  Speaker 1: you know?
• 0:04
Speaker 2: I did know that.
• 0:05
  Speaker 1: It's a big deal.
• 0:06
Speaker 3: To celebrate now, we're giving you a chance to win $ 250.
• 0:08
Speaker 3: All you have to do is listen to us and
• 0:11
Speaker 3: watch The Voice on NBC for your chance to win.
• 0:14
Speaker 1: But you have to answer this question. Are you ready?
• 0:17
  Speaker 1: I'm ready.
• 0:19
Speaker 3: After Queen Latifah arrives last to the red chair in
• 0:23
Speaker 3: an unusual manner, the fellow coach says, Queen Latifah started
• 0:27
Speaker 3: the day off on a high note. It's going to
• 0:29
Speaker 3: be tough to beat her today. I think maybe if
• 0:32
Speaker 3: I came in on a horse, it would be similar,
• 0:34
Speaker 3: you know, which we might work that out.
• 0:37
Speaker 1: Name that coach. I think, coming in on a horse,
• 0:42
Speaker 1: that's going to be Riley Greene. That is correct. You win!
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: Good job!
• 0:49
  Speaker 3: Yay!
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: Very good job. $ 250.
• 0:51
Speaker 3: Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, you got Queen Latifah, you got
• 0:55
Speaker 3: Riley Greene. It is the 30th season of the award-winning
• 0:58
Speaker 3: musical competition series, The Voice. Back on NBC 12 News.
• 1:02
Speaker 3: Hold on, we'll get you your cash. Kyle, what do
• 1:05
Speaker 3: we need to know today?
• 1:06
Speaker 4: Okay, Aldi was basically already where you want to shop, like,
• 1:10
Speaker 4: if you want to save money, right?
• 1:11
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:12
Speaker 4: But now they are making it even more affordable to
• 1:15
Speaker 4: get your groceries. They are taking one-third of the stuff
• 1:18
Speaker 4: in the store and making it even cheaper than it
• 1:20
Speaker 4: was last year, which is pretty amazing. They're cutting prices
• 1:23
Speaker 4: on a bunch of fall groceries like pears, Brussels sprouts, squash.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Plus, like, those big family packs of chicken breasts are
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: down to, like, $ 1. 99 a pound.
• 1:30
Speaker 3: Oh, and they're doing, like, those family meals that are
• 1:32
  Speaker 3: already pre-prepped.
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: Now, too.
• 1:33
  Speaker 2: I know.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: And those look really good. They do look good.
• 1:35
Speaker 4: They're, like, $ 15 for a whole family meal, which is
• 1:37
Speaker 4: pretty incredible. Aldi says they're going to stick around these
• 1:40
Speaker 4: deals through November 3rd. So if you want to get
• 1:43
Speaker 4: a better deal on your groceries, maybe down to check
• 1:45
Speaker 4: out Aldi for once. Meta, you guys, they showed off
• 1:47
Speaker 4: a bunch of new tech gadgets yesterday, including some seriously
• 1:51
Speaker 4: expensive VR glasses. and new Ray-Bans. But the thing getting
• 1:55
Speaker 4: all the hype is a little tiny device called the
• 1:58
  Speaker 4: Muse Charm.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: I don't know if you guys have.
• 2:00
  Speaker 2: Seen this thing.
• 2:00
Speaker 4: A lot of people are saying that Meta just revived
• 2:03
Speaker 4: the Tamagotchi. But basically, it kind of looks like if
• 2:08
Speaker 4: you took your Apple Watch's face and just put it
• 2:11
  Speaker 4: on a keychain.
• 2:12
Speaker 1: That's what it looks like. And supposedly, it is.
• 2:15
Speaker 4: It's got its own 5G connection and Meta's new AI
• 2:18
Speaker 4: built right in. So they say you can actually do
• 2:21
Speaker 4: a lot of things without needing your phone with it.
• 2:25
Speaker 4: You don't have to wait long for this if it
• 2:26
Speaker 4: becomes a thing because it's coming out in December. And
• 2:29
Speaker 4: I have a feeling this is going to be a
• 2:30
Speaker 4: really hot holiday gift.
