- 0:05Speaker 1: Hello, my love, it is La La Cant welcome back
- 0:08Speaker 1: to give them La La podcast. I'm excited for today
- 0:11Speaker 1: because I feel that we had a really productive podcast
- 0:16Speaker 1: meeting and we're getting back to our roots of pop culture.
- 0:21Speaker 1: I have been a little scarred culture. I'm like, let's
- 0:28Speaker 1: steer clear of that. What's happening in the tech world,
- 0:31Speaker 1: Let's let's talk about that.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Gives some apples. What's up with Tesla right now?
- 0:40Speaker 1: So I'm excited about that. I always love your guys' feedback,
- 0:44Speaker 1: although sometimes hard to digest, but I love productive, yes,
- 0:50Speaker 1: productive feedback. But before we jump into it, how is
- 0:53Speaker 1: everyone's weekend?
- 0:55Speaker 2: Weekend?
- 0:56Speaker 3: What did you do?
- 0:58Speaker 2: I went home to upstate New York and for my
- 1:00Speaker 2: sister's baby shower. It was beautiful finger lakes, finger finger lakes.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I saw you were on a boat.
- 1:06Speaker 2: I was on a boat. I was on a boat.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I went hiking everyone. It's so funny because that was
- 1:12Speaker 2: like we walked there from my sister's house. It's just
- 1:14Speaker 2: like waterfalls, and everyone was like, where is this. I'm like,
- 1:17Speaker 2: there's so many of these around here. It's literally just
- 1:19Speaker 2: like a random hike, like a mile away from her house.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I know this because my mom was like, Jess,
- 1:25Speaker 1: because on a boat, I want to be on a boat.
- 1:28Speaker 2: That's my sister and brother in law's boat. And I, yeah,
- 1:31Speaker 2: we always go it on it and just go to
- 1:32Speaker 2: the bay and stuff. It was nice.
- 1:34Speaker 4: So you went for her baby showering shower.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I was there from Thursday. I left Wednesday, though, I.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Flew on a red eye all intense. Yeah.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Did you sleep at all?
- 1:45Speaker 2: A little sleeping? Oh yeah, okay, really quick though. When
- 1:51Speaker 2: I was on the plane, I was I was sitting
- 1:54Speaker 2: next to a man. He was a bigger man and
- 1:57Speaker 2: there was it was just two seats right, and he
- 1:59Speaker 2: kept it's like his leg kept like touching mine. So
- 2:03Speaker 2: I kept kind of pulling it away, and I had
- 2:06Speaker 2: my little neck pillow and I went to just like
- 2:08Speaker 2: doze off. And I noticed multiple times in the corner
- 2:11Speaker 2: of my eye when I would like adjust, he anytime
- 2:14Speaker 2: I would doze off, he'd be like looking at me,
- 2:18Speaker 2: and I was so and I was like like almost
- 2:22Speaker 2: like and then when I would look, he would like
- 2:23Speaker 2: look back forward. And then anytime I would like doze
- 2:26Speaker 2: off again and like open my eyes, he was looking
- 2:28Speaker 2: at me. So I didn't sleep that well. I almost
- 2:31Speaker 2: I was like, do move do? I tell a flight
- 2:34Speaker 2: attendant like, this man keeps looking at me? Do you
- 2:37Speaker 2: have anything in first class?
- 2:38Speaker 3: And how I agree?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Yes, we have a lot. Do you have money for
- 2:43Speaker 1: the first class? Otherwise you get a coach seat with
- 2:46Speaker 1: this man staring at you.
- 2:47Speaker 2: But it was weird anyway.
- 2:49Speaker 1: There's no laws against staring. I know that's the thing,
- 2:52Speaker 1: and I really should be better protected.
- 2:54Speaker 2: But part of me was like, what if I fall asleep?
- 2:56Speaker 2: What's he waiting for? I'm also paranoid, but I was like,
- 2:59Speaker 2: is he waiting to.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Like, finger your legs?
- 3:02Speaker 1: Finger legs?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Is he waiting to finger legs? Y?
- 3:06Speaker 1: No, he probably he maybe thought you were really pretty
- 3:09Speaker 1: and was like I get to admire her.
- 3:12Speaker 4: Or he could have been a little fucking creep. You
- 3:14Speaker 4: never know.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Yeah, we're just happy that you were you got there safely. Yes,
- 3:19Speaker 1: So how big is your sister's bump?
- 3:21Speaker 2: It is a decent size, Like, it's bigger. It's probably
- 3:25Speaker 2: as big as yours, and she's two weeks behind you.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Actually it's probably.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Bigger than yours.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Really.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yeah, she's also a little taller than you.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Okay, but she.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Could have a bigger baby too. It's a boy, right, yep, it's.
- 3:36Speaker 2: A boy and he's moving and grooven saw him move
- 3:40Speaker 2: and she's feeling good.
- 3:42Speaker 4: You saw the belly do like the little like a dance.
- 3:44Speaker 2: The whole looks sort of like it almost was. I
- 3:46Speaker 2: was like, was that his leg because it looked like
- 3:48Speaker 2: a snake move and I was like, what the heck
- 3:51Speaker 2: was that? Oh my god, but little Carter, you can
- 3:55Speaker 2: say it now, Oh yeah, yeah, you were right. Yeah,
- 3:59Speaker 2: it was really cute. Her friends are so sweet like everything.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I love my brother in law. Everything was just that
- 4:04Speaker 2: we were talking about this. So it's Katie's first baby,
- 4:08Speaker 2: so everything's ready, hospital bag is packed. She's not due
- 4:11Speaker 2: until mid September, but like nursery is ready to go.
- 4:14Speaker 1: And I kind of love it though.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Yeah, it's cute.
- 4:16Speaker 1: First baby is really fun. You start hungering down a
- 4:19Speaker 1: lot sooner than you do second baby, because I feel
- 4:22Speaker 1: like second baby you just like know more of the drill.
- 4:24Speaker 1: But I like that her hospital bag is packed already.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Maybe a little premature earth, but you never know what
- 4:31Speaker 1: could happen, right, So I think it's good. Yeah, it's good.
- 4:35Speaker 3: When you go, you'll tell me And I'm like, oh, gosh.
- 4:40Speaker 1: What's making me? This is where my mind goes because
- 4:43Speaker 1: I'm putting good juju into the I'm prepared. I'm prepared
- 4:46Speaker 1: that anything could happen during the birthing process. Right you
- 4:50Speaker 1: could have a beautiful delivery and the second one could
- 4:53Speaker 1: go a little differently. My thing that I'm fixated on
- 4:57Speaker 1: right now is the paparazzi knowing where I live, following
- 5:02Speaker 1: me to places where I'm trying to have family time.
- 5:05Speaker 1: I don't want you taking pictures of me. I want
- 5:08Speaker 1: to go and eat an ice cream with my daughter.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And my biggest thing is I want to be able
- 5:13Speaker 1: to hunker down. I don't want someone following me because
- 5:16Speaker 1: everyone knows the do date. I made the mistake because
- 5:19Speaker 1: I'm an overshare of talking about that.
- 5:22Speaker 5: Oh so, do you think people are just going to
- 5:23Speaker 5: be camping out around that time just so they can
- 5:25Speaker 5: follow you?
- 5:26Speaker 1: Hope not, because it would be a huge bummer if
- 5:30Speaker 1: that was, because again, you don't know how it's going
- 5:33Speaker 1: to go, and I just don't. I want to incubate
- 5:36Speaker 1: and I want to have that moment to myself, so
- 5:39Speaker 1: I would hope not. I'm thinking about recently. Next week
- 5:46Speaker 1: it'll be a whole other thing that I'm fixated on.
- 5:48Speaker 2: But now it's shame.
- 5:50Speaker 3: But today, damn it.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Yeah, shame then for anyone who takes photos of that
- 5:55Speaker 2: moment and shares them. Shame, pre precursing, shame.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Yeah, please don't come to my house. Yeah, oh, I'm
- 6:02Speaker 1: not doing anything. Let me tell you something. I'm doing
- 6:04Speaker 1: nothing interesting right now. Not a thing yesterday, not a thing.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Yeah, one thing I will quickly mention because she said
- 6:14Speaker 2: it was okay to mention it. My sister is choosing
- 6:17Speaker 2: it's very interesting. Well, I don't know if you'll you'll
- 6:21Speaker 2: be good about this. A lot of people haven't been.
