- 1:42Speaker 2: AD welcome to wake Up with Marcy.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Thank you, min Sa. I'm so glad to be here.
- 1:47Speaker 3: I truly appreciate it.
- 1:49Speaker 2: It's awesome to have you here. And really, mindset is.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Everything, absolutely absolutely.
- 1:58Speaker 2: And we do have so much control, and I don't
- 2:01Speaker 2: think people understand that we do have that control, that
- 2:06Speaker 2: we have the choice the way that we think. But
- 2:11Speaker 2: the thing is is that we have been programmed and
- 2:15Speaker 2: so that is why we think in a certain way,
- 2:18Speaker 2: whether it's negative or positive. And we do need to
- 2:23Speaker 2: rewire and shift the way that we think. And you
- 2:27Speaker 2: offer so many tools as to how we can do that,
- 2:32Speaker 2: and I can't wait to dive deeper into that. So
- 2:35Speaker 2: why was this work so important to you? What sparked
- 2:40Speaker 2: this path for you? This healing coaching and hypnotherapy path?
- 2:46Speaker 3: Now the path itself you know, as you've this is
- 2:50Speaker 3: so eloquently said, I've been at this for a really
- 2:53Speaker 3: long time. I started off, you know, as an entrepreneur,
- 3:00Speaker 3: having succeeded and failed and succeeded again, owned mortgage companies,
- 3:05Speaker 3: real estate investment firms and did really well. But I
- 3:08Speaker 3: always found myself having that our sales meetings would turn
- 3:14Speaker 3: into motivational seminars and workshops and.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Stuff like that. And so every organization that I was connected.
- 3:20Speaker 3: To, I used my platform as a vehicle ten power
- 3:26Speaker 3: and a lift. So it's always been a passion of
- 3:29Speaker 3: mine to speak and to empower and that's just who
- 3:34Speaker 3: I am where I am, and have been that way
- 3:36Speaker 3: for a really, really long time. I was doing this before,
- 3:40Speaker 3: like coaching was a thing, and you know, we didn't
- 3:45Speaker 3: have a name for it. And I created this thing.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I'm gonna call myself a success coach. And I remember
- 3:52Speaker 3: back in Oh my goodness, god, I was only I
- 3:56Speaker 3: was like thirty three.
- 3:58Speaker 4: And I had hit this really.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Tough place of depression and I didn't know where it
- 4:05Speaker 3: came from. Honestly, you know, I was doing really well.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Business was going well, relationships were good.
- 4:12Speaker 4: But I just hit this space and this space, and
- 4:16Speaker 4: I just didn't understand it. And you know, I left
- 4:19Speaker 4: the country.
- 4:20Speaker 3: I went away, And how I justified being in Jamaica
- 4:23Speaker 3: for three months.
- 4:24Speaker 4: I said, Okay, I'm gonna come back with a book.
- 4:28Speaker 3: But what I found when I got there, I was
- 4:31Speaker 3: able to unearth the true cause or true nature of
- 4:36Speaker 3: that depression. It was that I was not living my life,
- 4:39Speaker 3: but I was living my compromise. Even though I was
- 4:44Speaker 3: great at finance and investments and did really really well
- 4:48Speaker 3: and my clients, you know, loved what I did, there
- 4:53Speaker 3: was something in me that really wanted to just focus
- 4:56Speaker 3: on helping people get to the space where they could
- 5:01Speaker 3: experience the best.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Version of themselves.
- 5:04Speaker 3: And so that was the actual foundation and that's it
- 5:07Speaker 3: was my own traumatic season, my own dark night of
- 5:11Speaker 3: the soul that unctioned me into that space to where
- 5:14Speaker 3: I'm like, there have you know, there has to be
- 5:17Speaker 3: other people like me. And you know that first book
- 5:20Speaker 3: that I wrote, Our Spirits Renewed, it was really dedicated
- 5:24Speaker 3: to people who wanted to come out of their dark
- 5:28Speaker 3: spaces and to actually walk into the light and to
- 5:31Speaker 3: be a better version of themselves.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I like what you said, as far as your life
- 5:37Speaker 2: was going well, and everything looked great on the outside,
- 5:41Speaker 2: right you really you shouldn't have had anything to complain
- 5:45Speaker 2: about or feel bad about or be sad about, but
- 5:49Speaker 2: you were because something was missing for you. And I
- 5:54Speaker 2: think there's a lot of people out there that are
- 5:57Speaker 2: living life and I was included in that at one
- 6:01Speaker 2: time that everyone from the outside might have been looking
- 6:04Speaker 2: in and saying, why would you be depressed? Why would
- 6:08Speaker 2: you have any issues with how your life is going?
- 6:12Speaker 2: But you know, when something that's missing. And what I'm
- 6:16Speaker 2: hearing you say, and this is what I had to do,
- 6:19Speaker 2: is that instead of like going outside of yourself, you
- 6:24Speaker 2: had to take a pause and go within and connect
- 6:28Speaker 2: with yourself to realize that you had to create this
- 6:33Speaker 2: change for yourself and connect with yourself and what your
- 6:36Speaker 2: passion and mission and purpose were in this life.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Absolutely I had to there there was no way that
- 6:43Speaker 3: I could continue moving in that vein. And because see,
- 6:47Speaker 3: I've always been one who who tried my best to
- 6:51Speaker 3: be authentic, even though you know, sometimes we kind of
- 6:55Speaker 3: shade our authenticity so that we can be accepted.
- 6:58Speaker 4: By the tribe.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Yeah, and there was no way that I could continue
- 7:03Speaker 3: just doing investments in finance and knowing that I had
- 7:06Speaker 3: this passion and I would see people struggling and having
- 7:10Speaker 3: their moments, and people were always coming to me and
- 7:12Speaker 3: asking me for advice, and it was just a natural
- 7:15Speaker 3: process for me.
- 7:17Speaker 4: So me honoring what was happening to me was that
- 7:22Speaker 4: foundation that I needed in order to take that next
- 7:25Speaker 4: step to become a success coach, to empower people in
- 7:29Speaker 4: a real practical way.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Yeah, we're talking about how we're programmed, right, and you're
- 7:36Speaker 2: going to share with us how we can change and
- 7:39Speaker 2: shift how our minds are programmed. One of the things
- 7:42Speaker 2: that we are programmed to believe is that we go
- 7:47Speaker 2: through schooling the way that we're supposed to, and then
- 7:50Speaker 2: we go to college and we're supposed to get this
- 7:52Speaker 2: certain kind of job and then you make money and
- 7:56Speaker 2: that's just how and get married or whatever the case
- 7:59Speaker 2: may be. That's how we are programmed to think success
- 8:04Speaker 2: looks like.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I love that we are now having these conversations that
- 8:11Speaker 2: that is not necessarily success, right.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree, I agree one hundred per I like
- 8:19Speaker 3: to say, especially to the gen xers like myself and
- 8:24Speaker 3: a few Baby boomers, that that you know that I
- 8:26Speaker 3: was raised by baby boomer and I love to say,
- 8:30Speaker 3: especially in my talks when I have an audience, that
- 8:33Speaker 3: that that's around my age.
