SPEAKER_02: Over and over again, this is how spirit shows me people grow and evolve, is because first your energy has to be the version of you that can hold the energetic capacity that you're walking into.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_02: Because you have to be the person that can hold the next version of you first before your mind can even understand that you've already evolved into the next version of you.
• 0:51
  SPEAKER_02: What actually creates change?
• 0:53
SPEAKER_02: These days I'm asking that same question about energy, consciousness, the soul, and our connection to spirit.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_02: And no, we're not keeping this theoretical.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_02: On the podcast, we're going to teach it, test it, demonstrate it, play with it, and bring real people into the conversation.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_02: We'll explore mediumship, energetic, intuition, ancestral patterns, human potential, and some things I'm not even sure we have language for yet.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_02: Because the goal is bigger than becoming more spiritual.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_02: It's about discovering what you're capable of, using it to transform yourself, expand your life, and step into possibilities you couldn't access before.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_02: This is the Unity Code, where spirit meets experimentation, transformation, and a community curious enough to find out what else is possible.
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_02: I'm so glad you're here.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_02: And whether you're here with us live in the room or whether you're listening afterwards, I want you to treat this a little bit more like an experience and less like a normal podcast episode.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_02: And so wherever you are, if you are able to, I would suggest you have a glass of water with you.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_02: And obviously a journal and something to write with, or a piece of paper and something to write with if you can.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_02: Cell phone is fine too.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_02: If you want to type notes into your cell phone, that's absolutely fine.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_02: Mainly because I think there's going to be some beautiful things that bubble up through this experience with all of you.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_02: And for most of you, most of the people who listen to me at some level are intuitive and psychic.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_02: And so you will likely have some of your own experiences through this ceremony today.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_02: And I want you to be able to be able to write those down as well.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_02: So make sure you're paying attention to your own body, your own energy, whether you are receiving images or words or feelings in your body, just you can absolutely take a moment to write those down at any point during this activity today.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_02: And so I do want to start with a little bit of a background of what a ceremony is, why we're doing it at this equinox today, because a lot of the times people will do more rituals and less ceremonies with this work.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_02: So this you might be familiar with, you know, full moon experiences, new moon experiences, obviously guided meditations, but ceremony, ceremonies are a little bit different because ceremonies bring in a lot of energy around intention, sacredness, presence, and a lot of relationships to the activity that we're doing.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_02: So this is definitely more of a shamanic type of experience that we're going to go through today.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_02: And so part of a ceremony is actually acknowledging that we are working with something beyond the analytical mind.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_02: So we were actually going to use today to call in the energy of the land, the elements, spirit, your own spiritual team, your own soul.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_02: And what is so cool about ceremonies is that they don't need to be super elaborate or long to be powerful?
• 4:32
SPEAKER_02: Its potency actually comes from how we enter it.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_02: So just take a moment as you're kind of sitting here today listening to this.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_02: You know, are you fully present with the experience as much as you can today, right?
• 4:46
SPEAKER_02: Are you able to bring in more presence into this activity today?
• 4:50
SPEAKER_02: Are you clear in what your intention is today?
• 4:52
SPEAKER_02: And we're going to walk through what that looks like for you.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_02: Can you focus your energy on surrendering into this experience instead of trying to control the answer or what you want out of it?
• 5:08
  SPEAKER_02: Right?
• 5:08
SPEAKER_02: A lot of the thresholds that we face in terms of these equinoxes, and honestly, a lot of the pagan holidays, we actually experience energetic upgrades before our mind can even understand what we are walking through.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_02: And so for you, this little bit of questioning about your intention and your energy and your ability to be present is actually part of the ceremony as well.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_02: And so let's talk a little bit about the autumn equinox, what it means, what does it mean shamanically, as well as kind of in the field?
• 5:47
SPEAKER_02: And this is all going to build into the ceremony as we start to open that sacred space.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_02: And as always, for folks that are live here in the session, you are absolutely welcome to add notes, questions into the chat as we're going through.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_02: Happy to answer that for you, make this an interactive experience as well.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_02: And so autumn is generally associated with a few different things.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_02: So it's associated with the West, and we're going to talk about what that means.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_02: It's associated with adulthood, harvest, and water.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_02: And so when you're looking at the medicine wheel, especially across different indigenous cultures, uh, including Native American, what you're going to find is there's different meanings and different symbols across different cultures, uh, based on north, south, east, and west, based on earth, air, fire, water, based on um all of these different holidays as well.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_02: So traditionally, at least in my experience, I find this is the this is the version of the autumn equinox that I feel most called to because the autumn equinox is absolutely a beautiful natural threshold because we're moving out of the deliciousness of summer and spring, right?
