- 0:56Speaker 2: Root's on fire. Welcome to my show. This is The
- 0:59Speaker 2: War Zone with Wayne Allyn Root, otherwise known as the
- 1:02Speaker 2: Secretary of War. Great to be with you. Hey, it's
- 1:06Speaker 2: Wayne Stream Media time. I tell you the truth here.
- 1:09Speaker 2: This is the Wayne Stream Media, not the mainstream media.
- 1:12Speaker 2: And we are the official podcast of the Gateway Pundit.

- 1:20Speaker 2: official podcast forum. Thank you, Gateway Pundit. We're also now
- 1:24Speaker 2: viewed every single day, broadcast every single day on Patriot TV.
- 1:29Speaker 2: That's Patriot.TV. Patriot.TV every afternoon, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- 1:35Speaker 2: East Coast time. All right, lots of news. Another busy
- 1:39Speaker 2: news day. Every day. Every day, this is the news
- 1:43Speaker 2: that I download. And probably if I'm lucky, I get
- 1:47Speaker 2: to this much and I never even discuss all of this.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So whether we get to most of it, I don't know,
- 1:53Speaker 2: because there's just so much in the age of Trump,
- 1:55Speaker 2: just so much news. I think I'll open with the
- 1:59Speaker 2: most important story. I kind of do it in kind
- 2:01Speaker 2: of my order of importance, kind of the opposite of
- 2:04Speaker 2: America's top 10 countdown, where I do it in order
- 2:07Speaker 2: of importance. And number one is the last story, right?
- 2:10Speaker 2: I keep you waiting. But here I start out with
- 2:11Speaker 2: the big story on a daily basis on the war zone.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Trump declares war on the drug cartels. U.S. enters a
- 2:20Speaker 2: non-international armed conflict in an extraordinary escalation. That is the
- 2:25Speaker 2: headline at the Daily Mail as we speak. President Trump
- 2:28Speaker 2: has declared war on the drug cartels and notified Congress
- 2:32Speaker 2: that the United States is now in a non-international armed conflict.
- 2:36Speaker 2: And by the way, what does that mean, non-international? It's
- 2:40Speaker 2: an international conflict, isn't it? Why is it a non-international?
- 2:44Speaker 2: I really have no idea what that means. It seems
- 2:46Speaker 2: like it should be an international armed conflict. But he's
- 2:49Speaker 2: saying a non-international armed conflict. This extraordinary escalation by the
- 2:53Speaker 2: president follows a series of strikes on drug smuggling vessels
- 2:57Speaker 2: operated by terrorist organizations in the Caribbean. Trump's declaration is
- 3:01Speaker 2: intended to place an ironclad legal framework around any military
- 3:06Speaker 2: action in According to international law, a country may kill
- 3:09Speaker 2: enemy fighters even when they pose no threat and detain
- 3:13Speaker 2: them indefinitely without trial. Congress was notified about the declaration
- 3:17Speaker 2: of war by Pentagon officials in a closed door briefing
- 3:21Speaker 2: on Wednesday. It refers to cartel members as unlawful combatants
- 3:26Speaker 2: whose actions constitute an armed attack against the United States.
- 3:30Speaker 2: And I would I would argue that. that their drugs
- 3:33Speaker 2: constitute war because they're killing 100,000 Americans a year, most
- 3:37Speaker 2: of them kids. These are our kids. They're murdering with
- 3:40Speaker 2: their drugs 100,000 plus a year. Matter of fact, I
- 3:44Speaker 2: think my numbers are way off. I think they murder 100,000
- 3:46Speaker 2: a year just from fentanyl. So it's like 150,000 a
- 3:49Speaker 2: year with all drugs combined. So forget about the fact
- 3:52Speaker 2: that these gangs come to America and they kill, they murder,
- 3:55Speaker 2: they rape, they pillage, but they're also trafficking in drugs. Oh,
- 4:00Speaker 2: and trafficking in women, trafficking in prostitutes, trafficking in child pedophilia.
- 4:05Speaker 2: But most of all, they're killing our children with drugs.
- 4:09Speaker 2: This is a war. It's always been a war. It's
- 4:11Speaker 2: about time someone declared it. Thank you, President Trump. Love you.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Appreciate you. You are the best. So we are now
- 4:18Speaker 2: in a war. We have declared war. And Trump has
- 4:21Speaker 2: reported it to the United States Congress. We're at war
- 4:24Speaker 2: with the Mexican drug cartels and the Venezuela drug cartels
- 4:27Speaker 2: and the Latin America, Central America drug cartels. And that
- 4:30Speaker 2: means we're at war indirectly with China because that's who
- 4:33Speaker 2: supplies them all with their fentanyl and I'm sure other
- 4:36Speaker 2: chemicals to make other drugs as well. Another big news story. Remember,
- 4:39Speaker 2: it was only 48 hours ago, President Trump came up
- 4:42Speaker 2: with a peace plan for Israel and Hamas. And Israel agreed.
- 4:46Speaker 2: And I think every, at this point, every Arab nation
- 4:49Speaker 2: has agreed all the ones that matter have agreed. Everyone
- 4:52Speaker 2: agrees it's time for peace and everyone agrees to the
- 4:55Speaker 2: terms that we're asking of Hamas to surrender and Hamas
- 4:59Speaker 2: will not surrender. And I said this 48 hours ago,
- 5:02Speaker 2: if they don't surrender, what a brilliant move by Israel
- 5:04Speaker 2: and the United States because now all deaths are on Hamas, right?
