- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning and happy Thursday.
- 0:04Speaker 3: No Ricky Santest today, but mister Kevin Mano has us
- 0:07Speaker 3: three things you need to know.
- 0:08Speaker 4: Thank you for that intro, zech I appreciate that. We'll
- 0:11Speaker 4: start with an egg update this morning. Denny's is now
- 0:14Speaker 4: joining waffle House with that surcharge thing. They're the latest
- 0:18Speaker 4: restaurant chain to announce a temporary egg surcharge due to
- 0:21Speaker 4: the nationwide shortage. Waffle House had implemented a fifty cent
- 0:25Speaker 4: perrag surcharge. Now denny said THEIRS will vary by region,
- 0:29Speaker 4: so it's gonna be different everywhere. And again, this is
- 0:31Speaker 4: all primarily linked to the bird flew outbreak across US farms. McDonald's,
- 0:35Speaker 4: on the other hand, they have promised that they will
- 0:38Speaker 4: not add an egg surcharge. Also, I read this morning
- 0:41Speaker 4: that the USDA said egg prices could go up another
- 0:44Speaker 4: forty this spring and summer. Yay. This is an interesting one.
- 0:49Speaker 4: More than a thousand British musicians like Kate Bush, Andy Lennox,
- 0:52Speaker 4: Damon Albarn and a ton more. They came together to
- 0:54Speaker 4: release an album that is nothing but Silence. They're protesting
- 0:59Speaker 4: plans to let AI use their copyrighted materials. There are
- 1:02Speaker 4: twelve tracks on this thing, and the titles in order
- 1:06Speaker 4: are the British Government must not legalize music theft to
- 1:11Speaker 4: benefit AI companies. That's twelve.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I like all of the names.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Yeah, we'll see if this protest of theirs is effective. Interesting. Finally,
- 1:20Speaker 4: yesterday Ricky mentioned Keith Urban filming a new music competition
- 1:23Speaker 4: show here in Nashville. Is doing a couple episodes here,
- 1:26Speaker 4: and that's not the only new show we're getting. ABC
- 1:28Speaker 4: recently ordered a new spinoff of their show Nine to
- 1:31Speaker 4: one to One Lone Star, So nine to one to
- 1:33Speaker 4: One Nashville is coming soon. It's going to be a
- 1:36Speaker 4: scripted show that follows the work and personal lives of
- 1:38Speaker 4: a team of first responders here in Nashville. I guess
- 1:41Speaker 4: producers were looking at Vegas and Hawaii, but ultimately decided
- 1:45Speaker 4: on Nashville. We don't have any casting info or shooting
- 1:48Speaker 4: info at this point, but it is expected to premiere
- 1:51Speaker 4: sometime at the end of the year. Again, that's on ABC.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I love that we're becoming like the Hollywood of the South.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yeah, and I'm sure there's a lot of aspiring actors
- 1:59Speaker 4: and actresses that live here in town. So yeah, get
- 2:01Speaker 4: those resumes ready to send into your agent.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Kevin just found you a job.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Hey, I'm in Ricky zachin Mano in the Morning On.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning. Know Ricky today,
- 2:13Speaker 4: she's out for a couple of days. So it's myself
- 2:15Speaker 4: here with Zach and we are really sort of like
- 2:17Speaker 4: the pioneers of small talk.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Yeah, we kind of love it a little bit too much.
- 2:21Speaker 4: Ricky tries to stand in our way of asking all
- 2:24Speaker 4: the hard hitting questions of the first caller of the day.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Ha ha jokes on her girls away the boys Chefley six one, five, seven,
- 2:30Speaker 3: three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 2:32Speaker 4: If you want to make that small talk and get
- 2:33Speaker 4: yourself tickets to see the Lumineers when they're here in
- 2:35Speaker 4: October at Bridgestone Arena, call us right now, caller number one.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Those tickets are yours. We're talking to you next.
- 2:41Speaker 1: On the River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning,
- 2:44Speaker 1: one five the River.
- 2:47Speaker 4: Let's say good morning to John in Springfield. What are
- 2:51Speaker 4: you up to this morning? Man?
- 2:52Speaker 5: Oh, woke up, got a little coffee and heading to work.
- 2:55Speaker 3: You know, the normal nine to five John, You know
- 2:58Speaker 3: we got to ask what do you do today?
- 3:00Speaker 5: It's actually my part time job. My full time job,
- 3:02Speaker 5: i'd ride or truck. It goes we wo we we woo.
- 3:05Speaker 4: So hang on, hold on you can you let me
- 3:07Speaker 4: you're a firefighter?
- 3:09Speaker 5: Yes, sir?
- 3:09Speaker 4: Okay, okay, good jobs that I could pick that up.
- 3:12Speaker 4: What's the part time job?
- 3:14Speaker 5: Well, I do work on Angel's part time, and that
- 3:16Speaker 5: eat some other little like uh stuff on side here
- 3:19Speaker 5: and there, so well.
- 3:20Speaker 4: All very important stuff. So thank you for doing what
- 3:22Speaker 4: you do.