• 6:56
SPEAKER_02: And into a harvest season with reflection and transition and eventually the inward movement of winter, right?
• 7:04
SPEAKER_02: And it we're also moving into spooky Halloween season as well.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_02: And so for me, um, these four symbols, the West, adulthood, harvest, and water actually are the most beautiful way for me to uncover and find meaning in this seasonal transition for all of you.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_02: Because if we think about autumn, autumn is when all the leaves turn gorgeous colors up here in New England, where I'm located, right?
• 7:28
SPEAKER_02: And so because of that, it really is associated a little bit more with the West, and it is associated more with the setting sun.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_02: And it's really interesting when you think about the setting sun, because it's it's essentially bringing closure to a day.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_02: You've had the entire day, you've had the morning, you've had the midday, beautiful, warm sun across the day.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_02: And you can kind of equate that obviously with spring as the sunrise, summer, it would be the midday sun.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_02: And as you get into fall, this would be closer to the sunset.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_02: And it's essentially helping us move towards the completion of a cycle.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_02: Now it's it's really interesting because we don't often like to slow down, right?
• 8:16
SPEAKER_02: If we think about the sun, who I mean, who doesn't love the sunset, right?
• 8:19
SPEAKER_02: It's such a beautiful, glamorous, wonderful part of the day.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_02: But also there's this question mark as we move into the colder months, the days are getting shorter, right?
• 8:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, is that we never really want to slow down the momentum.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_02: But if we think about the autumn equinox in terms of the West, in terms of the sunset, we realize that everything kind of has to move into this beautiful period where we are slowing down, where we are uh bringing a little bit more rest.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_02: And so we are actually focusing our energy into the point where we can kind of focus on the next cycle of energy and bring us into the colder months and more of the hibernation periods.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I love this, Alexis.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_02: Nature changes effortly without question.
• 9:04
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_02: Um, and so the autumn equinox is also likewise associated with adulthood and maturity.
• 9:10
  SPEAKER_02: And it's very similar.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_02: Again, like spring is all about youth and and starting seeds, right?
• 9:16
SPEAKER_02: And as we move into summer, we're planting those seeds.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_02: And then when we reach into fall, this is when we are starting to harvest all of the information.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_02: We're starting to represent that we have we we have wisdom, we have gone through a journey, we have gone through the cycle of living.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_02: And so this is actually the very mature part of the cycle of the year because we are able to see what we grew, what we didn't, what surprised us, and also what cost more than we got back from it.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_02: And so as we reach this adulthood maturity type of phase within the year, this is when we could have um uncovered so much more of what who we became, what became possible when our expectations are a little bit different further on along in the journey, as we say, like hindsight is 2020.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_02: And so part of this phase within the autumn equinox is actually looking back at our journey and understanding what actually happened and allowing us to see ourselves much more clearly in the current energies of our cycle of life.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_02: And obviously, I've mentioned this a few times.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_02: It's also the harvest as we start to see all of the crops around us, you know, kind of either slowing in production, or I know it's mainly with the winter squash season, we start to see, you know, the more of the winter gourd, squash, et cetera, kind of coming into growth at this time.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_02: And so this is again the season where you are taking in everything that you've learned, the journey that you've been through, and you're gaining the wisdom and you're noticing the boundaries and you're you are noticing all of the different ways that you grew in your energy throughout the year and coming into terms more into like who you actually became.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_02: And so autumn equinox is a wonderful time of year where you can just notice the version of you that exists now because you grew in the seasons that came before this.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_02: And so when we're thinking about the harvest, it's actually not just what you created, it's who you became in the middle of creating it as well.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_02: And I think this is really important because when we think about autumn and we think about the fall equinox, we're not necessarily crossing this threshold with totally new energy.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_02: We're actually looking back at the old season and what it enabled in us to walk into the next one.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_02: And so that is really what we are harvesting today is looking back at the growth that we've had to highlight where is their opportunity to continue growing as we move forward.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_02: And as you can imagine, looking back with a little bit of nostalgia vibes, right?
