- 0:09Welcome to the Big Mig Talk Radio show, broadcasting live
- 0:13from the Mile High City, Denver, Co.
- 0:16We are the tip of the spear, cutting through the noise and
- 0:20delivering an hour of unfiltered news, guests, and truth that
- 0:25transcends boundaries and unites the nation.
- 0:27This is the Big Mig Talk radio show.
- 0:37Welcome back to the Big Meek talk radio show.
- 0:40I'm your host Lance Miliacho with my Co host George
- 0:43Ballantine. Of course we are the tip of the
- 0:46spear. Our plan is to educate and unify
- 0:48the country one episode at a time.
- 0:50On this show, we believe it is better to be hugged by the truth
- 0:52than comforted with a lie. We're live in Denver and NYC.
- 0:57My ride or die. George Ballantine, How are you,
- 1:00Sir, this morning? I'm good Lance, what's going on
- 1:03Big make talk radio listeners, you know, here and over here in
- 1:06New York, it's 60° it's going up to today.
- 1:10So it's an quite a nice change from this week.
- 1:12You know, yesterday was windy and a little cold, but the warm
- 1:15weather works well with the knee replacement.
- 1:17The rain does not. That's all I could say right now
- 1:19and. That.
- 1:20But yeah, that barometric pressure will screw with
- 1:22surgeries and your joints. I feel it in my shoulders, you
- 1:25know, and all that, all that boxing and MMA years ago.
- 1:28I've got arthritis kind of tough in one shoulder, really bad in
- 1:31one. They want me to do a shoulder
- 1:32replacement, but I'm thinking about having it scoped.
- 1:34I don't know if that'll solve it.
- 1:35The arthritis now is gone from my knee.
- 1:37It's just that because it's still swollen and healing is
- 1:40because the rain affected. But yeah, that's that.
- 1:43But the arthritis is gone. I got a new knee, man.
- 1:46What do you mean no more? No, no, I'm just talking about
- 1:48my job. I.
- 1:50Know I feel I got metal plate and screws in my ankle.
- 1:52I mean I feel in other places. Trust me, I know what you're
- 1:54going through. Yeah, it's crazy, the one.
- 1:56The one shoulder's not too bad. It's not bad at all, but the
- 1:58other one really sucks. All right, well, listen, let's
- 2:02start out with a little shout out for our sponsors.
- 2:04Of course, you know, we always say this on the show, you always
- 2:06want to be diversified. You always want to, you know,
- 2:08hope for the best, expect the worst, Be be prepared.
- 2:11And that's what the prepper bar is all about.
- 2:13You never know if your bank accounts could be gone in the
- 2:15morning. I know that sounds like crazy
- 2:17conspiracy, but it's about to happen.
- 2:19The digital dollar is definitely coming.
- 2:21You can't stop it. It's going to be here and with
- 2:24it, the government's going to gain total control over your
- 2:26money. Of course, it gets worse when
- 2:27you start thinking about countries that are hacking into
- 2:29our financial systems right now, crippling the US dollar in a way
- 2:32that'll make your accounts just vanish, frozen, wiped out,
- 2:36monitor controlled. None of that sounds good to me.
- 2:39And of course, with all of that, potentially the government gains
- 2:42surveillance, more control, less freedom.
- 2:44That's why we always tell you that, you know, get a little
- 2:47prepping done in the bullion area.
- 2:50Get some gold and silver, The prepper bars, your perfect
- 2:52escape. These are obviously, they're
- 2:54available in gold and silver. They're mined and minted in the
- 2:57US. You can hold them, you can trade
- 2:59them, you can trust them. There are three different
- 3:01denominations. So you can snap off little
- 3:03pieces to make a payment, kind of like the Romans did when they
- 3:06would trim the coins years ago. No government can seize it, no
- 3:09hacker can steal it. You don't want to wait till it's
- 3:11too late. Gold and silver.
- 3:13Had you bought it when the Big Meat Show first started talking
- 3:15about it here on the radio, you would have at least had an
- 3:18opportunity to get some of the upside.
- 3:20Still tons of room. Silver is way undervalued.
- 3:23We hear gold is looking at 3500 before the end of the year from
- 3:26our gold experts over at Genesis Gold.
- 3:28So act now. Secure your prepper bar at the
- 3:30Big Meat Bar dot com. That's right, the big meat
- 3:33bar.com use code prepper all caps PREPPER for 10% off on the
- 3:39silver, 5% off on the gold, and that is exclusive to the big
- 3:42meat talk radio show listeners. Don't wait.
- 3:45Do it now. The big meat bar.com all caps
- 3:49for your promo code prepper. All right, George, crazy stuff.
- 3:55But, you know, they they say that money doesn't grow on
- 3:57trees, but it does appear that it can magically appear from a
- 4:00computer. Yeah, it's growing, growing from
- 4:03on a computer. It's growing from a computer.
- 4:05This is this story should be headlined everywhere in every
- 4:09news channel, but you're really getting crickets, which which is
- 4:12amazing to me because I just can't understand it.
- 4:15This like right now. This is a story of the year so
- 4:18far because I'm going to go over it.
- 4:20Elon Musk is saying Doge discovered 14 magical money
- 4:25computers which can just make money out of thin air.
- 4:29That's crazy. I I want one.
- 4:32I think we need one for the big Make talk radio show.
- 4:34Yeah, I mean, I know you, you text, you sent a a post Elon
- 4:38Musk asking. For I put a post, I asked Elon
- 4:40Musk, pretty pleased. Could it?
- 4:42Could the Big Big Show have one of the magic money computers?
- 4:45For 30 minutes, I mean, just 30 minutes, yeah.