- 3:23Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 3:23Speaker 3: I appreciate it, John, Since you already have the superpower
- 3:26Speaker 3: of being like in the medical field and saving lives,
- 3:28Speaker 3: if you could have another superpower, which one would you pick?
- 3:33Speaker 5: Probably extreme patience because I have a three year old
- 3:37Speaker 5: in a one yo love and sometimes I feel like
- 3:38Speaker 5: Adam Sandler and big Daddy.
- 3:40Speaker 4: So yeah, how's your road rage? Because I don't have.
- 3:44Speaker 4: My patience is thin as well, and I tend to
- 3:47Speaker 4: get pretty frustrated behind the wheel.
- 3:49Speaker 5: I can honestly say it's probably gotten worse being in
- 3:51Speaker 5: the field I am now because there's a lot of
- 3:53Speaker 5: puffer people on the road.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Yeah, that's fat, And I bet when you're in your
- 3:56Speaker 4: own personal car you wish you could flip on the
- 3:58Speaker 4: we wou we wou.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Uh yeah sometimes, but then again, you know, people get
- 4:03Speaker 5: even stupider when those are on.
- 4:04Speaker 3: So oh yeah, I like they get confused and don't
- 4:07Speaker 3: know what to do, so they just stay.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Yeah, they just kind of stop in the middle of
- 4:11Speaker 4: the street.
- 4:12Speaker 5: So you know, just a point of advice, heal to
- 4:15Speaker 5: emergency vehicles, get out of the lift lane, go to
- 4:17Speaker 5: the right and passing.
- 4:19Speaker 4: You just this is great, this is we put out
- 4:22Speaker 4: a little PSA too. Yeah, as we tell you that
- 4:25Speaker 4: you are the first caller of the day. And these
- 4:26Speaker 4: tickets to see the lumineers are yours.
- 4:28Speaker 5: All right, have been ever since the beginning and had
- 4:31Speaker 5: a chance to see them money time.
- 4:33Speaker 4: They're gonna be a bridgetone in October. Congratulations John, and
- 4:36Speaker 4: again on behalf of everyone over here. Thank you for
- 4:38Speaker 4: doing what you're doing being a first responder. That's uh,
- 4:40Speaker 4: that's amazing. We we love you.
- 4:42Speaker 5: Okay, Well, I appreciate you all. I appreciate what you
- 4:44Speaker 5: all do this morning. Thank you so much.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Thanks John. Hanging out a second gay, I feel like
- 4:47Speaker 4: I want to hang out with him every day. What
- 4:49Speaker 4: you kind of do on the radio. That's true.
- 4:51Speaker 1: One O seven five, Ricky, Zach and men oh in
- 4:54Speaker 1: the morning.
- 4:55Speaker 4: All right, Zach, are you ready?
- 4:56Speaker 2: I was born ready?
- 4:57Speaker 4: One O seven five. The River. This is there's a
- 5:00Speaker 4: three second hack to make you more attractive and memorable.
- 5:04Speaker 2: What are you trying to say about me?
- 5:06Speaker 4: It's not just for you, it's for everybody. We're all taken.
- 5:08Speaker 4: You know, we're all benefiting from this. It comes from
- 5:11Speaker 4: a relationship expert, a dating expert. Her name is Luan. First,
- 5:15Speaker 4: it starts with eye contact, which I gotta say, you're
- 5:18Speaker 4: nailing right now.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I'm staring at you in your soul.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Yeah, you're doing it. Since we started this conversation, you
- 5:23Speaker 4: have not broken this gaze and it's making me uncomfortable. Okay,
- 5:27Speaker 4: the next step here, this is the important thing. This
- 5:29Speaker 4: is the three second thing. Okay, after somebody asked you
- 5:31Speaker 4: a question, silence, you pause for three seconds.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Okay, let's try it, Kevin, how was your day yesterday?
- 5:40Speaker 6: Oh?
- 5:40Speaker 4: I'm so bad at this. That is awkward. I know
- 5:43Speaker 4: it feels awkward. They say that, you know, we have
- 5:46Speaker 4: this human desire to fill the awkward silence, which we
- 5:50Speaker 4: all do. But once you embrace the pause, which She
- 5:54Speaker 4: calls the pause and hold technique. You'll be more attractive,
- 5:56Speaker 4: more charismatic, and more memorable. I don't know way, so
- 5:59Speaker 4: I don't like it, but she's the pro, not me. So, Zech,
- 6:02Speaker 4: would you have for dinner last night?
- 6:05Speaker 2: Tacos?
- 6:06Speaker 7: See?
- 6:07Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 6:07Speaker 2: Do I instantly look better?
- 6:09Speaker 4: Now you can try it at work today. It's eye
- 6:13Speaker 4: contact in a three second pause, and I mean, yeah,
- 6:16Speaker 4: you'll be more memorable because I can see like slightly
- 6:20Speaker 4: brain dead, but apparently attractive as well.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Yeah, you're memorable because you're the weirdo in the elevator
- 6:25Speaker 3: that takes forever to answer any questions.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Try it and report bag, Let us know if it
- 6:29Speaker 4: works for you.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Three days, good morning, good morning. The sun is starting
- 6:34Speaker 3: to peep out and say hello. So it's going to
- 6:36Speaker 3: be a beautiful day today. No Ricky today, but Ricky
- 6:39Speaker 3: Kevin Mano is here with us. Three things he needs
- 6:41Speaker 3: to know?