• 12:04
SPEAKER_02: And seeing how we grew and seeing these cycles that we've been really working towards kind of coming into fruition and harvesting the results.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_02: This can be a little bit emotional for a lot of people.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm a little emotional because you know, the warm months of summer are gone, if I'm honest with all of you.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm a little sad about that.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_02: But um, also associated with the autumn equinox is water, which is related to emotion.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_02: And so water is such a beautiful conduit.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_02: And that's why um you I asked all of you to grab some water before the ceremony is because water is such a beautiful metaphor for kind of the season that you're stepping into, because it responds to what it encounters, right?
• 12:49
SPEAKER_02: Like water fills up whatever container that it's in, it moves around obstacles, it can become still and reflective, and it can also be so powerful that it reshapes the landscape.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_02: And so the emotion that comes with the water shows us usually that there's something deeper going on than what's on the surface as well.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_02: And so, even though the season is changing, we don't necessarily always feel the version of us that is evolving with it.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_02: And so today, water is going to help us become a literal metaphor in your space for this threshold that we're crossing.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_02: And it's going to be the conduit which allows us to kind of bring in that next version of us into the next season.
• 13:38
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, so good.
• 13:39
  SPEAKER_02: It's so good.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_02: And so this is why I think the equinox is such a beautiful time for a ceremony because we are literally at a natural threshold between cycles.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_02: And this cycle, this transition is going to happen subconsciously.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_02: And now we're just bringing that a little bit into the conscious.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_02: And actually, we're using the natural vibrational frequencies that exist across time and space, across all of these cultures all over the world to use this energy of crossing into a new season and using that energy and amplifying it for, I gotta be honest with all of you, a little bit of personal gain here.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_02: So who couldn't use a little extra help from the vibrations that are all around us?
• 14:22
SPEAKER_02: And so I keep using the word threshold as we're talking about moving into this new season, but really it's actually a portal.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_02: And there's a there's a difference because threshold is kind of like just like in your house, a threshold is kind of like a speed bump.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_02: You choose to move across it, but portal is a little bit different because to me, when we set the intention of not going backwards, that is the energy of portals for me.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_02: And that's what I want for all of you today, because I want you to imagine this ceremony as a portal where you are walking into the next version of you.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_02: And portals, we tend to only go forward, we don't necessarily go backward.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_02: Whereas thresholds, you can kind of go back and forth.
• 15:17
  SPEAKER_02: It's a little bit easier.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_02: And the only difference between the two is your intention.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_02: Is do you want to go backward or are you done with the old season, the old version of you, the old vibrations of all of the hard work that you spent all year moving towards?
• 15:36
SPEAKER_02: Oh gosh, and this has been a year, right?
• 15:38
SPEAKER_02: The fire horse has been a fucking year.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_02: And so now do you want to move forward and step through the portal of the next version of you?
• 15:50
SPEAKER_02: And as I say that, I do want to asterisk a little bit because we're not necessarily going to open like a cosmic doorway, right?
• 15:57
SPEAKER_02: And have you run through it and be a whole new person by the end of the ceremony.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_02: But what it does mean is that there will be an energetic shift in you.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_02: And this is important to call out because as I mentioned before, energy, your energy will change before your mind understands it.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_02: And I feel like every single one of you knows what that looks like and feels like because I feel like every single one of you have felt it this year, have felt your energy change, something shift in your reality before your mind could even think about it.
• 16:33
  SPEAKER_02: Fair?