- 8:34Speaker 4: I'm in my fifties. Now the world that we were
- 8:36Speaker 4: raised for no longer.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Exists, and in order to understand this new paradigm, we
- 8:48Speaker 5: have to shit the old.
- 8:50Speaker 3: In order to embrace and to be successful in this season,
- 8:54Speaker 3: we have to ship the old. And what Baby boomers
- 8:57Speaker 3: and Gen xers were taught was success. What that looked
- 9:02Speaker 3: and I mean it just like that. What it looked
- 9:04Speaker 3: like and what it smelt like. It's two totally different
- 9:09Speaker 3: things for us and for generations behind us. Because I know,
- 9:14Speaker 3: I remember when when I told just even like with
- 9:16Speaker 3: my father, I remember I told him, you know, my
- 9:19Speaker 3: dad practiced law for thirty plus years, and you know,
- 9:23Speaker 3: he wanted me to come into the family practice, and
- 9:26Speaker 3: he wanted me to, you know, follow that predescribed path,
- 9:30Speaker 3: you know, go to college, get a couple of degrees,
- 9:33Speaker 3: come back home.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Work in a family law firm, run this practice. I
- 9:39Speaker 4: didn't want to do that.
- 9:40Speaker 3: I did not want to do that because I'd been
- 9:44Speaker 3: around it all my life. And so but the programming
- 9:48Speaker 3: that you speak of is absolutely true all of us
- 9:53Speaker 3: because we're communal by nature, we're raised in our little clans,
- 9:58Speaker 3: whether it's a big clan or a small.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Plan and uh, and that clan has a thought process.
- 10:04Speaker 4: That clan created this matrix around.
- 10:07Speaker 3: You that says, this is how you walk, this is
- 10:10Speaker 3: how you talk, this is how you engage with each other.
- 10:13Speaker 3: These are the types, this is the type of education
- 10:15Speaker 3: that you get, these are the jobs that are available
- 10:17Speaker 3: to you. And this is what we expect from you.
- 10:22Speaker 3: And you need to govern yourself accordingly. And many of
- 10:25Speaker 3: us acquiesced to that.
- 10:27Speaker 4: We did.
- 10:27Speaker 3: We just kind of we just kind of fell right
- 10:30Speaker 3: on in line. But there was always something inside of
- 10:34Speaker 3: us that's pulling in a different direction that says, you know,
- 10:37Speaker 3: I want to paint, I want to draw, I want
- 10:40Speaker 3: to sing, I want to be be a creator.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Uh.
- 10:43Speaker 4: And it's it's very, very different.
- 10:45Speaker 3: So one of the toughest things a person will ever
- 10:48Speaker 3: do is to have the courage to define themselves for themselves.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Because the world already has a plan for you. The
- 10:58Speaker 3: world has a dream for you, and a lot of
- 11:01Speaker 3: times that dream is actually a nightmare for you. And
- 11:06Speaker 3: so for a person to have the courage first and
- 11:09Speaker 3: foremost to step outside of that comfort zone that society
- 11:13Speaker 3: has created, that box, that bubble. I celebrate anybody who
- 11:17Speaker 3: has the nerve to do that because it's not easy.
- 11:20Speaker 2: It shows a lot of strength and it is difficult.
- 11:25Speaker 2: So let's talk about your book, Cracking the abundance Code. Okay,
- 11:29Speaker 2: you teach people how to reprogram their minds. So how
- 11:34Speaker 2: exactly do you do that? And how can we begin
- 11:38Speaker 2: even begin to reprogram and shift our programming?
- 11:45Speaker 4: Absolutely well, first thing, the first thing you have to
- 11:48Speaker 4: do is to understand what stories you're holding on to
- 11:52Speaker 4: that no longer serve you.
- 11:53Speaker 3: You have to understand what means are you holding on to?
- 11:57Speaker 4: What limiting beliefs are you resting with?
- 12:01Speaker 3: What fears, doubts, trepidations, what do those things look like?
- 12:05Speaker 4: Because you know, my fears aren't your fears. What I
- 12:08Speaker 4: worry about may not phase you.
- 12:11Speaker 3: So my story is going to be different from yours,
- 12:14Speaker 3: and your story is different from the next person. So
- 12:17Speaker 3: one of the things that I created, because this is
- 12:19Speaker 3: actually an entire system, the book itself is like the primer.
- 12:24Speaker 3: But the first thing is to assess where you are and.
- 12:28Speaker 4: When you know. When you know where you are and
- 12:32Speaker 4: what you're wrestling with, what old stories you're holding on to,
- 12:35Speaker 4: then you know what you need to let go. And
- 12:38Speaker 4: so the process. The first step is to do that
- 12:42Speaker 4: self analysis.
- 12:43Speaker 3: And we created an assessment called the Wealth Assessment, and
- 12:46Speaker 3: that Wealth assessment.
- 12:48Speaker 4: You know, you go in there, you take it and
- 12:50Speaker 4: it gives.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Your score, and that score pairs you with an abundance
- 12:52Speaker 3: archetype and so and it tells you, like when your
- 12:57Speaker 3: next big win is, what is it that you've been
- 12:59Speaker 3: rested link with?
- 13:00Speaker 4: What are some of the typical society influences that you've
- 13:05Speaker 4: dealt with, some of the past experiences that you wrestle
- 13:08Speaker 4: with that have helped to create you know, your persona,
- 13:11Speaker 4: create that personality.