- 5:08Speaker 2: I mean, you've done it. It's all deaths on Hamas.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Look what the United States did in Japan after they
- 5:13Speaker 2: bombed us at Pearl Harbor. And this is just like,
- 5:16Speaker 2: it compares very exactly to Israel being attacked on October 7th,
- 5:21Speaker 2: two years ago, by Hamas. They killed the equivalent of 60,000 Americans,
- 5:26Speaker 2: I believe is the number. 1,200 Jews in a little
- 5:29Speaker 2: tiny nation of Israel is like killing 60,000 Americans. And
- 5:33Speaker 2: Israel has been on the attack ever since. It's self-defense.
- 5:36Speaker 2: They have every right to defend themselves. They have every
- 5:38Speaker 2: right to wipe out Hamas. And all the people that
- 5:41Speaker 2: were responsible for that attack, just like we had a
- 5:44Speaker 2: right to wipe out the Japanese and we dropped two
- 5:46Speaker 2: atomic bombs on them after we fought them in war.
- 5:49Speaker 2: And about a couple of hundred thousand Americans died fighting
- 5:51Speaker 2: them on all those islands heading towards Japan. And then
- 5:55Speaker 2: finally we took Okinawa, the closest islands in Japan, the
- 5:58Speaker 2: one that my dad fought at. And then they were
- 6:00Speaker 2: going to send my dad to war in Japan. We
- 6:02Speaker 2: would have had to invade with a million troops. And
- 6:05Speaker 2: they say we would have had a million casualties on
- 6:07Speaker 2: both sides. And instead, we dropped two atomic bombs and said,
- 6:10Speaker 2: here's our terms of surrender now that we've killed 200,000
- 6:13Speaker 2: of your civilians. Here's our terms of surrender. Take it
- 6:16Speaker 2: or leave it or we'll invade and wipe your country out.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And they took the terms of surrender. Smart move, Japan.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Look at what happened in the year since. My father's
- 6:24Speaker 2: rolling over in his grave. Wayne Rudy eats sushi at
- 6:26Speaker 2: Japanese restaurants twice a week. So the Japanese did very
- 6:30Speaker 2: well accepting our terms of surrender. So Hamas should accept
- 6:34Speaker 2: our terms of surrender. Well, guess what happened? Hamas's military
- 6:37Speaker 2: chief rejects Trump's ceasefire plan and aims to keep fighting.
- 6:42Speaker 2: So it's all on him now. When they wipe out Hamas,
- 6:45Speaker 2: and in turn, because Hamas purposely uses the civilians as
- 6:50Speaker 2: human shields, and we know undoubtedly Israel will kill many
- 6:53Speaker 2: civilians by mistake, not on purpose, they'll blame Israel for genocide.
- 6:58Speaker 2: It'll be all the blood will be on the hands
- 7:00Speaker 2: of Hamas. All right, now to the other big important
- 7:04Speaker 2: story in the world today, which is the U.S. government shutdown.
- 7:09Speaker 2: And I keep saying, kiss. Keep it shut, stupid. Keep
- 7:13Speaker 2: it shut. This is the best thing that ever happened
- 7:14Speaker 2: to us. I love the shuttered government. As I said,
- 7:18Speaker 2: and it made headlines at conservative websites around the country, just,
- 7:21Speaker 2: it was either yesterday or the day before, I said that,
- 7:24Speaker 2: you know what you, we lose $ 400 million a day
- 7:27Speaker 2: when the government's shut. You know what you call that?
- 7:29Speaker 2: A bargain. It's a fantastic bargain. And so we should
- 7:35Speaker 2: frame this as this is not a government shutdown. It
- 7:38Speaker 2: is the Democrats shutdown so that illegal aliens can get
- 7:43Speaker 2: free health care. That's a mouthful, but that's what we
- 7:45Speaker 2: should name it. Or you should call it the free
- 7:48Speaker 2: health care for illegal aliens by Democrats government shutdown. Make
- 7:52Speaker 2: sure every time you mention the shutdown, you mention it's
- 7:56Speaker 2: all about health. Illegal immigrants getting free health care and
- 7:59Speaker 2: other welfare benefits. And the American people will turn against it. Democrats,
- 8:03Speaker 2: here's a headline. Democrats are spending money on health care
- 8:07Speaker 2: for illegal migrants. In California alone, it's $ 6. 4 billion. So
- 8:11Speaker 2: stop lying and saying that it's illegal and we're not
- 8:14Speaker 2: spending money on illegal health care. That's not even illegal welfare,
- 8:18Speaker 2: food stamps, and a thousand other programs, housing allowances, AIDS-dependent children.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Just health care. For illegal migrants in California, you're spending $ 6. 4 billion.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I'm sure that number is greatly underplayed. They always underplay
- 8:35Speaker 2: these numbers. Last week, J.D. Vance tweeted Democrats are about
- 8:39Speaker 2: to shut down the government because they demand we fund
- 8:41Speaker 2: health care for illegal aliens. Democrats and the media bristled.