• 16:35
  SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_02: And so we're gonna continue that today.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_02: And we're gonna step into the latest version of you, and then we're gonna ask spirit to come in and validate this after the fact that you have stepped into the next version of you.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_02: So that is all going to be part of the ceremony here today.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_02: And this is typical, and it's not necessarily the most glamorous way to walk through a portal, but I will tell you over and over again this is how spirit shows me people grow and evolve, is because first your energy has to be the version of you that can hold the energetic capacity that you're walking into.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_02: So it's like your energy has to set the stage, your energy is the container for the evolution.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_02: So as you step into the portal, as you step into the threat, the across the threshold into the new version of you, your energy matches that.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_02: And then everything else catches up from there because you have to be the person that can hold the next version of you first before your mind can even understand that you've have already evolved into the next version of you.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_02: It's kind of like going to college.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_02: First, you study, first you gain the wisdom and the knowledge, and then you apply it.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_02: That's kind of like the energy that we're walking towards right now.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_02: And so one more little caveat before we open the sacred space is my team was crystal clear that I need to separate out what your human wants versus what your soul wants.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we're gonna have this conversation for a minute here because our human, rightfully so, requests a lot of very physical outcomes, tangible outcomes to the next version of you.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_02: So whether it's a new job, a new house, a pay raise, right?
• 18:31
SPEAKER_02: Like um something, you know, like$2 million inheritance.
• 18:36
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, please.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_02: That would be fantastic, right?
• 18:38
SPEAKER_02: So all of these things are what our human wants naturally is outcomes.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_02: And I have to be honest with you, is what a lot of clients come to me asking when is the job happening?
• 18:47
SPEAKER_02: When is the inheritance happening?
• 18:48
  SPEAKER_02: When is this happening?
• 18:50
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_02: And so our our human wants these very tangible results, but our soul can kind of see underneath it all and help us decipher.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_02: Danny's showing me off over here.
• 19:06
  SPEAKER_02: I love it.
• 19:06
  SPEAKER_02: Sorry.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_02: I can see somebody else in the video.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_02: Um, and so our human is gonna want a certain thing, but our soul can kind of see the vibrations that are underneath it and what what we actually need.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_02: And I love this because I was actually watching, I'm gonna side tangent just for a second here.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_02: I was actually watching the movie Chicago with my daughter last week.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if anyone's seen Chicago, but I think it's a perfect freaking example for how spirit works.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_02: Because you have Roxy Hart that wants to be on the stage, and she's willing to do whatever it takes, have an affair in order to get on the stage because she wants to be on that stage.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_02: But what ends up happening, spoiler if anyone's not seen it yet, is she ends up killing the person she's having an affair with, getting sent to jail, meeting the star that she wanted to be on stage with, going through a trial, doing all of these things.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_02: And what was the outcome of this giant side quest that kind of spirit sent her on in the session?
• 20:07
SPEAKER_02: Was that she actually did end up on stage, but the process to get there was not what she would have expected at all.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_02: Because if she had started to go down the path that she expected, was going from married to being on stage and being famous, that path would have been very difficult, very long, likely not what she expected or wanted as an outcome.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_02: And instead, she was catapulted into a media circus sideshow that allowed her to become super famous while she's in jail.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_02: And at the end of the day, meeting the person that she wants to be in the show with.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_02: And then at the and then at the very end of the movie, you see that now she is actually on stage living the dream that she always wanted.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_02: And so this is kind of what I'm talking about a little bit here.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_02: I thought it was a perfect example of how spirit works with us and and brings us to the destination, is because we know what we want, but spirit is the best conduit to get us there, even if we don't know what it looks like, even if it we think we're going down the wrong path, even it's even though if it's not the path that we want at all, spirit knows exactly what you want and how to get you there.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_02: And so that's what we're gonna surrender into a little bit today with the ceremony is let's talk, let's identify what we want.
• 21:23
SPEAKER_02: Let's let spirit kind of bring additional levels of understanding to what we want and show us the version of us that is willing to meet and able to meet the path that we are walking towards.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_02: And they will absolutely help us every single step of the way to achieve the goals that we want.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_02: That is what they do.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_02: We just have to be open enough to open enough to listen to the direction and trust and guidance that they have for us.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_02: And Alexis in the chat is saying that she doesn't even know what she wants.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_02: And so as we're going through this, if you're not sure what you want the outcome to be, it's totally fine.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_02: Let Spirit show you what the next version of your evolution looks like instead.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_02: And just leave it open open-ended.
• 22:13
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 22:14
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_02: Any questions before we open sacred space and do our ceremony?
• 22:23
  SPEAKER_02: Looks good.
