot. He just likes to go off the
- 23:27Speaker 1: coff He does a little improv work, He works on
- 23:29Speaker 1: his stand up material some and the other day he
- 23:32Speaker 1: had a he had he had had a really great
- 23:35Speaker 1: bit because Raj as a professional stand up comedian. Yes,
- 23:40Speaker 1: I'm curious, uh if you would agree if this is
- 23:43Speaker 1: a good premise, UH, for President Trump, who's running for
- 23:47Speaker 1: your election. I believe this happened. He was doing a
- 23:50Speaker 1: stump speech on campaign hit. I believe this was in
- 23:53Speaker 1: Wisconsin a couple of days ago. Let me make sure
- 23:58Speaker 1: I get this audio up for you here. So this
- 24:00Speaker 1: is President Trump a couple of days ago in Wisconsin
- 24:05Speaker 1: talking about I don't know why going to the beach. Okay,
- 24:12Speaker 1: I gotta been sundbathing on the beach.
- 24:16Speaker 2: You have never seen a body so beautiful, much better than.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Much better than sleepy Joe. I'm gonna play that again
- 24:25Speaker 1: just so you can please do soak it all in.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Just soak that all I want.
- 24:30Speaker 2: I don't want to soak it all in. I want
- 24:32Speaker 2: to go to a BUCkies now.
- 24:35Speaker 1: I want to find uh. I want to find soft
- 24:37Speaker 1: served Steve and apologize. I want to I want to
- 24:40Speaker 1: get a mouthful of jerked meat anything. I want to look.
- 24:46Speaker 1: There are at least thirty places that I would rather
- 24:52Speaker 1: be than on a beach with a sunbathing Donald Trump
- 24:55Speaker 1: and Joe Biden. If you're on that beach, you while look.
- 25:01Speaker 1: These are two very successful men in their lives, if
- 25:03Speaker 1: we're being honest. Both one's current president one's a former
- 25:06Speaker 1: and has a chance of being president. Again, these are
- 25:08Speaker 1: very successful men, right, They're not successful in the body department.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Maybe Joe was at some point, but he was, he
- 25:16Speaker 1: was beautiful ones he was.
- 25:18Speaker 2: And Joe Biden still he does bike ride like eight
- 25:22Speaker 2: miles a day. And Donald Trump, well.
- 25:26Speaker 1: It's supposed to be four, but he gets lost. I'm
- 25:31Speaker 1: going to replay this so you can soak it all in.
- 25:34Speaker 2: I gotta been sunbathing on the beach. You have never
- 25:38Speaker 2: seen a body so beautiful, much better than.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Much better than sleepy Joe. Look, as a premise, I
- 25:47Speaker 1: think it's a good place to start by making sure
- 25:53Speaker 1: if if you're comparing your beach body to Joe Biden,
- 25:58Speaker 1: then you stand a pretty good chance.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Right.
- 26:02Speaker 1: But I didn't realize we were now in the swimsuit
- 26:08Speaker 1: portion of the election cycle where it's like we had
- 26:12Speaker 1: a debate and then another debate with with the VPS,
- 26:15Speaker 1: and now does that mean both tickets are going to
- 26:18Speaker 1: come out in the swimsuits and we're all gonna judge
- 26:20Speaker 1: based on that. Wait until you see the evening we
- 26:23Speaker 1: are section.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Oh, I want to see what the talent is.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Look, I mean you're gonna have Donald on the beach,
- 26:34Speaker 1: and what I assume is going to be, you know,
- 26:36Speaker 1: a lawn chair with an umbrella that says make America
- 26:40Speaker 1: Grade Again on it, and then Milania is of course
- 26:42Speaker 1: going to be in a make America Grade Again thong,
- 26:46Speaker 1: Tim Waltz. God knows, I have no idea what he's
- 26:49Speaker 1: going to be wearing. It's kind of scary to think about.
