- 0:37Speaker 2: So here we are coming to your welcome.
- 0:40Speaker 1: So we're gonna tell.
- 0:41Speaker 2: You how the Eagles totally exposed Jordan Love and it's.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Potentially criminal plan Tony.
- 0:46Speaker 2: And even despite the win, Tony, we do have a
- 0:49Speaker 2: little bone to pick with, you know we do.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Also, we'll tell you what Mike Tomlin has been doing
- 0:56Speaker 2: wrong for decades now. And we're gonna ask the one
- 0:59Speaker 2: question out the Bills Broncos game that everybody is still
- 1:02Speaker 2: asking now for the record, just in case you're wondering,
- 1:06Speaker 2: we didn't bother watching the Commander's bucks down because who cares.
- 1:09Speaker 1: You know, neither of them are going to.
- 1:11Speaker 2: The super Bowl, so doesn't matter if you want takes
- 1:14Speaker 2: you want a takele.
- 1:15Speaker 1: They both suck, so they go done. There you go, there,
- 1:18Speaker 1: you go. All right, But enough for that.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Let's just get right into it, Tony with our NFL
- 1:22Speaker 2: Wild God reaction.
- 1:24Speaker 1: And wild card reaction.
- 1:28Speaker 2: First out to the gate, the Eagles totally demolishing the factors, literally,
- 1:33Speaker 2: as it seemed pretty much everyone on Green Bay got injured.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I mean, the wide receiver is Tony.
- 1:37Speaker 2: It seemed like the only thing they could catch was
- 1:39Speaker 2: an ambulance to the hospital.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you think was going on there?
- 1:43Speaker 3: You know, honestly, I started to wonder if Jordan Love
- 1:46Speaker 3: was actively trying to get his receiver is killed. I
- 1:49Speaker 3: couldn't tell if those were passes or attempted murders. You know,
- 1:53Speaker 3: you gotta wonder maybe he actually wants to get his
- 1:56Speaker 3: receivers killed so that Green Bay's front office will be
- 2:00Speaker 3: forced to sign better receivers. If that's the case, that's
- 2:04Speaker 3: a bold strategy. Disturbing but bold.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Just perfect analysis, Doty. And now turning to the Eagles,
- 2:11Speaker 2: you know, faithball, these morons online they were saying Jalen
- 2:15Speaker 2: Hurts didn't have a good game because he only threw
- 2:19Speaker 2: for thirteen completions at one hundred and thirty one passing yards.
- 2:23Speaker 2: But that's because these idiots are reading the stats wrong,
- 2:26Speaker 2: aren't they don'ty?
- 2:27Speaker 3: Yeah, why aren't you counting the completions to Saquon? All
- 2:31Speaker 3: those handoffs should count as completions.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Think about it.
- 2:35Speaker 3: What is a completion but the transfer of the football
- 2:38Speaker 3: from the quarterback to another player. So really, the adjusted
- 2:42Speaker 3: stats show that Jalen Hurts had forty one completions. And
- 2:47Speaker 3: since you have to count yards after the catch slash
- 2:50Speaker 3: handoffs to Saquon and can it gain, well, that's two
- 2:54Speaker 3: hundred and sixty four total passing yards. That's a terrific
- 2:58Speaker 3: stat line.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Just such eye opening statistical analysis that, Dony. And you know,
- 3:04Speaker 2: while we're very happy about the Eagles winning, we do
- 3:08Speaker 2: have a one tiny critique with one of the players,
- 3:11Speaker 2: don't we, Dony?
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I have to say I was not pleased with
- 3:16Speaker 3: Saquon sliding instead of scoring that easy touchdown at the
- 3:20Speaker 3: end of the game. Let's just say someone I know,
- 3:23Speaker 3: not me, had placed a three hundred thousand dollars bet
- 3:27Speaker 3: on a Saquon anytime touchdown. And you know that's someone
- 3:31Speaker 3: again who wasn't me, might have lost every dollar they
- 3:36Speaker 3: have in savings and was planning to use that money
- 3:39Speaker 3: to buy an indoor jacuzzi with a tiny diving board.
- 3:43Speaker 3: And I'm just saying, Saquon's gotta be thinking to these things,
- 3:47Speaker 3: you know, you gotta be thinking of winning, you know,
- 3:50Speaker 3: playoff games and jacuzzi's. It's just really disappointing, you know,
- 3:56Speaker 3: for that other person again, who wasn't me.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Just absolutely heartbreaking, Tony, for that person who certainly wasn't cute.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Of yeah, just let's just move along. Let's just keep
- 4:07Speaker 1: going anyway, Let's just move to the other game.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Sunday, the Bills beat the Broncos thirty one to seven.
- 4:12Speaker 2: As everybody on the planet expected that, Tony not a
- 4:16Speaker 2: lot to say.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Here, what's your takeaway?
- 4:19Speaker 3: You know, frankly, I'm still wondering why they even bothered
- 4:22Speaker 3: to play this game. You know how in Techmobile you
- 4:25Speaker 3: can just skip the week and just let the computer
- 4:28Speaker 3: simulate the game. I think the Bills and the Broncos
- 4:32Speaker 3: and everyone else would have actually preferred that nobody would
- 4:36Speaker 3: have gotten hurt or bored.
- 4:38Speaker 1: The teams could just sit.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Back, have a couple of drinks and relax and watch
- 4:43Speaker 3: the Bills destroy the Broncos and a much more entertaining
- 4:47Speaker 3: computer simulation problem solved.
- 4:50Speaker 2: So smart, Tony. You know, don't get surprised out there.
- 4:53Speaker 2: If but next year's Wild God games are mostly tech moobil, right, Tony,
- 4:57Speaker 2: would be great? All right, Let's go to Saturday's game.
