- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Woody Show.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Well, somebody here has a dirty little secret. No, yeah,
- 0:11Speaker 2: well well we heard about how you know, Morgan and
- 0:15Speaker 2: Tyler are now roommate. That's a pretty dirty They're not shocking,
- 0:21Speaker 2: not like not like that, not the way, not the
- 0:24Speaker 2: way that people use that trade. Yeah right, so yeah,
- 0:28Speaker 2: Morgan shared her secret with us. But then I was
- 0:32Speaker 2: told that somebody else has a dirty little secret. Now
- 0:36Speaker 2: what I said, Hey, anybody here in the room has
- 0:38Speaker 2: got a secret to share, or a secret something they've
- 0:41Speaker 2: been holding onto or whatever, something interesting like something maybe
- 0:44Speaker 2: we don't know about them or whatever. To put it
- 0:48Speaker 2: in the in the in the studio top had the
- 0:50Speaker 2: official hat. Yeah no, there are no names associated with this.
- 0:53Speaker 2: So I'll read what it says, and then you guys
- 0:56Speaker 2: can see if you can guess who the dirty little
- 0:58Speaker 2: secret belongs to. All right, I got it, all right,
- 1:02Speaker 2: So I'll just take one out here, and this first
- 1:04Speaker 2: one says, uh, just this morning, I farted in the
- 1:08Speaker 2: kitchen area thinking I was alone, but right after some
- 1:11Speaker 2: guy walked up to get some coffee and stood in
- 1:13Speaker 2: my stink. I got it. I got it. That's easy.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Does it just people in this room?
- 1:21Speaker 3: Who's based on the room.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Okay, I know me too. It's Sammy. That has to
- 1:26Speaker 2: be sam That's what I'm thinking too.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I was thinking Gina. I was thinking Greg.
- 1:30Speaker 2: I mean Gina. I don't. I don't think Gina. I
- 1:33Speaker 2: think Sammy because of what we experienced at that Joe
- 1:36Speaker 2: cooy shot.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Was And it doesn't make any noise.
- 1:40Speaker 2: She says. She says that like her farts don't make noise,
- 1:45Speaker 2: but the freaking throughout the day, dump.
- 1:50Speaker 4: All the time, something like this wouldn't even be noteworthy
- 1:52Speaker 4: for me.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I do it all the time.
- 1:54Speaker 3: That's not even Greg.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Somebody walked up right after.
- 1:58Speaker 5: Well, Gina, you don't drink coffee, dude, you.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I have a little bit, but I only Sai always
- 2:02Speaker 2: have the Can I tell you why this is not Greg's? Yeah,
- 2:05Speaker 2: please look at the way that the note is torn
- 2:07Speaker 2: at the at the at the bottom.
- 2:09Speaker 3: That kind of thing.
- 2:10Speaker 2: I can't, I certainly can't. He's using his powers as
- 2:13Speaker 2: a detective. Greg would never accept something that's not in
- 2:17Speaker 2: a complete straight line. So it's not bread. That is
- 2:20Speaker 2: very okay?
- 2:22Speaker 3: Well that way, yes, right out.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Who's everybody's guess. I'm saying, Sammy, Sammy, Sammy Sammy, Who's uh,
- 2:31Speaker 2: whose secret is this? That is mine? I know what
- 2:36Speaker 2: I know. The counter just recked it. Oh is that
- 2:40Speaker 2: like you?
- 2:40Speaker 3: But it's a strategy.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Strategy someone forces silent but violent, that's yeah.
- 2:50Speaker 1: It wasn't even silent too, and I I couldn't hold
- 2:52Speaker 1: it anymore and I let it red, and I'm like, well,
- 2:55Speaker 1: there's nobody around, no harm, no foul. Right after I foul,
- 2:59Speaker 1: some dude walks up, Hey, good morning, like, hey, good morning,
- 3:02Speaker 1: like thinking feel faster, feel faster here, And I thought
- 3:07Speaker 1: I got away with it, but it was bad.
- 3:10Speaker 6: My god.
- 3:11Speaker 7: That happened to be on the fourth floor. I thought
- 3:13Speaker 7: no one was there, and I was ribbing one so hard.