- 6:23Speaker 2: And I've had to center myself because I'm like, I
- 6:25Speaker 2: will come for you. She's choosing to bottle feed, okay
- 6:29Speaker 2: for many reasons, but that are personal and I won't share.
- 6:33Speaker 2: But like her and her husband have chosen that, and
- 6:36Speaker 2: I'm like, and she told me, and I had a
- 6:39Speaker 2: certain reaction at first, but then I listened and I
- 6:40Speaker 2: was like, good for you.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I'm having a hard time understanding why that's a thing.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Okay, okay, thank you, because a lot a lot of
- 6:50Speaker 2: her friend's family, even doctors, have strong opinion on like, well,
- 6:54Speaker 2: you need to just try breastfeeding and.
- 6:56Speaker 4: I don't need to do anything else.
- 6:57Speaker 2: That's what she's She's like, no, I'm wrapped after no breastfeeding.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I'm not doing it like and she's she's strong in that,
- 7:05Speaker 2: and so is her husband. I love them both. They're
- 7:07Speaker 2: like and I'm like, good. But yeah, a lot of
- 7:10Speaker 2: even you'd be surprised, maybe not, but even doctors, even the.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Well, the doctors get pushy. Yeah, the doctors get hella pushy.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And I know that. Luckily for me Easton, I'm gonna overshare.
- 7:21Speaker 1: But I gave birth in March. Yeah, January is when
- 7:26Speaker 1: I woke up and I had wet spots and I
- 7:29Speaker 1: was like, oh, I'm leaking, like something's happening here. I
- 7:32Speaker 1: always wanted to breastfeed, but again that's a luxury. Not
- 7:34Speaker 1: everyone wants to, not everyone can. But when I gave birth,
- 7:40Speaker 1: immediately a nurse was like, let's start, and then they
- 7:44Speaker 1: stens in the lactation specialists. Let's start getting baby to
- 7:47Speaker 1: take to mama right, and they do push and it's
- 7:51Speaker 1: all about like if they're sucking properly and how to
- 7:55Speaker 1: position them. And I asked about formula, just because I
- 8:01Speaker 1: wanted I gotta have a plan, but I'm not gonna
- 8:03Speaker 1: be living here. You're sending me home tomorrow, right, I
- 8:05Speaker 1: didn't know what I'm doing options.
- 8:09Speaker 4: And she was like, you don't need to worry about that.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Oh, I don't like that answer.
- 8:13Speaker 4: I was like, no, no, no, I absolutely do.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I asked you. Yeah, so I need an answer.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Yeah, But they are funny about it. Yeah, I just
- 8:22Speaker 1: find it very strange. It's like, this is my body.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I'm feeling funky. I've been a heifer for the past
- 8:29Speaker 1: nine months. I'm ready to get my body back. I
- 8:32Speaker 1: don't really want to go from like being a home
- 8:35Speaker 1: to the baby. Love it, love it so much, but to.
- 8:39Speaker 4: Being it's like energy source.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Right, it's food, it's it's lively.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Okay, it's so beautiful, but also if you choose not
- 8:47Speaker 2: to do it, that's also beautiful.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I just don't care whether you breastfeed your child or not.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Doesn't affect me in the least.
- 8:55Speaker 2: No, And you're yeah at all.
- 8:57Speaker 1: So that's strange. I wouldn't even think that that would
- 9:00Speaker 1: be like a thing a thing.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Right, But what did you guys do this weekend? Because
- 9:03Speaker 2: I want to hear about your weekend and Eastince Friday night.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Apparently something I got so high on Friday night.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Like annoyingly high.
- 9:10Speaker 3: I'd drink one hundred milligrams.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Of what THC and just like a drink.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Yeah, and it hit me all at once.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Could you speak.
- 9:20Speaker 4: Yes, a little too much. And I'm trying to watch
- 9:23Speaker 4: the season two episode Fever.
- 9:25Speaker 5: I finished it, so I was so into it and
- 9:27Speaker 5: just knowing that's everything going to happen.
- 9:29Speaker 1: He kept talking and it was me, Jenna Willis and
- 9:33Speaker 1: my mom, and he would be talking to me like this,
- 9:39Speaker 1: and I pause it. I go Easton, shut the fuck up,
- 9:44Speaker 1: go home, go to your house, get the fuck out.
- 9:47Speaker 4: But I'm done with you. He's like, no, I'm just
- 9:51Speaker 4: really high. Mom, and my mom was like, I can't
- 9:54Speaker 4: hear you anymore. I can't listen.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Go go.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Landing comes in. We were like, take your friend home.
- 10:00Speaker 3: I was ripped. I even went and showed him the
- 10:02Speaker 3: bottle that I drank.
- 10:03Speaker 5: And I'm never doing it again, never drinking ever again.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Because he kept coming in and out, and I have
- 10:11Speaker 1: the alarm system where it's like back door open, back
- 10:14Speaker 1: door open. I was like, oh my god. He said
- 10:18Speaker 1: I needed chreats.
- 10:20Speaker 4: Yeah, go to the fucking grocery store.
- 10:22Speaker 3: I didn't want to drive.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Well, you shouldn't be driving, uber should I should have
- 10:27Speaker 1: done that.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Landon texted me that night. It was like, don't worry,
- 10:31Speaker 4: I'm making him stiff.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Pepper to calm him down and sent me a photo
- 10:34Speaker 1: and Eastan's on the couch like this. No, it was
- 10:39Speaker 1: beyond So that's like chopped pepper or.
- 10:44Speaker 4: I didn't care as long as he was not by me.
- 10:46Speaker 3: I don't know. I guess Pepper helped. He was like,
- 10:48Speaker 3: are you high? I was like, dude high.
- 10:49Speaker 5: He was like, here's a pepper sniff and I was like,
- 10:51Speaker 5: all right, good.
- 10:54Speaker 3: So that was my Friday night.
- 10:56Speaker 1: So that's what Easton did. We just kind of chilled
- 11:00Speaker 1: did nice Saturday. We pooled, daid, I took Ocean to
- 11:04Speaker 1: the doctor. I actually wanted to talk to you guys
- 11:06Speaker 1: about this. So my daughter has had a chronic cough
- 11:11Speaker 1: for a minimum of six months, and how I gauged
- 11:14Speaker 1: this was going to Hawaii in December. Last December, and
- 11:17Speaker 1: I was excited to go because I was like, maybe
- 11:20Speaker 1: the air quality there and just the humidity will clear
- 11:24Speaker 1: her up. And it actually did clear her up for
- 11:26Speaker 1: a few weeks. And now it's back and I cannot.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I have taken her to multiple pediatricians, multiple doctors. She's
- 11:35Speaker 1: been to urgent care, We've been to an allergist. No
- 11:40Speaker 1: one can figure out why this chronic cough is happening.
- 11:43Speaker 1: And sometimes there's a drippy nose clear, other times it's
- 11:46Speaker 1: just the cough. Sometimes it's radially, other times it's dry.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Just depends on the day. Saturday, she starts complaining about
- 11:53Speaker 1: her ear.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Okay, and keep in.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Mind the allergist and one pediatrician said, the symptoms and
- 12:00Speaker 1: the sound is making me feel like this is asthma.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So she's on a little inhaler. Now she's complaining about
- 12:07Speaker 1: the ear. I take her in. There is another little
- 12:09Speaker 1: girl her exact same age, two months older. When I
- 12:14Speaker 1: tell you exact symptoms, the reason they were there is
- 12:17Speaker 1: the ear started hurting that day and they're like, no
- 12:19Speaker 1: one can figure it out.
