- 0:20Ship with Wayne Gandy. You pig began, you lean up? Can you
- 0:26win me down again? You flank me down? Do come to way?
- 0:30Comes to Pat, it comes to Mark? Is it just I'm gonna do
- 0:38it begin, I'm gonna go on the way you pill began. Welcome,
- 0:43Welcome, welcome, I'm you're listening to the Sport Shock Show. I am
- 0:48the Sport Shock Wayne Candy. Good morning to you. Uh looking forward to
- 0:53this weekend final four set all around and yes for you out there, did
- 1:00not know the bad producer paid me my money. So we can get that
- 1:06out the way and we don't have to mention it no more. After one
- 1:11of the games the other night, him taking lsu I stood on Iowa,
- 1:19he did pay up. Big Kenny the funny man himself witnessed the bet.
- 1:23Commands you Greg just getting information on it, but it did happen, and
- 1:30I am richer now than I was five minutes ago. So thank you for
- 1:37that, Big game still on tap for the women's game. So many storylines,
- 1:42so, as I say, we spend more time trying to critique and
- 1:48break down and criticize and find a villain in stories that we forget to enjoy.
- 1:56Everything you hear stops being about how Iowa has brought a bright light to
- 2:05sports, and it starts being some kind of color something about gender all the
- 2:12time with these storylines, and it is it's just a joy to watch.
- 2:17Will this fever spill over to the WNBA? I don't know. To me,
- 2:23Women's college basketball has always been the brightest spot in women's athletics. It
- 2:34has been when I first got to Auburn, Auburn was a final fourteen.
- 2:38The women's hoops teams that go off to the Olympics have always been celebrated and
- 2:45come home household names. So it's just a thing of sure it's growing,
- 2:52people are willing to set aside, but it's always been there. And then
- 2:59sometimes you just have a player, a certain player. I was reading the
- 3:04article Jamail Heel who seems to only see things in shaded glasses, talking about
- 3:10Caitlyn Clark and only it's a black versus white thing and they cover her different,
- 3:21and how do they cover her different? How her different than Adrian Wilson
- 3:29who played for South Carolina, two different kind of games. There's a lot
- 3:34of big men, regardless of color, who hate the shooting guard, the
- 3:42point guard because no matter what I do, since my game is not on
- 3:46par the Tim Duncans, though, Carl Mailman Malone, because they didn't have
- 3:54this explosive I made three people fall all on a dribble and dunk. We
- 4:01regulate them to the background. We've always been more enthralled with the guard and
- 4:09the small forward, the Lebron's, the Kobe's, the Vince Carter's. We
- 4:13are drawn to that. The AI the center scored the same amount of points,
- 4:19but since it's just he tall, Zach Edie, you just tall man,
- 4:25so I don't care that you scoring forty a point, forty points a
- 4:28game and two time play because you tall. Asian Wilson at South Carolina was
- 4:34more a center. Her game was as great as it could be, but
- 4:41it was not the flamboyant game that people are driven to it. It's similar
- 4:47to Angel Reese. Angel's reach game is effective. You saw it, but
- 4:54you don't ever be in like awe of it. The smaller, the smaller
- 5:01guard. The shooting guard is always and we'll talk more about it. But
- 5:04when I read these articles like you're trying to cut it because the number one
- 5:09way to incite is a ism. And I guess that's my frustration. It's
- 5:15always an ism. We watched it, we want to put that stamp on
- 5:19it. Gotta be that way. But when Skylar Diggins was doing her thing
- 5:26a couple of years ago, we couldn't get enough of Skylar Diggens had the
- 5:30band Big Kenny from the net. Oh, I didn't tell everybody, remember
- 5:35you you were just googling different angles of Skylar Diggings. You remember Scholards.
- 5:43People love the guard, they love that game. The center the power forward
- 5:48is boring. Just here people find it boring. And man, you know
- 5:55Tim Duncan five championships. Yeah, but he don't get his hair line cut
- 6:00right. He uses the backboard nobody. So when I if I'm sitting there
- 6:09with if I was talking to mister Jamael Hill, it's a lot of factors.
- 6:15It's the Steph Curry effect. As I tell people, people gravitate to
- 6:20people that they see more in the frame of something they could be. I
- 6:30could probably get my body to look like Steph Curry. I worked hard enough
- 6:36that Lebron James kid with the whole thing. What is that sticking out the
- 6:42right side of his neck? Is that a what is that? They think
- 6:45he got some kind of hemorrhage up there? No, that's a muscle.
- 6:48I can't get there, But that's step People love that. They love the
- 6:51big running back, the Jerome Bettist. Look. They imagine, man,
- 6:58I have some KFC and run for two hundred yards and I ain't got to
- 7:01give up either. One of them put me on the bus to get the
- 7:10bus, and H, that was brilliant. These slower minds, it takes
- 7:17them a time to wake up, but I thought that, and we'll talk
- 7:19about this for days. I'm brilliant. That was put me on the bus
- 7:24and the compar analogy. People people love every man kind of something they can
- 7:32relate to that. They love that. But you know, and we we
- 7:36got a great show for you to find them for we'll get back onto that.
- 7:39I just was reading that article as it went on air, and I'm
- 7:42like, there we go. We always got to try to see it as
- 7:47though before us was not celebrated, and why they were. It's all about
- 7:58game. You ain't You've never seen some one just pull up? That's what
- 8:03I'm looking at. When when When when the last college lady player you saw
- 8:07just pull up? We haven't seen it, even if someone in college was.
- 8:13We always loved that. That's what we loved about Cheryl Miller's game.
- 8:18Who was bigger than Sheryon, who was bigger than Cheryl Swoops? Come on,
- 8:20now, I ain't gonna like they ain't never been they ain't been celebrated.
- 8:24When Cheryl Swoops was doing a thing out of whatever school that nobody had
- 8:28heard of. She she didn't even go to like no super went to Texas
- 8:33Tech exactly and put them on the map for the majority of people, for
- 8:39women's put them on the map. We love Don Staley, the little undersized
- 8:46she she had. She won our hearts. Mighty Mouse, it's done Sedani
- 8:50out here serving these people at five four. We used to be fascinated with
- 8:54Don statement that she is really She got Kenny hands on the hill, he
- 8:58don't know what to do. She keep hitting him with the crossover and he's
- 9:03still standing back there. We used to love us some done stay and she
- 9:07went to school university of Virginia. So it was so amazing that you it
- 9:11seemed like she was taller her. The game was so big, it seem
- 9:18and then you she get to the Olympics and stand up next to somebody's done.
- 9:22Stay with how tall it is? Done State? Seriously? Five five
- 9:26maybe yeah, which is even short for women's basketball. So we love that
- 9:33Angele two times Player of the Year, of National College Player of the Year,
- 9:39all that. But guys, good morning. We found a four on
- 9:43the women's side. We're going with South Carolina, North Carolina State, Iowa
- 9:46and Yukon. Those games are tomorrow night. And then the anonymous found a
- 9:52four. And I say anonymous because if I went down the team, who
- 9:56is the star of Yukon? H that one did exactly Big Kenny, who
- 10:03is the star of Alabama? The Trail Spreeway. He went there, though,
- 10:11didn't he? You just say what year? You just say what year?
- 10:16Who's the start of Alabama? And that's how this team is built.
- 10:20Really, unless you're really into basketball, like maybe the bad producer would be
- 10:26able to. But for the most part, I even took the test and
- 10:30I was thinking, Hm, I know this guy for a Purdue and but
- 10:35I don't know a player for Alabama. I do not know a player for
- 10:39Yukon. And until last week where the big guy and I forgot his name,
- 10:43that quicks that didn't know anybody from North Carolina State until last week when
- 10:50they made the final four. And only reason I knew him because they was
- 10:54asking should he try to go to the NFL and be an old lineman or
- 10:58tiny Other than that, I would have never heard. So, man,
- 11:03we got a final four where you don't know but one player. Meanwhile,
- 11:07all the girls and you know, and when there's Angel and then there,
- 11:11then there's the Caitlin and then you just started laving them and they brought into
- 11:16what they bought in with the DJ guy didn't even know that till he was
- 11:20in the same classification with Zion and a year older younger than John Morant,
- 11:26So that list, you know, and he's been well traveled through this as
- 11:31far as his college career. So, like you said, there's really no
- 11:35names on the me and supports Yock. If I could pivot for just a
- 11:39moment, I did witness the bet between you and the bad producer, and
- 11:43I did just witness him pay you. But he paid you like he was
- 11:46giving you a political bride. He put the money in an envelope and then
- 11:50when no one was looking, he slid it across and trying not to put
- 11:54my friends and people. Let my friend know that he do No, you
- 11:58did not do anything for my benefit. Trust me. We know that we'll
- 12:01be back. We're a Sportshocks show. Right after this the hop and it
- 12:05turns south going wid Yo. Let the White six on the DVD, EMTV

- 15:16Now it's time to present the Jock of the Day on the Sports Jock Shows
- 15:20taken it to a completely different level this year where we highlight an atholete that
- 15:24has taken their game to the next level. What about this? What shock
- 15:54Shoe? This what shock? Wayne Candy, Good morning to you. Final
- 15:58four weekend is here. Next weekend it will be the master. So it's
- 16:03starting to roll like that. We have about six seven games left and the
- 16:08regular season of the NBA Baseball has just put in their first week out on
- 16:15the diamond. But the big news of this weekend will be the Final Four.
- 16:22As I mentioned in the beginning, South Carolina will take on North Carolina
- 16:26State and then Iowa will take on you Coon. That's on the women's side
- 16:32of the bracket. For Vegas. They want South Carolina State in Iowa.