- 5:00Speaker 2: The Ravens beat the Steelers twenty eight to fourteen. Now, yeah,
- 5:03Speaker 2: the Steelers still haven't won a playoff game since twenty sixteen.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Wow.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And in that time, Pittsburgh's head coach Mike Tomlin He's
- 5:11Speaker 2: never had a losing record in the regular season.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Wow. Well, Tony, that's clearly the problem right there.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Isn't it absolutely hasn't anyone considered that maybe Mike Comlin
- 5:22Speaker 3: has been winning too many games. He's been winning so
- 5:25Speaker 3: much during the regular season that the Steelers never feel
- 5:29Speaker 3: like they have to get any better. That's terrible coaching.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Look at Nick Siriani last year. He knew he was
- 5:36Speaker 3: winning too many games, so he deliberately lost almost all
- 5:40Speaker 3: the remaining games. And now look, the Eagles are better
- 5:44Speaker 3: than ever. That's smart coaching, knowing when to win but
- 5:49Speaker 3: also when to lose so that you could win again.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Just so thought provoking that, Tony, And well, now to
- 5:56Speaker 2: the other game Saturday, the Chargers. They got blown out
- 6:00Speaker 2: by the Texans thirty to twelve, Justin Herbert throwing four interceptions,
- 6:04Speaker 2: and that has a lot of people saying that Herbert
- 6:07Speaker 2: is quote a social media quarterback.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Dony, what's your take on that?
- 6:13Speaker 3: You know, I always say it's important to look at
- 6:15Speaker 3: all the stats when evaluating a quarterback. And yes, on Saturday,
- 6:20Speaker 3: Justin Herbert only completed forty three point eight percent of
- 6:24Speaker 3: his passes and threw four interceptions. But I also ran
- 6:29Speaker 3: the analytics on the Chargers Twitter account and posts about
- 6:32Speaker 3: Justin Herbert did generate a combined seventy six point five
- 6:37Speaker 3: K likes and a very solid forty eight point six
- 6:41Speaker 3: k retweets, and on ig the posts also racked up
- 6:46Speaker 3: fifteen point six k sins.
- 6:49Speaker 1: So when you total up all.
- 6:51Speaker 3: The stats, Justin Herbert is statistically a good quarterback.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Just amazing statistical analysis, that, Donty. And you know, while
- 7:00Speaker 2: we're discussing the Chargers, we got to look at what
- 7:03Speaker 2: went wrong for Jim Harbor in his first season with
- 7:06Speaker 2: the team. And yeah, Tony, when you break it down,
- 7:09Speaker 2: what do you think went wrong for the coach.
- 7:11Speaker 3: You know, when you think about it, it's very clear
- 7:14Speaker 3: why Jim Hobbar struggled this year. He didn't commit enough
- 7:17Speaker 3: recruiting violations. You know, he needs to get back to
- 7:21Speaker 3: what made him great, and that's finding loopholes in the
- 7:24Speaker 3: rule book to recruit players and then expertly denying all
- 7:29Speaker 3: knowledge or wrongdoing. It totally seemed he was playing by
- 7:32Speaker 3: the rules this year and that was obviously a huge
- 7:36Speaker 3: misstep by him.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Just an absolute miscalculation by absolutely.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Now let's look the Monday night's game by the Vikings.
- 7:44Speaker 2: They're going to be playing the Rams on a neutral
- 7:46Speaker 2: field in Arizona after the game got moved due to
- 7:49Speaker 2: the fires in Los Angeles and well Tony.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Something just has to be said here, doesn't it.
- 7:55Speaker 3: You know, we don't like to spread misinformation on this
- 7:58Speaker 3: show and more dumb conspiracy theories. But having said that,
- 8:03Speaker 3: how do we know those fires weren't started by Sam Donald.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Donald's from southern California, He went to USC he knows
- 8:12Speaker 3: the mountain topography out there. And now suddenly the Rams
- 8:16Speaker 3: don't have home field advantage. Very coincidental, don't you think,
- 8:21Speaker 3: You know, as they say, where there's smoke this fire, Well,
- 8:25Speaker 3: maybe we should start saying where there's Sam Donald.
- 8:29Speaker 2: This fire just perfectly valid analysis, Tony. You know, just
- 8:34Speaker 2: such a perfect note on which the raft absolutely Harey
- 8:41Speaker 2: comes has to ruin the show with this needless correct.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Has to what.
- 8:47Speaker 4: You just said, Sam Donald started the La.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Fires, No, which is saying he could have. How do
- 8:55Speaker 1: we know he didn't?
- 8:56Speaker 4: You didn't, you know, even for this show and the
- 9:00Speaker 4: reckless stupid things you say. This is an all time low.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Oh, well you know it's about to hit an all
- 9:07Speaker 2: time low your body when I dump it in the ocean.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:11Speaker 3: And on the subject of fire, you you're out of
- 9:14Speaker 3: it here, Yeah, you're done, get at it.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Oh, he's still talking before he's fired. What what?
- 9:22Speaker 4: It's almost as dumb you said that handoffs should count
- 9:25Speaker 4: as completions for Jalen Hurts.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it's transferring the ball from the QB to another player.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it makes total sense, bro.
- 9:35Speaker 4: But the ball doesn't go in the air. You can't
- 9:38Speaker 4: count that as a completion.
- 9:41Speaker 1: No, Well, you know what will be going in the air.
- 9:44Speaker 1: You when I hit you with my camaro. Yeah you
- 9:47Speaker 1: know what. You never completed puberty. Oh, it is a
- 9:54Speaker 1: great way to wrap.
