• 1:17
  I'm
• 1:17
  feeling
• 1:17
  great
• 1:18
  now.
• 1:18
  As
• 1:18
  we

  say,
• 1:19
  the

• 1:22
  This

  has

• 2:25
  Thanks
• 2:25
  for
• 2:26
  having
• 2:26
  me
• 2:26
  on.
• 2:26
  This
• 2:26
  is
• 2:26
  a
• 2:27
  fun
• 2:27
  topic.
• 2:28
  This
• 2:28
  is
• 2:29
  such
• 2:29
  a
• 2:29
  great
• 2:29
  one
• 2:30
  because
• 2:31
  as
• 2:31
  we
• 2:31
  know,
• 2:31
  people
• 2:32
  out
• 2:32
  there
• 2:33
  that
• 2:33
  are
• 2:33
  first
• 2:33
  time
• 2:34
  home
• 2:34
  buyers,
• 2:35
  they
• 2:35
  just
• 2:36
  went
• 2:37
  through
• 2:37
  the
• 2:37
  gauntlet,
• 2:38
  get
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  deposit
• 2:40
  stuff
• 2:40
  together,
• 2:41
  get
• 2:41
  into
• 2:42
  their
• 2:42
  first
• 2:42
  home.
• 2:43
  I
• 2:43
  think
• 2:43
  it's
• 2:43
  extremely
• 2:44
  overwhelming.
• 2:45
  Plus
• 2:46
  you've
• 2:46
  probably
• 2:46
  used
• 2:47
  up
• 2:47
  a
• 2:47
  lot
• 2:47
  of
• 2:47
  your
• 2:47
  resources
• 2:48
  too.
• 2:48
  So
• 2:49
  you
• 2:49
  want
• 2:49
  to
• 2:49
  make
• 2:49
  sure
• 2:50
  that
• 2:50
  as
• 2:50
  you
• 2:50
  plan
• 2:51
  right
• 2:51
  for
• 2:52
  things
• 2:52
  that
• 2:52
  you'd
• 2:52
  like
• 2:52
  to
• 2:53
  do
• 2:53
  in
• 2:53
  the
• 2:53
  home
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  make
• 2:54
  it
• 2:55
  your
• 2:55
  home,
• 2:56
  that
• 2:56
  you're
• 2:57
  exercising
• 2:57
  stewardship,
• 2:58
  that
• 2:59
  these
• 2:59
  things
• 3:00
  are
• 3:00
  going
• 3:00
  to
• 3:00
  pay
• 3:00
  off
• 3:00
  in
• 3:00
  the
• 3:01
  long
• 3:01
  run,
• 3:01
  that
• 3:01
  they're
• 3:02
  going
• 3:02
  to
• 3:02
  last
• 3:02
  a
• 3:03
  long
• 3:03
  time.
• 3:04
  So
• 3:04
  all
• 3:04
  those
• 3:04
  things
• 3:05
  come
• 3:05
  into
• 3:05
  play.
• 3:06
  Oh,
• 3:06
  it
• 3:06
  does.
• 3:07
  And
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  saw
• 3:08
  a
• 3:08
  stat
• 3:09
  that
• 3:09
  I
• 3:09
  can't
• 3:09
  really
• 3:10
  source,
• 3:11
  but
• 3:11
  I
• 3:11
  was
• 3:11
  on
• 3:11
  a
• 3:12
  news
• 3:12
  show
• 3:12
  and
• 3:12
  they
• 3:12
  were
• 3:12
  talking
• 3:13
  about
• 3:13
  that
• 3:13
  many
• 3:14
  people
• 3:14
  are
• 3:14
  having
• 3:14
  to
• 3:14
  come
• 3:14
  up
• 3:15
  with
• 3:15
  six
• 3:16
  figures
• 3:17
  but
• 3:17
  the
• 3:17
  down
• 3:18
  payment
• 3:18
  pay
• 3:19
  all
• 3:19
  the
• 3:19
  cost
• 3:19
  to
• 3:19
  get
• 3:20
  into
• 3:20
  buying
• 3:20
  their
• 3:20
  first
• 3:21
  home.
• 3:21
  And
• 3:21
  I'm
• 3:21
  like,
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  was
• 3:22
  buying
• 3:23
  my
• 3:23
  first
• 3:23
  home.
• 3:24
  There's
• 3:24
  no
• 3:24
  way
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  could
• 3:25
  have
• 3:25
  done
• 3:25
  that.
• 3:26
  Right.
• 3:26
  It's
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  very
• 3:27
  different
• 3:27
  world.
• 3:28
  Crazy.
• 3:29
  You
• 3:29
  got
• 3:29
  to
• 3:29
  come
• 3:29
  up
• 3:30
  with
• 3:30
  almost
• 3:30
  100
• 3:31
  grand
• 3:31
  to
• 3:31
  do
• 3:31
  that.
• 3:32
  And
• 3:32
  then,
• 3:32
  of
• 3:32
  course,
• 3:33
  resources
• 3:33
  are
• 3:34
  fairly
• 3:34
  dried
• 3:34
  up
• 3:35
  now.
• 3:35
  You've
• 3:35
  got
• 3:35
  to
• 3:35
  get
• 3:35
  into
• 3:36
  this
• 3:36
  house
• 3:36
  and
• 3:36
  there's
• 3:36
  so
• 3:36
  many
• 3:37
  things
• 3:37
  to
• 3:37
  consider.
• 3:38
  Where
• 3:38
  do
• 3:38
  you
• 3:38
  like
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  start?
• 3:40
  It's
• 3:40
  funny,
• 3:40
  when
• 3:41
  I
• 3:41
  was
• 3:41
  in
• 3:41
  design
• 3:42
  school,
• 3:43
  Professor
• 3:43
  Ira
• 3:44
  Friedman
• 3:44
  made
• 3:44
  us
• 3:45
  do
• 3:45
  this
• 3:45
  exercise
• 3:46
  where
• 3:47
  he
• 3:47
  said,
• 3:47
  okay,
• 3:48
  you're
• 3:49
  moving
• 3:49
  into
• 3:49
  your
• 3:49
  first
• 3:50
  home.
• 3:50
  What
• 3:50
  is
• 3:50
  the
• 3:50
  first
• 3:51
  thing
• 3:51
  that
• 3:51
  you
• 3:51
  buy?
• 3:51
  And
• 3:51
  we
• 3:52
  all
• 3:52
  had
• 3:52
  to
• 3:52
  go
• 3:52
  around
• 3:52
  and
• 3:53
  answer,
• 3:53
  a
• 3:54
  really
• 3:54
  good
• 3:54
  mattress.
• 3:56
  Because
• 3:56
  home
• 3:57
  ownership
• 3:58
  means
• 3:58
  you're
• 3:59
  probably
• 3:59
  going
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  be
• 3:59
  working
• 4:00
  a
• 4:00
  little
• 4:00
  bit
• 4:00
  more.
• 4:01
  You're
• 4:01
  going
• 4:01
  to
• 4:01
  be
• 4:01
  stretched
• 4:02
  a
• 4:02
  little
• 4:02
  more
• 4:02
  thin.
• 4:03
  It's
• 4:04
  wonderful,
• 4:04
  but
• 4:04
  takes
• 4:05
  a
• 4:05
  little
• 4:05
  bit
• 4:05
  of
• 4:06
  time
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  adjust.
• 4:06
  But
• 4:07
  if
• 4:07
  you
• 4:07
  can
• 4:07
  get
• 4:07
  a
• 4:07
  good
• 4:08
  night's
• 4:08
  sleep,
• 4:08
  sleep,
• 4:09
  it
• 4:10
  will
• 4:10
  make
• 4:10
  a
• 4:10
  huge
• 4:11
  difference.
• 4:12
  So
• 4:12
  don't
• 4:12
  skimp
• 4:13
  on
• 4:13
  your
• 4:13
  mattress
• 4:14
  because
• 4:14
  you
• 4:14
  will
• 4:15
  regret
• 4:15
  it
• 4:16
  terribly.
• 4:17
  That's
• 4:17
  my
• 4:18
  first
• 4:18
  thing.
• 4:18
  I
• 4:19
  have
• 4:19
  a
• 4:19
  tip
• 4:19
  on
• 4:19
  a
• 4:19
  mattress
• 4:20
  and
• 4:20
  it's
• 4:21
  interesting.
• 4:21
  I
• 4:22
  found
• 4:22
  a
• 4:22
  company
• 4:23
  here
• 4:23
  locally
• 4:23
  and
• 4:24
  there's
• 4:24
  so
• 4:24
  many
• 4:25
  around
• 4:25
  out
• 4:25
  there.
• 4:26
  It's
• 4:26
  like
• 4:27
  a
• 4:27
  little
• 4:27
  three
• 4:27
  bay
• 4:28
  garage.
• 4:28
  It
• 4:28
  actually
• 4:28
  used
• 4:29
  to
• 4:29
  be
• 4:29
  a
• 4:29
  19
• 4:29
  Portland
• 4:30
  area
• 4:31
  VW
• 4:32
  dealership
• 4:32
  that
• 4:33
  of
• 4:33
  course
• 4:33
  got
• 4:33
  into
• 4:33
  bigger
• 4:34
  things.
• 4:34
  Or
• 4:35
  a
• 4:35
  custom
• 4:35
  mattress
• 4:36
  place.
• 4:36
  You
• 4:36
  can
• 4:36
  go
• 4:36
  in
• 4:37
  there
• 4:37
  on
• 4:37
  Friday,
• 4:38
  have
• 4:38
  the
• 4:39
  mattress
• 4:39
  made
• 4:39
  how
• 4:40
  you
• 4:40
  want
• 4:40
  it,
• 4:41
  and
• 4:41
  they
• 4:41
  deliver
• 4:42
  it
• 4:42
  on
• 4:42
  Monday.
• 4:43
  And
• 4:43
  it
• 4:43
  was
• 4:43
  so
• 4:44
  much
• 4:44
  cheaper
• 4:44
  than
• 4:45
  going
• 4:45
  to
• 4:45
  some
• 4:46
  of
• 4:46
  the
• 4:46
  big
• 4:46
  stores
• 4:47
  out
• 4:47
  there.
• 4:47
  Sorry,
• 4:47
  advertisers
• 4:48
  out
• 4:48
  there.
• 4:48
  But
• 4:48
  this
• 4:49
  was
• 4:49
  one
• 4:49
  of
• 4:49
  those
• 4:49
  things
• 4:49
  that,
• 4:50
  that
• 4:50
  was
• 4:51
  really
• 4:51
  cool.
• 4:51
  And
• 4:52
  you
• 4:52
  could
• 4:52
  get
• 4:52
  it
• 4:52
  exactly
• 4:53
  how
• 4:53
  you
• 4:53
  want.
• 4:53
  You
• 4:53
  walked
• 4:53
  in,
• 4:54
  they
• 4:54
  had
• 4:54
  like
• 4:54
  20
• 4:54
  mattresses
• 4:55
  lined
• 4:55
  up
• 4:55
  and
• 4:56
  you
• 4:56
  could
• 4:56
  go,
• 4:56
  okay,
• 4:56
  I
• 4:56
  want
• 4:57
  a
• 4:57
  mixture
• 4:57
  between
• 4:58
  17
• 4:58
  and
• 4:59
  16.
• 4:59
  And
• 4:59
  they're
• 4:59
  like,
• 5:00
  cool.
• 5:00
  We
• 5:00
  gotcha.
• 5:00
  Yeah.
• 5:01
  And
• 5:01
  supporting
• 5:01
  a
• 5:01
  little
• 5:02
  local
• 5:02
  business,
• 5:02
  like,
• 5:03
  that's
• 5:03
  really
• 5:03
  neat.
• 5:04
  Yes,
• 5:05
  it
• 5:05
  is.
• 5:05
  And
• 5:05
  then
• 5:06
  you
• 5:06
  can
• 5:06
  still
• 5:06
  go
• 5:06
  spend
• 5:06
  the
• 5:07
  money
• 5:07
  on
• 5:07
  an
• 5:07
  adjustable
• 5:08
  bed
• 5:08
  or
• 5:08
  the
• 5:08
  other
• 5:08
  stuff
• 5:08
  you
• 5:09
  want
• 5:09
  that's
• 5:09
  in
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10
  frame
• 5:10
  if
• 5:10
  you
• 5:10
  want
• 5:10
  to.
• 5:11
  But
• 5:11
  you
• 5:12
  can
• 5:12
  get
• 5:12
  something
• 5:12
  really
• 5:13
  nice.
• 5:13
  And
• 5:14
  what
• 5:14
  do
• 5:14
  they
• 5:14
  say?
• 5:15
  Seven
• 5:15
  to
• 5:15
  10
• 5:15
  years
• 5:15
  is
• 5:16
  the
• 5:16
  max
• 5:16
  lifespan
• 5:17
  on
• 5:17
  a
• 5:17
  mattress.
• 5:17
  And
• 5:17
  I
• 5:17
  know
• 5:18
  a
• 5:18
  lot
• 5:18
  of
• 5:18
  people
• 5:18
  out
• 5:18
  there
• 5:19
  have
• 5:19
  had
• 5:20
  something
• 5:20
  for
• 5:20
  25
• 5:21
  plus
• 5:21
  years.
• 5:21
  Yeah,
• 5:22
  it's
• 5:22
  funny,
• 5:23
  it's.
• 5:24
  Well,
• 5:24
  it's
• 5:24
  almost
• 5:25
  like
• 5:25
  the
• 5:25
  Princess
• 5:25
  and
• 5:25
  the
• 5:26
  Pea
• 5:26
  kind
• 5:26
  of
• 5:26
  thing.
• 5:26
  Right?
• 5:27
  Like,
• 5:27
  some
• 5:28
  people
• 5:28
  are
• 5:28
  just
• 5:28
  much
• 5:28
  more
• 5:29
  sensitive
• 5:29
  to
• 5:29
  their
• 5:30
  mattress
• 5:30
  than
• 5:30
  others.
• 5:31
  And
• 5:32
  so
• 5:32
  some
• 5:32
  people
• 5:32
  go
• 5:32
  through
• 5:33
  them
• 5:33
  more
• 5:33
  quickly
• 5:34
  and
• 5:34
  they
• 5:34
  need
• 5:34
  to
• 5:35
  make
• 5:35
  adjustments
• 5:36
  a
• 5:36
  lot
• 5:36
  more
• 5:37
  than
• 5:37
  friends
• 5:38
  may.
• 5:39
  But
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  think
• 5:40
  that's
• 5:40
  probably
• 5:41
  the
• 5:41
  very.
• 5:41
  Because
• 5:42
  at
• 5:42
  least
• 5:42
  you
• 5:42
  have
• 5:42
  something
• 5:42
  to
• 5:42
  sit
• 5:43
  on.
• 5:43
  Or
• 5:44
  sleep
• 5:44
  on
• 5:44
  that's
• 5:45
  not
• 5:45
  on
• 5:45
  the
• 5:45
  ground.
• 5:46
  You're
• 5:46
  not
• 5:46
  in
• 5:47
  an
• 5:47
  eight
• 5:47
  cart.
• 5:48
  So
• 5:48
  that's
• 5:48
  good.
• 5:48
  That's
• 5:48
  a
• 5:49
  step
• 5:49
  in
• 5:49
  the
• 5:49
  right
• 5:49
  direction.
• 5:50
  Absolutely.
• 5:51
  One
• 5:51
  of
• 5:51
  my
• 5:52
  things
• 5:52
  too
• 5:52
  is
• 5:52
  when
• 5:52
  you
• 5:53
  buy
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  house
• 5:54
  I'd
• 5:54
  put
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  number
• 5:55
  two
• 5:55
  on
• 5:55
  that.
• 5:56
  Brand
• 5:57
  new
• 5:57
  door
• 5:57
  locks
• 5:58
  all
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  way
• 5:58
  around
• 5:58
  or
• 5:59
  at
• 5:59
  least
• 5:59
  have
• 5:59
  them
• 5:59
  rekeyed.
• 6:00
  Yes.
• 6:00
  Who
• 6:01
  knows
• 6:01
  how
• 6:02
  many
• 6:02
  people
• 6:02
  had
• 6:02
  a
• 6:02
  key
• 6:03
  to
• 6:03
  your
• 6:03
  place
• 6:03
  beforehand.
• 6:04
  And
• 6:04
  it's
• 6:04
  a
• 6:04
  great
• 6:04
  start.
• 6:05
  Over
• 6:05
  the
• 6:05
  first
• 6:05
  day
• 6:05
  that
• 6:05
  you
• 6:06
  move
• 6:06
  in
• 6:06
  I
• 6:06
  will
• 6:06
  call
• 6:07
  the
• 6:07
  locksmith
• 6:07
  and
• 6:07
  have
• 6:07
  them
• 6:08
  meet
• 6:08
  you
• 6:08
  at
• 6:08
  the
• 6:08
  door.
• 6:09
  Yeah,
• 6:10
  get
• 6:10
  it
• 6:10
  done,
• 6:11
  get
• 6:11
  it
• 6:11
  changed
• 6:12
  over.
• 6:12
  Whether
• 6:13
  or
• 6:13
  not
• 6:13
  it's
• 6:13
  locksmith
• 6:14
  can
• 6:14
  knock
• 6:14
  it
• 6:14
  out
• 6:14
  pretty
• 6:15
  good
• 6:15
  if
• 6:15
  it's
• 6:15
  quality
• 6:15
  locks.
• 6:16
  No
• 6:16
  sense
• 6:16
  going
• 6:16
  out
• 6:17
  and
• 6:17
  wasting
• 6:17
  money.
• 6:18
  Have
• 6:18
  that
• 6:18
  locksmith
• 6:19
  come
• 6:19
  in
• 6:19
  and
• 6:19
  re
• 6:20
  key
• 6:20
  them.
• 6:20
  You've
• 6:20
  got
• 6:21
  electronic
• 6:21
  locks,
• 6:21
  it's
• 6:22
  even
• 6:22
  easier.
• 6:22
  You
• 6:22
  have
• 6:22
  the
• 6:23