- 16:41But if they got Yukon, it's the same kind of audience. You con
- 16:48the Mighty Yukon, the benchmark of women's basketball. Gino and those squads and
- 16:57the dominance they have shown. I mean, I think he's in his twenty
- 17:03third Final Four or something like that. Yeah, he like one hundred and
- 17:07sixteen years old. They gave his age when he was an eliteate there,
- 17:11like Geno, I was like one hundred and seventeen years old. You come
- 17:15under. Gino has one of those stat lines that seem fake. Yeah,
- 17:19like they just doesn't seem fake. It seems like fake and you didn't give
- 17:25any consideration to the fact that people were gonna know that this is fake.
- 17:29Come on, like twenty nine final four appearance, eighty two national champion.
- 17:33Nobody's done that for real, right, and it's a real resume, And
- 17:37this might be his best coaching job in all his years when you look at
- 17:42yes, he has Page Beckers, who was three years ago. She was
- 17:48Caitlin Clark. She was a new freshman sensation. She won a National Player
- 17:52of the Year, had a couple of injuries that have sidelined her, but
- 17:56that's who she was. Eliah Edwards a center for them as well. But
- 18:03Yukon has been regulated due to injuries to basically a six man team. They
- 18:11just play six people. Maybe that seventh if it was gets in trouble early,
- 18:17they shoot him in the knee novocaine or something. Look, man,
- 18:21you're gonna have to go in. So but they really just played that six
- 18:26people and try to win Iowa. We know about them and their squad.
- 18:30So, uh, that is tomorrow night. Those two games are tomorrow night
- 18:36and then the championship is Sunday. On the men's side, a North Carolina
- 18:40State team men's team, so NC State and Yukon. Word out of Connecticut
- 18:45is they are taking down the street lights any kind of city, whatever the
- 18:52city owned, that goes up in the air. They're taking down poles anything.
- 18:57They said last year when the men's team you con one, I guess
- 19:02a lot of people got injured. I know in Philly a couple of years
- 19:04ago they put some grease light poles. I think I think they are just
- 19:11leading light poles alone and just let us place prop bets. How many people
- 19:18gonna fall from the highest point of the light pole. How many people just
- 19:21don't fall from like the midway point. We could start making money on this
- 19:25thing. University of Connecticut removing light poles from campus. It's a precautionary measure
- 19:33because of some things that happened last year. So they're trying to at least
- 19:37eliminate those. I know that department emergency room issues. I hate to work
- 19:44in that department because you know, once one person saw one guys or lady
- 19:48standing up there, Man, I can get up there. I got athletic.
- 19:55You made it. So that is your coun but something special. I
- 20:00don't know what I command you. By the end of the show if you
- 20:03could tell me if there's been a time where two colleges have had both teams
- 20:10in this situation. So this year, yeah, this time ever, oh,
- 20:12this is the first time that we had to college Okay, because I
- 20:15thought we had at least one school that day before. But to have two
- 20:19schools that and well we have for that. Twenty fourteen, the Yukon men
- 20:26and women both won, and in two thousand and four both the Yukon men
- 20:30and women won, So it's time where they both won. But the first
- 20:33time with two and I guess at some point somebody had to catch up with
- 20:37Yukon because up until this point they were the only ones who yeah, men's
- 20:42and women's, Yeah, we're always in the championship. And now NC State
- 20:48can say, yeah, we're there too, the men's and women Yukon will
- 20:52play NC State. I think most people are going to say Yukon and that
- 20:56and then produce an Alabama of those surprise matchups where the Vegas people that I
- 21:03think they would want produce with Zach Edie the big center probably going to be
- 21:10second year in a row, he's gonna win National Player of the Year,
- 21:14just that matchup that they would probably want on that side. Angel Reese has
- 21:18decided she would go to the w nb A. I would like to see
- 21:22what she set down. Just like a lot of the young ladies and in
- 21:27college, Now see what that algorithm is that tells you to go, because
- 21:33now it's not like the the men's side, where I can go from maybe
- 21:41a two million dollar in IL to a twenty million dollars deal. That's different
- 21:52for the female. The woman in college. If you're generating three million dollars
- 21:59of n I L then the WNBA only pays about one fifty. They say
- 22:07the highest paid WNBA players getting like two fifty something like that. So you're
- 22:10making seven times what the highest played player in the league is making while you're
- 22:15still in college. And you would get some indorsements, so you can't knock
- 22:18them, but you might not get the indorsement that actually goes with that school.
- 22:26And we're seeing a lot of that that a lot of this NIL has
- 22:30been driven by the alumni or the state of that particular player that they're able
- 22:38to be on that platform. So yes, Caitlyn Clark will leave Iowa and
- 22:41State Farmer will go with her, but she'll lose that four hundred thousand dollars
- 22:48Iowa. Whatever the you know, Burt Burger Chain, sports some Burger chain
- 22:56or something, as a whole lot of love of the game. You said,
- 23:00that's a lot of I just really want to play at the next level.
- 23:04And I commend them for that because a lot of people would side with
- 23:08the lifestyle and the type of benefit. If I'm going to local our I'm
- 23:15going to get Caitlyn's parents. Hey, I'm Kaitlyn Cark's parents. We'll be
- 23:21fast going to Sports Job Show right after this. Don't Go awayne board of

- 26:25Zone, welc back to this boy Shock shop, this boy shock wingin did
- 27:03good morning? Tell you out there listening Land as we move into the weekend.
- 27:07Found on four weekend for men and women, a big noise coming out
- 27:12of Louisiana. The Governor, Jeff Landry, is a little hot. He
- 27:18did not like that his LSU team did not come out and stand for the
- 27:26Star Spangled banner. Coach Molkey says that this is part of their standard pre
- 27:33game procedure. It was not an act of protest from her team, but
- 27:38the team was not out when the national anthem was being sag. I don't
- 27:47know about previous games. I'm quite sure the governor. I would imagine the
- 27:51governor has seen other LSU games. Maybe he just never caught it from the
- 27:56start of the national anthem. I do know when you have bigger games,
- 28:03people will get there earlier. Sometimes people don't get to the game until one
- 28:08when it's just a regular season game, but when the Super Bowl is played
- 28:14game, I definitely know when the Super Bowl play. Even when prize fights,
- 28:17people like to see and know who's singing the national anthem, so they
- 28:22will get there a little earlier. But he did not like and he wants
- 28:26legislation to be passed in that state that players that on scholarship to those you
- 28:33know, Louisiana collegists have to be there, similar to the NBA. NBA
- 28:37players have to be in attendance for the national anthem. You don't have to
- 28:45take a knee, you don't have to just stand there, but they have
- 28:48to be there. I think it's a fine if they're not. They have
- 28:52to be on the floor when the national anthem is saying. So the governor
- 29:00and the only reason I can stand with the governor if it's a state sponsored
- 29:03school and I can see did you hear that feeling? Did you hear the
- 29:08reason why coach said they didn't make it? I thought it was what she
- 29:12said was understandable. I mean, you're playing in the here's the thing,
- 29:18you're playing in a different type of tournament set up. There was a game
- 29:23before, or a game or it could be in a game, and you
- 29:27have certain time stamps where they give you like this is at this time,
- 29:30this is at that time, and if something get pushed back or she said
- 29:34they were in warm ups and they went back in for pre game. Because
- 29:37you know, teams go in just as in football or basketball, they come
- 29:41out and they come in and then they may come out make that one last
- 29:44entrance. But as far as this is like the first time that they have
- 29:48missed the national anthem this year apparently, and now that's being made a big
- 29:52deal. Okay, like it was an accident. Yeah, it was an
- 30:00accident, and so why we just can't accept that it was an accident instead
- 30:03of just oh, we got to write I mean, we got to push
- 30:07for legislation. And they're making it seem the other team made it. So
- 30:12is that what the governor are going to say? That the other team went
- 30:17through the same The last game got pushed back, this did that, the
- 30:21floor was wet. Everything you're going to would tell him. He's going to
- 30:25tell you that the other team had to go through the same thing and they
- 30:29were on the floor, and these things aren't happening without your knowledge. You
- 30:33have a real time schedule of when it is we expect this to start.
- 30:40Now, if we expect the national anthem to go live at seven oh one,
- 30:47then y'all could be out there by six fifty eight, six fifty nine.
- 30:52So, like the sports shock is saying, you can't use the excuse
- 30:56that I didn't have enough time when everyone else who was supposed to be there
- 31:02made it. With all of the other circumstances in place, everybody else made
- 31:07it, and then regardless of what actually happened, because of how they've portrayed
- 31:14themselves, because of the light that they keep getting shown in LSU, is
- 31:19always going to be perceived as having intentionally insided some sort of negative energy.
- 31:27The coach said, we talk trash, you may not like us. They
- 31:33wear it like a badge of honor. So it always confuses me when they
- 31:37come out with the we're from the Bayou and we're tough, and then somebody
- 31:41goes, I don't like that, and then they go I can't believe they're
- 31:44treating us this way. It's just and that's my question to you and Greg,
- 31:48just trying to get some understanding. If Iowa made it, the coaches
- 31:56and the players made it, then how is your explanation of why you didn't
- 32:01make it work? Well, Iowa clearly has they have a different routine.
- 32:06If maybe they didn't go back into the locker room, or maybe they did
- 32:08earlier then came out, So I mean, it could be that, but
- 32:14I did. I don't think it's any kind of protest that they that they
- 32:19did it. I mean, I don't think there's any kind of statement being
- 32:23made here. If that's something that it's not something that they do all the
- 32:28time, like we're not out there for the national anth that we've been doing
- 32:30this. Well, it seems like maybe your gainsmanship backfire, at least from
- 32:35the governor's standpoint. So if you were doing this, you know, trying
- 32:39to show Iowa up, I don't know what it would have been. Like
- 32:44Coach Moki said, it wasn't in protest, So if it wasn't in protest,
- 32:47then it was somethinghere you were trying to mess with the psyche of your
- 32:52opponent or but it's just bad. If you look at this picture, I'm
- 32:55looking at the stands, people are standing up. There's people on the floor
- 33:00holding the flag. There is no one in the LSU section and everyone is
- 33:08in the Iowa section standing up. So I can see how for the governor
- 33:15that needs to be the addressed. But see make sure whatever was going on
- 33:19this can't happen again. But see here we go with the and this is
- 33:22how we get the storylines with the black and the white because the flag thing
- 33:28was always the thing is like we were against the protests because they apparently they
- 33:34have more black girls on the LSU team, So you want to all of
- 33:39a sudden. Now this is like, consider that maybe they were trying to
- 33:44not stand, not come out and stand for the flag, whereas their coach
- 33:46is constantly criticized because of who she support politically or she didn't help something differently.