- 8:44Speaker 2: That wasn't true, said Democrat after Democrat in the media
- 8:48Speaker 2: and on talk stations. Undocumented immigrants are not eligible to
- 8:52Speaker 2: enroll in federally funded health care coverage under existing law
- 8:56Speaker 2: or the Democrats funding proposal. Liberal fact-checkers argued that Medicaid
- 9:00Speaker 2: subsidies for emergency care were trivial and did not count
- 9:04Speaker 2: as health coverage, but their fact-checks are wrong. In fact,
- 9:07Speaker 2: last year, nationwide Medicare spending on emergency care for undocumented
- 9:12Speaker 2: aliens tripled because the state of California used it as
- 9:16Speaker 2: a method of laundering federal money to fund a comprehensive
- 9:20Speaker 2: health benefit for its unauthorized residents. Medicaid is an enormously
- 9:25Speaker 2: lucrative program for the states, It gives them between $ 1
- 9:29Speaker 2: and $ 9 for every $ 1 they spend on health care
- 9:33Speaker 2: benefits for eligible low-income Americans without any upper limit. Illegal
- 9:37Speaker 2: immigrants are supposed to be prohibited from receiving Medicaid as
- 9:41Speaker 2: they are from obtaining Medicare and Obamacare. But an exception
- 9:45Speaker 2: to this is that states may claim federal Medicaid funding
- 9:49Speaker 2: for hospitals to provide emergency care for unauthorized immigrants. And
- 9:55Speaker 2: this exception has quickly become a significant loophole from 2023
- 9:59Speaker 2: to 2024, Medicaid spending on emergency services for undocumented aliens
- 10:04Speaker 2: soared from $ 3. 8 billion to $ 9. 1 billion in California. The
- 10:11Speaker 2: state also imposed a tax on insurers to increase the
- 10:14Speaker 2: cost of covering Medicare beneficiaries. This allowed it to claim
- 10:18Speaker 2: $ 5 billion in federal revenues as state funds, which could
- 10:22Speaker 2: be used to extend health care benefits to immigrants supposedly
- 10:25Speaker 2: excluded from Medicaid. Six other states, including New York, provide
- 10:30Speaker 2: comprehensive health benefits to illegal alien adults, although they have
- 10:34Speaker 2: not yet been so brazen about claiming federal funds for
- 10:37Speaker 2: the purpose. So this summer's big, beautiful bill only trimmed
- 10:42Speaker 2: the matching rates which states can claim for Medicaid benefits.
- 10:46Speaker 2: This will reduce the share of California's costs borne by
- 10:50Speaker 2: you and me, federal taxpayers, from 70% to 50%. But
- 10:55Speaker 2: a deeper problem remains. The enormous and open-ended discretion Medicaid
- 10:58Speaker 2: gives states to claim federal funding makes it hard for
- 11:02Speaker 2: the feds to ensure that the program's expenditures are reserved
- 11:06Speaker 2: only for citizens. Until that changes, the Democrat claim that
- 11:09Speaker 2: federal money isn't being used on illegal immigrants just isn't true.
- 11:14Speaker 2: And I've got about 20 more stories here to back
- 11:17Speaker 2: it up. It just isn't true. They're spending the money
- 11:20Speaker 2: on illegals. Just like they used to say, illegals will
- 11:23Speaker 2: never vote. And illegals are voting by the millions, by
- 11:26Speaker 2: the millions. I'm Wade Allyn Root. This is The War Zone.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I'm your Secretary of War. And this is the Wainstream Media,

- 11:50Speaker 2: this is Wayne Allyn Root for Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's
- 11:53Speaker 2: the raw truth. Our military dominance, our economic strength, and
- 11:56Speaker 2: even our freedom itself depends on one critical metal most
- 11:59Speaker 2: Americans have never heard of, tungsten. Tungsten is the metal
- 12:03Speaker 2: of strength. It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters,
- 12:06Speaker 2: drives our missiles, and puts steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Here's the danger. China controls 80% of the world's supply
- 12:12Speaker 2: and 90% of production. If China cuts us off, America's
- 12:16Speaker 2: military power, economy, and independence all hangs in the balance.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Here's the good news. We have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals,
- 12:23Speaker 2: home to the most advanced tungsten deposit in the entire
- 12:26Speaker 2: USA of over 19 million tons. This is the kind
- 12:29Speaker 2: of discovery that can change the game enough to break
- 12:31Speaker 2: China's stranglehold on tungsten. There has never been a better
- 12:35Speaker 2: moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just
- 12:38Speaker 2: about mining. It's about securing our freedom and protecting our homeland.
- 12:42Speaker 2: To learn about investment opportunities with Patriot Critical Minerals, go

- 15:07Speaker 1: All right.
- 15:07Speaker 2: We know the route, the route, the route, the route
- 15:09Speaker 2: is on fire. Welcome back to the show. I said
- 15:12Speaker 2: I had a lot of stories here about how Democrats
- 15:15Speaker 2: have lied. And this really should be framed as the
- 15:18Speaker 2: Democrat government shutdown to give free health care to legal aliens.
- 15:24Speaker 2: First of all, here we have census data. Census data
- 15:27Speaker 2: is clear. Illegal aliens do improperly secure welfare benefits. As
- 15:33Speaker 2: the federal shutdown continues, the establishment media and elected Democrats
- 15:37Speaker 2: are routinely claiming that illegal aliens cannot secure taxpayer-funded welfare.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And by the way, we're talking mostly about health care,
- 15:46Speaker 2: not welfare. But House Speaker Mike Johnson also claimed Democrats
- 15:52Speaker 2: give free health care, extend health care to illegal immigrants.
