Latest / Reclaiming Consciousness / Deep Dive into the Process - Addressing the Inner Child for Permanent Results
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: As parents, it's our job to support our kids and give them guidance and also give them boundaries and let them know, like if something they're doing could be potentially bad for them or dangerous, it's our job to tell them and to give them standards and boundaries and teach them about life.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: What's not our job is to project our unmet needs onto them, our traumas onto them, or the things that we're upset about ourselves with onto them.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: So this week I have another solo episode for you, and I have a few different things that I want to talk about.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And two of them are around different processes that I've created inside my work with clients to help them dissolve trauma.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: And, you know, these processes are just a result of the struggles that I've seen women have, including myself, and answers as to how to move through these challenges and create a permanent result in your life.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: So the first one is my real results process.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna talk about that a little bit, and then I'm gonna talk a little bit about my inner child healing process, both which were developed as I have supported women through the metamorphosis and clearing and dissolving their childhood relational and ancestral trauma, and then seeing more nuances of things that came up for people and what was challenging, and then developing these processes to really help you have very clear, actionable steps that you can take to create a permanent change.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: So, first I'm gonna talk about the real results process because I do have real results coming up again.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: And real results is where I teach you my process to create change based on all of the knowledge and awareness you have from all of the work that you've already done.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Because one of the things that I saw with so many of my clients is they had done, you know, years of personal growth and healing work, but still weren't seeing the results that they really wanted in their life.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Or maybe they'd seen some, but it still kind of felt that big change or that big result was still out of reach or it still wasn't there, or their daily life experience was still in a little bit of a struggle or in a little bit of a problem frequency, right?
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: So I developed the real results process to show you how to apply all of the knowledge and awareness you have in each moment to become different in each moment and to change your energy in each moment.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Because what I noticed for myself also is that so much of this work actually came down to how I was operating and the perspective that I was taking in each moment.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: So I kind of started this with myself, where it was like, okay, I know all this stuff from my childhood, right?
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: I know the trauma I had with my mom and you know how I developed certain coping mechanisms because of that, whether it was people pleasing or not being in my power inside of relationships, being afraid to say what I wanted.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: And I knew that that was a thing, right?
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: But then when it would happen, right, when that part of me would get triggered, that younger version of me would get triggered, it would be hard for me to stop it, you know.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: And I see that a lot of women struggle with this, where it's like, you know what all the things are, you know why you do the things, but it's hard to stop it when it happens, right?
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: And I would notice this a lot inside of my relationship with my husband because he was always like the biggest one that would trigger my childhood wounding, especially around my mom, because my wounding around my mom was all about feeling like I was bracing for something terrible to happen because her energy was really volatile and I didn't know whether or not she was gonna have a meltdown or have a freak out or have a crazy reaction to something.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: And typically I never felt comfortable going to her for support or opening up to her or leaning on her for anything that I needed, because typically what would happen is she would have a reaction, and then it would end up that I was now having to support her or manage her energy when I was the one that actually needed support.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: And I see this with a lot of my clients.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: So that would show up in my life as kind of being this person that would be really tuned into the other person's energy to make sure that they were okay, to try to like see into the future to see how they were gonna react or what they were feeling, and being so hyper-vigilant around that.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: And that kind of being my way of feeling safe was to notice how everyone around me was feeling and what they potentially could feel so that I could try to mitigate it or act or be in a way that would make them feel better so that I could feel safe.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: And that is a lot of how I would be inside of my relationship with my husband for a lot of years of our marriage up until maybe like a couple of years ago.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: But what I found is that even though I knew that if he would say something that would trigger me, if he would like get upset about something or confront me about something, it would immediately trigger this part of me.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: And then I would kind of like leave my body and I wouldn't be able to access the knowledge that I already had, and I would still go into the pattern.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: So both the real results process and the inner child process that I'm gonna talk about today are things that I've developed to answer that exact question of when you get triggered, how can you shift so that you're not completely taken over by whatever that pattern is for you, right?