- 33:53So that's why I say that that's I call it a I call BS
- 33:59on it. I don't think they did it on purpose. I think it
- 34:01was a genuinely, genuine a mistake that they didn't make it out there on
- 34:05time. And everybody's really trying to Now, I just want to make sure
- 34:07I got this right. So you're saying that it was a mistake that everybody
- 34:14involved with LSU didn't make the national anthem, and let me sure make sure
- 34:23I got this right. And you're saying that sometimes people make mistakes and we
- 34:30shouldn't blow it out of proportion. No, I'm not saying, you know.
- 34:35All I'm saying is, right now, we got the storylines we just
- 34:37said about Jamail Hill, and everybody want to put no, no, no,
- 34:42no, we're not We're not going to do that today, sir.
- 34:44We're going to stay on topic. I'm staying on top. You know,
- 34:45you keep going back to Jamail Hill. We're right here and you are the
- 34:49Louisiana governor, you're with your constituents. Y'all are in there, you're watching
- 34:54the game, and you look down on the floor and everything that's supposed to
- 35:00be representing your state is absent, the best and the brightest from our state.
- 35:07All you're gonna go back and do is get another diet coke or you
- 35:10the optics of the political I don't know if you're looking at this picture where
- 35:16everybody else is in place except the state of Louisiana. That's what it sounds
- 35:21like. And you're a state sponsored school, that's all. And since I've
- 35:28been in the locker room and made it out on the field for close to
- 35:32four hundred games, there is no we were doing this or that. They
- 35:37give you so many check times, and the police knocking on the door at
- 35:40least already said that, ain't no way you trying to convince me. Didn't
- 35:45nobody tell you we gonna start at seven? Y'all got nine minutes? And
- 35:50I don't think it necessarily was a protest. The governor didn't say it was
- 35:53a protest. Kim Lulke didn't say it was a protest. He said it
- 35:57was unacceptable now if you ask me, it was probably some kind of gamesmanship.
- 36:02They might have been trying to psych out Iowa, which didn't work as
- 36:07we know. But I think the governor Now, speaking of Jamel Hill,
- 36:15does Caitland Clark deserve the coverage that she has gotten? Yeah? Now,
- 36:23this is the thing that I find interesting about HAD comics. Has Caitland Clark
- 36:31got the coverage she deserved the coverage that I think? So? Yeah,
- 36:42Now, I don't think she's not. It's been overboard, overboard based on
- 36:46I'm just in the last two years since uh, since they lost last year
- 36:52to Angel recing them, it's been an overdrive as far as the Caitlyn Clark.
- 36:59The Caitlyn Clark and when we've had like you said, we've been having
- 37:02young ladies that can ball, regardless of who they are, where they are,
- 37:07that's been that. She she's just one of She's the one in generation
- 37:10that's right now. This that we see is pulling up, as you say,
- 37:15pull up. But there's a lot of young ladies that's been out there
- 37:19who was doing what she's doing this year, who done that before? Or
- 37:24no, no, no, no, no, we're going to break and
- 37:28we're going no no, I understand. I'm not I'm not fair. I'm
- 37:31working with you because you went along with what I'm saying. We're not talking
- 37:36about yesterday or last season. Every season is a different season, every every
- 37:42season has different So that's my question was who did what Caitland Clark did this
- 37:49year. We'll talk about on the other side of the break, the employers
- 38:07of a Yeah, Yeah, We're back to work at some time, will
- 38:10or the Rappers Got joke, Don't Go Away? Or of the Sports Jock

- 41:37coming out of Ohio just before we get back into UH some more of the
- 41:42final fours and talk about Bronnie James as well coming up UH Burke King and
- 41:49Ohio gentlemen got his food pulled off at some point. Mister Paul's on the
- 42:00brakes looked in the bag and realized that the drive through window employee had gave
- 42:10him a discount. So he went back around to the drive through. Someone
- 42:19was already in the window, so he pulled next to them. He got
- 42:23out of his car, he pulled his gun at that employee at the burger
- 42:30king in the window and demanded to understand why his eleven dollars combo was only
- 42:44charged eight dollars. So he said, he didn't ask for the discount,
- 42:51and he was insulted that you gave him the discount. Caught on tape to
- 42:58him pulling this gun fit this is not speculation, and cashier it was like,
- 43:04why would you want to spend more money? And dude was like you
- 43:07think I'm playing and I'm going to add out, how dare you give me
- 43:12a coupon? The employee did tell him that they were running a special yeah
- 43:15this week on that particular combo. So he came up. Look at god,
- 43:22it rang up at eight dollars and so he was wait, he went
- 43:25back, wasn't missing, no food was correct, everything else is right,
- 43:30but he got a discount, So that I normally asked for a discount trying
- 43:35to get and he won't know why why came regularly and he pulled out.
- 43:40He pulled a strap. Now see now see for me over pointing it over
- 43:45the car. Remember there's a car, and there was a car next to
- 43:47him in the drive. So he drove around back to the charges right there
- 43:52because everybody was in that car with the victim probably had some kids, seriously
- 43:57did not want that discount. Now, of all the questions that people have,
- 44:01because I'm sure they're a lot mine, is who's selling that stuff you
- 44:06smoke? Yeah? Asking for a fred? Is there a way that you
- 44:12could drop his number to some people? Because I mean, you really gotta
- 44:16be going through something to think to yourself, did they get did this dude
- 44:21just try and save me some money? They the nerve for him to help
- 44:27me, say, you know what, I ain't gonna take it. Didn't
- 44:30even tell me that they were gonna help me. Yeah, you finna get
- 44:34it today. So it's the funny story out of Ohio. We were talking
- 44:37about the final four to one mistake earlier in the show. I said Yukon
- 44:44versus North Carolina State on the men's side, it's actually Yukon versus Alabama and
- 44:51North Carolina State versus Purdue on the male side of the bracket. We talked
- 44:55to him about Caitlin Clark, the biggest name in women's sports in the country
- 45:01for Iowa, and her coverage. Jameel Hill, a longtime sports reporter,
- 45:09saying that it's being reported differently based on the based on race. I don't
- 45:21see it that way. From when I watched the game, Big Kenny,
- 45:30Commanchi Greg bad producer, well, at least Big Kenny and Commanchi Greg believes
- 45:36that she rightfully deserves the coverage she's getting. The bad producer does not believe
- 45:40she deserves the coverage that she is getting. And I pose the question of
- 45:46why why isn't she She is her whole career, She's two time Player of
- 45:52the Year in college basketball. She iaging thirty three points a game, She's
- 45:58all time leading score. What about her being covered like this? And I
- 46:06guess for me, I'm wanting to quantify what do you deem as different?
- 46:14What is the are they like? It'd be different to me if they were
- 46:20covering her and she weren't in the final four. It'd be different to me
- 46:23if they were covering her like this and she wasn't the two time player of
- 46:29the year. It'd be different if Iowa was at home now and they were
- 46:32still talking about Caitlyn Clark and Angel Reese was in the Final four. But
- 46:39it's not any of those things. All of those other people have gone home.
- 46:45She's still in it. She's still who she is, She's still done
- 46:49what she does in this basketball season. Tell me who's bigger? Who would
- 46:55we talk about outside of her right now? I'm not talking about a week
- 47:00ago. I'm not talking about last night right now, before the game in
- 47:07the Final four. Who should we be talking about besides her bad producer?
- 47:12If you don't think she deserves this coverage, who does I never said she
- 47:15didn't deserve the coverage. I said this, it's a women's basketball period.
- 47:22I mean South Carolina that undefeated right now, that record that they have and
- 47:28what they're doing. It's a whole lot of things that's going on with the
- 47:30women's basketball. Like I said, it's all about women's basketball all the past
- 47:36two years really since they well the last I can say the last three years,
- 47:40since a Leah Boston was on the scene doing her thing, and then
- 47:45then Wilson and then you from there. But I'm just saying, as far
- 47:50as i'm you, look at the coverage. It's like when I, like
- 47:54I said, said earlier Don Staley in the South Carolina Gangcocks coach Kosetski and
- 47:59the Duke Blue Devil, It's just like with her team, it's just Caitlyn,
- 48:02Kitlyn, Caitlyn, and we just you know, I'm just waiting on
- 48:05her, just to see what's up next. Because before that, it was
- 48:09page page Paige until she got hurt. It was Paige, page page,
- 48:13page No No before she got addressed. Because that didn't address nothing that I
- 48:19asked. I said, you didn't answer none of what I asked, No,
- 48:23no, but what I asked quick and wrapped it up in a bowl
- 48:28because and that's the problem of trying to pitch him something. He never asked
- 48:31us the question. And you did say that she didn't deserve the coverage,
- 48:36because that was the first question I asked. You did say, no,
- 48:38she doesn't deserve the coverage. Your answer was actually no, we'll be back
- 48:45more for show right after this Don't Bowl Away, or of the Sports Jot

- 51:37shamle. That's a constantly welcome back to this one, shock shun, this

- 51:45move that needle forward. We've never seen Caitlyn Clark before. When I think
- 51:52of Caitlyn Clark, I think about the greatness. I don't think about her
- 51:54being of any race at all. Uh. And if you're trying to deny
- 52:00it, Michael Jamail Hill or the bad producer, to me, you're just
- 52:04in your hater bag and you start talking about certain things about one person driving
- 52:09the sport. NCAA women's promotional team just took a page of the NBA and
- 52:20a guy named Michael Jordan. They sold you to Michael Jordans invented basketball.