- 4:48We need like 30 minutes and then we'd help out our listeners, our
- 4:50subscribers, our family members. I'd like to have it for an hour,
- 4:53but I'll take 30 minutes. At the end of the day, this is
- 4:57big stuff and what it's crazy about to me about the mainstream
- 5:01media and about so many of the people in government that in DC
- 5:05and in the states, all they're doing is bitching about, you
- 5:08know, doge and and complaining about everything that's going
- 5:12on. But at the end of the day, they
- 5:14they never talk about the people that are committing the theft or
- 5:16the people that are committing the fraud and how wrong they are
- 5:19for doing it. How did so my understanding is
- 5:22that, and this came out on Senator Ted Cruz's podcast
- 5:24called The Verdict and we played the clip today on the Big Mig
- 5:28Show because we just couldn't believe this was true.
- 5:30And now here we are on the big Mig talk radio show covering it,
- 5:33giving much more coverage to mainstream media.
- 5:35That's for sure. That's why you come to this
- 5:36show. But this is an explosive
- 5:38interview. And he found these machines
- 5:40across a bunch of agencies, the Treasury Department, Department
- 5:43of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, and even
- 5:45the State Department. And I guess my understanding is,
- 5:48George, you just type in any amount you want to submit.
- 5:51There's no oversight. As long as you have the bank
- 5:54account information for the individual, you can just send an
- 5:56unlimited amount of money. I mean, so we need to know and
- 6:03we need to know now is who's receiving this money and where's
- 6:07where they get if where there's the money getting what account
- 6:10is it being drawn from? And it like how do they have
- 6:15just a free money computer you can type in, send any, any
- 6:19amount to whoever you want. But where's it coming from?
- 6:22Does does does Congress have oversight of it?
- 6:24Did they approve this budget? From my understanding, no, this
- 6:27is something outside of the budget and I guess it comes
- 6:30right from the Federal Reserve is kind of the way that I've
- 6:33read some additional information since he came out with his
- 6:35report. But I know the answer to what
- 6:37you're asking. Here it is.
- 6:38Oh ho ho, it's magic. I mean you.
- 6:41Didn't know oh oh oh. You think here just just just,
- 6:47I'm just going to look at one, the Department of Defense, DoD,
- 6:50now you're telling me that they could just fund all their Black
- 6:53Ops, You know, they're all their nefarious activities that the
- 6:57CAA do you know that they do that they always had like slush
- 7:01funds, You know, they sold drugs and all that stuff just to even
- 7:05probably Bitcoin, you know, so they can fund it.
- 7:07Now they're just funding it through that.
- 7:09What if it's just people sending it out to fabricated names and
- 7:13bank accounts in foreign countries or offshore accounts
- 7:17where they're acting like it's some important agency that's
- 7:19doing work for an NGO and they're funding it and it and
- 7:22they put in there that was paid by USAI mean they could just
- 7:25literally. What if they send it to their
- 7:27personal accounts? That's what I'm saying.
- 7:29I mean, how do you have, how do you know where the money went?
- 7:32I mean, they have to track back every dollar.
- 7:34And the question is, does this even thing even track where the
- 7:37money went? Or is it just create the money?
- 7:39And then they turn a bill over to the Federal Reserve and the
- 7:41Federal Reserve says, oh, you created a trillion dollars worth
- 7:44of Fiat currency. You owe us this much interest
- 7:46and you owe us this much for the currency because we know that's
- 7:47how it work. I mean, let's face it, the the
- 7:50Federal Reserve Bank is not federal.
- 7:52Well, it's crazy. Or is it a reserve?
- 7:54It's privately held. It's not even a government
- 7:56agency. But, and we don't even know what
- 8:00the exact, what the amount, what's what has been sent.
- 8:02They're saying they sent out trillions in payments.
- 8:05Trillions. Let's play this clip for the
- 8:06audience we got to hear. This is crazy.
- 8:08Just listen closely guys. One of the things you told me
- 8:11about is what you call magic money computers.
- 8:15That's crazy. So tell us about it, because
- 8:18I've never heard of that until you you brought that up.
- 8:20OK, so you may think that these that, that the government
- 8:24computers like all talk to each other.
- 8:26They synchronize, they they add up what funds are going
- 8:29somewhere and it's, you know, it's coherent that, that that
- 8:34the, you know, there's and that and that the numbers, for
- 8:37example, that you're presented as a senator.
- 8:39Yeah. Are actually the real numbers in
- 8:41one would think, one would think they're they're not.
- 8:44Yeah. OK.
- 8:44I mean, they're not totally wrong, but they're probably off
- 8:48by 5% or 10% in some cases. So I call a magic my computer,
- 8:54any computer which can just make money out of thin air, best
- 8:57magic money. So how does that work?
- 8:59It just issues payments and you said there's something like 11
- 9:03of these computers at Treasury that are that are sending out
- 9:06trillions in in payments. They're mostly Treasury.
- 9:09Some are with this, some at HHS, some at there's one, one or two
- 9:14at State. There's some at Dodi think we
- 9:18found now 14 magic money computers with Beijing, OK.
- 9:22They just send money out of nothing.
- 9:26So he already knows that like they they can't go and say, oh,
- 9:29that's the budget that you guys allocated to us.
- 9:31We have it here, we're sending it.
- 9:32No, that's not what he's saying. Just so everybody knows, I mean
- 9:36just. Just to stop some guy he puts in
- 9:39for his retirement, right? He says, hey, I'm going to
- 9:40retire in three weeks. And right before he retires, he
- 9:43sends himself a magic money computer, you know, deposit,
- 9:47Hey, I'm, I'm retiring, I'm going to get, let's say $50
- 9:49million from the US government. He sends it's some offshore
- 9:52accounts and then the guy disappears into the the wild,
- 9:55Wild West. I.
- 9:55Got to be honest with you, I might I might clone one of them
- 9:58computers and take it with me. I'm just saying there's fourteen
- 10:00of them. Can can Elon Musk just give the
- 10:02big Mig talk radio show just one of them?
- 10:04I think the listeners and subscribers would be super happy
- 10:07about that because I we would just start issuing payments to
- 10:10everybody. I mean, it's magic money.
- 10:11Why shouldn't I be able to get the David Copperfield for the
- 10:14audience? I don't know.