- 13:13Speaker 3: And so once you do that, then you know where
- 13:16Speaker 3: you know where you are, you know what you're wrestling with.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Here's the thing. You have to understand that all of
- 13:21Speaker 3: those things are held within your subconscious mind and that
- 13:26Speaker 3: because that's what the programming is, that's where the programming lies.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna start be there just for a minute. I mean,
- 13:33Speaker 2: when we're awake and our minds are thinking, we're really
- 13:38Speaker 2: only using like what is it five to ten percent? Right,
- 13:43Speaker 2: everything that's running is in our subconscious which that subconscious
- 13:49Speaker 2: It actually affects how we live in our day today,
- 13:56Speaker 2: and we were sleeping. When we quieter our minds, that's
- 14:00Speaker 2: actually an incredible time. And I think that's where that
- 14:03Speaker 2: hypnosis comes in, that you can start retraining that subconscious
- 14:09Speaker 2: in the way that you're thinking. Is that correct?
- 14:11Speaker 3: No, you're dead on because just like you said, ninety
- 14:15Speaker 3: to ninety five percent of our life is governed.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Truly by the subconscious mind.
- 14:21Speaker 3: You know, the the autonomic nervous system, that part of us,
- 14:27Speaker 3: that everything is on autopilot, that is run by the
- 14:31Speaker 3: subconscious mind. Our ego dwells in the conscious mind. That
- 14:36Speaker 3: five to ten percent, you know, us and our awakened
- 14:40Speaker 3: state as we're having our conversation now, that is you know,
- 14:43Speaker 3: that is us being fully awake and when you understand
- 14:48Speaker 3: the alternate state sub consciousness and what allows us to
- 14:53Speaker 3: tap into the subconscious mind so that we can reprogram
- 14:57Speaker 3: and recalibrate how we think, because you can't you can't
- 15:01Speaker 3: change the outcome until you change the programming. Just like
- 15:04Speaker 3: you know, just like a regular computer, you know that
- 15:07Speaker 3: that program is running code.
- 15:09Speaker 4: It's running code, and that code is going to have
- 15:11Speaker 4: an output, and that output is will be prerecated by
- 15:14Speaker 4: that program. And so if you want.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Your programming has come from your upbringing, society, the people
- 15:22Speaker 2: that are around you, the circumstances experience traumas, yes, and
- 15:27Speaker 2: traumas which that goes under family and experiences.
- 15:31Speaker 4: Right, It definitely can't for sure for sure.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, so you said, now we've got to tap
- 15:40Speaker 2: into that subconscious So how are we tapping into that?
- 15:44Speaker 3: So the way that there are many protocols that you
- 15:47Speaker 3: can use to tap into your self conscious mind. The
- 15:49Speaker 3: ones that I know that are most effective, they're three
- 15:52Speaker 3: and I talk about them in my book Cracking the
- 15:55Speaker 3: Abundance Code. It is number one is hypnosis. That's going
- 16:00Speaker 3: to give you access to the subconscious mind because we're
- 16:02Speaker 3: what we're doing is slowing down the cycles of the brain,
- 16:04Speaker 3: which allows us to tap into those alternate states of consciousness.
- 16:09Speaker 4: So where we go from.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Beta to alpha to fata to delt to those and
- 16:13Speaker 3: that literally just shows the cycles of the brain and
- 16:16Speaker 3: how fast it's moving. So when we slow it down
- 16:19Speaker 3: and we get to those alternate states of consciousness, that
- 16:21Speaker 3: allows us to tap into the subconscious mind and to
- 16:24Speaker 3: layel programming.
- 16:26Speaker 4: You can also do that through meditation.
- 16:30Speaker 3: When you do mindful meditation, you can you can slip
- 16:35Speaker 3: into those alternate states of consciousness by you know, by
- 16:40Speaker 3: slowing down that cycle of brain doing the same process.
- 16:44Speaker 3: The other thing is also repetition, using using affirmations and
- 16:48Speaker 3: speaking those affirmations over and over and over again to yourself.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Those are very very effective too. The most effect that
- 16:55Speaker 3: that I know is direct to direct to the.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Point is hypnosis. Go straight to the source, lay the
- 17:01Speaker 4: programming and you're done.
- 17:06Speaker 3: So that's that's one of the Those are the three
- 17:08Speaker 3: primary processes that I talk about in addressing the limiting beliefs,
- 17:13Speaker 3: because see, here's the thing. In order to attract wealth
- 17:15Speaker 3: and abundance and to create something different in your life.
- 17:19Speaker 3: If you're if you're being challenged by attracting wealth, the
- 17:25Speaker 3: problem is rooted in.
- 17:27Speaker 4: Your subconscious mind.
- 17:28Speaker 3: It is in your it's in your fears, it's in
- 17:32Speaker 3: your doubts, it's in all of those things that we're
- 17:35Speaker 3: holding onto. So we have to reprogram that to recalibrate
- 17:41Speaker 3: how you think. Because how you think, what you speak about,
- 17:47Speaker 3: the emotions that you experience, the actions that you take,
- 17:50Speaker 3: all of these things have to be in alignment vibrationally
- 17:54Speaker 3: with abundance in order to experience it.
- 17:56Speaker 4: So that's the So the first part is to the
- 17:59Speaker 4: first part of the book, and it's really a really
- 18:01Speaker 4: simple and easy read. The book is broken down into
- 18:05Speaker 4: three sections.
- 18:06Speaker 3: It's the addressing the limiting beliefs first, so we get
- 18:09Speaker 3: that out of the way, you know, we help you
- 18:11Speaker 3: to reprogram yourself to be more positive and to address
- 18:16Speaker 3: the negative stuff that you've been holding on too and.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Letting that stuff go.
- 18:20Speaker 3: And once you let that go, that opens up the
- 18:22Speaker 3: gateway for you then to quantum leap into the wealthiest
- 18:25Speaker 3: version of yourself. And then the third part is about
- 18:29Speaker 3: the actual manifestation.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and so like, so what you're talking about the
- 18:34Speaker 2: limiting beliefs and the programming around money. So when you're
- 18:38Speaker 2: being raised it it's your your family. The dynamic that
- 18:44Speaker 2: you're in is how you're being taught to think about money, right.
- 18:49Speaker 4: So initially, yes, initially exactly.
- 18:52Speaker 2: So a lot of times, like when you get older,
- 18:55Speaker 2: it's like making money is a struggle, let's say, or
- 19:00Speaker 2: or I'm not worth having more than X, Y and Z,
- 19:05Speaker 2: or what I make today exactly, or you know, like
- 19:09Speaker 2: me is like I've always got to go to the
- 19:12Speaker 2: sale rack because my grandmother. I was raised a lot
- 19:15Speaker 2: of time during my youth with my grandparents, and they
- 19:19Speaker 2: grew up during the depression, and so then it's like,
- 19:23Speaker 2: you've got to really be tied around your money. And
- 19:27Speaker 2: so I do struggle with that. And now, thankfully, I'm
- 19:32Speaker 2: going say this a d and I think that I
- 19:36Speaker 2: myself attracted something I didn't even realize that I was
- 19:39Speaker 2: going to attract in my life, but I was like,
- 19:42Speaker 2: I am going to have money, I'm going to live
- 19:45Speaker 2: a good, successful life. Like these are things that I
- 19:48Speaker 2: thought of when I was younger, and I just desired.