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: So another example of this would be if you have a really bad abandonment wound.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Abandonment wounds, like I've shared before, doesn't have to just be if someone actually physically abandoned you.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: It can also be emotional abandonment, or it can just be feeling like your feelings or who you were, what your opinion was, how you felt was just not valued, acknowledged, or taken into consideration at all.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And that can also be an abandonment wound because you feel like you were completely neglected or abandoned on an emotional level because the way that you were treated and the way that the adults in your world operated was as if you don't really matter and everything was about them and what they wanted.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: And, you know, that in like the old paradigm, that's kind of how parents operated in a sense.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: It's like, well, we know better, we know what you need, and it doesn't really matter what you think, right?
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: And now we know that that is actually really damaging because as parents, it's our job to support our kids and give them guidance and also give them boundaries and let them know, like, if something they're doing could be potentially bad for them or dangerous, it's our job to tell them and to give them standards and boundaries and teach them about life.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: What's not our job is to project our unmet needs onto them, our traumas onto them, or the things that we're upset about ourselves with onto them.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: I'll just give an example of how this would show up for me.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: I had a lot of trauma based on getting blamed and gaslit and screamed at growing up, right?
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: And the way that this could potentially show up for me with my kids is I would try to mitigate any kind of like discipline for them, or if like my husband was disciplining them or yelling at them, I would like get so triggered and I would get in the way of it and stop it before anything could happen, or before, you know, in my mind he could like yell at them or whatever.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: But what was really happening is I was stopping my husband or even myself from setting a boundary or being, I don't want to say forceful, but just like setting the tone of like, this is what you're able to do, and this is what you're not able to do, or this is when you're crossing the line, or this is when you're not crossing the line.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Because as much as we want to give kids freedom to be who they are, they also need boundaries.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: They need to know, like, okay, this is the point you can't go past, right?
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: This will happen a lot for my son around cursing because he thinks it's so funny to curse, which don't get me wrong, sometimes it is funny when he curses, but also we are always working on setting a boundary with him of like, okay, it was funny one time and we'll like let it go one time.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: But then like he wants to always take it too far or to the next level.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: And that's when we have to be like, no, that's actually not cool.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: But a lot of times what I'll see for parents who have unacknowledged wounding, or they have some kind of issue within themselves is instead of looking at that, they'll project it on their kids by saying, like, oh no, you have to do this this way, or you have to play this sport, or you have to go in this direction with your life, where maybe that's not what they want to do, or that's not what they would naturally choose.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: And I think a lot of parents end up like forcing their kids in a direction based on their own needs or their own unacknowledged issues with themselves, which makes a kid feel like what they want and what they desire is not important.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: And they just have to live to please their parent if they want to get their needs met, like getting love, connection, and acceptance or approval.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: So, not to go off on too much of a tangent about that, but that's usually what that looks like.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: And that's usually why people can end up having a lot of unacknowledged feelings of abandonment or not being valued or not being acknowledged.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: So what ends up happening is that you seek acknowledgement or you seek finding someone else to value you through your relationships because you have this unacknowledged wound, right?
