Speaker 2: This is going to be a.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: Lot of fun, isn't it.
• 0:30
  Speaker 2: It really is.
• 0:31
Speaker 1: And you've been working on this for a bit now.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: We've got a lot of fun stuff going on, and
• 0:35
Speaker 1: probably more stuff than we'll be able to even be
• 0:37
Speaker 1: able to talk about here. But let's talk about some
• 0:39
Speaker 1: of the things people can expect at the Sioux Falls
• 0:41
Speaker 1: Convention Center for Izzy'scon.
• 0:43
Speaker 2: Yeah. So it's ex free for everyone, So when all
• 0:45
Speaker 2: the kids that the Sue empire to come out and
• 0:47
Speaker 2: have fun. We have inflatables, we have legos, We're giving
• 0:51
Speaker 2: away a million Pokemon cards or as much as many
• 0:55
Speaker 2: as we can. We have the Empire, Ghostbusters are going
• 0:58
Speaker 2: to be there. We have Reptile, we have card games
• 1:01
Speaker 2: and bay Blade and crafts and a Japanese style arcade
• 1:05
  Speaker 2: three to years.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: There's a lot of stuff going on. I think it
• 1:08
Speaker 1: is going to be fantastic. And this is the same
• 1:10
Speaker 1: day as the first day of the sux Falls Air Show.
• 1:13
Speaker 1: And the cool thing is, if you're going to the
• 1:14
Speaker 1: air show, you're going to pretty much be there anyway
• 1:16
Speaker 1: because you'll be parking at the convention center and like
• 1:19
Speaker 1: in the back lot. So as soon as you're done
• 1:21
Speaker 1: at the air show, you just come in. And the
• 1:22
Speaker 1: air show starts early, and it gets done early, and
• 1:25
Speaker 1: you guys start a little bit later and you get
• 1:26
Speaker 1: done later. You get done at eight pm. Is that
• 1:29
Speaker 1: right correct? So ten am till eight pm, so you
• 1:32
Speaker 1: can take in a fun day out in the sun,
• 1:34
Speaker 1: then come cool off in the ice cold, air conditioned
• 1:37
Speaker 1: comfort of the Siux Falls Convention Center and arena. And again,
• 1:41
Speaker 1: is it like seventy thousand square feet of fun? Is
• 1:43
Speaker 1: that what it is?
• 1:44
  Speaker 2: Yeah?
• 1:45
Speaker 1: And it's it's going to be a whole lot of fun.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: And I'm excited to be helping with some of the entertainment.
• 1:48
Speaker 1: We're working on getting all the details on that, and
• 1:51
Speaker 1: I'm going to be doing a talent show. So folks,
• 1:53
Speaker 1: if you know somebody that's talented, you're going to have
• 1:55
Speaker 1: to have them reach out and talk to me. I'm
• 1:57
Speaker 1: going to be posting that all over our Facebook page.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: All the details will be coming out. This is coming
• 2:02
Speaker 1: down the pike pretty quick, isn't it. It's the eighteenth
• 2:04
Speaker 1: of July. I am super excited And if somebody listening
• 2:07
Speaker 1: is going, hey, I'd like to be a sponsor on this.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: We're expecting thousands of people to be there. It's a
• 2:11
Speaker 1: free event at the Sup Falls Convention Center, and we're
• 2:14
Speaker 1: expecting thousands of people, mainly families, to come out and
• 2:17
Speaker 1: be a part of this. So if you're listening and going, man,
• 2:19
Speaker 1: I would like to get involved in this, reach out
• 2:21
Speaker 1: either to Christopher at Izzy's Gym here in Soux Falls,
• 2:24
Speaker 1: or you can reach out to me here at Sunny
• 2:26
Speaker 1: Radio and I can connect you as well. But I
• 2:28
Speaker 1: am super excited about this. What was the thought of
• 2:31
Speaker 1: doing Izzy's con Where did this whole concept come from?
• 2:33
Speaker 1: Because this is a very big idea.
• 2:36
Speaker 2: Yeah, So last summer we had a lot of events
• 2:40
Speaker 2: at the convention center, but they were all paid. They're
• 2:42
Speaker 2: all very expensive, and we had lots of families come
• 2:44
Speaker 2: to us saying that they couldn't afford the entry fee
• 2:47
Speaker 2: to get into all of these events. So we decided
• 2:49
Speaker 2: that we're going to make the swop Falls's biggest free events,
• 2:53
Speaker 2: so any family with any budget could have fun for
• 2:57
  Speaker 2: one day.
• 2:57
  Speaker 1: I love that, and I think it's just a really
• 2:59
Speaker 1: neat thing. I've been a part of a bunch of
• 3:01
Speaker 1: those events, and I was a part of a car
• 3:03
Speaker 1: show at that same facility earlier this year, and it
• 3:05
Speaker 1: was like twenty dollars a ticket to get in, and
• 3:07
Speaker 1: I had people saying, man, that's so expensive, and I
• 3:09
Speaker 1: get that. I understand that, but it's also expensive to
• 3:12
Speaker 1: rent the entire convention center. So when you're doing that,
• 3:16
Speaker 1: you know it's something where you're going, Hey, I got
• 3:18
Speaker 1: to find a way to pay for this. That's why
• 3:19
Speaker 1: it's wonderful. If somebody listening is going, hey, I'd like
• 3:21
Speaker 1: to be a sponsor. I'd like to have a table there,
• 3:24
Speaker 1: I'd like to have You know, there's more than one
• 3:25
Speaker 1: way to make money. It doesn't just have to be
• 3:27
Speaker 1: ticket sales. It can be people that are paying to
• 3:29
Speaker 1: be a part of the event. So I think it's
• 3:31
Speaker 1: a really cool idea. I commend you for coming up
• 3:33
Speaker 1: with this, and I also want to say thank you
• 3:35
Speaker 1: for letting me be a part of it with you.
• 3:37
Speaker 2: I appreciate all your help.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: It's been a lot of fun. And again Izzy's Con.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: If somebody would like to find all the details, where
• 3:43
Speaker 1: is the best place to go to get all the information?
• 3:45
  Speaker 1: Christopher right, Not.
• 3:46
Speaker 2: To Facebook page because things keep evolving quicker than we
• 3:50
Speaker 2: can update the website. So I go to Ezzy Gym
• 3:52
Speaker 2: Facebook page and I'll see all the updates of all
• 3:55
Speaker 2: the sponsors, all the three things to do, and that's
• 3:59
