- 0:42Horizon. Yeah, I'm gonna say it like,
- 0:45yeah, so, you know Joshua house with HD we've done a video
- 0:47before we have got a VidCon when you guys know she is but the
- 0:51exciting thing is we are actually doing a neuro-diverse
- 0:54panel at VidCon this year and it's going to be on the 11th of
- 0:58July in Behind the vehicle in Anaheim.
- 1:01We are on the 11th of July at 2:30 p.m.
- 1:05In room 208. I think it was a great to it.
- 1:08So and so basically you could come down to see is there's a
- 1:12bunch of other cool awesome creators, which you'll
- 1:13definitely heard of but you guys can go to come down and listen
- 1:17to pain and support the panel because it's the first one of
- 1:20its kind and I really wanted to be successful and I want to get
- 1:22feedback from people and I was like, yeah, I want I'm not going
- 1:26to take a look at it was both ride.
- 1:28It was Mike. I see that this idea.
- 1:29And then just give us an idea to kind of like Planet logistical
- 1:32you do it and I think it's definitely a team effort.
- 1:34So it's awesome. So yeah come down and meet the
- 1:37hang out. Like if you're in if you're
- 1:38going to VidCon, even if you're not this is going to persuade
- 1:40you to comes with gone see apart and hang out because I think we
- 1:43could just it should be amazing because like just all the
- 1:45artistic in the idiot. He brings gonna be I know it's
- 1:48gonna be amazing. Yeah, so be no.
- 1:50I'm just so excited because it's finally A Place For Us in
- 1:53VidCon, and I love it. Anyway guys, VidCon, July 11th,
- 1:582:30 p.m. In the room 208.
- 2:03How are you even doing YouTube? Seriously?
- 2:06I took you to start things. You should seriously in 2017.
- 2:10Okay. Yeah, I started I started doing
- 2:11in 2016 and like I hit burn out right around where you are now,
- 2:15I don't like I'm do you take at least one day off a week?
- 2:19I dunno. Yeah, you're gonna want us
- 2:21tonight and I'll tell you something else.
- 2:23I don't even take I woke up until I go to sleep.
- 2:26So yeah, I know I did that too and it's really hard to turn it
- 2:29off. So, right You're excited and you
- 2:31love it. And when you find the thing that
- 2:33you love to do, like there is nobody that will work harder
- 2:36than somebody with a neurodivergent brain in my
- 2:38experience. If you get them engaged if your
- 2:41their brain is engaged like they'll just go go go like it's
- 2:44Powerhouse money. Yeah, so I was the same way like
- 2:47I would work from the time. I got up to the time I went to
- 2:49sleep like I would you know reluctantly like drive to work,
- 2:52but then I'd be like I was waiting tables and I would like,
- 2:55you know, go to this table that table that people everybody's
- 2:57good this table like out back like Like hidden in the hallway
- 3:01was like my YouTube comments. Like how are you guys doing?
- 3:03Okay cool. You guys need a steak?
- 3:05You need a refill like whatever and then like how the comments
- 3:07doing? Yeah hustle hustle.
- 3:09But here's the thing like you and I are different like places
- 3:13in like how you know how long we've been going I hit burn out
- 3:17really hard and I what I had to do organizationally was a
- 3:21mandatory day off. Oh, yeah, like one where I was
- 3:24not allowed to look at the comments.
- 3:25I was not allowed to do anything, right?
- 3:27Can you imagine what you know, I this Forced myself.
- 3:31Well, you know what? This is all about organizations,
- 3:33right? And this is let me tell you
- 3:34this. No, I upload seven times at
- 3:38least seven times a day on Twitter three times over
- 3:39Instagram that daily daily videos on to other posts on
- 3:43Facebook upload on my my YouTube channel 4 times a week and I
- 3:48also put our content daily on Snapchat Let's Go Wireless.
- 3:51Come on Twitter everything. You are a super human.
- 3:53I love it. But I'm I'm I'm really close to
- 3:57saying okay. I need to take Friday off.