- 6:41Speaker 4: Said, the sun is pete is beginning to peep out. Yeah,
- 6:44Speaker 4: it's peeking out, peeking out, Yeah, peek or peep peeping out. Okay,
- 6:48Speaker 4: either way, that's what you say. It's peeping out. I
- 6:50Speaker 4: don't know that you do. Thank you, though. Zech. Unfortunately
- 6:53Speaker 4: this measles outbreak is becoming a big story. The number
- 6:56Speaker 4: of cases is growing. An unvaccinated patient that had been
- 7:00Speaker 4: hospitalized in Texas has now passed. It's the first measles
- 7:04Speaker 4: related death in the US in a decade. This all
- 7:07Speaker 4: started in late January. Over one hundred and twenty people
- 7:10Speaker 4: have been diagnosed with infection and has now spread to
- 7:12Speaker 4: eight states. I know that health officials in Texas are
- 7:15Speaker 4: running mobile testing units in schools and pop up vaccine
- 7:17Speaker 4: clinics to try and stay ahead of it. According to
- 7:20Speaker 4: the CDC, measles can spread through the air, on surfaces,
- 7:23Speaker 4: and by sharing food or drinks. Symptoms include fever, rash,
- 7:26Speaker 4: and red or bloodshot eyes. While there is a vaccine
- 7:29Speaker 4: to prevent you from contracting measles, there is currently not
- 7:31Speaker 4: a treatment for those infected. Hey, we have a new Dumbledore.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Harry Potter fansis once for you. There's a new Harry
- 7:38Speaker 4: Potter series in early development at HBO. And really this
- 7:42Speaker 4: is the first bit of like solid casting news. We've
- 7:44Speaker 4: got legendary actor John Lithgow is the new Professor Albus Dumbledore.
- 7:49Speaker 4: I love that he said it was not an easy
- 7:52Speaker 4: decision to make and that he knows this role will
- 7:54Speaker 4: define him for the last chapter of his life. Lastly,
- 7:58Speaker 4: this is cool in Nashville Zoo Teddy Bear Clinic is
- 8:01Speaker 4: coming back. Kids can go. They take their favorite teddy
- 8:04Speaker 4: bear for a routine examination and helps him learn more
- 8:07Speaker 4: about animal healthcare. You know, seeing their stuffies get a
- 8:10Speaker 4: check up. It's very cute. The teddy bear, if healthy,
- 8:14Speaker 4: will receive a certificate of very good health.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Wait, that's actually adorable.
- 8:19Speaker 4: We love a pun over here, it really is. It's
- 8:21Speaker 4: a great interactive educational thing that they do with the zoo.
- 8:25Speaker 4: It's happening next weekend, so March eighth and ninth, and
- 8:28Speaker 4: registration is required, so sign up. You can book on
- 8:31Speaker 4: their website. Spots are limited. There you go, three things
- 8:34Speaker 4: you now know, and in just a couple of minutes
- 8:37Speaker 4: another thing you need to know. Zach's fax is on
- 8:39Speaker 4: the way, he's standing by. He's peeping out. I just
- 8:42Speaker 4: looked it up and it's a thing peep the stun
- 8:45Speaker 4: is peeping out, peeping out. Let's go with it. I
- 8:47Speaker 4: learned a fact right there, and there's another one on
- 8:49Speaker 4: the way. Here's Miles Smith on the river.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Gaga on the River. It's time for Zach's facts, which got.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Buddy, if you ever wear like a knitted shirt, did
- 9:02Speaker 3: you know that it takes six miles of.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Yarn to make one T shirt?
- 9:07Speaker 4: I'm so sorry. Define knitted shirt?
- 9:09Speaker 3: What do you mean like a yarn knitted T shirt?
- 9:12Speaker 3: It takes six miles of that versus if it was
- 9:14Speaker 3: a cotton T shirt, one acre can make over a
- 9:17Speaker 3: thousand T shirt?
- 9:18Speaker 4: Am I crazy that? I don't even I can't picture
- 9:21Speaker 4: a knitted T shirt. I picture a sweater.
- 9:25Speaker 2: You've never I wore one yesterday.
- 9:27Speaker 4: That was a great shirt.
- 9:28Speaker 2: It was a knitted shirt.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Okay, I get it now, you're right, six miles that's great.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Sorry, you know nothing about fashion, but there you go.
- 9:34Speaker 8: That's your fact of the day.
- 9:37Speaker 4: Seven five the River. Thank you for starting your Thursday
- 9:40Speaker 4: Morning with us. We saw a story this week. It
- 9:42Speaker 4: was going around Colin Jost supposedly dug through twelve dumpsters
- 9:47Speaker 4: in New York City trying to find his wife, Scarlett
- 9:49Speaker 4: Johansson's ring.
- 9:50Speaker 3: I mean, that's dedication, but it's also like a five
- 9:52Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars ring.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I would have done the same thing.