  code,
• 6:23
  you
• 6:23
  can
• 6:23
  reset
• 6:23
  that
• 6:24
  and
• 6:24
  just
• 6:24
  jump
• 6:25
  online
• 6:25
  and
• 6:25
  get
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  instructions
• 6:26
  and
• 6:26
  do
• 6:26
  it.
• 6:26
  But
• 6:27
  don't
• 6:27
  forget
• 6:27
  the
• 6:27
  garage
• 6:28
  door
• 6:28
  as
• 6:28
  well.
• 6:28
  That's
• 6:28
  the
• 6:28
  one
• 6:29
  that
• 6:29
  people
• 6:29
  always
• 6:29
  forget
• 6:30
  about
• 6:30
  the
• 6:30
  code.
• 6:31
  Change
• 6:32
  the
• 6:32
  have
• 6:32
  you
• 6:33
  know,
• 6:33
  you
• 6:33
  can
• 6:33
  go
• 6:33
  through,
• 6:34
  jump
• 6:34
  online,
• 6:35
  read
• 6:35
  the
• 6:35
  instructions
• 6:36
  for
• 6:36
  the
• 6:36
  remote.
• 6:37
  Maybe
• 6:37
  somebody
• 6:37
  had
• 6:37
  their
• 6:37
  car
• 6:38
  programmed
• 6:39
  to
• 6:39
  it
• 6:39
  and
• 6:39
  they
• 6:39
  gave
• 6:39
  you
• 6:39
  the
• 6:39
  both
• 6:40
  remotes
• 6:40
  back.
• 6:41
  Change
• 6:41
  the
• 6:42
  little
• 6:42
  codes
• 6:42
  on
• 6:42
  the
• 6:42
  inside
• 6:43
  of
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  too.
• 6:44
  Good
• 6:44
  point.
• 6:45
  So
• 6:45
  high
• 6:45
  ladder.
• 6:46
  There
• 6:46
  you
• 6:46
  go.
• 6:47
  That's
• 6:47
  a
• 6:47
  big
• 6:48
  one.
• 6:48
  Right?
• 6:48
  Fixing
• 6:49
  those
• 6:49
  burned
• 6:49
  out
• 6:49
  light
• 6:49
  bulbs
• 6:50
  and
• 6:50
  a
• 6:50
  coffee
• 6:51
  maker.
• 6:52
  No
• 6:52
  question.
• 6:53
  Moving
• 6:53
  in
• 6:53
  with
• 6:53
  a
• 6:53
  coffee
• 6:54
  maker
• 6:54
  at
• 6:54
  this
• 6:54
  point
• 6:55
  though.
• 6:55
  So
• 6:55
  I
• 6:56
  hope
• 6:56
  so
• 6:56
  though
• 6:56
  if
• 6:57
  not
• 6:57
  you're
• 6:57
  gonna
• 6:57
  need
• 6:57
  one.
• 6:57
  There's
• 6:58
  so
• 6:58
  many
• 6:58
  things
• 6:58
  though
• 6:59
  that
• 6:59
  just
• 6:59
  getting
• 7:00
  into
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  house
• 7:01
  even
• 7:01
  if
• 7:01
  it's
• 7:01
  perfectly
• 7:02
  done,
• 7:02
  I
• 7:02
  always
• 7:02
  thought
• 7:03
  going
• 7:03
  through
• 7:03
  and
• 7:03
  having
• 7:04
  a.
• 7:04
  Either
• 7:05
  if
• 7:05
  you
• 7:05
  didn't
• 7:06
  have
• 7:06
  this
• 7:06
  done,
• 7:06
  have
• 7:07
  somebody
• 7:07
  come
• 7:07
  through
• 7:08
  and
• 7:08
  just
• 7:08
  do
• 7:09
  a
• 7:09
  great
• 7:09
  house
• 7:10
  cleaning
• 7:10
  before
• 7:10
  you
• 7:10
  move
• 7:11
  in.
• 7:11
  It's
• 7:12
  been
• 7:12
  cleaned
• 7:12
  properly,
• 7:13
  you
• 7:13
  know.
• 7:14
  And
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  house
• 7:14
  cleaner,
• 7:15
  if
• 7:15
  you
• 7:15
  hire
• 7:16
  one
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  come
• 7:16
  in
• 7:16
  it's
• 7:16
  going
• 7:16
  to
• 7:17
  be
• 7:17
  way
• 7:17
  cheaper
• 7:17
  without
• 7:17
  your
• 7:17
  stuff
• 7:18
  in
• 7:18
  there
• 7:18
  anyway.
• 7:19
  Definitely.
• 7:20
  Because
• 7:20
  they
• 7:20
  can
• 7:20
  go
• 7:20
  around
• 7:20
  and
• 7:20
  clean
• 7:21
  everything
• 7:21
  up
• 7:21
  and
• 7:21
  then
• 7:21
  you're
• 7:22
  just
• 7:22
  starting
• 7:22
  out
• 7:22
  with
• 7:22
  something
• 7:23
  super
• 7:23
  clean
• 7:24
  and
• 7:24
  was
• 7:24
  cleaned
• 7:25
  properly.
• 7:25
  I
• 7:26
  find
• 7:26
  that
• 7:26
  too
• 7:26
  with
• 7:27
  sometimes
• 7:27
  they
• 7:28
  get
• 7:28
  so
• 7:28
  excited
• 7:28
  to
• 7:29
  move
• 7:29
  in
• 7:29
  and
• 7:30
  they
• 7:30
  really
• 7:30
  compress
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  move
• 7:32
  in
• 7:32
  process
• 7:33
  and
• 7:34
  they
• 7:34
  cause
• 7:34
  themselves
• 7:35
  so
• 7:35
  much
• 7:36
  stress
• 7:37
  because
• 7:38
  they
• 7:38
  have
• 7:39
  everything
• 7:39
  stacked
• 7:39
  on
• 7:40
  top
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  each
• 7:40
  other
• 7:40
  and
• 7:41
  nothing
• 7:41
  in
• 7:41
  life
• 7:42
  works
• 7:42
  perfectly.
• 7:43
  I
• 7:43
  would
• 7:43
  love
• 7:43
  it
• 7:44
  if
• 7:44
  it
• 7:44
  did,
• 7:44
  but
• 7:45
  it
• 7:45
  does
• 7:45
  not.
• 7:45
  And
• 7:46
  so
• 7:46
  I
• 7:46
  don't
• 7:46
  even,
• 7:46
  I
• 7:47
  don't
• 7:47
  even
• 7:48
  consider
• 7:48
  it
• 7:49
  coming
• 7:49
  off
• 7:50
  without
• 7:50
  a
• 7:50
  hitch
• 7:50
  the
• 7:51
  way
• 7:51
  I
• 7:51
  used
• 7:51
  to
• 7:52
  when
• 7:52
  I
• 7:52
  was
• 7:52
  younger
• 7:52
  and
• 7:53
  totally
• 7:53
  naive.
• 7:55
  But
• 7:55
  oh,
• 7:56
  I
• 7:56
  did
• 7:56
  this
• 7:56
  house
• 7:57
  when
• 7:57
  I
• 7:57
  moved
• 7:57
  into
• 7:57
  It
• 7:58
  I
• 7:58
  did
• 7:59
  it
• 7:59
  was
• 7:59
  the
• 7:59
  most
• 7:59
  horrible
• 8:00
  way
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  do
• 8:00
  it,
• 8:00
  but
• 8:00
  it
• 8:00
  was
• 8:00
  the
• 8:01
  way
• 8:01
  that
• 8:01
  it
• 8:01
  had
• 8:01
  to
• 8:01
  work.
• 8:02
  So
• 8:02
  it
• 8:02
  was
• 8:03
  a
• 8:03
  total
• 8:03
  fixer
• 8:03
  upper.
• 8:04
  But
• 8:04
  I
• 8:04
  wanted
• 8:04
  to
• 8:05
  get
• 8:05
  it
• 8:05
  even
• 8:05
  neglected
• 8:06
  for
• 8:06
  30
• 8:07
  plus
• 8:07
  years.
• 8:08
  And
• 8:08
  it
• 8:08
  was
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  rental
• 8:09
  for
• 8:09
  30
• 8:09
  years.
• 8:10
  So
• 8:10
  it
• 8:10
  was
• 8:10
  so
• 8:10
  bad.
• 8:11
  And
• 8:12
  the
• 8:12
  lady
• 8:12
  that
• 8:13
  was,
• 8:13
  she
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  original,
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  owner
• 8:15
  we
• 8:15
  bought
• 8:15
  it
• 8:15
  from,
• 8:15
  I
• 8:15
  think
• 8:16
  lived
• 8:17
  half
• 8:17
  in
• 8:17
  China,
• 8:18
  half
• 8:18
  in
• 8:18
  San
• 8:18
  Francisco
• 8:19
  and
• 8:20
  just
• 8:20
  had
• 8:21
  a
• 8:21
  management
• 8:21
  company
• 8:21
  deal.
• 8:22
  But
• 8:22
  she
• 8:22
  went
• 8:22
  through
• 8:22
  with
• 8:23
  silicone
• 8:24
  caulking
• 8:25
  and
• 8:25
  caulked
• 8:26
  over.
• 8:26
  I
• 8:26
  went
• 8:26
  over
• 8:27
  the
• 8:27
  fireplaces
• 8:27
  so
• 8:27
  nobody
• 8:28
  would
• 8:28
  use
• 8:28
  them.
• 8:29
  So
• 8:29
  when
• 8:30
  we
• 8:30
  had
• 8:30
  1977
• 8:31
  popcorn
• 8:32
  ceilings
• 8:32
  and
• 8:32
  all
• 8:32
  that
• 8:33
  stuff.
• 8:33
  So
• 8:33
  I
• 8:33
  went
• 8:33
  in
• 8:33
  and
• 8:33
  went,
• 8:34
  okay,
• 8:34
  scraping
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  popcorn
• 8:35
  after
• 8:36
  I
• 8:36
  had
• 8:36
  it
• 8:36
  asbestos
• 8:36
  tested,
• 8:37
  checked
• 8:38
  all
• 8:38
  that
• 8:38
  stuff
• 8:38
  out
• 8:39
  and
• 8:40
  basically
• 8:41
  had
• 8:41
  three
• 8:42
  weeks
• 8:42
  between
• 8:43
  Thanksgiving
• 8:43
  and
• 8:44
  Christmas
• 8:44
  to
• 8:45
  get
• 8:45
  it
• 8:45
  ready
• 8:46
  and
• 8:47
  got
• 8:47
  it
• 8:48
  somewhat
• 8:48
  moving
• 8:48
  ready.
• 8:49
  But
• 8:49
  at
• 8:49
  least
• 8:49
  got
• 8:49
  the
• 8:49
  hardwood
• 8:50
  floor
• 8:50
  refinished,
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  popcorn
• 8:51
  off
• 8:51
  the
• 8:52
  ceiling
• 8:52
  and
• 8:52
  some
• 8:52
  of
• 8:52
  the
• 8:52
  stuff
• 8:53
  that
• 8:53
  was
• 8:53
  just
• 8:53
  going
• 8:53
  to
• 8:53
  be
• 8:54
  miserable.
• 8:54
  You're
• 8:55
  in
• 8:55
  there,
• 8:55
  got
• 8:55
  that
• 8:55
  stuff
• 8:56
  done
• 8:56
  and
• 8:57
  then
• 8:57
  started
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  remodeling
• 8:58
  process
• 8:58
  once
• 8:58
  we
• 8:58
  moved
• 8:58
  in.
• 8:59
  Just
• 8:59
  because
• 8:59
  we
• 8:59
  couldn't
• 8:59
  afford
• 9:00
  to.
• 9:00
  Sure.
• 9:01
  And
• 9:01
  it
• 9:01
  was
• 9:01
  just
• 9:01
  the
• 9:02
  beginning
• 9:02
  of
• 9:02
  COVID
• 9:02
  So
• 9:02
  it
• 9:03
  was
• 9:03
  that
• 9:03
  good
• 9:03
  point
• 9:03
  of,
• 9:03
  hey,
• 9:04
  we
• 9:04
  got
• 9:04
  in
• 9:04
  here,
• 9:04
  but
• 9:05
  cut
• 9:05
  our
• 9:05
  expenses
• 9:06
  as
• 9:06
  much
• 9:06
  as
• 9:06
  we
• 9:06
  can
• 9:06
  so
• 9:06
  we
• 9:06
  can
• 9:06
  spend
• 9:07
  on
• 9:07
  the
• 9:07
  house.
• 9:07
  Right.
• 9:08
  I
• 9:08
  think
• 9:08
  a
• 9:08
  lot
• 9:08
  of
• 9:08
  times
• 9:09
  people
• 9:10
  think
• 9:10
  it's
• 9:11
  all
• 9:11
  or
• 9:11
  nothing.
• 9:12
  They're
• 9:12
  going
• 9:12
  to
• 9:12
  move
• 9:12
  in
• 9:13
  and
• 9:13
  save
• 9:13
  all
• 9:13
  that
• 9:13
  money
• 9:14
  and
• 9:14
  they're
• 9:14
  not
• 9:14
  going
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  pay
• 9:14
  two
• 9:15
  mortgages
• 9:15
  and
• 9:15
  it's
• 9:15
  all
• 9:15
  going
• 9:16
  to
• 9:16
  work
• 9:16
  out
• 9:16
  perfect.
• 9:17
  Or
• 9:17
  they
• 9:17
  think
• 9:18
  we'll
• 9:18
  hang
• 9:18
  on
• 9:18
  to
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  other
• 9:19
  house
• 9:19
  and
• 9:19
  we'll
• 9:20
  live
• 9:20
  here
• 9:20
  while
• 9:20
  we're
• 9:21
  remodeling
• 9:21
  and
• 9:21
  then
• 9:22
  it's
• 9:22
  stretches
• 9:22
  out.
• 9:23
  But
• 9:23
  I
• 9:23
  like
• 9:23
  how
• 9:23
  you
• 9:24
  did
• 9:24
  that
• 9:24
  because
• 9:24
  you
• 9:24
  had
• 9:25
  some
• 9:25
  very
• 9:25
  specific
• 9:26
  parameters
• 9:26
  about
• 9:26
  what
• 9:27
  you
• 9:27
  wanted
• 9:27
  to
• 9:27
  accomplish
• 9:28
  and
• 9:29
  you
• 9:29
  were
• 9:29
  reasonable
• 9:30
  about
• 9:30
  them.
• 9:30
  But
• 9:31
  it's
• 9:32
  also
• 9:32
  a
• 9:32
  question
• 9:32
  about
• 9:33
  at
• 9:34
  what
• 9:34
  price
• 9:35
  Peace.
• 9:36
  Like
• 9:36
  I
• 9:36
  write
• 9:36
  a
• 9:36
  lot
• 9:37
  of
• 9:37
  checks
• 9:37
  now
• 9:37
  for
• 9:38
  peace
• 9:38
  that
• 9:38
  I
• 9:39
  never
• 9:39
  did
• 9:39
  before,
• 9:40
  but
• 9:41
  it's
• 9:41
  worth
• 9:42
  it.
• 9:42
  Gosh,
• 9:43
  yeah.
• 9:44
  I
• 9:44
  cause
• 9:45
  you.
• 9:45
  When
• 9:45
  it
• 9:45
  just
• 9:45
  all
• 9:46
  piles
• 9:46
  up
• 9:46
  on
• 9:46
  you
• 9:47
  at
• 9:47
  once,
• 9:47
  it's
• 9:48
  just
• 9:48
  so
• 9:49
  hard.
• 9:49
  And
• 9:49
  I.
• 9:49
  I
• 9:50
  see
• 9:50
  clients
• 9:51
  choose
• 9:51
  that
• 9:51
  option
• 9:52
  and
• 9:52
  I
• 9:52
  worry
• 9:52
  because
• 9:53
  sometimes
• 9:53
  it
• 9:54
  is
• 9:54
  a
• 9:54
  joyful
• 9:54
  thing
• 9:55
  to
• 9:55
  buy
• 9:55
  a
• 9:55
  brand
• 9:55
  new
• 9:56
  home
• 9:56
  to
• 9:56
  you,
• 9:57
  whether
• 9:57
  it's
• 9:57
  truly
• 9:58
  brand
• 9:58
  new
• 9:58
  or
• 9:59
  it's
• 9:59
  new
• 9:59
  to
• 9:59
  you.
• 10:00
  It's
• 10:00
  a
• 10:00
  celebration
• 10:01
  and
• 10:01
  it's
• 10:02
  lovely.
• 10:02
  And
• 10:03
  of
• 10:03
  course
• 10:04
  a
• 10:04
  move
• 10:04
  is
• 10:04
  stressful,
• 10:05
  but
• 10:05
  you
• 10:06
  can
• 10:06
  make
• 10:06
  it
• 10:06
  more
• 10:06
  or
• 10:07
  less
• 10:07
  stressful.
• 10:08
  And
• 10:08
  if
• 10:08
  you
• 10:08
  can
• 10:08
  just
• 10:09
  think
• 10:09
  a
• 10:09
  little
• 10:09
  bit
• 10:10
  about
• 10:10
  it
• 10:10
  and
• 10:10
  not
• 10:11
  get
• 10:11
  everything
• 10:12
  so
• 10:12
  tightly
• 10:13
  scheduled
• 10:13
  that
• 10:14
  One
• 10:14
  wrong
• 10:14
  thing
• 10:15
  happens
• 10:15
  and
• 10:15
  the
• 10:16
  whole
• 10:16
  thing
• 10:16
  falls
• 10:16
  apart.
• 10:17
  It's
• 10:17
  probably
• 10:17
  better
• 10:18
  for
• 10:18
  your
• 10:18
  sanity
• 10:19
  and
• 10:19
  any