• 22:24
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_02: So take a moment here.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_02: We're going to open sacred space and move right into our ceremony.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_02: So if you're able to, it's a great time to just, you know, settle into your space, settle into your body.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_02: You're welcome to, you know, lay down, get comfortable, close your eyes, whatever feels right for you.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_02: Um, as we're going through this, absolutely open up your eyes if you feel like you need to write anything down throughout this exercise.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_02: I don't want you to forget it.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_02: But we start our ceremonies by essentially opening sacred space.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_02: And this is just allowing you know your energy to settle and inviting in the supporting energies that are going to help us here today.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_02: And so as you are bringing yourself into this sacred space, I just want you to begin to settle in your body, feel whatever surface is supporting you, feel your feet, feel your shoulders relax and your arms, and just allow your breath to slow naturally.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_02: We don't need to achieve a certain special state, just looking for you to be more present and arrive in your body for this exercise today.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_02: And if anything is bubbling up in your mind, just let any thoughts or any memories of what happened before this kind of move into the background.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_02: Whatever needs your attention later can come back when you have space and capacity to do so.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_02: And now we're just going to consciously step out of our energy, everyday energetic experience and move into the ceremony.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_02: We will honor the land beneath every single person gathered here, wherever you may be.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_02: We're going to honor the earth beneath us and the sky above us, the air and breath moving through all life, fire in its power to illuminate and transform, water and its ability to move, reflect, carry, and change form.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_02: And we honor the East in its new beginnings, the South in its growth, the West in its setting sun, adulthood, harvest, and completion, and the north with the wisdom that comes through experience.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_02: I invite into this ceremonial space only those that are helping and compassionate spirits, guides, ancestors, and members of our spirit teams who are here supporting the highest good and evolution of all that have gathered.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_02: I ask that they witness us, support us, protect us in the space, and help us perceive what ordinarily our minds cannot see.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_02: Help us move underneath the human self and help us understand what our soul is actually calling forward.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_02: I ask that every person here receives what is appropriate for them.
• 26:04
  SPEAKER_02: And whatever comes through.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_02: I ask that it be clear, sovereign, compassionate, and in service to your evolution.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_02: And whatever is planted here today will unfold in the timing and form that is right for each one of us.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_02: The sacred space is now open.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_02: And in this beautiful energy that you're all sitting in, I want you to imagine yourself standing outside at the end of a day.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_02: The sun is moving toward the western horizon.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_02: And the sunset and its beautiful colors are beginning to illuminate the sky.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_01: Behind you is the landscape of a season that you have just lived.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_02: Your year, your experiences, and everything that has brought you here.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_02: Take a moment to turn around and look back towards the eastern sky.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_02: Let the landscape reveal itself however it wants to.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_02: You may notice people, places, memories, losses, accomplishments, things that grew beautiful, or maybe things that you had hoped that never grew at all.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_01: And from this place, ask yourself, what was the harvest of this season for me?
• 28:18
SPEAKER_01: Not just what did I accomplish, but what did I become?
• 28:30
  SPEAKER_01: What became stronger?
• 28:32
  SPEAKER_02: What did you learn?
• 28:35
SPEAKER_01: What truth do you know now that you did not when the season began?
• 28:51
SPEAKER_01: Allow that harvest to take form.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_02: It may come as an object, a symbol, a word or feeling, a color, a light, or just a knowing.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_02: Just receive it as it belongs to you.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_01: You can turn back towards the west.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_01: The sun is lower in between where you stand and whatever comes next, there is water.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_02: Let the water appear however it wants to.
• 30:06
  SPEAKER_02: Whether it's an ocean, a river, a lake, or a stream.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_02: Walk toward it and stand on the edge.
• 30:26
SPEAKER_02: Bring into awareness something that your human self wants next.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_01: Something you've been asking for or hoping will happen.
• 30:47
SPEAKER_02: And what I want you to do is imagine that desire in your hands.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_01: Whatever you want in your hands and extend them over the water.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_02: And as we extend your hands over the water, we are setting the intention of surrendering into spirit and trusting the delivery of how it will arrive.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_02: And as you hold the desire over the water, I want you to ask yourself, what am I really asking for beneath this?
• 31:47
SPEAKER_02: What is the underlying energy or intention beneath your desires?
• 31:59
SPEAKER_01: Can you uncover a deeper story to your desires?