- 10:17Yeah, this is much better magic than David Copperfield or
- 10:19Houdini. This is they could call him the
- 10:21Houdini computer system, but I'm not even sure Houdini's magic.
- 10:24Was, you know, I didn't, I haven't heard Trump even speak
- 10:27on this. I mean, you would think the
- 10:29media like this is everybody that works for the mainstream
- 10:32media. They pay taxes too, just like
- 10:34us. And you would think that they
- 10:36would be upset. But no Lance.
- 10:38They don't care because they get they, they probably get money
- 10:40for the magic money computers. That's why we're upset, because
- 10:42we didn't get any. I want a magic money computer.
- 10:46I do too. That's what I that's my stocking
- 10:48stuff for George. Give me that for Christmas, all
- 10:49right? No, I got you to win between a
- 10:51black market. You got to get me a computer.
- 10:53Stay tuned for the big big talk radio show Don't Go Anywhere.

- 12:46radio show is back. We are live in Denver and New
- 12:49York City with your host Lance Migliacho.
- 12:52George Bounty. We are bringing you the tip of
- 12:54the spear. And oh boy, dude, we got the tip
- 12:56of the spear on this one. SEC drops XRP appeal, so it is
- 13:04significant victory for Ripple and a broader cryptocurrency
- 13:08industry. That's right, all you XRP
- 13:10holders and crypto investors. the US Securities and Exchange
- 13:14Commission has officially dropped its appeal in the
- 13:16ongoing legal battle over XRP. Now, this is huge.
- 13:21This decision actually makes a turning point in regulatory
- 13:24clarity for digital assets, which this is big for president
- 13:28because it's actually reinforcing the precedent set by
- 13:30the court's ruling that XRP is not a security when sold on
- 13:34secondary markets. Huge, huge because listen,
- 13:38cryptocurrency all about, you know, decentralization.
- 13:41We don't want any government control.
- 13:42It's for the people by the people and and every crypto
- 13:47holder should be out celebrating dancing in the streets on this
- 13:53one huge Lance. Unbelievable.
- 13:56Well, it's a big deal. Let's face it.
- 13:58You know, the Gary Gensler and the SEC really weaponized
- 14:01themselves against the cryptocurrency markets and
- 14:03digital asset market here in the United States.
- 14:06This precedent is extremely important because at the end of
- 14:09the day, it's taken away a lot of uncertainty.
- 14:13This, just this lawsuit alone cost XRP holders and Ripple
- 14:18investors over $16 billion in value.
- 14:22And I think there's a class action at the end of the day
- 14:24that shouldn't shape up to happen in my opinion.
- 14:26I think some attorneys should look at it because I, I do
- 14:28believe they damaged XRP holders using incorrect law.
- 14:32That's what the judges ruled on. I think what we're looking at is
- 14:35this now you, you can see that XRP is going to be poised for a
- 14:38major surge in adoption by institutional investors, by
- 14:41institutionals themselves, and of course, all the potential for
- 14:45relisting. They were removed from a lot of
- 14:47major exchanges. Now that they were delisted,
- 14:50they're going to get relisted. And that's going to mean a surge
- 14:52in in XRP use, a surge in XRP value.
- 14:56And I think when you look at a drop like this, it really allows
- 15:00the community, you know, as a whole to gain what I would
- 15:03consider regulatory clarity. That legal battle settled.
- 15:07Now XRP is recognized as not a security.
- 15:09That's going to mean it's also can be used as precedents for
- 15:12anybody else that's been facing any of the SEC claims of that
- 15:16and the misapplication of the law.
- 15:19I think this is big man. It's going to, it's definitely
- 15:21going to add to legitimacy. It's going to just be a boost to
- 15:24leading to, you know, of course, the RE listings and of course
- 15:26the increased adoption for cross-border payments.
- 15:29And they've got 3300 contracts over at XRP.
- 15:33That's right, you heard me right, 3300 contracts that XRP
- 15:36and Ripple have never really been officially allowed to make
- 15:40public. They weren't allowed to do press
- 15:42releases or promote these contracts, and they were with
- 15:45institutions and governments all across the globe.
- 15:49And I think that's massive because when you think about it,
- 15:51how quickly can they release that news now?
- 15:533-3 pieces of news a day. At that rate, it's going to take
- 15:57them over three years to release all the positive news.
- 16:00I think XRP is poised for a major increase in value.
- 16:04It's clearly going to be one of the market leaders.
- 16:06I think they're going to replace the SWIFT system.
- 16:08Brad Garlinghouse gave an amazing speech, and I think we
- 16:13should play that. George, do we have that?
- 16:14Yeah, we. Do I do have it?
- 16:15Yeah. This is this is a very
- 16:17inspirational, emotional speech. I'm gonna play it right now.
- 16:20Here we go it. Makes you want to cheer, doesn't
- 16:22it? Makes you want to go, yeah.
- 16:24Get your pom poms out. As many of you know, just over
- 16:27four years ago, the United States SEC filed its lawsuit
- 16:30against Ripple. I'm finally able to announce
- 16:33that this case has ended. It's over.
- 16:37Sitting here today and reflecting on four years ago, it
- 16:39seems very clear to me that this case was doomed from the start
- 16:44in so many ways. It was the first major shot
- 16:46fired in the war on crypto. I truly felt like I knew then
- 16:50that Ripple was not only on the right side of the law, but I
- 16:52felt that we were also going to be proven to be on the right
- 16:55side of history. And really, I think sends an
- 16:58ominous sign for innovation around cryptocurrency in the
- 17:00United States. Picking winners in general has
- 17:02not been something the US government should do in the
- 17:04business of doing. I think the judge realizes this
- 17:07is not just about Ripple. This will have broader
- 17:09implications. And as Mary J White, the former
- 17:12head of the SEC, has said publicly that she views this as
- 17:15a dead wrong and the SEC is dead wrong on this decision.
- 17:18Ripple is the first company with the resources, determination and
- 17:21grit to fight back against the agency's overreach.
- 17:25And today, this journey finally concludes.