- 52:24He must have because there is nothing before him. They singularly took it and
- 52:31they promoted it that way to the point you forgot that there was anybody else
- 52:37in the league. So we've seen this before. This is how you drive
- 52:44home. This is how you build the sport. And what are they trying
- 52:46to do build a sport? Her game goes along with the excitement that people
- 52:53like to see. This is not a bunch of free throws for forty She's
- 53:00not getting thirty six points off of free throws. This is just hitting ten
- 53:05threes, ten from the parking lot, from the parking lot, from the
- 53:10parking lot of the stadium in another state against some of the best competition.
- 53:16I'm not at a Division three, Division two. I'm on the biggest stage,
- 53:22delivering against yo guard points twelve rebounds or a twelve assists, nine rebounds,
- 53:29three or four steals and serving your opens the people that you backing the
- 53:34team that just won the national title. YEP. Only difference between Iowa and
- 53:39South Carolina right now with Asia Wilson leaving two three years ago. South Carolina,
- 53:45with this young team, hasn't defined who is the superstar, so they
- 53:50sell that team right as Don Staley in South Carolina. Next year one of
- 53:57these girls jump off the page, It'll be them. That's how they go.
- 54:00It goes back and forth based on do your star power have more of
- 54:07me mentioning you before the coach? Do you have that person? So if
- 54:14you don't, we're gonna say gino right and you come right. That's what
- 54:21they were saying until Page got back. Now it went back to Page Becker's
- 54:24and the Yukon Huskies. It's based on you. That's how it is.
- 54:29It goes year to year in a team sport. That's true. I can
- 54:32always get used the coach because he is or she is who they are accepting
- 54:37the NFL because they've changed too many times. So Jamel Hill bad produced just
- 54:43in my little small opinion or just looking as I said in the beginning of
- 54:46this show, instead of enjoying it because you want to enjoy it more,
- 54:52you're basically saying you would enjoy it more if the person was black. I
- 54:54have seen equal coverage now of who else is out there doing and nobody is
- 55:01doing this. This young lady has people going to sports bars. Nobody used
- 55:08to say meet me to it could be the finals. Nobody was saying,
- 55:13meet me at a sports bar to watch a women's college basketball game. Nobody
- 55:20the other night I got invites. Hey man, you're coming up. How
- 55:22did you even know about? That's where the meter she has moved. And
- 55:25good for her, and you know what, she set the template for Juju
- 55:30Watkins right for USC. Now it's a mantle, it's a baton. That's
- 55:36set up, Juju. All you got to do is reach back. Your
- 55:38biggest enemy is that you play on the West coast. But other than that,
- 55:45Caitlin has or page page Bulker says she's going back next year for you
- 55:50come. But she set it up that there's a vein and a window open
- 55:53for a singular star with that kind of game. That's why I say it
- 55:59has the come. I'm from more of the Kobe Jordan Ai type flashy.
- 56:05It can't be just like a Zach Edy or some of the other players that
- 56:09you're just shooting hook shots in the paint or Angel reach no knock on Angel,
- 56:15but have her points or I got the rebound and I put it back.
- 56:21That's hard to put on a commercial. That's hard for me to you
- 56:23to get together and come up with a commercial story. Did you see the
- 56:30Caitlyn Clark commercial where at the end of the commercial it's supposed to be if
- 56:35you're a regular person, and then they have Kitlyn Clark come in and then
- 56:37the regular person says, I have to shoot it from here, and Caitlyn
- 56:43Clark goes, yeah, that's kind of my thing. And all I would
- 56:45do as we moved on if I was Jamel Hill friend is tell her you
- 56:51have to mix in your racist stories. Every time someone mentions your stories on
- 57:00a show like this. It can't just be from your racial article. It
- 57:06has to be sometimes just what it is. Right. But anytime we speak
- 57:09of her. It's because she has tried. She has introduced a racial art.
- 57:15That's not good reporting, that's biased reporting. And then it becomes the
- 57:21same hypocritical thing that you're talking about. You're saying, you only want to
- 57:24give they only want to get coverage to this. You seem the only one
- 57:29to give coverage to that. And I was going to ask, why does
- 57:31she just cover the stories that she figures aren't getting any coverage from She's a
- 57:36reporter. Ronnie James transferring from USC Now this is based on him. His
- 57:43coach got fired or his coach left and went somewhere. Yeah, the coach
- 57:46left Andyan Field is taking the job at SMU, which is now going to
- 57:52the ACC. I'm saying to get all confused, you start moving s m
- 58:01U A c C. They said he wouldn't take the job if they weren't
- 58:05moving to another conference. See now I'm now I'm in handcuffed next to King
- 58:09Kombs. We're all on the ground because I got caught up into something and
- 58:16on the field. Bro that's I was. I didn't even know the pony's
- 58:22breast was coming. All that is, if I take it, If you
- 58:24do this with f okay but Bronnie James big decision of where he might go,
- 58:30a young man who overcame some heart issues to even be able to play
- 58:35this year. But I think it's still a bright future for a young man
- 58:38like that if he just had some patience and just play the season and let
- 58:44the season dictate how it goes, whether I leave or not. Don't don't,
- 58:49don't have it. I'm trying to lead. Just take the ball,
- 58:52play your game. Play your game. Maybe it's next year, maybe it's
- 58:57three more years, right, but let that dictate and not just try to
- 59:00press it in some kind of people will take me so they can get my
- 59:06dad. Do it. Just on your marriat right in your time. Win
- 59:10though you got three more years of eligibility to play, it's gonna one of
- 59:15them, you know, one year. It has to happen. But don't
- 59:20force it. You know, it's top choices. They're saying right now.
- 59:22It's possibly Duke in Ohio State, and you know, with his situation,
- 59:25Duke would be great, especially the heart of a great Heart hospital there.
- 59:30Duke just something that's an extra precaution that you would wherever you go. He
- 59:35would go somewhere in Ohio State, has a great medical team too, So
- 59:38wherever he goes, I know they're looking at that on that decision. Also,
- 59:42his dad has a big connection to Ohio State, and his dad said
- 59:45he would have went to Duke out of high school if he had went somewhere,
- 59:50So I'm quite sure that's why it's on his calendar right. Well,
- 59:53the Duke Duke has come up because of the relationship with coach k that Lebron
- 59:58had and in a lot of social media posts, Bronni was wearing Duke shirts
- 1:00:04hoodies. Well, what I'm saying in that word long time ago Lebron said
- 1:00:07if he had went to college, Duke was on his shirt list. I
- 1:00:09thought he said it was Duke in Ohio State. Yes, yeah, both,
- 1:00:15And that's why I said that, both of those schools, and that's
- 1:00:16why I'm saying that both of them have great medical facilities there and with his
- 1:00:22condition going there it would be great molunting. Also, So we'll be back
- 1:00:25more to the Sports Jock Show right after this, you know what I mean.
- 1:00:29But I'm about to check my rings off. Give me some box your
- 1:00:35thanks. John't go Awayne Born of The Sports Jock Show with Wayne Dandy is
- 1:00:43coming up next, and now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance.
- 1:00:50Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece of financial security,
- 1:00:54yet only forty nine percent actually have life insurance. When I was twenty five,
- 1:00:59me and my for just getting started with our family and thought we live
- 1:01:01forever, life insurance was the last thing on my mind. What about you?
- 1:01:05Will you be leaving benefits or bills? When I was forty, with
- 1:01:08a kid in college and bills piling up, I was worried how my family
- 1:01:10will survive without me. That's when I'm in an appointment with the insurance informant.
- 1:01:15Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family security no matter
- 1:01:19what stage of life you're in. Now that I'm older, I don't worry
- 1:01:22about whether I leave my family that bills their benefits. The answer is easy,
- 1:01:25whether you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a little or a
- 1:01:28lot, All you need is the insurance informant to help you build a foundation
- 1:01:31of security, because without you, your family will have two options, benefits
- 1:01:37or bills. Which legacy will you leave behind? Log on today benefits or
- 1:01:42bills? Dot com that's benefits or bills dot Com. Why are in a
- 1:01:47school lastic sports called the last classroom of the day because they teach students important
- 1:01:52life lessons like teamwork, accountability, and perseverance. School sports are so much
- 1:01:57more than a game. They're about developing the whole person. That's why they're
- 1:02:00an essential part of every student's education. Encourage your student to participate in the
- 1:02:07last classroom of the day. Interscholastic Sports in Georgia. This message presented by
- 1:02:12the g hs A and the Georgia Athletic Directors Association. Enough enough, I'm
- 1:02:23happy, Why so serious? And we hold the world ransom for Wayne Yandy.
- 1:02:30Excuse me while I whip this out Shore broadcasting live and it led her
- 1:02:36to a jat this This is the Sports Jock Show with Wayne Dandy. You
- 1:02:42make me up, find me down that Consola Consol comes to marks it just
- 1:02:55I'm doing. I'm gonna go on the way. Vegan, welcome back to
- 1:03:01the show. This one shop Wayne getting Good morning to you as we ride
- 1:03:07into Final four weekend. As I said, April brings you the Final Four
- 1:03:12next weekend, it will bring you the Masters. In three weeks from today,
- 1:03:16it will bring you the NFL Draft Caleb Williams, expected to be the
- 1:03:22number one pig headed to the Bears. Big news out of Buffalo yesterday as
- 1:03:30they traded Stefan Diggs down to the Texans. This is happening all around the
- 1:03:37league. If you watch, Once you pay that QB that fifty million dollars,
- 1:03:47you can no longer hold on to the star receivers. Very few teams
- 1:03:53have been able to do it. They get the quarterback and maybe keute the
- 1:03:57receiver for a year at best two, and then they have to let that
- 1:04:04tag go. We said year in and year out. It's a commitment because
- 1:04:11right now, some of these quarterbacks are making a quarter of the salary cap.
- 1:04:16So imagine that that one player is making a quarter of the salary cap.
- 1:04:24So now I can I got to rely on some young first contract receivers
- 1:04:30or first contract lineman. I won't be able to just have that valuable.