- 3:59I'm think I'm gonna actually Take Friday as my day because
- 4:01that's my backlinking day so I could do some by clicking in the
- 4:03morning. But now they of course they love
- 4:07you comments. Like if you want Daniel to take
- 4:12like a mental health day a week cuz this is okay.
- 4:15Maybe all right. We'll do a poll.
- 4:17Maybe I'll pull up here somewhere and then we'll do a
- 4:19poem a card you guys let me know if I should take a day off.
- 4:21I'm going to say know what happened to me was one day.
- 4:28My brain just shut down was. I refused like I just refuse no
- 4:32more. Yeah, like I like I will not
- 4:35work under these conditions. My brain went on strike is what
- 4:37happened and like there was nobody to cross the picket line.
- 4:40My focus is on its difficulty like have a family it's all you
- 4:42need trying to like think about some funny.
- 4:44You don't look I know this amazing.
- 4:46So I think I got little sleep, which I don't mind because I get
- 4:48up early and do stuff like seriously I get up early and
- 4:50then I get him to you know, he has a bit of a bottleneck was
- 4:52sleep. Also food web and goes to sleep
- 4:53you're getting and I'm just extremely like what I love it.
- 4:56I don't know and this is the thing.
- 4:58I'm so unorganized. I say I won so unorganized so I
- 5:01have to use organizational apps and that's how I did that you
- 5:04encounter the way do all this content and actually one of the
- 5:09most amazing things that we briefly touched on this on your
- 5:11channel is the Apple products. I have Village mean I'm not like
- 5:15this is not sponsored anything by Apple.
- 5:16I'm not trying to get in the good books.
- 5:17I'm just telling you like how I feel you can have a gadget that
- 5:20they could create a tablet or something.
- 5:21I wouldn't but back in - yeah, so my iPhone and my iPad
- 5:26revolutionized my life, and it was no third party absence.
- 5:30To do with they have a grip the calendar on the on the iPhone
- 5:33which has and you can have are those like al-khali the Apple
- 5:37calendar. So the beauty of it is I can say
- 5:39look I have a terrible short-term memory.
- 5:41Okay, so I can say it's also sweet done.
- 5:44Can you appear at this event on Saturday?
- 5:46I'm like, yeah cool. I won't be there it goes.
- 5:49This won't happen Okay. Well, okay.
- 5:51So what do you do? This is what I do.
- 5:52I get my phone I go. Hey Siri remind me to go to this
- 5:54event on Saturday at 6 p.m. Also gave me an alert 2 hours
- 5:58before they were just doesn't happen.
- 6:00He'll do it. So you open up my calendar put
- 6:02an alarm on tell me exactly what I need to do.
- 6:03Let's say the name of the place actually finds on the map and
- 6:06attaches up to it. Amazing that that is
- 6:08life-changing just that what just that one as an example that
- 6:11was life-changing because I was able to go to events.
- 6:13So what about you? Huh?
- 6:14Do you have issues with organizational issues are a huge
- 6:19challenge for me like enormous. So I have I have some things
- 6:25that I do like I for a while I was using the bullet Journal
- 6:28system, which I actually I did a video on how to do it.
- 6:32So like you'll see on Pinterest like these really beautiful
- 6:34spreads. Like don't do that.
- 6:36That's not the actual like original bullet Journal system
- 6:39was meant it was designed by somebody with ADHD to be like
- 6:42super fast and it's pen and paper and so, you know, we know
- 6:46that from research that we remember things better when we
- 6:49write them down physically, so you write them down physically
- 6:53and he like it's a whole system where like you don't forget to
- 6:56do anything because you have to migrate your tasks the next
- 6:58month or whatever like I thought Very effective at first when it
- 7:02was just me as I grew and had a team.
- 7:05I really needed the sink calendars with other people.
- 7:07I tried different things. I tried Asana which is Task
- 7:10Manager the latest thing that I'm trying that I actually
- 7:13really love so far but it's like preliminary.
- 7:15So take that into consideration. It's something called sked pal
- 7:20SK aedpa L what I really like about it is I think it below as
- 7:25well. So you guys yeah.
- 7:26Yeah, so I'm doing a free trial right now.