- 3:16Speaker 5: I don't know why it always happens in the studio.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Walk in. Who's a dirty little secret is this? I've
- 3:24Speaker 2: had expired registration on my car for over a year.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Who that could be all of you?
- 3:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I may say Menace or Morgan.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Menace inspired registration would have to be the one to
- 3:37Speaker 2: do that. No, No, this is too easy. Also, thing,
- 3:42Speaker 2: just the way it's written, I've had expired registration on
- 3:46Speaker 2: my car for over a year. It feels like that's
- 3:48Speaker 2: missing A couple of small, like my registration has been
- 3:53Speaker 2: expired on my car for you, like I've had an
- 3:55Speaker 2: and expired registration. I don't want to give away.
- 3:59Speaker 7: I don't want to give away the clue. Why wouldn't
- 4:01Speaker 7: it be me if you're that confident?
- 4:02Speaker 2: Well, Greg, also try to throw us off, Sue exactly.
- 4:05Speaker 2: You know, I can't trust any tell you what. The
- 4:08Speaker 2: car that I drive is a company car.
- 4:11Speaker 8: So I don't even handle the registration, Sammy, because.
- 4:18Speaker 2: It's automatically updated. Helt me down for if it's not you,
- 4:22Speaker 2: I'll put Morgan is my official guest. Morgan has to
- 4:25Speaker 2: be more.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm gonna go Sammy.
- 4:29Speaker 5: I'm going Sammy too.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I think Morgan. Now Sammy has a boyfriend.
- 4:33Speaker 5: Now, she's got other things to do. She can't even
- 4:35Speaker 5: put her Christmas stuff away, and she's had a boyfriend
- 4:38Speaker 5: about a year now.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Right almost makes sense.
- 4:41Speaker 5: And it's not doing it for her almost, So it's
- 4:45Speaker 5: like just not getting done right now.
- 4:46Speaker 7: You're trying to throw us And Sammy keeps her car pristine,
- 4:52Speaker 7: right and she's organized.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Yeah, who's a dirty little secret? Is this?
- 4:57Speaker 3: It's mine?
- 4:59Speaker 5: Damn?
- 5:00Speaker 7: I was gonna say, because she live I mean lives
- 5:03Speaker 7: so close, she would like, not register.
- 5:05Speaker 2: That's even drive that much.
- 5:07Speaker 4: So yeah, it didn't pass smog initially, and then it
- 5:12Speaker 4: turned into a whole thing and I just was like,
- 5:14Speaker 4: I don't have time for this. And I had paid
- 5:17Speaker 4: the registration, but it wasn't passing smog, so I could
- 5:20Speaker 4: never get.
- 5:21Speaker 3: The tags for it. It's an old, older car.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's about fourteen years old.
- 5:25Speaker 5: That's what I'm going through right now.
- 5:26Speaker 4: And so yeah, and so that's all the process and
- 5:29Speaker 4: leaving the car there for hours to get it fixed,
- 5:31Speaker 4: your other stuff. So now I finally passed smog and
- 5:34Speaker 4: I'm going to pay it so I shall have texting.
- 5:37Speaker 4: But I'm horrified at that. But because like Menna said,
- 5:40Speaker 4: I live so close, it hasn't been a super issue
- 5:42Speaker 4: because I don't really drive that much.
- 5:44Speaker 2: You're a girl.
- 5:44Speaker 3: If you get pulled over.
- 5:46Speaker 2: You know, yeah, registration, does it fix it?
- 5:51Speaker 3: Do I know?
- 5:51Speaker 9: You?
- 5:51Speaker 3: Efforts or what?
- 5:53Speaker 2: This next one? For a long time, I couldn't stop
- 5:55Speaker 2: pulling my hair out. It was a problem. I don't
- 5:58Speaker 2: really do it anymore, but these days I watch videos
- 6:00Speaker 2: of other people pulling their hair out, and it's my
- 6:03Speaker 2: favorite thing to watch. Okay, that has over it.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Really, Yeah, you got weird quirks, weird habits.
- 6:13Speaker 2: That you're doing and focused on one thing. She starts
- 6:17Speaker 2: watching like videos that I'll share a theme, right, like yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 2: just go down rabbit holes. Yeah I will, I will say,
- 6:23Speaker 2: I will say. Gina, Gina, Gina, Gina, Gina.