- 19:51Speaker 2: And then slowly as life I'm not saying life was
- 19:54Speaker 2: easy by any means, but slowly these things came into
- 19:58Speaker 2: my life. And so now I'm like, hey, now that
- 20:00Speaker 2: I understand manifesting and what that means, you know, I
- 20:05Speaker 2: think that I help myself along because that's something I
- 20:07Speaker 2: used to tell myself all the time, is that I
- 20:09Speaker 2: don't want to have to struggle. I don't want to
- 20:12Speaker 2: have to feel this way. And yeah, and so when
- 20:17Speaker 2: someone one of the things that you were talking about,
- 20:19Speaker 2: I'd love for you just to talk about a little
- 20:21Speaker 2: bit more and expand on. Is that energy that you know,
- 20:25Speaker 2: there's a lot of people out there that are talking
- 20:27Speaker 2: about it, but there's a lot of people out there
- 20:29Speaker 2: that don't understand that so much. So can you talk
- 20:33Speaker 2: about that a little bit more as far as like
- 20:35Speaker 2: what you put out is what you attract.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Yeah, the short and skinny version of it is that
- 20:41Speaker 3: we live in an energetic universe.
- 20:42Speaker 4: It's just that simpolet. I mean, if you go to
- 20:45Speaker 4: if you go.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Back in time to your first year in chemistry class,
- 20:49Speaker 3: you know, you learned that the smallest rudimentary element of
- 20:52Speaker 3: the universe is an atom, and then you know that
- 20:55Speaker 3: atom is broken down into particles and all that kind
- 20:58Speaker 3: of stuff. But once you really get down in it,
- 21:00Speaker 3: it really is just a wave and then that wave
- 21:03Speaker 3: actually is turned into a particle by virtue of your focus.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Always teach my clients that where your focus goes, energy flows,
- 21:10Speaker 3: and where energy flows, manifestation soon follows. What we experience
- 21:16Speaker 3: as reality is truly an expression or reflection of what
- 21:22Speaker 3: is transpiring or has transpired on the inside of us.
- 21:26Speaker 3: And energetically, we have our hearts literally create an electromagnetic.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Field around us, and that lets electromagnetic feel.
- 21:36Speaker 3: You know, it works in two different ways. It receives,
- 21:40Speaker 3: it repels, well, I'll say three. It receives, it repels,
- 21:45Speaker 3: and it also projects. So as we think a particular thought,
- 21:51Speaker 3: that thought is a thing. Thought literally has weight to it.
- 21:55Speaker 3: You can actually measure the weight of a thought, and
- 21:57Speaker 3: because of it having weight, that means it has an
- 22:00Speaker 3: effect on gravity. And so as that the heavier the thought,
- 22:05Speaker 3: the more energy you give that thought.
- 22:08Speaker 4: Follow me, The more energy you give that thought, the
- 22:10Speaker 4: weightier it is.
- 22:11Speaker 3: And if you can imagine a beautiful blanket being stretched
- 22:16Speaker 3: out and your thought being like a big like a ball,
- 22:20Speaker 3: placed on that blanket, it weighs the blanket down. Right,
- 22:23Speaker 3: if it's suspended in air, it weighs it down.
- 22:26Speaker 4: So your thoughts. The more energy you give a thing,
- 22:29Speaker 4: the more beingness it has, the more weight it has.
- 22:31Speaker 4: From a quantum perspective, it is literally bending the fabric
- 22:36Speaker 4: of space and time and calling things to it. So
- 22:39Speaker 4: if I were to put a marble on the edge
- 22:41Speaker 4: of the blanket, that thought that you have is weighing
- 22:44Speaker 4: it down. So the deeper it is, it is creating
- 22:46Speaker 4: a gravity what we call a gravity. Well, you place
- 22:49Speaker 4: that desire on there that marble on the edge of
- 22:52Speaker 4: the edge of the blanket, and guess what it's going
- 22:54Speaker 4: to do. It's going to be attracted to the depth
- 22:57Speaker 4: because it's dipping down.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Now, if your thought is light and free and not
- 23:04Speaker 3: very focused, then guess what. The weight of it is
- 23:08Speaker 3: not going to be strong enough to bend the fabric
- 23:10Speaker 3: of space and time, so it's not going to attract
- 23:12Speaker 3: as fast as you would like it to. So energetically,
- 23:17Speaker 3: it is so important for our thoughts, our words, our emotions,
- 23:22Speaker 3: and our actions to be an alignment because it gives gravity.
- 23:26Speaker 3: And you literally bend the quantum field and you call
- 23:29Speaker 3: out to the quantum field, and it gives back to.
- 23:31Speaker 4: You what it is that you ask for. You co
- 23:34Speaker 4: create in this energetic field, this universe, and you experience
- 23:39Speaker 4: the reality based upon the reflection of what's going on
- 23:43Speaker 4: inside of you.
- 23:45Speaker 2: I love it.
- 23:46Speaker 3: That was like the forty five second version, and you
- 23:49Speaker 3: did a great job.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Ady. I just have to say, like, that's a good
- 23:54Speaker 2: love because it's not like all this woo woo stuff.
- 23:57Speaker 2: I mean, there is science that proves oh yeah, this is.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Once upon a time it might have been considered Google,
- 24:04Speaker 3: but where we live now, I mean, there is quantifiable
- 24:08Speaker 3: data that when you understand quantum mechanics, and you don't
- 24:11Speaker 3: have to be a physicist to understand this stuff.
- 24:14Speaker 4: You know, get your a nice book.
- 24:16Speaker 3: My first introduction to quantum mechanics was actually through Depok
- 24:20Speaker 3: Troper and a book that he had written. Oh goodness,
- 24:23Speaker 3: I'm not gonna I'm not gonna try to remember it
- 24:25Speaker 3: right now, creating a creating affluence, That's what it was.