- 12:21Speaker 3: What.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, the allergist thing threw me because my dad
- 12:26Speaker 2: is just he's the worst allergies and that's he has
- 12:29Speaker 2: his entire life. And it start it was cough. Started
- 12:31Speaker 2: with the cough. Sometimes it's wet, sometimes it's dry. As
- 12:34Speaker 2: gross as that.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Sounds, but it is what it is, that's the body, right, Yeah, Okay,
- 12:39Speaker 1: that makes me happy to know. I just want someone
- 12:41Speaker 1: to tell me the reason. And I want my child
- 12:44Speaker 1: to feel good. Yeah, because I know what it'sfe to
- 12:47Speaker 1: like to have a cough like that. I can't imagine.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Like I keep looking at her and I'm like, when
- 12:52Speaker 1: when we get this cleared up, you're gonna know what
- 12:54Speaker 1: it's like to like feel good.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Right, No, Like, she has no idea, She has no idea.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Does it take out of her?
- 13:00Speaker 2: Like, does it seem like she's low energy almost like
- 13:02Speaker 2: sick or a virus or she's.
- 13:03Speaker 1: That's what's so difficult is the doctors are like, it's
- 13:07Speaker 1: always in the eyes. She has energy, she's out going,
- 13:12Speaker 1: there's nothing physically, she's on it. Her eyes are clear.
- 13:17Speaker 4: I don't know what's going on.
- 13:19Speaker 2: That is very strange. And the fact that you said
- 13:21Speaker 2: she because when you said she went to Hawaii and
- 13:23Speaker 2: it cleared up, I'm like, my thought was like, oh, allergies,
- 13:26Speaker 2: because Hawaii has a different, different pollen, different this and that.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Well, we got to figure it out. So that was
- 13:30Speaker 1: she has another allergy appointment coming up. I'll keep you
- 13:35Speaker 1: guys updated. But if your kid has the same type
- 13:39Speaker 1: of stuff and you have input and there was a diagnosis.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Please flood my Instagram page to.
- 13:45Speaker 2: The podcast DMS because I gotta know and have it
- 13:48Speaker 2: first to where its be like ocean cough or whatever.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Yes, I would really appreciate that I caught up. There's
- 13:58Speaker 1: not screwing down, y'all.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Are it's time?
- 14:01Speaker 3: It's so exciting.
- 14:02Speaker 1: And I'm watching all of these amazing shows and I
- 14:06Speaker 1: want to talk about them today.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Have you finished though?
- 14:09Speaker 1: Now I have one episode left. Okay, now we're talking
- 14:12Speaker 1: about Deborah. Deborah, have you watched Jinks. We'll talk about it.
- 14:17Speaker 1: We'll talk about it. First, I want to address the
- 14:20Speaker 1: notes Jessica. You wrote Rodent boys summer. Rodent men are
- 14:25Speaker 1: apparently the new hot men of the summer.
- 14:28Speaker 4: What does that mean?
- 14:29Speaker 2: Okay, by the time this comes out, actually even now,
- 14:33Speaker 2: we are a bit behind on this. But I did
- 14:35Speaker 2: want to hear, God standard, I did want to hear
- 14:39Speaker 2: what you guys think.
- 14:40Speaker 1: So, who are hot?
- 14:41Speaker 2: This is a USA Today article. This is like has
- 14:44Speaker 2: hit mainstream news. Rodent men, It's a rodent boys summer.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Who are the hot rodent men?
- 14:51Speaker 3: Oh?
- 14:52Speaker 2: You might be Okay, So here's what they do. It's
- 14:56Speaker 2: like a Jeremy Allen White, It's like a I don't
- 14:59Speaker 2: know that Berry Cogan Keegan from Saltburn. But a man
- 15:04Speaker 2: can be good looking while also giving rat energy exactly
- 15:09Speaker 2: what I'm the hot rodent man. Other terms like hot
- 15:13Speaker 2: rodent boyfriend, hot rodent summer have accompanied this truly unique time.
- 15:17Speaker 1: For us all. I'm just so what.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Is a rat?
- 15:22Speaker 1: Rodent?
- 15:23Speaker 2: Handsome men are usually more svelt than muscular, with more
- 15:27Speaker 2: pinched angular features features. They're often not conventionally handsome, not
- 15:32Speaker 2: true for you, Easton, but this only makes them more hot.
- 15:36Speaker 2: So rodent men like like Jeremy Allen Why like I'm Timothy.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Shallo, may here we go.
- 15:42Speaker 6: Johnny Depp in the nineties is a prime example of
- 15:44Speaker 6: a hot rodent. He wasn't Brad Pitt. He was still gorgeous,
- 15:47Speaker 6: but he looked more afraid of vitamin C.
- 15:49Speaker 2: So they have like smaller eyes sometimes like more like more.
- 15:53Speaker 4: How is this not offensive?
- 15:55Speaker 3: How is nobody You're like a really.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Hot sexy rat like what the men?
- 16:01Speaker 2: The rodent men are loving it?
- 16:02Speaker 3: So?
- 16:02Speaker 6: Another one is Chris Hemsworth is conventionally perfect with his
- 16:06Speaker 6: very white teeth tandskin, red body and blonde hair. But
- 16:09Speaker 6: someone like Matt Healey is equally hot, just in a
- 16:12Speaker 6: different way.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Right, So it's here's what I think. It's hipsters, you guys.
- 16:17Speaker 2: It's just another way of saying the hipsters. It's like
- 16:20Speaker 2: the artsy musicians like the more like shaggy hair sometimes
- 16:25Speaker 2: like the angular features their hipsters.
- 16:27Speaker 1: And they just don't have the same look though. Yeah,
- 16:30Speaker 1: what could you imagine if like it was a lineup
- 16:33Speaker 1: of women and they're like, look at these really sexy
- 16:37Speaker 1: rat hamster looking bitches, be like, fuck cute because we're sensitive, you.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Know, it's a hamster bitch summer.
- 16:46Speaker 6: Oh No, it's essentially a lanky man over someone more bulky.
- 16:51Speaker 6: It's someone with sunken eyes and pale skin that scurries
- 16:54Speaker 6: around instead of walking with purpose. Essentially, it's the opposite
- 16:57Speaker 6: of a finance bro.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Which we love well, which I love last year. Last
- 17:02Speaker 2: year was short King Spring. We had the short Kings.
- 17:04Speaker 2: We gave them their moment. This year's Rodent. I'm not
- 17:07Speaker 2: a rodent king.
- 17:08Speaker 3: We're getting we're giving rodent.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I'm not.
- 17:11Speaker 2: I don't know if you are.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Law Kyle looks so like a rodent.
- 17:14Speaker 2: You think no, because he's like, he's like muscular, he's got.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Like aular features and like petit.
- 17:26Speaker 3: But yeah, he's muscular.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Interesting. I don't hipster is issue, guys.
- 17:30Speaker 3: It's bullshit either way.
- 17:32Speaker 1: If you're into it, you're into it.
- 17:34Speaker 4: You know, lid for every pot, A lid for every pot.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Andy Cohen sets records straight on real house sives of
- 17:43Speaker 1: New Jermy.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Jer it's been that long New Jersey.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Filming paused for season fifteen. Cash changes. It's I've been
- 17:52Speaker 1: hearing a lot of things about this. What I think
- 17:57Speaker 1: He said that no decisions have been made. They clearly
- 18:00Speaker 1: cannot go on the way that the cast is right now.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I assume neither of you have been watching totally. I
- 18:08Speaker 1: read this. Okay, when did you think about it?
- 18:11Speaker 2: Well, okay, so it seems as though the cast is
- 18:15Speaker 2: very fractured. So my question is is this on more
- 18:18Speaker 2: of the cast pressure do you think, or like the
- 18:22Speaker 2: cast being like, I mean, yeah, film if blah blah
- 18:25Speaker 2: blah blah film, and sure I'll film if blah blah
- 18:27Speaker 2: blah blah film, or the network being like we all
- 18:29Speaker 2: know you go know, you guys, aren't aren't chill?
- 18:33Speaker 1: You know, it's reminding me of you know, vander pump
- 18:37Speaker 1: Rules had this moment right Potomac very much was having
- 18:43Speaker 1: this kind of moment this past season.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Jersey's now struggling.
- 18:48Speaker 1: It's a friend group that as time goes on, a
- 18:53Speaker 1: friend group that once was where a show was about
- 18:56Speaker 1: these people. Dynamics change, people don't want to do it anymore.
