- 0:08Speaker 1: What's the Tuesday after the weekend. That was the weekend
- 0:11Speaker 1: where we saw Perky Nana's Flying where we saw dribblers
- 0:14Speaker 1: go down with fat lips. But we are here it
- 0:17Speaker 1: is Tuesday morning because we needed a little bit of
- 0:20Speaker 1: extra time to recover from the weekend. You're with No
- 0:23Speaker 1: Dribble strapping.
- 0:36Speaker 2: In my defense, it was a very accurate pass.
- 0:39Speaker 1: It was an accurate pass.
- 0:41Speaker 3: But also so hello, hello, hello, before we are such professionals,
- 0:47Speaker 3: how many episodes in and we still can't get our
- 0:49Speaker 3: start right. Anyway, Let's say hello, and then I'll pick
- 0:52Speaker 3: up off what Catherine just said.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to No Dribble, the podcast where we
- 0:56Speaker 1: talk about Apple. We talk about so much more and
- 0:58Speaker 1: we're going straight to lizy Us now for the hot news.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Well it's not that hot news. So hello Caroline Swindell
- 1:04Speaker 3: and hello Catherine Cox. We're just talking about the Perky
- 1:11Speaker 3: Nana's Flying. So for those who weren't there and you
- 1:14Speaker 3: did miss the great night on Friday night, there was
- 1:16Speaker 3: we had chocolate bars called Perky Nana's. Is that right?
- 1:19Speaker 3: I don't even get one?
- 1:20Speaker 2: Yeah, so well one you do want one, I'll get
- 1:23Speaker 2: you one.
- 1:24Speaker 3: I don't know. We're piffing them out into the audience.
- 1:27Speaker 3: I do like banana and chocolate together. I suspect I
- 1:29Speaker 3: really like it, But we'll piffing them out into the audience.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Caroln will tell your time and time again, it's not banana.
- 1:34Speaker 1: It's perky nana. It's not perky banana for starters, and
- 1:38Speaker 1: it is not banana flavor.
- 1:40Speaker 2: It is artificial.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Actually, no, let me tell you we'll get Okay, this
- 1:45Speaker 3: is just we've got so many tangents happening here, but
- 1:47Speaker 3: let's stick with the perky nana to start with. Let
- 1:50Speaker 3: me tell you. We grow bananas at our place. So
- 1:53Speaker 3: we've got five or six banana trees. I'm looking at
- 1:55Speaker 3: my window. I'm seeing them right now, and there's some
- 1:57Speaker 3: hands on them that we have to cut off. Scene
- 2:00Speaker 3: Bananas that are allowed to ripe it on trees taste
- 2:02Speaker 3: like banana lollies. See yeah, right. So the first time
- 2:07Speaker 3: I had one, I was like, oh, this tastes like
- 2:11Speaker 3: banana lollies. And then I realized it's that, you know,
- 2:14Speaker 3: maybe some bananas that you get that have maybe been
- 2:18Speaker 3: picked and then not allowed to ripe it on the tree,
- 2:21Speaker 3: and maybe for transport and things like that. That's like
- 2:25Speaker 3: team banana, whereas real bananas taste like banana lollies because
- 2:29Speaker 3: they're so sweet.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So it was all going well then until you criticize Timu.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And I had to hold Catherine back because you know
- 2:37Speaker 1: that is one of her hobbies. Now it's just team
- 2:41Speaker 1: But I had a dribbler tell me that the banana
- 2:44Speaker 1: flavor was based on a species of banana that is
- 2:49Speaker 1: no longer in its production. I don't know what is
- 2:52Speaker 1: no like they died out.
- 2:54Speaker 3: So you've hit the limit of my banana knowledge here.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Mind you, banana is a growing claes to my house commercially.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I'm just going to have a sip of coffee from
- 3:03Speaker 1: my new coffee cup that a dribbler gave me. On
- 3:07Speaker 1: this is no Dribble, one hundredth episode Ellis cox Swindle
- 3:11Speaker 1: and I'm pointing at it with my pen. That also
- 3:13Speaker 1: says Ellis Cox Swindle. And yeah, thanks to Nicki and
- 3:17Speaker 1: Sharon for our beautiful gifts on you don't have to
- 3:21Speaker 1: break gifts, dribblers. We meant to be giving you the gifts.
- 3:25Speaker 2: My pen is gorgeous. It's like a terra cotta color,
- 3:28Speaker 2: and I wore a terracotta suit on the weekend and
- 3:30Speaker 2: it was like, camo my pen.
- 3:33Speaker 3: It was nice, Catherine started, So there you go way
- 3:37Speaker 3: back to the Perkinaras because I this yes, so as
- 3:41Speaker 3: you're dorink it, and thank you Nicki and Sharon. Was
- 3:43Speaker 3: a lovely thing to wake up on Saturday morning and
- 3:45Speaker 3: look in the gift back and go, oh, this is beautiful.
- 3:48Speaker 3: And I did not scull the champagne Saturday morning, but
- 3:52Speaker 3: I may have taken in it over the weekend. But
- 3:54Speaker 3: we'll get to the weekend soon. So back to Friday night,
- 3:56Speaker 3: the Perkinara chocolate bars were flying around and discovered, unfortunately
- 4:01Speaker 3: that Catherine threw one and it hit one of our
- 4:03Speaker 3: dribblers in the lip and gave her a fat lip.
- 4:06Speaker 3: But in true dribbler style, she just got up and
- 4:08Speaker 3: said play on, and we know until she got home. Yes,
- 4:12Speaker 3: thank you, Marilyn. But it did remind me when Marilyn
- 4:15Speaker 3: let us know on the Facebook page that Catherine had
- 4:17Speaker 3: in fact caused her grievous bodily harm, that Catherine has
- 4:21Speaker 3: a habit of this, do you remember. So in twenty
- 4:25Speaker 3: fifteen of the World Cup with Susan Gordion, Susan Gordion
- 4:29Speaker 3: am By the way, I am congratulations Sue Gordion. Amazing
- 4:35Speaker 3: the Dribblers owned. Sue Gordion got an AM in the
- 4:38Speaker 3: Queen's King's birthday list. Honest, Lisa, that's very exciting.