- 26:51Speaker 2: I think he would be the what was it the
- 26:54Speaker 2: singlet I think he was because he was I think.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, those old singlets from like the twenties for
- 27:00Speaker 1: male sun bathers, yep stripes. Jd Vance, though, I think
- 27:05Speaker 1: he's the he's the one you gotta watch out for
- 27:07Speaker 1: on the beach because I think he's the one that
- 27:10Speaker 1: might actually look the best if we're being honest, we're
- 27:13Speaker 1: all straight men. I think if everyone that's running for
- 27:16Speaker 1: president and vice president, the person we'd want to see
- 27:19Speaker 1: the most would would probably be Kamala Harris. But the
- 27:24Speaker 1: person I'm most intrigued by is jd Vance because you
- 27:28Speaker 1: see those pretty eyes that he has, right, and I
- 27:30Speaker 1: just just think if he takes his shirt off, is
- 27:33Speaker 1: he gonna have is he gonna have like liner around
- 27:35Speaker 1: his nipples too to match.
- 27:38Speaker 2: I think he's got nipple rings and he's gonna wear
- 27:41Speaker 2: I think that's what's gonna.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Exactly with the Prince Albert chain.
- 27:50Speaker 2: It's a T shirt with I'm with stupid pointing at
- 27:52Speaker 2: his junker.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Or does Tim Waltz come out in the bar at bikini?
- 28:00Speaker 2: That would he wins my vote? Then up in a
- 28:06Speaker 2: Neon green mourat McKinnie, I'm voting for for walts Air.
- 28:11Speaker 1: It's oh my god, I need to go to BUCkies.

- 28:43Speaker 1: That previous segment brought to you by Brooks Plumbing. For
- 28:46Speaker 1: any and all of your plumbing. Once in need, you
- 28:49Speaker 1: called Jacqueline at Brooks Plumbing two one four three six
- 28:52Speaker 1: eight thirty eight thirty eight. That's two one four three
- 28:55Speaker 1: six eight thirty eight thirty eight the website Brooks Plumbing
- 28:58Speaker 1: Texas dot com. Jared, you're having fun doing the ear
- 29:01Speaker 1: drums over there. I'm sorry, I'm just gig. I'm still
- 29:05Speaker 1: thinking about the last segment. Are you thinking about a
- 29:08Speaker 1: sunbathing Trump next to Biden holding hands or thinking like
- 29:14Speaker 1: like or is someone walking on the beach offering jerked meats?
- 29:19Speaker 1: That one?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Got it. I'm bipartisan, That's all I'm saying.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I will say this, and then well, and then we
- 29:28Speaker 1: got to move on to something that there's a new
- 29:30Speaker 1: trend in halloweening. Okay, so halloweening, there's a new trend.
- 29:34Speaker 1: But before we get to that, Okay, the other thought
- 29:37Speaker 1: that I had about the presidential candidates on the beach,
- 29:41Speaker 1: and we'll just include Biden here because Trump brought him up.
- 29:45Speaker 1: You really can't have two more polar opposite people on
- 29:52Speaker 1: the beach. And I don't just mean politically, just physically.
- 29:56Speaker 1: When you have a sunbathing Trump next to a sun
- 30:00Speaker 1: anything Biden mm hmm, Like Biden looks like he's probably
- 30:04Speaker 1: melting in the sun.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 30:07Speaker 1: And and and if we're being honest, Trump's not the
- 30:10Speaker 1: thinnest of men. He's He's gonna look a little bit
- 30:13Speaker 1: like one of those like not not not the blue
- 30:16Speaker 1: not the big wheel, the smaller whales, the ones that
- 30:18Speaker 1: are actually white. And then when they were like the
- 30:21Speaker 1: little orange chair, I think.
- 30:24Speaker 2: I think a sperm wheel.
- 30:26Speaker 1: I'm sorry, no, no, it is, it is. That's one
- 30:28Speaker 1: it should have been. Yeah, yeah, that's way better than them. Beluga.
- 30:32Speaker 2: He's a sperm whealel he is. I can see it.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Yeah yeah.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Uh and then uh you know, uh, I don't know
- 30:40Speaker 2: what their swim it's higher. Uh again would be but uh.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I want I want Trump wearing a make America great again?