- 19:01Speaker 1: You have to bring new cast members in, and I
- 19:03Speaker 1: feel that it is very hard to keep the same formula.
- 19:07Speaker 1: There's going to be a point in time where you say,
- 19:12Speaker 1: I'm doing this because we're filming a show. And that's
- 19:15Speaker 1: what's so difficult about this realm of reality television, because
- 19:22Speaker 1: it is very much real, but there are certain dynamics
- 19:27Speaker 1: that you're like, I, without this camera would not really
- 19:31Speaker 1: want to be in a room with this person. And
- 19:34Speaker 1: if you're wanting one on one, it's not happening. If
- 19:36Speaker 1: I'm having a housewarming party, they're not coming and I
- 19:39Speaker 1: don't want to hear about them. I legitimately don't want
- 19:42Speaker 1: to hear about them. Well, we're filming a show, so
- 19:44Speaker 1: we're gonna have to talk about them at the party.
- 19:47Speaker 1: It's very funky. What I think may happen is they
- 19:53Speaker 1: shake it up like they had to do Real Housewives
- 19:56Speaker 1: of New York complete recap, complete recap.
- 20:00Speaker 2: I don't mind that, do you?
- 20:02Speaker 1: I sad? It is sad. And although I love the
- 20:06Speaker 1: reboot of New York, there is nothing like the OG
- 20:10Speaker 1: New York cast, but it wasn't the same. It was
- 20:14Speaker 1: not the same at all. What I think will happen
- 20:18Speaker 1: this is not I haven't heard anything, just what I
- 20:21Speaker 1: think would make sense. Teresa Judas is a fucking star.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Her family is becoming like star quality right. Her girls
- 20:30Speaker 1: are fabulous and amazing. I think they recast the entire like,
- 20:34Speaker 1: reboot the whole thing, and maybe give Teresa her own
- 20:37Speaker 1: show based on her family.
- 20:39Speaker 3: But do you think the family?
- 20:41Speaker 1: I think so. I don't know. I don't think she
- 20:43Speaker 1: ever had her own show. Kim Zolciak had a show
- 20:47Speaker 1: based on her family and that lasted eight seasons, that
- 20:50Speaker 1: had a really good one.
- 20:51Speaker 5: Was there her husband in the MLB or something crazy?
- 20:54Speaker 5: Or am I thinking of a different family.
- 20:56Speaker 4: No, that's the right family. But he uh was in
- 20:59Speaker 4: the NFL.
- 21:00Speaker 1: NFL there it is like played for Montana, if for
- 21:05Speaker 1: for college and then played for the Atlanta Falcons. Yeah,
- 21:10Speaker 1: so I don't know what's gonna happen. I'm I'm enjoying
- 21:13Speaker 1: the season. It's sad. I love Dolores. Dolores is a star.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I love her family dynamic. I would actually love.
- 21:22Speaker 4: To see a show with her family dynamic.
- 21:24Speaker 2: I think so many Bravo people, especially housewives, I would watch.
- 21:30Speaker 3: A show yeah with their family.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, Teresa, Yeah, I don't know.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I don't know either. What I do know is the
- 21:41Speaker 1: last episode, not the most recent, the one before that,
- 21:45Speaker 1: where uh John and Rachel Fuda sit down with Louis
- 21:49Speaker 1: and Teresa.
- 21:50Speaker 4: That scene was so annoying to me.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Because what the Fudahs were wanting from Teresa, Teresa already
- 21:58Speaker 1: gave them. He was like, no, oh, I want an apology.
- 22:02Speaker 1: It's like, go back literally five seconds. Teresa's like I'm sorry.
- 22:06Speaker 1: He's like, well, iganic or authentic from the heart.
- 22:13Speaker 4: It's like she literally could not have been any nicer.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Right.
- 22:19Speaker 4: This is where perspective is a real bitch.
- 22:22Speaker 1: You know. And I understood the Fudah's talking about what
- 22:26Speaker 1: they were talking about with like the wife or the
- 22:29Speaker 1: ex wife, Jaden's mom, who was like the source of
- 22:34Speaker 1: telling Teresa all of these things. Meanwhile, she's in prison.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I guess from what the food to say, and John
- 22:42Speaker 1: Fudah starts going in like your source is a woman
- 22:46Speaker 1: who's in prison who used to cook crystal meth, and
- 22:50Speaker 1: Teresa goes, don't talk about j You're talking about Jaden's
- 22:53Speaker 1: mom that way. Well, Rachel has been the mother figure
- 22:56Speaker 1: to Jaden for many years and then gets offended by that.
- 23:00Speaker 1: So there's so much like the thing that I love
- 23:03Speaker 1: about Jersey. You're taking a bunch of like hardcore Italians.
- 23:09Speaker 1: It is all about family till the death, and you're
- 23:12Speaker 1: throwing them all into the mix. I don't know how
- 23:14Speaker 1: I would deal.
- 23:15Speaker 2: With it right right, Yeah, there's nothing like that energy.
- 23:19Speaker 2: By the way, it is my favorite. Those Italians family
- 23:24Speaker 2: till I die don't ever come from my family energy.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Oh I love it.
- 23:28Speaker 5: I feel like they could reboot it and pick a
- 23:30Speaker 5: whole new cast and I'd watch it.
- 23:32Speaker 2: They are gonna be it's gonna be think about it
- 23:35Speaker 2: like we're gonna miss the og Jersey. But like you said,
- 23:38Speaker 2: it's not like these new family members are not going
- 23:41Speaker 2: to have that same energy. They're gonna be the modern
- 23:43Speaker 2: Jersey families.
- 23:45Speaker 1: They are, like I think they really well if they
- 23:48Speaker 1: were to, you know, I have to say, yeah, I
- 23:54Speaker 1: the reason I'm not married. Anytime a new housewife comes in,
- 23:59Speaker 1: sometime they just hit for me. They hit. It makes sense.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Some I sit there and I'm like, I just You've
- 24:06Speaker 1: appeared on my screen for many seasons, and I still
- 24:09Speaker 1: feel like I am not invested. It's not like I'm
- 24:14Speaker 1: just indifferent to you. Rachel and the blonde I forget
- 24:20Speaker 1: her name. Rachel and the other one they just appeared
- 24:25Speaker 1: last year. The reason why I like Rachel Fuda is
- 24:28Speaker 1: because I called her out on the podcast last year
- 24:31Speaker 1: about going to SeaWorld and she was actually really receptive.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Normally people come for me, and she like slid in
- 24:37Speaker 1: my DMS and was.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Like, wow, thank you so much.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I wasn't aware of this, and I'm like, you know what,
- 24:42Speaker 1: I just like, really appreciated you receiving that the way
- 24:45Speaker 1: you did. But the other girl, the blonde, is it Danielle, Danielle.
- 24:50Speaker 1: There's a whole thing going on with how she treated Lena.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Lena is my bitch, all right. I freaking f hard
- 24:59Speaker 1: with Lena. Okay, she's fabulous. She does my hair when
- 25:03Speaker 1: I go to New York. No one does it better?
- 25:06Speaker 1: And what's her name again?
- 25:08Speaker 2: Lina?
- 25:09Speaker 3: Danielle?
- 25:10Speaker 1: Danielle, Like he wouldn't call her Brittany. She looks like
- 25:11Speaker 1: a Brittany to me. Danielle mistreated her, treated her very
- 25:17Speaker 1: very poorly, and she said what business there was they were?
- 25:20Speaker 1: She was having a party. Lena had just done her
- 25:23Speaker 1: hair for free. Lena goes to the event. She's in
- 25:27Speaker 1: the VIP with Brittany. What the fuck is her name? Aga?
- 25:30Speaker 4: Danielle, God damn it, Danielle.
- 25:35Speaker 1: And like Teresa Judas who's really good friends with Lena
- 25:38Speaker 1: as well, and kicks Lena out because she doesn't have
- 25:42Speaker 1: a pink wrist band, Danielle kicked Lena out. Yeah, And
- 25:46Speaker 1: so when Lena tells this story to the girls and
- 25:50Speaker 1: Lina's like in the friend group, like, yeah, she does
- 25:52Speaker 1: their hair, but guess what, she's also providing them with
- 25:54Speaker 1: fabulous looks at times.
