Could Ghislaine Maxwell Finally Turn on Prince Andrew? (10/13/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past year or so, one of
• 0:06
Speaker 1: the questions that I've received quite a bit about Glenn
• 0:09
Speaker 1: Maxwell is why she didn't talk to keep herself out
• 0:12
Speaker 1: of prison. You would think that somebody like Glenn Maxwell,
• 0:15
Speaker 1: who was certainly in self-preservation mode at that point, would
• 0:18
Speaker 1: have said anything to keep her out of the who-scale.
• 0:21
Speaker 1: The problem for Glenn Maxwell is she was never the asset.
• 0:26
Speaker 1: So when they burned Jeffrey Epstein, they effectively burned her too.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: Because for all intents and purposes, Jeffrey Epstein was her handler, right?
• 0:36
Speaker 1: And when they burned him, that was the end for her.
• 0:39
Speaker 1: And you would think that Glenn Maxwell would be quick
• 0:42
Speaker 1: to give people up. But what kind of evidence would
• 0:45
Speaker 1: she have to back up what she's saying? And remember,
• 0:49
Speaker 1: we're talking about one of the most notorious liars, maybe
• 0:52
Speaker 1: in history. All right, maybe that's a bit hyperbolic, but
• 0:55
Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Can you imagine Tenny Garagos?
• 0:59
Speaker 1: cross-examining Ghislaine Maxwell after she accused, insert famous or powerful
• 1:04
Speaker 1: person here, it would be a wrap. The absolute savaging
• 1:09
Speaker 1: that would occur on the stand would be monumental. And
• 1:13
Speaker 1: I know that there's people out there that still wonder
• 1:15
Speaker 1: why she's not talking. And the good news is, I
• 1:18
Speaker 1: have an answer for that too. And the answer is,
• 1:22
Speaker 1: because it would do her no good. She has a
• 1:26
Speaker 1: credibility problem. And inside of the courtroom, Credibility is the currency.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: So now we have Nigel Cawthorn, who's a royal biographer
• 1:36
Speaker 1: over in the UK, who's saying that the biggest threat
• 1:40
Speaker 1: to Prince Andrew at this point is Glenn Maxwell turning
• 1:43
Speaker 1: on him. And when it comes to people in Epstein's circle,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: if Maxwell has dirt on anyone, in my opinion, it's
• 1:50
Speaker 1: most certainly Andrew. Will she give that information up? Well,
• 1:55
Speaker 1: that's the question. Today's article is from The Express Magazine.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: and the headline, Andrew Faces Worst Nightmare As Glenn Maxwell
• 2:03
Speaker 1: May Testify In Epstein Case. This article was authored by
• 2:08
Speaker 1: Mike Parker and Chiara Fiorillo. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor may confront the
• 2:14
Speaker 1: worst nightmare of his life regarding the Jeffrey Epstein scandal,
• 2:18
Speaker 1: according to his biographer. Royal author, Nigel Cawthorn, suggests the
• 2:23
Speaker 1: former prince could be pushed into not just a step
• 2:25
Speaker 1: towards the bitter end, but a giant leap the thing
• 2:28
Speaker 1: he has dreaded most now, seems certain to happen. Well,
• 2:33
Speaker 1: I think that the only way Ghislaine says anything is
• 2:38
Speaker 1: if she knows she's not getting a pardon and she
• 2:41
Speaker 1: runs out of real estate. Because as loyal as Ghislaine
• 2:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell is to the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
• 2:49
Speaker 1: that loyalty only runs so deep, right? And when it
• 2:53
Speaker 1: comes down to it, we all know that Ghislaine Maxwell
• 2:56
Speaker 1: is one of the biggest Me First MFers since Jeffrey Epstein.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: His caution comes after allegations in America that Epstein's former associate,