- 7:29So like well But what I like about it is it has a i in it and
- 7:35so it tells you like or if it actually schedules things for
- 7:38you. So like you put in a task and
- 7:40say like I have to I don't know I have to respond to this email
- 7:45or whatever and like just a little things that might like my
- 7:47get dropped. Otherwise, like I have this
- 7:49respond to this email. It's a small task.
- 7:51I'll take me, you know five minutes or whatever and then
- 7:53like it'll batch them together and stick them into your
- 7:56schedule. And so you can actually pull it.
- 8:00The going it was what you can adjust your schedule.
- 8:02So like one time I was done writing an episode earlier than
- 8:05I thought and I was like, you know, normally I would just be
- 8:07like I have an extra hour and it was like, nope.
- 8:09This was work time. So like it just batched tasks
- 8:12and stuck them in there. I was like, oh, so that's what
- 8:14I'm working on next. It tells you what you're working
- 8:17on next and it adjusts and if you miss a deadline, like if you
- 8:20were like I was supposed to do this then and you don't do it.
- 8:22You don't have to manually reschedule it.
- 8:24It will reschedule it for you. Wow, is this like see that?
- 8:27I've been searching for different apps and I'm going to
- 8:29I'm going to be In a trial especially for VidCon because I
- 8:32feel like because when I travel around like me and Alex, I want
- 8:34those Alex if you don't also picture in here somewhere, but
- 8:38when we talk a lot on Alex as my assistant and he helps me like
- 8:40organized logistical stuff, so he's the guy needs to use on the
- 8:43app. So what we did when we searched
- 8:44around the different apps and I'm going to put a bunch on the
- 8:45table. I'll probably check this one
- 8:46out. Yeah try to get help because
- 8:48what I like is like use you can say like these are my work hours
- 8:51and so you can be like I want to do this task during work hours
- 8:53or you can be like, this is anytime I'm awake and you little
- 8:56schedule a test anytime you're awake or you can be like I know
- 8:59from these hours to these hours like I'm most creative.
- 9:02So if it's a creative task, I'll tell it only to put it in the
- 9:05creative hours. Yeah, let's get it doesn't
- 9:07automatically this is if there's a learning curve to it, but I
- 9:09think it's gonna be worth it. This is currently my to-do list.
- 9:12Okay, look just what rate and those to-do list you are not
- 9:17like in your calendar and so there's no other just didn't so
- 9:21what I need is something way more fucked up or just the idea
- 9:24of getting into my head that I can be more organized.
- 9:28I just need to believe in myself.
- 9:30Come to us because and also like to a certain degree like
- 9:33accepting that organization is a challenge.
- 9:35Like I've just accepted that I am not the person who's going to
- 9:38be sending Christmas cards. Like I am just terribly I don't
- 9:42know where you live. I don't remember your name.
- 9:44Like I love you. I will hug you in a party.
- 9:47But yeah, I don't know. I feel the same cause like I
- 9:49always feel bad because I was like, oh you seminar think I'm a
- 9:51kid cool three years later. I'm like, oh, this is the thing.
- 9:54I'm supposed to send some weeks six years ago.
- 9:56I'm unrealistically excited about something that I just
- 9:59started. But that's why I like scared
- 10:00Palace because like anything you put on the task list, you have
- 10:03to get enough information for it to actually put it in your
- 10:07account. So he's a good would prompt you
- 10:08to ask say hey, you don't have enough data.
- 10:10Oh, well the just a little bit just say there's like a little
- 10:13symbol that tells you if it's been scheduled.
- 10:16Yeah. Well, I do know what the so I
- 10:18use the one of the okay. So I saw you a minute ago about
- 10:21the calendar that because series integrated as a personal system
- 10:25voice. This is amazing because I can't
- 10:26spell for buggery, but I'm really so I'm super decides I
- 10:29can spell for And so when you try to spell things in tough
- 10:32caps, they just look at you stupid as as this isn't a real
- 10:35word they show you. Okay.
