U.S. Marshals pulled off a major arrest in Kentucky, nabbing James N. Byrd Junior — wanted for horrific charges including rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse of a child under 12 — after a tip led them to Georgetown. The operation, backed by Frankfort Police, Franklin County Sheriff’s, and multiple task forces, also uncovered three co-defendants: Benjamin Byrd, Shane A.