- 6:27Speaker 8: Is Morgan, Yeah, I say Morgan, Yeah, Morgan.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Who's your guest on all these Gina? Gina? All right,
- 6:34Speaker 2: who's dirty little secret? Is this?
- 6:35Speaker 3: Obviously it's me.
- 6:38Speaker 8: I used to Apparently It's called trick a tillmania. I
- 6:41Speaker 8: had it like my entire life. It's an obsessive, compulsive thing. Wow,
- 6:44Speaker 8: just like pulling my like I couldn't stop. I had
- 6:47Speaker 8: like patches of hair that was gone. I was stressed
- 6:50Speaker 8: out all the time.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Our program director is always like pulling out her hair,
- 6:53Speaker 2: really playing. But she'll she'll find one and she'll like
- 6:58Speaker 2: take that strand of hair and pull it all the way,
- 7:00Speaker 2: actually long hair. She pulled all and then she's talking
- 7:02Speaker 2: to you, she's like folding it again it folding it
- 7:05Speaker 2: in half and then so she could place it in
- 7:07Speaker 2: the garbage. If you're having that conversation and she's like pulling, folding, tossing.
- 7:13Speaker 3: That sounds like she doesn't even know she's.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Pulling, folding, tossing. Really, yeah, notice it, you'll notice it now.
- 7:19Speaker 8: So I finally kind of got that under control. But
- 7:22Speaker 8: my favorite thing to watch our videos of people like
- 7:25Speaker 8: plucking hairs. Why and that's I don't know, but you
- 7:28Speaker 8: know how I cannot pops its and I've never popped one.
- 7:31Speaker 8: I will pull any of your ingrown hairs anytime. I
- 7:34Speaker 8: am ready at a drop of a hat, I'm happy
- 7:37Speaker 8: to do it. I love like, I love it.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's weird.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Yeah, it's totally a mental thing. It's obsessive thing.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Right, and you totally have all those traits. I know
- 7:48Speaker 2: a girl that.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Ripped all her eyelashes.
- 7:50Speaker 8: I also know no, no, thank god, because those don't
- 7:55Speaker 8: grow back.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I know somebody who bites her lip obsessively, just constantly, like.
- 7:59Speaker 5: I think I use.
- 8:00Speaker 1: It, you know, pushing it into her fingers, getting a
- 8:03Speaker 1: good choking clip and just biting it.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I've never understood the biting your nails thing. Yeah I
- 8:10Speaker 2: get that.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Well, that's why I have nails on. Literally I think
- 8:14Speaker 8: this should be a copey because this is medical, Like
- 8:17Speaker 8: I didn't have my nails on for like three days.
- 8:20Speaker 2: A couple weeks ago.
- 8:21Speaker 1: First time I noticed it, Yeah, and I looked over
- 8:23Speaker 1: and Genus, all her fingers.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Were bloody blood real.
- 8:27Speaker 7: Yes, we have a legit crazy persons, just.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Really as in our own special way.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Yeah, constantly biting.
- 8:39Speaker 8: I'm the legit crazy person in the room, constantly biting
- 8:42Speaker 8: and like for sure.
- 8:46Speaker 7: Yeah, we have Greg's famous thumb, like your thumb has
- 8:49Speaker 7: been destroyed.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't even think Greg like his thumb can
- 8:53Speaker 2: produce a nail. I don't think whatever nail is on
- 8:55Speaker 2: there now, it's just what's on there. And then once
- 8:57Speaker 2: that's gone, it's gonna be that's gonna be it. It's
- 8:59Speaker 2: just gonna be flush.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Made like this is very focus on one at a.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Time, and it took years and years and years, and.
- 9:05Speaker 3: You guys don't get it. That's impressive.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I'm to my one thumb. I wonder if I could
- 9:09Speaker 1: get a fake nail like yours and.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Makes all let it heal for a couple of years,
- 9:12Speaker 3: that would be smart. Makes all the difference in the.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Understand chewing at your own hand to the point where
- 9:18Speaker 2: it's like.
- 9:18Speaker 8: Bleeding and well, just like picking at the nails like.