- 30:48Speaker 1: Speed out. Take it all in.
- 30:52Speaker 2: That's gross.
- 30:57Speaker 1: It is all right. There is a new trend for
- 31:00Speaker 1: Halloween that we all need to be aware of, and
- 31:04Speaker 1: I'm curious to get your opinions on it. Okay, the
- 31:09Speaker 1: latest Halloween trend is adult a ween, adult awen, Oh,
- 31:15Speaker 1: adult awen. Yes, what did you think I said adult ween? Nope,
- 31:20Speaker 1: that's a different website. That's a totally different thing, Jerry.
- 31:24Speaker 1: And that's what you search for on your own time.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Is between you and your search history. The chocolate company Pherrero,
- 31:31Speaker 1: those are the ones that do the little gold faro
- 31:34Speaker 1: ball things forroshe yes, thank you. They released their twenty
- 31:39Speaker 1: twenty four Halloween survey and they're trying to claim the
- 31:42Speaker 1: hot new trend is adults celebrating Halloween. Well, obviously that's
- 31:47Speaker 1: not really new a lot of us been celebrating Halloween
- 31:51Speaker 1: as adults. But what they're trying to do is get
- 31:54Speaker 1: this new trend adult Awen started. Now, there are a
- 31:58Speaker 1: few things that are in interesting about adult tweens. Sixty
- 32:01Speaker 1: nine percent of adults plan on buying Halloween candy, even
- 32:04Speaker 1: if they don't expect tricker treaters. Hey, that's when the
- 32:09Speaker 1: good candy is out. So do you know it kind
- 32:11Speaker 1: of makes sense. Go get you some good candy and
- 32:13Speaker 1: maybe you Netflix and chill and binge on some peanut
- 32:16Speaker 1: butter cups. I'm okay with that.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Also, fifty eight percent of adults are going to decorate
- 32:22Speaker 1: their house in some way, even if it's just a
- 32:24Speaker 1: pumpkin on the porch. Sixty percent of people say they
- 32:27Speaker 1: enjoy pumpkin carving. I do. Well, that's because Jerry, you
- 32:32Speaker 1: have so much practice on people.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Yes, you you carve pumpkins by yourself.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Katie and I do it.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Oh gotcha? Okay.
- 32:48Speaker 1: I thought it's a relationship thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he
- 32:51Speaker 1: does it with gotcha friend?
- 32:52Speaker 2: Gotcha? Gotcha?
- 32:53Speaker 1: Okay, we did that one year. We did the we
- 32:55Speaker 1: did the pornkins where it was like the stencils you
- 32:57Speaker 1: buy online it was like it was a it was
- 32:59Speaker 1: a couples doing it in different positions and you make
- 33:01Speaker 1: into a pumpkin. Yeah, those are coold. Those are fun.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Yeah. And you and you like you guys are very
- 33:06Speaker 2: big on Halloween, you and Tara, Yeah, we.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Love the love to decorate and scare the neighborhood children.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Absolutely, But how do you decorate on the island. What's
- 33:15Speaker 2: the uh what's the skeletons?
- 33:18Speaker 1: Skeletons?
- 33:19Speaker 6: Yeah, wearing like tropical Hawaiian shirts and and dreads.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I'm gonna do for the first time because
- 33:28Speaker 2: now we're in the house and we got the lawn,
- 33:30Speaker 2: I'm going to do the whole lawn thing. I'm gonna
- 33:33Speaker 2: do the cemetery and yeah, excellent.
- 33:35Speaker 1: So you're gonna scare all the kids in Mesquite with
- 33:37Speaker 1: your Halloween decorations.
- 33:39Speaker 2: I don't think there's any kids on this block. Like
- 33:41Speaker 2: I think I'm just doing it for myself.
- 33:44Speaker 1: There will be if you advertise.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I don't want to advertise that I'm looking for kids, Jerry.