- 1:04:36I got to find an older guy that still has a little bit in him.
- 1:04:41Got to take a little less and hope that'll work out. You know,
- 1:04:44get your hands on that. But I can only I gotta crunch some
- 1:04:46numbers. You gotta get some and I think between the kind of friction that
- 1:04:51Stephan Diggs and Josh Allen had which that was just kind of played out to
- 1:04:58us. I don't know their relationship personally. Whatever, as I always said
- 1:05:02about this, whatever they had between them, it didn't stop Josh Allen from
- 1:05:08throwing him the ball a lot. So I don't know how the ball a
- 1:05:11lot of times. This is all the way back to ab and Rothlisberger.
- 1:05:15You keep saying Roethlisberger don't like you, but you called one hundred and twenty
- 1:05:18balls. So I don't have the evidence. What what? What's the evidence?
- 1:05:23Man? Because you you you it's the way you threw but you let
- 1:05:27and catches. But it's the way you threw the ball. Your attitude when
- 1:05:30you threw the ball, when that's overstated, like I don't, I don't.
- 1:05:34I'm not sure that there was eddy friction. It would just be Stefan
- 1:05:38Diggs say, hey, throw me the ball. Oh he's upset with Josh
- 1:05:41Allen. Well, it's all of the demonstrative body language. All of this
- 1:05:49is going to get some headlines. And that's why I wonder if some of
- 1:05:55this is we don't have the money, or some of this is value of
- 1:06:00getting this out of our locker room offsets what we might because there was a
- 1:06:06lot of that demonstrative gestures and we just don't even need the perception. Like
- 1:06:14we talked about earlier bad optics. We just don't like people looking at us
- 1:06:18and asking us these questions and then we start losing, which makes it even
- 1:06:23more tense in the locker room. Well, you know, he stuff,
- 1:06:27this is a contract year. So like you said, he was gonna go
- 1:06:30out there, so they basically they could have franchised him if and so that
- 1:06:34should be like you're saying, there's a question there because they did have room
- 1:06:39enough they could have franchised them and kept him there, but they traded him.
- 1:06:42So my thing is with him going to Houston, I thought he would
- 1:06:49have a better trades clause. I mean to trade me somewhere. You couldn't
- 1:06:55trade me to somewhere, only a certain place somewhere. But you think that's
- 1:06:58why wouldn't you want to go to Houston? And Houston made the playoffs last
- 1:07:00year, they had a hot young quarterback and a new uh team spirit.
- 1:07:04But like you said that locker room that we're just watching him with that young
- 1:07:09Now you're taking that same aggressive attitude to a younger player that you had with
- 1:07:15Josh who you know, who's been in the league a little longer. So
- 1:07:17that's why I'm just, you know, just just that's my only question with
- 1:07:23him going to Houston with that young quarterback there. Well, some of that
- 1:07:28throw me the ball is what you wanted your number one receiver? Very rarely
- 1:07:32have you ever had a number one receiver you keep why you keep targeting me?
- 1:07:36It doesn't seem like no receivering, just trying to every number Every number
- 1:07:45one receiver and football wants the ball and swear they're always open. They're not
- 1:07:50even sure why you're throwing the ball to another person's wide open. It's only
- 1:07:55three guys on me. I don't know why you don't. I know you
- 1:07:59open in the back of the other guy's opening the back of the N zone.
- 1:08:01Sure, but do you see me here being double covered? So summer
- 1:08:06step on. That's just that goes with the receiver. So I thought it
- 1:08:11was a good trade for the Texans, But I also think Buffalo could be
- 1:08:16setting up. As I said, when you start giving the quarterback, now
- 1:08:18I gotta start being good at how I add things. This is supposed to
- 1:08:24be a deep receiver draft, so maybe, which puts you in a great
- 1:08:30time if you're going to start refreshed. They're saying, there's a lot of
- 1:08:33receivers in this draft and tying up that money. How much of giving him
- 1:08:39that money? Similar to what's the young man for the Miami Dolphins. Kansas
- 1:08:45City was in that same position and they gave Patrick the money and then they
- 1:08:51was able to hold on to Tyreek one day pay him like twenty million.
- 1:08:58But he's like, I want thirty. We can't do that exactly, And
- 1:09:01that's basically what they started packing theockets like thirty man. That's the same buffalo
- 1:09:10know that we have the twenty. Yeah, but Steph is gonna want the
- 1:09:15thirty. Do you think he went and some team that loves to overpay it's
- 1:09:20going to offer him to thirty two? You think he already asked what and
- 1:09:24asks for That's why they went on to trading. No, they don't need
- 1:09:27that. They don't need him to ask for anything. But I'm just saying
- 1:09:30it with it being in a contract year and he probably said, hey,
- 1:09:32guys, let's go ahead and lock it in. I need this right here,
- 1:09:35and they're like, nah, let's go on the trade anymore. No,
- 1:09:38I just I can just look in the paper and see that Keenan Allen
- 1:09:42got traded to Chicago, and Chicago gave him X amount of dollars. So
- 1:09:46I know next year I'm gonna have to start there. And that's already outside
- 1:09:51of my budget. I can't fix nothing else. That's why the Chiefs had
- 1:09:59to let Tyreek He'll go. They were not saying he wasn't worth the thirty
- 1:10:02million. They were saying that, you got it. We ain't got a
- 1:10:09corner we need another cornerback, and we need somebody to help out Jones rush
- 1:10:14the past. These aren't desire problems. These are mouth Yeah. So it
- 1:10:17really works like that. People think is you can hold a person for just
- 1:10:24so long. And now with these quarterbacks, and that's why I say,
- 1:10:28just think about it over the weekend. This happens every time somebody dropped that
- 1:10:33fifty million dollar quarterback in there and that receiver you love, all of a
- 1:10:38sudden gotta go. Hey man, I'm saying, because I'm watching you drive
- 1:10:42up and Jones and that's what I'm saying, Judio go really comes in.
- 1:10:49That's how it is, That's how it goes. No knock on Julio,
- 1:10:55but we might as well just start fresh. And it happens every time somebody
- 1:11:00pays these quarterbacks that crazy amount of money. And then you got a hope
- 1:11:05because your best thing is to find that thirty two year old that will take
- 1:11:09the twenty million. This sees it himself back on the back end and give
- 1:11:14you some production that GM in the fifth round, that fifth round receiver like
- 1:11:18with the Rams Cup. Yeah, but waiting on that sad news coming out
- 1:11:26of Florida. Fante Davis. We sent this out as soon as I saw
- 1:11:30it a couple of days ago. Fonte Davis eight nine ten years in the
- 1:11:36NFL, most famously for some of you, if you remember even here on
- 1:11:42the show, I told Big Kenny I threw him in the ocean. I
- 1:11:45remember, because he had retired at halftime. I had no problem with him
- 1:11:49retiring if that had hit him. I just felt like, you don't handicap
- 1:11:54a team like that. If you're going to retire, you can come to
- 1:11:58that conclusion while sitting on the sideline. I'm not telling you that didn't hit
- 1:12:01you. Like man, you know what, I'm done with this as soon
- 1:12:03as this is over. But to do and and make a team adjust like
- 1:12:08that. Now fast forward what five years? Yeah, like five years since
- 1:12:15that happened. Be sad news coming out of Florida. No real have they
- 1:12:20said how he died yet, they just said they found him in the gym.
- 1:12:26I saw a tweet. I don't know how real it is that it
- 1:12:30was after like using the sauna. But because who else did we lose that
- 1:12:34way? What's in the sauna and passed away? Was he in the sauna
- 1:12:41or he had been in the sauna? Right, Okay, because and we'll
- 1:12:46have to look that up someone else and that came from that came from Vernon
- 1:12:49Davis, his brother. Okay, so some some kind of maybe dehydration from
- 1:12:59the sauna, some kind of complications. Yeah, I mean it would it
- 1:13:03would be something like that. That hasn't been Yeah, well he said that
- 1:13:09he collapsed after getting out of his sauna, but that hasn't been confirmed about
- 1:13:13the actual cars. And I kept thinking, I wonder how good of care
- 1:13:17he's been, Like has he been going to Because when you're athlete until you
- 1:13:24retire is physicals every year. So I was thinking he's been five six years
- 1:13:30removing and I was I was like, I wonder if he's been to to
- 1:13:32see about himself that maybe something has a rose and you you got out because
- 1:13:39I know a lot of guys it would get out. And until something grows
- 1:13:43on their elbow, right, they don't. They don't even they go back
- 1:13:46to that old way of thinking. You know, you would think they would
- 1:13:49stay in that same every twelve months mindset, But until something grows on their
- 1:13:54elbow, they just keep walking around. So sad news Forte and that Davis
- 1:14:01family, But no real word of how he passed away, no corners report.
- 1:14:06We'll be back with more to Sports Jock Show right after this. Don't

- 1:17:10Chew chew baby Sterling Sharp. If you think Shannon Sharp was something,
- 1:17:15his older brother Sterling was a bad man at receiver ended up having a neck
- 1:17:21injury that shortened his career. I want's say Sterling Sharp like maybe six years
- 1:17:28right in there that window, but hurt his neck and couldn't continue his career.
- 1:17:32Sterling Sharp is fifty nine years of a Spencer Dinwiddie of the Lakers,
- 1:17:39thirty one, actor Zach Brow forty nine, Paul Rudd a man yeah correct
- 1:17:46is fifty five. Lily James, the Actress is thirty five. Steve Sterling
- 1:17:51K. Brown is forty eight. Charlotte Flair is thirty eight. Is she
- 1:17:58still hurt or sick or something happened to her didn't she? Yeah, she
- 1:18:00had got hurt. She got hurt for like hurt for real. Not I
- 1:18:05just want the weekend off right, one of those where she was doing a
- 1:18:11move and slipped or something like that. But Rick Flair's daughter Charlotte is thirty
- 1:18:15eight. Correll Williams fifty one, Jack del Rio sixty one, Clive Davis
- 1:18:23ninety two. Wow, Clive Davis. Long time living there, Clyde and
- 1:18:28I think he actually might have passed away at eighty four. He jep walking
- 1:18:33around. You just don't see him outside a lot. Clyde Davis got to
- 1:18:39be like three hundred years old. Take that. Ninety two is Clyde Davis.