- 25:55Speaker 2: By the way, Lina, Lena is one of the sweetest
- 25:59Speaker 2: women I've ever She's so giving. And so you're gonna
- 26:02Speaker 2: kick Lena out of VIP? What are you doing?
- 26:04Speaker 1: What are you doing?
- 26:05Speaker 3: Give a risk?
- 26:06Speaker 2: So chic and cool, she should be in your VIP.
- 26:10Speaker 2: She elevates it.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And Danielle says to the group, what business does she
- 26:16Speaker 1: have hanging out with us? She does our hair?
- 26:18Speaker 2: Oh yo, oh that's really gross.
- 26:22Speaker 1: You you.
- 26:23Speaker 3: I wouldn't want to be friends with her anymore.
- 26:26Speaker 2: No, I can't. Those people are one and done for me.
- 26:28Speaker 2: I'm sorry, you're gross.
- 26:30Speaker 4: You're gross, and it's like we're good yucky.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Yeah, oh, so that whole thing happened. I love Lena
- 26:38Speaker 1: and I ride hard for Lena, and Lena and Theresa
- 26:41Speaker 1: are extremely close, and Lena has been nothing but absolutely
- 26:48Speaker 1: fabulous to me every time I've gone to New York.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Literally dresses me for Watcher happens. I'm like, I don't
- 26:53Speaker 1: know what I'm wearing. She's like, girl, I got you
- 26:55Speaker 1: and kills about.
- 26:56Speaker 2: It, Yes, kills it.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I just adore her, so that'll be in interesting. I
- 27:01Speaker 1: just learned as well that Kenya Moore is suspended indefinitely
- 27:06Speaker 1: from Real Housewives of Atlanta.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Yes, I just learned this from you. I'm pulling this out.
- 27:11Speaker 3: How does that happen?
- 27:13Speaker 2: Well, let's see, Holly, this is a Hollywood Reporter article.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and you said that there was something. So basically
- 27:20Speaker 1: what happened is they were filming a scene for the
- 27:23Speaker 1: new season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya has a
- 27:28Speaker 1: party for the launch of basically the opening of Kenya
- 27:32Speaker 1: Moore hair Care. It used to be just the haircare.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Now she has a full salon. So she has an
- 27:38Speaker 1: opening party and she chooses, allegedly, Allegedly.
- 27:43Speaker 4: She chooses in this moment.
- 27:45Speaker 1: To release some photos of a new cast member I
- 27:51Speaker 1: believe her name is Brittany Britney Edie, of her performing
- 27:56Speaker 1: some sort of oral sex. They're labeling it revenge porn.
- 27:59Speaker 1: She decides. Keny decides at this moment to show this
- 28:03Speaker 1: poster and allegedly you can see the new girl's face
- 28:08Speaker 1: and you can see a dick allegedly. Okay, I have
- 28:12Speaker 1: not seen the actual poster.
- 28:14Speaker 4: This is just what I've read. This is just what
- 28:15Speaker 4: I've heard.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Kenya. After this all came out and cameras were rolling.
- 28:22Speaker 1: After this all came out, she posted on her Instagram,
- 28:25Speaker 1: believe none of what you hear and half of what
- 28:30Speaker 1: you see. The truth always comes to light. So I agree,
- 28:36Speaker 1: the truth does always come to light. So they're saying
- 28:40Speaker 1: that she is not filming right now because of this,
- 28:44Speaker 1: and they are labeling it in the press. That is
- 28:50Speaker 1: it's a form of revenge porn. I don't know how
- 28:53Speaker 1: she it says. The suspension reportedly came and this is
- 28:56Speaker 1: a Hollywood reporter art the article, so it's not some.
- 29:00Speaker 4: Like reality blurm or something like that.
- 29:02Speaker 1: This is Legit came after more allegedly displayed posters explicit
- 29:08Speaker 1: images of franchise newcomer Brittany Edie at the grand opening
- 29:13Speaker 1: of Keny Moore Haircare Spa in Atlanta, Georgia last week.
- 29:17Speaker 1: A source told Entertainment Tonight that the photos were allegedly
- 29:21Speaker 1: found online. Edie later took to her social media to
- 29:26Speaker 1: seemingly address the controversy, writing in part, it's never a
- 29:29Speaker 1: good feeling being targeted or hazed by someone I thought
- 29:33Speaker 1: would embrace me into a new circle that I never met.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Okay, do you have any feelings on that or just
- 29:40Speaker 2: TBD with what comes out, what gets rebuttaled, refuted.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Well, I mean after that Kenya posted on Twitter for
- 29:49Speaker 1: ex I would never engage in revenge porn. I have
- 29:51Speaker 1: never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited
- 29:55Speaker 1: images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I have always been vindicated. Maybe like when people say
- 30:03Speaker 1: things about her. I am reading that right, vindicated. Yeah,
- 30:07Speaker 1: I'm reading that correctly. I can't talk about story even
- 30:12Speaker 1: with people planting fake news. Okay, so she is in
- 30:15Speaker 1: a tricky spot, and this is what also gets hard.
- 30:20Speaker 1: I don't know if they're on a press lockdown with Bravo,
- 30:23Speaker 1: because that sometimes happens where they're like, no one's talking
- 30:25Speaker 1: about anything. You have to allow everyone to just drag
- 30:27Speaker 1: your name through the mud, and they can say whatever
- 30:30Speaker 1: they want, even though it may be a sliver of
- 30:32Speaker 1: the truth, half the truth, or maybe sometimes the full truth,
- 30:35Speaker 1: maybe nothing at all. I have always liked Kenya. I
- 30:40Speaker 1: consider her to be someone that I would say, you know,
- 30:44Speaker 1: we fuck with each other. I dig her. We've sent
- 30:47Speaker 1: each other notes of you know, building each other up
- 30:49Speaker 1: in difficult breakups, whatever it may be. I'm curious to
- 30:55Speaker 1: know if she's suspended indefinitely while there is an investigation
- 30:59Speaker 1: that happens, because at the end of the day, you
- 31:01Speaker 1: can't deny what is filmed, right, If there's something on camera,
- 31:07Speaker 1: we're gonna know if that happened or not. Yeah, but indefinitely,
- 31:14Speaker 1: it just means I.
- 31:14Speaker 5: Feel like it's an investigation to come to the end,
- 31:18Speaker 5: they'll have either she'll come back or she'll be suspended.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely.
- 31:24Speaker 5: Yeah, it's interesting because revenge porn isn't that like something
- 31:27Speaker 5: if there wasn't consent and it was that other person, right,
- 31:31Speaker 5: can't be I'm no lawyer.
- 31:33Speaker 4: I don't know the laws with revenge porn.
- 31:36Speaker 1: I also, I believe that it differs state by state.
- 31:42Speaker 1: I mean if these were pulled from the Internet, I
- 31:45Speaker 1: don't know.
- 31:46Speaker 2: Yeah. So either way though, being Brittany, I'm sure that is,
- 31:50Speaker 2: you know, if this is true and these photo surface,
- 31:53Speaker 2: however they surface, that is I'm sure very rough on her,
- 31:57Speaker 2: you know.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Right, And let's just say that it happened a long
- 32:01Speaker 1: time ago and she knows they're out there. Anytime something
- 32:04Speaker 1: is rebrought to the light, I can imagine it would
- 32:07Speaker 1: put a.
- 32:08Speaker 4: Massive pit in your stomach.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Yes, for sure, you have to relive trauma. I just
- 32:14Speaker 1: want to point out though, that Nicole Ritchie I've heard
- 32:21Speaker 1: back in the day back in the day, played Paris
- 32:25Speaker 1: Hilton's sex tape for an audience at a party, and
- 32:29Speaker 1: they're thick as ever, reuniting for a revamp of the
- 32:36Speaker 1: simple life because it's a hauling out.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Yes, wait, what but I don't look at him, Steve.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Here's the thing.