• 32:09
SPEAKER_01: The story that sits in your subconscious.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_01: Whatever is bubbling up to the surface for you.
• 32:28
SPEAKER_02: This is the next evolution of where you were walking into.
• 32:51
SPEAKER_02: Trusting that spirit is going to bring you exactly what you need, exactly when you need it, and surrendering to the beautiful journey that lays before you within the next season.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_02: And as we release the desire down the stream or into the water, I want you to be aware of your soul and the spirits that are supporting you here today.
• 33:37
SPEAKER_02: And as they step forward, they are going to let you know what is currently trying to evolve through you in this new season.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_02: And we are not searching for an answer here.
• 33:53
SPEAKER_02: Let yourself receive whatever comes.
• 34:01
SPEAKER_02: What is the next evolution of you that is stepping forward through the autumn equinox portal today?
• 34:18
SPEAKER_01: Take a moment to receive it.
• 34:21
SPEAKER_01: Ask questions if it's helpful.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_01: And notice how your body and energy feels as it's brought into your awareness.
• 34:44
SPEAKER_02: Notice any buzzing energy that is happening.
• 34:50
  SPEAKER_02: Any relief or excitement.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_02: And again, notice how your body is responding before your mind can fully understand the full picture.
• 35:33
SPEAKER_02: Perhaps they're giving you instructions, perhaps they're showing you how your journey is supported, or you might just feel a beautiful energy of love and guidance.
• 37:01
SPEAKER_02: And when you're ready, we're going to begin to walk into the water that is in front of you.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_02: And as you walk, I want you to feel it all around you and with every step, allowing your energy to reorganize around where you're going instead of where you have been.
• 37:35
SPEAKER_01: Let the water carry what has been completed down the stream.
• 37:45
SPEAKER_02: Anything not needing your energetic awareness or capacity moving away from you while you keep the wisdom and strength and discernment within you.
• 38:01
SPEAKER_02: And as you continue to move across the water, you'll continue to have energetic shifts.
• 38:14
SPEAKER_01: And when you're ready, you will find yourself stepping across the other shore.
• 38:35
SPEAKER_02: Take a moment to notice anything that has shifted about yourself.
• 38:48
SPEAKER_02: Notice any changes to your physical form, your energetic form, the energetic state in your own body.
• 39:03
SPEAKER_02: Notice what feels expanded, maybe what feels quieter, or what simply does not have the same hold anymore.
• 39:20
SPEAKER_02: And at this time, I ask that you place your hand over your heart and ask, soul, what am I choosing now?
• 39:35
SPEAKER_02: And I want you to receive one word, a symbol, a feeling, a knowing, and let this be your guidepost that carries you forward.
• 39:56
SPEAKER_02: And now, for those of you that have your water, I want you to put the intention of the word in your water.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_02: You can say it out loud to your water, you can infuse your water with the energy that you just received.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_02: But this is when we are going to literally infuse our entire being, our body, with the energy of the anchor of the ceremony.
• 40:36
SPEAKER_01: Speak your word to the water, and when you're ready, take a drink.
• 41:23
SPEAKER_02: And before we move out of this sacred space, I want to ask and set the intention with all of you that your amazing team will show you the evidence of the energy that you stepped into today.
• 41:38
SPEAKER_02: And they will show it to you in ways that you will recognize and you will notice.
• 41:44
SPEAKER_02: And this evidence may come in the form of a synchronicity, a conversation, an opportunity, repeated imagery, or simply through knowing that your body is going to have a different response.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_02: Your beliefs, your patterns are going to have a different response than you had before.
• 42:06
SPEAKER_01: But I'm going to ask your team to validate this experience with all of you for today.
• 42:18
SPEAKER_02: And so let's bring you back into your physical body.
• 42:24
SPEAKER_02: And I want you to feel your feet and your hands and your surface beneath you.
• 42:32
SPEAKER_02: And just take a moment to notice the space all around you as well.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_01: Just take a nice deep breath.
• 42:47
  SPEAKER_01: And welcome back.
• 42:52
SPEAKER_02: And as always, take a moment to write anything down that you don't want to lose from this session today.
• 43:56
SPEAKER_02: And when everybody took the sip of water, my Body just started shaking.