  tips.
• 11:33
  Not
• 11:34
  buying
• 11:34
  the
• 11:34
  house,
• 11:34
  but
• 11:35
  what
• 11:35
  do
• 11:35
  you
• 11:35
  do
• 11:35
  afterwards?
• 11:36
  What
• 11:36
  are
• 11:36
  some
• 11:36
  of
• 11:37
  our
• 11:37
  tips,
• 11:37
  tricks
• 11:38
  and
• 11:38
  things
• 11:38
  you
• 11:38
  can
• 11:38
  do
• 11:39
  around
• 11:39
  the
• 11:39
  house
• 11:40
  to
• 11:40
  make
• 11:40
  it
• 11:40
  yours
• 11:41
  and
• 11:41
  to
• 11:41
  make
• 11:41
  it
• 11:41
  a
• 11:42
  great
• 11:42
  place
• 11:42
  to
• 11:42
  live?
• 11:43
  Now
• 11:43
  let's
• 11:43
  get
• 11:44
  back
• 11:44
  to
• 11:44
  talking
• 11:44
  with
• 11:44
  Wendy.
• 11:45
  Well,
• 11:45
  I
• 11:45
  got
• 11:45
  a
• 11:46
  question
• 11:46
  for
• 11:46
  you.
• 11:46
  What
• 11:46
  would
• 11:46
  be
• 11:47
  the
• 11:47
  first
• 11:47
  room
• 11:48
  that
• 11:49
  you
• 11:49
  would
• 11:49
  think
• 11:49
  about
• 11:50
  doing?
• 11:50
  You
• 11:51
  know,
• 11:51
  updating
• 11:51
  at
• 11:52
  least.
• 11:52
  Maybe
• 11:52
  it's
• 11:52
  new
• 11:52
  paint.
• 11:53
  Maybe
• 11:53
  it's
• 11:54
  just
• 11:54
  some
• 11:54
  basic
• 11:55
  stuff,
• 11:55
  new
• 11:55
  curtains,
• 11:56
  whatever.
• 11:56
  What
• 11:57
  would
• 11:57
  be
• 11:57
  the
• 11:57
  first
• 11:57
  one
• 11:57
  you
• 11:57
  would
• 11:58
  recommend?
• 11:58
  I
• 11:58
  think
• 11:59
  whatever
• 11:59
  room
• 11:59
  you
• 12:00
  spend
• 12:00
  the
• 12:00
  most
• 12:00
  time
• 12:00
  in.
• 12:01
  So
• 12:02
  for
• 12:02
  many
• 12:02
  of
• 12:03
  my
• 12:03
  clients,
• 12:03
  that
• 12:03
  means
• 12:04
  the
• 12:04
  kitchen,
• 12:04
  family
• 12:04
  room
• 12:05
  area,
• 12:05
  because
• 12:06
  here
• 12:06
  in
• 12:06
  California,
• 12:07
  it's
• 12:07
  more
• 12:08
  open
• 12:08
  concept.
• 12:09
  So
• 12:10
  typically
• 12:10
  a
• 12:11
  family
• 12:11
  room
• 12:11
  is
• 12:11
  somehow
• 12:12
  attached
• 12:12
  to
• 12:12
  the
• 12:13
  kitchen.
• 12:14
  And
• 12:14
  by
• 12:14
  changing
• 12:15
  that
• 12:15
  paint
• 12:15
  color,
• 12:16
  you
• 12:17
  change
• 12:17
  the
• 12:17
  whole
• 12:18
  feeling
• 12:18
  of
• 12:18
  the
• 12:19
  house
• 12:20
  and
• 12:21
  the
• 12:21
  old
• 12:21
  fashioned
• 12:22
  way
• 12:22
  of
• 12:23
  doing
• 12:23
  paint.
• 12:23
  And
• 12:24
  not
• 12:24
  that
• 12:24
  it's
• 12:24
  wrong.
• 12:25
  That
• 12:25
  was
• 12:25
  just
• 12:26
  before.
• 12:27
  Now
• 12:27
  it's
• 12:27
  changed
• 12:28
  a
• 12:28
  little.
• 12:28
  You
• 12:29
  paint,
• 12:30
  one
• 12:30
  color
• 12:30
  is
• 12:30
  the
• 12:31
  base
• 12:31
  molding,
• 12:32
  one
• 12:32
  color
• 12:32
  is
• 12:33
  the
• 12:33
  wall,
• 12:33
  one
• 12:34
  color
• 12:34
  is
• 12:34
  the
• 12:34
  crown,
• 12:35
  one
• 12:35
  color
• 12:35
  is
• 12:36
  the
• 12:36
  ceiling.
• 12:37
  But
• 12:38
  what
• 12:38
  people
• 12:38
  don't
• 12:39
  recognize
• 12:40
  is
• 12:40
  that
• 12:40
  when
• 12:41
  you
• 12:41
  stand
• 12:41
  back
• 12:42
  and
• 12:42
  you
• 12:42
  look
• 12:42
  at
• 12:42
  the
• 12:42
  room,
• 12:43
  you've
• 12:44
  cut
• 12:44
  your
• 12:44
  room
• 12:44
  up
• 12:45
  horizontally
• 12:46
  into
• 12:46
  all
• 12:46
  these
• 12:46
  different
• 12:47
  segments,
• 12:47
  which
• 12:48
  is
• 12:48
  not
• 12:49
  going
• 12:49
  to
• 12:49
  be
• 12:49
  conducive
• 12:50
  to
• 12:50
  a
• 12:50
  calm,
• 12:51
  serene
• 12:52
  feeling
• 12:52
  at
• 12:52
  home.
• 12:53
  So
• 12:53
  now
• 12:54
  what
• 12:54
  we
• 12:54
  recommend
• 12:55
  is
• 12:55
  paint
• 12:56
  it
• 12:56
  all
• 12:57
  one
• 12:57
  color.
• 12:58
  And
• 12:59
  of
• 12:59
  course,
• 12:59
  trims.
• 13:00
  You
• 13:00
  want
• 13:00
  to
• 13:01
  do
• 13:01
  satin,
• 13:01
  eggshell,
• 13:02
  something
• 13:02
  like
• 13:03
  that.
• 13:03
  But
• 13:04
  I
• 13:04
  like
• 13:04
  a
• 13:04
  matte
• 13:05
  paint.
• 13:05
  I
• 13:06
  like
• 13:06
  that
• 13:06
  it
• 13:06
  doesn't
• 13:06
  reflect.
• 13:07
  And
• 13:08
  then
• 13:08
  it
• 13:08
  all.
• 13:08
  It
• 13:09
  does
• 13:09
  open
• 13:10
  up
• 13:10
  the
• 13:10
  space,
• 13:10
  too.
• 13:11
  If
• 13:11
  it's
• 13:11
  all
• 13:12
  one
• 13:12
  color
• 13:13
  Whether
• 13:13
  it
• 13:13
  be
• 13:13
  light
• 13:13
  or
• 13:14
  dark.
• 13:14
  If
• 13:14
  you
• 13:14
  color
• 13:15
  drench
• 13:15
  a
• 13:15
  room
• 13:16
  light
• 13:16
  or
• 13:17
  dark,
• 13:17
  it
• 13:17
  does
• 13:18
  expand
• 13:18
  the
• 13:18
  space
• 13:19
  and
• 13:19
  it
• 13:19
  does
• 13:19
  make
• 13:20
  it
• 13:20
  feel
• 13:20
  more
• 13:20
  calm
• 13:21
  and
• 13:22
  serene
• 13:22
  without
• 13:23
  being
• 13:23
  like
• 13:23
  Edward
• 13:24
  Scissorhands
• 13:24
  all
• 13:25
  chopped
• 13:25
  up
• 13:26
  like
• 13:26
  on
• 13:26
  these
• 13:26
  little
• 13:27
  space.
• 13:27
  Exactly.
• 13:28
  That's
• 13:29
  what
• 13:29
  we
• 13:29
  did
• 13:29
  here
• 13:29
  is
• 13:29
  I
• 13:30
  picked
• 13:30
  one
• 13:30
  kind
• 13:31
  of
• 13:31
  warm
• 13:31
  white
• 13:31
  color
• 13:32
  that
• 13:32
  was
• 13:32
  really
• 13:32
  nice.
• 13:33
  And
• 13:34
  because
• 13:34
  I'm
• 13:35
  in
• 13:35
  the
• 13:35
  middle
• 13:35
  of
• 13:35
  a
• 13:35
  forest
• 13:36
  and
• 13:36
  I
• 13:36
  have
• 13:36
  a
• 13:36
  lot
• 13:36
  of
• 13:36
  glass,
• 13:37
  I
• 13:37
  thought,
• 13:37
  okay,
• 13:37
  I'm
• 13:37
  going
• 13:38
  to
• 13:38
  let
• 13:38
  the
• 13:38
  outside
• 13:38
  speak.
• 13:39
  So
• 13:39
  I
• 13:39
  painted
• 13:40
  basically
• 13:41
  everything
• 13:41
  that
• 13:42
  same
• 13:42
  color,
• 13:42
  three
• 13:42
  different
• 13:43
  sheens,
• 13:43
  as
• 13:44
  flat
• 13:44
  as
• 13:44
  I
• 13:44
  could
• 13:44
  get
• 13:44
  for
• 13:44
  the
• 13:45
  ceiling,
• 13:45
  a
• 13:45
  mat
• 13:46
  on
• 13:46
  the
• 13:46
  walls,
• 13:46
  and
• 13:46
  then
• 13:47
  just
• 13:47
  an
• 13:47
  eggshell
• 13:47
  on
• 13:47
  the
• 13:48
  trim
• 13:48
  so
• 13:48
  I
• 13:48
  could
• 13:48
  clean
• 13:48
  it
• 13:49
  up
• 13:49
  a
• 13:49
  little
• 13:49
  bit
• 13:49
  better.
• 13:50
  And
• 13:50
  we
• 13:51
  went
• 13:51
  with
• 13:51
  that
• 13:51
  for
• 13:52
  four
• 13:52
  years
• 13:52
  or
• 13:53
  so.
• 13:53
  Just
• 13:54
  until
• 13:54
  then.
• 13:54
  I
• 13:55
  went,
• 13:55
  okay,
• 13:55
  we're
• 13:55
  gonna
• 13:55
  add
• 13:55
  some
• 13:55
  color
• 13:56
  here,
• 13:56
  we'll
• 13:56
  add
• 13:56
  some
• 13:56
  color
• 13:57
  here.
• 13:57
  But
• 13:58
  it
• 13:58
  was
• 13:58
  a
• 13:58
  good
• 13:58
  way
• 13:58
  to
• 13:58
  get
• 13:59
  through
• 13:59
  the
• 13:59
  project
• 14:00
  quickly
• 14:01
  and
• 14:01
  really
• 14:01
  open
• 14:01
  it
• 14:02
  up
• 14:02
  and
• 14:02
  make
• 14:02
  it
• 14:02
  feel
• 14:02
  fresh.
• 14:03
  And
• 14:03
  honestly,
• 14:04
  it's
• 14:04
  better
• 14:04
  for
• 14:04
  your
• 14:05
  budget
• 14:05
  because
• 14:05
  painters
• 14:06
  don't
• 14:06
  like
• 14:06
  to
• 14:06
  change
• 14:07
  colors.
• 14:08
  So
• 14:08
  if
• 14:08
  you
• 14:08
  do
• 14:08
  it
• 14:08
  all
• 14:09
  one
• 14:09
  color,
• 14:10
  your
• 14:10
  quote
• 14:10
  for
• 14:10
  that
• 14:10
  paint
• 14:11
  job
• 14:11
  is
• 14:11
  going
• 14:11
  to
• 14:11
  be
• 14:12
  much
• 14:12
  less
• 14:13
  because
• 14:13
  they'll
• 14:14
  spread
• 14:14
  it
• 14:15
  all
• 14:15
  and
• 14:16
  then
• 14:16
  they'll
• 14:16
  just
• 14:16
  do
• 14:17
  detail
• 14:17
  work
• 14:17
  on
• 14:18
  the
• 14:18
  millwork.
• 14:19
  So
• 14:19
  that's
• 14:20
  something
• 14:20
  that
• 14:20
  people
• 14:20
  don't
• 14:20
  know.
• 14:21
  So
• 14:21
  much
• 14:21
  easier.
• 14:21
  You
• 14:22
  can
• 14:22
  cut
• 14:22
  that
• 14:22
  time
• 14:22
  by
• 14:23
  half.
• 14:23
  Just
• 14:24
  because
• 14:25
  it's
• 14:26
  sophisticated
• 14:27
  and
• 14:27
  good
• 14:28
  looking.
• 14:28
  But
• 14:29
  too
• 14:30
  absolutely
• 14:31
  on
• 14:31
  the
• 14:31
  mechanical
• 14:32
  side,
• 14:32
  what
• 14:32
  I
• 14:33
  like
• 14:33
  to
• 14:33
  do
• 14:33
  is
• 14:33
  if
• 14:33
  you've
• 14:33
  got
• 14:34
  a
• 14:34
  central
• 14:34
  heating
• 14:35
  and
• 14:35
  cooling
• 14:35
  system,
• 14:36
  have
• 14:36
  the
• 14:37
  people
• 14:37
  that
• 14:37
  installed
• 14:38
  that
• 14:38
  system,
• 14:38
  if
• 14:38
  there's
• 14:38
  a
• 14:38
  sticker
• 14:39
  on
• 14:39
  it,
• 14:40
  have
• 14:40
  them
• 14:40
  come
• 14:40
  out
• 14:41
  and
• 14:41
  service
• 14:41
  it
• 14:42
  and
• 14:42
  make
• 14:42
  sure
• 14:42
  that
• 14:42
  it's
• 14:43
  in
• 14:43
  good
• 14:43
  working
• 14:43
  order.
• 14:44
  You
• 14:44
  know,
• 14:45
  that's
• 14:45
  one
• 14:45
  thing
• 14:45
  I
• 14:45
  learned
• 14:45
  about
• 14:46
  over
• 14:46
  the
• 14:46
  years
• 14:46
  with
• 14:47
  home
• 14:47
  inspectors.
• 14:47
  They
• 14:47
  are
• 14:48
  great.
• 14:48
  There's
• 14:48
  some
• 14:49
  amazing
• 14:49
  home
• 14:49
  inspectors
• 14:50
  out
• 14:50
  there.
• 14:51
  Really.
• 14:51
  Their
• 14:51
  liability
• 14:52
  is
• 14:52
  in
• 14:53
  most
• 14:53
  states,
• 14:53
  out
• 14:53
  there
• 14:54
  is
• 14:54
  what
• 14:54
  paid
• 14:55
  for
• 14:55
  them.
• 14:55
  So
• 14:55
  if
• 14:55
  you
• 14:56
  paid
• 14:56
  400
• 14:56
  bucks
• 14:56
  for
• 14:57
  the
• 14:57
  pre
• 14:58
  buy
• 14:58
  inspection,
• 14:59
  their
• 14:59
  liability
• 15:00
  is
• 15:00
  400
• 15:00
  bucks.
• 15:01
  So
• 15:01
  it's
• 15:01
  always
• 15:01
  good
• 15:02
  to
• 15:02
  have
• 15:02
  the
• 15:02
  basics
• 15:03
  to
• 15:03
  make
• 15:03
  sure
• 15:03
  they're
• 15:03
  working
• 15:04
  correctly
• 15:05
  and
• 15:05
  make
• 15:05
  sure
• 15:06
  that
• 15:06
  that's
• 15:06
  been
• 15:06
  serviced
• 15:06
  and
• 15:07
  cleaned
• 15:07
  up
• 15:07
  and
• 15:07
  that
• 15:07
  it's
• 15:08
  clean,
• 15:08
  that
• 15:09
  it's
• 15:09
  running
• 15:09
  and
• 15:10
  it's
• 15:10
  not
• 15:10
  going
• 15:10
  to
• 15:10
  leave
• 15:10
  you
• 15:11
  hanging
• 15:11
  in
• 15:11
  two
• 15:11
  months
• 15:11
  after
• 15:12
  you've
• 15:12
  started
• 15:12
  spending
• 15:13
  money
• 15:13
  putting
• 15:13
  stuff
• 15:13
  in
• 15:14
  you
• 15:14
  want
• 15:14
  in
• 15:14
  the
• 15:15
  house
• 15:15
  and
• 15:15
  you
• 15:15
  can
• 15:15
  budget
• 15:15
  it
• 15:16
  through.
• 15:16
  Yeah,
• 15:16
  that's
• 15:16
  really
• 15:17
  smart.
• 15:17
  Yeah.
• 15:18
  Here
• 15:18
  in
• 15:18
  the
• 15:19
  Central
• 15:19
  Valley
• 15:19
  in
• 15:20
  California,
• 15:21
  summer
• 15:21
  temperatures
• 15:22
  can
• 15:22
  be
• 15:22
  110.
• 15:23
  It's
• 15:24
  like
• 15:24
  it
• 15:25
  didn't
• 15:25
  used
• 15:25
  to
• 15:25
  feel
• 15:26
  Like
• 15:26
  Vegas
• 15:26
  when
• 15:26
  I
• 15:27
  was
• 15:27
  a
• 15:27
  kid
• 15:27
  growing
• 15:27
  up
• 15:28
  here.
• 15:28
  But
• 15:28
  it
• 15:28
  seems
• 15:28
  to
• 15:28
  be
• 15:28
  getting
• 15:29
  warmer
• 15:29
  and
• 15:30
  it
• 15:30
  was.
• 15:30
  It
• 15:31
  would
• 15:31
  be
• 15:31
  so
• 15:31
  sad
• 15:32
  to
• 15:32
  move
• 15:32
  in
• 15:32
  the
• 15:32
  springtime,
• 15:33
  be
• 15:33
  all
• 15:33
  excited
• 15:34
  and
• 15:34
  then
• 15:35
  have
• 15:35
  your
• 15:35
  H
• 15:35
  vac
• 15:36
  poop
• 15:37
  out
• 15:37
  on
• 15:37
  you
• 15:37
  when
• 15:37
  you
• 15:38
  need
• 15:38
  it
• 15:38
  the
• 15:38
  most.
• 15:39
  I
• 15:39
  got
• 15:39
  so
• 15:39
  lucky
• 15:40
  when
• 15:40
  I
• 15:40
  moved
• 15:40
  into
• 15:40
  this
• 15:40
  house.
• 15:41
  I
• 15:41
  said,
• 15:41
  okay,
• 15:41
  I'm
• 15:42
  going
• 15:42
  to
• 15:42
  do
• 15:42
  this
• 15:42
  once.
• 15:43
  This
• 15:43
  1977
• 15:44
  house,
• 15:45
  two
• 15:46
  stories.
• 15:46
  I
• 15:46
  went,
• 15:47
  okay,
• 15:47
  I'm
• 15:47
  putting
• 15:47
  a
• 15:47
  brand
• 15:48
  new
• 15:48
  heating
• 15:48
  and
• 15:48
  cooling
• 15:49
  system
• 15:49
  in
• 15:49
  here.
• 15:50
  I
• 15:50
  went
• 15:50
  with
• 15:50
  a
• 15:51
  traditional
• 15:51
  one
• 15:52
  gas
• 15:52
  with
• 15:53
  ac,
• 15:54
  but
• 15:54
  I
• 15:54
  had
• 15:54
  it
• 15:55
  zoned.
• 15:55
  And
• 15:55
  so
• 15:56
  I
• 15:56
  had
• 15:56
  them
• 15:56
  go
• 15:56
  down
• 15:56
  the
• 15:57
  crawl
• 15:57
  space
• 15:58
  and
• 15:58
  put
• 15:59
  in
• 15:59
  the
• 15:59
  dampers
• 16:00
  and
• 16:00
  modify
• 16:00
  it
• 16:00
  so
• 16:01
  I
• 16:01
  could
• 16:01
  have
• 16:01
  a
• 16:02
  thermostat
• 16:02
  in
• 16:02
  the
• 16:02
  bedroom
• 16:03
  and
• 16:03
  one
• 16:04
  down
• 16:04
  in
• 16:04
  the
• 16:04
  hallway
• 16:05
  in
• 16:05
  the
• 16:05
  grey
• 16:06
  room.
• 16:06
  So
• 16:07
  that
• 16:07
  could
• 16:07
  happen
• 16:08
  two
• 16:08
  weeks
• 16:09
  after
• 16:10
  I
• 16:10
  had
• 16:10
  that
• 16:10
  system
• 16:11
  in
• 16:11
  and
• 16:11
  running.
• 16:12
  Broke
• 16:12
  our
• 16:12
  all
• 16:13
  time
• 16:13
  heat
• 16:13
  record
• 16:13
  in
• 16:14
  Portland
• 16:14
  at
• 16:14
  117.
• 16:16
  I
• 16:16
  didn't
• 16:17
  say
• 16:17
  117.
• 16:19
  Oh
• 16:19
  my
• 16:19
  gosh.
• 16:20
  Oh
• 16:21
  my
• 16:21
  gosh.
• 16:21
  Oh
• 16:22
  yeah.
• 16:22
  And
• 16:23
  40%
• 16:23
  of
• 16:24
  the
• 16:24
  people
• 16:24
  here
• 16:24
  don't
• 16:25
  have
• 16:25
  AC
• 16:25
  in
• 16:25
  their
• 16:26
  homes
• 16:26
  because
• 16:26
  that's
• 16:27
  the
• 16:27
  way
• 16:27
  they've
• 16:27
  always
• 16:27
  built
• 16:27
  them.
• 16:28
  San
• 16:28
  Francisco.
• 16:28
  And
• 16:29
  yeah,
• 16:29
  it
• 16:29
  was
• 16:29
  horrible,
• 16:29
  horrible.
• 16:30
  But
• 16:30
  I
• 16:30
  was
• 16:31
  like,
• 16:31
  this
• 16:31
  was
• 16:32
  the
• 16:32
  best
• 16:32
  timing
• 16:33
  purchase
• 16:33
  of
• 16:33
  my
• 16:34
  life.
• 16:34
  Your
• 16:35
  luck.
• 16:35
  But
• 16:36
  yeah,
• 16:36
  no,
• 16:36
  that's
• 16:36
  one
• 16:36
  of
• 16:36
  those
• 16:37
  things.
• 16:37
  Make
• 16:37
  sure
• 16:37
  that
• 16:38
  you've
• 16:38
  got
• 16:38
  that
• 16:38
  so
• 16:38
  you're
• 16:39
  comfortable
• 16:39
  and
• 16:39
  you
• 16:39
  can
• 16:40
  stay
• 16:40
  in
• 16:41
  there.
• 16:41
  And
• 16:41
  it's
• 16:42
  a
• 16:42
  first
• 16:42
  time
• 16:42
  home
• 16:42
  buyer.
• 16:43
  So
• 16:43
  for
• 16:43
  people
• 16:44
  out
• 16:44
  there,
• 16:45
  a
• 16:45
  lot
• 16:45
  of
• 16:45
  people
• 16:45
  have
• 16:45
  been
• 16:46
  renting
• 16:46
  for
• 16:46
  so
• 16:46
  many
• 16:47
  years
• 16:47
  and
• 16:47
  you
• 16:47
  could
• 16:48
  be
• 16:48
  in
• 16:48
  your
• 16:48
  40s
• 16:48
  and
• 16:49
  it's
• 16:49
  your
• 16:49
  first
• 16:49
  time
• 16:49
  home
• 16:49
  buy,
• 16:50
  right?
• 16:51
  Yeah.
• 16:51
  And
• 16:52
  if
• 16:52
  you
• 16:52
  didn't
• 16:52
  grow
• 16:53
  up
• 16:53
  in
• 16:53
  a
• 16:54
  culture
• 16:54
  or
• 16:55
  a
• 16:55
  home
• 16:55
  where
• 16:57
  your
• 16:57
  parents
• 16:58
  or
• 16:58
  whoever
• 16:59
  was
• 16:59
  in
• 16:59
  charge
• 16:59
  of
• 17:00
  raising
• 17:00
  you
• 17:01
  were
• 17:01
  handy,
• 17:02
  it
• 17:03
  can
• 17:03
  feel
• 17:03
  extremely
• 17:04
  intimidating.
• 17:06
  And
• 17:07
  I,
• 17:08
  it
• 17:09
  is,
• 17:09
  I
• 17:09
  mean
• 17:09
  it,
• 17:10
  it
• 17:10
  is
• 17:11
  intimidating.
• 17:13
  But
• 17:14
  again,
• 17:15
  I
• 17:15
  think
• 17:15
  it's
• 17:15
  important
• 17:16
  to
• 17:16
  maybe
• 17:17
  try
• 17:17
  to
• 17:17
  pick
• 17:18
  a
• 17:19
  little
• 17:19
  project
• 17:20
  without
• 17:20
  water.
• 17:21
  Don't
• 17:21
  pick
• 17:21
  a
• 17:22
  project
• 17:22
  with
• 17:22
  water
• 17:23
  or
• 17:23
  electricity
• 17:24
  for
• 17:24
  your
• 17:24
  first.
• 17:25
  Just
• 17:26
  have
• 17:26
  grace
• 17:27
  with
• 17:27
  yourself
• 17:27
  and
• 17:28
  give
• 17:28
  you,
• 17:28
  give
• 17:28
  yourself
• 17:29
  that
• 17:30
  window.
• 17:31
  Not
• 17:31
  to
• 17:31
  do
• 17:31
  something
• 17:31
  like
• 17:32
  that,
• 17:32
  but
• 17:33
  even
• 17:33
  just
• 17:34
  to
• 17:34
  paint
• 17:34
  or
• 17:34
  to
• 17:35
  change
• 17:35
  out
• 17:35
  a
• 17:35
  doorknob
• 17:36
  or
• 17:36
  to
• 17:36
  change
• 17:37
  out
• 17:37
  the
• 17:37
  hardware
• 17:38
  in
• 17:38
  the
• 17:38
  kitchen.
• 17:39
  Little
• 17:40
  things
• 17:40
  that
• 17:40
  you
• 17:41
  can
• 17:41
  do
• 17:42
  that
• 17:43
  do
• 17:43
  make
• 17:44
  that
• 17:44
  house
• 17:45
  more
• 17:45
  your
• 17:46
  home
• 17:46
  and
• 17:46
  give
• 17:46
  it
• 17:47
  a
• 17:47
  distinct
• 17:47
  flair
• 17:48
  that's
• 17:48
  just
• 17:48
  yours.
• 17:49
  And
• 17:50
  you
• 17:50
  can
• 17:50
  feel
• 17:50
  a
• 17:51
  greater
• 17:51
  sense
• 17:51
  of
• 17:52
  accomplishment
• 17:52
  and
• 17:53
  then
• 17:53
  maybe
• 17:53
  that
• 17:53
  will
• 17:53
  embolden
• 17:54
  you
• 17:54
  to
• 17:54
  take
• 17:55
  on
• 17:55
  a
• 17:55
  larger
• 17:55
  project
• 17:56
  and
• 17:56
  learn
• 17:56
  another
• 17:57
  skill.
• 17:57
  On
• 17:58
  and
• 17:58
  on.
• 17:58
  Even
• 17:59
  wallpaper
• 18:00
  even.
• 18:00
  And
• 18:01
  if
• 18:01
  you're
• 18:01
  not
• 18:01
  super
• 18:02
  sure,
• 18:02
  you
• 18:02
  could
• 18:02
  do
• 18:02
  peel
• 18:03
  and
• 18:03
  stick,
• 18:03
  but
• 18:04
  it
• 18:04
  can
• 18:05
  really
• 18:05
  change
• 18:06
  the
• 18:07
  feeling
• 18:07
  in
• 18:07
  the
• 18:08
  house
• 18:08
  and
• 18:08
  make
• 18:08
  it
• 18:09
  something
• 18:09
  completely
• 18:09
  different
• 18:10
  than
• 18:10
  it
• 18:10
  was
• 18:10
  before.
• 18:11
  And
• 18:11
  again,
• 18:12
  that's
• 18:12
  just
• 18:13
  your.
• 18:14
  You
• 18:14
  and
• 18:14
  your
• 18:14
  home
• 18:15
  are
• 18:15
  working
• 18:15
  together
• 18:16
  to
• 18:16
  make
• 18:16
  it
• 18:16
  more
• 18:17
  special
• 18:17
  and
• 18:18
  unique
• 18:18
  and
• 18:18
  have
• 18:19
  your
• 18:19
  signature
• 18:20
  on
• 18:20
  it.
• 18:20
  And
• 18:21
  it
• 18:21
  doesn't
• 18:21
  need
• 18:21
  to
• 18:21
  be
• 18:22