- 10:36So when I say things to Siri, I feel like the voice first agent
- 10:40is excellent. So that integrated with
- 10:42everything works really well for the one I would say about the
- 10:44calendar but I also use it for reminders.
- 10:46So the reminders one is cool because I can you let me take
- 10:50out the trash up six o'clock today or whatever and for
- 10:52example of Josh later and I was like, okay when John Atwater
- 10:55they two hours. I'm just calling it will tell
- 10:56you take out the trash and Toes awesome.
- 10:58I watch wobbles a little candidates.
- 10:59Take out the trash that again has made me so much more
- 11:02productive those so interesting because like I try to use
- 11:05reminders on my phone and they're confusing to me and like
- 11:08I'm - 2 so I get reminders that are like, you know, check on
- 11:12Alex and it's like four hundred thirty six days ago.
- 11:15Do I have as well, but from our bond is do have over do things
- 11:18like we go sit not like their mind just to is to overdo
- 11:21things. We're trying to do.
- 11:25What is Seth a the but should be tension.
- 11:28That's an FM tuner. Is this phone David Lynch?
- 11:31What was it Lynch? You're gonna call David Lynch.
- 11:34My friends holding been sold right now, but the seventh of
- 11:37the fourth doesn't 19 which means that it was January March
- 11:39April. So the 7th of April us was one
- 11:41of my day at that my friend David Lynch and today it's like
- 11:44this 16th of know the 15th of May.
- 11:46Yeah. So problem is like I ignore
- 11:48reminders. So I have so this one look put
- 11:51the block pin out 12 p.m. And repeat every 2 weeks, which
- 11:54is cool. And this is called PD to come
- 11:55for my contract which is British Telecom because you know, we're
- 11:57Brits and then that was have a pension.
- 11:59Look at this on 20th of January 2019.
- 12:02So what if you have a billion other things to do and I think
- 12:07like see that's the thing. I'm busy and I just ignored do
- 12:11you have a symmetry? So I just like, oh, yeah, I'll
- 12:14get back to it. So here's the thing.
- 12:16I literally will never ever ever remember that thing ever.
- 12:21It's a simple ADHD. So the same.
- 12:23Oh my God ideas like seems executive function challenges
- 12:26basically like yeah, I feel like cleaning prioritizing sis.
- 12:29Gaining effort toward goals or whatever.
- 12:32Yeah. Well do this.
- 12:33Do you know about a hot mess? My other guy?
- 12:36Really? Honestly, I'm just like yeah.
- 12:38Yeah, but like but the things that that are important and
- 12:42Urgent get done right like the the uploading and stuff like
- 12:44that. Not that not just important but
- 12:46like important and Urgent by the skin of the teeth like just
- 12:51about are you sure? Oh my goodness that you do so
- 12:56much. Like how do you have time to
- 12:57procrastinate? You're always eating something.
- 12:59Well, I see. Well, you should you should know
- 13:01it CDC. I'm like I go.
- 13:03Okay. I have one hour and I have to
- 13:05edit down this video so I could get the video.
- 13:08It's something a lot of final curtain.
- 13:09I'm like, huh? Wonder what beavers eat on a
- 13:12daily basis quick Google something to hurt.
- 13:15So I did something that revolutionized this bleep.
- 13:18I forgot side like they just crazy.
- 13:20So I did something revolutionize it I decided to turn my phone
- 13:24off when I was because what happens is that the small
- 13:28interrupt. My phone was like, huh?
- 13:30Might as well just check something else on here and then
- 13:32it goes you got to rub a hole in six years that you're watching
- 13:34cats playing ping-pong now when away like why I was really into
- 13:37the bullet Journal because like he won't get interrupted by a
- 13:39text message. Oh, no, like that's everything.
- 13:41Well. No, it doesn't need anything
- 13:43else. Oh, yeah.
- 13:47Sorry. I just thought everything I just
- 13:49think in digital Tech comes. Yeah.
- 13:51It doesn't exist. I see real life is algorithmic
- 13:54changes. You know that everything in my
- 13:56life is an algorithm now like a terrified by technology.
- 13:59Oh I Love it. I like technology like it's me
- 14:03up so much. Do you know what I do?