- 1:18:43David Blaine fifty one. The magician Jill Scott is fifty two, Iron
- 1:18:50Man Robert Downey Junior is fifty nine, and Billy D. Williams is eighty
- 1:18:59seven. Gay the Williams he Vinnity Williams was eighty two years old when he
- 1:19:05did Ladies Sings. The book the bull slits Liquo bullet it every time it
- 1:19:17works for him. Marvin Gay unreleased recordings. Comanche greg says that they found
- 1:19:26some Marvin Gay unreleased recordings over in Belgium. In Belgium, yes, under
- 1:19:31Mattress addict, he had a he had a friend in Belgium and recorded recorded
- 1:19:41some stuff there and he left when in Marvin Gaye's will, he left the
- 1:19:46tapes to that friend. And then the friend passed in twenty nineteen, and
- 1:19:51the executor of the friends estate found the tapes and now he's trying to work
- 1:19:58with the Marvin gay estate to talk about releasing them or using them in some
- 1:20:00way. Now I know that just yesterday I heard news or maybe the day
- 1:20:06before that over two hundred of the world's top music artists have banned together to
- 1:20:15petition technology companies against allowing AI to interfere or change artistic works and not saying
- 1:20:28that that has happened. But it only makes one wonder when you start hearing
- 1:20:32that chain of possession. It belonged to you, but then it went to
- 1:20:36another guy who got willed to a guy that got in charge of it,
- 1:20:41and now he found some stuff nobody knew they had. Is it AI or
- 1:20:45is it real? So it's what I mean because if you was the other
- 1:20:49guy, and then if Marvin Gaye had given me the rights to have some
- 1:20:56unreleased music, I would have twenty thirty years ago, we would already he
- 1:21:00could be trying to hear that a long time ago because they didn't wait on
- 1:21:03Tupac. He was Tupac Big cooking. Still they were cooking. That's what
- 1:21:14I'm saying. So I'm with you, Kenny, and I'm not saying that
- 1:21:16that's what happened, But I'm just saying that this AI makes it far more
- 1:21:20difficult to authenticate things when these games come forward, right, people are far
- 1:21:26more skeptical. L Wayne WrestleMania forty uh says he's gonna drop a brand new
- 1:21:30single, and Big Kenny feels like he has been hinting that he might get
- 1:21:38in the ring and put someone in the figure four. Well, I know
- 1:21:44he's gonna drop the single. And they said they are wondering if he will
- 1:21:47participate. Now, who was the last person that was in Philadelphia this right?
- 1:21:51The rock is coming back for for forty and who else? We saw
- 1:21:57somebody else another music star participate eight in the ring recently with some WWF or
- 1:22:04or something like that. So, uh, it was some I've got to
- 1:22:09do the research, but they've been filtering in celebrities from other disciplines of entertainment.
- 1:22:16And you know, Louayne, as we've always said on this show,
- 1:22:19is a huge sports fan, and so we'll see how involved he gets.
- 1:22:24And he grew up on wrestling any you know, especially from New Orleans.
- 1:22:28Yeah, it was Wayne's something like that, and being near the super Dome,
- 1:22:33of course, they had the big World Rumbles and all of that in
- 1:22:38his city, so he would have seen a lot of high level a lot
- 1:22:41of Coco be ware. Yeah, junk yard. Ellen Degenerous is back to
- 1:22:46the stand up stage. I don't know how long has it been since Ellen
- 1:22:51has done stand up. You think at least twenty years, at least a
- 1:22:57dub at least a dove's fresh material better be I know she ain't coming back
- 1:23:03with oh jokes about uh the songs like she used to do on Star Searching.
- 1:23:13Yeah, can her comedy because I don't remember her as a comedian stand
- 1:23:16up, but can her comedy style withstand How now the the canceled culture functions,
- 1:23:28well, they don't really want you to touch on much as far as

- 1:24:06asking them to go to work at the same time every day, like clock

- 1:27:50Clark a little bit and Caitlan Clark Mania that has seemed to take over the
- 1:27:57sports world. Angel reached the cling for the w n B A Bronnie James
- 1:28:03in the transfer portal trying to find a new home after his coach has decided
- 1:28:11to go elsewhere, which is really the only one of the few times I'm
- 1:28:15okay with transfering and being able to immediately play when the coach gets fired or
- 1:28:25leaves, I can go with that. Now you just leave him because you
- 1:28:30I think that needs to get wiped away. But coach leaving fire, the
- 1:28:36head coach, the assistant coach, like my running back coach, I'm NBA
- 1:28:45player is said. Hartenstein reveals he is bright Skin is what he has called
- 1:28:57him and deemed himself. He was on a pot or a couple of his
- 1:29:00teammates, Jalen Bronson and Josh Hart the twenty five year old. Which is
- 1:29:06interesting with these podcasts being asked to identify himself amazing because the people who seem
- 1:29:18to be campaigning are the people who asking the questions. Everybody has this.
- 1:29:25We don't want to be identified. We don't want to have to check boxes,
- 1:29:30we don't want to have to give a description. But they've eat at
- 1:29:32the forefront of asking people those same particulars. They don't want want to check
- 1:29:41any boxes. But people can't deal with racial ambiguity. And what's his name
- 1:29:46again, Isaiah Artzenstein bright Skin. That's a new one. I'm about to
- 1:29:58use that. That's not new for me. I've never heard it. He
- 1:30:02said his father is black and his mother is white. Not in that,
- 1:30:09not for that, never, And the guys were just trying to get him
- 1:30:14to quantify. They had heard of light skin. He said bright skin.
- 1:30:17Uh, And he was more or less saying that his mother was of the
- 1:30:24white persuasion. His dad was white and black. So really he's only a
- 1:30:31quarter, which puts him in the bright skin. He light bright then category.
- 1:30:40But this question comes up a lot to the point where they decide they
- 1:30:45need to ask him. And I guess in the New York area that people
- 1:30:48see him play, and they wanted him to quantify who and what he is.
- 1:30:54Now I said, it's interesting because he's the same people who don't know.
- 1:30:58And I was going to say if he wanted to come, no pun
- 1:31:02intended out of a box and start talking about suing people because they were being
- 1:31:08racially insensitive and embarrassing him and trying to make him be some This is this
- 1:31:15is going on for a group of people who are in a league that collectively
- 1:31:21wore I can't breathe t shirts. And now y'all out there letting people just
- 1:31:31ask this man questions about his but his racial origin, and you're doing it
- 1:31:39as if it's okay. But he didn't make the top five lists of the
- 1:31:44whitest black guys in the league. And the fact that that list came out
- 1:31:48should have prevented any of these questions from happening, because that's how it happens
- 1:31:53in the reverse. If someone says, so, Steph, everybody sees you
- 1:31:58as a light, but tell me how much white you really got in you?
- 1:32:00Oh, they trying to take away his blackness? This is uh what
- 1:32:04it culture vulture. It would have been so much other stuff if they would
- 1:32:10have said the blackest white dudes in the NBA because of a swag and their
- 1:32:15style, there would have been so much outrage that they did do one.
- 1:32:18They did do one, the blackest white before. Yeah, that's what they
- 1:32:21did. First, the blackest white guy, got white guys who got more
- 1:32:25black in them than And these are black people making these lists, which is
- 1:32:29the only reason nobody has a problem with it. Because if someone just comes
- 1:32:32out and goes, wow, that Caitlyn Clark is white and acting white,
- 1:32:35Jaman who goes, no, no, y'all come in this wrong. So
- 1:32:41I'm just saying a lot of this sounds really goofy to me. And that's
- 1:32:45why people don't take some of this stuff seriously. Uh, stereotypes that people
- 1:32:49have about about New York, like is he people were asking is he more
- 1:32:55in Isaiah or is he more a heart and steam? And there's a certain
- 1:32:59fan base see New York that that cheers for him when he's out there because
- 1:33:02of his last name. Sure, so I'm not getting the show cancer.
- 1:33:11I'm just wanting m t. A wants to charge the New York City Marathon
- 1:33:16for crossing their bridge, one of their bridges. They want to charge a
- 1:33:24toll for the race. Is it for the participants crossing commanche or is it
- 1:33:30for like cars? But for their their their projected lost revenue for the for
- 1:33:38the bridge being closed, which for the extent of the race? Yes,
- 1:33:43Which one of the bridges is Arizona or arizontal bridge? And I didn't know
- 1:33:47which one. Where does that take you from Brooklyn to back into Manhattan or
- 1:33:54over the water I'm telling you Stanton out of Brooklyn. Now, Arizona is
- 1:34:02Verrizono Narrows bridge is what they're and they've estimated that it would be three quarters
- 1:34:11of a million that they need in toll for just the runners crossing. Is
- 1:34:19that what it is? Yeah, that's the starting point of the or are
- 1:34:23they saying that's how much they would have made in that time period. That's
- 1:34:28that. Yeah, that's that's there, and that's how much they would have
- 1:34:30made. Okay, got you all right, man? Because if it's for
- 1:34:36those few hours, then yeah. And they're saying that this is from their
- 1:34:44perspectives, like they make fifteen million just in entry fees. It's like,
- 1:34:47well, y'all got it. Yeah, that's I was just about My last
- 1:34:50comment was that I see that in twenty nineteen, they did publish that the
- 1:34:56race, the marathon generated about four hundred and twenty seven million dollars. So
- 1:35:02basically they just see that number and what they're cut because they hadn't been asking
- 1:35:06for it in the past. I mean, it's had been a problem with
- 1:35:09the bridge. And how is it that you quantify that we make that amount
- 1:35:13of money in this amount? And who owned the bridge? When did?