- 15:55Speaker 2: This is not true. A CNN anchor said illegal immigrants
- 15:58Speaker 2: are not eligible for federal health care programs. That media
- 16:01Speaker 2: talking point echoes House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. He says
- 16:05Speaker 2: federal law prohibits the use of Medicare, Medicaid, the Children's
- 16:08Speaker 2: Health Insurance Program and the Affordable Care Act. to provide
- 16:11Speaker 2: health insurance in any way, shape, or form to undocumented immigrants, period,
- 16:16Speaker 2: full stop, that's the law. That claim is being made
- 16:19Speaker 2: by Democrats and by the media, and it's a lie.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Analysis of the Census Bureau's survey of income and program
- 16:27Speaker 2: participation by the Center for Immigration Studies, that's a mouthful,
- 16:31Speaker 2: tells a much different story, one which, despite the best
- 16:34Speaker 2: efforts of the Trump administration, illegal aliens do secure welfare benefits.
- 16:39Speaker 2: CIS researchers reviewed data regarding illegal immigrant-headed households that use
- 16:45Speaker 2: welfare programs, but more specifically, the exact applicants for such welfare,
- 16:49Speaker 2: finding that illegal aliens sometimes secure cash payments, food stamps, Medicaid,
- 16:54Speaker 2: and housing vouchers. Other members of the households who are
- 16:57Speaker 2: usually legal residents make up the difference. The head household
- 17:00Speaker 2: distinction is especially noticeable with Medicaid. As just 1% of
- 17:05Speaker 2: illegal household heads receive Medicaid, typically in emergency situations, but
- 17:11Speaker 2: receipt by other household members pushes the rate all the
- 17:14Speaker 2: way up to 39%. So illegal aliens most often secure
- 17:19Speaker 2: welfare benefits by having their U.S. citizen children or relatives
- 17:23Speaker 2: with whom they resign apply for benefits. Hence, that's why
- 17:28Speaker 2: we call them anchor babies. They know that once you
- 17:32Speaker 2: get to America, that's your anchor to keep you here
- 17:35Speaker 2: forever and get you getting wealthier forever. Got it? So
- 17:40Speaker 2: we win that debate. But the American public, I don't
- 17:42Speaker 2: know if they know that, but if they don't watch
- 17:44Speaker 2: the show, they might know it. But here's another article
- 17:46Speaker 2: of interest. Sinaloa cartel leader admits to CNN that Trump's
- 17:51Speaker 2: border crackdown is stifling criminal operations. of the Mexican drug cartel.
- 17:57Speaker 2: So here it is, in black and white, and anybody
- 17:59Speaker 2: could have figured that out. I've said for years now
- 18:02Speaker 2: that the Democrat Party is on the payroll of the
- 18:05Speaker 2: Mexican drug cartel. The Democrat Party is getting money, both
- 18:09Speaker 2: contributions and also illegal cash deposited into offshore bank accounts
- 18:15Speaker 2: in the Cayman Islands. That's why the border was kept open, A,
- 18:20Speaker 2: to give them a voting right, advantage, right? The great replacement.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Replace all the white voters that vote Republican with illegal
- 18:28Speaker 2: aliens that come here to vote Democrat. And number two,
- 18:30Speaker 2: you're getting rich because they're giving you bribes in offshore accounts.
- 18:34Speaker 2: You are helping the Sinaloa drug cartel. You're helping every
- 18:37Speaker 2: drug cartel. You're not doing it out of the goodness
- 18:40Speaker 2: of your heart. OK, when Kamala Harris raised one point
- 18:43Speaker 2: three billion against Trump's like three, four hundred million. The
- 18:48Speaker 2: difference was she's getting foreign money from China and the
- 18:51Speaker 2: Mexican drug cartels and Iran, because those are the three
- 18:54Speaker 2: countries that are most helped if a Democrat gets elected
- 18:58Speaker 2: versus Donald Trump. Lots of reasons why this why this
- 19:04Speaker 2: shutdown is good. The Trump administration cancels. Nearly $ 8 billion
- 19:08Speaker 2: in climate funding to blue states. Isn't that great news?
- 19:12Speaker 2: I reported that first yesterday. Great news. The White House
- 19:15Speaker 2: freezes $ 26 billion in federal aid to Democrat-run states. Isn't
- 19:21Speaker 2: that wonderful? We're cutting off infrastructure and green energy funding
- 19:24Speaker 2: to states led by Democrat governors. That's all wasted money.
- 19:27Speaker 2: And the government shutdown is likely to cement additional Fed
- 19:31Speaker 2: interest rate cuts. If you didn't love all the other stuff, boy,
- 19:35Speaker 2: everyone needs a Federal Reserve Fed interest rate cut. And
- 19:40Speaker 2: the way to get a Fed interest rate cut is
- 19:43Speaker 2: because of this government shutdown. The economy will get hit
- 19:47Speaker 2: a little bit. Government employees will get fired by the thousands.
- 19:50Speaker 2: by Trump, and the economy will look worse. And we'll
- 19:52Speaker 2: get a Fed rate cut, which helps the entire real
- 19:53Speaker 2: estate market, stock market, gold market. All right, VRA is
- 19:57Speaker 2: the sponsor of this segment of the show. They're actually

- 23:01Speaker 2: It took 40 years, four decades, to piece together this 40,000-acre
- 23:05Speaker 2: giant gas discovery. It could very well be the largest
- 23:08Speaker 2: oil and gas discovery in the United States of America
- 23:11Speaker 2: since the Permian Basin, with a forecast projecting the first
- 23:14Speaker 2: 25 wells alone to produce 400 million cubic feet per
- 23:19Speaker 2: day of natural gas, and by 2035, targeted production of
- 23:24Speaker 2: over a billion cubic feet a day. The surge in
- 23:27Speaker 2: AI data centers is what's driving this soaring demand for energy.