- 4:42Speaker 1: So could we just pause in the story for a
- 4:44Speaker 1: sec because I did want to talk about that, because
- 4:46Speaker 1: this is extraordinary. It's recognition of a long career contributing
- 4:52Speaker 1: to the sport of netball as a coach, as a
- 4:55Speaker 1: commentator and administration. Absolutely well deserved now, Gordy, Sue, Susan
- 5:03Speaker 1: Jane Gordion, A M, Catherine an Cox, A M Elizabeth
- 5:08Speaker 1: Margaret Ellis a O. Could you please just explain the
- 5:12Speaker 1: difference between an A M and an AO And I
- 5:14Speaker 1: should know because my dad's got one of them.
- 5:16Speaker 2: See, in my understanding is there's three levels. Is there?
- 5:21Speaker 2: There's an O A M four okay O A M
- 5:25Speaker 2: A M A O, which is Elizabeth, and then A
- 5:28Speaker 2: A C I E I O. That's for the farming sector.
- 5:38Speaker 3: If you got an award for contribution to agriculture, they
- 5:41Speaker 3: called it an AI A.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Fantastic Have you seen the Celene Don things that.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Only read the vowels in in sele Dion's name.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Yeah, we won't give it away.
- 5:53Speaker 1: But so what was the fourth one? Then it wasn't
- 5:56Speaker 1: the E I E I O.
- 5:58Speaker 3: No, So it's a see. So the first one is
- 6:01Speaker 3: O IM which is a Medal of the Order of Australia.
- 6:06Speaker 3: That's your entry level award. And then the next one
- 6:08Speaker 3: is AM which is a member of the Order of Australia.
- 6:11Speaker 3: AO is an Officer of the Order of Australia. So
- 6:14Speaker 3: you two can now salute when you see me. Plays
- 6:16Speaker 3: we should have.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Technically should we? I've just some I love that I would.
- 6:21Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know if I let me
- 6:23Speaker 3: think about it, whether I choose.
- 6:25Speaker 1: AO when you wear the little pin. So that's true,
- 6:28Speaker 1: but that's when you're when you're informal mode. I'll acknowledge it, okay.
- 6:32Speaker 3: And then AC is a Companion of the Order of Australia.
- 6:35Speaker 3: So it's funny. It's not like an obvious progression, is it.
- 6:38Speaker 3: But anyway, so look Susan Jane Gordion skipped the entry
- 6:41Speaker 3: level and she's gone straight to memoir, which is fantastic. Yeah,
- 6:45Speaker 3: a legend.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I don't know about you, but I got asked a
- 6:49Speaker 2: year ago, I reckon to write a reference for Gordy,
- 6:52Speaker 2: so I knew she was on the radar, But it
- 6:55Speaker 2: takes a long time, doesn't it. And so I did
- 6:59Speaker 2: the whole thing up, pumped so much sunshine up her,
- 7:02Speaker 2: as you should, because she's amazing. She rang me on
- 7:06Speaker 2: Friday to tell me that it was coming on Saturday.
- 7:09Speaker 2: On Monday, so so excited, and I was like all
- 7:14Speaker 2: day just waiting to see if she dropped anything about it,
- 7:17Speaker 2: and she hadn't because she's so modest. And then I
- 7:19Speaker 2: noticed one of the dribblers put something up on our
- 7:21Speaker 2: Facebook page, so I stole that and I put that
- 7:24Speaker 2: on the GRAM to get it out there because I'm like,
- 7:25Speaker 2: I want Gordy to be celebrated all day when she
- 7:28Speaker 2: leads it till two o'clock to announce it.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Unreal, congratulations Gordy.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Yeah, it's awesome and a little secret. So when you
- 7:37Speaker 3: are part of the club, when a person who is
- 7:41Speaker 3: within your field of expertise gets nominated and they're starting
- 7:45Speaker 3: to consider, they'll often send an email to say, can
- 7:48Speaker 3: you provide any further details? Yeah, So I often get
- 7:51Speaker 3: an email to say, So it's so cool because you
- 7:54Speaker 3: then know who's coming, but you can't say anything because
- 7:57Speaker 3: you're like, you're sworn to secrecy. And then it's going
- 8:00Speaker 3: to check to.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Somebody that somebody that's been put up. You're like, yeah, nah,
- 8:04Speaker 2: no I have it because.
- 8:05Speaker 3: I think that would be I do try not to
- 8:07Speaker 3: be petty in my old age.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Oh god, I would be petty. I'd be petty in
- 8:11Speaker 2: a big way.
- 8:12Speaker 3: So there are some people who you get asked about
- 8:14Speaker 3: and you go, oh, look, I'm not that close to them,
- 8:18Speaker 3: or I have nothing to add. There's a few people
- 8:20Speaker 3: I've said nothing. I don't have anything to add other
- 8:22Speaker 3: than what you've already listed. But then some people come through,
- 8:25Speaker 3: like Catherine and Cox, and you go, okay, I'm going
- 8:28Speaker 3: to tell you what I get about her. So there's
- 8:30Speaker 3: and there's a few people I've done it for who
- 8:33Speaker 3: I've not seen them come out, So I'm like, oh,
- 8:36Speaker 3: like so AnyWho. But it is very exciting when you
- 8:39Speaker 3: get that email because it's really formal from the office
- 8:42Speaker 3: of the governor.
- 8:44Speaker 2: So did you do get one for Gordy as well? No?
- 8:46Speaker 3: I didn't, actually, so she must have had excellent You
- 8:49Speaker 3: must have had a good job.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Catherine so went on and on and on and on.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I made some stuff up.
- 8:57Speaker 1: They're good events to the investiture ramonies have awesome catering.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Oh it's so good at it's fancy and you you're
- 9:04Speaker 3: like at government House. And you know what I loved
- 9:06Speaker 3: about the events was seeing and meeting all the other people.