- 14:04Like for scripts? I have like a board like a
- 14:06poster board and I print my scripts out in 30 point font,
- 14:10and I read like I read them and like, you know memorize like
- 14:14that wine or whatever and then I look at the Cameron.
- 14:16I say it that's my like my end. I've seen one of your bullets
- 14:19actually. Yeah, I'm sure it was but I seen
- 14:20it I was like, oh that's yeah. I I I tried I tried for a while
- 14:25driving like a monitor and like save the PDF and like, you know
- 14:28the fancy monitors. Oh my God.
- 14:29I do it I do it on them my nose. I have my phone next to me when
- 14:33I'm vulnerable my laptop lecture on filming and that's what I did
- 14:35and I feel like that helped me organize because I use the notes
- 14:38which is the last stop all talk about the notes on iPhones.
- 14:41Amazing because you can notice on my phone is this it's yeah,
- 14:44it's just like it's like right up and you know, if I can tick
- 14:47box now you can like radio button say, oh, yeah, I've done
- 14:49that task and it's great. Well, I remember to do it.
- 14:51But if I remember to do it it works and you can just take that
- 14:54thing and it I just love it but the problem with it as you seen
- 14:57I just Pile in things to do in a Never get done.
- 15:00What about male-male is excellent, but I I used to like
- 15:08you that guy was like a six hundred messages and then went
- 15:10to six million advantages, right and then I was like hello.
- 15:13So I spent the last thing it digital.
- 15:15I meant like physical mail, but like oh, oh I do think of it
- 15:18done. So and I cleaned it all up and
- 15:20now I'm a little overwhelmed with like Ambush, but I just
- 15:25have no idea wasn't but it's organized chaos.
- 15:27I mean, I literally this will happen today.
- 15:28I'm sorry. Bronze message me that was like,
- 15:32okay, maybe yeah, so then they measured me around all day
- 15:34saying. Oh, can you can you do this run,
- 15:38you know sponsor with us and we'll just give you the free
- 15:40product for life. I was like, oh my God the girl
- 15:42just calm down like I will get back to you.
- 15:43But then I realize the dates are so it's kind of like an hour and
- 15:49time is so interesting it sun is only a concept so I have
- 15:53difficulty thinking like I like what time is it like that just
- 15:57blows my mind like time just goes way back.
- 16:00And literally while going well sit on my desk and I'll work and
- 16:03then I'll be like, oh my goodness five hours of fast.
- 16:06I haven't eaten or gone into the truck that I'm like what is
- 16:08going on and it's probably a I'd kidneys does is anything wrong
- 16:10with the drink water Molly good but I legit have drink water on.
- 16:15My to-do list. Yeah, like I had a sticker chart
- 16:18going for a while driving, you know, five bit more.
- 16:21So I drink water douche bag and like, you know, but a douchebag
- 16:24no, no, he didn't burp just that's why I feel like it wasn't
- 16:27like launch think what you're an idiot like, oh, yeah.
- 16:29Sure. Shoot so you're gonna be a fun
- 16:31app like something that like bullies you into yeah came up
- 16:34with a bit personality like but like you're like an angry boss
- 16:37like an angry boss. Like if you know, yeah you owe
- 16:40me two push-ups by Thursday Jones t let him be done just
- 16:44like him. Yeah.
- 16:44What's the report? Yeah.
- 16:46We cool like a digital boss. Yeah.
- 16:48Well, that's right, but just like makes you do things in you
- 16:50need to do. Yeah.
- 16:52Yeah. Okay.
- 16:53I have a question. My desk is super organized on
- 16:58the top. Yeah, but then as soon as you
- 17:01open the draw, it becomes like just like a tornado has hit.
- 17:05So here's my question how organizer you with real things
- 17:08forget digital Tech how I wish you were real things.
- 17:10How do you know? I'm not at all.
- 17:13So I love organization. I love organizational tools.