- 9:55Speaker 4: It was very expensive ring she ended up finding in
- 9:57Speaker 4: her pocket, so it was all for nothing. But that
- 10:00Speaker 4: brought up this question in the room. Now we're asking
- 10:02Speaker 4: you six one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven,
- 10:05Speaker 4: what have you had to dig through the trash to find?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Oh, dumpster diving? I like it.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe it was actually in a dumpster like Colin Joster.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Maybe just at home you threw something away, somebody threw
- 10:14Speaker 4: something away and there you are sorting through the trash
- 10:17Speaker 4: looking for what was it? Six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 10:21Speaker 4: one oh seven. What did you dig through the trash
- 10:23Speaker 4: to find? And did you find it? An important piece
- 10:26Speaker 4: of the story one oh seven five The river, Nicky.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Zach and Mano in the morning. It's the river.
- 10:31Speaker 4: Let's say good morning to Marty and Franklin. How you
- 10:33Speaker 4: doing good?
- 10:34Speaker 5: Good good?
- 10:35Speaker 4: The conversation in here we were talking about Colin Joe's
- 10:38Speaker 4: digging through twelve dumpsters in New York trying to find
- 10:40Speaker 4: Scarlett Johansson's ring. So now we're asking you what have
- 10:43Speaker 4: you had to dig through the trash to find?
- 10:45Speaker 9: So this was not me, It was my mother and
- 10:47Speaker 9: it was probably about thirty years ago. We I'm from
- 10:51Speaker 9: Athams Georgia where the University of georg Is go dogs.
- 10:54Speaker 9: And my parents always had season tickets, and they had
- 10:57Speaker 9: tickets to the Doors of Florida game, which is the
- 10:59Speaker 9: biggest cock tail party in the world basically, and my
- 11:03Speaker 9: mom thought you threw the tickets away from her, and
- 11:06Speaker 9: my dad went through the dumpster on this little tiny
- 11:09Speaker 9: road where all the trash goes, and they spent like
- 11:12Speaker 9: an hour looking for them and they never found them.
- 11:14Speaker 9: And it turns out my mom had them in her wallet.
- 11:17Speaker 4: So did she find them in the wallet? Like after
- 11:19Speaker 4: the fact, did they miss out on the game?
- 11:21Speaker 9: Oh? Yeah, No, they were able to go. We were
- 11:22Speaker 9: all able to go down.
- 11:23Speaker 2: To the game.
- 11:24Speaker 4: Okay, And you're your family smelled like trash while you
- 11:26Speaker 4: were there.
- 11:29Speaker 3: I'm glad that it all worked out. But the fact
- 11:31Speaker 3: that I'm just like picturing these people like looking like
- 11:34Speaker 3: raccoons on the side of the road just dig through
- 11:36Speaker 3: the trash.
- 11:37Speaker 9: Also, I have to tell you, my mom is like
- 11:39Speaker 9: four eleven and my dad is six five, so there's
- 11:41Speaker 9: like a miss and then this giant person digging through
- 11:43Speaker 9: the term.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Oh my god, Larius, that's so funny. Thank you for calling.
- 11:47Speaker 4: We appreciate the story. Have a great day.
- 11:49Speaker 9: Have a good day.
- 11:49Speaker 4: See Marty. I will say good morning to Vanessa in Nashville. Hello, Hello,
- 11:54Speaker 4: good morning, good morning. What did you have to look
- 11:56Speaker 4: for in the trash?
- 11:57Speaker 10: So I work in the dental heels and I'm scared
- 12:01Speaker 10: impressions on a patient and they were not the easiest
- 12:05Speaker 10: impressions to take. And I had a girlfriend help me
- 12:08Speaker 10: clean up my room and she accidentally threw them away.
- 12:11Speaker 10: Oh and I didn't realize until the patient was gone
- 12:15Speaker 10: that she threw them away. So my doctor made us
- 12:17Speaker 10: so dumpstardiving to find those depressions.
- 12:20Speaker 4: How long did it take to find them? Hoping you
- 12:22Speaker 4: did find.
- 12:22Speaker 11: Them, it was a while.
- 12:24Speaker 10: It was a couple bags of trash we had to
- 12:25Speaker 10: go through, but we found them and cleaned them and
- 12:28Speaker 10: we were all good and can send it to the lab.
- 12:30Speaker 3: You sent trash to the last trash we did so.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Later that day, were your hands inside somebody else's mouth?
- 12:39Speaker 10: No, this was at the end of the day. I
- 12:41Speaker 10: was like, hey, where did you put my impressions? And
- 12:43Speaker 10: she was like, huh.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I mean, I am glad that you found them, because
- 12:46Speaker 3: that would be the most awkward phone call I have
- 12:48Speaker 3: to make to the patient of like, Hi, I know
- 12:50Speaker 3: that you were just here for hours getting these impressions down,
- 12:53Speaker 3: but we need you to come back because we threw
- 12:54Speaker 3: them away.