- 9:10Speaker 3: And when I went through there was a heap of
- 9:12Speaker 3: bravery awards. There'd been a guy who had been who
- 9:15Speaker 3: had been on a bit of a rampage to caravan park,
- 9:18Speaker 3: I think with a knife, and some people who were
- 9:21Speaker 3: staying there. So you knew I'd bring caravan and camping
- 9:23Speaker 3: into this, didn't you. So some very moving I know,
- 9:27Speaker 3: some very brave caravaners had affected a citizen's arrest, and
- 9:33Speaker 3: so like meeting them. I met a woman who was
- 9:36Speaker 3: in her eighties and she'd spent like fifty years collecting
- 9:40Speaker 3: stuff to make packs for women who were taken into
- 9:43Speaker 3: hospital and like emergency or whatever, and they needed like
- 9:48Speaker 3: undies and period products like just and she was beautiful.
- 9:52Speaker 3: She had like a little pillbox hatch that matched her outfit.
- 9:55Speaker 3: And the best thing was, like I thought, like when
- 9:59Speaker 3: I went the I thought best it would be getting
- 10:00Speaker 3: my award. But the absolute best thing was listening there
- 10:04Speaker 3: and listening to everybody else and then talking to them afterwards.
- 10:07Speaker 3: It was beyond unreal.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I don't know about you, but it's very humbling as well.
- 10:11Speaker 2: I felt like an impostor like these these people have
- 10:15Speaker 2: spent their years studying to and researching cures for cancer
- 10:19Speaker 2: and you know, heroes, and we're like, oh my god,
- 10:21Speaker 2: we played netball.
- 10:23Speaker 1: You did it very well though, and we all appreciated
- 10:26Speaker 1: past two week So sorry, I haven't finished my story yet. No,
- 10:29Speaker 1: I know, I've got a note here twenty fifteen Netball
- 10:32Speaker 1: World Cup cat throwing something. So now we're going to
- 10:34Speaker 1: lose back.
- 10:35Speaker 3: We'll get back to that. Look at us go so
- 10:38Speaker 3: yes to finish that, to close out part of congratulations Gordy.
- 10:41Speaker 3: But I note that there was nothing in her citation
- 10:44Speaker 3: that talked about her contribution to netball via the creation
- 10:47Speaker 3: of the Centurion stage show. So this was all just
- 10:51Speaker 3: cavin you and I've got a habit of this. We
- 10:52Speaker 3: latch onto someone who is creative and we let them
- 10:55Speaker 3: do all the work. Yeah, Carolyn, into your right.
- 10:58Speaker 2: We're stay now laying we do we do we do with.
- 11:01Speaker 1: The ultimate team play day in our lane.
- 11:04Speaker 3: Ye, we do we do. We are we are a
- 11:06Speaker 3: team sport. We know the skills that other people have
- 11:09Speaker 3: and we don't try and replicate them. So Gordie is
- 11:12Speaker 3: incredibly croady for people who don't know like she can
- 11:14Speaker 3: sing and she can write, and so she put together
- 11:17Speaker 3: the Centurion stage show and is part of it. We
- 11:20Speaker 3: were throwing things into the audience and Catherine little netballs.
- 11:24Speaker 3: I think that little nets that's right. Catherine wound up
- 11:26Speaker 3: her big shoulder pass, which has terrified many a young
- 11:31Speaker 3: player coming into the Swift squad and the Diaphens wound
- 11:35Speaker 3: up a big shoulder pass through a ball and her
- 11:39Speaker 3: ring that was on her middle finger, which is a
- 11:41Speaker 3: massive whopper gold and diamond business. Now she's holding up now,
- 11:46Speaker 3: flew off her skinny finger and hit an.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Audience member one in the nose. There was blood. Oh,
- 11:52Speaker 2: but worse than that. I'm like, fuck, where's ring?
- 11:55Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 11:55Speaker 1: Yeah, so this is an audience member, let us know
- 12:00Speaker 1: if it was you. I bet this is.
- 12:02Speaker 2: A sellout crowd at the end More Theater. So it
- 12:05Speaker 2: was a big So this ring quite valuable, could have
- 12:07Speaker 2: been anywhere. I didn't know I'd done damage to someone
- 12:09Speaker 2: at the time. I was just freaking out that someone
- 12:11Speaker 2: was going to run off with it.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:13Speaker 1: And then from this, well this is why we take
- 12:16Speaker 1: our jewelry off to play netball, folks.
- 12:18Speaker 3: What do we learn from this? Always get insurance. When
- 12:21Speaker 3: you've got Catherine Cox throwing things into the crowd, can
- 12:24Speaker 3: we just.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Speak O, don't let me do it? No more?
- 12:27Speaker 3: No more thing? No, No, that's ridiculous. Everyone wants to
- 12:30Speaker 3: catch something from Catherine.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Anyway, So you threw.
- 12:33Speaker 2: A person something.
- 12:36Speaker 1: We had a fantastic night at the live event at Penrith,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and I saw an amazing act of dribbling in the
- 12:47Speaker 1: weekend after because Chrissy had come across from New Zealand.
- 12:50Speaker 1: We had six people come from New Zealand. Three of
- 12:52Speaker 1: them claimed to have come from New Zealand, four our event.
- 12:54Speaker 1: The other three said we're coming over for the netborn
- 12:57Speaker 1: wanted to come to our event. But Karen, who remember
- 13:00Speaker 1: that we had a photo once of her son who
- 13:03Speaker 1: was a giant young man who was living in Vancouver
- 13:06Speaker 1: and he's a wing defense apparently, so Karen, Chrissy and
- 13:10Speaker 1: Daisy came over from were they or were they christ?
- 13:14Speaker 1: They were all aland anyway, Chrissy had a no dribble
- 13:18Speaker 1: t shirt and she wanted it signed by people with
- 13:22Speaker 1: some letters after their name. So but then she left
- 13:25Speaker 1: it at Penrith and the next day it showed up
- 13:29Speaker 1: in the lost property at Penrith Panthers and so Chrissy
- 13:33Speaker 1: put a note on the Facebook group saying thanks everyone
- 13:36Speaker 1: found it. And then Lisa, wonderful dribbler from out that way,
- 13:40Speaker 1: said I can pick it up for you and bring
- 13:43Speaker 1: it to the Giants game tomorrow, And it just warmed
- 13:46Speaker 1: my heart because Chrissy was going to go back to
- 13:48Speaker 1: Penwidth and if you're not from Sydney, you've probably heard
- 13:51Speaker 1: of Penrith, but you probably have no idea exactly how
- 13:54Speaker 1: far it is from the center of Sydney.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Which clearly they did not, because all they wanted to
- 13:59Speaker 2: do was book flow and come to our event. They
- 14:01Speaker 2: booked accommodation in the city and then went, oh crap, Penrith.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Is molt away.