- 1:35:15I thought that was state owned city? That's so they're they're they're charging a
- 1:35:19toe. Now it's just a toe. The Arizonal Bridge is a toll bridge,
- 1:35:24yes, okay, okay, so they so based on the number of
- 1:35:27cars that come across in this amount of time we would have made. So
- 1:35:30if you're gonna race across it, we're gonna need that money back. Yeah,
- 1:35:33because if it's gonna be closed or you know, five six hours or
- 1:35:36maybe a whole and again like yeah, definitely would have to be closed about
- 1:35:42a whole day because the security purposes. They can't. Let's close it for
- 1:35:46the because they got to set up. Yeah, and then and all that
- 1:35:49kind of stuff. And now, like bad producer was saying, doesn't the
- 1:35:51State of New York own the bridges? And if they do, what about
- 1:35:57the influx of revenue from just all of the run there's coming to that.
- 1:36:00The MTA owns it. That's Metro Transit Authority. Yes, oh man,
- 1:36:06that's New York. That's city. That's the city though that's that's not the
- 1:36:12state, that's the city. So getting the money New York, New York.
- 1:36:17Ros Shee Rice, the Kansas city wide receiver. He's been in the
- 1:36:21news over the last for five days, all stemming from an auto accident where
- 1:36:29basically, from early reports, two of his cars were racing at an airport,
- 1:36:36one crashed into a medium It was about four or five cars involved.
- 1:36:44I guess that ended up nicking each other. The occupants of the two cars,
- 1:36:49which from at least the picture I saw would include Rice, walked away
- 1:36:56from the crash. He did meet with the Dallas and apologized for the crash
- 1:37:04after leaving the scene, which I don't know. And I said this Monday,
- 1:37:13when we this story kind of first broke, I'm missing the part where
- 1:37:18people have forgotten that leaving the scene of a crime is a crime in itself.
- 1:37:25And I'm laughing because another crime. Even the cops seem to have forgotten
- 1:37:32it. Because you mean to tell me that after filming me walking away from
- 1:37:36an accident that you filmed us having I get to actually report that. I
- 1:37:42went to go see the cops and was like, hey man, my bad,
- 1:37:45Yeah, I remember that accident I walked away from when the people injured.
- 1:37:51My bad. Thanks guys, And then that's it. They say they
- 1:37:56don't know if any charges are pending. There are charges already. Maybe they're
- 1:38:00just trying to decide how to list the charges and as to not have to
- 1:38:06come back and add anything or take anything away. We're gonna do the investigation
- 1:38:13and then we'll start to see what we're going to charge him with because there's
- 1:38:16got to be some sw We're talking more about rush, he writes on the

- 1:41:31see the sports jaint I'll sing even Candy, Welcome back to the Sport Shock
- 1:41:39Show. I'm this sport Shock Winge Candy. Kansas City Chiefs are Sheet Rice
- 1:41:44Wide Receiver World Champ. Rice was leasing a Lamborghini sport utility vehicle that authority
- 1:41:51says we're one of the two speeding sports cars that crash caused a chain reaction
- 1:41:58crash on a Dallas Highway. He took it a couple of days to contemplate
- 1:42:03after the occupants of the Lamborghini SUV and the other car involved the Corvette left
- 1:42:13without determining whether anyone needed medical attention or providing their information to authorities. As
- 1:42:21I said, maybe this weekend I get a chance to talk to some of
- 1:42:27my police officer friends. I always thought that there's one crime in the actual
- 1:42:32crime that you're committing, and then there's another crime of leaving the scene.
- 1:42:36There's pictures clearly showing someone who looks like Russie Rice and about three other gentlemen
- 1:42:45walking away from the scene of this crash. And now he did go down
- 1:42:50to the authorities in Dallas two says that he takes full responsibility. Now in
- 1:42:59this case, I just sports shop imagine and frame it up to be that
- 1:43:10SHEI, Rice, and the other three gentlemen that walked away from this most
- 1:43:15likely had been drinking or smoking or both, or carrying a weapon or all
- 1:43:26three, or in possession of an illegal substance or gone and they leftl the
- 1:43:35scene. Based on that that at least they won't catch us with And that's
- 1:43:44why I always thought they would press charges for leaving the scene because most likely,
- 1:43:50yeah, you're tampering with a whole bunch of things to avoid that.
- 1:43:54And now most of us, am I right, have all been in accidents
- 1:43:59and thrown stuff out of the car. I'm not saying we left. I'm
- 1:44:01just saying we removed evidence from our person before you actually got pulled for the
- 1:44:06before the cops got to the city. If you got we've all done just
- 1:44:10between you, We've all done that between yourself, and I'm not going to
- 1:44:15debate it. We've every every yeah, everybody's everybody's tempered with evidence that's scene
- 1:44:19of an accident. I'm not even gonna I typically start looking for my license
- 1:44:25and registration so I can hand to the officer. Okay, whatever. So
- 1:44:30I'm saying, but you know the saying, I don't understand the Russhi Rice
- 1:44:35went to talk to the police, and I'm sure they asked him, so
- 1:44:38where are the other guys, because you couldn't have been driving both cars.
- 1:44:42Someone else was driving the other vehicle, so they're responsible for their actions and
- 1:44:47the injuries that that vehicle caused. So I don't understand all of this.
- 1:44:51Waited a couple of days, they walked away with all of this technology,
- 1:44:56they were filmed walking away. These are the same police Eastman, and this
- 1:45:00is the same technology that tracked a man from Las Vegas back to Ohio to
- 1:45:05give him winnings because he didn't claim him. So you can't tell me that
- 1:45:09you didn't know where they went. And they actually left. They left.
- 1:45:12Both cars had marijuana and uh, but they also left credit cards, checked,
- 1:45:18diamond chains, and his Kansas City Chiefs playbook. Well, I'm saying
- 1:45:25which to me, and how the law processes things, nobody leaves that kind
- 1:45:33of stuff behind unless there is an ever greater penalty ahead. There's no way
- 1:45:41I'm gonna leave diamonds and weed in an accident when I know that the weed
- 1:45:46already problems. But just weed ain't big enough problems. It's this cocaine and
- 1:45:50then it's done. Since so the other three, let's assume the other three
- 1:45:54guys don't play or why I'm like you, kiddy, why did they just
- 1:45:58go and say, hey, we were just driving. No, no,
- 1:46:00I'm instead of him going And no matter who comes forward, they all have
- 1:46:04to account for what they did. And if I was driving, I was
- 1:46:08driving. Yes, What you what you're proposing is another scheme of another live
- 1:46:15which is a crime, Which is a crime if I was driving the car.
- 1:46:19I was driving the car. This idea where the person who is valued
- 1:46:29somebody else take the wrap. Now, that's what's wrong with the community that
- 1:46:35we live in in the first place. That's what you just proposed. That
- 1:46:41the four of us get in the car, we have an accident, we
- 1:46:45all leave, and then command your Greg go back and say he was driving
- 1:46:49because of crime. Because sports Jackson, professional athlete. He can't go to
- 1:46:54jail. I'm a comedian. I can't go to jail. He all right,
- 1:47:00you the golf prit So we yeah, we'll will let him go because
- 1:47:05but that's dumb. And that's what I'm saying. Now, now we got
- 1:47:09a lifetime lie and the police know all of this. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:47:14These people aren't simple that way. They can subpoena all of these text
- 1:47:18messages and all of these things. So what concerns me more than them walking
- 1:47:25away is them unraveling a whole case of trying to cover it up that will
- 1:47:29get them sent to prison. This way, they looking at some fines and
- 1:47:32maybe some probation. But now with all of this trying to get out of
- 1:47:36it and falsifying evidence and stuff. We're looking at prison time. So I
- 1:47:43really hope they stop and get out ahead of this. Yes, and hopefully
- 1:47:47some of these kids will start learning, like, just take responsibility from the
- 1:47:51jump. Come on, man, call this conniving. As I say,
- 1:47:57watching these TV shows, we're gonna go do this, this and that.
- 1:48:01Live in it because that might be the moment that alters your next moment.
- 1:48:06You keep trying to avoid and find a scheme out. Is why you can't
- 1:48:10never just have a smooth path of walking. And now rent it this.
- 1:48:15You rented this car. You let somebody else drive the other car. Y'all
- 1:48:18out here probably racing. You're trying to say that you really have no responsibility
- 1:48:25by scheming in line and trying to make somebody else take And oh you don't
- 1:48:30want to mess up the bag. The bag messed up itself right right,
- 1:48:34And I agree with you, Sports, you messed up yourself. I ain't
- 1:48:38leaving no accident. Now we'll throw some stuff out the cock, but I
- 1:48:40ain't leave. We'll be back more to sports show right after this. My
- 1:48:46squaw boy like that, that's the joy, My squaw like job I'm in
- 1:48:58your having job, don't go away, or of the Sports Josh Show with
- 1:49:05Wayne Dan. Videos coming up next, And now let's talk about something exciting,
- 1:49:11life insurance. Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:49:15of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have life insurance. When
- 1:49:19I was twenty five, me and my wife were just getting started with our
- 1:49:23family and thought we live forever life insurance. What's the last thing on my
- 1:49:26mind? What about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills? When
- 1:49:30I was forty, with a kid in college and bills piling up, I
- 1:49:32was worried how my family will survive without me. That's what I made an
- 1:49:34appointment with the insurance informant. Information gives you power, and life insurance gives
- 1:49:39your family security no matter what stage of life you're in. Now that I'm
- 1:49:43molder, I don't worry about whether I'll leave my family with bills or benefits.