- 32:42Speaker 5: I would be okay with people playing somebody playing my
- 32:45Speaker 5: sex tape just for a group of people where it
- 32:47Speaker 5: will never be seen again, instead of it just being
- 32:50Speaker 5: on TV.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Yeah, just like it.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Well, I mean, Bravo can't air it. They're gonna have
- 32:55Speaker 1: to blur it out, you know. But somewhere there's always
- 32:58Speaker 1: a little rat that's like here on this Reddit page.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Here's the photo that they blurret out on Bravo.
- 33:05Speaker 4: It's just annoying.
- 33:06Speaker 2: It's just a summer, yeah, a little bad rat rat
- 33:10Speaker 2: girl summer either way.
- 33:12Speaker 1: I mean it's just reality TV man, Yeah, reality TV man.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Yeah, you make those decisions too, and it's like you
- 33:22Speaker 2: did it. It's almost like not. I'm not saying she
- 33:25Speaker 2: did it. So this has nothing to do with this situation.
- 33:29Speaker 2: But I'm sure you make a decision in front of
- 33:31Speaker 2: the camera or you react in front of the camera.
- 33:34Speaker 2: Never been on reality TV, but watching certain things, there's
- 33:38Speaker 2: no like going back unless you're the Kardashians and your
- 33:41Speaker 2: executive producing your show. The second you act or react,
- 33:46Speaker 2: that's it, like it's out there.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Yeah, no, those it's it's gnarly and you sign up,
- 33:52Speaker 1: it's all you know, fun and roses and butterflies and rainbows,
- 33:59Speaker 1: and you have a great first.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Season and it's like, oh, that will end.
- 34:05Speaker 1: I was going through each season of mine and how
- 34:10Speaker 1: the audience received me in each and every one of them,
- 34:14Speaker 1: and it's wild to see how quickly they flip on you.
- 34:19Speaker 2: And then that being said, do you feel not grateful
- 34:24Speaker 2: for that? Because yes, great point. Do you feel a
- 34:27Speaker 2: certain way about it because they can flip back as
- 34:30Speaker 2: far as like maybe you're not their favorite one moment,
- 34:32Speaker 2: but you know that maybe in a year you'll be
- 34:36Speaker 2: in their good graces again, or it's like you can't
- 34:38Speaker 2: even put any energy into it exactly.
- 34:41Speaker 4: I like to think that. I usually don't.
- 34:44Speaker 1: I mean again, this season was special, and I'm also
- 34:47Speaker 1: very hormonal. I think I would have handled it very
- 34:51Speaker 1: differently had I not been pregnant. I think I could
- 34:54Speaker 1: have shaken things off much easier, but normally in my
- 35:00Speaker 1: not pregnant state of mind, like I perfect example, I've
- 35:07Speaker 1: seen d ms in the past where one says that
- 35:11Speaker 1: they love me and it was from however many years ago.
- 35:14Speaker 1: Then they go back to hating me, and then it's
- 35:17Speaker 1: I watched the same exact person and it's happened on
- 35:21Speaker 1: multiple occasions, and that's what taught me. I can be grateful,
- 35:26Speaker 1: but I can't be invested in fan love.
- 35:32Speaker 3: Because it switches so quick.
- 35:33Speaker 4: It's too quick in the middle, your honest work.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, you just got to do you. And grateful
- 35:41Speaker 2: for the kind words, but not putting power all that.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I'm grateful, but this is not going to dictate how
- 35:50Speaker 1: I feel about myself because it's here today, gone tomorrow.
- 35:54Speaker 1: So that's how I feel about it. I also wanted
- 36:00Speaker 1: to talk about Chris Jenner. Oh my gosh, I love
- 36:04Speaker 1: this sixty eight.
- 36:05Speaker 5: Could you imagine mom being pregnant right now again and
- 36:08Speaker 5: wanting it?
- 36:09Speaker 3: No, it makes me you want to throw up?
- 36:11Speaker 1: And no, no, I don't, I think because I'm understanding
- 36:15Speaker 1: what she's saying. Chris Jenner sixty eight wants to be
- 36:18Speaker 1: pregnant again. It doesn't mean that she's sitting here being like,
- 36:21Speaker 1: I'm going to try to get pregnant again.
- 36:23Speaker 3: No, miss back. Yeah you know.
- 36:28Speaker 1: This.
- 36:28Speaker 4: Yeah, like even.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Mom will say I loved being pregnant. She said, not Mom,
- 36:34Speaker 1: Chris Jenner, Well, I guess everyone's mom. That's where our
- 36:37Speaker 1: mother said, being pregnant and having babies was her passion
- 36:42Speaker 1: and all she wanted and did for years.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Very good at it, very well, nicely done.
- 36:50Speaker 4: You literally just pumped out cash cows.
- 36:52Speaker 3: I know, just a billion dollars.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Billion dollar baby, billion dollar baby, billion dollar baby.
- 36:57Speaker 2: They all came out of air.
- 36:59Speaker 1: I know, eh, the one that's like, I want no
- 37:05Speaker 1: part of any seven kids.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Yeah, Kim Chloe, Kim Chloe, Courtney Kendall, Kylie, Rob six
- 37:17Speaker 2: six Damn.
- 37:19Speaker 1: I know that's a lot of kids.
- 37:21Speaker 2: It's so crazy to think about that. Chris did that.
- 37:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and we stay here and talk about like, well,
- 37:26Speaker 1: of course you loved it. You pumped out cash cows.
- 37:28Speaker 1: But honest to God, just.
- 37:31Speaker 3: No matter what.
- 37:32Speaker 4: No, But she didn't know she was pumping out cash cows.
- 37:35Speaker 3: Right she.
- 37:36Speaker 1: I'm sure she looks at her family, and I do
- 37:40Speaker 1: believe there are times that they pinched themselves going because
- 37:44Speaker 1: they did live a pretty I don't want to say
- 37:47Speaker 1: normal life because they were in a star studded community.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Everybody was but normal for them.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Yeah, And you know there was a day that she
- 37:57Speaker 1: was having barbecues outside and taken the r V to
- 38:00Speaker 1: the lake and to look at that point in time
- 38:05Speaker 1: to where she is now and just like what her
- 38:09Speaker 1: children have created, and none of them that we know of.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Every family has their issues, but that level of fame,
- 38:21Speaker 1: you're gonna find someone at some point drunk coming out
- 38:24Speaker 1: of a club with their tampon string hanging out. You're
- 38:27Speaker 1: gonna have at some point someone stumbling out of Craigs
- 38:32Speaker 1: and talking to TMZ a little too freely. Who is
- 38:35Speaker 1: that a lot of famous people who come from prominent families,
- 38:41Speaker 1: How could you not be so proud?
- 38:45Speaker 3: Right?
- 38:46Speaker 1: And of course you would have to love being pregnant,
- 38:48Speaker 1: because you're pregnant for.
- 38:50Speaker 4: Really ten months?
- 38:51Speaker 1: They say she's done it six times. I mean it
- 38:55Speaker 1: would have to be a passion. Yes, Season eleven, talking
- 38:59Speaker 1: to Lisa Vanner, I'm like, all I want to do
- 39:01Speaker 1: is make a bunch of babies. This baby and pregnancy
- 39:03Speaker 1: are kicking my ass.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Really, I'm like, I think I might.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Be done too and done like you're this. Yeah, I'm
- 39:10Speaker 1: like I liked the idea, but it is really hard.
- 39:13Speaker 2: I truly don't know how mothers do it. I look
- 39:15Speaker 2: at my mom and I'm like, how'd you pump out five?
- 39:17Speaker 2: I look at Chris Jenner and your.
- 39:19Speaker 4: Mom did five.
- 39:21Speaker 2: Yeah, my god, five all vaginally too, which is crazy.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Oh, your mom's a bad bitch.
- 39:30Speaker 2: I know. But with Chris, I will say, you see
- 39:33Speaker 2: how she is with the grandkids. She's just like so maternal.
- 39:38Speaker 2: So I can see why she, like she says I
- 39:41Speaker 2: would be pregnant again. I believe it. She and Courtney
- 39:44Speaker 2: seem to share that. I mean, I'm sure all of
- 39:46Speaker 2: the women, Bernie is.