- 24:29Speaker 3: It was creating affluence, so something like that, the a
- 24:31Speaker 3: disea to creating wealth and influence. Yeah, and it was
- 24:34Speaker 3: back in the nineties, and it was the first time
- 24:37Speaker 3: I had heard this idea, and it just made sense
- 24:40Speaker 3: because I you know, I always pride myself on Yeah,
- 24:42Speaker 3: I like moobile woof stuff. But you know, if you
- 24:44Speaker 3: can back the wooble woof stuff up with some logic
- 24:48Speaker 3: and some science behind.
- 24:49Speaker 4: It, you got me done. You know, I'm sold.
- 24:51Speaker 3: And so when I understood how quantum mechanics brings everything
- 24:57Speaker 3: into our space and that we co create with a
- 24:59Speaker 3: univer verse. Back to your original statement, your mind and
- 25:04Speaker 3: our thoughts are everything, and it cause it calls for us.
- 25:09Speaker 4: To really have if we can have.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Control over our thoughts and our emotions, that we can
- 25:14Speaker 3: begin to attract and draw into our space what it
- 25:17Speaker 3: is that we want and not what we don't.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Love it, love it? So it. What's something that someone
- 25:24Speaker 2: can do right now? They're feeling stuck and so many
- 25:28Speaker 2: of us don't move forward or create the change because
- 25:30Speaker 2: we live in this sphere. What can they do to
- 25:35Speaker 2: just start today? I know the meditation that is fantastic.
- 25:40Speaker 2: So many people out there say I can't meditate my
- 25:44Speaker 2: mind and so yeah, what if you if you already
- 25:50Speaker 2: put stockgate, how are you supposed to create the change?
- 25:53Speaker 4: Right? And see, here's the tough part. You have to
- 25:56Speaker 4: do the work.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Thank you? Yea.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Too many people they want the quick fix. They don't
- 26:06Speaker 3: want to do the work, and you have to. This
- 26:10Speaker 3: is building and creating wealth. It is a process and
- 26:15Speaker 3: a journey. Is there a shortcut? Absolutely, there's absolutely a shortcut.
- 26:20Speaker 3: But at the same token, you have to discover do
- 26:26Speaker 3: the inner work, do the shadow work, find out what
- 26:28Speaker 3: you're holding on to, what is it that you need
- 26:30Speaker 3: to let go of?
- 26:31Speaker 4: Then how do you project what's the internal dialogue that
- 26:34Speaker 4: you now need to speak that will place you in alignment.
- 26:37Speaker 3: So that you can experience all of the things that
- 26:40Speaker 3: you want, so asking, you know, what can a person
- 26:43Speaker 3: do today?
- 26:44Speaker 4: Just you know, my first mentor would always say.
- 26:46Speaker 3: He would remind me that, you know, how do you
- 26:48Speaker 3: eat a ten thousand pounds elephant ad? You know it's
- 26:52Speaker 3: one by the time, yeah, one one by at the
- 26:55Speaker 3: time and so the so you know, so starved.
- 26:59Speaker 4: So just get pen to paper and just journal.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Write down what you're feeling in the moment, write down
- 27:07Speaker 3: what it is that you want to experience, and see
- 27:09Speaker 3: here's where the magic begins. And make sure you use
- 27:11Speaker 3: a pencil when you do that, and do it on
- 27:15Speaker 3: real paper. You know, these digital devices are cool and all,
- 27:18Speaker 3: but there's something about the moment pin or that pencil
- 27:23Speaker 3: touches the paper and you're literally manifesting that thing into
- 27:28Speaker 3: the third dimensional reality. You're birthing it, and it starts
- 27:32Speaker 3: off with that list of wishes and dreams and hopes
- 27:35Speaker 3: and all.
- 27:35Speaker 4: Of those aspirations. That's the first step is to write
- 27:38Speaker 4: it down.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Be aware, be aware of who you are, where you are,
- 27:41Speaker 3: and what it is that you want to experience. So
- 27:44Speaker 3: that'll tell you, well, this is how far I am
- 27:47Speaker 3: from what I want. You may realize that you're a
- 27:50Speaker 3: little closer than you thought.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Yeah, you gotta have patience. Things may not go in
- 27:58Speaker 2: the path that you think it should go.
- 28:00Speaker 4: To most of the time it's not. It's not going
- 28:03Speaker 4: to go the wait and think exactly.
- 28:05Speaker 2: And I also want to ask you about affirmations because
- 28:11Speaker 2: I hear a lot of times people say that affirmations like, well,
- 28:16Speaker 2: I don't really believe what I'm saying right, or affirmations
- 28:20Speaker 2: don't really work for me. And and this is something
- 28:24Speaker 2: again about taking action takes time. You're reprogramming, building a muscle.
- 28:31Speaker 2: So can you expand a little bit more on how
- 28:34Speaker 2: affirmations really work? And if you are feeling that they don't,
- 28:39Speaker 2: how can you expand on how they do work.
- 28:46Speaker 3: One of the things is when you understand neuroplasticity that
- 28:50Speaker 3: you know you are, you are hardwired in a lot
- 28:53Speaker 3: of ways for a lot of things. So it is
- 28:55Speaker 3: because of that hard wiring that when you begin to
- 28:59Speaker 3: when you just start you know, speaking or using affirmations,
- 29:04Speaker 3: it feels awkward, it feels funny.
- 29:05Speaker 4: And guess what, understand that that's normal, It's okay.
- 29:09Speaker 3: So I don't want you to get frustrated because you're
- 29:11Speaker 3: starting to do something, because what are you're doing now,
- 29:13Speaker 3: You're starting to create path new neural pathways that it's
- 29:17Speaker 3: stretching that.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Elasticity, so that that neuroplasticity that you're that that that
- 29:24Speaker 4: you're operating under. It's so vital for you to do
- 29:28Speaker 4: this work.
- 29:30Speaker 3: So in the beginning, when you look at yourself and
- 29:33Speaker 3: say I am wealthy, I am healthy, I am wise,
- 29:37Speaker 3: money flows to me easily and effortlessly. It may feel
- 29:40Speaker 3: awkward initially, but you keep speaking it, you keep looking
- 29:44Speaker 3: at yourself, and you keep.
- 29:45Speaker 4: Having that internal dialogue.
- 29:47Speaker 3: It's just like when you began to drive, when you
- 29:49Speaker 3: first got behind the car.
- 29:51Speaker 4: You know, but got you know, got behind that staining
- 29:53Speaker 4: wheel for the first time. You weren't comfortable.