• 18:26

• 18:27
  And
• 18:28
  don't
• 18:28
  do
• 18:28
  that.
• 18:29
  Just
• 18:30
  don't
• 18:30
  do
• 18:30
  that.
• 18:31
  I
• 18:31
  have
• 18:31
  a
• 18:31
  tip,
• 18:31
  a
• 18:31
  couple
• 18:32
  tips
• 18:32
  on
• 18:32
  wallpaper.
• 18:33
  First
• 18:34
  off,
• 18:35
  don't
• 18:35
  buy
• 18:35
  the
• 18:35
  peel
• 18:36
  and
• 18:36
  stick
• 18:36
  stuff
• 18:37
  off
• 18:37
  Amazon.
• 18:38
  I
• 18:38
  tried
• 18:38
  to
• 18:38
  do
• 18:38
  a
• 18:38
  TV
• 18:39
  segment
• 18:39
  with
• 18:39
  that.
• 18:40
  That
• 18:40
  is,
• 18:40
  I
• 18:40
  thought,
• 18:41
  okay,
• 18:41
  let's
• 18:41
  just
• 18:41
  try
• 18:41
  it
• 18:42
  out.
• 18:42
  Because
• 18:42
  we
• 18:42
  did
• 18:42
  some
• 18:43
  tested
• 18:43
  stuff
• 18:43
  where
• 18:44
  I'd
• 18:44
  buy
• 18:44
  like
• 18:44
  cheap
• 18:45
  tools
• 18:45
  off
• 18:45
  Amazon
• 18:46
  and
• 18:46
  see
• 18:46
  if
• 18:46
  they
• 18:46
  work
• 18:46
  like
• 18:46
  the
• 18:47
  real
• 18:47
  thing.
• 18:48
  I
• 18:48
  bought
• 18:48
  this
• 18:48
  stuff
• 18:49
  and
• 18:49
  it
• 18:49
  all
• 18:49
  is.
• 18:50
  It's
• 18:50
  the
• 18:50
  contact
• 18:51
  paper
• 18:51
  that
• 18:51
  your
• 18:51
  grandma
• 18:52
  put
• 18:52
  on
• 18:52
  the
• 18:52
  bottom
• 18:52
  of
• 18:52
  the
• 18:53
  shelves
• 18:53
  that
• 18:54
  they're
• 18:54
  calling
• 18:54
  wallpaper.
• 18:55
  That's
• 18:55
  all.
• 18:55
  That
• 18:55
  is
• 18:56
  not
• 18:56
  good.
• 18:57
  It's
• 18:57
  not
• 18:57
  good.
• 18:57
  And
• 18:58
  when
• 18:58
  you
• 18:58
  try
• 18:58
  to
• 18:58
  put
• 18:58
  it
• 18:58
  on,
• 18:58
  it
• 18:59
  stretches
• 18:59
  because
• 18:59
  it's
• 18:59
  vinyl.
• 19:00
  So
• 19:01
  you're
• 19:01
  trying
• 19:01
  to
• 19:01
  keep
• 19:01
  an
• 19:02
  even
• 19:02
  texture
• 19:02
  and
• 19:02
  you're
• 19:02
  like,
• 19:03
  oh,
• 19:03
  wow,
• 19:03
  the
• 19:04
  pattern
• 19:04
  just
• 19:04
  changed
• 19:04
  because
• 19:05
  it's
• 19:05
  stretched.
• 19:05
  There's
• 19:06
  a
• 19:06
  great
• 19:06
  little
• 19:06
  company
• 19:07
  I
• 19:07
  discovered
• 19:07
  at
• 19:08
  Las
• 19:08
  Vegas
• 19:08
  market.
• 19:08
  It's
• 19:09
  called
• 19:09
  Tempaper
• 19:10
  T
• 19:10
  E
• 19:10
  M
• 19:10
  P
• 19:11
  R.
• 19:12
  And
• 19:12
  it's
• 19:12
  very
• 19:13
  nice
• 19:13
  quality.
• 19:13
  It's
• 19:14
  thick
• 19:14
  and
• 19:15
  the
• 19:15
  adhesive
• 19:15
  is
• 19:16
  great.
• 19:16
  So
• 19:17
  even
• 19:17
  if
• 19:17
  you
• 19:18
  have
• 19:18
  like
• 19:18
  an
• 19:19

• 19:19

• 19:21
  or
• 19:21
  something,
• 19:22
  it
• 19:22
  can
• 19:23
  go
• 19:23
  right
• 19:23
  over
• 19:23
  the
• 19:23

• 19:24
  As
• 19:24
  you
• 19:24
  can
• 19:24
  tell,
• 19:24
  the
• 19:24
  cold
• 19:25
  was
• 19:25
  getting
• 19:25
  a
• 19:25
  little
• 19:25

• 19:26

• 19:26

• 19:27
  don't

• 22:10
  Now
• 22:10
  let's
• 22:11
  get
• 22:11
  back
• 22:11
  to
• 22:11
  talking
• 22:11
  with

  Wendy.
• 22:12
  It
• 22:12
  can
• 22:13
  Go
• 22:13
  right
• 22:13
  over
• 22:13
  the
• 22:13
  top.
• 22:13
  You'll
• 22:14
  see

  it.
• 22:14
  As
• 22:15
  we
• 22:15
  all
• 22:15
  know,
• 22:15
  it's
• 22:15
  supposed
• 22:16
  to
• 22:16
  be
• 22:16
  a
• 22:16
  smooth
• 22:17
  level
• 22:17
  5
• 22:17
  finish
• 22:17
  for
• 22:18

