I’ve worn every role in franchising, from selling popcorn as a young mom, to being a franchisee, to now being the franchisor, and along the way, I’ve witnessed and experienced an insane amount of gatekeeping.

But here’s the truth: there is more than one way to build a legacy. There is room for women to lead differently and do it well. Sometimes, being the one who challenges the norms is exactly what you’re called to do.