- 29:57Speaker 3: No, no, you were afraid and you it took a
- 30:00Speaker 3: minute for you to kind of get get into the groove.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Now when you so so when you first started, you know,
- 30:06Speaker 3: you had to check your mirrors, you had to put
- 30:08Speaker 3: on your your your seatbelt, you had to look all
- 30:12Speaker 3: around and now listen, I guarantee you, I guarantee you
- 30:17Speaker 3: you can drive your car, yell at kids in the back,
- 30:20Speaker 3: drink coffee, put on the lipstick, talk on the celf
- 30:23Speaker 3: talk on the phone at the same time and all
- 30:26Speaker 3: while driving.
- 30:28Speaker 4: You may not you know, you may not supposed to
- 30:30Speaker 4: do that, but.
- 30:31Speaker 2: You can do it.
- 30:32Speaker 4: Not like that, but yeah, right, So it's the same thing.
- 30:36Speaker 4: It's the same thing with your affirmations.
- 30:38Speaker 3: So of course, just like you weren't comfortable when you
- 30:40Speaker 3: got behind the steering wheel the first time, when you
- 30:43Speaker 3: start your affirmations.
- 30:44Speaker 4: You may not be so comfortable, but just keep doing
- 30:46Speaker 4: it and it will get you get there.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Just trust that process now and you can quantumly and
- 30:52Speaker 3: and and the way you the way you show up
- 30:55Speaker 3: to the affirmation that's going to be important too.
- 30:58Speaker 4: I'm gonna encourage you to be bold, be bold, be daring, you.
- 31:02Speaker 3: Know, speak speak that thing, and I mean, you know,
- 31:05Speaker 3: like you know, like the kids says, you know, say
- 31:06Speaker 3: it from your chest, you know, really be powerful in
- 31:10Speaker 3: your affirmations.
- 31:11Speaker 4: And so the more you do it, the better it'll get,
- 31:14Speaker 4: the easier to get for you.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Mm hmmm, one hundred percent. I agree with that. And
- 31:19Speaker 2: whenever I get scared or things aren't I feel like
- 31:24Speaker 2: they aren't going my way, or I don't think I
- 31:27Speaker 2: can get through something, I always just tell myself Marca
- 31:31Speaker 2: you're going to get through this. You can do it.
- 31:33Speaker 2: You can do it. And I take that deep breath,
- 31:35Speaker 2: I take that you know call my nervous system, and
- 31:40Speaker 2: just that little bitty fix right there, and it does
- 31:42Speaker 2: shift the way that I think in that moment.
- 31:45Speaker 3: It truly you have to.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so the CTA system, can you tell us what
- 31:52Speaker 2: that stands for?
- 31:54Speaker 3: And this is the book Cracking Abundance COLD. So it's
- 31:59Speaker 3: just an acronym for Cracking the Abundance Code.
- 32:01Speaker 4: That's it.
- 32:04Speaker 3: Because it's a long name. So so like to keep
- 32:07Speaker 3: saying the Cracking the Abundance Code system.
- 32:10Speaker 2: You short just show it.
- 32:14Speaker 4: Yeah, we just shortened it. So that's so what I did.
- 32:18Speaker 3: So again this started off as is just a book,
- 32:22Speaker 3: and it grew because I was like, Okay, we need this,
- 32:26Speaker 3: we need that. And so the entire so the actual
- 32:29Speaker 3: entire system is is one that is centered around what
- 32:34Speaker 3: I do best is hypnosis. So that system is a
- 32:38Speaker 3: twenty one day system. It's not a challenge and it's
- 32:42Speaker 3: not that kind of thing. It's a twenty one day roadmap.
- 32:45Speaker 3: You actually get the roadmap inside of the book, but
- 32:47Speaker 3: when you go to the go to the Cracking Abundance website.
- 32:52Speaker 3: You actually you actually have access.
- 32:55Speaker 4: To do one.
- 32:55Speaker 3: You start that journey by doing the wealth assessment. You
- 33:00Speaker 3: gets your score. It pairs you with the abundance archetype.
- 33:03Speaker 3: You know what you're wrestling with. Then you start your
- 33:05Speaker 3: twenty one day program. And that twenty one days. The
- 33:10Speaker 3: first day you have some guided meditations. Have you have
- 33:15Speaker 3: the first seven days. Then you each seven days you
- 33:19Speaker 3: have a hypnosis program. The first one is of course
- 33:24Speaker 3: moving beyond those limiting beliefs, letting those limiting beliefs go
- 33:28Speaker 3: so that you then can prepare yourself for the next
- 33:31Speaker 3: seven days. And the next seven days is about quantum
- 33:34Speaker 3: leaping into your wealthy identity, and that is you walking
- 33:39Speaker 3: and being and living as if. And so we go
- 33:43Speaker 3: through a series of exercises and protocols and all of
- 33:46Speaker 3: these things for the next for that seven day period
- 33:50Speaker 3: to help you prepare for that quantum leap, you're.
- 33:55Speaker 4: Doing your visualized and you're actually walking it. You're you're
- 33:58Speaker 4: walking it, you're dressing as.
- 34:00Speaker 2: You feel it, you're visualizing it.
- 34:02Speaker 4: Yes, yes.
- 34:04Speaker 3: So then then at the end of that seven day
- 34:06Speaker 3: period is another hypno secession, and that hypno succession is
- 34:10Speaker 3: about quantum leaping into that wealthy identity. And I'm literally
- 34:14Speaker 3: going to take your subconscious mind on a journey to
- 34:17Speaker 3: take you there to where it is that you want
- 34:20Speaker 3: to be, from here to there, to embody your version
- 34:25Speaker 3: of your wealthy mindset. It's not my version, it's not
- 34:28Speaker 3: Marcy's version, it's not mom or Dad's version. It is
- 34:31Speaker 3: abundance according to you. And so you do that for
- 34:36Speaker 3: the seven days, and we move into the last seven days,
- 34:40Speaker 3: and that is about preparing your mind for the actual
- 34:44Speaker 3: manifestation of it. How do you how do you put
- 34:48Speaker 3: those practices into action, and how do you also do
- 34:53Speaker 3: The most important thing is to let go. You have
- 35:00Speaker 3: to let go because the more you hold on to
- 35:03Speaker 3: the dream and the more you push it, the more
- 35:05Speaker 3: you fight, the harder it is to manifest. So I
- 35:08Speaker 3: teach you to put the intention out there vibrationally align
- 35:13Speaker 3: yourself with the vision that you have seen for yourself.
- 35:16Speaker 3: And then once you've done all of this work, you've healed.
- 35:19Speaker 3: Because the first seven days is about releasing those limiting
- 35:21Speaker 3: beliefs and the things that have been blocking you. Then
- 35:24Speaker 3: the second seven days is you actually embodying the best
- 35:28Speaker 3: version of yourself.