• 22:19
  But
• 22:19
  if
• 22:19
  you're
• 22:19
  just
• 22:20
  having
• 22:20
  fun
• 22:20
  in
• 22:20
  your
• 22:21
  new
• 22:21
  house
• 22:21
  and
• 22:21
  you
• 22:21
  want
• 22:22
  to
• 22:22
  enjoy
• 22:22
  it,
• 22:22
  it's
• 22:23
  not
• 22:23
  going
• 22:23
  to
• 22:23
  kill
• 22:23
  you.
• 22:24
  And
• 22:24
  it's.
• 22:24
  So
• 22:25
  it's
• 22:25
  a
• 22:25
  fun
• 22:25
  little
• 22:26
  thing
• 22:26
  to
• 22:26
  do.
• 22:26
  And
• 22:27
  it's
• 22:27
  invoke
• 22:27
  right
• 22:27
  now.
• 22:28
  One
• 22:29
  tip
• 22:29
  too.
• 22:29
  If
• 22:29
  you
• 22:29
  want
• 22:29
  to
• 22:30
  be
• 22:30
  able
• 22:30
  to
• 22:30
  take
• 22:31
  any
• 22:31
  wallpaper
• 22:32
  back
• 22:32
  off,
• 22:33
  make
• 22:33
  sure
• 22:33
  you
• 22:33
  go
• 22:34
  over
• 22:34
  that
• 22:34
  wall
• 22:35
  with
• 22:36
  no
• 22:36
  good
• 22:37
  coats
• 22:37
  of
• 22:37
  a
• 22:37
  good
• 22:38
  thick
• 22:38
  primer.
• 22:39
  Because
• 22:39
  what
• 22:40
  that'll
• 22:40
  do
• 22:40
  is
• 22:40
  if
• 22:40
  you've
• 22:41
  got
• 22:41
  a
• 22:41
  latex,
• 22:41
  sometimes
• 22:42
  it'll
• 22:42
  go
• 22:42
  through
• 22:42
  that.
• 22:43
  But
• 22:43
  if
• 22:43
  you
• 22:43
  use
• 22:43
  a
• 22:43
  really
• 22:43
  good
• 22:44
  thick
• 22:44
  primer
• 22:44
  out
• 22:45
  there
• 22:45
  from
• 22:45
  your
• 22:46
  favorite
• 22:46
  paint
• 22:46
  store
• 22:47
  and
• 22:47
  put
• 22:47
  that
• 22:47
  on
• 22:47
  there.
• 22:48
  And
• 22:48
  then
• 22:48
  my
• 22:49
  tip
• 22:49
  too
• 22:49
  is
• 22:49
  when
• 22:50
  you
• 22:50
  do
• 22:50
  it,
• 22:50
  hint
• 22:51
  that
• 22:51
  tint
• 22:52
  that
• 22:52
  to
• 22:52
  the
• 22:52
  base
• 22:52
  color
• 22:53
  of
• 22:53
  the
• 22:53
  wallpaper.
• 22:54
  So
• 22:54
  that
• 22:54
  when
• 22:54
  it's
• 22:54
  so
• 22:54
  you've
• 22:55
  got
• 22:55
  that
• 22:55
  color
• 22:56
  behind
• 22:56
  it
• 22:57
  because
• 22:57
  inevitably
• 22:57
  those
• 22:58
  seams
• 22:58
  do
• 22:59
  expand
• 22:59
  and
• 23:00
  contract.
• 23:00
  It
• 23:01
  can
• 23:01
  move
• 23:01
  a
• 23:01
  little
• 23:02
  bit
• 23:02
  sometimes,
• 23:02
  especially
• 23:03
  with
• 23:03
  peel
• 23:03
  and
• 23:03
  stick
• 23:04
  stuff,
• 23:04
  if
• 23:04
  you
• 23:04
  have
• 23:04
  that
• 23:05
  same
• 23:05
  base
• 23:05
  color
• 23:05
  back
• 23:06
  there,
• 23:06
  you
• 23:07
  won't
• 23:07
  see
• 23:07
  it.
• 23:07
  It's
• 23:07
  a
• 23:07
  little
• 23:08
  more
• 23:08
  forgiving.
• 23:09
  So
• 23:09
  if
• 23:09
  you
• 23:10
  have
• 23:10
  that
• 23:10
  primer
• 23:10
  tinted,
• 23:11
  put
• 23:12
  that
• 23:12
  up
• 23:12
  there.
• 23:12
  That
• 23:13
  way,
• 23:13
  even
• 23:13
  if
• 23:13
  you're
• 23:13
  using
• 23:14
  a
• 23:14
  traditional
• 23:15
  glue
• 23:15
  on,
• 23:15
  when
• 23:15
  you
• 23:15
  can
• 23:16
  put
• 23:16
  the
• 23:16
  remover
• 23:16
  on
• 23:17
  it,
• 23:17
  take
• 23:17
  it
• 23:17
  off,
• 23:18
  it'll
• 23:18
  come
• 23:18
  right
• 23:18
  off
• 23:18
  with
• 23:19
  that
• 23:19
  primer.
• 23:19
  I
• 23:19
  learned
• 23:19
  that
• 23:20
  from
• 23:20
  a
• 23:20
  guy
• 23:20
  that's
• 23:20
  been
• 23:20
  doing
• 23:21
  wallpaper
• 23:22
  for
• 23:22
  almost
• 23:22
  50
• 23:23
  years.
• 23:23
  Because
• 23:24
  there
• 23:24
  we
• 23:24
  go.
• 23:25
  Taking
• 23:25
  the
• 23:25
  tip
• 23:25
  from
• 23:25
  the
• 23:26
  50
• 23:26
  year
• 23:26
  old
• 23:26
  wallpaper
• 23:27
  guy.
• 23:27
  The
• 23:27
  50
• 23:27
  year
• 23:27
  wallpaper
• 23:28
  gu.
• 23:29
  No,
• 23:29
  yeah,
• 23:29
  he's
• 23:30
  probably
• 23:30
  70s.
• 23:31
  I
• 23:31
  don't
• 23:31
  know
• 23:31
  how
• 23:31
  old
• 23:31
  he
• 23:32
  was,
• 23:32
  but
• 23:32
  he
• 23:32
  had
• 23:32
  just
• 23:33
  been
• 23:33
  doing
• 23:33
  it
• 23:33
  for
• 23:33
  50
• 23:34
  years.
• 23:34
  And
• 23:34
  I'm
• 23:34
  like,
• 23:35
  oh,
• 23:35
  you're
• 23:35
  putting
• 23:35
  the
• 23:35
  cool
• 23:36
  70s
• 23:36
  stuff
• 23:36
  on.
• 23:36
  I
• 23:37
  like
• 23:37
  it.
• 23:37
  You
• 23:37
  know,
• 23:38
  that's
• 23:39
  neat.
• 23:39
  So
• 23:39
  I
• 23:40
  was
• 23:40
  like,
• 23:40
  all
• 23:40
  right,
• 23:40
  I'm
• 23:40
  stealing
• 23:41
  that
• 23:41
  too
• 23:41
  from
• 23:41
  you.
• 23:41
  That's
• 23:42
  good
• 23:42
  stuff.
• 23:42
  But
• 23:43
  I'm
• 23:43
  like,
• 23:43
  all
• 23:43
  right,
• 23:44
  that's
• 23:44
  good.
• 23:44
  But
• 23:45
  yeah,
• 23:45
  it's.
• 23:45
  You
• 23:45
  get
• 23:46
  what
• 23:46
  you
• 23:46
  pay
• 23:46
  for
• 23:46
  with
• 23:47
  wallpaper,
• 23:47
  though.
• 23:47
  It's
• 23:48
  just
• 23:48
  again,
• 23:49
  one
• 23:49
  of
• 23:49
  those
• 23:49
  things.
• 23:50
  And
• 23:50
  that's.
• 23:50
  I
• 23:50
  always
• 23:50
  talk
• 23:51
  about
• 23:51
  the
• 23:51
  show
• 23:51
  here
• 23:51
  and
• 23:52
  my
• 23:53
  usual
• 23:53
  listeners
• 23:54
  are
• 23:54
  going
• 23:54
  to
• 23:54
  go,
• 23:54
  oh,
• 23:54
  I
• 23:54
  need
• 23:55
  to
• 23:55
  talk
• 23:55
  about
• 23:55
  pain
• 23:55
  again.
• 23:56
  But
• 23:56
  there
• 23:57
  is
• 23:57
  no
• 23:57
  saving
• 23:57
  money
• 23:58
  on
• 23:58
  cheap
• 23:58
  paint.
• 23:58
  You're
• 23:59
  just
• 23:59
  going
• 23:59
  to
• 23:59
  buy
• 23:59
  more
• 23:59
  of
• 23:59
  it
• 24:00
  and
• 24:00
  it's
• 24:00
  going
• 24:00
  to
• 24:00
  be
• 24:00
  your
• 24:00
  most
• 24:01
  expensive
• 24:02
  thing
• 24:02
  you
• 24:02
  do
• 24:02
  is
• 24:03
  buying
• 24:03
  that
• 24:03
  cheapest
• 24:04
  paint
• 24:04
  you
• 24:04
  can
• 24:04
  buy.
• 24:04
  That's
• 24:05
  true
• 24:05
  with
• 24:05
  everything
• 24:05
  in
• 24:06
  life,
• 24:06
  isn't
• 24:06
  it?
• 24:07
  Cheap
• 24:07
  chair.
• 24:08
  The
• 24:09
  second
• 24:09
  you
• 24:09
  drag
• 24:10
  it
• 24:10
  to
• 24:10
  get
• 24:10
  up
• 24:11
  to
• 24:11
  the
• 24:11
  table,
• 24:12
  the
• 24:13
  leg
• 24:13
  is
• 24:13
  going
• 24:13
  to
• 24:13
  break
• 24:14
  because
• 24:14
  there's
• 24:15
  no
• 24:15
  construction
• 24:16
  integrity
• 24:17
  there
• 24:17
  at
• 24:17
  all.
• 24:18
  Or
• 24:18
  cheap
• 24:19
  faucets
• 24:19
  going
• 24:20
  to
• 24:20
  fall
• 24:20
  apart,
• 24:21
  cheap
• 24:21
  lights
• 24:21
  going
• 24:22
  to
• 24:22
  look
• 24:22
  like
• 24:23
  Motel
• 24:24
  6.
• 24:24
  It's
• 24:25
  just.
• 24:25
  And
• 24:26
  generally,
• 24:26
  if
• 24:26
  they
• 24:27
  give
• 24:27
  you
• 24:27
  pictograms
• 24:28
  and
• 24:28
  tools
• 24:29
  to
• 24:29
  put
• 24:29
  the
• 24:29
  furniture
• 24:30
  together
• 24:30
  with,
• 24:31
  I
• 24:31
  can
• 24:31
  almost
• 24:32
  promise
• 24:32
  you
• 24:32
  it's
• 24:33
  not
• 24:33
  going
• 24:33
  to
• 24:33
  go
• 24:33
  well
• 24:34
  after
• 24:34
  you've
• 24:34
  moved
• 24:34
  it
• 24:34
  three
• 24:35
  or
• 24:35
  four
• 24:35
  times.
• 24:35
  Yeah,
• 24:36
  it's
• 24:36
  hard,
• 24:36
  I
• 24:37
  think,
• 24:37
  when
• 24:38
  you
• 24:38
  want
• 24:38
  to
• 24:38
  furnish
• 24:39
  a
• 24:39
  home
• 24:39
  and
• 24:39
  you're
• 24:40
  brand
• 24:40
  new
• 24:40
  to
• 24:40
  the
• 24:41
  home
• 24:41
  and
• 24:41
  what
• 24:41
  do
• 24:41
  you
• 24:42
  buy?
• 24:42
  And
• 24:42
  like
• 24:42
  we're
• 24:43
  talking
• 24:43
  about,
• 24:44
  it
• 24:44
  does
• 24:45
  feel
• 24:45
  like
• 24:45
  even
• 24:46
  just
• 24:46
  a
• 24:46
  really
• 24:47
  great
• 24:48
  sofa.
• 24:49
  If
• 24:49
  you
• 24:49
  buy
• 24:49
  a
• 24:50
  really
• 24:50
  great
• 24:51
  quality
• 24:51
  sofa,
• 24:53
  it
• 24:53
  will
• 24:53
  last
• 24:54
  you
• 24:54
  a
• 24:54
  very
• 24:55
  long
• 24:55
  time.
• 24:56
  And
• 24:56
  is
• 24:56
  it
• 24:56
  a
• 24:56
  huge
• 24:57
  investment?
• 24:58
  Yes.
• 24:59
  But
• 24:59
  do
• 24:59
  you
• 24:59
  want
• 25:00
  to
• 25:00
  buy
• 25:00
  lesser
• 25:01
  quality
• 25:01
  sofas
• 25:02
  over
• 25:02
  and
• 25:02
  over
• 25:02
  and
• 25:02
  over
• 25:03
  again
• 25:03
  and
• 25:04
  essentially
• 25:04
  spend
• 25:05
  triple
• 25:05
  the
• 25:06
  amount
• 25:06
  to
• 25:06
  get
• 25:07
  it
• 25:07
  right?
• 25:08
  No.
• 25:09
  So
• 25:09
  it's.
• 25:10
  But
• 25:10
  it's
• 25:10
  a
• 25:10
  different
• 25:11
  mindset.
• 25:12
  Not
• 25:12
  decorating
• 25:13
  all
• 25:13
  at
• 25:13
  once,
• 25:14
  I
• 25:14
  think
• 25:15
  is
• 25:15
  something
• 25:15
  that's
• 25:16
  really
• 25:16
  hard
• 25:16
  for
• 25:16
  people
• 25:17
  especially.
• 25:18
  This
• 25:19
  is
• 25:19
  going
• 25:19
  to
• 25:19
  sound
• 25:19
  like
• 25:19
  an
• 25:19
  old
• 25:20
  person
• 25:20
  talking,
• 25:20
  but
• 25:20
  in
• 25:21
  the
• 25:21
  Instagram
• 25:21
  culture
• 25:22
  where
• 25:22
  everything
• 25:22
  goes
• 25:23
  like
• 25:23
  the
• 25:24
  before
• 25:24
  and
• 25:24
  after
• 25:25
  the
• 25:25
  thing,
• 25:26
  love
• 25:26
  that
• 25:26
  they
• 25:27
  get
• 25:27
  a
• 25:27
  sense
• 25:27
  of
• 25:28
  satisfaction
• 25:28
  out
• 25:29
  of
• 25:29
  it.
• 25:29
  But
• 25:29
  if
• 25:29
  you
• 25:29
  don't
• 25:30
  think
• 25:31
  and
• 25:31
  save
• 25:32
  and
• 25:32
  stop
• 25:32
  and
• 25:33
  do
• 25:33
  it
• 25:33
  in
• 25:33
  a
• 25:34
  way
• 25:34
  where
• 25:34
  you
• 25:34
  don't
• 25:35
  have
• 25:35
  to
• 25:35
  spend
• 25:35
  it
• 25:35
  over
• 25:35
  and
• 25:35
  over,
• 25:36
  cry
• 25:36
  once
• 25:37
  a
• 25:37
  thing,
• 25:38
  you'll
• 25:38
  regret
• 25:39
  it
• 25:39
  in
• 25:39
  the
• 25:39
  long
• 25:39
  run
• 25:39
  because
• 25:40
  it's
• 25:40
  not
• 25:40
  on
• 25:41
  Instagram,
• 25:41
  it's
• 25:41
  in
• 25:41
  your
• 25:42
  house.
• 25:44
  And
• 25:44
  you're
• 25:44
  going
• 25:44
  to
• 25:44
  sit
• 25:44
  on
• 25:45
  that
• 25:45
  sofa
• 25:45
  with
• 25:45
  your
• 25:45
  friends
• 25:46
  and
• 25:46
  you're
• 25:46
  going
• 25:46
  to
• 25:46
  sit
• 25:46
  on
• 25:46
  that
• 25:47
  sofa
• 25:47
  maybe
• 25:47
  with
• 25:48
  your
• 25:48
  dog,
• 25:48
  and
• 25:48
  you're
• 25:49
  going
• 25:49
  to
• 25:49
  sit
• 25:49
  on
• 25:49
  that
• 25:49
  sofa
• 25:50
  with
• 25:51
  your
• 25:51
  spouse
• 25:52
  or
• 25:52
  whatever
• 25:53
  and
• 25:53
  watch
• 25:54
  movies
• 25:54
  and
• 25:54
  have
• 25:55
  card
• 25:55
  games
• 25:55
  and
• 25:55
  have
• 25:56
  great
• 25:56
  conversations,
• 25:57
  hopefully
• 25:58
  for
• 25:58
  years,
• 25:59
  and
• 26:00
  it's
• 26:00
  worth
• 26:00
  the
• 26:00
  investment.
• 26:01
  But
• 26:01
  it's
• 26:02
  tricky
• 26:03
  because
• 26:03
  I
• 26:03
  think
• 26:04
  a
• 26:04
  lot
• 26:04
  of
• 26:05
  people
• 26:05
  purchased
• 26:06
  really
• 26:06
  nice
• 26:07
  furniture
• 26:07
  pre
• 26:08
  Covid
• 26:08
  and
• 26:08
  it
• 26:08
  was
• 26:09
  in
• 26:09
  one
• 26:09
  price
• 26:10
  point
• 26:10
  and
• 26:11
  now
• 26:11
  everything's
• 26:12
  gone
• 26:12
  up
• 26:12
  40%.
• 26:14
  So
• 26:14
  when
• 26:14
  you
• 26:15
  quote
• 26:15
  out
• 26:15
  a
• 26:15
  beautiful
• 26:16
  sofa
• 26:16
  or
• 26:16
  a
• 26:17
  beautiful
• 26:17
  chair
• 26:17
  or
• 26:18
  even
• 26:18
  your
• 26:18
  mattress,
• 26:18
  like
• 26:19
  we
• 26:19
  talked
• 26:19
  about,
• 26:20
  it's
• 26:20
  so
• 26:20
  much
• 26:21
  more
• 26:21
  expensive.
• 26:22
  So
• 26:23
  if
• 26:23
  you
• 26:23
  think
• 26:23
  you
• 26:24
  can
• 26:24
  get
• 26:24
  over
• 26:24
  the
• 26:24
  initial
• 26:25
  shock
• 26:25
  and
• 26:26
  plan
• 26:27
  and
• 26:27
  purchase
• 26:27
  it
• 26:27
  a
• 26:27
  little
• 26:28
  at
• 26:28
  a
• 26:28
  time,
• 26:29
  you'll
• 26:29
  have
• 26:29
  it
• 26:29
  forever
• 26:30
  and
• 26:30
  you
• 26:30
  won't
• 26:31
  be
• 26:31
  wasteful.
• 26:32
  You
• 26:32
  know,
• 26:33
  I
• 26:33
  still,
• 26:33
  even
• 26:33
  though
• 26:34
  I.
• 26:34
  If
• 26:34
  I
• 26:34
  can't
• 26:34
  afford
• 26:35
  to
• 26:35
  get
• 26:35
  what
• 26:35
  I
• 26:35
  really
• 26:36
  want,
• 26:36
  I
• 26:36
  will
• 26:36
  go
• 26:37
  find
• 26:37
  what
• 26:38
  I
• 26:38
  want
• 26:38
  in
• 26:38
  a
• 26:39
  gently
• 26:39
  used
• 26:40
  Facebook
• 26:40
  marketplace,
• 26:41
  Craigslist.
• 26:43
  High
• 26:43
  quality
• 26:43
  piece
• 26:44
  that
• 26:44
  maybe
• 26:44
  somebody's
• 26:45
  moving
• 26:46
  it
• 26:46
  well,
• 26:46
  in
• 26:46
  their
• 26:46
  house,
• 26:47
  but
• 26:47
  it
• 26:47
  won't
• 26:47
  fit
• 26:47
  in
• 26:47
  the
• 26:47
  new
• 26:48
  one
• 26:48
  and