- 17:16I have like, you know, I do have like one thing which is like my
- 17:20my what is it like sticker drawers or whatever like I have
- 17:24my envelopes and my stick. Oh, yes when I won't like but
- 17:27then I never make it to the post office unfortunately, but like I
- 17:30have that organized. I love organizational tools, but
- 17:33I don't know what it is. I think it's because I don't
- 17:37like allow myself time. Like when I think I need to do a
- 17:39task. I don't think to remember to
- 17:42include time for set up or clean up.
- 17:44Oh, yeah, and so I'm just like I really am like running around
- 17:46like a tornado and so like I will clean up and organize and
- 17:50stuff and then I'll come back at the end of the day and it's just
- 17:52like explosion like It's utter chaos, and I don't know what to
- 17:58do. But the thing gets me most is
- 18:01the fear of thinking. What am I gonna do all this and
- 18:04then I never do it and then I have just stacks of stuff to do
- 18:07and I'm just like just keep smiling and I think this is what
- 18:10you think we'll better I think this is going to happen because
- 18:12I don't take that time to I used to allocate time, but I think my
- 18:15thing but so in this jannat, the funny thing is I'm a minimalist.
- 18:19And anyways, you see my Vlogs to my house.
- 18:21You guys know that the key. I haven't got a lot of things in
- 18:24my house I got The little things I use my condos kind of like the
- 18:27combined method and that's cool. Like do you suffer from my
- 18:31clothes? Yes.
- 18:32I fold my clothes together for looks like it's amazing.
- 18:35Yeah, you fold them in thirds or whatever you mean happened, but
- 18:39there's a little yeah, but also like I used to have all my
- 18:42shirts, you know in a dress or whatever like flat and you'd
- 18:44have to like dig through all of them and so just be like, yeah,
- 18:47that's where everything is again.
- 18:48But yeah now they all stand vertically so I can see what
- 18:50shirt I want and I can just grab that shirt and the rest of it
- 18:52stays in order so Because adults with socks and the crackers
- 18:57which I don't do this. It's awesome.
- 19:09It doesn't matter and the caucus and the pants underwear is or do
- 19:12Michaels called underwear had to wear anyway, so what ended rock
- 19:16is I II she doesn't like she's folding saw I'm not gonna do
- 19:20that. But the rest of it is cool.
- 19:22And this is the conflict they have I love being at a minimum.
- 19:24So I love having minimal things in my household having very big
- 19:26take a look at my house with all this stuff.
- 19:28Did you get robbed but I'm like no, it's my Vlog social worker
- 19:32in my house. It's it makes me feel way more
- 19:36free and unlike I have space and I was like, it's The problem is
- 19:40like your for my drawers where I work and it's just piled high
- 19:42with papers and letters and like to do all this stuff and I kind
- 19:47of like a have a shelf behind me.
- 19:49You guys don't seem to just below the level what I felt and
- 19:51it's just full of stuff that Brands will have sent me to you
- 19:54know, introduction to Brands and things that I want to work with
- 19:56and it just stuck there. I'm thinking.
- 19:58Oh my goodness I did. So I need a better system My
- 20:01overall fun lifestyle versus. Yeah II have to do actually made
- 20:05a video on how to tackle Paper Monsters because like so
- 20:08overwhelmingly a year so much and you just like have a mail
- 20:11pile eventually and you're so ready to recycle them.
- 20:14All right. We got him of my tiger recycling
- 20:15know there's a there's a cool trick.
- 20:17Like if you even if you don't watch the whole video there's a
- 20:19cool trick that I learned which is having a slow paper bin.
- 20:22So instead of like if it's a throwing stuff out because like
- 20:25you're like, I probably don't need it.
- 20:27Like if it's something that you might need but you just don't
- 20:29want to deal with it right now like transition box you have
- 20:32transition. But yeah, you have a slow paper
- 20:33bin. So it's a bin where you don't
- 20:35like it's not the model trash. It's just a bin for papers and
- 20:38Make it there and if you end up needing it, you can go dig
- 20:41through and it's it's like by date, right?
- 20:45So so like you can be like, oh that was like a couple months
- 20:48ago. He can like dig through.
- 20:49This is like Purgatory for Paper Shop.
- 20:51Yes, it's Purgatory for paper trash.