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: So then what happens is inside of your relationships, when you perceive the other person as not valuing you or not acknowledging you, then that part of you gets triggered.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: And it's almost like once that kind of takes over and your inner child takes over, it can be really hard to get out of it.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: And you just want to make it about the other person that they're doing something wrong or they don't value you or they don't think you're important or whatever.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: And it really has nothing to do with them and everything to do with your own unacknowledged wounding from childhood.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Actually, I think it makes more sense for me to go into the inner child process first, and then I'll talk about the real results process.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: And actually, this will get me excited because I'm about to teach right after this a bonus inner child healing and breath work for the ladies in the metamorphosis, which I'm super excited about.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And also, I have been planning to add a module to the metamorphosis, which is all about this inner child process.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: So I figured I would just have the ladies who are in this round of it come on and I would teach it live, but it will live forever inside the program.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: So if you come into the metamorphosis in the next round, or if you come into the mothership, you will have access to that as well.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: But what the inner child process really consists of is acknowledging how your inner child felt in these very specific situations growing up that you continue to recreate over and over again, right?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: So for example, if you didn't feel like you were valued or you felt like you weren't important, then you're going to recreate situations over and over again where you feel like you're not important in an effort to heal and reconcile that part of you.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: But if you don't understand why that's happening, it's just going to show up as you continuing to feel unimportant and unacknowledged inside all of your relationships.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: But if you can access this younger version of you, you know, who's four, five, six years old, who had this very profound moment, this very big moment where you decided that you weren't valuable based on how your parent related to you or what they said to you, and really access that part of you and how that part of you felt.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: It's like you're bringing this part of yourself out of the darkness and into the light and fully acknowledging them, whereas before you were pushing it away and compartmentalizing it.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Because that's what happens when we have emotions and experiences that we're too much to deal with.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: That's what trauma does, is it compartmentalizes something.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: And if you guys listen to Amy Belair's podcast, I did an episode with her recently where I went really in depth about the effects of trauma on the brain and how it creates compartmentalization.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: So that's a really good one to listen to.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: But anyway, in those moments, because it was too much to bear to think that, you know, your parents don't value you or they don't acknowledge you, or you're not important, that part of yourself, you know, you didn't fully feel it, you didn't fully acknowledge it.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And also it was so painful that you couldn't really face it.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: And at the time, you probably didn't have the wherewithal, the tools, the understanding, the knowledge, or the ability to fully understand or feel the depths and the bigness of those feelings.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: So it got compartmentalized.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: And then you continue to recreate it over and over again.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: But if you can access that part of you and listen to her and allow yourself to, I always have my client to journal as her.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: So this is part of the inner child process.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: So what you do is you access this part of you with my support.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: And then you journalize her, you connect with her, you really feel what she's feeling, and you go through the process of letting yourself feel the emotions that she feels, feel the pain, the sadness, the fear that she feels.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: And then you really deeply connect with this part of you.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: And then you start to develop a relationship with her.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: So you acknowledge her, you journalize her, you connect with her, and then you start to acknowledge her.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: And then you go through this process of walking yourself through these feelings that before you felt were so insurmountable.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: You felt they were too much to bear and that you couldn't handle it.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And by walking yourself through those feelings, what ends up happening is you create this sense of power within yourself and you create a sense of safety within yourself because you have walked yourself through and held yourself through in a loving, compassionate way, these feelings that you had that you were too scared to face before.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: And as you walk yourself through these feelings in a loving and compassionate way, this integration happens, right?
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: Where you're able to bring this compartmentalized part of yourself into the light, into the fold, into your being.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: And then you're able to work with her in each moment.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: So as you go through this process of accessing her, acknowledging her, letting her emotions move through you, and then kind of using your present self and your past self to walk yourself through these feelings, you get to then experience really facing reality and what I call, you know, going through the grief of grieving what it is that you didn't have.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: And then you're able to be the one who parents that version of you.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: So that version of you is no longer looking for that parent to tell you that you're good enough or that they value you because you said that to yourself.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: So once you go through that piece of it, then what you do inside of the process is every time a trigger comes up, you immediately address your inner child.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: And then once you immediately address your inner child and you give her what she needs and you acknowledge her, then you access your power, which I call your highest self-avatar.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: And you create this by looking at the places in your life where you feel like you're the most in your power, where you have the most access to your power.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Mine has always been when I'm teaching my certification, because that's when I feel like I'm in my zone of genius.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: And that's like the work that I'm meant to be doing on the planet, and I love it so much.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: So it's very easy for me to access my power when I think about how I feel when I'm teaching that.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: So every time you get triggered, and this takes a lot of practice, right?