- 33:51Speaker 6: No, I mean if you put the all right rise,
- 33:53Speaker 6: if you put the decorations in your yard, they will know.
- 33:55Speaker 1: So wow, you know there's gotta be a lot with
- 33:57Speaker 1: the sign that along with a sign that says free candy.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Then exactly exactly.
- 34:04Speaker 2: I'm gonna do the dry ice. I'm gonna do the whole. Yeah,
- 34:07Speaker 2: I'm gonna do the whole thriller video. I'm gonna make
- 34:09Speaker 2: it happen.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Are very goy to dress up as Michael Jackson do
- 34:12Speaker 1: the dance in the yard?
- 34:14Speaker 2: Uh No, because I'm forty nine and my kne's hurt.
- 34:22Speaker 2: I will do the whole like the like I like
- 34:24Speaker 2: you guys one year, like had the hands coming out
- 34:27Speaker 2: of the ground hands. That was pretty cool. So I'm
- 34:30Speaker 2: kind of ripping off what you guys did back in
- 34:33Speaker 2: the Carrollton days.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Go for it.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Yeah, so I'm gonna. I'm gonna very excited about this.
- 34:38Speaker 2: I've never done Halloween like that. I don't dress I
- 34:41Speaker 2: don't do Yeah, I don't. I don't dress up. I
- 34:44Speaker 2: don't do the costume like you guys do. You guys
- 34:47Speaker 2: like your costumes. I don't do that stuff.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Well, obviously, Rag, if you just you know, set up
- 34:52Speaker 1: a chair in the front yard and sit in it
- 34:54Speaker 1: on Halloween, I think you'll scare plenty of your neighbors.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 34:58Speaker 1: What you live in Mesquite. Wait what just play some
- 35:02Speaker 1: Bollywood music in the background.
- 35:06Speaker 2: Okay, I think I'm gonna do exactly that. That's what
- 35:09Speaker 2: you should do.
- 35:10Speaker 1: You should do all you should do Bollywood, Bollywood.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Bollywoween, bolly ween. That sounds.
- 35:18Speaker 1: That sounds just hanging out in the front yard with
- 35:20Speaker 1: your out with a sign next to you that says freaking.

- 36:35Speaker 1: It's birthday time. Jerry just celebrated his birthday. Just a
- 36:40Speaker 1: couple of weeks ago, and Raj, you've got your birthday
- 36:43Speaker 1: coming up in like three weeks. Mine is a month
- 36:48Speaker 1: from now. So we have three fall babies in here,
- 36:52Speaker 1: which sounds weird coming out of the treehouse, but it
- 36:56Speaker 1: oddly makes sense. Meanwhile, is is the summer baby's he's
- 37:03Speaker 1: the one. See what comes after? He's not cancer because
- 37:07Speaker 1: my parents were cancer and they were the fourth and
- 37:09Speaker 1: the sixth of July. He's July twenty sixth, which you
- 37:12Speaker 1: put him in whatever comes after cancer? Leo? What's that?
- 37:17Speaker 2: Is it? Leo? Is it is that?
- 37:19Speaker 1: I thought you said Chemo? I did say, Oh, okay.
- 37:25Speaker 2: I think it's Leo or Gemini, one of the two.
- 37:28Speaker 1: He is not a Gemini. My wife Terre is a Gemini.
- 37:31Speaker 2: She was.
- 37:31Speaker 1: She's June sixth, so that's a month before cancer. Okay,
- 37:34Speaker 1: So he was born winn July twenty sixth. He is
- 37:39Speaker 1: just inside of Leo. Yep, I bet he was shot.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Out of BUCkies.
- 37:53Speaker 1: At the Jerk meat station, right, poor Leo habit, But
- 38:01Speaker 1: good for Trey branching out?
- 38:07Speaker 2: All right?
- 38:07Speaker 1: Today? Is it is Thursday?
- 38:10Speaker 2: Right?
- 38:10Speaker 1: Yeah? Today is Thursday, October third, twenty twenty four birthdays.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Today he is best known as Will Buyers on Stranger Things,
- 38:19Speaker 1: and of course Raj has no idea who that is
- 38:23Speaker 1: because he's yet to watch any season of Stranger Things.