- 9:23Speaker 2: A little flap of skin. All right, well it's official.
- 9:28Speaker 2: We're all crazy.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Yeah, man, we did it special ways that everybody.
- 9:34Speaker 6: You were hearing now now, Greg Gory, Sammy, we got Morgan,
- 9:45Speaker 6: you know, dumbass Tyler's roommate.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you wear that. You wear the pants in
- 9:52Speaker 2: that household, don't you? You're the boss? My wife was.
- 9:56Speaker 2: My wife was laughing out loud watching the video that
- 10:00Speaker 2: Vaughan put together of that discussion yesterday. And when you said,
- 10:04Speaker 2: why do you got to bring this stuff into our house?
- 10:06Speaker 2: Our It was just the way you said it. You
- 10:08Speaker 2: just sounded like this, like bitter old bull, like like
- 10:12Speaker 2: married couple. Yeah, why do you bring this stuff into
- 10:14Speaker 2: our house? That's something she would say to me. But
- 10:17Speaker 2: we've been married for you know, seventeen years. Yeah, when
- 10:19Speaker 2: do you can use this all these ladies? Can you
- 10:22Speaker 2: get rid of this prap?
- 10:23Speaker 6: Please?
- 10:24Speaker 2: Yeah? Pretty funny? H eight seven four text us over
- 10:28Speaker 2: to two two nine eight seven. Valentine's Day just a
- 10:32Speaker 2: few days away, But your relationship might not make it
- 10:35Speaker 2: that long because according to all the numbers and stuff,
- 10:40Speaker 2: I guess today is today that you're most likely to
- 10:43Speaker 2: get dumped or to do some dumping the deadline. This
- 10:46Speaker 2: is the deadline kind of a little close. Yeah. Twenty
- 10:51Speaker 2: seven percent of people in relationship say that they have
- 10:53Speaker 2: dumped their partner the week of Valentine's Day, with today
- 10:56Speaker 2: being the most common day for it to happen, because
- 10:58Speaker 2: Valentine's Day, you know, that's that's the ultimate love day. Man.
- 11:01Speaker 2: People in relationships they realize they just don't like this
- 11:04Speaker 2: person that they're with all that much, and they don't
- 11:06Speaker 2: want to go through with the plans anymore. They don't
- 11:08Speaker 2: want to spend the money. Yeah, I mean, I told you, dude,
- 11:12Speaker 2: I've been there, I've done this. I was at the
- 11:15Speaker 2: Grammys doing a broadcast. I was out of town for
- 11:19Speaker 2: a few days, and then I flew home, got home
- 11:22Speaker 2: late the night before the next morning was Valentine's Day,
- 11:26Speaker 2: and I was married to my first wife at the time.
- 11:30Speaker 2: And while I was gone, I was going through like
- 11:33Speaker 2: a lot of a lot of self reflection, soul searching,
- 11:38Speaker 2: to the point I brought a notebook on the plane.
- 11:40Speaker 2: How gay is that I was writing down all these
- 11:42Speaker 2: things about like yeah, right, Like I was really trying
- 11:45Speaker 2: to organize my thoughts, you know.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Yeah gay.
- 11:53Speaker 2: But so anyway, I came to the conclusion that, you
- 11:56Speaker 2: know what, it's time to move on. And that's when
- 11:58Speaker 2: I made the decision that didn't want to be married
- 12:01Speaker 2: anymore and that was gonna ask for a divorce. Now
- 12:03Speaker 2: Valentine's Day is coming up, I can't not have a card.
- 12:06Speaker 2: But also because I don't have the ability to, like,
- 12:09Speaker 2: I am, I'm I'm a really I don't have a
- 12:11Speaker 2: great poker face. You know, it's hard for me. If
- 12:15Speaker 2: somebody asked me a question, it's hard for me not
- 12:17Speaker 2: to give them just the answer, even though I'm supposed to,
- 12:20Speaker 2: you know not, you know, you know not. Yeah, Like
- 12:24Speaker 2: like I cause I I I'm uncomfortable. I'm uncomfortable with
- 12:30Speaker 2: the with the lie of it. Yeah, you know. So
- 12:33Speaker 2: I'm going through all these Valentines. You know how hard
- 12:35Speaker 2: it is to find a Valentine's Day card that doesn't
- 12:37Speaker 2: say we're gonna grow old together my life. Like, I'm like,
- 12:45Speaker 2: isn't there anything for like new relationships where you're kind
- 12:48Speaker 2: of not sure, let's feel things out while Yeah, and
- 12:53Speaker 2: you gotta keep like I'm I'm like getting eaten up
- 12:56Speaker 2: on the inside, man, because I feel so guilty and
- 12:58Speaker 2: I feel so bad that I'm gonna have to this conversation.