• 2:31
Speaker 1: Yeah, it sounds kind of awesome, actually.
• 2:34
Speaker 2: For me, I'm like, okay, if it's like reviving the Tamagotchi,
• 2:37
Speaker 2: I hope it's not dinging all night long because I
• 2:39
Speaker 2: feel like that was what Tamagotchi said.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: I'm sure you'll be able to like.
• 2:44
Speaker 4: You know, in your settings, you can pick whatever notifications
• 2:48
Speaker 4: you want on whatever things you want. But I do
• 2:50
Speaker 4: kind of like the idea. Like a lot of people
• 2:52
Speaker 4: said they want to be like more screen free. And
• 2:54
Speaker 4: maybe this is a way that you can like leave
• 2:55
Speaker 4: your phone at home, but still feel like.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: You have access to things. I don't know.
• 2:59
Speaker 4: We'll see how popular it is. But I feel I
• 3:01
Speaker 4: see a lot of hype on it online right now.
• 3:03
Speaker 1: This could actually be really useful.
• 3:05
  Speaker 4: So X has a new feature called X Numbers. I
• 3:08
Speaker 4: don't know if you guys have seen this, but it
• 3:09
Speaker 4: basically gives you a disposable phone number you can hand
• 3:12
Speaker 4: out instead of your real phone number.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: We've been doing that for years here on the show.
• 3:16
Speaker 4: But this is something you actually want someone to be
• 3:18
Speaker 4: able to get a hold of you. So someone can
• 3:20
Speaker 4: use it to call or message you through XChat. Like
• 3:22
Speaker 4: think dating apps or selling something online or somebody you're
• 3:25
Speaker 4: just like not ready to give your actual number to. Now,
• 3:28
Speaker 4: if that person gets really annoying, you could just or
• 3:31
Speaker 4: if they pass the number around and more people, more
• 3:33
Speaker 4: people are getting it. You basically just hit refresh and
• 3:36
Speaker 4: instantly get a new one and then they don't have
• 3:37
Speaker 4: access to your to call you anymore. Which I think
• 3:40
Speaker 4: is actually pretty cool. Yeah, definitely something new and different
• 3:42
Speaker 4: they're doing. The Mercury's last home game is tonight at
• 3:47
Speaker 4: 7 o'clock. We play the Las Vegas Aces at Mortgage
• 3:50
Speaker 4: Matchup Center. It is fan appreciation night, so if you
• 3:53
Speaker 4: have tickets, make sure you get there early. The first
• 3:55
Speaker 4: 5,000 fans are going to get a really cool Mercury
• 3:58
  Speaker 4: crew neck.
• 3:59
Speaker 2: They're so cute. I know. My mom and dad are
• 4:01
Speaker 2: already going early. I was like, please get me one.
• 4:04
  Speaker 1: I'm begging you.
• 4:05
Speaker 4: They're so cute. I was like, oh, this is definitely
• 4:07
Speaker 4: Peyton for sure. I'm like, I have a feeling.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: You're going to find a way to get one of those.
• 4:11
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 4:11
Speaker 4: No matter what. There is a really cool new brunch spot.
• 4:15
Speaker 4: It is a Gwen Stefani themed rooftop brunch spot in Scottsdale.
• 4:19
Speaker 4: It is called Holla Brunch Girl. It's 21 and over.
• 4:22
Speaker 4: And yes, the entire thing is inspired by Hollaback Girl. Aw.
• 4:30
Speaker 4: There are themed cocktails, sing-alongs, a rooftop brunch. And apparently
• 4:35
Speaker 4: we have just entered the era in Scottsdale of restaurants
• 4:38
Speaker 4: based on 2000s pop songs. And I think I'm here
• 4:40
  Speaker 4: for it.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: I love that. It's better than a don't speak theme bar.
• 4:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's definitely taken a little bite out of the
• 4:47
Speaker 2: Nashville rooftop karaoke bars.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: But I love it. I love that it's here.
• 4:51
Speaker 2: I do too. I think it's pretty awesome.
• 4:52
Speaker 4: And that's what you need to know.