- 17:27Today is a victory and long overdue surrender by the SEC.
- 17:32The SEC under Chairman Gary Gensler went after the whole
- 17:36industry using the same arguments they used against us.
- 17:39They weren't out to protect investors, they were out to
- 17:42intimidate and terrorize the regulator whose primary purpose
- 17:46is to protect investors. Went all in on a non fraud
- 17:50victimless lawsuit and wiped out $15 billion of value from
- 17:54innocent XRP whores. The SEC was the market
- 17:58manipulator. The SEC wasn't seeking justice.
- 18:01They were seeking to win a case at any cost.
- 18:04Forces inside our government aligned with the SEC and
- 18:07embarked on a campaign of D banking anyone associated with
- 18:11the crypto industry. This was law fair, a war of
- 18:14legal terror. Fortunately, the judge rebuked
- 18:17the SEC multiple times in this journey.
- 18:20First for lacking a quote, faithful allegiance to the law.
- 18:24The SEC was sanctioned in our case for discovery abuses.
- 18:28The pattern was repeated in other crypto cases.
- 18:32Well, let's just say they're trying to confuse you.
- 18:35We won then on every critical legal point proving that the
- 18:39digital asset XRP is not a security.
- 18:42That is now the law. And those wins have laid the
- 18:44groundwork for policymakers to adopt A set of rules for crypto
- 18:48that are in line with nearly a century of securities law.
- 18:51With today's news, the warrant crypto has ended in defeat for
- 18:55those who turned our own government against a technology
- 18:58in an entire industry. I'm heartened that we have paved
- 19:01the way for other industry players to see the value and not
- 19:04backing down and for others to use our legal playbook to fight
- 19:07back. We are now closing a chapter in
- 19:10crypto history. I think we're all stronger for
- 19:13our prior litigation successes and today's landmark victory
- 19:17progress is worth fighting for. We won multiple pro crypto
- 19:21victories the ballot box last year.
- 19:23It's time to make the US the crypto capital of the world.
- 19:26Thankfully, we have new leadership and executive and
- 19:28legislative branches of our government.
- 19:30That leadership is actively seeking a rational and
- 19:33constructive way forward on crypto.
- 19:35Let's make the most of this. This is an incredibly promising
- 19:39moment. Let's come together.
- 19:40Let's leave the tribalism behind.
- 19:43Let me make it clear that my main message, what Ripple's main
- 19:46message today is about gratitude.
- 19:48It's gratitude to everyone who stood by us, to every Ripple
- 19:52employee, to the incredible legal team here at Ripple, led
- 19:55by the best chief legal officer in the business, Stu Alder Rodi,
- 19:59Gratitude certainly to the XRP family, to our customers, to our
- 20:03partners, thank you. We couldn't have won this battle
- 20:06without all of you being behind us and working together.
- 20:10I truly believe we all agree there's immense opportunity with
- 20:12the largest accounting in the world finally taking a pro
- 20:16crypto and pro innovation approach to build this
- 20:19technology in order to solve real world problems for people
- 20:22around the planet. This is a fight Ripple never
- 20:24wanted, but one we knew we had to win.
- 20:26And today, emphatically, we have.
- 20:29Thank you. That's a great speech.
- 20:36I can't get tired of listening to that.
- 20:38That's just like music to my ears, man.
- 20:42Ripple, yeah. And listen.
- 20:43And crypto we trust. Yeah, there's no doubt.
- 20:47And don't forget you're bringing that up, George, if you, if you
- 20:50aren't already watching the Crypto Power Hour show on
- 20:54Rumble, it's every Wednesday at 3:00 PM and Fridays at 3:00 PM.
- 20:57And if you want to learn about crypto, if you want to get
- 20:59educated, if you want the right interviews, it's an amazing show
- 21:02that George and I are producing. It's powered by Solom Global, a
- 21:05great crypto company, and we got a great host, Kirk St.
- 21:09John's, the the original Solon Global founder, and of course
- 21:11Antonio Moss, the crypto queen. But you should check the show
- 21:14out if you want to learn about crypto.
- 21:15It's great for beginners and advanced.
- 21:17We're going to have Johnny Tobacco on the Wednesday
- 21:19episode. Interesting enough, he's from
- 21:22Newsmax. He has got great information.
- 21:24He actually owns a bunch of Bitcoin ETF patents.
- 21:27Super knowledgeable guy. Really interesting character too
- 21:30from back East. We love him.
- 21:32Just had him on our regular show, the big big show on Rumble
- 21:34also. So but I think this is a major
- 21:36set back for the SEC. They're going to have a loss of
- 21:39credibility in any crypto related cases moving forward.
- 21:42We're going to need increased pressure and this is going to be
- 21:44caused by this Congress is going to need to establish some clear
- 21:47guidelines and clear laws that actually apply to the crypto
- 21:51industry. I'm not looking for wild, Wild
- 21:53West, but I'm looking for some legitimate, you know, laws that
- 21:57actually should be applied to crypto, not some misuse of our
- 22:00current legal system just because you want to find the
- 22:02hell out of a company. So and of course, this is going
- 22:05to strengthen the arguments because the SE CS broad
- 22:08classifications of crypto, it's no longer security and they're
- 22:11going to have to reassess that the SEC, their strategy for
- 22:14regulating these digital assets. I think, George, so this is a,
- 22:17this is a win, win for XRP, for Ripple and for the
- 22:21cryptocurrency community and digital asset community.
- 22:24It is, but I want to touch on something you said like, yeah,
- 22:26you think there should be like a big lawsuit going against them.
- 22:30And I'm against that for a number of reasons.
- 22:32One, the SEC is part of government, so if there's a
- 22:34lawsuit, they lose. They use our tax dollars to pay
- 22:37back us anyway. And the only people are going to
- 22:39make out in that as the lawyers, and that's the last thing that
- 22:42we need. So I'm against it.