- 23:32Speaker 2: And this is how we power the AI future of
- 23:34Speaker 2: America with clean natural gas. Lost soldiers headed by oil
- 23:39Speaker 2: and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered

- 24:18Speaker 2: All right. Roger Stone's with us. Political strategist. He's more
- 24:21Speaker 2: than that. He's a brilliant advisor to many Republican presidential candidates,
- 24:26Speaker 2: if not all of them since Richard Nixon. Bestselling author,
- 24:29Speaker 2: longtime associate of President Donald J. Trump, host of The
- 24:32Speaker 2: Stone Zone. Stonecoldtruth.com is his website. Go there, the Stone
- 24:38Speaker 2: Zone and stonecoldtruth.com. There he is, the one and only
- 24:43Speaker 2: Roger Stone. How are you?
- 24:45Speaker 3: Wayne, it's great to be with you, I must say.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Three-piece suit, pink lapel, very bold, looking very, very dapper,
- 24:53Speaker 3: my friend, very dapper indeed.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you. I'm headed to Washington on Monday.
- 24:57Speaker 2: I've got an Oval Office visit, so I'll be wearing
- 24:59Speaker 2: a nice three-piece suit to hang out with President Trump
- 25:02Speaker 2: in the Oval Office. And I always think of you.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Every time I get dressed in a nice outfit, I think,
- 25:06Speaker 2: would Roger Stone approve? I just want you to know that.
- 25:09Speaker 2: I'm telling the truth. You are the king of fashion,
- 25:11Speaker 2: my friend, so I'm always thinking, will this impress Roger?
- 25:17Speaker 3: Well, Wayne, I'm glad to see you're going to be
- 25:19Speaker 3: seeing our mutual friend, the president. One of the things
- 25:22Speaker 3: that I really love, of course, is that he has
- 25:25Speaker 3: posted in the office the largest single oil portrait of
- 25:29Speaker 3: any president. It was a portrait of the great Ronald Reagan,
- 25:32Speaker 3: one of our greatest presidents.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Yes.
- 25:34Speaker 3: The last time I was there, I've been there twice recently,
- 25:37Speaker 3: but the second time I was there, I noticed that
- 25:40Speaker 3: there's an oil portrait of Franklin Roosevelt above the door
- 25:44Speaker 3: that wasn't there previously. And I said to him, Mr. President,
- 25:47Speaker 3: I understand you have a bipartisan mix of presidents on
- 25:51Speaker 3: the wall. But before the end of your term, I'd
- 25:53Speaker 3: like to see that picture come down. And I'd like
- 25:55Speaker 3: to see the picture of one of our greatest presidents,
- 25:58Speaker 3: Richard Milhouse Nixon, go in his place. Because, of course,
- 26:01Speaker 3: he got a strategic arms limitation with the Soviets. He
- 26:04Speaker 3: opened the door to China. China was a dirt poor
- 26:08Speaker 3: agrarian country with no military, no technology. Nixon had no
- 26:12Speaker 3: way of knowing that 30 years later, Bill Clinton would
- 26:16Speaker 3: make them a superpower by giving them most favored nation
- 26:19Speaker 3: trading status. Nixon had desegregated the schools. Nixon, who unilaterally
- 26:24Speaker 3: saved Israel in the 1973 war. So I think those
- 26:29Speaker 3: contributions should finally be recognized. The other thing I'd say, Wayne,
- 26:33Speaker 3: is you've never seen so much gold in your life.
- 26:35Speaker 3: The president's got a lot of gold there in the office.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Well, on the topic of Nixon, I would argue that
- 26:40Speaker 2: he was the most hated Republican conservative other than Trump.
- 26:45Speaker 2: In other words, the media was out to get him
- 26:46Speaker 2: the same way they're out to get Trump. so Trump
- 26:49Speaker 2: should like him because he was kind of Trump before
- 26:51Speaker 2: Trump was Trump. He was so hated. I was a kid, Roger, okay?
- 26:55Speaker 2: I was a little kid and I used to go
- 26:57Speaker 2: to school like Michael Keaton from Family Ties in a
- 27:00Speaker 2: suit and a tie and my teachers were all a
- 27:02Speaker 2: bunch of commies and they all hated Nixon and I
- 27:04Speaker 2: would argue with them and debate with them about Nixon, right?
- 27:06Speaker 2: Because I love Nixon. as like an 8-year-old, a 9-year-old,
- 27:09Speaker 2: a 10-year-old. All the teachers hated him the way that
- 27:12Speaker 2: they hate Trump today. They wanted him dead the way
- 27:15Speaker 2: they'd like to see Trump dead today, the way they
- 27:17Speaker 2: were cheering for Charlie Kirk being dead. So Nixon was
- 27:20Speaker 2: kind of there before Trump in that hated category. What
- 27:24Speaker 2: do you think?
- 27:26Speaker 3: There are many, many analogies. Just as Donald Trump now
- 27:29Speaker 3: is fighting Antifa and Black Lives Matter, Richard Nixon was
- 27:33Speaker 3: fighting the Weather Underground, the Black Panthers, the Students for
- 27:39Speaker 3: a Democratic Society, bombing campuses, killing people, violent protests. It's very,
- 27:45Speaker 3: very analogous. Now, look, we both agree on one thing,
- 27:49Speaker 3: that Nixon's decision to take America off the gold standard
- 27:53Speaker 3: was probably his greatest single mistake.