- 20:53That's cool. I like the idea of actually
- 20:55adopter. I did have like a treasure
- 20:57afraid to throw stuff out sometime.
- 20:58Yeah, because you don't know if it could be you might need it
- 21:01really important. Especially when I do things like
- 21:02what I'm sending. Like I said a lot of those out
- 21:04to you guys and I want to keep proof of postage in case there's
- 21:06an issue with it like a house down a couple times.
- 21:08Get the receipts. I want to keep received a little
- 21:09bit but then expires and they don't need it.
- 21:11So I think that's a really good thing.
- 21:12I think dr. Then when you should take this
- 21:15advice. That was a good piece of advice.
- 21:17That's amazing. We all know what your days are.
- 21:19Like, how do you organize your day?
- 21:21How do I organize my day? I actually have a day-by-day all
- 21:25organized map on my notes on my own.
- 21:28Let me show you so my notes on my iPhone.
- 21:30So what I do is so I hope what I thought weekly job schedule.
- 21:36So this is this is Monday all these are still on Monday and
- 21:38then She's all things up to choose date.
- 21:40And this this is all stuff to set up my actual work.
- 21:43So this is all Sidelines. This is not replying to emails
- 21:46to people this is not replying to Brown's is how I do it is
- 21:48today. This is it tells me and I never
- 21:50get I have the ever get through a day without missing something.
- 21:53That's actually exactly it's routine and I love it because I
- 21:58got okay between eight and nine. I'm going to be doing my
- 22:01Facebook post at work. So but recently I've been
- 22:04obsessed with scheduling everything I can schedule
- 22:07Instagram post I can A jewel Twitter post I can schedule
- 22:10Facebook posts Etc YouTube. So I'm bulk creating content and
- 22:14then bulk scheduling which is allowing me to potentially
- 22:17afraid is off. This is what I'm doing.
- 22:18Yeah. This is this is it and so that's
- 22:22how I do it. That's how I dated it on.
- 22:23My day-to-day is crazy. It's like it's like getting on a
- 22:27train. I'm going to close faster you
- 22:28come now and Michael returned all these things and so I'm
- 22:32gonna say yeah, it's just before the burnout happens, you know,
- 22:35and I think I think it's panic because I think is my it's
- 22:38because Likelihood I panic I think like if I don't hustle
- 22:41have this and what might your bills not going to get paid will
- 22:44one of those like using xiety to drive us and the problem is it's
- 22:47just the wrong drive. It's exhausting and you burn out
- 22:50I what I'm like what you know, but having teens like that and
- 22:54having lister's really helpful. I'm going through a lot of Life
- 22:56Changes right now. And so many my routines have
- 22:59been disrupted and like I can tell my productivity is taken a
- 23:02really big hit and not only that but like I'm dealing with
- 23:05processing a lot of like personal stuff.
- 23:07I'm going through a divorce and and so I'm dealing with like I'm
- 23:10dealing with a lot of grief and a lot of like heavy emotions and
- 23:15so like this is this is my suggestion like however, you're
- 23:18organizing yourself or your day or whatever like just give
- 23:21yourself like recognize it like you can't really compare
- 23:24yourself to somebody else. Like I'm so tempted to be like
- 23:26beating myself up right at all. His Daniel is like working seven
- 23:29days a week and he's laying the polishing so much more than I am
- 23:32right now, but the truth is like I used to be there.
- 23:34I'm not there right now. I can't be because of what I'm
- 23:37going through. It's not realistic for me, but I
- 23:40would envy I do have me because I feel like the work that you
- 23:43put in the stage. I might now has gotten your
- 23:46tongues what it is and I don't like each other thing.
- 23:47Wow. I want my channel to be that
- 23:49successful and I do see it's a very successful Jean I admired
- 23:52it. So I think that it does pay off
- 23:53and I think that you should feels less harsh on yourself.
- 23:56I think it's great. You do need time to be relaxing
- 23:59yourself and do the things that you need to do to sort your life
- 24:01out because you know, you don't want to end up burning out
- 24:03again. Well join me in a bit up.