- 38:25Speaker 1: But one of the stars of Stranger Things, Noah Snap,
- 38:28Speaker 1: is twenty years old today. Happy birthday to young Noah
- 38:32Speaker 1: Schnap from Stranger Things. Just by the way I saw
- 38:35Speaker 1: I think it was a couple days ago. Frank Drebant
- 38:37Speaker 1: is coming out of retirement to or has come out
- 38:40Speaker 1: of retirement to record some episodes in season five of
- 38:44Speaker 1: Stranger Things. Very cool and if you have not seen
- 38:46Speaker 1: The Walking Dead, he was one of the main players
- 38:49Speaker 1: in the first season of Walking Dead before you got
- 38:51Speaker 1: pushed out. Frank Darrabant Hollywood legend, directing some episodes of
- 38:54Speaker 1: Stranger Things, Raj, are you ever going to watch it?
- 38:57Speaker 2: No?
- 38:57Speaker 1: Okay, fine, Jerry. Do you like Stranger Things? I used
- 39:00Speaker 1: love it?
- 39:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 1: I don't know anyone that's watched it and didn't love it.
- 39:03Speaker 2: People are in the Christmas Lights? Is that what the
- 39:05Speaker 2: thing is?
- 39:06Speaker 1: That was the first season? If you watch it, it'll
- 39:08Speaker 1: make sense. Ray, she's quit pooh poo and stuff is good.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Other birthdays Today. She played Lara Croft in the tomb
- 39:15Speaker 1: Raider reboot. Alicia mckender. She's thirty six. Ashley Simpson turns forty.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Tessa Thomps, Oh that hurts. Yeah, well there's some others
- 39:28Speaker 1: got hurt words here, so to hang on. Tessa Thompson,
- 39:32Speaker 1: who plays Valkyrie in the MCU. She's forty one. She's
- 39:34Speaker 1: also Bianca in the Creed movies. Sean William Scott from
- 39:39Speaker 1: the American Pie Movies and from Dude Wears My Car.

- 39:54Speaker 1: I lost it? Where to Go? She is fifty one today.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Also fifty one today, starring in What I Think. When
- 39:59Speaker 1: Tara asked this question last night, what is my favorite
- 40:01Speaker 1: scary movie? Nev Campbell's starred in What I Think is
- 40:05Speaker 1: my favorite scary movie? That is The Scream, the first one.
- 40:10Speaker 1: She's fifty one. She played Sidney Prescott. Like I guess,
- 40:13Speaker 1: I don't really think much about scary movies as a
- 40:15Speaker 1: genre because I'm not hardcore into you know, you know,
- 40:19Speaker 1: scary movies. But I guess if I had to pick
- 40:21Speaker 1: like of the horror genre, Scream. I think Scream would
- 40:25Speaker 1: be my number one, mainly because Army of Darkness, while
- 40:27Speaker 1: it's technically evil, Dead three is nowhere near scary. It's hysterical. Yeah,
- 40:33Speaker 1: and same with Bubba Hotel. That's not really scary, it's
- 40:35Speaker 1: just really eving funny.
- 40:37Speaker 2: I didn't find Scream to be a scary movie. I
- 40:42Speaker 2: thought I thought that was kind of funny as well.
- 40:44Speaker 1: It did have some really good moments. I'll be right back. Yeah,
- 40:48Speaker 1: it's a scary movie that spoofs scary movies.
- 40:51Speaker 2: Yeah, there you go. Yeah.
- 40:54Speaker 1: And other birthdays, Gwen Stefani turns fifty five, Clive Owen
- 40:59Speaker 1: is and one of one of Raja's idols, Tommy Lee
- 41:04Speaker 1: from Motley Crue, is sixty two today.
- 41:07Speaker 2: Yes, congratulations to him and his giant pulled pork. Yeah.