- 27:55Speaker 2: That's funny. I was just going to bring that up.
- 27:58Speaker 3: It was Governor John Connolly, then the Treasury Secretary, talked
- 28:01Speaker 3: him into that, his biggest, largest error. The two books
- 28:04Speaker 3: I've written on Nixon, I acknowledge that. But overall, you
- 28:08Speaker 3: had peace and prosperity. Andy fought back against the deep
- 28:13Speaker 3: state of his time. Now, of course, Wayne, we know,
- 28:17Speaker 3: thanks to the fact that CIA documents have been declassified
- 28:22Speaker 3: that the Central Intelligence Agency knew about the break in
- 28:25Speaker 3: the Watergate in advance, that they infiltrated the burglar team,
- 28:29Speaker 3: that four of the eight burglars were on the active
- 28:32Speaker 3: payroll and still insolent to handlers on the CIA. And
- 28:36Speaker 3: that Nick Ackerman, one of the Watergate prosecutors, knew that
- 28:40Speaker 3: at the time and suppressed that information.
- 28:43Speaker 2: It's amazing how many parallels there are. They were out
- 28:46Speaker 2: to get him, and they're out to get Trump today.
- 28:48Speaker 2: It's really quite amazing. Let's talk about indictments now of
- 28:53Speaker 2: people like James Comey, because I get a lot of
- 28:56Speaker 2: fan mail, and I read every letter, Roger. I mean,
- 28:58Speaker 2: I think that's my... That's my thing in life. My
- 29:00Speaker 2: shtick in life is that I listen to every single
- 29:03Speaker 2: common person. I listen to butchers and bakers and candlestick makers,
- 29:07Speaker 2: and they have great wisdom. And I get all my
- 29:09Speaker 2: best ideas from my fans. And all of them love Trump,
- 29:14Speaker 2: but they're upset that there aren't more arrests. And of course,
- 29:17Speaker 2: all these letters I'm talking about came in in the
- 29:19Speaker 2: last few weeks before we heard that Comey was under arrest.
- 29:22Speaker 2: And I hope soon Letitia James will be under indictment.
- 29:25Speaker 2: and many others I hope soon. You know, Clapper and
- 29:29Speaker 2: you name it, Brennan, the list is long. And I
- 29:32Speaker 2: hope eventually they twist arms and they get up to
- 29:33Speaker 2: Obama and Hillary. But people were mad and I think
- 29:37Speaker 2: still are mad they're not seeing more indictments and more arrests.
- 29:40Speaker 2: And that's going to be a Pam Bondi issue. And
- 29:43Speaker 2: is she the right choice for attorney general? Just like
- 29:46Speaker 2: in the first term, Trump didn't make a great choice
- 29:49Speaker 2: for attorney general. Either one of them. They were both
- 29:51Speaker 2: bad choices, I think. The Alabama senator and Barr were
- 29:54Speaker 2: both lousy choices for attorney general. So is Pam Bondi
- 29:58Speaker 2: the right one to go after these people? Do you
- 30:00Speaker 2: think we'll be seeing more indictments? Do you think she's
- 30:03Speaker 2: tough enough?
- 30:05Speaker 3: Well, it's an open question, Wayne, to be quite honest.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Let's be clear. Thanks to the directions of the president.
- 30:11Speaker 3: and the courageous actions of Tulsi Gabbard, we now have absolute, indisputable,
- 30:18Speaker 3: stone-cold proof that there was a seditious conspiracy to engage
- 30:22Speaker 3: in treason and to undo the results of the 2016 election.
- 30:26Speaker 3: That's not investigative journalism. It's not conjecture. It's not supposition.
- 30:30Speaker 3: It's now an indisputable fact. And we know this conspiracy
- 30:34Speaker 3: was born on July 17th of 2017 in an Oval
- 30:38Speaker 3: Office meeting with the entire cabal. That included Obama, Biden,
- 30:43Speaker 3: Susan Rice, the National Security Advisor, John Brennan, the Islamic convert,
- 30:49Speaker 3: communist CIA director. James Comey, the corrupt FBI director, as
- 30:55Speaker 3: well as General James Clapper.
- 30:57Speaker 2: And did you say did you say Valerie Jarrett? I
- 31:00Speaker 2: never heard her name. Valerie Jarrett was probably there, too.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Right.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Valerie Jarrett was there. Yeah.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Another Muslim.
- 31:05Speaker 3: Right. There's a couple.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Yes, indeed.
- 31:07Speaker 3: So the question now is whether the Justice Department is
- 31:12Speaker 3: going to move on them. If you look at what
- 31:14Speaker 3: happened in the case of James Comey, it is only
- 31:18Speaker 3: after Donald Trump decided to fire the corrupt U.S. attorney
- 31:24Speaker 3: from the Eastern District of Virginia who had prepared a
- 31:27Speaker 3: 51-page memo arguing as to why Jim Comey, the FBI director,
- 31:33Speaker 3: should not be indicted. But Wayne, here's the news. That prosecutor,
- 31:37Speaker 3: Eric Siebert, never disclosed that his father-in-law, his wife's father,
- 31:43Speaker 3: was James Comey's daughter's godfather. That is an egregious legal
- 31:49Speaker 3: conflict of interest. He should have recused himself from the beginning.