- 14:07Speaker 2: It's like an hour if you're not from Sydney, it's
- 14:09Speaker 2: at least an hour aways. I think they got on
- 14:11Speaker 2: the train. The best thing about Chris's story is they
- 14:13Speaker 2: had no intention of going to the Giants game on Sunday.
- 14:16Speaker 2: They were going to go and do some shopping or
- 14:18Speaker 2: whatever and fly out the next day. But because they
- 14:21Speaker 2: had to meet there to pick a shirt up and
- 14:22Speaker 2: they got a brilliant game.
- 14:23Speaker 1: What a great game they saw.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, fantastic. But let me say I grew up
- 14:28Speaker 3: at near Penrith. It is worth the trip, Oh yeah,
- 14:31Speaker 3: to go.
- 14:32Speaker 1: At world of entertainment. My god, a world of entertainment.
- 14:35Speaker 3: I spent the whole weekend there. I mean when I
- 14:38Speaker 3: wasn't watching netball.
- 14:39Speaker 1: So tell us about your weekend outside of the fantastic
- 14:44Speaker 1: No Dribble live event on Friday night. And there is
- 14:47Speaker 1: another opportunity to attend a no dribble event on the
- 14:50Speaker 1: night before the Grand Final. We'll talk about that later.
- 14:52Speaker 1: But you were in Sydney four.
- 14:55Speaker 3: I was at the riff at Penrith for the state
- 14:58Speaker 3: championships seeing to state titles with my daughter who was
- 15:01Speaker 3: playing for one of the teams. And it was such
- 15:04Speaker 3: a great weekend. Like, I don't understand why the whole
- 15:09Speaker 3: world doesn't talk about these events. It's the biggest community
- 15:12Speaker 3: sporting event in the Southern Hemisphere. It is massive, two
- 15:15Speaker 3: hundred and forty teams on the weekend and wow, and
- 15:18Speaker 3: to like amazing the Netborn News howth Wales does such
- 15:22Speaker 3: a great job. So they had two massive venues operating
- 15:26Speaker 3: on the weekend. So we were playing in Div two,
- 15:28Speaker 3: so we my daughter's playing in Div two, so we
- 15:32Speaker 3: were at Penrith. So Division one and two were at
- 15:35Speaker 3: Penrith and Division three and four were at Buckham Hills.
- 15:40Speaker 3: So two massive associations, every coord every time slot, just
- 15:45Speaker 3: pumping with teams. And then they had the Swift's game
- 15:49Speaker 3: and the Giants game to do as well on the weekend,
- 15:52Speaker 3: same weekend. And then they don't get to wake up
- 15:56Speaker 3: this morning and go thank god, it's all over. They're
- 15:58Speaker 3: doing it all three weeks because the Junius titles are
- 16:00Speaker 3: on at Camden and Campbelltown in three weeks time, and
- 16:03Speaker 3: like it happens like all over all over the country. Right.
- 16:06Speaker 3: So Queensland had their state titles earlier in the year.
- 16:09Speaker 3: This year they are in Townsville Town, Victoria have their
- 16:12Speaker 3: championships as well, like every state South straight they all
- 16:15Speaker 3: have their championships and it is amazing and I can't
- 16:19Speaker 3: tell you there's so much that I love about it, right,
- 16:21Speaker 3: And I'm such a sucker. I'm not a sucker. I'm
- 16:24Speaker 3: a I cry at things. And I was sitting there
- 16:27Speaker 3: at the opening ceremony on Saturday morning and there were
- 16:31Speaker 3: I know, there would have been a couple of thousand
- 16:33Speaker 3: people there because for every kid, there's parents, their siblings.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Watching siblings play around the edges is the funniest thing.
- 16:41Speaker 3: And this little young woman got up and sang the
- 16:44Speaker 3: national anthem on a beautiful Saturday morning. I got autereary.
- 16:48Speaker 3: I was like, God, how lucky are we? This is
- 16:50Speaker 3: just amazing. And then to walk around and say, yeah,
- 16:53Speaker 3: I love one of the things I love the most
- 16:55Speaker 3: seeing all these young women. So it was under fifteens,
- 16:58Speaker 3: under seventeens, and opens go really hard all weekend. You know,
- 17:02Speaker 3: there's tears, you know they fall over, they're playing on
- 17:05Speaker 3: ash felt, there's blood, there's injuries, but it's unreal. And
- 17:09Speaker 3: to see, like I love the dads getting dressed up.
- 17:12Speaker 3: So one of the dads from Ballina used to wear
- 17:15Speaker 3: like a prawn outfit because the prawn, but now he
- 17:19Speaker 3: wears like this superhero outfit and he spends the whole
- 17:23Speaker 3: weekend watching his daughter. And then the citizen game's over,
- 17:26Speaker 3: he goes to watch any other balaner teams that are
- 17:28Speaker 3: playing and cheers on them like there are people dads
- 17:32Speaker 3: and brothers, and like I saw a young man. I
- 17:36Speaker 3: went to watch Hawksbury because it's my old association, and
- 17:39Speaker 3: one of my cousin's kids was playing, Like I'm related
- 17:41Speaker 3: to half the people out there looked after.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Us at panthers On was coaching the seventeens.
- 17:48Speaker 3: Yeah, the Hawks three seventeens team, Yeah, which was amazing. Again,
- 17:52Speaker 3: another cousin's kid in that team as well. But there
- 17:54Speaker 3: was a young man in that team watching that team
- 17:57Speaker 3: and he was saying on the signlight and he had
- 17:58Speaker 3: a sign, go mackenzie. And I had a conversation with
- 18:03Speaker 3: one of my nephews whose stepdaughter was in another team,
- 18:05Speaker 3: like I am truly related to all these people, and
- 18:07Speaker 3: we're having a conversation about whether it was it was
- 18:09Speaker 3: her brother or her boyfriend. And I went up to
- 18:12Speaker 3: my cousin, I said, is that brother or boyfriend? Said
- 18:14Speaker 3: his boyfriend, And it was so cute. He had a
- 18:16Speaker 3: sign saying go McKenzie and he was standing watching all
- 18:19Speaker 3: of her games and I just protautching him. Afterwards, I said, mate,
- 18:22Speaker 3: you just make my heart so happy. I love that
- 18:24Speaker 3: you hear chue for your girlfriend all weekend with the
- 18:27Speaker 3: little sign no browning points. But it was just lovely.
