台北市成淵高中國中部爆發疑似校園食安事件。9月7日晚間共有87名國九學生出現腹瀉症狀，有家長反映當天營養午餐肉品疑似帶有酸臭異味。台北市教育局已會同衛生單位到校稽查、採樣並將午餐留樣送驗，熱食部也預防性停止供餐。目前僅1名學生請假休養，其餘已返校上課。是否為營養午餐造成仍待檢驗確認。