- 22:44Take the you know it is what it. Is compromise, I'll tell you
- 22:47what, with no lawsuit, but you got to give me the magic money
- 22:51computer for an hour and I get the 16 billion back from the
- 22:54magic money computer and then I distribute it to all the XRP
- 22:58holders. It's still same thing.
- 23:02Dude it's a magic money computer.
- 23:04It just out of magic magic. Imagine that.
- 23:09Oh, it's magic. Exactly, You know.
- 23:12Oh, oh, I never believe it's not so I don't know why I remember.
- 23:18The words to that song. But if I did, I'd be sitting
- 23:20right there. In the day, hey, never been
- 23:22away, hey, sleeping with my pillow in the morning lights.
- 23:29I'm sorry to all our listeners right now at Atlanta Singing.
- 23:32Yeah, clearly I. Might invoke it.
- 23:35I used my my my money for singing lessons.
- 23:38I clearly used it somewhere else.
- 23:40All right, you know, this is big.
- 23:42I love that story. Of course, you know, we're going
- 23:45to be doing what we do. We're not going anywhere.
- 23:47The big Meek talk radio show, we've got lots of stuff to cover
- 23:50today, man, I'm excited. It looks like Representative
- 23:52Corey Bush's husband's in some trouble, indicted for pandemic
- 23:55fraud. Those pandemic cases continue to
- 23:58come forward from people that defrauded the US government.
- 24:00Those PPP phony scam loans, billions of dollars in fraud.
- 24:05It looks like DOGE and many others are getting to the
- 24:06bottom. And we're also going to talk
- 24:08about Chief Justice John Roberts.
- 24:10It's caught in a secretive invite only, elite club for
- 24:14judges and lawyers. Oh my goodness, the impropriety.
- 24:18We'll see what's going on here. Ketanji Brown Jackson's part of
- 24:22it also. I'm not a fan of her at all.
- 24:24So stay tuned. The big, big talk radio show is
- 24:26going to be right back with George Valentin and myself,
- 24:29Lance Miliaccio. And you know, we'll be bringing
- 24:30the boom. Stay tuned.
- 24:32We'll be right back. It doesn't matter.

- 26:57You cannot beat that. So we got Rep Cori Bush, I
- 27:03should say ex Rep because she got voted out.
- 27:05Anyway, she's now crying on the sideline.
- 27:08She's like, Oh my God. Missouri Democrat Rep I might
- 27:11add. She's she's, you know, she's
- 27:14feeling the pain because now she doesn't have the power of her
- 27:16congressional seat behind her. But the federal prosecutors have
- 27:19charged her husband, right, with two counts of wire fraud that's
- 27:24related to filing fraudulent Paycheck Protection Program, PPP
- 27:28and other loan applications with the Small Business
- 27:31Administration SBA. This was in 2020 and 2021.
- 27:38So yeah, St. Louis, MO.
- 27:40I mean, look at this. Looks like my looks like my boy
- 27:42Eagle Ed Martin's on top of this one.
- 27:44I love it. He's he's going after him.
- 27:46I guess it's 20 grand, huh? So it doesn't sound like that
- 27:49big A1 although there are billions in fraud.
- 27:52I wonder exactly what he submitted.
- 27:54It sounds like he received $8500 for a COVID-19 Economic injury
- 27:58disaster loan, which you guys know were called Eid LS from the
- 28:01SBA for for a company called Vetted Couriers which was a
- 28:06moving company. And he also claimed his company
- 28:09had 6 total employees and 32,000 gross revenue between January
- 28:132019 and January 2020. That's not much revenue at all.
- 28:18And then he filed again for a second EIDL loan under a sole
- 28:23proprietorship called Courtney Merits.
- 28:25And there he fraudulently claimed to have a business and
- 28:27employed 10 people and generated 53,000 gross revenue between
- 28:31January 2019 and 2020. And then I guess he added
- 28:36another EIDL advance of 10,000 based on the false loan.
- 28:41So I don't know if he's got three loans, 2 loans, I don't
- 28:44know. But in total, he's supposedly
- 28:45received 20,832 in PPP loans. So, you know, he was cracking
- 28:52and racking here, George. It just shows you like the
- 28:55corruption with these people because this is this is what we
- 28:59know. This is what she got.
- 28:59That her, her she's in on it too.
- 29:01So it's her and her husband got caught up.
- 29:03Caught up on. Yeah.
- 29:04I mean, if I wonder if if you look more into it, what you're
- 29:07going to find on them. And, and this is probably why
- 29:10she was in tears when she lost her her reelection.
- 29:13She was like, uh oh, I don't know what I'm going to do now.
- 29:16But you know, listen, you have so much fraud with politicians
- 29:24on both sides of the aisle. I mean, we can go to we can go
- 29:26to New York. The attorney general, She she's
- 29:29the same person who went after Trump and she's doing the same
- 29:33thing for years. I mean it's nothing seems to.
- 29:37Me. Yeah, Letitia James.
- 29:39Yeah, the attorney general from New York, she's.
- 29:41Supposedly committed mortgage fraud and now some people are
- 29:44saying that she might have fraudulently and I don't know if
- 29:46these are true. These are allegations that she
- 29:48might have filed some paperwork that she acted like she was
- 29:50married to her father, basically using the credit for maybe her
- 29:54mom who was passed away or her father.
- 29:56I don't know exactly, but there's some claims about that.
- 29:59I don't. I don't.
- 30:00I don't know about that. I didn't hear that.
- 30:01I know it was AI. Don't know if it was an
- 30:03apartment building that she bought and I think it was.
- 30:06It was disclosed that. On social media, we talked about
- 30:08a lot of the properties didn't really have any connection.
- 30:10We couldn't figure out how she had.
- 30:11These properties were so valuable.
- 30:13One of them was a brownstone that I think was worth two and a
- 30:16half million dollars maybe if my, my, my memory, you know,
- 30:20supports that. I can't remember if it was, but
- 30:22there's a lot of weird stuff with, with real estate
- 30:24transactions. But listen, let's face it, most
- 30:27of these politicians are pretty corrupt at this point in
- 30:29Washington, DC and otherwise. We know that Letitia James is
- 30:32another one. You know, there's, there's no
- 30:34surprise to me that she's part of this.
