365 - Hunter Heretik; queer transgressive Oklahoma alt-pop artist
Hunter Heretik, the artist formerly known as Hunter Blake, makes transgressive alt-pop. His music encompasses a lot of genres and feelings, but it all comes from his perspectives growing up in Oklahoma as a queer Puerto Rican. We talked about the rebrand from Hunter Blake to Hunter Heretik, what that means, his journey in music, and his journey out of (and strangely back towards) Catholicism. Let’s get to know Hunter Heretik!