- 12:55Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 12:55Speaker 4: Hey, can I ask you a different question, a different
- 12:57Speaker 4: question that I saw online recently and people are wondering,
- 13:01Speaker 4: when you're at the dentist getting your teeth clean, do
- 13:04Speaker 4: you is it better to have your eyes open or closed?
- 13:07Speaker 5: Please close?
- 13:08Speaker 4: Close? You're okay, Okay, it's closure eyes.
- 13:10Speaker 6: It's it's awkward for everybody.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Right, agreed. Thank you for the story, and thank you
- 13:16Speaker 4: for putting some closure on that one. We appreciate it absolutely.
- 13:18Speaker 10: You guys, have a good.
- 13:19Speaker 8: Day, Ricky Zach And in the morning the river, we
- 13:25Speaker 8: are asking you what you've had to dig through the
- 13:27Speaker 8: trash to find, Inspired by Colin Joe s digging through
- 13:31Speaker 8: dumpsters looking for Scarlett Johansson's ring Nissy in Nashville, What
- 13:35Speaker 8: was it for you?
- 13:36Speaker 11: Well, I work at a little heatery and customer came
- 13:41Speaker 11: in one day. She had surgery this morning, and she's
- 13:44Speaker 11: a little groggy, and she's do away the stuff after
- 13:47Speaker 11: she left, but she comes back to tell us that
- 13:49Speaker 11: she believes you threw away a wedding band and her
- 13:52Speaker 11: engagement ring in the garbage.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Oh gosh.
- 13:54Speaker 11: And so she's standing there all dizzy, and so of
- 13:57Speaker 11: course you not put us some gloves and I digging in,
- 13:59Speaker 11: I find it and he came back about an hour
- 14:02Speaker 11: later and gave me a hundred dollars tip.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Wow. No, right, so a reward.
- 14:08Speaker 11: I know I had lost my wedding band once before,
- 14:11Speaker 11: and I know how broken hearted you know, women feel
- 14:13Speaker 11: about that.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I'm proud of you.
- 14:14Speaker 3: That was very sweet of you to like get in
- 14:16Speaker 3: there and get dirty to find that wedding ring.
- 14:19Speaker 2: But good job for you.
- 14:20Speaker 3: And also shout out to the girl that came back
- 14:21Speaker 3: and gave you a hundred bucks.
- 14:23Speaker 11: My manager was like, whoa, he was so happy for me.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Oh good, that's that's awesome. A lot of places, don't,
- 14:28Speaker 4: you know, let their workers accept the tip. So I'm
- 14:30Speaker 4: happy that you got to keep that one.
- 14:32Speaker 11: Oh no, I kept that good.
- 14:34Speaker 4: I'm glad. Well, thank you for listening, Easie, thank you
- 14:36Speaker 4: for calling. And uh, you're a hero.
- 14:39Speaker 11: Thank you, thank you.
- 14:40Speaker 4: Have a good day.
- 14:41Speaker 11: Okay, fuck, why you too?
- 14:42Speaker 4: Right? Mikayla in Nashville, Good morning. Did you have to
- 14:47Speaker 4: dig through the trash to find something?
- 14:49Speaker 11: Yes?
- 14:50Speaker 6: I am a daycare teacher, so I actually have to
- 14:52Speaker 6: dig through the trash for something multiple times a week usually.
- 14:55Speaker 2: And what items are you looking for?
- 14:57Speaker 4: Things kids threw away?
- 14:59Speaker 11: Yes, the three year old.
- 15:01Speaker 6: And it's usually like toys. Sometimes they pack their lunch
- 15:04Speaker 6: and they throw away tup aware their.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Parents braw.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Things around the classroom. It's just like all sorts of
- 15:11Speaker 6: things that they throw away. Their their work. They'll do
- 15:13Speaker 6: a worksheet, they'll throw it away.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Are they still in diapers?
- 15:17Speaker 3: Yes, so you have to dig through like the diaper
- 15:20Speaker 3: trash can.
- 15:22Speaker 4: I would think those would go in a different trash can.
- 15:24Speaker 6: Right, number one dips in the trash can. The number
- 15:28Speaker 6: two do not.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, the number two diapers go somewhere else.
- 15:31Speaker 3: So you're still having to dig through soiled diapers to
- 15:34Speaker 3: find these What are you doing this?
- 15:35Speaker 10: Man?
- 15:38Speaker 11: Gloves?
- 15:38Speaker 6: They're necessary?
- 15:40Speaker 4: All right? Thank you for calling Mikaylay. You were doing
- 15:42Speaker 4: God's work out there.
- 15:44Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 15:44Speaker 4: All right, have a great day you too, beg guys
- 15:47Speaker 4: and Zach, you don't have kids, but if anybody out
- 15:49Speaker 4: there has small kids at home and you're wondering where
- 15:52Speaker 4: all your silverware is going, they're throwing it away. It's
- 15:55Speaker 4: all on the trash captains pretty often.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Haik, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Zach, what time is it? Oh?
- 16:03Speaker 2: Funny you ask, It's game time, baby.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Let's go seven five the River doing Uh. Kevin Mano's
- 16:10Speaker 4: Game of the Day for tickets to see Big Time
- 16:12Speaker 4: Rush six one, five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven.