- 18:32Speaker 3: So I had a great weekend. Julie Fitzgerald was coaching.
- 18:35Speaker 3: So she was coaching the Kauring Guy Open women's team,
- 18:38Speaker 3: which was awesome, and I think he was taking the
- 18:41Speaker 3: court yep, and Allison Broadbent's daughter was in that team.
- 18:45Speaker 3: And then Julie said to me at the end of
- 18:47Speaker 3: the end of day three, I'm so sore from just
- 18:49Speaker 3: standing and walking around all weekend. She goes, She's now,
- 18:53Speaker 3: we came fifth, but I'm thinking I'm thinking about next year.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Now I hear you're back playing. I'm like, Julie, there
- 18:58Speaker 3: is no way that I played.
- 19:00Speaker 2: It came fifth or six.
- 19:02Speaker 3: I think they may ended up in the top ten. Well, yeah,
- 19:06Speaker 3: so they did really well, dear regret.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Now, yeah, we would have won it if I was playing.
- 19:12Speaker 3: You would have find the drinking competition.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Anyway, how the grace was.
- 19:15Speaker 2: The weather though, like the whole the whole thing was
- 19:18Speaker 2: just magic, wasn't it, because there were so many big
- 19:20Speaker 2: part Yeah.
- 19:21Speaker 3: I mean three or four years ago, the whole thing
- 19:23Speaker 3: was canned because of terrech or rain. So to have
- 19:26Speaker 3: sunshine and beautiful, just twenty degrees every day was amazing,
- 19:29Speaker 3: So look well done to everyone who went and played.
- 19:32Speaker 3: I would suspect there would be two thousand girls and
- 19:35Speaker 3: women around the state this morning who won't be at
- 19:37Speaker 3: school or at work. Blisters. Yeah, well, just my daughter's
- 19:41Speaker 3: still asleep.
- 19:42Speaker 2: How'd she go though?
- 19:43Speaker 3: Oh? They came middle. They went up from Div three
- 19:45Speaker 3: to Div two and ended up sort of middle I
- 19:48Speaker 3: think fourteenth, which I think State Champs is a funny thing, right,
- 19:52Speaker 3: you play seven games day one, six day two, and
- 19:55Speaker 3: then six day three, and almost it's almost all of
- 19:59Speaker 3: their games, and normally the games they beat that they won,
- 20:02Speaker 3: they beat teams in the top ten. But then it's
- 20:04Speaker 3: such a you have a massive high, you know, we
- 20:06Speaker 3: beat X, and then the next game they'd lose to
- 20:09Speaker 3: a team below them, because like it's such a mental thing.
- 20:12Speaker 3: It's not, and you know, you watch all the results
- 20:15Speaker 3: and you see teams really sweating on it because they'll
- 20:17Speaker 3: lose games that they shouldn't, they win win games that
- 20:20Speaker 3: they shouldn't. So yeah, it was amazing. And our second
- 20:23Speaker 3: last game was against Lismore, which is a local derby,
- 20:25Speaker 3: so that was heaps of fun. The girls were really
- 20:27Speaker 3: up for that, so Lizmore won that one and it
- 20:29Speaker 3: was just yeah, it's such a great weekend. It's exhausting,
- 20:32Speaker 3: but it's so it's so wholesome, it's so great. So
- 20:35Speaker 3: world ante everyone, and to the Netbourne News, South Wild
- 20:38Speaker 3: Staff World and get up and get going for Junior
- 20:42Speaker 3: State Chaps and.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And the Sydney Derby this weekend. So they'll be working hard.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, well and well done you. And this is
- 20:49Speaker 1: why we're recording on Tuesday morning, not Monday morning, because
- 20:52Speaker 1: you were still out at Penrith yesterday. So had a
- 20:56Speaker 1: great day off yesterday.
- 20:58Speaker 2: But uh, that was so the whole day ago. I
- 21:02Speaker 2: don't know. Oh, Harper had a birth So harp I
- 21:04Speaker 2: had a birthday party, yes, say late mail. The kid
- 21:07Speaker 2: had just decided she wanted one anyway. It was going
- 21:09Speaker 2: to be a sleepover, but she wasn't really into that.
- 21:12Speaker 2: So I got the phone call at nine o'clock to
- 21:13Speaker 2: go and pick her up. I'm dry, I'm leaving the
- 21:15Speaker 2: house at nine o'clock to go and pick my ten
- 21:17Speaker 2: year old up from a party nine pm. Is this
- 21:19Speaker 2: a fast forward into the future.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Wow, Yeah, it absolutely is.
- 21:23Speaker 2: I was not into it. Anyway, So no, we had
- 21:25Speaker 2: a very chill weekend yesterday as well. It was lovely.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Yeah we did too. Are we turned thirteen here on
- 21:31Speaker 1: the weekend.
- 21:32Speaker 2: So you've got an adult and now you're back to
- 21:34Speaker 2: having a teenager.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yes, Yin and the Yang in my house.
- 21:40Speaker 1: But yeah, that was very nice. But speaking of thirteen,
- 21:43Speaker 1: we should talk about round thirteen. So let's take a
- 21:45Speaker 1: little break and we'll talk about Round thirteen of the
- 21:48Speaker 1: sun Corps Supernetfall. Right, Well, that was an interesting weekend,
- 22:06Speaker 1: you commentated a lot I did.
- 22:08Speaker 2: What is crazy to me is that with the Swifts
- 22:12Speaker 2: and the Lightning losing, there is not a single Queensland
- 22:15Speaker 2: team or a single New South Wales team in the finals.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Amazing both of them knocked out. That's unbelievable. But we
- 22:24Speaker 2: do know the top four now, which is very exciting,
- 22:28Speaker 2: and we do know the major semi final now, so
- 22:31Speaker 2: there's just the one thing to play out this coming weekend,
- 22:35Speaker 2: which I think is awesome. It's so good when you
- 22:36Speaker 2: still get to round fourteen and there's something to work something. Yeah,
- 22:40Speaker 2: love that. That's going to be big a couple of games.