- 30:36And it doesn't surprise me with this individual and her husband.
- 30:39But you know, here's the thing. Here's the thing.
- 30:41Let's just, I'm going to, I know I went a little with Leticia
- 30:44James, right? What she did with the loans is
- 30:46through the federal government. So now I'm surprised.
- 30:51She's not indicted yet. Where's the that's?
- 30:52What I was just getting now I'm surprised she hasn't been
- 30:54arrested and indicted yet. Yeah, no.
- 30:56Kidding, perp work perp walk her, get that picture to mug
- 31:01shot and put it up everywhere just like they did to Trump.
- 31:04Yeah, we'll get some T-shirts made of Leticia James and mug
- 31:06shots. Except that would be a really
- 31:08ugly T-shirt. I wouldn't, I wouldn't buy that
- 31:10T-shirt. I wouldn't want a picture on me.
- 31:12You crazy? I know I'm being funny.
- 31:14There's a ugly mug right there. Yeah, she's, she's a definitely
- 31:17unattractive inside and out. But, well, I think the big news
- 31:20are these are these, these judges and these and these
- 31:24attorneys. You know, we've always talked
- 31:26about the lack of the, you know, about, first of all, we've
- 31:28always talked about #1 about the weaponization of our judiciary
- 31:32and how it's been used, you know, to, to go after Donald
- 31:35Trump, to go after conservatives to, you know, really damage the
- 31:40country from within. I've told you over and over
- 31:41again that I think absolute immunity is a major mistake.
- 31:44I think lifetime appointments are a major mistake.
- 31:47I think qualified immunity is a major mistake.
- 31:49I think all these things really damage the judiciary.
- 31:51And at this point, I don't think the judiciary is operating as an
- 31:55independent organization. And it's clear now this
- 31:58investigative journalist that goes by Bad Kitty Unleashed, she
- 32:02works with Gateway Pundit and others.
- 32:04She says that she's figured out that there's a Chief Justice,
- 32:08you know, court, of course, you know the Supreme Court.
- 32:10John Roberts is involved in this secretive invite only club for
- 32:14elite judges. They call it the club.
- 32:16It's called Club America Inns of Court.
- 32:19So it's the America Inns of Court includes a bunch of
- 32:23radical, you know, America hating judges.
- 32:25James Boesburg, you know, recently going against Trump and
- 32:28coming out and saying preemptively that he's going to,
- 32:31you know, not approve anything that Trump brings to his court,
- 32:33which to me that's not that's not legal.
- 32:36He's not sitting neutrally. He's weaponizing the judicial
- 32:39system against our administrator, our, you know,
- 32:40executive branch Beryl Howells involved Kentanji Brown Jackson,
- 32:44another one Hamid Mehta. You know, they're all hard left
- 32:48judges. They're all Trump haters.
- 32:50And to me, they're all people that hate the country.
- 32:52They hate conservatives. I think this is crazy.
- 32:55This is a lot of fraternars in because it's not just the judges
- 32:57that are involved. These are invites.
- 32:59So they're inviting head, you know, defense counsels, a civil
- 33:04rights attorneys are becoming part of this.
- 33:06How does this not become completely corrupt?
- 33:10I don't think you can keep impartiality if you're partying
- 33:12and hanging out with all these people, George, do you?
- 33:15No, I mean, look, this is just sickening.
- 33:18I, I, I see this, this secret Society of, of, of judges and
- 33:24lawyers and it reminds me of like the secret Society of
- 33:26Epstein on Epstein island. It's just nothing good is going
- 33:28to come of this. But if you look at any other
- 33:30secret society, they're just, you know, from the Masons to, I
- 33:36don't mean like to Illuminati, it's just all bad, but nothing
- 33:40good can come of this. It's we talk about this all the
- 33:44time with judges and like you, you can't just fire a judge.
- 33:49And I'm going to say this, I'm going to let people know because
- 33:52if Democrats get in power and they just fire, start firing
- 33:54judges, that's what's, you know, we'll be, you know, go back and
- 33:57forth. I always say that if a judge
- 34:00rules on a case, and if that case go, somebody appeals and it
- 34:05goes to the appellate courts and it gets overturned because the
- 34:07judge is not ruled correctly on the, according to the, the rule
- 34:11of law of the Constitution, on his first shot, he should get
- 34:15some kind of penalties, something, you know, something
- 34:20to do where he's going to feel the effect.
- 34:21And the second time, then he loses his, his judgeship and
- 34:25that's it. And that will, if that, if we
- 34:27can get to that, then you'll stop a lot of wasteful time and
- 34:30money in the appellate courts. I just don't think there should
- 34:34be lifetime appointments. I think there should be an
- 34:37independent review board that isn't controlled by the DOJ like
- 34:41it is now that reviews these judges every two years and they
- 34:44can get fired because of that. I, you know, I just don't think
- 34:47that when you have a judiciary that's compromised by the
- 34:50executive branch, it's compromised by people like
- 34:52George Soros, that's compromised by election fraud or election
- 34:56corruption, I don't think anything good comes from that.
- 34:59I don't care whether it's a Democrat or a Republican.
- 35:01This, this, you know, this, this group right here includes 150
- 35:04lawyers and you start thinking about it, federal district
- 35:07judges. It's too much camaraderie.
- 35:09It's too much potential for conspiracy.
- 35:12You know, I think the key is, and then you had people like
- 35:15Deputy Assistant Attorney General Eichenholtz, you know,
- 35:19Seth Eichenholtz and Michael Horowitz, the DOJ Inspector
- 35:22General involved. They've attended these events
- 35:24and they're part of these groups.
- 35:26I don't think anything good can come from this.
- 35:28And I think at the end of the day, you have to look at this as
- 35:30from the perspective as we need a judiciary that stands
- 35:32completely independently, that is neutral, that's not
- 35:35weaponized left or right because people, people's rights are
- 35:38getting violated. People are getting damaged
- 35:40financially. Too many protections, absolute
- 35:42immunity, qualified immunity, lifetime appointments.