- 31:53Speaker 3: He didn't. He was trying to cook this case. He
- 31:55Speaker 3: was trying to kill this case. It's a very simple case.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Why do I know? Because they charged Comey with the
- 32:02Speaker 3: same thing they charged me with. Here's the difference. I
- 32:05Speaker 3: did make misstatements to Congress under oath, but they were immaterial.
- 32:09Speaker 3: I had no motive to lie.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Why would you lie?
- 32:11Speaker 3: There was no Russian collusion to cover up. They indicted
- 32:16Speaker 3: me to try to pressure me to testify falsely against
- 32:19Speaker 3: President Trump. We talked about it at the time, and
- 32:21Speaker 3: I refused to do that. Comey, on the other hand,
- 32:24Speaker 3: specifically lied on the narrow question of whether he had
- 32:28Speaker 3: instructed or had knowledge of others who had leaked classified
- 32:32Speaker 3: information in order to embarrass President Trump. And he did
- 32:36Speaker 3: that on at least two occasions with Andrew McCabe and
- 32:40Speaker 3: also a guy by the name of Richmond, who was
- 32:42Speaker 3: a crony of his. Both of them said so under oath.
- 32:46Speaker 3: So that is a material crime because it covers up
- 32:49Speaker 3: a portion of this seditious conspiracy, only because the president
- 32:54Speaker 3: fired the prosecutor and inserted a really valiant, very smart,
- 32:59Speaker 3: very tough lawyer, a woman named Lindsey Halligan, who's working
- 33:03Speaker 3: on the White House staff, very tough, Never prosecuted a
- 33:07Speaker 3: case before, and the media tried to use that against her.
- 33:11Speaker 3: But I think under enormous pressure, got a jury of
- 33:15Speaker 3: James Comey Spears to vote to indict him, and now
- 33:18Speaker 3: he will face a trial.
- 33:19Speaker 2: Hey, Roger, give me a five count. We're going out.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Can you stay for another segment? Don't go anywhere. Stay
- 33:25Speaker 2: right there. We'll talk more about this. Roger Stone, we'll
- 33:28Speaker 2: be right back. Way down the route, Roger Stone. Right back. Hi,

- 36:50Speaker 3: All right.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Roots from the Crossroads of America, Las Vegas,
- 36:53Speaker 2: my hometown. I'm here with Roger Stone, political strategist, bestselling author.
- 36:58Speaker 2: longtime associate of President Trump, advisor to many GOP presidents
- 37:03Speaker 2: and GOP presidential candidates, host of The Stone Zone, StoneColdTruth.com
- 37:08Speaker 2: is his website, and most importantly, one of the best-dressed
- 37:12Speaker 2: men in the world, maybe the best-dressed, so maybe I'm
- 37:14Speaker 2: number two. He's definitely number one. Roger Stone, how are you?
- 37:19Speaker 2: Welcome back.
- 37:20Speaker 3: Great to be with you as always, Wayne.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Hey, I was going to bring up to you that
- 37:24Speaker 2: the way they treat, the way liberals treat us versus
- 37:27Speaker 2: the way we treat them. I noticed that, yeah, Comey's indicted,
- 37:31Speaker 2: but he was allowed to turn himself in. But they
- 37:34Speaker 2: came to your house in the middle of the night
- 37:36Speaker 2: with a SWAT team and almost gave you and your
- 37:38Speaker 2: wife a heart attack. What a horrible thing to do
- 37:40Speaker 2: to somebody. You know, we're too nice to these people.
- 37:44Speaker 2: And the way they treat us is horrendous.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Well, Wayne, I think most Americans saw the outrageousness of
- 37:51Speaker 3: 29 heavily armed FBI agents in full SWAT gear wearing
- 37:56Speaker 3: night goggles, brandishing fully automatic assault weapons, swarming my home.
- 38:02Speaker 3: They arrived in 17 armored vehicles, a helicopter and two
- 38:08Speaker 3: amphibious units. Shows you how dangerous I am. When all
- 38:12Speaker 3: I had to do, of course, was talk to my lawyer.
- 38:15Speaker 3: In fact, I spoke to my lawyer the day before.
- 38:17Speaker 3: We just handed them 30 pages of e-mails, messages that
- 38:21Speaker 3: proved definitively that I hadn't lied to Congress. But they
- 38:24Speaker 3: were interested in the spectacle. Now, what people don't know, Wayne,
- 38:27Speaker 3: is I was arrested at six oh six at six eleven.
- 38:31Speaker 3: Sarah Murray with CNN sent my lawyer by text a
- 38:35Speaker 3: copy of the draft of my criminal indictment. And although
- 38:40Speaker 3: it had no court markings or court stamps on it,
- 38:43Speaker 3: it did have the initials of the man who wrote it,
- 38:46Speaker 3: Andrew Weissman, the epically corrupt prosecutor who obviously leaked it
- 38:50Speaker 3: to CNN. So the idea that CNN was there on
- 38:54Speaker 3: a hunch based on investigative, that's nonsense.
- 38:57Speaker 2: That's nonsense.