• 44:01
SPEAKER_02: And so there is something to be said about actually ingesting the frequencies and intentions that you just put out there.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_02: And know that whenever you need a little reset on that energy, you can do that same thing over and over again by setting the intention in the water and literally drinking it.
• 44:23
SPEAKER_02: And there's a whole thought, thought, knowledge, and actually proven scientific models out there about the intention of water and how it can really change your energetic field and how water has thought and water can react to frequencies.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_01: So you can absolutely continue to use that as something going forward.
• 44:49
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 44:49
SPEAKER_02: And Alexis in the chat thinks she really saw and felt the old me.
• 44:55
SPEAKER_02: Almost a mourning, and there's so much support in this version I'm stepping into.
• 44:58
  SPEAKER_02: And I think that's that's the interesting part, I think, Alexis.
• 45:02
SPEAKER_02: And thank you for sharing that in the chat because it feels so sad sometimes to let the old version of us go, but that's part of the evolution because you wouldn't be able to step into the new version of you without first going through the evolution of the version of you that has been through probably the ringer.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_02: And so um when that happens, I like to for anyone that used to watch the show, I like to do the Marie Kondo version of that.
• 45:29
SPEAKER_02: And I'm just like, I like to thank that version of me for being there, and then I release it with love.
• 45:35
  SPEAKER_02: If that helps.
• 46:19
SPEAKER_00: Um I'm not sure how much I'm comfortable sharing.
• 46:24
SPEAKER_00: There's so much, but um sorry, I'm holding the space, I'm just being quiet.
• 46:31
  SPEAKER_02: I love, but I love that.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_02: Um, and you were able to see the next version of you T.
• 46:37
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, feel it.
• 46:38
  SPEAKER_00: It's it was wow.
• 46:42
SPEAKER_00: Um where I used to live was actually to the east of where I am now.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_00: And so, and there's a river that I live next to now that passes by right where I used to live.
• 46:54
SPEAKER_00: And so I'm literally in this imagining the literal east and the literal west and where I literally am right now and standing outside.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_00: And then it turned into like an ocean, and I was just falling.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_00: And at first I was scared, and um, and it's like, no, this is okay.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_00: And so then I dropped in this beautiful blue calm, and then this light, and like my word was light um around me like an aura.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_00: And then when I was, when when you said, Okay, let's go ahead to the other side, I'm like, I'm gonna sit here forever, but I probably should go up.
• 47:32
SPEAKER_00: And then when you said there's a word that you said, I can't remember, and then my ears started ringing.
• 47:36
SPEAKER_00: And it's so funny, my ears ring sometimes when I listen to your podcast at certain points.
• 47:41
SPEAKER_00: And then, and then we did the waters like and I'm like on the beach on the other side, wrung out, and there's flowers growing around me.
• 47:55
SPEAKER_00: Wow, there's so much more feelings beyond what the words that that go into this, but um, it was really special.
• 48:04
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for holding this space.
• 48:08
  SPEAKER_02: I'm blown away.
• 48:10
SPEAKER_02: The symbolism, and I mean the trustfall.
• 48:18
SPEAKER_02: It was literally a trustfall in the ocean.
• 48:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was a trust fall to just surrender into the this next version of you.
• 48:25
SPEAKER_02: I'm being reminded right now.
• 48:27
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if anyone's gone through their Reiki certification at all, but when you do the attunement, there's a 21-day.
• 48:33
SPEAKER_02: Did you do that, T?
• 48:35
  SPEAKER_00: No, never done Reiki.
• 48:36
  SPEAKER_00: That's okay.
• 48:36
SPEAKER_02: So with Reiki, there's a 21-day essentially like adjustment period that happens after you get attuned.
• 48:43
SPEAKER_02: And so, like every single day, there's a little bit of energetic shift that happens over and over again.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm being called to share that with you, T, because I really feel like you are probably gonna go into this beautiful post-portal uh transition period where the things that you like you no longer like.
• 49:03
SPEAKER_02: The thing like just like coffee getting ripped away from me, right?
• 49:05
SPEAKER_02: Like, so just notice if things show up differently for you as you're moving into this next version of you that and anything that's moving and shifting is being brought forward for you to receive the maximum vibrational frequency that will result in like you totally being immersed in yourself in the next version of you that's to come, which is gonna open so many more doors down the line.