- 16:16Speaker 9: Uh.
- 16:16Speaker 4: They had a sitcom. Did you ever watch that show?
- 16:18Speaker 9: Zach?
- 16:19Speaker 3: He did, Yeah, yeah, yeah, I thought you were as
- 16:21Speaker 3: part of my childhood.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Since they had the show, we were doing Singers that
- 16:25Speaker 4: Act trivia, So trivia questions based on singers that act.
- 16:29Speaker 4: If you get two out of three of them right,
- 16:31Speaker 4: you're going to see Big Time Rush. And one of
- 16:33Speaker 4: those actors, one of those singers that act is this
- 16:35Speaker 4: one right here, Christina Aguilera, Queen Jeanie in a bottle.
- 16:39Speaker 4: We're playing the game next ow the.
- 16:40Speaker 12: River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 16:45Speaker 4: It's time to play the game. Kevin Mano's Game of
- 16:48Speaker 4: the Day is thened by Genesis Diamonds. Let's say good
- 16:50Speaker 4: morning to April and Hendersonville. How you doing, I'm good.
- 16:53Speaker 2: How are you guys, We're good, good morning, good morning.
- 16:55Speaker 4: No complaints what do you have to right now?
- 16:58Speaker 9: Saving on Ellington's Parkway?
- 17:00Speaker 4: Good luck with the traffic. Deep breaths. We're gonna ask
- 17:03Speaker 4: you some questions for these big time Rush tickets. They're
- 17:06Speaker 4: here in July doing to send to Amphitheater. Since there
- 17:08Speaker 4: was a sitcom about this band, we're doing singers that
- 17:12Speaker 4: act trivia. Are you ready? I'll do my mast How
- 17:16Speaker 4: about that? That's enough for us two out of three,
- 17:18Speaker 4: and the tickets are yours. The game starts right now
- 17:23Speaker 4: April and Hendersonville. It currently has a Rotten Tomato score
- 17:27Speaker 4: of six percent. Who starred in the two thousand and
- 17:30Speaker 4: one movie Glitter.
- 17:34Speaker 5: Brian Carrot.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Hey, I had no idea you killed that one.
- 17:40Speaker 9: I went to the movie theater.
- 17:41Speaker 1: It was bad.
- 17:44Speaker 4: All these years later, we're still kicking her about it.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Mariah Carey, Poor Mariah. All right, you got a point
- 17:49Speaker 4: on the board here. Let's go. What rapper currently stars
- 17:53Speaker 4: in a series called The Equalizer on CBS. This one's
- 17:57Speaker 4: tough ice Cube? No good, guess that's Queen latifah Ah.
- 18:06Speaker 4: I knew that. Since he struck out there with the
- 18:08Speaker 4: rap question, we're going to give you another rap question.
- 18:11Speaker 4: You get this right? You Win. What's the name of
- 18:14Speaker 4: the semi autobiographical movie about eminem eight Mile? Hey, yeah, congratulations,
- 18:22Speaker 4: you're going to see Big Time Rush.
- 18:25Speaker 8: Oh.
- 18:25Speaker 5: I thank you guys so much.
- 18:28Speaker 4: You're welcome. Thanks for playing the game. You made that fun.
- 18:30Speaker 4: They're going to be here July eleventh, and you'll be
- 18:32Speaker 4: there all right.
- 18:33Speaker 9: Perfect, Thank you so much.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Those were really hard today.
- 18:35Speaker 4: Kevin, did you know the eight mile one?
- 18:37Speaker 2: I did after she said it.
- 18:38Speaker 4: I just want to tell you, guys, just to peel
- 18:40Speaker 4: back the curtain a little bit. Nobody in the world
- 18:43Speaker 4: has less knowledge of pop culture than Zach.
- 18:45Speaker 2: That is factual information.
- 18:46Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Really three days you need to know.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Good morning and happy Thursday. It's right after eight o'clock
- 18:53Speaker 3: this morning. We don't have Ricky Sanchez today. She is
- 18:56Speaker 3: back at home dealing with some family issues. But right
- 18:58Speaker 3: now Kevin Manow has us things you need to now.
- 19:01Speaker 4: Thank you very much. Zach. Yeah, we have updates this
- 19:03Speaker 4: morning on the shocking news that actress Michelle Trackenberg passed
- 19:06Speaker 4: away at age thirty nine. This one broke yesterday morning.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Extremely tragic. You might know Michelle from gossip Girl or
- 19:13Speaker 4: Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She was in seventeen again with
- 19:16Speaker 4: Zach Effron. I really liked that movie. She was Harry
- 19:18Speaker 4: at the Spy. She'd been in the biz for a
- 19:20Speaker 4: real long time, and it's reported that her mom found
- 19:23Speaker 4: her in her apartment in New York. Michelle supposedly recently
- 19:27Speaker 4: had a liver transplant and may have been experiencing complications.
- 19:31Speaker 4: Those are the latest updates. Just extremely sad. Tributes to
- 19:35Speaker 4: Michelle from fans and former co stars have been flooding
- 19:38Speaker 4: social media. It's hard to move on from that one.
