  [SPEAKER_04]: Quinsion, Judkins will not face any formal charges for the arrest last month for domestic violence allegations.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Big deal for the Browns, guys.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Like, you know, now there's still obviously the NFL can do their own investigation.

  [SPEAKER_04]: He could still be suspended or wherever for, you know, damaging the image of the badge, the shield for the NFL, the personal, you know, conduct policy.

  [SPEAKER_03]: But as far as it goes for football, this is a chance for him to get with the Browns get under contract.

  [SPEAKER_03]: He's going to be a huge part of this offense, I believe, once he is incorporated into everything.

  [SPEAKER_03]: And you know, and obviously we'll see what happens, but he's it's not a shoe in that there's no suspension.

  [SPEAKER_04]: So just to go on what you just said there, it has to start that I'm going to read this for everybody.

  [SPEAKER_04]: The decline and I'm a random by the state attorney's office.

  [SPEAKER_04]: This is from Daniel, if you see on X, he posted this and it says, quote, this incident was not captured on any video surveillance.

  [SPEAKER_04]: There are no independent witnesses to the incident.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Although the victim had photos showing injury sustained, there were also videos in that same timeframe where no injuries were observed to the victim.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Additionally, the victim's injuries depicted in the photos could be explained by either count of the incident, meaning his or hers.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Finally, there was a delayed report of the incident.

  [SPEAKER_04]: The delay is problematic as the victim was alone on numerous occasions without the defendant.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Had the ability and resources to make the report without his knowledge, but chose not to do so.

  [SPEAKER_04]: For the reason said forth, there is no reasonable likelihood of conviction in this case is being declined.

  [SPEAKER_04]: So there you go.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you basically hit the nail in the head with everything there.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So I mean, as far as legally, I mean, the case is closed with no charges.

  [SPEAKER_02]: The NFL, like we said, they can still investigate, but it removes a major legal barrier for Jenkins.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So he can return the Browns and sign a contract.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So he's got to get

  [SPEAKER_02]: You know, familiar with the playbook.

  [SPEAKER_02]: He's got to get conditioned and he's got to start getting into cap camp.

  [SPEAKER_02]: He's rebuilt his image and that's super important because there's mixed reviews.

  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's some fans that are relieved and said, Oh, this is just another case that he said she said.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So they were dropped while others are still super concerned about

  [SPEAKER_02]: previous signings from the Brown.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So I'll leave it up to you guys to the side.

  [SPEAKER_02]: I think it's a bad look, but I mean, the young man deserves a chance.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So if he can put his life together, put this head of them, and it works out for both parties.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, for me, this is not the same as last year with my call because with the my call incident.

  [SPEAKER_04]: So if I'm wrong about this stuff correctly, but there were witnesses.

  [SPEAKER_04]: So it was a different situation where in this one, this is a complete, he says she said there is nothing supporting what she claimed happened based on what they're saying.

  [SPEAKER_04]: just very sketchy details that could have been maybe faked or whatever is basically what I'm pulling from this so I do think like Justin said this suspension if there is one should not be anything I mean my call was five games I believe yeah like you said Justin maybe two three at the max I mean but then you come back to the based on

  [SPEAKER_04]: based on the legality of this for what you know so and it kind of gets in that great area of well people come out and they just make allegations against the person whether they're true or not whether they're there there's charges or no charges are we just gonna suspend everybody has allegations against them

  [SPEAKER_02]: So you kind of mentioned all the reasons why it was dropped.

  [SPEAKER_02]: It basically rests with the NFL's disciplinary officer, whoever that is right now.

  [SPEAKER_02]: But basically, while he's not exempt from discipline because the charges were dropped, the league can still impose a suspension, but it has to be based on a support of evidence.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And if you go through what you just said, there's not a lot of supporting evidence, right?

  [SPEAKER_02]: And while four games or five games was a standard with Mike Hall, his evidence based on witnesses and some footage was much more damning.

  [SPEAKER_04]: Well, I think that's, that's what, you know, something to look forward to here gone, you know, as things proceed.

  [SPEAKER_04]: The sexual assault case against former Texas wide receiver as a bond has been no build and he faces no further criminal charges.