- 39:47Speaker 1: The most like CRITHI. Yeah, but as far as.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Maternal way, they just have this. I'm sure all of
- 39:52Speaker 2: the women and like and Rob great parents, but yeah,
- 39:57Speaker 2: they just She's got this maternal like. She loves it.
- 39:59Speaker 2: She family, I know, or at least that's what we see.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I don't think you could. I don't think you can deny.
- 40:07Speaker 1: You know, they get a lot of heat online, but
- 40:10Speaker 1: obviously you don't reach like you don't reach that you
- 40:13Speaker 1: love them or you hate love them. Yeah, but either way,
- 40:16Speaker 1: there's there's love there. And because ye, hate and love
- 40:18Speaker 1: are one one and the same thing. I just find
- 40:21Speaker 1: them to be a fascinating family, and I don't think
- 40:24Speaker 1: you can deny that.
- 40:25Speaker 4: They truly believe family is.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Everything one hundred percent, And at this point I see them.
- 40:30Speaker 2: Sometimes I see new people entering their crew somehow, I'm
- 40:33Speaker 2: sure it's like they're vetted. I would be closed off,
- 40:36Speaker 2: not a single new person in unless one of our
- 40:39Speaker 2: close people passes away, then they can be replaced. Oh
- 40:43Speaker 2: but like no, are you kid? Not a single new
- 40:46Speaker 2: person Okay, and they just like like like the TikTok.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Addison Ray at one point being Courtney's best friend.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Well, what I saw Addison Ray was at a dinner
- 40:57Speaker 1: or something that they had recently. Really, she's still in
- 41:01Speaker 1: the friend group.
- 41:01Speaker 2: See, they're stronger than I am, because I'd be like, okay,
- 41:04Speaker 2: we now trust no one, so no one is allowed in.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Well that's the other thing is I think there's a
- 41:09Speaker 1: very high level of power. You don't want to fuck
- 41:11Speaker 1: with that family. But in some weird way, and maybe
- 41:15Speaker 1: I made this up in my head. I've heard nothing
- 41:18Speaker 1: but incredible things about the family, how they are to
- 41:22Speaker 1: work with, And I think maybe people get into the
- 41:27Speaker 1: click and they're like number one, they're super powerful, but
- 41:29Speaker 1: they're also fucking amazing. I'm not gonna ruin any of this. Yeah,
- 41:35Speaker 1: I don't know. Interesting I made it up in my mind.
- 41:37Speaker 4: Did you watch Dancing for the Devil.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Dancing for the Devil. I didn't, but I read an
- 41:42Speaker 2: article about it. You guys, your thoughts on this.
- 41:46Speaker 1: So you know the breakdown of what it's about. Yes, Okay,
- 41:49Speaker 1: So Easton's gathered that people are idiots. Okay for those
- 41:53Speaker 1: of you who.
- 41:54Speaker 4: Are behind, usually like me.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Dancing for the Devil is about that management group called
- 42:01Speaker 1: seven n and it was basically a church mixed with
- 42:07Speaker 1: management group. It is a documentary about how this is
- 42:12Speaker 1: allegedly a cult. Okay, this family, the Wilking family, decides
- 42:18Speaker 1: to go live on Instagram. This is how it's outed
- 42:21Speaker 1: that their daughter slash sister, Miranda Wilking, had moved to La.
- 42:31Speaker 4: She was in the dance community.
- 42:33Speaker 1: She joins this church slash management company. She had started
- 42:39Speaker 1: dating this guy who was also involved. So now, in
- 42:42Speaker 1: my opinion, she's digmatizized.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's how I feel.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Right, And she is slowly cutting off contact with her
- 42:54Speaker 1: family and friends that she once used to be like.
- 42:57Speaker 1: She and her family was two sisters, Miranda and I
- 42:59Speaker 1: believe was it Melanie? Yeah, Melanie and Miranda Wilking, the
- 43:04Speaker 1: two kids they danced together. They were like maybe a
- 43:07Speaker 1: year and a half, two years apart, very tight knit
- 43:10Speaker 1: and they dance together. They had a brand, and then
- 43:13Speaker 1: all of the sudden, she meets this guy, joins this
- 43:15Speaker 1: church and cuts off family ties well with they go home.
- 43:20Speaker 3: For Christmas, doesn't go home for like the grandma's funeral.
- 43:24Speaker 1: The grandpa's funeral. It's very isolating, like she's a different human.
- 43:29Speaker 1: The Wilkings talk about it on a live video. It
- 43:32Speaker 1: now has media attention and people start coming out of
- 43:36Speaker 1: the woodwork saying I've had experience with this. Cut to
- 43:40Speaker 1: this woman who hears about it and goes, holy fuck.
- 43:44Speaker 1: She was involved in this church for twenty three years
- 43:47Speaker 1: right Easton.
- 43:48Speaker 3: She did research and she was like, he's still doing it.
- 43:52Speaker 1: He's still doing it, and he has all of these
- 43:55Speaker 1: entities like flower shops, real estate agencies, all of these
- 44:00Speaker 1: things that are his companies that people who are in
- 44:05Speaker 1: the church Chakaina basically pay all their money to AKA
- 44:11Speaker 1: give their money to Robert Shin.
- 44:15Speaker 4: He's basically a cult leader.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Yeah. What I found absolutely fascinating is Melanie who's actually
- 44:21Speaker 1: now married.
- 44:22Speaker 3: To a football Yeah.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Austin Eckler.
- 44:27Speaker 1: He played for the Chargers. Now I think he plays
- 44:29Speaker 1: for the Commanders. But you take two girls from the
- 44:33Speaker 1: exact same household, exact same parents, not far apart at all,
- 44:38Speaker 1: and Melanie who one day she enters the church too
- 44:45Speaker 1: one day and she talks about how just because you're
- 44:49Speaker 1: a part of seven M and the church, you have
- 44:52Speaker 1: to be invited to the services, and she goes, I
- 44:54Speaker 1: wasn't invited one day, so I was like, it's fine,
- 44:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna take my friend to the airport. She has
- 45:00Speaker 1: a call from Robert Shinn's daughter Chloe, saying, Robert really
- 45:04Speaker 1: needs you to hear the word today. Can you please
- 45:06Speaker 1: call your friend an uber and get here immediately, And
- 45:10Speaker 1: she's like Melanie's like, no, yeah, I'm gonna do that.
- 45:13Speaker 1: And by the way, I've never had anybody tell me
- 45:16Speaker 1: that's in like a church. We're talking about God being
- 45:20Speaker 1: like you must be here. Yeah, She's like it felt weird.
- 45:24Speaker 1: I wanted nothing to do with it after that. Two girls,
- 45:26Speaker 1: same household. How one could be so I don't want
- 45:30Speaker 1: to say strong, but mentally strong to be like this
- 45:33Speaker 1: is fucking weird. I don't this doesn't feel right, and
- 45:36Speaker 1: the other one falls right into it.
- 45:38Speaker 3: Mm hm.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Back to the digmatize, Well, there's that the love connection.
- 45:44Speaker 2: I also have to say really quick anything just because
- 45:47Speaker 2: I've been thinking about this. Any church that is also
- 45:51Speaker 2: a management company is a recipe for disaster, of course,
- 45:55Speaker 2: especially in the entertainment industry. What are you that's if anyone,
- 46:00Speaker 2: just in case you're like maybe new to Hollywood, like no, no, no.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Church.
- 46:04Speaker 5: They did a piece of like like the chart of
- 46:08Speaker 5: how much money they were given, so like how much
- 46:10Speaker 5: they made fifty how much was it seventeen or twenty?
- 46:14Speaker 3: Percent of it went to seven m.
- 46:17Speaker 1: The management company.
- 46:18Speaker 5: The management company took twenty okay, and then you had
- 46:21Speaker 5: your tithing that you'd paid to your church through.
- 46:23Speaker 2: The management company.
- 46:25Speaker 3: It would take yeah, pretty much. And then thirty you're thirty, thirty,
- 46:28Speaker 3: thirty you're ten, ten, ten or whatever. Not thirty you're ten,
- 46:32Speaker 3: ten and ten.