- 1:49:46The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty, whether you
- 1:49:49earn a little or a lot, all you need is the insurance informant to
- 1:49:53help you build a foundation of security, because without you, your family will
- 1:49:57have two options. Benefits or which legacy will you leave behind? Log on

- 1:51:16the school board when we put a spin on life and sports and how they
- 1:51:21intermingle on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy. Just like new, Just
- 1:51:49like new, Way back to this Sports Shock Show, The Sports Shock Wayne
- 1:51:53Gandy, Uh bad. Producer's face was just I mean, I wish I
- 1:51:58could have got a T shirt of his expression of when I said I would
- 1:52:02just staying face the consequence. He had this about consequences. Now, this
- 1:52:16is the thing. Now, I ain't gonna let you take the or see
- 1:52:20you that's how you difference I Sports Jock. I commend you for that.
- 1:52:26I agree that that is the way to go. Probably will be what I
- 1:52:30do now, so I'm saying it wouldn't be what I do. So that's
- 1:52:32why we wouldn't hang out here. That's why I wouldn't be racing nobody with
- 1:52:38you, because I know you gonna be taking accountability and you're gonna be succeeded
- 1:52:42accountability to and basically saying you're gonna tell it ain't gonna you might as well
- 1:52:45stay. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Exactly what I'm saying he was
- 1:52:49already let me know that he won't tell Yeah, sir, did you see
- 1:52:54who was driving the other car? Yes, sir, he was my good
- 1:52:57friend. We've been hosting a radio show or since twenty eleven, and I'm
- 1:53:01at home washing my hands and scrubbing the cereal plate numbers off of stuff.
- 1:53:06And that's why we wouldn't place together a couple of shows. He goes by
- 1:53:12the moniker Big Kenny, but his mom named him Kenneth. So if we
- 1:53:15in an accident, I ain't leaving. I know they gonna come looking for
- 1:53:21me because he's gonna send them to exactly where I am. So if I
- 1:53:25don't want that, I don't hang with this dude in those situations. Do
- 1:53:29you have a problem giving us a yeah, I'll take you right up there.
- 1:53:32You can't do We got you, Mama. Tell me if that's Wayne,
- 1:53:36that's him. I knew it. I knew he got some people with
- 1:53:42him, some people in Unifa. He done bought the cops to the house.
- 1:53:45Baby, I'm trying to buy some credit with the law enforcement. By
- 1:53:48some credit, No, tell the judge he was very cooperative. As consideration,
- 1:53:55they give you consideration. Maybe maybe him saying it was an accident.
- 1:53:59It's true. He seemed very helpful. Meanwhile, we found Kenny in the
- 1:54:04attic at his house under some insulation I don't know tell me about. He
- 1:54:11don't know who the cars were registered to. Kenny, and he said he
- 1:54:15don't know nothing about what they're talking about. Seven eleven. Uh, Big
- 1:54:19Kenny says, there is it today. Bring your own cup, bring your
- 1:54:24own container, container, bring your own seventtainer. It doesn't have to be
- 1:54:27a cup, has to be anything that can hold a icy you. They
- 1:54:32can just fill up kitty wading pools, anything, Bring your own cup.
- 1:54:38Well, they call it bring your own cup Day and you can feel anything
- 1:54:41with a slurpy for a dollar ninety nine cents. And that's today, that's
- 1:54:44today. Seven eleven. Yes, we got a couple of them living your
- 1:54:46own cup dad. No, No, I'm sorry. It'll be April thirteenth.
- 1:54:50Oh, April thirteen. April thirteen, because we'd got in trouble today.
- 1:54:55Yeah, because I'm an April thirteen, seven eleven. Bring your own
- 1:54:59con bring your cup dates dollar ninety nine. You can get down on the
- 1:55:04icy yeah, anything anything literally, And people have been I guess pushing the
- 1:55:11envelope to see how serious they were about any container. So there are people
- 1:55:15on social media with pictures of Slurpy in five gallon water jugs and dog water
- 1:55:21dishes prepared kitty waiting pools. It's it's gotten really outrageous. And and I
- 1:55:30wonder how much, Oh, you're only gonna be able to get whatever they
- 1:55:33can make up? And that's when I remember that they only have. First
- 1:55:36of all, they only have so much in a particular location. Yes,
- 1:55:41And the second is once that is gleted, you're gonna have to wait another
- 1:55:45hour for the next batch to make up. It's like when you go to
- 1:55:49the movie sometimes and you try to get the Slurpy and uh, it might
- 1:55:54be four flavors, but only one of them is actually frozen. You gotta
- 1:55:58wait. So I'm just trying to expectations because if you if you see command
- 1:56:02Greg walking out, you might well going back to work because he already don't
- 1:56:06I know, the machine broke he got He just turned it on and walked
- 1:56:12out and took nine customers full of If it took nine customers to drink that
- 1:56:16much, and that's and that's consideration, and see, and that's what I'm
- 1:56:20like, no one has no consideration to others. You said that they're making
- 1:56:24all this stuff. I've been working on that. Like when I go to
- 1:56:27the store, if something that I really like, if it is only a
- 1:56:30couple left and I can't find it, I've been used to grabbing. Now
- 1:56:33you will save somebody some slurpy, But I'll send a friend to prison.
- 1:56:38But I leave you one or two. And our listener Jared says, dang,
- 1:56:43say it ain't so as Jay, he's disappointed that you would stay and
- 1:56:45take the charge. Yeah, that's I'm with Jared. Disappointed you stay and
- 1:56:50take the charge. Why I don't they all criminal sports? Child? I
- 1:56:54mean, we lo moral. But if I if I hit his car,
- 1:56:59he would want me to stay, Yes he would, Yes, he would.
- 1:57:02Right if I ran my truck into your if we're doing something, ran
- 1:57:08my truck into your daughter's car when you want me as a okay, So
- 1:57:13what's the difference. Now, if you ran your truck into my car,
- 1:57:15we both flee in that accident. We both I got to report my car
- 1:57:18stole into you know. No, I'm not gonna go through all that just
- 1:57:24sounds I'm lengthening idiots. The procedure. Trust me, sir, that that's
- 1:57:29exactly what's happening. Like I said, you take something that would have gotten
- 1:57:31you a fine and some maybe probation and turn it into hes talking about you
- 1:57:35bringing the police to Kenny's house. The good That's what Jerry's said. Well,
- 1:57:41I know that's gonna happen. Don't be disappointed. Remember the only reason
- 1:57:44I'm taking in the Kenney house is because I told Kenny not to run.
- 1:57:46He did say that, he said don't run, and you could say,
- 1:57:50you could say actually had a conversation where I told him don't run, and
- 1:57:56I didn't hear that because I was running. I didn't really hear that.
- 1:57:58But Kenny's what Jared and I was saying. If there's no name paperwork of
- 1:58:02Kenny, you know, just don't say it was his car. They can
- 1:58:06run the plates. What's sports. If there were cameras, like we spoys,
- 1:58:14they saw it. I'm just as soon as they showed me the first
- 1:58:17picture of the Rashi Rice photo of the people walking away, I knew which
- 1:58:24one was Rashid Rice. It's the one with the big old calf that was
- 1:58:28puckered up like he just did a look like he just got from a body
- 1:58:31building and he looked like the big receiver I remember for the Chiefs. Cut
- 1:58:38like cut up, walking inside, walking in front, not working and funny
- 1:58:43still. I mean, I guess it wasn't funny to the person that happened
- 1:58:45to. But a former high school wrestler decided to play Captain America up at
- 1:58:51a subway and in Danapolis as one of the customers in front of him was
- 1:58:58berating the sandwich art and grabbed the guy from behind the counter. The former
- 1:59:04wrestler who was behind him jumped on him and put him in a chokehold until
- 1:59:10officers came. So some of that high school wrestling came into can you use
- 1:59:15a high school wrestler? Yeah? I was, but I ain't grabbing nobody.
- 1:59:20They don't do that. And you're near my high school. At the
- 1:59:24subway close to my high school, they ain't doing no grappling sports. So
- 1:59:28I buy my business, sir, and we are in the ocean. The
- 1:59:33truth is he will throw you in the ocean. It's time to wrap things
- 1:59:39up on the Sports jug Show with Wayne Gandy. When it sounds of ocean
- 2:00:03to give to sports shout just a minute too, and if you missed any
- 2:00:06of today's show. As we go off, commandch you, Greg is gonna
- 2:00:10upload us the Apple podcast, Spotify, Amazon Podcast, Audible, Deezer,
- 2:00:16or iHeart Radio for the replay. Commanding Greg McKinney, bad producer, thank
- 2:00:21you for your contributions to today's show. Remember final four weekend Women's and men
- 2:00:28on the women's bracket South Carolina, North Carolina State, Iowa, yukon tomorrow
- 2:00:34night. On Saturday will take on Alabama and North Carolina State men will take
- 2:00:42on Produce. Should be an exciting championship all around. Going into ocean today,
- 2:00:49since we are still on college basketball, it's the comments and the man
- 2:00:56himself trying to want once again hate more than celebrate. Jason Whitlock says that
- 2:01:06Angel Reese is only famous because she taunted Caitlyn Clark. That's not true.
- 2:01:15Angel Reese is a bad girl in her own rights. That's why she has
- 2:01:21that national title. She's been the SEC Player of the Year twice. Not
- 2:01:28sure what that has to do with Caitlyn Clark when she's playing Auburn and serving
- 2:01:32them with the thirty points into twenty rebounds, But in her own right,
- 2:01:38she has gained and garnered her fame. We keep trying to make this some
- 2:01:44kind of East versus West, South versus North. It's just two young ladies
- 2:01:51living at a time where entertainment and sports has a ride, and they're doing
- 2:01:59their great body of work. But we keep trying to make it a white
- 2:02:02and black thing. That's just happened to be the component of the skin that's
- 2:02:09hitting the court. Caitlin Clark deserves her applause and Angel Reaves deserves her applause
- 2:02:17period and from making those kind of statements just to sell an article. Jason
- 2:02:25Whitlock, that's why we're throwing you in Noce fucks up. Clank, Larry
- 2:02:42Bird and Magic Johnson Voter are bad men. That was just the truth from
- 2:02:49the Sports Jock Show on Thursday. We always tell you we'll see you in
- 2:02:53the future. Hope you have a great weekend. Peace the bo