- 41:18Speaker 1: His line at BUCkies is yeah, out the door, around
- 41:23Speaker 1: the corner.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Sixty two. That's amazing. Uh. And he's newly sober. He was.
- 41:31Speaker 2: I don't know if you guys saw this. He was
- 41:33Speaker 2: drinking up until a year ago. A gallon of vodka day.
- 41:39Speaker 1: I knew someone that used to do that was what
- 41:41Speaker 1: they said. It's very familiar.
- 41:44Speaker 2: I think this one's still alive.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Yeah, Tommy Lee made the right choice to stop.

- 42:57Speaker 1: I went back and looked at some more of those
- 43:00Speaker 1: statistics from adult to ween things that we can expect
- 43:03Speaker 1: this year out of Halloween as adults, and this this
- 43:08Speaker 1: statistic really surprised me. Sixty seven percent of parents are
- 43:13Speaker 1: going to buy extra candy just in case I'm doing
- 43:17Speaker 1: an air quotes thing, just in case they need it,
- 43:22Speaker 1: and then this is what they're gonna do with it.
- 43:23Speaker 1: Then they're going to secretly stash some of it away
- 43:27Speaker 1: for themselves, So they're buying extra candy quote unquote just
- 43:31Speaker 1: in case, and then they're gonna hide some for themselves
- 43:35Speaker 1: for later. This is why this is so shocking to me.
- 43:38Speaker 1: You're an adult. If I want some candy, I'm gonna
- 43:41Speaker 1: buy some GD candy. And I don't have kids, so
- 43:46Speaker 1: I'm really buying a candy for me. And I don't
- 43:48Speaker 1: exp like. Our neighborhood doesn't really have trick or treaters,
- 43:50Speaker 1: but I always hope we get some. I'd always be
- 43:54Speaker 1: I will always prefer to be ready for trick or treaters,
- 43:58Speaker 1: then to and then as opposed to not playing for them,
- 44:03Speaker 1: and then and then they show up and I look
- 44:04Speaker 1: like a horrible, horrible human because I don't have candy
- 44:07Speaker 1: for the kiddos.
- 44:08Speaker 2: You can give you can give money, you can do that,
- 44:10Speaker 2: you can be that guy.
- 44:13Speaker 1: I'm not that guy.
- 44:16Speaker 2: There was when I grew up in Sunny Vale. Uh
- 44:19Speaker 2: there was a house that gave a dollar bill like
- 44:22Speaker 2: they gave you a buck. And I realized how Indian
- 44:26Speaker 2: I was at the age of ten, because I changed
- 44:31Speaker 2: costumes three times, got a boy.
- 44:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, how proud, How proud was your father?
- 44:40Speaker 2: They were both both my mom and dad were like
- 44:43Speaker 2: what are you doing. I'm like, they're giving out dollar
- 44:44Speaker 2: bills and they're like, well, we'll help you change.
- 44:47Speaker 1: So I never I don't. I don't recall ever getting
- 44:54Speaker 1: I don't recall ever hitting the tricker, treating jackpot by
- 44:58Speaker 1: getting the house that gave money. I do remember a
- 45:01Speaker 1: couple of times you got the like the big candy,
- 45:04Speaker 1: like the normal sized candy. That was awesome. And I
- 45:07Speaker 1: of course remember the opposite going to a really nice
- 45:10Speaker 1: house that was clearly a dentist because they're giving out
- 45:12Speaker 1: you know, oralb products as opposed to candy.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Yeah, there was a lady when I lived in Sherman Oaks.
- 45:19Speaker 2: This was my favorite thing. She passed out literature about
- 45:24Speaker 2: not hanging out candy with peanuts because of her son's
- 45:30Speaker 2: peanut allergy. And I can imagine how that went through
- 45:35Speaker 2: the husband's head, like why why did you do that?
- 45:38Speaker 2: Because they egged her.
- 45:39Speaker 1: House so well, it's better than the nutting on it.
- 45:46Speaker 2: Yeah. Well we also had.
- 45:53Speaker 1: There that hit him on the second wave there for