- 19:41Speaker 4: But this is good news. I guess NASA has now
- 19:44Speaker 4: downgraded the risk of that asteroid hitting us in twenty
- 19:48Speaker 4: thirty two. I don't know if you heard about this,
- 19:49Speaker 4: but the impact probability is now just point zero zero
- 19:54Speaker 4: four percent. Okay, good, that's like nothing. It does keep changing.
- 19:58Speaker 4: It was up to like three percent last week, so
- 20:00Speaker 4: who knows. It'll probably go up to ten percent next week.
- 20:02Speaker 4: But for now we're safe. Although I will say there's
- 20:05Speaker 4: a catch. The Moon is still at risk. Oh no,
- 20:08Speaker 4: I know. There's a one point seven percent chance that
- 20:10Speaker 4: it could strike the Moon again. This is in twenty
- 20:12Speaker 4: thirty two.
- 20:13Speaker 2: That's not that far away. Actually, if you think about.
- 20:16Speaker 4: It to me, it seems like it's a long time. Okay. Lastly, here,
- 20:20Speaker 4: as a parent, I was really happy to see this one.
- 20:23Speaker 4: According to officials here in Nashville, all MNPs schools now
- 20:27Speaker 4: have shatter resistant film on windows and doors. We hate
- 20:31Speaker 4: that we're here and we need this, but we are
- 20:34Speaker 4: and we do. And just so you know how this
- 20:36Speaker 4: stuff works. Like a bullet, it can still pass through
- 20:39Speaker 4: the film, but it's not going to blow out a
- 20:41Speaker 4: glass pane. It's not gonna shatter, so the person, you know,
- 20:44Speaker 4: the threat wouldn't be able to just easily enter the building.
- 20:47Speaker 4: That's the idea. And now every public school in Nashville
- 20:50Speaker 4: has this film. I know they had been working on this.
- 20:52Speaker 4: This project took around a year and a half and
- 20:54Speaker 4: it's complete.
- 20:55Speaker 3: I hate that the world had to come to this,
- 20:57Speaker 3: that we got it, but I am glad that it's
- 20:59Speaker 3: like preventive measures are finally being taken.
- 21:02Speaker 4: We're all for the safety measures. There you go. Three
- 21:04Speaker 4: things you now know.
- 21:05Speaker 8: One O seven five The River Hicky, Zach and Mano
- 21:08Speaker 8: in the mornings.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Here's our question for you this morning. It's one O
- 21:11Speaker 4: seven five The River. What is the worst movie to
- 21:14Speaker 4: watch on an airplane.
- 21:18Speaker 3: I feel like it's gotta be like snake's on a plane,
- 21:21Speaker 3: like an airplane related disaster, and there's six one five seven,
- 21:25Speaker 3: three seven, nine one oh seven.
- 21:27Speaker 4: Ricky is out of town. She was flying last night,
- 21:29Speaker 4: so we were talking about what she was gonna watch
- 21:30Speaker 4: on the plane. She wants to watch the Substance. She
- 21:32Speaker 4: still hasn't seen that, and I said, do not watch
- 21:35Speaker 4: that on an airplane. That is so graphic, And she
- 21:38Speaker 4: didn't seem to care.
- 21:39Speaker 3: No, she said, it's not my fault if there's kids
- 21:41Speaker 3: on the plane.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Yeah, She's like, if your kids are gonna look at
- 21:44Speaker 4: my screen, that's not my fault. Zach and I were
- 21:46Speaker 4: sort of shocked by her behavior. But she's not here,
- 21:49Speaker 4: so we can say that six one five seven, three
- 21:51Speaker 4: seven nine one oh seven the worst thing to watch
- 21:54Speaker 4: on an airplane. Maybe you made a mistake and started
- 21:56Speaker 4: a movie not knowing certain scenes were coming, and you
- 21:59Speaker 4: got a little, uh embarrassed by your your dealing material.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Let us know, here's Miles Smith, It's the River.
- 22:07Speaker 12: Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 22:09Speaker 4: Ricky had a flight last night, so we were discussing
- 22:11Speaker 4: what she was gonna watch on the airplane, Monica in Murphiesboro,
- 22:16Speaker 4: what is the worst thing to watch on an airplane?
- 22:18Speaker 6: I don't know if you have talked about it yet,
- 22:20Speaker 6: but Final Destination.
- 22:21Speaker 2: That absolutely cannot be watched on a plane. Sack, guys,
- 22:26Speaker 2: good morning.
- 22:28Speaker 4: No good that. I do think any like sort of
- 22:31Speaker 4: disaster movie like that is probably a bad choice on
- 22:34Speaker 4: a plane.
- 22:35Speaker 11: Right.
- 22:36Speaker 4: You know what else actually is not not good to
- 22:38Speaker 4: watch these days on an airplane. Just the news. I
- 22:41Speaker 4: mean it's all airplane stories all the time nowadays. Yeah, right, yes,
- 22:46Speaker 4: all right, Well, thank you, Monica, We appreciate it. All right,
- 22:50Speaker 4: have a great day you too. I mean, the experts
- 22:52Speaker 4: still say air travel is very safe. There's just a
- 22:54Speaker 4: lot of that in the news cycle at the moment.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Zach found a list of the worst things to watch
- 22:58Speaker 4: on a plane.