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: My clients are just starting to like get good at it, the ones who are in the metamorphosis right now.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: But once you get triggered, you address your inner child and then you access your power and you practice doing this over and over and over again until you come to this place of integration between your inner child and your powerful present self.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: And then when things come up inside of business, inside of relationship, you have this really powerful context to understand what's happening and to navigate it in a very effective, clear, and concise way.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So it goes from accessing the inner child, feeling the emotions, developing a relationship with her, and then giving her what she needs, and then noticing when she comes up in each moment inside of relationship, and then addressing her, and then accessing your power.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: And then gradually, as you walk yourself through that over and over and over again, it becomes really easy.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: And you're able to do it like within seconds inside of your relationships.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And that's, you know, what I've been able to do and how I've transformed my own relationship with my husband in so many ways, and how I'm able to hold my power inside of that relationship in ways that I never would have imagined possible.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: And I've also watched my clients be able to hold their power inside of their relationships and in their business in such transformative and amazing ways that they had not previously been able to do before.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: And so much of this work is being able to understand where you drop your power because of your childhood relational wounding, and then being able to go through the process of acknowledging it and moving through it so that you can be able to hold your power inside of every aspect of your life, all of your close relationships, your business, your career.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: If you have a career with your family, with your friends, with money, everything, you know, and like I used to have so much fear around money.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: And money for me represented so much around safety.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: And as I've walked myself through all of this, I hardly have any fear around money anymore.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: And I hardly ever feel that like dread or feeling like I'm not gonna be safe because I've really taken the time to walk through this and my clients have experienced the same thing.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: So that's an inner child piece.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: And then the real results piece is very much related to it because it helps you in each moment really quickly be able to apply all of this information so that you don't get completely swept away by a trigger.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: Because so much of this work has to be done on your own within yourself in each moment.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: And in real results, I give you some very powerful steps to be able to notice when you're in a trigger or when you're in a story, and then how to get yourself out of it by going through the steps.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: So I just want to go over the real results process as well.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: When you sign up for this, you'll get all of these teachings immediately.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: And then there's just gonna be two QA calls that you get.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Long with a telegram chat.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: And this is only 444 right now.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: So we'll link this below.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: But I highly recommend getting this program because it's so helpful in being able to shift your energy in each moment so that you don't get swept up into a trigger or into a story or into a narrative about life that's not serving you at all.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: So the first step is developing what I call moment-to-moment awareness, where you literally create a practice of having awareness in each moment about where your energy is and where your mind is.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: Because some people don't even realize that they're operating from their inner child.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: In fact, most people don't, because you don't have that moment to moment awareness.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: And typically the inner child will be driving the bus a lot of the time until we get conscious of it and shift it.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: So the first step is developing that moment to moment awareness to notice when you're operating from your power, your present self, or aspects of the inner child.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: And then noticing when you're in a story or in a trigger.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: So that's the next piece is having that powerful awareness to notice, like, okay, is this narrative that I've created like even real?
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: Or is this based on my own wounding, my own feelings of separation or this isn't working, or that all of this stuff always happens to me?
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: Like whatever those narratives are that we create based on our wounding, you want to be able to instantaneously notice if that's happening so that you can shift it.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: And then the next step is elevating beyond the problem.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: So being able to take this wider perspective instead of looking at what's in front of you as a problem that you have to solve, taking a wider perspective, understanding exactly what's happening and being able to address it, which is what I feel so passionately about with all this work, is like instead of spinning in circles trying to change circumstances or understand why other people are doing what they're doing, being able to zoom out and look at what's actually happening, which is that you are in a story based on your wounding that's not helping you.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: And then being able to look at it completely differently.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: If you can shift your perspective very powerfully and very easily in any situation, you're golden.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be able to shift things so quickly.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: So that's what I teach you to do when you elevate beyond the problem.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: And then I go into these very practical ways of how to shift your energy and come back into your power.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Because for me, I've come up with like these very easy ways that I shift my energy back to neutral so that I can access my power again.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: And that's what I've taught my clients to do inside of this.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: And that part is once you get it down and you really make it your own, it's super easy to do.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: And then the last step is what I call connecting with spirit, the secret sauce is really bringing spirit into it, your intuition, your higher self, whatever you want to call it, that connection to the unseen, your internal guidance system, being able to connect back to that and trust that implicitly more than anything else, more than anyone else, is one of the most important things.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Because I always say the women that do the best in my world are the ones who take all of these tools and integrate it into their being and make it their own.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: So some people love dancing and they're like, oh, I actually use dance as one of my tools to come back to neutral, or I actually use dance while I'm breathing or whatever.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: It's like they're taking the concepts that I'm teaching, but they're making it work for them individually instead of just going about it methodically and not really like feeling it or embodying it.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: And that's what the point is of connecting with spirit is so that you can listen to your own way of applying all of this information and make it your own.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: And that's really when the magic happens.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: So that's the last step.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: And I go over this in very much more detail with you in the course, obviously.