• 26:49
  you
• 26:49
  go
• 26:49
  get
• 26:49
  it
• 26:50
  for
• 26:50
  60%
• 26:51
  off
• 26:52
  and
• 26:52
  it's
• 26:52
  still
• 26:53
  got
• 26:53
  decades
• 26:54
  of
• 26:54
  life
• 26:55
  left
• 26:55
  in
• 26:55
  it.
• 26:55
  And
• 26:56
  there
• 26:56
  are
• 26:56
  so
• 26:56
  many
• 26:57
  great
• 26:57
  buys.
• 26:58
  If
• 26:58
  you're
• 26:58
  on
• 26:59
  a
• 26:59
  budget
• 26:59
  and
• 26:59
  especially
• 27:00
  for
• 27:00
  first
• 27:01
  time
• 27:01
  home
• 27:01
  buyers
• 27:01
  that
• 27:02
  don't
• 27:02
  want
• 27:03
  to
• 27:03
  go
• 27:03
  out
• 27:03
  and
• 27:04
  spend
• 27:04
  eight
• 27:05
  grand
• 27:05
  on
• 27:05
  a
• 27:05
  couch,
• 27:06
  maybe
• 27:06
  they
• 27:07
  can
• 27:07
  spend
• 27:08
  two
• 27:08
  grand
• 27:08
  on
• 27:08
  a
• 27:08
  couch
• 27:09
  and
• 27:09
  get
• 27:09
  something
• 27:09
  that's
• 27:09
  going
• 27:09
  to
• 27:10
  be
• 27:10
  nice
• 27:11
  for
• 27:11
  a
• 27:11
  number
• 27:11
  of
• 27:11
  years.
• 27:12
  And
• 27:12
  then
• 27:12
  when
• 27:13
  they're
• 27:13
  ready
• 27:13
  to
• 27:14
  get
• 27:14
  the
• 27:14
  right
• 27:14
  couch
• 27:15
  that
• 27:15
  they're
• 27:15
  looking
• 27:15
  for,
• 27:16
  they'll
• 27:16
  have
• 27:17
  that
• 27:17
  comfortable
• 27:17
  quality
• 27:18
  experience
• 27:18
  there,
• 27:19
  but
• 27:19
  they
• 27:20
  can
• 27:20
  sell
• 27:20
  it
• 27:20
  and
• 27:20
  probably
• 27:21
  get
• 27:21
  that
• 27:21
  money
• 27:22
  back
• 27:22
  out
• 27:22
  of
• 27:22
  it
• 27:22
  again
• 27:23
  and
• 27:23
  use
• 27:23
  that
• 27:23
  to
• 27:23
  go
• 27:24
  buy
• 27:24
  the,
• 27:24
  or
• 27:24
  order
• 27:25
  the
• 27:25
  couch
• 27:25
  that
• 27:25
  they're
• 27:26
  looking.
• 27:27
  If
• 27:27
  you're
• 27:27
  in
• 27:27
  a
• 27:28
  metropolitan
• 27:28
  area
• 27:29
  too,
• 27:29
  and
• 27:29
  you
• 27:29
  have
• 27:30
  a
• 27:30
  design
• 27:30
  center
• 27:31
  in
• 27:31
  your
• 27:31
  city,
• 27:32
  those
• 27:32
  showrooms
• 27:33
  can't
• 27:33
  keep
• 27:33
  the
• 27:34
  same
• 27:34
  things
• 27:34
  on
• 27:34
  their
• 27:35
  floor
• 27:35
  forever.
• 27:36
  So
• 27:36
  there
• 27:37
  will
• 27:37
  be
• 27:37
  a
• 27:37
  place
• 27:38
  that
• 27:39
  they
• 27:39
  use
• 27:39
  as
• 27:39
  a
• 27:39
  clearing
• 27:40
  house.
• 27:40
  And
• 27:40
  if
• 27:40
  you
• 27:40
  can
• 27:41
  find
• 27:41
  out
• 27:41
  where
• 27:41
  that
• 27:42
  is
• 27:42
  and
• 27:42
  you're
• 27:42
  patient
• 27:43
  and
• 27:43
  you
• 27:43
  go,
• 27:44
  you
• 27:44
  can
• 27:44
  get
• 27:45
  it
• 27:45
  for
• 27:45
  less
• 27:45
  than
• 27:45
  wholesale.
• 27:46
  So
• 27:47
  it's
• 27:47
  just,
• 27:48
  how
• 27:48
  do
• 27:48
  you
• 27:48
  look,
• 27:48
  how
• 27:48
  do
• 27:49
  you
• 27:49
  find
• 27:49
  it?
• 27:49
  Where
• 27:49
  do
• 27:50
  you
• 27:50
  go?
• 27:50
  Some
• 27:50
  of
• 27:51
  those
• 27:51
  little
• 27:51
  insider
• 27:52
  tricks.
• 27:52
  That's
• 27:53
  a
• 27:53
  great
• 27:53
  way
• 27:53
  to
• 27:53
  do
• 27:53
  it.
• 27:53
  It's
• 27:54
  a
• 27:54
  great
• 27:54
  way
• 27:54
  to
• 27:54
  do
• 27:54
  it.
• 27:55
  The
• 27:55
  other
• 27:55
  one
• 27:55
  I
• 27:55
  think
• 27:55
  that
• 27:56
  people
• 27:56
  will
• 27:56
  run
• 27:56
  into
• 27:56
  that
• 27:57
  I
• 27:57
  think
• 27:57
  is
• 27:57
  an
• 27:57
  issue
• 27:58
  out
• 27:58
  there
• 27:58
  and
• 27:58
  it's
• 27:58
  so
• 27:59
  easy
• 27:59
  to
• 27:59
  get.
• 28:00
  So
• 28:00
  it's
• 28:00
  like
• 28:00
  that
• 28:01
  little
• 28:01
  trap,
• 28:02
  inexpensive
• 28:03
  99
• 28:03
  cent
• 28:04
  a
• 28:04
  square
• 28:05
  foot,
• 28:05
  click
• 28:06
  lock
• 28:07
  vinyl
• 28:07
  plank
• 28:07
  flooring.
• 28:08
  Say
• 28:08
  now
• 28:09
  you'll
• 28:10
  spend
• 28:10
  four
• 28:10
  times
• 28:11
  a
• 28:11
  time
• 28:11
  clicking
• 28:12
  it
• 28:12
  together
• 28:13
  and
• 28:13
  it
• 28:13
  all
• 28:13
  done.
• 28:14
  Walk
• 28:14
  back
• 28:15
  the
• 28:15
  next
• 28:15
  day
• 28:15
  and
• 28:15
  go,
• 28:15
  how
• 28:16
  come
• 28:16
  that
• 28:16
  unclick?
• 28:17
  Why
• 28:17
  does
• 28:17
  it
• 28:17
  look
• 28:18
  like
• 28:18
  a
• 28:18
  bad
• 28:18
  picture
• 28:18
  of
• 28:19
  wood?
• 28:19
  Just
• 28:20
  yeah,
• 28:20
  yeah.
• 28:21
  And
• 28:21
  you
• 28:21
  get
• 28:21
  what
• 28:21
  your
• 28:21
  people
• 28:22
  are
• 28:22
  with.
• 28:22
  That
• 28:22
  is
• 28:23
  hard.
• 28:23
  Quality
• 28:24
  flooring
• 28:24
  is
• 28:25
  hard
• 28:25
  to
• 28:25
  explain.
• 28:26
  So
• 28:26
  I
• 28:27
  work
• 28:27
  with
• 28:27
  this
• 28:27
  incredible
• 28:28
  gal,
• 28:28
  Amelia
• 28:29
  Wallace,
• 28:29
  and
• 28:30
  she
• 28:30
  has,
• 28:30
  she
• 28:30
  works
• 28:30
  at
• 28:31
  House
• 28:31
  of
• 28:31
  Carpets
• 28:32
  and
• 28:32
  she
• 28:32
  has
• 28:33
  helped
• 28:33
  me
• 28:34
  on
• 28:34
  projects
• 28:34
  for
• 28:35
  12
• 28:36
  teen
• 28:36
  years,
• 28:37
  15
• 28:37
  years.
• 28:38
  She's
• 28:39
  seen
• 28:39
  a
• 28:39
  real
• 28:39
  arc
• 28:40
  in
• 28:40
  my
• 28:41
  career,
• 28:41
  but
• 28:41
  she
• 28:42
  has
• 28:42
  stayed
• 28:42
  consistent
• 28:43
  because
• 28:43
  she
• 28:43
  knows
• 28:44
  everything
• 28:44
  about
• 28:44
  flooring.
• 28:45
  And
• 28:46
  I
• 28:46
  will
• 28:46
  have
• 28:46
  couples,
• 28:47
  they
• 28:47
  come
• 28:48
  to
• 28:48
  me
• 28:48
  for
• 28:48
  all
• 28:48
  kinds
• 28:48
  of
• 28:48
  different
• 28:49
  things.
• 28:49
  Oh,
• 28:49
  I'm
• 28:49
  going
• 28:49
  to
• 28:49
  do
• 28:49
  a
• 28:49
  flip.
• 28:50
  But
• 28:50
  I
• 28:50
  want
• 28:50
  to
• 28:50
  make
• 28:50
  sure
• 28:50
  I
• 28:50
  get
• 28:50
  the
• 28:51
  right
• 28:51
  colors.
• 28:51
  Oh,
• 28:51
  I
• 28:52
  want
• 28:52
  to
• 28:52
  do
• 28:52
  my
• 28:52
  forever
• 28:53
  home.
• 28:53
  So
• 28:54
  it
• 28:54
  runs
• 28:54
  the
• 28:54
  gamut.
• 28:55
  But
• 28:56
  the
• 28:56
  floor
• 28:57
  is
• 28:57
  the
• 28:57
  foundation
• 28:58
  of
• 28:58
  your
• 28:58
  house.
• 28:59
  And
• 29:00
  if
• 29:00
  you
• 29:00
  don't
• 29:01
  pick
• 29:01
  the
• 29:01
  right
• 29:01
  floor
• 29:03
  again,
• 29:04
  you're
• 29:04
  going
• 29:04
  to
• 29:04
  have
• 29:04
  to
• 29:04
  spend
• 29:05
  that
• 29:05
  money
• 29:05
  over
• 29:05
  and
• 29:05
  over
• 29:06
  again.
• 29:07
  Is
• 29:07
  it
• 29:08
  what
• 29:08
  kind
• 29:08
  of
• 29:08
  finishes
• 29:09
  on
• 29:09
  it?
• 29:09
  If
• 29:09
  it's
• 29:10
  pre
• 29:11
  finished
• 29:11
  hardwood,
• 29:12
  what
• 29:12
  is
• 29:13
  the
• 29:13
  warranty
• 29:13
  like?
• 29:14
  If
• 29:14
  it's
• 29:15
  luxury
• 29:15
  vinyl
• 29:16
  plank,
• 29:16
  what
• 29:17
  is
• 29:17
  the
• 29:17
  thickness,
• 29:18
  the
• 29:18
  mills
• 29:18
  of
• 29:18
  the
• 29:19
  finish
• 29:19
  on
• 29:19
  the
• 29:19
  top
• 29:19
  of
• 29:20
  it?
• 29:20
  Is
• 29:21
  there
• 29:21
  cork
• 29:21
  or
• 29:22
  something
• 29:22
  underneath
• 29:22
  it?
• 29:23
  So
• 29:23
  you
• 29:23
  don't
• 29:23
  get
• 29:23
  the
• 29:23
  click
• 29:24
  click.
• 29:25
  Even
• 29:25
  your
• 29:25
  installation
• 29:26
  team,
• 29:27
  if
• 29:27
  you're
• 29:27
  not
• 29:28
  doing
• 29:28
  it
• 29:28
  yourself,
• 29:29
  do
• 29:30
  they
• 29:30
  warranty
• 29:30
  their
• 29:31
  work?
• 29:32
  Like,
• 29:32
  even
• 29:32
  in
• 29:32
  my
• 29:33
  own
• 29:33
  home,
• 29:34
  I'll
• 29:34
  pick
• 29:34
  a
• 29:35
  project
• 29:35
  once
• 29:36
  a
• 29:36
  year
• 29:37
  that
• 29:37
  I
• 29:37
  want
• 29:37
  to
• 29:37
  accomplish.
• 29:38
  A
• 29:39
  couple
• 29:39
  years
• 29:39
  ago,
• 29:40
  we
• 29:40
  put
• 29:40
  all
• 29:40
  new
• 29:41
  luxury
• 29:41
  vinyl
• 29:41
  plank
• 29:42
  down
• 29:42
  and
• 29:42
  people
• 29:42
  will
• 29:43
  say
• 29:43
  to
• 29:43
  me,
• 29:43
  luxury
• 29:43
  vinyl
• 29:44
  plank.
• 29:45
  Why
• 29:45
  are
• 29:45
  you
• 29:45
  doing
• 29:45
  luxury?
• 29:46
  You
• 29:46
  know
• 29:46
  that
• 29:47
  little
• 29:47
  look.
• 29:49
  The
• 29:49
  nose
• 29:49
  does
• 29:50
  this.
• 29:50
  It's
• 29:50
  the
• 29:50
  instant
• 29:50
  scrunch.
• 29:51
  But
• 29:52
  if
• 29:52
  you
• 29:53
  have
• 29:53
  a
• 29:53
  pool
• 29:54
  and
• 29:54
  you
• 29:54
  love
• 29:55
  to
• 29:55
  garden
• 29:55
  and
• 29:56
  you
• 29:56
  have
• 29:56
  pets
• 29:57
  and
• 29:57
  you
• 29:57
  have
• 29:57
  kids,
• 29:58
  it's
• 29:58
  a
• 29:59
  great
• 29:59
  choice.
• 30:01
  And
• 30:01
  there's
• 30:02
  even
• 30:02
  like
• 30:02
  a
• 30:02
  pet
• 30:03
  protect
• 30:03
  version
• 30:04
  that
• 30:04
  you
• 30:04
  can.
• 30:04
  I'm
• 30:05
  looking
• 30:05
  at
• 30:05
  my
• 30:05
  floor
• 30:05
  as
• 30:05
  I
• 30:06
  keep
• 30:06
  looking.
• 30:06
  That
• 30:07
  will
• 30:07
  help
• 30:07
  you.
• 30:08
  The
• 30:08
  longevity
• 30:09
  of
• 30:09
  that
• 30:09
  floor
• 30:10
  pays
• 30:11
  off.
• 30:11
  And
• 30:12
  that's.
• 30:12
  I
• 30:12
  appreciate
• 30:12
  Emelia
• 30:13
  so
• 30:13
  much
• 30:13
  for
• 30:14
  that
• 30:14
  because
• 30:14
  I
• 30:14
  can
• 30:14
  tell
• 30:15
  her,
• 30:15
  okay,
• 30:15
  these
• 30:16
  are
• 30:16
  all
• 30:16
  of
• 30:16
  the
• 30:16
  circumstances
• 30:17
  of
• 30:17
  the
• 30:18
  family
• 30:18
  or
• 30:18
  the
• 30:18
  individual
• 30:19
  living
• 30:19
  in
• 30:19
  this
• 30:20
  home.
• 30:20
  What
• 30:20
  is
• 30:20
  the
• 30:20
  right
• 30:21
  flooring
• 30:21
  choice
• 30:21
  so
• 30:21
  that
• 30:22
  we
• 30:22
  exercise
• 30:22
  stewardship?
• 30:23
  Put
• 30:23
  the
• 30:23
  right
• 30:23
  thing
• 30:23
  in
• 30:24
  from
• 30:24
  the
• 30:24
  beginning.
• 30:25
  And
• 30:25
  then
• 30:25
  of
• 30:25
  course,
• 30:26
  her
• 30:26
  installers
• 30:26
  do
• 30:26
  it
• 30:27
  because
• 30:27
  no
• 30:28
  one
• 30:28
  else
• 30:28
  is
• 30:28
  going
• 30:28
  to
• 30:28
  touch
• 30:28
  that
• 30:29
  floor.
• 30:29
  It's
• 30:29
  too
• 30:30
  problematic.
• 30:30
  But
• 30:31
  it's
• 30:31
  great
• 30:31
  because
• 30:32
  yes,
• 30:33
  it
• 30:33
  is
• 30:33
  the
• 30:33
  foundation
• 30:34
  of
• 30:34
  your
• 30:34
  house.
• 30:35
  Also,
• 30:35
  do
• 30:36
  you
• 30:36
  have
• 30:36
  anyone
• 30:36
  in
• 30:37
  a
• 30:37
  wheelchair?
• 30:38
  If
• 30:38
  you
• 30:38
  do,
• 30:38
  it
• 30:38
  has
• 30:38
  to
• 30:38
  be
• 30:39
  glued
• 30:39
  down.
• 30:40
  You
• 30:40
  can't
• 30:40
  have
• 30:40
  a
• 30:40
  click
• 30:40
  on
• 30:41
  place
• 30:41
  floor.
• 30:41
  It'll
• 30:42
  be
• 30:42
  destroyed.
• 30:42
  It's
• 30:43
  gonna,
• 30:43
  it's
• 30:43
  gonna
• 30:43
  come
• 30:43
  apart.
• 30:44
  So
• 30:44
  there's
• 30:44
  a
• 30:44
  lot
• 30:44
  of
• 30:45
  things
• 30:45
  and
• 30:45
  I
• 30:45
  think
• 30:46
  a
• 30:46
  lot
• 30:46
  of
• 30:46
  times
• 30:46
  people
• 30:46
  think
• 30:47
  they
• 30:47
  can
• 30:47
  just
• 30:47
  walk
• 30:47
  into
• 30:48
  a
• 30:48
  big
• 30:48
  box
• 30:48
  store
• 30:49
  and
• 30:49
  say,
• 30:50
  oh,
• 30:50
  I
• 30:50
  really
• 30:51
  like
• 30:51
  this
• 30:51
  color.
• 30:51
  Let's
• 30:52
  use
• 30:52
  this
• 30:52
  in
• 30:52
  my
• 30:53
  house.
• 30:53
  And
• 30:53
  they
• 30:53
  don't
• 30:53
  have
• 30:54
  an
• 30:54
  Amelia
• 30:54
  Wallace
• 30:55
  to
• 30:55
  talk
• 30:55
  to.
• 30:55
  And
• 30:56
  they
• 30:56
  don't
• 30:56
  know
• 30:56
  that
• 30:57
  they
• 30:57
  can
• 30:57
  ask
• 30:57
  those
• 30:58
  questions
• 30:58
  or
• 30:58
  that
• 30:58
  those
• 30:59
  questions
• 30:59
  should
• 30:59
  even
• 31:00
  be
• 31:00
  addressed.
• 31:01
  And
• 31:01
  then
• 31:01
  they
• 31:01
  spend
• 31:02
  $10,000
• 31:02
  on
• 31:03
  a
• 31:03
  floor
• 31:03
  that
• 31:03
  they
• 31:03
  have
• 31:03
  to
• 31:04
  replace
• 31:04
  in
• 31:04
  two
• 31:04
  years.
• 31:05
  And
• 31:05
  it's
• 31:05
  awful.
• 31:06
  As
• 31:06
  you
• 31:07
  can
• 31:07
  tell,
• 31:07
  the
• 31:07
  cold
• 31:07
  was
• 31:07
  getting
• 31:08
  a
• 31:08
  little
• 31:08
  better
• 31:08
  of
• 31:08
  me
• 31:08
  in
• 31:08
  this
• 31:09
  episode.
• 31:09
  But
• 31:09
  don't
• 31:10
  worry,
• 31:10
  we
• 31:10
  got
• 31:10
  more
• 31:10
  where
• 31:11
  that
• 31:11
  came
• 31:11
  from.
• 31:12
  A
• 31:12
  lot
• 31:12
  of
• 31:12
  tips
• 31:13
  on
• 31:13
  new
• 31:13
  homes
• 31:14
  and
• 31:14
  what
• 31:14
  you
• 31:14
  can
• 31:14
  do
• 31:15
  in