- 22:43Speaker 1: So it's looking like there will be one game.
- 22:46Speaker 2: In Adelaide confirmed on the Sunday at thirty six is
- 22:49Speaker 2: Arena okay, so.
- 22:51Speaker 3: You can buy your tickets now.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Game in Melbourne looking more likely to be a MAVs
- 22:57Speaker 1: home well.
- 22:58Speaker 2: If they both win. Obviously, if the MAVs win and
- 23:01Speaker 2: Fever don't, given and round the other way. If they
- 23:04Speaker 2: both win, Fever have to win by four more than
- 23:08Speaker 2: the MAVs did to get back to level pegging. I
- 23:12Speaker 2: think on percentage is my understanding.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Through a bit of a spanner in the works for
- 23:18Speaker 1: Fever on the weekend, didn't they I think that Fever
- 23:20Speaker 1: would have been expecting a much more convincing win than
- 23:24Speaker 1: that one and a much bigger margin.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Dan Ryan certainly was. He was frustrated from the get go.
- 23:30Speaker 2: But if they don't, if it doesn't get a plan
- 23:32Speaker 2: for them, they can be on the road for five
- 23:34Speaker 2: weeks from Perth to the East coast.
- 23:37Speaker 1: That is tough.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Yeah, that's really tough, isn't it.
- 23:39Speaker 2: I'll tell you what, if you win a Grand Final
- 23:41Speaker 2: doing that, you deserve it, right, That would that would
- 23:43Speaker 2: be a lot. You have to wonder at what point
- 23:46Speaker 2: if they'd stay on the East coast, that's even more disruptive.
- 23:49Speaker 2: That wasn't it anyway, see how it plays out.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Yeah, So that was that. That was really interesting. Melbourne
- 23:56Speaker 1: Derby was very interesting. Yeah, did you that one? I
- 24:00Speaker 1: tipped that I did?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Yeah? But last remember last time they played and it
- 24:04Speaker 2: went to extra time, Yes, and he took Nelson off
- 24:06Speaker 2: at the end of the game and we were just like,
- 24:08Speaker 2: what are you doing? Lost the game? Oh my god?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Have you learned your lesson? That was crazy behavior? Did
- 24:14Speaker 2: it again? And how good? Sasha McDonald and Kim Borgia
- 24:19Speaker 2: out of retirement for probably well she's not fully retired,
- 24:23Speaker 2: but out of reserves into SUPERNETBWL for maybe the eighth
- 24:28Speaker 2: or ninth time. I feel like she's done that a lot.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Is the go to player, isn't the two players on
- 24:33Speaker 2: the court in a pressure cooker? Crazy?
- 24:37Speaker 3: It's amazing, isn't it. But you know, if you get
- 24:39Speaker 3: a chance and you got to take it. And I
- 24:42Speaker 3: love that. You know, coaches were going back to the
- 24:45Speaker 3: reserves or to Australian talent as well to fill the gap.
- 24:48Speaker 3: It's great.
- 24:49Speaker 1: I reckon the MAVs can go all the way I
- 24:52Speaker 1: feel like they are. They are building, they've got a desire,
- 24:57Speaker 1: They're not taking anything for granted, and they've really had
- 25:00Speaker 1: to work to get to where they are. Obviously, me
- 25:03Speaker 1: saying anyone can win a game is the kiss of death. Sorry, Jared,
- 25:06Speaker 1: but I think I think the MAVs.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Well deaf.
- 25:12Speaker 1: I think they'll make it to the Grand Final, and
- 25:13Speaker 1: I think there's a good chance that they might win
- 25:15Speaker 1: the bloody thing.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Can you imagine if it was the MAVs and the
- 25:18Speaker 2: Adelaide Thunderbirds, You'd have to say, without question, they're the
- 25:21Speaker 2: most exciting teams to watch out in terms of flare
- 25:24Speaker 2: and all that stuff. Imagine those two getting to the
- 25:27Speaker 2: Grand Final and still a Melbourne team in the Melbourne
- 25:29Speaker 2: Grand Final, Yeah, be amazing.
- 25:31Speaker 3: That would be a break to the MAVs too.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Like you know, Vixen's have had their announcement this year
- 25:36Speaker 1: of having ten thousand members. That is absolutely fantastic. I
- 25:40Speaker 1: imagine that the MAVs membership is maybe ten percent of that,
- 25:44Speaker 1: but it's like that will certainly grow after this year.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Did you see them start off the game put on
- 25:49Speaker 2: the finals T shirts? Yes?
- 25:51Speaker 1: And did I get online and see if I could
- 25:53Speaker 1: buy one?
- 25:54Speaker 2: I could not. I was I was actually dying because
- 25:57Speaker 2: I don't know. I think Liza's headspace would probably be
- 25:59Speaker 2: the same. If you're a leader of a side in
- 26:01Speaker 2: that moment, you'd be raining that shit in. You would
- 26:04Speaker 2: not be putting finals T shirts on. But that's what
- 26:07Speaker 2: I also love about them. They're so show business.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Yeah, really, like really, I think, yeah, I think they're
- 26:14Speaker 3: really old school and I love that, you know, with
- 26:16Speaker 3: that independent ownership and with the Scio ownership, they do
- 26:20Speaker 3: things differently and it's so good. It's so good for us.
- 26:23Speaker 1: And I think all season the MAVs social media team
- 26:26Speaker 1: has won the social media oh without a Championship for netball, like,
- 26:30Speaker 1: they have been been really clever. I think that, yeah,
- 26:33Speaker 1: they have done that. They've They've really done a good
- 26:36Speaker 1: job as a disruptor this year and I hope that
- 26:39Speaker 1: it pays off for them in terms of people buying
- 26:42Speaker 1: the merch and getting behind the team.
- 26:44Speaker 2: And very exciting first time they've ever been in the Vixen's.
- 26:50Speaker 1: A couple of firsts. Hey, that was that was exciting.
- 26:53Speaker 1: All of the games I thought were very exciting, really interesting.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Not great to see Grace White go down with an ankle,
- 26:59Speaker 2: Oh my god, devastating after the year that she's had.