- 46:33Speaker 4: They were basically they were taking over.
- 46:35Speaker 5: Like seventy percent of their income for just fees for
- 46:41Speaker 5: the church and then on management.
- 46:43Speaker 2: I gotta say, I gotta say, I know it's not
- 46:45Speaker 2: that's insane. I know it's not like I don't want
- 46:49Speaker 2: this to sound insane. But the whole love connection, the
- 46:52Speaker 2: whole fact that she had a partner in the church.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Well, by the way, everyone interviewed on the documentary, their
- 46:58Speaker 1: partners were involved in the church.
- 47:00Speaker 2: And then it makes you question. I'm definitely watching this
- 47:03Speaker 2: because I want to question the guy, like, is he
- 47:06Speaker 2: in it for the right? The partner that's in the church.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Does he love her? Is he just doing it to
- 47:10Speaker 2: keep her in the church.
- 47:12Speaker 1: I think they're all brainwashed. Yes, I think they're all brainwashed.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Because after the Wilkings went live on Instagram, there were
- 47:19Speaker 1: let's see and I forget their names, but the cute
- 47:24Speaker 1: the cute girl who cried about how her grandma and
- 47:27Speaker 1: her mom made her into who she is today and
- 47:30Speaker 1: how she cut off ties with her she left Yep,
- 47:33Speaker 1: she's a dance teacher now, Aubrey who was her partner.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Then you have Concrete who ended up dancing for Beyonce
- 47:41Speaker 1: after he left Amazing Yep, and his girlfriend Kayla.
- 47:48Speaker 3: I'm terrible with names.
- 47:49Speaker 4: I know I'm terrible with names too.
- 47:51Speaker 1: So everyone was everyone they interviewed was partnered up with someone.
- 47:55Speaker 1: But there there were a group of people who, when
- 47:59Speaker 1: The Wilkings went live, did kind of come to and go, you're.
- 48:03Speaker 4: Right, this doesn't make sense.
- 48:05Speaker 1: And the people that she kinda targeted was people who
- 48:10Speaker 1: had just moved and they had no friends, and they
- 48:13Speaker 1: bring you into the community.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Community is everything.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Someone who's lost a parent. All of these people in
- 48:20Speaker 1: very vulnerable positions, and then they slowly groom you to
- 48:24Speaker 1: think that this is normal. And Robert would say, the
- 48:30Speaker 1: more you give, the more you receive. Well, how could
- 48:33Speaker 1: that not be true to these kids when they're writing
- 48:35Speaker 1: over all their paychecks and then they land one hundred
- 48:37Speaker 1: thousand dollars you know, commercial, let's just say. And they're
- 48:40Speaker 1: all looking at each other, going, it's to give working,
- 48:43Speaker 1: it's working. I do need to give more because look
- 48:46Speaker 1: at the blessings. So it was really fucked up. One
- 48:51Speaker 1: of the women who had been in it for twenty
- 48:53Speaker 1: three years did experience sexual violence at.
- 48:57Speaker 5: The very end of it. It rep twenty five the case.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Does it was it against Robert, Yes, and then people
- 49:08Speaker 2: who were working for him.
- 49:11Speaker 1: It's it's a it's a lawsuit, yeah, you know. And
- 49:15Speaker 1: and they go in and they call human trafficking and
- 49:19Speaker 1: there's nothing anyone can do because these are adults who
- 49:24Speaker 1: are consenting to stay there, but no one's coming to
- 49:28Speaker 1: the police. And then they have one person go to
- 49:30Speaker 1: the police and and the cop is like I need more,
- 49:35Speaker 1: and this woman who's a writer is like one is
- 49:37Speaker 1: not enough, one is one too many?
- 49:41Speaker 4: You need more?
- 49:44Speaker 1: Like what It just goes to show how fucked up
- 49:48Speaker 1: the system is, how scary it is for victims to
- 49:53Speaker 1: come forward, but also that this cult still exists, like
- 49:57Speaker 1: he's still doing his thing And the only reason why
- 50:00Speaker 1: the Wilkings have a relationship with their daughter now is
- 50:05Speaker 1: because when they came forward, Robert then goes, oh, no,
- 50:10Speaker 1: me isolating them from their families is now causing a problem.
- 50:14Speaker 1: So he tells them go talk to your families, talk
- 50:17Speaker 1: to them, keep them in your lives, but as long
- 50:21Speaker 1: as you but not too much, and as long as
- 50:23Speaker 1: they don't talk about me. And this that's very sad manipulation.
- 50:29Speaker 1: That is heartbreaking.
- 50:31Speaker 2: It's also makes me think about like when you when
- 50:34Speaker 2: you target someone that, like you said, is new and
- 50:37Speaker 2: is looking for a community to be a part of,
- 50:39Speaker 2: especially in fucking Los Angeles, or just lost a parent,
- 50:44Speaker 2: that could also someone calling you and going Robert really
- 50:49Speaker 2: needs you to hear the word today could also be
- 50:51Speaker 2: misconstrued as like, oh my god, he cares. That is
- 50:54Speaker 2: so he wants me there to like hear the word
- 50:56Speaker 2: this is like my family. That's like someone who cares
- 50:59Speaker 2: about me. Sure, I'll drop everything, like I'll be there.
- 51:02Speaker 2: I can see I can just see it. If you're not,
- 51:05Speaker 2: if you're a certain type of person or maybe going
- 51:08Speaker 2: through a certain thing, I could see that. That's like
- 51:10Speaker 2: a manipulation. That could be like, Wow, he really does care.
- 51:13Speaker 2: He wants me to hear this.
- 51:14Speaker 5: Right, and he would tell you to dismiss yourself from
- 51:17Speaker 5: your family because if you killed yourself to your family.
- 51:20Speaker 3: Die to them, die to them, you'll save them and
- 51:24Speaker 3: they'll go to heaven no matter what.
- 51:25Speaker 1: So even if they're sinning, if you died.
- 51:27Speaker 5: To them, if you die to them, they'll go to there'll.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Be in heaven.
- 51:32Speaker 2: Do that for their Yeah, that's like such mind manipulation, Like,
- 51:36Speaker 2: oh my god, my family's going to be saved if
- 51:39Speaker 2: I die for them.
- 51:40Speaker 4: It makes me sad because if someone said that to me,
- 51:42Speaker 4: I'd be like, you're a freaking case.
- 51:44Speaker 3: I'd be like you at the night.
- 51:46Speaker 1: That doesn't make any sense. That makes very sense to me.
- 51:50Speaker 2: It's really sad that religion could be so beautiful, but
- 51:54Speaker 2: we're humans and there's a lot of yuckiness and evil
- 51:58Speaker 2: out there.
- 51:59Speaker 1: And interpretation, you know, and the evil, the yuckies. I'm
- 52:05Speaker 1: telling you, the devil works overtime.
- 52:06Speaker 2: Man, the devil works hard, but Chris Jenner works harder
- 52:11Speaker 2: full moment.
- 52:15Speaker 4: The Devil's got nothing on Chris Jenner.
- 52:16Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, we need her.
- 52:19Speaker 1: We need her off. I want you to watch it, though,
- 52:22Speaker 1: just because you have a sister and I think it's
- 52:24Speaker 1: gonna really like Tuggy to me.
- 52:26Speaker 4: I will say it was devastating.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Okay, so I hope you enjoy it.
- 52:30Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 52:31Speaker 4: It was very good. We're out of time, but you
- 52:34Speaker 4: guys belief.
- 52:35Speaker 1: We're agin reliefing. But next week we have to talk
- 52:38Speaker 1: about the Jinks.
- 52:39Speaker 3: No, that's why I wanted you to the Jinks. Have
- 52:42Speaker 3: you seen it?
- 52:45Speaker 1: But you have to watch one and two Jess two seasons,
- 52:48Speaker 1: two seasons. It's only six episodes each one, it's only
- 52:53Speaker 1: it's only six episodes each. Yeah, but that's fine.
- 52:57Speaker 2: That's fine.
- 52:57Speaker 1: Also, if you guys have any documentaries that you recommend,