- 13:00Speaker 2: But I can't not have a Valentine's Day card. So
- 13:02Speaker 2: I buy this Valentine's Day card, which is the most
- 13:05Speaker 2: middle of the road one that I can find. Yeah,
- 13:07Speaker 2: I think it was pretty generic, and I wrote like
- 13:11Speaker 2: a nice it was a nice note in there, but man,
- 13:15Speaker 2: if she didn't know me, I left it on the
- 13:18Speaker 2: on the kitchen tables so she'd see it. The next
- 13:20Speaker 2: morning she got up to leave for work, she opened
- 13:22Speaker 2: it and she came right upstairs and she woke my
- 13:25Speaker 2: ass up. I wasn't doing mornings at this point. I
- 13:27Speaker 2: was doing the afternoon show on the radio station, so
- 13:30Speaker 2: I was I was asleep, and she's like, hey, what
- 13:32Speaker 2: the hell is this? She knew, and so that's when
- 13:36Speaker 2: I told her. I'm like, I don't want to have
- 13:38Speaker 2: this com this is the intent was not to have
- 13:39Speaker 2: this conversation right now, not like this.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Yeah, this was the band aid, right, And she.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Goes, no, we're going to talk about it right now.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I'm like all right, And so we had the conversation
- 13:49Speaker 2: and that was it. And that was Valentine's Day. Oh,
- 13:53Speaker 2: that was Valentine's Day. And I put her on a
- 13:56Speaker 2: plane that day. She was from Portland, Oregon. Time no,
- 14:00Speaker 2: she like, she's like, well, I'm not going to work,
- 14:02Speaker 2: and she was upset. You know, now I'm upset and
- 14:05Speaker 2: uh And I said, well, what do you want to do?
- 14:10Speaker 2: You know? And she's like, I don't know. I said,
- 14:12Speaker 2: do you wanna do you wanna go see your mom?
- 14:13Speaker 2: Like you like you want to go home visit your family?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Like she's like yeah. So I put her on a
- 14:18Speaker 2: plane that I booked a ticket, last minute ticket. She
- 14:20Speaker 2: went to the airport. That was the last time I
- 14:22Speaker 2: saw her.
- 14:24Speaker 7: Put it in two weeks notice on our job.
- 14:27Speaker 2: You know, that was it. She just left. Why she's
- 14:30Speaker 2: leaving the city. We were living in Chicago at the time,
- 14:32Speaker 2: wasn't she was gonna be hanging around Chicago? Like so
- 14:34Speaker 2: she she well, the intent was she was coming back.
- 14:38Speaker 2: She was gonna go for like a few days, maybe
- 14:39Speaker 2: a week, and then she was gonna come back. And
- 14:41Speaker 2: then we kind of stored everything out and figure everything out.
- 14:43Speaker 2: But once she was gone, like a like a a
- 14:46Speaker 2: few days became a week, a week became two weeks,
- 14:48Speaker 2: and I go, well, do you need I mean, like,
- 14:50Speaker 2: there's no real need for you to come back, Like
- 14:53Speaker 2: I can send all the stuff, we can do all
- 14:55Speaker 2: the stuff. As far as like the legal part of it,
- 14:57Speaker 2: we can figure that out. And we did and it
- 14:58Speaker 2: was very amicable. There's no cheating, there's no anything like that.
- 15:01Speaker 2: It was just like we got married super young. That
- 15:04Speaker 2: was the thing. We got married I think twenty three,
- 15:06Speaker 2: but we'd been together for like five years before that,
- 15:08Speaker 2: so like we were dating when we were nineteen and
- 15:11Speaker 2: twenty years old. Maybe yeah, And so it just didn't
- 15:13Speaker 2: work out. You're growing to be different people, so there
- 15:15Speaker 2: was no reason to be other than being upset that,
- 15:17Speaker 2: you know, I'm getting divorced.