- 35:29Speaker 4: And then the last seven days as we move into
- 35:33Speaker 4: the twenty one day.
- 35:34Speaker 3: Twenty one is releasing, allowing, letting go so that everything
- 35:40Speaker 3: that you have seen for yourself you can bring into
- 35:43Speaker 3: your experience.
- 35:45Speaker 4: And that's the see Tex system. That's it from beginning
- 35:48Speaker 4: to end.
- 35:50Speaker 2: So you talk about abundance and what that really means,
- 35:54Speaker 2: I mean, I know it means many things out there
- 35:58Speaker 2: may think that that's just money. Can you share other
- 36:03Speaker 2: ways that we can think of abundance? Oh?
- 36:06Speaker 3: Absolutely. Abundance is good health. Abundance is having a love
- 36:11Speaker 3: filled home. Abundance is having children that are happy and healthy.
- 36:16Speaker 3: Abundance can be laughter a lot of it. Having friends
- 36:20Speaker 3: that you're able to just kind of be with and
- 36:23Speaker 3: be authentic around. That's abundance. That's abundance. Having having a
- 36:30Speaker 3: peace of mind, having the ability to quiet your spaces,
- 36:36Speaker 3: that's abundance.
- 36:37Speaker 4: Abundance is all around.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Abundance is above below, it's inside of us.
- 36:43Speaker 4: We come from and see, this is the thing that
- 36:44Speaker 4: I teach. You come from abundance.
- 36:47Speaker 3: You come from a source where there's nothing lacking, nothing
- 36:53Speaker 3: at all lacking.
- 36:55Speaker 4: And because there's nothing lacking, your design, your build is
- 37:01Speaker 4: for Prosperity is for abundance. That's why I feel so good.
- 37:06Speaker 4: That's why, you know, when you go to the rich Calton.
- 37:09Speaker 3: It feels nice to be in luxurious, you know, surroundings.
- 37:14Speaker 3: It's lovely to be at home and you have beautiful furnishings.
- 37:17Speaker 4: And all of those things.
- 37:18Speaker 3: It feels good when you're in a beautiful garden there,
- 37:22Speaker 3: you're you're at a wonderful resort, or you're just in
- 37:25Speaker 3: your meditation like I'm in my meditation suite at home.
- 37:28Speaker 4: This is this is actually where I do the work.
- 37:31Speaker 4: So for your right, yeah, yeah, make a space for yourself.
- 37:35Speaker 4: Make it sacred. So abundance is so many things, but
- 37:40Speaker 4: it's just and it's abundance according to you. And of
- 37:43Speaker 4: course abundance is financial too. You know.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Financial abundance is great because it allows you to do
- 37:48Speaker 3: so many things. That allows you to be a blessing
- 37:50Speaker 3: to so many people, That allows you to take care
- 37:52Speaker 3: of your family. It allows you to if you're having
- 37:55Speaker 3: a tough day, to have that tough day in a
- 37:58Speaker 3: much nicer environment.
- 38:00Speaker 2: It self care, I'm all about that self care.
- 38:05Speaker 4: Yeah, that self care. So yeah, that's that's that's my
- 38:09Speaker 4: take on it.
- 38:10Speaker 2: I love it. I love it, and it's so true.
- 38:13Speaker 2: It's so true to have a real, well rounded life
- 38:18Speaker 2: and money does not make you happy. Yes, it makes
- 38:22Speaker 2: things easier, it does not bring true fulfillment.
- 38:27Speaker 4: Nope.
- 38:28Speaker 2: So I want to talk a little bit. When I
- 38:31Speaker 2: was talking about the programming, and one of the things
- 38:34Speaker 2: that you brought up was how trauma affects us. And
- 38:38Speaker 2: that's one of the things that took a real toll
- 38:41Speaker 2: on my life, and I used alcohol to cope with that.
- 38:46Speaker 2: And I'm now almost ten years sober. And when I
- 38:49Speaker 2: started relations thank you, And when I started my sobriety journey,
- 38:54Speaker 2: that's when I started my healing. So I always say
- 38:58Speaker 2: it's one thing to put down the drink, but now
- 39:01Speaker 2: it's all about reprogramming and changing the way that you
- 39:05Speaker 2: live your life. So this work that you now help
- 39:08Speaker 2: others with, I actually had to go through to heal
- 39:12Speaker 2: from my past trauma, right, and to reprogram the way
- 39:18Speaker 2: that I thought about myself. The first thing was the
- 39:21Speaker 2: self hatred that I had for myself, the victim role
- 39:26Speaker 2: that I lived, and you know, putting off all of
- 39:32Speaker 2: the things that happened in my life. Everything looked great
- 39:34Speaker 2: on the outside, but on the inside, I was crumbling
- 39:38Speaker 2: and managing that well. I thought with alcohol that that
- 39:42Speaker 2: was just destroying me. So once I was able to
- 39:44Speaker 2: put that down, I was able to start shifting the
- 39:47Speaker 2: way that I was thinking and rep programming and putting
- 39:51Speaker 2: that action into life every single day. And I still do.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I still have to. So for those that have dealt
- 40:00Speaker 2: with trauma, and I think all of us have dealt
- 40:04Speaker 2: with trauma in something, it's how we've gotten through it.
- 40:07Speaker 2: It helps us to become resilient. You know, there's no
- 40:10Speaker 2: story that's harder than another. Right, we all have something
- 40:14Speaker 2: that changes the way that we think, and trauma actually
- 40:18Speaker 2: changes our brain. So for those that are out there
- 40:23Speaker 2: that have dealt with trauma as a child or as
- 40:26Speaker 2: an adult, how can we start to know that we
- 40:33Speaker 2: don't need these substances to mask that we do have
- 40:39Speaker 2: the ability to reprogram and and heal from that trauma
- 40:45Speaker 2: that we do have, that we are capable and worthy
- 40:47Speaker 2: of you.
- 40:49Speaker 3: And when it comes to trauma, I'm going to I'm
- 40:53Speaker 3: going to say this, do your best to find professional help,
- 40:58Speaker 3: because you know, with an organization that where the people
- 41:02Speaker 3: have been there and done that, you know, like I've had,
- 41:07Speaker 3: you know, in my my investment days, I've had employees
- 41:12Speaker 3: that that were a part of U n A, that
- 41:16Speaker 3: was a part of AA, and so they would always
- 41:19Speaker 3: bring the you know these beautiful epitads that we're taught
- 41:24Speaker 3: in these organizations.