  Inside

• 31:15
  Them
• 31:16
  with

• 31:17
  We'll
• 31:17
  be
• 31:17
  right
• 31:17
  back.
• 31:20
  All
• 33:16
  right.
• 33:21
  Welcome
• 33:21
  back
• 33:21
  to

• 33:23
  of

• 33:24
  I'm
• 33:24
  Eric
• 33:24
  G.
• 33:25
  We
• 33:25
  are
• 33:25
  brought
• 33:25
  to

  my

• 33:27
  If
• 33:27
  you're
• 33:27
  looking
• 33:27
  for
• 33:28
  that
• 33:28

  check

• 33:32
  Now
• 33:32
  I've
• 33:32
  been
• 33:32
  talking
• 33:32
  with
• 33:33
  Wendy
• 33:33
  Glaser,
• 33:33

  about
• 33:35
  that
• 33:35
  new
• 33:36

• 33:36
  buying
• 33:36
  experience.
• 33:37
  What
• 33:37
  do
• 33:37
  you
• 33:38
  do
• 33:38
  after
• 33:38
  that?
• 33:38
  You
• 33:39
  got
• 33:39
  the
• 33:39
  home
• 33:39
  you're
• 33:39
  moving
• 33:40
  in
• 33:40
  and
• 33:40
  all
• 33:40
  the
• 33:41
  different
• 33:41
  things.
• 33:41
  What's
• 33:41
  important,
• 33:42
  what's
• 33:42
  not.
• 33:43
  All
• 33:43
  of
• 33:43
  this
• 33:43
  interview
• 33:44
  sure
• 33:44
  didn't
• 33:44
  fit
• 33:44
  into
• 33:45
  this
• 33:45
  episode.
• 33:46
  So
• 33:46
  make
• 33:46
  sure
• 33:46
  you
• 33:47
  check
• 33:47
  out
• 33:47
  our
• 33:47
  premium
• 33:47
  membership,
• 33:48
  which
• 33:48
  is
• 33:48
  our
• 33:48
  insider
• 33:49
  package.
• 33:50
  It's
• 33:50
  four
• 33:50
  bucks
• 33:50
  a
• 33:51
  month.
• 33:51
  And
• 33:51
  you
• 33:51
  know
• 33:51
  something?
• 33:52
  You
• 33:52
  get
• 33:52
  to
• 33:52
  hear
• 33:52
  all
• 33:52
  the
• 33:53
  podcasts
• 33:53
  commercial
• 33:54
  free.
• 33:55
  And
• 33:55
  you
• 33:55
  get
• 33:55
  to
• 33:55
  hear
• 33:55
  it
• 33:56
  two
• 33:56
  days
• 33:56
  early.
• 33:56
  Now
• 33:57
  let's
• 33:57
  get
• 33:57
  back
• 33:57
  to
• 33:57
  talking
• 33:57
  with
• 33:58
  Wendy.
• 33:58
  We're
• 33:58
  gonna
• 33:59
  dive
• 33:59
  into
• 34:00
  more
• 34:00
  about
• 34:01
  that
• 34:01
  brand
• 34:01
  new
• 34:01
  house.
• 34:02
  Somebody
• 34:02
  went
• 34:02
  in
• 34:03
  there
• 34:03
  and
• 34:03
  blasted
• 34:04
  Navajo
• 34:05
  white
• 34:05
  latex
• 34:06
  over
• 34:06
  the
• 34:06
  top
• 34:07
  of
• 34:07
  it.
• 34:07
  Yes.
• 34:08
  Please
• 34:09
  think
• 34:10
  before
• 34:10
  you
• 34:10
  paint
• 34:10
  the
• 34:11
  stone
• 34:11
  and
• 34:11
  brick,
• 34:11
  Eric.
• 34:12
  It
• 34:13
  might
• 34:13
  need
• 34:13
  to
• 34:13
  happen
• 34:14
  exteriors.
• 34:15
  Depending
• 34:15
  on
• 34:15
  your
• 34:16
  climate,
• 34:16
  there
• 34:16
  can
• 34:16
  be
• 34:17
  issues
• 34:17
  there.
• 34:17
  Maybe
• 34:17
  you
• 34:18
  want
• 34:18
  to
• 34:18
  be
• 34:18
  staining
• 34:18
  it
• 34:19
  instead
• 34:19
  of.
• 34:20
  But
• 34:20
  ask
• 34:21
  the
• 34:21
  professionals
• 34:21
  first
• 34:22
  if
• 34:22
  it's
• 34:23
  a
• 34:23
  really
• 34:23
  good
• 34:24
  idea
• 34:24
  of
• 34:24
  what
• 34:24
  you're
• 34:24
  doing
• 34:25
  because
• 34:25
  sometimes
• 34:25
  you're
• 34:26
  really
• 34:26
  hurting
• 34:26
  the
• 34:26
  value
• 34:27
  of
• 34:27
  your
• 34:27
  house.
• 34:28
  Maybe
• 34:28
  you
• 34:28
  bought
• 34:28
  the
• 34:28
  wrong
• 34:29
  home,
• 34:29
  Eric.
• 34:30
  This
• 34:31
  has
• 34:31
  never
• 34:31
  happened.
• 34:32
  Where
• 34:33
  you
• 34:33
  and
• 34:33
  I
• 34:34
  have
• 34:34
  been
• 34:34
  in
• 34:34
  a
• 34:35
  podcast
• 34:36
  episode
• 34:36
  and
• 34:36
  we
• 34:36
  have
• 34:37
  ever
• 34:37
  differed,
• 34:38
  this
• 34:38
  has
• 34:38
  never
• 34:38
  happened.
• 34:39
  This
• 34:39
  is
• 34:40
  probably
• 34:40
  the
• 34:40
  only
• 34:40
  time
• 34:40
  this
• 34:40
  is
• 34:41
  ever
• 34:41
  going
• 34:41
  to
• 34:41
  happen.
• 34:42
  Here's
• 34:42
  the
• 34:42
  thing.
• 34:43
  I
• 34:43
  love
• 34:43
  it.
• 34:43
  You're
• 34:44
  a
• 34:44
  dude.
• 34:45
  Guy.
• 34:45
  I
• 34:46
  am
• 34:46
  guy.
• 34:47
  You
• 34:47
  like
• 34:48
  guy
• 34:48
  stuff.
• 34:49
  Cool
• 34:50
  masculine
• 34:51
  stuff.
• 34:52
  Wood
• 34:53
  and
• 34:53
  brick
• 34:54
  and
• 34:55
  rock
• 34:55
  and
• 34:56
  it's
• 34:56
  cool.
• 34:57
  And
• 34:57
  I
• 34:57
  totally
• 34:57
  respect
• 34:58
  that.
• 34:59
  Every
• 34:59
  guy
• 34:59
  I've
• 35:00
  ever
• 35:00
  worked
• 35:01
  with
• 35:01
  in
• 35:01
  my
• 35:02
  whole
• 35:02
  life,
• 35:03
  on
• 35:03
  every
• 35:04
  job
• 35:04
  ever
• 35:05
  in
• 35:05
  my
• 35:05
  whole
• 35:05
  life,
• 35:06
  doesn't
• 35:07
  want
• 35:07
  to
• 35:07
  paint
• 35:07
  the
• 35:07
  brick
• 35:07
  or
• 35:08
  the
• 35:08
  stone.
• 35:08
  Does
• 35:09
  not
• 35:10
  like.
• 35:10
  It's
• 35:10
  a
• 35:10
  vehement
• 35:11
  opposition.
• 35:13
  We
• 35:13
  are
• 35:13
  not.
• 35:14
  Who
• 35:14
  are
• 35:14
  you?
• 35:15
  You
• 35:16
  have
• 35:16
  no
• 35:16
  value
• 35:17
  of
• 35:17
  any
• 35:18
  girl.
• 35:19
  What?
• 35:20
  That
• 35:20
  is
• 35:20
  what?
• 35:21
  I
• 35:21
  resemble
• 35:21
  that.
• 35:21
  Yes.
• 35:22
  I
• 35:22
  have
• 35:23
  exceptions.
• 35:23
  There
• 35:23
  are
• 35:23
  times
• 35:24
  when
• 35:24
  I
• 35:24
  go,
• 35:24
  oh
• 35:24
  my
• 35:25
  gosh,
• 35:25
  that
• 35:25
  is
• 35:25
  the
• 35:25
  worst
• 35:26
  peach.
• 35:26
  Get
• 35:26
  rid
• 35:27
  of
• 35:27
  it.
• 35:27
  I
• 35:27
  have
• 35:27
  exceptions.
• 35:28
  But.
• 35:29
  But
• 35:29
  sometimes
• 35:30
  I
• 35:31
  can
• 35:32
  encourage
• 35:32
  them
• 35:32
  to
• 35:32
  the
• 35:32
  point
• 35:33
  where
• 35:33
  they're
• 35:33
  willing
• 35:33
  to
• 35:34
  paint.
• 35:35
  And
• 35:36
  more
• 35:37
  often
• 35:37
  than
• 35:37
  not
• 35:38
  they
• 35:38
  say,
• 35:38
  oh,
• 35:39
  actually
• 35:40
  that
• 35:40
  looks
• 35:41
  nice.
• 35:41
  So
• 35:42
  I'm
• 35:42
  not
• 35:43
  saying
• 35:44
  paint
• 35:44
  all
• 35:44
  the
• 35:44
  brick,
• 35:45
  paint
• 35:45
  all
• 35:45
  the
• 35:45
  stone.
• 35:46
  I
• 35:46
  am
• 35:46
  not
• 35:46
  saying
• 35:46
  that
• 35:47
  because
• 35:47
  I'm
• 35:48
  installing
• 35:48
  brick
• 35:49
  and
• 35:49
  stone
• 35:49
  in
• 35:50
  projects.
• 35:51
  It's
• 35:51
  just
• 35:52
  there,
• 35:52
  there
• 35:52
  are
• 35:53
  places
• 35:53
  and
• 35:54
  times
• 35:54
  when
• 35:54
  it's
• 35:54
  useful.
• 35:55
  And
• 35:56
  I
• 35:56
  think
• 35:56
  sometimes,
• 35:57
  no
• 35:57
  question,
• 35:58
  more
• 35:58
  often
• 35:58
  than
• 35:59
  some
• 35:59
  men
• 36:00
  might
• 36:00
  think.
• 36:01
  Very
• 36:01
  true.
• 36:02
  I'll
• 36:02
  give
• 36:02
  you
• 36:02
  that.
• 36:02
  I'll
• 36:03
  give
• 36:03
  you
• 36:03
  that.
• 36:04
  Eric,
• 36:04
  I'm
• 36:04
  gonna
• 36:04
  write
• 36:05
  this
• 36:05
  one
• 36:05
  day
• 36:05
  down.
• 36:06
  I
• 36:06
  don't.
• 36:07
  Sam.
• 36:07
  Noted.
• 36:08
  I
• 36:08
  like
• 36:08
  it,
• 36:08
  though,
• 36:09
  because,
• 36:09
  you
• 36:09
  know,
• 36:10
  no,
• 36:10
  Toby,
• 36:11
  I
• 36:11
  love
• 36:11
  people
• 36:12
  to
• 36:12
  say,
• 36:12
  oh,
• 36:12
  but
• 36:13
  wait,
• 36:13
  there's
• 36:13
  more.
• 36:14
  Think
• 36:14
  about
• 36:15
  this.
• 36:15
  It's
• 36:15
  just.
• 36:16
  I
• 36:16
  think
• 36:16
  it's
• 36:16
  a
• 36:16
  guy
• 36:17
  thing.
• 36:17
  I
• 36:18
  really
• 36:18
  do.
• 36:18
  It
• 36:18
  is.
• 36:19
  And
• 36:19
  it's
• 36:19
  totally
• 36:19
  fine.
• 36:20
  And
• 36:20
  I
• 36:20
  think
• 36:20
  what
• 36:20
  it
• 36:20
  is,
• 36:21
  I
• 36:21
  have
• 36:21
  had
• 36:21
  to
• 36:21
  go
• 36:22
  back
• 36:22
  with
• 36:23
  on
• 36:23
  design
• 36:23
  projects
• 36:24
  as
• 36:24
  of
• 36:24
  the
• 36:25
  last
• 36:25
  decade
• 36:26
  on
• 36:27
  seven
• 36:27
  or
• 36:27
  eight
• 36:27
  times
• 36:28
  where
• 36:28
  people
• 36:28
  had
• 36:28
  painted
• 36:29
  it,
• 36:29
  and
• 36:29
  then
• 36:29
  they
• 36:29
  went
• 36:29
  back
• 36:29
  and
• 36:30
  went,
• 36:30
  oh,
• 36:30
  I
• 36:31
  wish
• 36:31
  it
• 36:31
  was
• 36:31
  back.
• 36:32
  And
• 36:32
  then
• 36:32
  they've
• 36:32
  had
• 36:32
  to
• 36:33
  pay
• 36:33
  somebody
• 36:33
  to
• 36:33
  go
• 36:33
  in
• 36:33
  there
• 36:34
  and
• 36:34
  restore
• 36:34
  it.
• 36:34
  And
• 36:35
  then
• 36:35
  they
• 36:35
  turned
• 36:35
  around
• 36:35
  and
• 36:36
  spent,
• 36:36
  you
• 36:36
  know,
• 36:37
  10,
• 36:37
  15
• 36:37
  grand
• 36:38
  to
• 36:38
  go
• 36:38
  in
• 36:38
  there
• 36:38
  and
• 36:38
  have
• 36:39
  somebody
• 36:39
  hand
• 36:39
  strip
• 36:40
  all
• 36:40
  the
• 36:40
  paint
• 36:40
  out
• 36:40
  of
• 36:41
  the.
• 36:41
  Out
• 36:41
  of
• 36:41
  the
• 36:42
  stonework
• 36:42
  to
• 36:42
  get
• 36:42
  it
• 36:42
  back
• 36:43
  looking
• 36:43
  the
• 36:43
  way
• 36:43
  it
• 36:44
  was.
• 36:44
  And
• 36:45
  I've
• 36:46
  seen
• 36:46
  that
• 36:46
  pain
• 36:46
  on
• 36:46
  that
• 36:47
  side,
• 36:47
  too.
• 36:47
  Where
• 36:47
  you
• 36:47
  go.
• 36:48
  It's
• 36:48
  going
• 36:48
  to
• 36:48
  be
• 36:49
  brutal.
• 36:49
  Even
• 36:50
  my
• 36:50
  beach
• 36:50
  house,
• 36:50
  we're
• 36:50
  going
• 36:51
  to
• 36:51
  have
• 36:51
  to
• 36:51
  get
• 36:51
  out
• 36:51
  there
• 36:51
  where
• 36:52
  my
• 36:52
  brother
• 36:52
  and
• 36:52
  I
• 36:52
  are
• 36:52
  going
• 36:52
  to
• 36:52
  get
• 36:52
  out
• 36:53
  there
• 36:53
  with.
• 36:53
  We
• 36:53
  tried
• 36:54
  to
• 36:54
  do
• 36:54
  a
• 36:54
  little
• 36:54
  sandblasting
• 36:55
  because
• 36:55
  it's
• 36:56
  got
• 36:56
  this
• 36:56
  really
• 36:56
  cool
• 36:57
  50
• 36:57
  stat
• 36:58
  stone
• 36:59
  that
• 36:59
  is
• 36:59
  cut.
• 37:00
  It's
• 37:00
  beautiful.
• 37:00
  And
• 37:01
  somebody
• 37:01
  has
• 37:01
  painted
• 37:01
  it
• 37:02
  four
• 37:02
  or
• 37:02
  five
• 37:02
  times.
• 37:02
  So
• 37:02
  we're
• 37:02
  going
• 37:03
  to
• 37:03
  try
• 37:03
  it
• 37:03
  out.
• 37:03
  So
• 37:03
  now
• 37:04
  I
• 37:04
  hear.
• 37:04
  Now
• 37:04
  I
• 37:04
  know
• 37:05
  where
• 37:05
  this
• 37:05
  whole
• 37:05
  thing,
• 37:07
  because
• 37:07
  you
• 37:07
  talked
• 37:08
  about
• 37:08
  it's
• 37:08
  the
• 37:08
  restoration.
• 37:09
  Work
• 37:09
  afterwards,
• 37:10
  trying
• 37:10
  to
• 37:10
  come
• 37:10
  back.
• 37:11
  And
• 37:11
  even
• 37:11
  that
• 37:11
  one,
• 37:12
  we
• 37:12