- 38:59Speaker 3: But here's the worst part. The judge gagged me. I
- 39:02Speaker 3: wasn't able to defend myself. I couldn't come on shows
- 39:05Speaker 3: like yours or go on social media and defend myself
- 39:08Speaker 3: because the judge said that I might taint the jury
- 39:12Speaker 3: pool and therefore she took away my First Amendment rights. Now,
- 39:16Speaker 3: if the gag was to prevent me from tainting the
- 39:20Speaker 3: jury pool, why did she leave the gag in place
- 39:23Speaker 3: after I was convicted and before I was sentenced and
- 39:26Speaker 3: after I was sentenced and was awaiting to be incarcerated?
- 39:30Speaker 3: This is outrageous, but you don't see any effort to
- 39:33Speaker 3: gag James Comey. He's all over social media saying he
- 39:37Speaker 3: refuses to bend the knee. What he refuses to do
- 39:40Speaker 3: is obey the law. And that's why he's being prosecuted.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Well, the good news is I saw an article just today.
- 39:45Speaker 2: It's funny you should mention Andrew Weissman, that scumbag, vicious, vicious,
- 39:50Speaker 2: horrible human being. I didn't even realize he was central
- 39:53Speaker 2: to your case. I've seen him involved in so many cases.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I hate that man. And I saw today that my
- 39:58Speaker 2: great friend of 20 years, Ed Martin, it said today,
- 40:00Speaker 2: I think a Gateway pundit, that Ed Martin is going
- 40:03Speaker 2: after Andrew Weissman as requested certain documents from Weissman. So
- 40:08Speaker 2: I hope that is true because that is one vicious,
- 40:11Speaker 2: horrible human being.
- 40:13Speaker 3: He is, of course, the de facto head of the
- 40:16Speaker 3: Mueller witch hunt. Mueller was non-compassmentist. He was a figurehead
- 40:21Speaker 3: long around the bend, in my opinion. But it was
- 40:24Speaker 3: Andrew Weissman who got his career, a line to cover
- 40:28Speaker 3: up mob murders in Brooklyn. Then he destroyed the Enron Corporation.
- 40:32Speaker 3: and Arthur Anderson, their accounting firm. By the way, his
- 40:36Speaker 3: convictions in that case were overturned nine to zero by
- 40:40Speaker 3: the U.S. Supreme Court, and his prosecutorial misconduct was cited.
- 40:45Speaker 3: And then in the Mueller investigation, Once John Durham was
- 40:48Speaker 3: appointed to special counsel to investigate how the Russian collusion
- 40:52Speaker 3: hoax began, it was Andrew Weissman who destroyed the cell
- 40:56Speaker 3: phone memories of all of the Weissman, pardon me, all
- 41:00Speaker 3: of the Mueller investigators, including himself, which I believe is
- 41:03Speaker 3: destruction of evidence. in obstruction of justice. But of course,
- 41:07Speaker 3: he has not yet been held to account for that.
- 41:10Speaker 3: I think justice is coming for Andrew Weissman. He's an
- 41:13Speaker 3: epically corrupt character. Of course, he's the main legal analyst
- 41:19Speaker 3: on MSNBC. I don't get my news from MSNBC for
- 41:23Speaker 3: the same reason I don't drink out of the toilet.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Hey, do you think I mean, I love Trump. I
- 41:30Speaker 2: really do. And he's as good as we're ever going
- 41:32Speaker 2: to get. But that's still not perfect. Do you think
- 41:35Speaker 2: even Trump and the people he's appointed have the balls?
- 41:38Speaker 2: And I use that word because it really is important here.
- 41:40Speaker 2: The cojones to twist all these arms once they indict
- 41:44Speaker 2: the lower level people. The Brennans, the Clappers, the Comeys,
- 41:48Speaker 2: the McCabes, the Weismans, the Rosensteins. Will they ever twist
- 41:53Speaker 2: their arms and go after the big fish, which is Obama?
- 41:57Speaker 2: Does anyone have the cojones to indict Obama for the
- 42:01Speaker 2: crime of treason, which you and I know he's a traitor?
- 42:07Speaker 3: Wayne, unfortunately, it just remains to be seen. I think
- 42:09Speaker 3: you have to. I'm not an attorney, as you know.
- 42:12Speaker 2: I'm honest.
- 42:14Speaker 3: But I think there may be constitutional issues in terms
- 42:18Speaker 3: of Obama. He may have immunity, although I would argue
- 42:22Speaker 3: that the Russian collusion hoax is outside of his official.
- 42:26Speaker 2: And spying, spying on Trump.
- 42:29Speaker 3: Biggest dirty trick in American political history.
- 42:31Speaker 2: Right. If Watergate got Nixon in trouble, how could spying,
- 42:35Speaker 2: listening to every word of Trump, not get him in
- 42:37Speaker 2: the same trouble that Nixon got in for Watergate when
- 42:39Speaker 2: you and I both know Nixon didn't even do anything
- 42:41Speaker 2: in Watergate? They really did spy on a presidential candidate
- 42:45Speaker 2: and give the information to Hillary, right?
- 42:47Speaker 1: Terrible. Terrible.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Absolutely true. It just remains to be seen if the president,
- 42:52Speaker 3: and I think his appointments, generally speaking, have been excellent.
- 42:54Speaker 3: Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Scott Besson. Yes, excellent.
- 42:59Speaker 3: This is one of the greatest cabinets, maybe the greatest
- 43:01Speaker 3: cabinet in American governmental history.
- 43:03Speaker 2: Hey, Rod, you're giving me a five count again. I'm sorry.
- 43:06Speaker 2: We got to run. Roger Stone, I hate to interrupt
- 43:09Speaker 2: a great man when he's giving us some great calm.
