Latest / A Word in Season: Messages by R.J. Rushdoony on the Faith for All of Life

Hearing Coyotes
Familiar sounds can fade into the background until we no longer notice them. So it is with God’s Word. When we hear it often without truly listening, we become gospel-hardened unchanged, unmoved, and lukewarm.
Christ still stands at the door and knocks, not to be ignored but to be answered (Rev. 3:20). A nation that tunes out His voice loses its sensitivity to truth. The right response is simple and urgent:
“Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth” (1 Sam. 3:10).