- 24:05Yeah. So right now like I'm My life
- 24:09used to be like all work and now it's like there's not enough
- 24:12work at it. So I'm still working on trying
- 24:14to find that balance. That's a weird because sometimes
- 24:17actually yeah when I first scheduled my entire week, which
- 24:21is two weeks ago. I was like, what do I do now?
- 24:24Like it was weird. There's a void of time where I
- 24:27and that was scary actually really scared that really good
- 24:31wind up and I was like, but oh you guys have a down time to
- 24:34really hard time learning how to take down time, but I used to be
- 24:38so Like I would be like, okay. I'm going to take the night off
- 24:41and I'm gonna go like just out to dinner and like I'd like a
- 24:44new project that I wanted to work on.
- 24:45Like my brain was just like this.
- 24:47What do you even have it off switch?
- 24:49I found the perfect thing to fill the void.
- 24:51What is it learning more about my specific interest?
- 24:55I was as in SEO, so I learn more about I was like, oh I have like
- 24:59two hours. I'm not add anything before I
- 25:01officially clock off from work, you know, and like I'm going to
- 25:04learn more about how to make Instagram awesome.
- 25:05I don't know how to answer more optimized hashtags was hashtag
- 25:08rigid look at you just work again.
- 25:10I'm just feeling well work. Yeah, so, so, how do you get
- 25:12rest? Bye guys?
- 25:14brain, rest melatonin ideas, you can also tell but I think my
- 25:21brain rest when I'm enjoying it learning so I enjoy learning
- 25:28summertime makes me feel like so what I do is I've got my
- 25:31governments are going to sort of us who watch documentaries at
- 25:34night and that's Justice. That's awesome because I learned
- 25:38because it's passive learning passive learning is sort of
- 25:40oxygen is also yeah, that's all but that's like what a cuddle
- 25:44here are hug usual got a haircut McCrory.
- 25:47So insatiable like I-80 cheers, like people autism like, you
- 25:50know, I don't know what I think it's like, you know, it's like
- 25:54the desire and the drive to do amazing things because we've
- 25:57probably spent most of our Lives feeling your left and feeling
- 26:00like we're not as good as that guy or where there's something
- 26:03wrong with so I'm always like I don't know that there's meaning
- 26:05in the issue in autistic Community.
- 26:07There's just like a drive to be better.
- 26:09But yeah, so to beat yeah, I don't know like two he's gone
- 26:12past the trying to be normal but it's all none of it even have
- 26:16conversing. It's like, oh, how can I just
- 26:18proved myself in this world? How can I be me and show?
- 26:20From this is me. I don't know but I just love it.
- 26:23Like I said, I'm just I love I wish I didn't have to sleep
- 26:26away. It is that you know what I love
- 26:28I love it despite the challenges that we tend to have in school
- 26:32having different brains and it's it's hard for a lot of kids
- 26:35being different and like having trouble focusing on on all that
- 26:39stuff. Like we still come out of that
- 26:40with a love of learning. That's yeah.
- 26:42That's crazy. I used to write by school.
- 26:44Yeah, but I love learning things like I live losing so much that
- 26:47I literally went back to University later on in life.
- 26:48I was like way old and I was like I literally did my degrees
- 26:52on both. I want to learn more.
- 26:53I just my first friend, I dress it.
- 26:55And also I do PhD right now if I wasn't so busy with YouTube,
- 26:58honestly, I'm hoping to get an honorary PhD.
- 27:00I don't really like I am determined to because I don't
- 27:03have the time like you don't have the time to put it into it
- 27:06that I want another gun off with the seeing this we could
- 27:08potentially get like psychology honoring Cruces.
- 27:10Potentially. We may suit you check it out.
- 27:23Or science or you do bachelor's degree.
- 27:25That is the basis of your PhD. The only thing you do is you
- 27:28take one part of your official first degree, then you just do
- 27:31that to her. Yeah.
- 27:34I really enjoyed this video give it a thumbs up the differences
- 27:49that we have faced a today and Like just you and your help
- 27:52between ADHD and ASD go check out the video on her Channel.