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell, now has little choice but to go nuclear
• 3:09
Speaker 1: and provide testimony about the deceased pedophile and his wealthy
• 3:13
Speaker 1: and influential associates. It comes as Andrew was awarded $ 400, 000
• 3:18
Speaker 1: in compensation after surrendering the Royal Lodge. Yeah, you know,
• 3:22
Speaker 1: I don't really care about all of that. That's between
• 3:25
Speaker 1: him and his family. and it's really not something I'm
• 3:27
Speaker 1: concerned about. If that's the number that they decided on, hey,
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: I don't care, I don't have to pay it. And
• 3:33
Speaker 1: as long as it's not coming from the taxpayers of
• 3:35
Speaker 1: the UK, then whatever. Then, of course, we run into
• 3:39
Speaker 1: the problem of, how do we know it's not coming
• 3:41
Speaker 1: from the taxpayers? Oh, well, the Crown told us. Oh,
• 3:44
Speaker 1: is that right? The Crown also told you that Andrew
• 3:47
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with Epstein. Maxwell, 64, experienced a
• 3:52
Speaker 1: significant setback to her appeal for release in Or a
• 3:55
Speaker 1: shortened sentence when a U.S. District Judge, Paul Engelmeyer, recently
• 3:59
Speaker 1: dismissed her habeas corpus petition as patently frivolous in a
• 4:03
Speaker 1: scathing 67-page opinion. And that's the opinion that we went through,
• 4:08
  Speaker 1: I don't know, a couple weeks ago, a week ago,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: whatever it was. And it was damning, right? Judge Engelmeyer
• 4:16
Speaker 1: didn't hold back. He basically said that Glenn Maxwell is
• 4:22
Speaker 1: a no-good liar. and her whole entire case is without merit.
• 4:26
Speaker 1: That's basically what he said in a nutshell. The former
• 4:30
Speaker 1: British socialite's relatives have characterized the judge's determination as both
• 4:34
Speaker 1: disappointing and shocking in a statement that noted that the
• 4:37
Speaker 1: ruling also effectively seeks to preclude further appeal. Say one
• 4:42
Speaker 1: thing about Ghislaine Maxwell. Say that she finds a way
• 4:44
Speaker 1: to get appeals. I mean, can you imagine being a
• 4:48
Speaker 1: regular person, having this many avenues to try and get
• 4:51
Speaker 1: your freedom, after you've diddled kids, and brought kids to
• 4:54
Speaker 1: be diddled. Like, what the fuck are we doing here?
• 4:58
Speaker 1: How's this even a possibility? Oh, that's right. She has
• 5:02
Speaker 1: some dough. She has some connections. She's part of the club.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: This leaves Maxwell, who's already completed six years of a
• 5:11
Speaker 1: 20-year federal prison term for child sex trafficking, essentially with
• 5:15
Speaker 1: few alternatives beyond deciding to go nuclear and tell all.
• 5:19
Speaker 1: According to leading U.S. private investigator and crime podcaster, Ed Opperman. Well,
• 5:24
Speaker 1: you would think that a true crime podcaster would know better,
• 5:27
Speaker 1: but here we are. Glenn Maxwell had a chance to
• 5:32
Speaker 1: go nuclear, to tell it all. She didn't do it.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: She was granted queen for a day. And during the
• 5:39
Speaker 1: proffer session, she obviously didn't give anything up. So what
• 5:44
Speaker 1: makes you think that now, after she's already been convicted,
• 5:47
Speaker 1: her testimony is going to mean anything? I've seen this
• 5:50
Speaker 1: dance too many times. If you have a witness who
• 5:53
Speaker 1: is not credible, they're going to get absolutely hammered. I mean,
• 5:57
Speaker 1: take a look at what happened to Daphne Joy. She
• 6:00
Speaker 1: got absolutely worked on the stand. And she was an
• 6:03
Speaker 1: alleged victim. Can you imagine the savaging that Maxwell would get?