• 49:31
SPEAKER_01: So thank you for sharing.
• 49:32
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_01: All right, I think we have time for one more share if anyone wants to.
• 49:46
SPEAKER_02: Alexis is adding to the chat, she felt armor falling off of her.
• 49:50
SPEAKER_02: And it was so much later now.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_02: I was told not, yeah, not to be so hard now.
• 49:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you don't need to be hard in this journey.
• 49:57
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely not.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_02: These events can be like energetic whiplash, so be gentle with yourself as you move forward with us.
• 50:14
SPEAKER_02: Anyone else feel like sharing going once, going twice?
• 50:22
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 50:24
  SPEAKER_02: Sounds good.
• 50:27
SPEAKER_02: And so before we close this, I do want to just take a moment to remind you that this ceremony is essentially the portal of the opening of the next version of you.
• 50:44
SPEAKER_02: So you don't have to figure everything out today.
• 50:46
SPEAKER_02: Pay attention to the evidence that we asked your team to bring you, right?
• 50:51
SPEAKER_02: And just notice anything that is popping up that is repeating either through your own experience or through the experience of others.
• 50:59
SPEAKER_02: But then also, you know, as I was just mentioning, pay attention to what is changing inside you.
• 51:04
SPEAKER_02: Because again, different things are going to activate you now.
• 51:08
SPEAKER_02: A decision that maybe you have been delaying now suddenly seems obvious.
• 51:12
SPEAKER_02: Maybe you stop chasing some of the things that you want.
• 51:15
SPEAKER_02: Um, and maybe some things that you have tolerated for years find themselves out of your energy and experience.
• 51:24
SPEAKER_02: And so those things are part of the evidence, too.
• 51:30
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 51:31
SPEAKER_02: And with that, we will just take one final breath together.
• 51:35
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna close the sacred space.
• 51:39
SPEAKER_02: And I want to give thanks to all of you for being here and everything that we witnessed today, and for the closing of the season that's behind us.
• 51:49
SPEAKER_02: And I want to give thanks to the harvest and everything that we're carrying forward.
• 51:56
SPEAKER_02: And I want to honor all of you, all of your loved ones, all of your guides that are with us here today, supporting your evolution and allowing you to step into that portal of the next version of you.
• 52:10
SPEAKER_02: May what we plan to today unfold in the timing and form that is right for every single one of us.
• 52:20
SPEAKER_02: And with that, the circle is now closed.
• 52:22
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna close out the ceremony.
• 52:25
SPEAKER_02: And again, thank you, all of you who joined me live today.
• 52:29
SPEAKER_02: Again, this is an energetic transformation.
• 52:34
SPEAKER_02: So be kind, be gentle to yourself, drink lots of water, take lots of rest.
• 52:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I just want you to again pay attention to the evidence that is to come.
• 52:44
SPEAKER_02: And for those of you that want to share, we are certainly out there in the Unicode lab portal.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_02: So you can come out to the portal, share your experiences.
• 52:53
SPEAKER_02: We'd love to hear it.
• 52:55
SPEAKER_02: And especially the experience with this and the evidence that's to come.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_02: So keep us in the loop.
• 53:00
SPEAKER_02: Let us know how this goes.
• 53:01
SPEAKER_02: And I want to wish you all an incredible, incredible autumn equinox.
• 53:06
SPEAKER_02: And I cannot wait to see what this next season has in store for you.
• 53:09
  SPEAKER_02: Take care.
• 53:19
SPEAKER_02: This is the Unity Code.
• 53:22
SPEAKER_02: If something today made you think differently, sparked a question, or made you wonder what else you're capable of, come join us inside the Unity Code community.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_02: That's where experiments are going to continue, conversations are going to get weirder, and you may even end up being part of the show.
• 53:39
SPEAKER_02: And if you're ready to take what we're exploring here and use it to create real change in your own life, you can always work with me directly by booking a session or attending a class right on my website at mediumnicole.com.
• 53:52
SPEAKER_02: Because knowing what's possible is only the beginning.
• 53:55
SPEAKER_02: The real magic is what you choose to do with it.
• 53:59
SPEAKER_02: I'll see you next time on the Unity Code.