- 27:02Speaker 2: But the fingers crossed apparently getting scans this week, the
- 27:05Speaker 2: fingers crossed back for the dar. But you'd love to
- 27:07Speaker 2: see around on court for the last you.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Would, But didn't Nicola Barge step up?
- 27:12Speaker 3: Sure?
- 27:12Speaker 1: I got this. It's like I thought she was just
- 27:14Speaker 1: extraordinary that stage because I was there and first quarter
- 27:17Speaker 1: was not good as a Swifts fan, and so then
- 27:20Speaker 1: when they just started to kind of turn it around,
- 27:22Speaker 1: and then Grace went down and Nikola came on. You know,
- 27:25Speaker 1: no disrespect, but she hasn't had a lot of experience
- 27:27Speaker 1: at this level, but absolutely surprising.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Killed and yeah, was killed. It funny talking to Dylan Exit,
- 27:35Speaker 2: the assistant coach afterwards when we did pivot, he was like,
- 27:38Speaker 2: after that first quarter in his head, you know, he
- 27:40Speaker 2: just times the first war by the next quarters, is
- 27:43Speaker 2: thinking we cannot win by four, lose by forty, we
- 27:46Speaker 2: cannot lose by forty, and they won the rest of
- 27:49Speaker 2: the game by five.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Yeah, it's amazing, isn't it.
- 27:53Speaker 1: That was a really interesting interview in pivot when you're
- 27:57Speaker 1: standing there with Dylan and Joe Harton and you know,
- 28:00Speaker 1: we've had people complain on social media about coaches or
- 28:04Speaker 1: current players being in commentary and I don't. I don't
- 28:09Speaker 1: believe that it's a problem except for that one interview
- 28:12Speaker 1: when you were having to ask, you were having to
- 28:15Speaker 1: put positions to them and say, and one of the
- 28:18Speaker 1: positions is and tell me if this is right or wrong?
- 28:20Speaker 1: Dylan that the Swifts are the most disappointing team this season,
- 28:23Speaker 1: And what's he going to say? And then you talk
- 28:25Speaker 1: to Dylan and Joe about so, which players from the
- 28:29Speaker 1: Swifts do you think should move on this year? What
- 28:31Speaker 1: are they going to say? Absolutely nothing, which is what
- 28:33Speaker 1: they did say.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Yeah, tough audience, tough.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Tough audience. Yeah, so that was Yeah. So we've now
- 28:42Speaker 1: got the Swifts and Lightning. There is no more mathematical
- 28:46Speaker 1: chance for any of the other four teams. Is there
- 28:49Speaker 1: a chance that the bottom four can shift around? I
- 28:53Speaker 1: think that maybe.
- 28:56Speaker 2: So Swifts can salvage the season and go from six
- 28:59Speaker 2: to fifth. Yep, because they're equal points with Lightning. So
- 29:04Speaker 2: if they get a win Lightning don't, that could move
- 29:07Speaker 2: them up a bit.
- 29:07Speaker 1: So who are Lightning playing next week?
- 29:09Speaker 2: Lightning are playing the Thunderbirds. Okay, tough ask. That doesn't
- 29:15Speaker 2: matter to the Thunderbirds either, So that's kind of it'll
- 29:18Speaker 2: be interesting to see how they play.
- 29:19Speaker 3: What is to do? People?
- 29:22Speaker 2: I did ask Tanya Robs about this and she said,
- 29:24Speaker 2: we're not going to stuff around with what's working for
- 29:28Speaker 2: us and do anything crazy at this point. Why would
- 29:30Speaker 2: you do that? Fair enough, MAVs. So this is the
- 29:33Speaker 2: important one between the MAVs and the West Coast Fever.
- 29:36Speaker 2: This is where we're at now. As to who hosts
- 29:38Speaker 2: this final, Mads, you would have to say I've got
- 29:40Speaker 2: that easier game with the Firebirds. West Coast Fever have
- 29:43Speaker 2: got the Vixens in Melbourne, So on the road again
- 29:48Speaker 2: up against the Vixens, that will be very very tough.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Some sweets have got the Giants.
- 29:53Speaker 1: So the Vixens haven't had a win since round ten,
- 29:58Speaker 1: is that right? And I think the fever of one
- 30:01Speaker 1: two out of their last six.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah. The funny they were two and four before this,
- 30:09Speaker 2: so they're now what three and four?
- 30:10Speaker 1: Now three?
- 30:11Speaker 2: But it's the marks of the team that's on the trajectory.
- 30:14Speaker 2: They have won six of the last seven.
- 30:15Speaker 1: It's amazing, isn't it?
- 30:17Speaker 3: Crazy momentum does.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Anyway, thank you for another wonderful round of super Netball
- 30:23Speaker 1: on the weekend. I also while I enjoyed the game
- 30:28Speaker 1: out at ken Rosewall Arena on the weekend, and I did.
- 30:31Speaker 1: I loved it. I felt it was a great way
- 30:33Speaker 1: for the Swiss to end a season that they might
- 30:36Speaker 1: not that was very difficult for them. But I got
- 30:38Speaker 1: to meet dribbler Emily and her baby Elizabeth, who was
- 30:41Speaker 1: apparently not named after Liz Ellis, but I don't believe
- 30:44Speaker 1: get exactly exactly. Emily is a mad Keen netballer, so yes,
- 30:49Speaker 1: but that was that was very nice to meet the
- 30:52Speaker 1: next generation of dribbler coming through. So thanks for coming out.
- 30:57Speaker 1: But we're going to take a little break and then Catherine,
- 30:59Speaker 1: you have some thing that made you go. So whenever
- 31:25Speaker 1: we have things that make us go, hmm, I worry
- 31:27Speaker 1: that Catherine's going to use it as an opportunity to
- 31:30Speaker 1: air some grievances with me. So let's see, Catherine, something
- 31:35Speaker 1: made you go.
- 31:37Speaker 2: It's more just siblings. I think I'll just leave it
- 31:41Speaker 2: at that.
- 31:42Speaker 3: Is that a fair?
- 31:44Speaker 2: So this is how this all played out. So driving
- 31:47Speaker 2: home from the game on Sunday, I always I don't
- 31:50Speaker 2: know about YouTube, but I always make my phone calls
- 31:51Speaker 2: in the car. It's just the time to do it.