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: But these two processes for me have been a game changer and for all of my clients to understand why you're challenged or why you're stuck, or why you keep recreating the same situation so that you can powerfully shift it.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: So you can get to the root of why it's happening.
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: And so you can powerfully shift it in each moment so that things actually change, right?
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: So that your daily experience of life changes, so that the self-doubt that you might have to like work really hard to get yourself out of each morning is not how you're waking up and being, because we don't want to be just relying on coping mechanisms, right?
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: We don't want to be just relying on like, okay, I have a lot of anxiety or I'm questioning myself.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: But once I do like an hour of breathing and journaling and meditation, then I'm okay.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: Like you don't want to have to just be in coping mechanisms.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: You want to be operating from a place where that stuff doesn't even happen anymore.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: And these processes are the way to do it because you are addressing the true problem.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: You're addressing why this is actually happening at the root cause, and then learning how to powerfully shift it in each moment.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: And that's the key is in each moment.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: It's not just about doing a healing session or having a call with your coach.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: It goes way beyond that to how you are operating in each moment.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: And that's when your experience of life really starts to change.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: And then everything around you, all the circumstances change based on that internal operating system that has shifted.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: So that's why I believe so powerfully in this.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: It's helped me so much, it's helped my clients so much.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: And, you know, right now you have the opportunity to come into Real Results at 444, and you can split that into two payments.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: Also, Real Results is obviously included inside the mothership, which right now, I'm so excited for the ladies who just came in.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: I've just had three new ladies come in.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited for them because it's such a great time in the membership.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: Because, well, we're still in the end of the metamorphosis, but that program has just blown me away this round.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: The ladies are really, really making serious changes and creating amazing results in such a short amount of time.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: And then also we have real results coming up inside the mothership.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: And then also I have my four-week mastermind turning point, which is only for the ladies in the mothership.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: So that's another really, really great reason to join because it's going to be very close proximity to me.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: It's going to include a telegram chat and weekly calls where you're going to get very deep support from me live to create that one change, that one thing that you feel like I don't know why I can't get underneath this.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: Everything I do when I think I figured it out, it's still happening.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: This is what you're going to shift inside a turning point.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: And I'm so excited to do this with you.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: So that is exclusively for the ladies in the mothership.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: The mothership is a 12-month commitment only because you wouldn't be able to get through all of the programs in there if you weren't in it for 12 months.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: And I also very strongly believe in committing to this work for the long term to create the most permanent results.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: So that's why it's a 12-month commitment.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: But you get so much support.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: I'll link it below so you can see everything you get, but you get so much support inside of that.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: And then I also have the certification coming up too.
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: So if you want to learn how to use my breath work and trauma clearing process with your clients so that they can get permanent results and really access why things are happening at the core at the deepest level so that they can create permanent change, then that's for you.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: If you work with clients in any capacity, I highly recommend doing the certification.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: I don't know anything else out there that is teaching trauma tools to practitioners in this level of depth.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: I'm just obsessed with the certification.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: So if you work with clients and you're interested in learning how to work with them to get really powerful results so that you are somebody that people just flock to because they know how what kind of results you get, then that's definitely for you.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: And also I have shifted it so that it's going to be a six-month program instead of nine.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: And I'm changing the structure around a little bit.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: So if you are interested in the certification, I want to get on calls this time with everybody who is coming in.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: So if you would like to schedule a call with me to talk about the certification and if it's a good fit for you, then just email info to leaseebreeze.com and we'll set up a call so we can chat about it.
- 31:07SPEAKER_00: I just want to be intimately close with everybody who's in there because it's just such an intimate space.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: And I want to get on a call with everybody.
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: So just reach out to me to do that.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: But if you are, you know, new to my world and you just want to dip your toe in and see how these processes and these tools can work for you to create permanent change, whether it's in your business or money or relationships, then real results will probably be the place for you to go.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: So I will leave it there.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: I'm sending you so much love.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: Also, don't forget to rate and review the show.