- 15:19Speaker 3: That's theweenest breakup I've ever heard.
- 15:21Speaker 2: It really was. It really was.
- 15:23Speaker 5: Now are you happy that that happened Valentine's Morning? Because
- 15:26Speaker 5: you were planning on.
- 15:27Speaker 2: I know conversation? No, I wish, I wish it would
- 15:30Speaker 2: have happened in a different way. Really, it just yeah, yeah,
- 15:35Speaker 2: I know, but like I don't know, weird that she
- 15:38Speaker 2: figured it out through the card. Well she knew me, yeah,
- 15:41Speaker 2: and she knew you know, very okay, buddy.
- 15:43Speaker 7: Yeah she usually says no, yeah, because not usually was
- 15:47Speaker 7: saying my love of my life.
- 15:48Speaker 2: I really wish you constantly. I really wish I can
- 15:51Speaker 2: remember what I wrote in the card, because it it
- 15:54Speaker 2: wasn't cold. It wasn't it was I can promise you
- 15:57Speaker 2: it was very warm, and it was you know, like
- 16:03Speaker 2: you know, like basically, you know, you're you're you're a
- 16:07Speaker 2: you're a kind, loving person kind of thing.
- 16:09Speaker 5: You know.
- 16:09Speaker 3: It was about her, not about the two of you together.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Maybe you're such a great.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I really wish I could remember stay cool. Yeah, but
- 16:21Speaker 2: her name was Summer. Her name was Summer.
- 16:26Speaker 7: I've that stuff though in high school because I uh
- 16:30Speaker 7: ended up getting with my high school girlfriend a week
- 16:34Speaker 7: before Valentine's Day.
- 16:35Speaker 2: That's that's the opposite pressure.
- 16:37Speaker 7: And guess what. I didn't get anything on Valentine's Day,
- 16:40Speaker 7: but she got me a ton of stuff.
- 16:44Speaker 5: I've been in that situation where I've gotten the guy
- 16:46Speaker 5: stuff and he didn't get me anything, and it's very like, okay,
- 16:49Speaker 5: I place now.
- 16:50Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 16:51Speaker 8: But I also had one like a friend, like just
- 16:53Speaker 8: a really good guy friend that had a thing for
- 16:55Speaker 8: me that it was not mutual, and he gave me
- 16:57Speaker 8: a present for Valentine's Day and I was like, I
- 16:59Speaker 8: just I can't accept this, and he looked at me
- 17:01Speaker 8: and he got so many.
- 17:02Speaker 2: He knew it.
- 17:03Speaker 8: He chip just chucked it at his locker and it
- 17:06Speaker 8: broke as a CD and just scattered.
- 17:08Speaker 2: It stopped off totally.
- 17:12Speaker 3: That he bought it.
- 17:14Speaker 8: So he bought and I said I can't and then
- 17:16Speaker 8: he just stopped on a little baby and walked away.
- 17:19Speaker 2: I can't accept that gift. It wasn't like an it's
- 17:28Speaker 2: slippery stuff. Yeah, gold digger. I don't like why wait,
- 17:33Speaker 2: you know, like if like why wait?
- 17:36Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 17:36Speaker 2: Why intentionally break up with somebody the week of Valentine's Day?
- 17:41Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean it's on your mind probably a lot.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like people do before Christmas, like what the
- 17:47Speaker 3: three week deadline chas faking it gets harder, yeah, right.
- 17:52Speaker 8: I knew a girl who wanted to break up with
- 17:55Speaker 8: her boyfriend and she just kept putting it off and
- 17:57Speaker 8: putting it off. And he proposed to her in front
- 17:59Speaker 8: of her family on Christmas Day and she said yes
- 18:05Speaker 8: because she was the moment, yes, but then got out of.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 18:11Speaker 8: I guess that's better to not, you know, her in
- 18:13Speaker 8: front of her whole family.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Just dumping ladies, just dumping.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Yeah, they can take it, right, what are you waiting for?
- 18:24Speaker 6: Well?