• 6:08
Speaker 1: Because she'd have to get on the stand and give
• 6:10
Speaker 1: that testimony, right? In a court of law, in front
• 6:13
Speaker 1: of jurors. And trust me when I tell you, there
• 6:15
Speaker 1: would be a very colorful retelling of what Maxwell was
• 6:19
Speaker 1: up to and what she did. Somebody like this is
• 6:23
Speaker 1: not a credible witness. He noted that Maxwell has previously
• 6:28
Speaker 1: stated in legal filings that she possesses detailed information about
• 6:32
Speaker 1: a group of 25 untouchable men. That's not exactly what
• 6:35
Speaker 1: she said, okay? She said that there was 25 different settlements.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: Not that she has, you know, knowledge and in possession
• 6:42
Speaker 1: of knowledge of all of those different settlements. A list
• 6:48
Speaker 1: that does not include Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor and other influential figures
• 6:52
Speaker 1: identified in Department of Justice records who reached secret settlements
• 6:55
Speaker 1: with Epstein victims. It's people who signed NDAs. People like
• 6:59
Speaker 1: Leon Black. People like Glenn Dubin. My guess is other people, right,
• 7:04
Speaker 1: that have been credibly accused along the way. Those are
• 7:07
Speaker 1: the people that have, you know, reached settlements with Epstein survivors.
• 7:12
Speaker 1: And with those settlements, a lot of times, comes an NDA. Mr.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: Opperman explained that's an absolute negotiating chip. She wants a pardon,
• 7:22
Speaker 1: a sentence reduction, or a commutation. She doesn't want to
• 7:24
Speaker 1: die in prison. Well, that ship has sailed. That ship
• 7:29
Speaker 1: has sailed. Once you're a tainted witness, once you have
• 7:33
Speaker 1: no credibility, and believe me, Maxwell came into this with
• 7:36
Speaker 1: hardly any, it's a wrap. Can you imagine sitting on
• 7:40
Speaker 1: a jury? Put yourself in those shoes for a minute, okay?
• 7:43
Speaker 1: You're sitting on a jury. Glenn Maxwell makes these allegations.
• 7:47
Speaker 1: about somebody like, let's say, just for example, Leon Black, okay?
• 7:53
Speaker 1: Have you been paying attention to the way Leon Black's
• 7:55
Speaker 1: lawyers go about their business? Have you seen the scorched
• 7:58
Speaker 1: earth campaign they've run against the girl with mosaic down syndrome?
• 8:03
Speaker 1: Have you seen what they did with Congress? Now imagine
• 8:07
Speaker 1: what they would do to the bipedal serpent. Maxwell drew
• 8:13
Speaker 1: the ire of bipartisan lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee
• 8:16
Speaker 1: probing the Epstein matter in February when she invoked the
• 8:19
Speaker 1: Fifth Amendment to every question via video link from herself
• 8:23
Speaker 1: at Camp Bryan in Texas. Reports The Express, she was
• 8:27
Speaker 1: never going to say a word. I told you guys
• 8:30
Speaker 1: that from the beginning. What a waste of resources and
• 8:33
Speaker 1: a waste of time. If Glenn Maxwell was going to chirp,
• 8:37
Speaker 1: she was going to chirp before she went to prison.
• 8:40
Speaker 1: When she sat down for Queen for a Day, She
• 8:42
Speaker 1: could have proffered it all up, she could have admitted
• 8:44
Speaker 1: to everything, and she probably would have got a deal.
• 8:47
Speaker 1: But no, she didn't do that. So save the bullshit,
• 8:51
Speaker 1: and save the nonsense about Ghislaine Maxwell being the only
• 8:54
Speaker 1: person to get in trouble, she should have opened her mouth.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: But instead, she decided she's going to take the fall,
• 9:00
Speaker 1: so here we are. Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor has frustrated the same U.S.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: politicians by failing to respond to a formal interview request
• 9:08
Speaker 1: sent to him last November. Now he and other former
• 9:12
Speaker 1: Epstein associates, who were discovered hanged in his New York
• 9:15
Speaker 1: jail cell at age 66 in 2019 while awaiting sex
• 9:19
Speaker 1: trafficking charges, will be shaking in their boots at the
• 9:23
Speaker 1: possibility of Maxwell revealing everything in a final attempt to
• 9:26
Speaker 1: secure her freedom, Mr. Opperman suggested. I just don't agree. Sorry,
• 9:32
Speaker 1: I don't agree with that. I know Maxwell pretty well
• 9:36
Speaker 1: at this point, and if that's what she was going
• 9:39
Speaker 1: to do, we would have already seen signs of it.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: Her lawyer would be talking about it, her family would
• 9:45
Speaker 1: be talking about it, and there would be a lead-up.