- 35:46I think it's too, too much all the way around.
- 35:48I want to see an end put to this.
- 35:49I'd like to see Pam Bondi get some things done, maybe a few
- 35:52arrests, and maybe start going after some of these activist
- 35:54judges and getting them out of there, charging them criminally.
- 35:57Maybe. Maybe that would be a good deal.
- 35:59Let's put a little fear of God on them.
- 36:00Stay tuned. The big, big talk radio show is
- 36:02going to be right back with George Valentin, Lance Miliacho.
- 36:05You know, this is edge of the night.
- 36:06If you don't want to go anywhere.
- 36:07We come back. We're going to be talking about
- 36:09Florida. If Florida wasn't already great
- 36:11enough, now they're talking about killing property taxes and
- 36:15Governor DeSantis is on board. Stay tuned, we'll be right back.

- 38:01So we all see that the beginning of this year has come with so
- 38:03many uncertainties. Been talking about the last
- 38:06actually four years. Will red hot inflation continue?
- 38:09It's been up and down Feds, they just keep printing trillions of
- 38:12dollars in just a shoe for shoe a few short years.
- 38:16Taxes are going up and the government, well, they got these
- 38:19magic money computers that just giving money away.
- 38:23As a result, the US dollars lost value.
- 38:25What we need to return to is American roots backed by gold

- 39:33Lance, I listen, I just want Governor DeSantis, please do not
- 39:38put this into effect until I'm able to move there and buy a
- 39:41house, because if you do this, you're going to skyrocket the
- 39:43prices. Florida.
- 39:46Is it Florida wasn't already great enough already?
- 39:48Yeah, listen, they pulled in more than 55 billion in property
- 39:51taxes for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
- 39:57And listen, some of the state are considering the idea of
- 39:59dropping that figure to zero. Oh my God.
- 40:03Please don't. Please wait.
- 40:04Wait for George to go buy a house.
- 40:06I mean, this is a serious move. It'd be the first state in the
- 40:09US to ever do it. Listen, this is one of the
- 40:12hottest. And they already don't have,
- 40:14they already don't have personal income tax.
- 40:17So no property tax, no personal income tax.
- 40:20Make Florida great forever is what this is all about.
- 40:23I mean, the cost of owning a house, you know, the obviously
- 40:26the prices exploded it down there, but you know, and
- 40:30mortgage interest rates are still high.
- 40:32Maybe he can drop those next. He keeps going like this.
- 40:35He's going to make that state. It's going to be full of people.
- 40:37It's never going to stop. We got to get down there soon,
- 40:39George. We got to get down there soon.
- 40:41Actually, what they need to, what he needs to fix is
- 40:43insurance, property property insurance, because that's like,
- 40:46you know. But that's maybe why he's trying
- 40:48to get rid of the property guys, because you're right, the
- 40:49insurance has gone through the roof.
- 40:51In some cases you can't even get hurricane insurance depending on
- 40:53how close you are to the water. Yeah, so I mean, look, that'd be
- 40:58great. I think it's awesome.
- 41:00But like, dude, listen, the house sales declined in Florida
- 41:05over the last probably six months, seven months.
- 41:07So you know, it's going to correct anyway.
- 41:09But you know, if this were to happen, you better hope Florida
- 41:15never puts in a Democratic governor because they'll go
- 41:18right in a legislator legislation.
- 41:20They'll go right back to taxing because they just want more
- 41:23money to waste and spend on bigger government.
- 41:26And no doubt. Now there's they're back in the
- 41:28legislators are back in session and they're saying this is the
- 41:31hottest topic over there. Hot, baby, hot like hot potatoes
- 41:36in your hand. You can't hold it.
- 41:37Boom boom boom. Unbelievable, right?
- 41:40Pretty cool. Well, listen.
- 41:42Man. You know, U.S. military air
- 41:45dominance may be back in line. We kind of fell a little bit
- 41:48behind because we know the Chinese did we.
- 41:50Well, we did a little bit. We did a little bit.
- 41:52Some people were claiming that the Chinese aircraft were out
- 41:55maneuvering US jets. But now with the F-47, I think
- 41:59that's getting flushed down the toilet.
- 42:01So this brand new F-47 fighter, it's the new hot topic.
- 42:06It looks like air dominance for us.
- 42:07This is next generation air dominance really.
- 42:10And you know, Boeing got awarded the contract, a $20 billion
- 42:13contract with, you know, bless them.
- 42:15This is 6th generation fighter aircraft.
- 42:17So this, this, this, this plane is really sophisticated.
- 42:20It's got a bunch of cutting edge stealth features, enhanced speed
- 42:24and maneuverability. And the ability to operate is a
- 42:26central node within a network of semi autonomous drones.
- 42:29So basically the F-47 can fly and coordinate with drones in a,
- 42:35in a, in a, you know, in this, in a combat sortie together.
- 42:40So it's that's pretty cool that it can actually work with the
- 42:43drones and provide communication to them.
- 42:46So the drones are operating independently, but it can
- 42:48actually fly in a group. So that's that's pretty cool,
- 42:52man. It is pretty cool like so is
- 42:55this thing already developed? Like they already had the
- 42:57design, they just got to build them now because they got the.
- 42:59Concept. That's how they got the
- 43:02contract. I think they've already produced
- 43:03some of the prototypes. I mean, this is, this is, this
- 43:10is amazing, like clear, this is actually this is they say this
- 43:13is a strategic contract award. They're saying Bowen's selection
- 43:17over competitors like lock Lockheed Martin signifies a
- 43:20pivotal win for the company. I mean, imagine this thing can
- 43:24work as a so basically it can function it.
- 43:27So it's a command center when they send up a fleet of drones
- 43:30with it. So it operates the semi
- 43:32autonomous drones as the as the commander.