- 18:24Speaker 3: And that's the thing.
- 18:25Speaker 8: I mean this she was young, Like this was right
- 18:27Speaker 8: out of college, so like maybe now you're like, bro,
- 18:30Speaker 8: get off your knee, but like then you're like okay, right.
- 18:33Speaker 2: So I got her there. Yeah, my wife Jen, now
- 18:37Speaker 2: my second wife. She was like when we met, I
- 18:41Speaker 2: was married to my first wife. She was in a
- 18:43Speaker 2: long term relationship and we were just friends. We were
- 18:46Speaker 2: co workers, you know, the guy that I was doing
- 18:48Speaker 2: the show with. They had grown up together and so
- 18:50Speaker 2: that's how I knew Jen or whatever, and everybody kind
- 18:53Speaker 2: of hang out like as a group, right, And uh,
- 18:57Speaker 2: this guy that she was with for a number of
- 19:00Speaker 2: years turned out to be gay, like and even after
- 19:05Speaker 2: she found out and she confronted him about it, he
- 19:09Speaker 2: still proposed to her. Yeah, even after like that confrontation,
- 19:16Speaker 2: he proposed to her.
- 19:17Speaker 3: I'm very convintent, want to know.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I think it was just like he didn't want to
- 19:21Speaker 2: accept it. It was a hell Mary, It wasn't hell
- 19:24Speaker 2: married Hell.
- 19:25Speaker 9: I think she confronted him like she was because like, hey,
- 19:29Speaker 9: because one of one of his friends felt bad, like
- 19:33Speaker 9: like what was going on because he was like I
- 19:36Speaker 9: guess like with these dudes and stuff behind her back.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, and they felt the need that they should.
- 19:43Speaker 2: You should know this. Yeah, you know after that he
- 19:48Speaker 2: wants to double that.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and his denial.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Does she still talk to him? Are they like buddies?
- 19:54Speaker 2: No? No, I just broke up with my boyfriend of
- 19:58Speaker 2: fifteen years last night and we haven't a eleven year old.
- 20:01Speaker 2: It was bad and we both knew it, so it
- 20:03Speaker 2: was amicable. But it has been a long time coming.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Damn uh what his ex wife knew the D game
- 20:08Speaker 2: was weak, and she went out of it too. Hey,
- 20:10Speaker 2: she could have. She could have very easily pulled the ripcord.
- 20:13Speaker 2: I wouldn't blame her. You're right, we D game game? Yeah,
- 20:18Speaker 2: not great. But also it's like it's not like it's
- 20:20Speaker 2: not like you were surprised. It's not like I pulled
- 20:22Speaker 2: the old switcheroo, you know, bait and switch. Like you
- 20:25Speaker 2: knew like before you bought the cow, you knew what
- 20:27Speaker 2: the milk was.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Yeah, you know that week as milk, that.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Week milk skim milk.
- 20:34Speaker 5: Right.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh. When it comes to wife material, you guys
- 20:41Speaker 2: strap in for this one. This is good. Women who
- 20:44Speaker 2: want lots of stuff don't make good wives.
- 20:49Speaker 3: Yes, yes, don't make good partners.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Okay, So, researchers studied merry couples, and they found that
- 20:56Speaker 2: when the wife was materialistic, right, and about one and
- 21:00Speaker 2: three of them were, both spouses were dissatisfied with their marriage.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Now one possible reason. The wife hassles her husband for
- 21:08Speaker 2: more cash regardless of the couple's financial standing, and if
- 21:11Speaker 2: she doesn't get what she wants, she thinks the man
- 21:13Speaker 2: has failed as a husband. Yeah, this just in. Women
- 21:16Speaker 2: who want lots of material things don't make good wives.
- 21:19Speaker 8: Oh really, me, me, me, You write that down.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, jot that down. Yeah. Look, look, look for
- 21:29Speaker 2: those red flags.
- 21:30Speaker 6: Yea.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Put that on your mirror. I'll post it.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Eight seven seven forty four Woody text us over to
- 21:35Speaker 2: two two nine eighty seven more Woody shows next to
- 21:37Speaker 2: the Woody Show. We'll be right back. I'll see it
- 21:40Speaker 2: when I believe it.