- 31:54Speaker 2: When you're at home. It's all too hard, rang my sister.
- 31:56Speaker 2: I thought we were having a lovely conversation about all
- 32:00Speaker 2: sorts of things. Then about five minutes or ten minutes
- 32:03Speaker 2: into the conversation it must have been, she said, did
- 32:06Speaker 2: you hit someone with a perkin Nana? Out of the
- 32:10Speaker 2: blue in this conversation. I said yes.
- 32:15Speaker 3: She goes, I just saw.
- 32:16Speaker 2: It on your No Dribble thing, and then I told
- 32:18Speaker 2: her the story. La la la, Sorry, Marilyn. And then
- 32:21Speaker 2: we're chatting a bit more, and then she goes, oh,
- 32:23Speaker 2: there's a cow on the road at Woodgate and they're
- 32:27Speaker 2: telling everybody to slow down and be careful. And I'm like,
- 32:29Speaker 2: what what? She goes, there's apparently on the community page
- 32:34Speaker 2: there's a thing about a cow on the road at
- 32:36Speaker 2: near their holiday place in Woodgate. I was like, okay, right.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Then literally the next thing, she says, oh, Carolyn's at
- 32:42Speaker 2: the surf Club having some drinks. And I'm like, at
- 32:44Speaker 2: this point in my head, I'm like, are you just
- 32:46Speaker 2: scrolling through the basebook whilst you're talking to me. Her response, Yes,
- 32:53Speaker 2: I got bored of this conversation with you ten minutes ago.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Well wrap it up, give me back my day, me
- 33:00Speaker 1: make my next phone.
- 33:01Speaker 2: To be fair, that is, people would just say ok bye,
- 33:03Speaker 2: and she just wanted to keep me on the phone
- 33:06Speaker 2: and just go through.
- 33:09Speaker 3: Some of them were about your life. To be fair though,
- 33:12Speaker 3: that is that is not that is not unusual for
- 33:16Speaker 3: your relationship. You and her are beyond honest with each other.
- 33:19Speaker 3: I thought me and my sister were pretty straight up.
- 33:21Speaker 3: You two take the cake.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so there you go. That's my things that
- 33:26Speaker 2: make you go.
- 33:28Speaker 1: So in future, when I get bored of a conversation with.
- 33:31Speaker 2: You, I'll just wrap it up. Yeah, I trap that
- 33:34Speaker 2: ship up, Okay, shime?
- 33:38Speaker 1: Yeah, well I would like to do so.
- 33:40Speaker 3: Did you know I'm just checking my Facebook page while you.
- 33:45Speaker 2: What you got?
- 33:47Speaker 1: Well, Daryl's doing a on the No Dribble facebook group
- 33:52Speaker 1: about people who tip with their heart and people who
- 33:55Speaker 1: tip with their head. So everyone should have a look
- 33:59Speaker 1: at Darryl Milton's post and respond to the survey because
- 34:02Speaker 1: God knows what he's doing with it, but it will
- 34:04Speaker 1: be interesting. But we did have so. Last week I
- 34:07Speaker 1: did a No Drible recommend for the Come a Live
- 34:08Speaker 1: show the Greatest Showman Arena Spectacular Big Top thing, and
- 34:13Speaker 1: they gave us a couple of tickets to give away
- 34:15Speaker 1: at our live event on Friday night, and we also
- 34:17Speaker 1: have another couple of tickets to give away at the
- 34:19Speaker 1: Melbourne show. So that's so thank you very much to them.
- 34:23Speaker 1: And I wanted to ask you both about your bottle
- 34:26Speaker 1: of cocktails from Buffalo Veil Distilleries.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Do you know us so well? How did you know
- 34:31Speaker 2: I've cracked mine? Have you cracked yours?
- 34:33Speaker 3: Elizabeth? My god, I was a netball for three days
- 34:35Speaker 3: on the weekend. Did not just crack it? But it's gone.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I was in a sharehouse with the heap of other parents,
- 34:41Speaker 3: so we all loved it.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Oh so so good. You know what made me laugh though,
- 34:47Speaker 2: no dribble. Audience are quite amazing. We've we had a
- 34:49Speaker 2: table of gifts and if you won something, you could
- 34:53Speaker 2: just go and choose whatever you wanted. What would you
- 34:55Speaker 2: guys choose first? Out of that table? Alcohol, alcohol, and
- 34:59Speaker 2: the co right now, they were the last ones there.
- 35:02Speaker 2: They took the netball wine charms and they took all
- 35:05Speaker 2: the netball stuff.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Well, those wine charmps were sensational and Nicole Montelioni has
- 35:11Speaker 1: given us a couple of sets of those, and her
- 35:15Speaker 1: daughter Anna was umpiring the next day at State Titles
- 35:19Speaker 1: and they came along and Nicole gave us these sets
- 35:22Speaker 1: to give away, and quite rightly, people snap these things
- 35:25Speaker 1: up because they're just lovely little wine charms. They put
- 35:27Speaker 1: them on the stem so no one takes your glass
- 35:30Speaker 1: of wine. And there are a whole set of netball bibs.
- 35:33Speaker 1: They're just beautiful, some lovely key rings. That said in
- 35:36Speaker 1: my netball era. So that was was really not it
- 35:39Speaker 1: was so heartwarming. I loved it. On Friday night, thank
- 35:42Speaker 1: you coming to our event. It was amazing. So all right,
- 35:48Speaker 1: so we still have one round of the regular season
- 35:50Speaker 1: to go. We will be talking about that on Friday.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I'd also like to talk about injuries. So you know,
- 35:58Speaker 1: you now have two days obviously between now and when
- 36:01Speaker 1: we record. Our next episode is actually in two minutes,
- 36:04Speaker 1: so think about that, please, ladies, and don't lift a bye. Everyone,
- 36:08Speaker 1: have a happy Wednesday. Don't forget to put your tips in.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Oh I haven't talked about the Valor Dribblers tipping.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Com I it on Friday.
- 36:14Speaker 1: Well no, I got in trouble from Alexa for that. Yeah,
- 36:18Speaker 1: we'll do it on Friday. Bye.