• 9:49
Speaker 1: Nothing they do happens in a vacuum. That includes the
• 9:54
Speaker 1: former Duke of York, according to royal author Nigel Cawthorn,
• 9:58
Speaker 1: who's preparing a follow-up book to his 2020 bestseller Prince Andrew, Epstein,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Maxwell and the Palace. Andrew has strenuously denied any wrongdoing
• 10:07
Speaker 1: in his relationship with the billionaire financier Epstein. Yeah, no,
• 10:11
Speaker 1: no wrongdoing. None at all. Ah, don't worry about that
• 10:16
Speaker 1: 17-year-old girl that was over at Glenn Maxwell's house. No
• 10:19
Speaker 1: big deal. In an exclusive interview, Mr. Cawthorn stated, I
• 10:24
Speaker 1: find it amazing that she has kept her mouth shut
• 10:27
Speaker 1: for so long. She's got all the dirt on everyone
• 10:30
Speaker 1: and spent years as Epstein's indispensable recruiter and groomer-in-chief. Well,
• 10:35
Speaker 1: I don't think she has dirt on everyone. As I've
• 10:37
Speaker 1: told you a million times, she wasn't in the meetings
• 10:40
Speaker 1: with people like Ben Suleiman or with Adnan Khashoggi. Glenn
• 10:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell had one function, to open the door for the
• 10:47
Speaker 1: social world that Jeffrey Epstein wanted to enter. And she
• 10:50
Speaker 1: did that. And then after that, well, we all know
• 10:54
Speaker 1: what else happened. But to act like Elaine Maxwell was
• 10:57
Speaker 1: like a partner in Epstein's enterprise as far as the
• 11:01
Speaker 1: business side of it goes, or anything like that, that's crazy.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: She most certainly was not. Elaine Maxwell was just another
• 11:08
Speaker 1: useful tool in Jeffrey Epstein's shed. He continued, I believe
• 11:14
Speaker 1: she deserved the sentence she got, but if she were
• 11:18
Speaker 1: to come clean about everything at last... and walk free
• 11:21
Speaker 1: into witness protection with a new identity, then the public
• 11:24
Speaker 1: on both sides of the Atlantic, at least, finally would
• 11:27
Speaker 1: have the truth. No, we wouldn't. You're assuming we could
• 11:30
Speaker 1: believe her. And what this seems to me is some
• 11:33
Speaker 1: kind of end around to try and get Ghislaine out.
• 11:36
Speaker 1: And that's not going to work. You know when authors
• 11:38
Speaker 1: talk about unreliable narrators? I think that Ghislaine Maxwell is
• 11:43
Speaker 1: probably the most unreliable narrator of all time. Fucking Holden
• 11:47
Speaker 1: Caulfield is more believable. than Ghislaine Maxwell. That follows the
• 11:54
Speaker 1: former Duke's legal victory last week against Thames Valley Police,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: one of several forces investigating him for alleged misconduct in
• 12:00
Speaker 1: public office, who accepted, in the High Court, that search
• 12:04
Speaker 1: warrants executed at both Royal Lodge and his new residence
• 12:07
Speaker 1: on the King Sandringham Estate were unlawful, and information supplied
• 12:12
Speaker 1: to the old Bailey to obtain them was incorrect. Well,
• 12:15
Speaker 1: that's a whole ass other story. Like, what kind of
• 12:18
Speaker 1: poor-ass police work's going on over there? What are you guys,
• 12:21
Speaker 1: over in Canton? What is this, Massachusetts? Home of the
• 12:25
Speaker 1: terrible police investigation? I mean, come on. If you can't
• 12:29
Speaker 1: even get the Warren situation right, then how can we
• 12:33
Speaker 1: have any confidence in you moving forward? Well, the easy
• 12:36
Speaker 1: answer to that is, we don't have confidence in you.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: Not in Scotland Yard, not in the SDNY, not in
• 12:43
Speaker 1: the DOJ, not in the administration, and not in the Crown.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: And even more so than that, you know what else
• 12:50
Speaker 1: we don't have any confidence in? That anything coming from
• 12:53
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's mouth will contain the truth. All the information
• 12:58
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 13:00
  Speaker 1: description box.