- 43:36So it can basically integrate those drones into flight
- 43:38patterns, attack patterns, you know, warfare and
- 43:40reconnaissance. That's some crazy stuff right
- 43:43there, man. This is next level.
- 43:46But AI is here to stay and so are so are drones.
- 43:48So I think we're going to see more and more of this kind of
- 43:51operation and and capabilities in our in our aircraft.
- 43:55It's a big deal, man. Stealth and survivability.
- 43:58So this is definitely a stealth craft.
- 43:59We know that. Yeah.
- 44:01They're saying the speed and maneuverability is designed for
- 44:04superior agility and speed, enabling rapid response and
- 44:07dominance. So I wonder what, how fast this
- 44:10baby goes. They ain't telling us, I don't
- 44:12think. I'm probably going to keep it
- 44:13top secret. Yeah, I think, I don't think
- 44:15they're saying it now, but who knows if it'll get leaked, you
- 44:17know that is but big news other. Listen.
- 44:20Hold on each United Arab Emirates has announced the
- 44:22monumental commitment they're going to invest 1.4 trillion in
- 44:25the United States over the next 10 years.
- 44:27All thanks to President Trump. He's just there a few days ago
- 44:32and he secured this deal. I didn't see any deals like that
- 44:37the last four years. I mean, if you look at it, look
- 44:39at all the countries that are putting money back into the
- 44:44United States, look at Japan, how many billions they're doing.
- 44:46I mean, this is the biggest, this is trillions.
- 44:48I mean, unbelievable. It's historic, right?
- 44:53Well, they're talking about strategic investment framework.
- 44:56You know, they've already been in high level meetings with
- 44:58Trump. We know about those and they're
- 44:59going to bolster the sectors including AI.
- 45:02So it sounds like they might be investing in some of the AR,
- 45:04supercomputing, quantum computing.
- 45:06We're doing semiconductors, energy and manufacturing with
- 45:09the US. So maybe they're going to make
- 45:10investments in semiconductor companies and others.
- 45:13This is a, this is a historic investment commitment.
- 45:16I don't think we've ever had a commitment this big.
- 45:18And they're going to focus on technological advancement.
- 45:21That wouldn't be surprised if Elon Musk is at the center of
- 45:23this move. Any energy sector collaboration,
- 45:27that's a big deal. And of course, manufacturing
- 45:29industrial growth is another one of their focuses.
- 45:31So it's. Definitely going to focus and,
- 45:33you know, strengthen our relations with the United Arab
- 45:36Emirates, that's for sure. So it's semiconductor,
- 45:38semiconductor development, AI, we're talking about chip making
- 45:40too, right? I just have because I think
- 45:43that's one of the for security reasons for this country, we
- 45:47need to start building ships here and not rely on NVIDIA in
- 45:52Taiwan over there because let's face it, that region is
- 45:54unstable. China's just looking for any,
- 45:57any way inside to take over. And if that happens, forget it.
- 46:01They weren't supposed to get any of those chips and they somehow
- 46:04were able to acquire chips through nefarious ways.
- 46:07But. Yeah, yeah, a lot of people say
- 46:10that the estimates they gave out on deep sea aren't correct, that
- 46:13in fact deep sea cost a lot more than it did.
- 46:15But there is, you are right that they're saying that they
- 46:17actually got the NVIDIA chips for that setup.
- 46:21So it's pretty frightening. Yeah, aluminum production, you
- 46:25know, I was just watching, I think in Utah they have the
- 46:28biggest pit in the world where they they're mining for copper
- 46:33and they're saying copper is going to more than probably
- 46:36double in the 10 / 10 years. And the reason they can't build
- 46:39more mines and stuff because regular regulation.
- 46:42So they're hoping they're saying that they're going to get rid of
- 46:44that regulation. So that's something to actually
- 46:46look out for too, because copper is big.
- 46:49They use a lot of things. So we'll see what happens.
- 46:51But listen, it's March, it's March Madness.
- 46:55It's a Cinderella tale for the ages.
- 46:58Listen, you know, coming up into March Madness, I mean, when we
- 47:04talk about Cinderella, the tale, if you look at some of the
- 47:06games, Lance, like there were last a bunch of games with last
- 47:10minute buzzer shots. I mean, it wasn't it's amazing.
- 47:13I mean, I've never seen that before.
- 47:17And you're talking like, you know, tiny schools coming,
- 47:19coming out and beating bigger schools.
- 47:21No one saw this coming, not even the bookies.
- 47:24They got it wrong. I mean, it's amazing.
- 47:27Like, you know, officially started now yesterday.
- 47:30Now yesterday, Thursday, the 20th and let's say let's come.
- 47:35They face number three seed Iowa State in Raleigh, NC I mean,
- 47:40it's just a lot of big games going on.
- 47:41There's up, there's been upsets already on Thursday, but it's
- 47:46like, listen, it's going to be huge.
- 47:50It's anybody's ball game here there.
- 47:53You know, like back in the day, you used to have all these like
- 47:553-4 schools that were dominant. I remember when St.
- 47:58John's, Georgetown. Oh yeah, George Sandwich.
- 48:00Remember those days? Those are, I mean, those are big
- 48:03days I used to love watching. I'm from New York, so you know,
- 48:05you, you hear about Saint John's and Georgetown all the.
- 48:07Time, I mean, Alabama's on on South side is ranked #1 or #2 I
- 48:12mean, but yeah, it's anybody's game.
- 48:14Like, you know, if you come hungry for their, if the kids
- 48:16are hungry and they're feeling it, they're going to win.
- 48:21Like, look, they say, look, the one, there's one.
- 48:24The shot heard around Nashville, Tyrese Jackson's 35 foot buzzer
- 48:28beater in overtime, they stunned Iowa State.
- 48:31I mean, Can you believe that? That's that's a crazy, that's a
- 48:34crazy shot. I think.
- 48:35Under pressure. All right, listen, you know, let
- 48:38me just cover you guys on everything.
- 48:39Of course, if you're not following G Ballantine on X, you
- 48:42should be or the big Mig show on X you should be.