- 41:25Speaker 4: You need support. You can't do it alone.
- 41:29Speaker 3: That's the first thing we lie to ourselves about. I
- 41:32Speaker 3: can fix this myself. I can I can walk this
- 41:35Speaker 3: journey alone.
- 41:36Speaker 4: No, don't, don't. You don't have to.
- 41:39Speaker 3: You can try, and that's okay for you, and it's
- 41:41Speaker 3: admirable if that's something that you want to try. But
- 41:45Speaker 3: I have seen the success of people who have found
- 41:49Speaker 3: others that have walked the journey that you are now
- 41:52Speaker 3: on and they can say, hey, you know what about this?
- 41:56Speaker 3: They can they can offer a few steps that might
- 42:00Speaker 3: save you some wrong terms. So connect to people that
- 42:04Speaker 3: have been there, done that, get professional help, connect to
- 42:09Speaker 3: organizations that have dealt with the journey that you're on
- 42:14Speaker 3: to get that guidance, and then be honest with yourself
- 42:20Speaker 3: and those around you. The foundation of it is first
- 42:23Speaker 3: being at first having the courage to acknowledge where you
- 42:26Speaker 3: are and to be honest with yourself and to others
- 42:29Speaker 3: that are around you. And then as you do that,
- 42:33Speaker 3: it opens up this panacea of help because the universe
- 42:39Speaker 3: is going to hear your cry and give you opportunity
- 42:42Speaker 3: after opportunity to meet people, to connect with folks that
- 42:46Speaker 3: have been there too, and that can help usher you
- 42:49Speaker 3: into that place of healing for yourself.
- 42:51Speaker 4: And you can.
- 42:52Speaker 3: You can do it because that many There are many
- 42:54Speaker 3: people who have dealt with all types of traumas, whether
- 42:57Speaker 3: there be physical abuses, substance abuse is life life in
- 43:03Speaker 3: and of itself, you know, financial trauma. That's one of
- 43:06Speaker 3: the things that I talk about in the book, is
- 43:08Speaker 3: it's financial trauma.
- 43:10Speaker 4: You know, there are there are many of us.
- 43:12Speaker 3: I've been there where I've lost everything, you know, after
- 43:16Speaker 3: you know, after having all of that success. You know,
- 43:19Speaker 3: two thousand and eight, two thousand and nine happened because
- 43:22Speaker 3: I was in the real estate market. I was heavily invested.
- 43:26Speaker 3: I owned a mortgage company. So when the market crashed,
- 43:30Speaker 3: all of us. Oh, I watched my friends lose everything.
- 43:33Speaker 3: I lost everything, I lost homes, cars. The two things
- 43:36Speaker 3: that I maintained was my integrity and my relationships. And
- 43:41Speaker 3: it was my relationship, it was my connection to community.
- 43:45Speaker 3: Those people that helped me get beyond that moment, and
- 43:49Speaker 3: I did the inner work. So I got books the
- 43:51Speaker 3: trauma that I had, I got books. I got Wayne Dyer,
- 43:54Speaker 3: Deepak Chopra, just you know, all of these wonderful luminaries.
- 43:59Speaker 4: Tony Robbins that that that really just kind of spoke
- 44:03Speaker 4: to me. They were my coaches.
- 44:05Speaker 3: They were my coaches, and they helped me to move
- 44:08Speaker 3: beyond where I was into a season of being healed.
- 44:13Speaker 3: And it's a it's a step by step journey when
- 44:14Speaker 3: it comes to healing, and hypnosis is a tool to
- 44:18Speaker 3: heal because because when you have access to the subconscious
- 44:22Speaker 3: mind as a hip, as a hypnotherapist, I can guide
- 44:26Speaker 3: you and I can help to reframe how your subconscious
- 44:29Speaker 3: mind holds the trauma. I'm not one of those therapists
- 44:33Speaker 3: that like to wrap a traumatic experience in amnesia.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Uh.
- 44:39Speaker 4: Some some therapists do, and and sometimes depending on how
- 44:42Speaker 4: violent the traumatic experience is, you may have to do that.
- 44:46Speaker 4: But I like to I like to reframe trauma. I
- 44:51Speaker 4: like to change the way you see it. And so
- 44:54Speaker 4: instead of it being a traumatic experience, it becomes wisdom.
- 44:57Speaker 3: It becomes a stepping stool, a step and stone for
- 45:00Speaker 3: you to now walk forward and move.
- 45:03Speaker 4: On with your life in a beautiful way.
- 45:06Speaker 2: So now, yeah, And one of the things that I
- 45:10Speaker 2: also realized is that doing the inner child work shadow work,
- 45:15Speaker 2: just releasing the negative energy, I had to release that
- 45:20Speaker 2: from my body that I held onto. So even though
- 45:23Speaker 2: I was trying to not think about it, it still
- 45:26Speaker 2: was staying stuck inside of me. And it was pretty
- 45:30Speaker 2: magical when I let that go.
- 45:32Speaker 3: So it's something powerful that you say that let that
- 45:36Speaker 3: go from your body, because most people don't realize that energetically,
- 45:41Speaker 3: that trauma oftentimes is lodged in our physical bodies. That's
- 45:46Speaker 3: why many of many of us have experienced tension and
- 45:49Speaker 3: stress and nick pains and back pains and all.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Kinds of ailments in pain, yeah, right, in pain.
- 45:57Speaker 3: So so your physical body is an expression of that
- 46:03Speaker 3: emotional state that you've experienced that trump the traumatic experience
- 46:09Speaker 3: that you've had many times.
- 46:11Speaker 4: Just lodged not only mentally and emotionally, but physically as well.
- 46:16Speaker 2: So I always say, silence keeps us sick. So if
- 46:21Speaker 2: we're not, we're not talking about it, if we're living
- 46:26Speaker 2: in the shame and the guilt, which we've been programmed
- 46:29Speaker 2: to do, right, not to talk about a lot of
- 46:31Speaker 2: these things or to even understand them. We can't heal.
- 46:36Speaker 2: We can't heal if we don't talk about it, if
- 46:38Speaker 2: we don't get educated, if we don't do the tools
- 46:41Speaker 2: to create the action in our lives every day. So
- 46:44Speaker 2: if somebody wanted to work more with you, where can
- 46:47Speaker 2: they find you?
- 46:48Speaker 4: Well, if they wanted to work directly with me, you
- 46:51Speaker 4: can go They could go to oasismindspot dot com.