- 22:59Speaker 3: I found a couple of the and on the list,
- 23:01Speaker 3: which makes me sad but makes sense.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Magic Mike Yep, yep.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Yeah, Like it's one of my favorite movies, clearly, but
- 23:08Speaker 3: you can't watch it when there's potentially children around, like
- 23:11Speaker 3: watching your screen. Same with Fifty Shades of Gray, which
- 23:14Speaker 3: also made the list, Like, we probably should not be
- 23:16Speaker 3: watching that in public.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Maybe the saw movies.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Yeah, and then there's things like flight plans, snakes on
- 23:22Speaker 3: a plane, final destination, which she said, so just mostly
- 23:25Speaker 3: movies about bad things happening on planes. Maybe don't watch
- 23:29Speaker 3: on the plane.
- 23:30Speaker 4: We never got the update on want Ricky watched on
- 23:32Speaker 4: her flight last night, but really we were shocked that
- 23:35Speaker 4: she was just so willing to watch just the most
- 23:37Speaker 4: graphic stuff the way.
- 23:39Speaker 3: She was adamant of like, it's not my fault your
- 23:41Speaker 3: kids are watching my screen.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Maybe you should parent better, And I was like, okay.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and men in the morning day.
- 23:50Speaker 4: About this time, we play some audio from a video.
- 23:52Speaker 4: We call it the Daily Double Tip today it's a
- 23:55Speaker 4: Zach find And I know this is uh directed in me.
- 23:58Speaker 2: It is absolutely directed at you, Kevin.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Because Kevin I don't think has ever been without his
- 24:02Speaker 3: phone for longer than three seconds.
- 24:04Speaker 4: It's a problem.
- 24:05Speaker 3: And so I saw this video and I was like,
- 24:07Speaker 3: this is just a good reminder for you and everybody
- 24:10Speaker 3: else how to spend more quality time with people around.
- 24:13Speaker 4: This is truly a good reminder, and it is something
- 24:16Speaker 4: I want to get better at. In full transparency, I
- 24:19Speaker 4: know it's problem. I don't like it, but here we go.
- 24:21Speaker 4: I'm gonna learn something from today's daily double tip.
- 24:23Speaker 12: You have to take your phone from room to room.
- 24:26Speaker 12: You probably have a problem. If you wake up in
- 24:28Speaker 12: the morning and you check your phone before you say
- 24:30Speaker 12: good morning to the person sitting next to you, you
- 24:32Speaker 12: probably have a problem. This is the psychological power of
- 24:35Speaker 12: the device. What if I was sitting here talking to
- 24:38Speaker 12: you holding my phone. It's not buzzing, it's not beeping,
- 24:42Speaker 12: No one's calling me.
- 24:43Speaker 4: I'm just holding it.
- 24:44Speaker 12: Do you feel like you are the most important thing
- 24:47Speaker 12: to me right now?
- 24:48Speaker 4: No, you don't. So when we show up for.
- 24:51Speaker 7: A meeting, or we sit down for dinner with our
- 24:54Speaker 7: families and we put the phone on the table, it
- 24:57Speaker 7: sends a psychological message to everyone's sitting there that you
- 25:00Speaker 7: are not the most important thing to me right now,
- 25:02Speaker 7: and putting the phone upside down is not more polite.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Kevin, I just want to be the most important thing
- 25:07Speaker 2: to you.
- 25:08Speaker 4: First of all, what does that guy know just because
- 25:10Speaker 4: he has some dramatic music behind him, he's an expert.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Oh okay, so now you don't trust him because I'm
- 25:15Speaker 3: calling you out.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Second of all, my wife is sleeping. We wake up
- 25:19Speaker 4: so early for this job. If I said good morning
- 25:22Speaker 4: to her before I check my phone, she'd be like,
- 25:23Speaker 4: what are you doing?
- 25:24Speaker 2: Okay, the morning thing you can get away with.
- 25:26Speaker 3: But like dinner with the kids, like you probably should
- 25:28Speaker 3: just leave your phone in another room or something.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Right about that? You're right about that. I need to
- 25:32Speaker 4: get better at it.
- 25:33Speaker 2: I want to be the most important thing in your
- 25:34Speaker 2: life while we're here.
- 25:35Speaker 4: Okay, I'll work on it, Thank you, Zach. We're going
- 25:37Speaker 4: to put the video up at one O seven five
- 25:39Speaker 4: The River on Instagram. It's going up with the Instagram stories.
- 25:42Speaker 4: Do you think you could work on it?
- 25:44Speaker 6: Like?
- 25:44Speaker 4: Is that some area you Okay, you need to work
- 25:47Speaker 4: on it. I think most of us probably need improvement
- 25:49Speaker 4: in that area. Again, what's going up in the stories?
- 25:50Speaker 4: Today's David doubletab
- 25:52Speaker 1: One O seven five The River, Nicky, Zach and Mano
- 25:55Speaker 1: in the Morning.