  got
• 37:12
  to
• 37:12
  go
• 37:12
  back
• 37:12
  and
• 37:12
  try
• 37:13
  to.
• 37:13
  We're
• 37:13
  going
• 37:13
  to
• 37:13
  get
• 37:13
  in
• 37:14
  there
• 37:14
  with
• 37:14
  some
• 37:14
  brass
• 37:15
  brushes
• 37:15
  and
• 37:15
  try
• 37:16
  to
• 37:16
  see
• 37:16
  if
• 37:16
  we
• 37:16
  can
• 37:17
  save
• 37:17
  it.
• 37:18
  But
• 37:18
  again,
• 37:19
  you
• 37:19
  know,
• 37:19
  there's
• 37:20
  plenty
• 37:20
  of
• 37:20
  red
• 37:20
  brick
• 37:20
  fireplaces
• 37:21
  out
• 37:21
  there
• 37:21
  that
• 37:21
  I'm
• 37:22
  like,
• 37:22
  oh,
• 37:22
  my
• 37:22
  gosh,
• 37:22
  that
• 37:22
  would
• 37:22
  look
• 37:23
  so
• 37:23
  much
• 37:23
  better
• 37:23
  painted.
• 37:24
  Yes.
• 37:24
  I
• 37:24
  have
• 37:24
  no
• 37:25
  problem
• 37:25
  with
• 37:25
  that.
• 37:25
  That's
• 37:26
  good
• 37:26
  to
• 37:26
  know.
• 37:27
  See,
• 37:27
  we're
• 37:27
  in
• 37:27
  the
• 37:27
  middle
• 37:28
  there
• 37:28
  someplace.
• 37:29
  I'm
• 37:29
  just
• 37:29
  on
• 37:29
  one
• 37:29
  side
• 37:30
  of
• 37:30
  it.
• 37:30
  So
• 37:31
  there's
• 37:31
  so
• 37:31
  many
• 37:31
  things
• 37:31
  as
• 37:32
  a
• 37:32
  homeowner,
• 37:32
  so
• 37:33
  that
• 37:33
  I
• 37:33
  always
• 37:33
  say,
• 37:33
  hey,
• 37:34
  when
• 37:34
  you're
• 37:34
  getting
• 37:34
  into
• 37:35
  the
• 37:35
  house,
• 37:36
  like
• 37:36
  you
• 37:36
  had
• 37:36
  suggested,
• 37:37
  do
• 37:37
  something
• 37:37
  that's
• 37:38
  going
• 37:38
  to
• 37:38
  make
• 37:38
  it
• 37:38
  feel
• 37:38
  like
• 37:39
  yours
• 37:39
  and
• 37:39
  feel
• 37:40
  good,
• 37:40
  but
• 37:41
  also
• 37:41
  balance
• 37:42
  in
• 37:42
  the
• 37:43
  foundational
• 37:43
  stuff
• 37:44
  to
• 37:44
  make
• 37:44
  sure
• 37:44
  that
• 37:44
  it's
• 37:45
  operating
• 37:45
  correctly,
• 37:46
  like
• 37:46
  your
• 37:46
  heating
• 37:46
  and
• 37:46
  cooling
• 37:47
  and
• 37:48
  the
• 37:48
  exterior
• 37:49
  is
• 37:49
  maintained
• 37:50
  and
• 37:51
  the
• 37:51
  foundational
• 37:53
  maintenance
• 37:54
  stuff
• 37:54
  that
• 37:54
  you
• 37:54
  don't
• 37:54
  want
• 37:54
  to
• 37:55
  forget.
• 37:55
  Yeah.
• 37:56
  Leaf
• 37:56
  gutters
• 37:57
  or
• 37:58
  rain
• 37:58
  gutters,
• 37:58
  get
• 37:58
  the
• 37:59
  leaves
• 37:59
  out
• 38:00
  so
• 38:00
  that
• 38:00
  you
• 38:00
  don't
• 38:00
  have
• 38:00
  a
• 38:00
  huge
• 38:01
  leak
• 38:01
  and
• 38:01
  have
• 38:01
  to
• 38:02
  do
• 38:02
  something
• 38:02
  very
• 38:02
  costly
• 38:03
  and
• 38:03
  expensive
• 38:03
  that
• 38:04
  you
• 38:04
  weren't
• 38:05
  planning
• 38:05
  on
• 38:05
  just
• 38:06
  little.
• 38:06
  Because
• 38:06
  if
• 38:06
  you
• 38:06
  don't
• 38:07
  know,
• 38:07
  and
• 38:07
  you've
• 38:07
  never
• 38:07
  had
• 38:08
  a
• 38:08
  home
• 38:08
  before
• 38:08
  and
• 38:08
  you
• 38:09
  don't
• 38:09
  know
• 38:09
  to
• 38:09
  do
• 38:09
  it,
• 38:10
  but
• 38:10
  that
• 38:10
  can
• 38:11
  really
• 38:11
  be
• 38:11
  very
• 38:12
  painful
• 38:12
  later
• 38:13
  in
• 38:13
  the
• 38:13
  pocketbook.
• 38:14
  And
• 38:15
  if
• 38:15
  you
• 38:15
  can
• 38:15
  afford
• 38:15
  it,
• 38:15
  hire
• 38:16
  movers
• 38:17
  for
• 38:17
  the
• 38:17
  pig
• 38:17
  stuff.
• 38:18
  Friends
• 38:19
  don't
• 38:19
  want
• 38:19
  to
• 38:19
  come
• 38:19
  over
• 38:19
  and
• 38:19
  help
• 38:20
  you
• 38:20
  move,
• 38:20
  I
• 38:20
  promise.
• 38:21
  Or
• 38:21
  leave
• 38:21
  all
• 38:22
  the
• 38:22
  stuff
• 38:22
  behind
• 38:22
  and
• 38:23
  just
• 38:23
  plan
• 38:23
  to
• 38:23
  save
• 38:24
  and
• 38:24
  do
• 38:24
  it
• 38:24
  over
• 38:25
  time.
• 38:26
  There
• 38:27
  you
• 38:27
  go.
• 38:28
  There
• 38:28
  you
• 38:28
  go.
• 38:28
  Movers,
• 38:29
  professionals.
• 38:30
  And
• 38:31
  there
• 38:31
  are
• 38:31
  a
• 38:31
  lot
• 38:31
  of
• 38:31
  moving
• 38:32
  scams
• 38:32
  out
• 38:33
  there.
• 38:33
  So
• 38:33
  find
• 38:34
  someone
• 38:34
  in
• 38:35
  your
• 38:35
  family
• 38:35
  circle,
• 38:36
  your
• 38:36
  friends
• 38:37
  that
• 38:37
  have
• 38:37
  used
• 38:37
  them,
• 38:38
  make
• 38:39
  sure
• 38:39
  they're
• 38:39
  licensed
• 38:40
  in
• 38:40
  your
• 38:40
  area.
• 38:40
  If
• 38:41
  that's
• 38:41
  a
• 38:41
  thing,
• 38:42
  do
• 38:42
  the
• 38:42
  research.
• 38:43
  Don't
• 38:44
  just
• 38:44
  jump
• 38:44
  onto
• 38:45
  Nextdoor
• 38:45
  or
• 38:46
  Craigslist
• 38:46
  and
• 38:47
  find
• 38:47
  somebody
• 38:47
  that's
• 38:47
  advertising.
• 38:48
  No,
• 38:49
  find
• 38:49
  a
• 38:49
  legitimate
• 38:50
  company
• 38:50
  that
• 38:50
  you
• 38:51
  see
• 38:51
  the
• 38:51
  trucks
• 38:51
  around
• 38:51
  in
• 38:52
  the
• 38:52
  neighborhood
• 38:52
  that
• 38:52
  have
• 38:52
  great.
• 38:53
  Yeah.
• 38:53
  And
• 38:53
  if
• 38:54
  it's
• 38:54
  local
• 38:54
  especially
• 38:55
  you'll.
• 38:55
  You
• 38:56
  can
• 38:56
  find
• 38:56
  local
• 38:57
  reviews.
• 38:57
  I
• 38:57
  know
• 38:58
  in
• 38:58
  our
• 38:59
  area
• 39:00
  it's
• 39:00
  a
• 39:00
  family
• 39:01
  owned
• 39:01
  moving
• 39:02
  company,
• 39:02
  Casey
• 39:03
  Logistics,
• 39:04
  and
• 39:04
  they're
• 39:05
  really
• 39:05
  great
• 39:06
  and
• 39:07
  they
• 39:07
  service
• 39:08
  all
• 39:08
  the
• 39:09
  designers
• 39:09
  in
• 39:09
  our
• 39:10
  area.
• 39:11
  So
• 39:12
  I
• 39:12
  don't
• 39:12
  know
• 39:13
  if
• 39:13
  your
• 39:14
  audience
• 39:14
  probably
• 39:14
  has
• 39:15
  heard
• 39:15
  White
• 39:15
  Glove
• 39:16
  service,
• 39:16
  but
• 39:17
  oh
• 39:17
  yes,
• 39:18
  pack
• 39:18
  it
• 39:18
  all
• 39:19
  just
• 39:20
  right.
• 39:21
  They
• 39:21
  unpack
• 39:22
  it
• 39:22
  all
• 39:23
  just
• 39:23
  right.
• 39:24
  You
• 39:24
  don't
• 39:24
  end
• 39:25
  up
• 39:25
  with
• 39:25
  icky,
• 39:26
  grimy
• 39:27
  fingers,
• 39:28
  all
• 39:28
  prints
• 39:29
  all
• 39:29
  over
• 39:29
  your
• 39:29
  beautiful
• 39:30
  furniture.
• 39:31
  They
• 39:31
  can
• 39:31
  navigate
• 39:32
  staircases,
• 39:33
  narrow
• 39:34
  passageways.
• 39:35
  They
• 39:35
  know
• 39:35
  what
• 39:35
  to
• 39:36
  do.
• 39:36
  They're
• 39:36
  not.
• 39:37
  They
• 39:37
  moved
• 39:37
  a
• 39:38
  client
• 39:38
  of
• 39:38
  mine
• 39:38
  into
• 39:39
  Bass
• 39:40
  Lake
• 39:41
  in
• 39:41
  the
• 39:41
  middle
• 39:41
  of
• 39:41
  a
• 39:42
  rainstorm
• 39:43
  in
• 39:43
  November
• 39:44
  and
• 39:45
  there
• 39:45
  was
• 39:46
  no
• 39:46
  paving.
• 39:47
  And
• 39:47
  their
• 39:47
  guys
• 39:48
  were
• 39:48
  so
• 39:48
  sweet
• 39:49
  and
• 39:50
  they
• 39:50
  were
• 39:50
  so
• 39:51
  accommodating.
• 39:52
  They
• 39:52
  even
• 39:52
  had
• 39:53
  a
• 39:53
  forklift
• 39:54
  to
• 39:54
  hoist
• 39:54
  the
• 39:55
  sofa
• 39:55
  for
• 39:56
  the
• 39:56
  outdoor
• 39:57
  deck
• 39:58
  and
• 39:58
  the
• 39:59
  canopy
• 39:59
  bed
• 40:00
  up
• 40:00
  over
• 40:01
  the
• 40:01
  railing
• 40:02
  so
• 40:02
  we
• 40:02
  could
• 40:02
  get
• 40:02
  it
• 40:02
  in
• 40:03
  because
• 40:03
  there
• 40:03
  was
• 40:03
  no
• 40:04
  way
• 40:04
  it
• 40:04
  was
• 40:04
  going
• 40:04
  up
• 40:04
  the
• 40:05
  stairs.
• 40:05
  And
• 40:05
  we
• 40:05
  knew
• 40:05
  that
• 40:06
  from
• 40:06
  the
• 40:06
  beginning.
• 40:06
  But
• 40:07
  yeah,
• 40:07
  you
• 40:08
  knew
• 40:08
  that.
• 40:08
  Obviously
• 40:08
  I
• 40:08
  did
• 40:09
  measure,
• 40:09
  but
• 40:10
  they
• 40:10
  were
• 40:10
  just
• 40:10
  fantastic.
• 40:11
  But
• 40:11
  that's
• 40:12
  like
• 40:12
  if
• 40:13
  you
• 40:13
  can
• 40:13
  find
• 40:14
  whomever
• 40:14
  works
• 40:15
  in
• 40:15
  your
• 40:15
  area
• 40:15
  with
• 40:16
  the
• 40:16
  local
• 40:17
  designers,
• 40:17
  that's
• 40:18
  a
• 40:18
  sure
• 40:19
  bet
• 40:19
  that
• 40:20
  they're
• 40:20
  going
• 40:20
  to
• 40:21
  be
• 40:21
  quality.
• 40:22
  There
• 40:23
  may
• 40:23
  be
• 40:23
  issues
• 40:23
  because
• 40:24
  in
• 40:24
  life
• 40:24
  there
• 40:24
  are
• 40:25
  issues.
• 40:25
  But
• 40:26
  whoever's
• 40:26
  servicing
• 40:27
  the
• 40:27
  designers
• 40:28
  locally
• 40:28
  really
• 40:29
  knows
• 40:29
  what
• 40:29
  they're
• 40:29
  doing.
• 40:30
  Now
• 40:30
  be
• 40:30
  careful,
• 40:30
  guys,
• 40:31
  because
• 40:31
  those
• 40:31
  are
• 40:31
  the
• 40:31
  two
• 40:32
  biggest
• 40:32
  home
• 40:33
  scams
• 40:33
  that
• 40:33
  I
• 40:33
  see
• 40:34
  out
• 40:34
  there
• 40:34
  are
• 40:35
  duct
• 40:35
  cleaning
• 40:36
  and
• 40:36
  moving.
• 40:36
  Those
• 40:37
  can
• 40:37
  be
• 40:37
  very
• 40:37
  troublesome.
• 40:38
  There's
• 40:38
  a
• 40:38
  lot
• 40:38
  of
• 40:38
  great
• 40:39
  people
• 40:39
  that
• 40:39
  do
• 40:39
  it.
• 40:40
  There's
• 40:41
  a
• 40:41
  lot
• 40:41
  of
• 40:41
  people
• 40:41
  out
• 40:41
  there
• 40:42
  that
• 40:42
  are
• 40:42
  there
• 40:42
  to
• 40:42
  take
• 40:42
  your
• 40:42
  money
• 40:43
  and
• 40:43
  do
• 40:43
  a
• 40:43
  lot
• 40:44
  of
• 40:44
  damage
• 40:44
  to
• 40:44
  both
• 40:45
  of
• 40:45
  those.
• 40:45
  So
• 40:46
  just
• 40:46
  be
• 40:46
  careful
• 40:47
  and
• 40:47
  do
• 40:47
  your
• 40:47
  research
• 40:47
  on
• 40:48
  that.
• 40:48
  So
• 40:48
  when
• 40:48
  we're
• 40:49
  Starting
• 40:49
  to
• 40:49
  run
• 40:49
  out
• 40:49
  of
• 40:49
  time.
• 40:49
  This
• 40:50
  goes
• 40:50
  so
• 40:50
  fast,
• 40:51
  especially
• 40:51
  when
• 40:52
  you
• 40:52
  have
• 40:52
  a
• 40:52
  philosophical
• 40:53
  discussion
• 40:54
  about
• 40:54
  painting.
• 40:55
  Exactly.
• 40:56
  Well,
• 40:57
  I
• 40:57
  can't
• 40:57
  wait
• 40:57
  for
• 40:57
  the
• 40:57
  comments
• 40:58
  on
• 40:58
  this.
• 40:58
  My
• 40:58
  inbox
• 40:59
  is
• 40:59
  going
• 40:59
  to
• 40:59
  be
• 40:59
  completely
• 41:00
  loaded
• 41:00
  up,
• 41:00
  which
• 41:01
  I
• 41:01
  love,
• 41:01
  by
• 41:02
  the
• 41:02
  way.
• 41:02
  Oh,
• 41:03
  yeah,
• 41:03
  this
• 41:03
  is.
• 41:03
  That's
• 41:04
  what
• 41:04
  awesome
• 41:04
  is
• 41:04
  that
• 41:05
  I
• 41:05
  will
• 41:05
  have
• 41:05
  so
• 41:05
  many
• 41:06
  opinions
• 41:06
  on
• 41:06
  this
• 41:06
  because
• 41:07
  it's
• 41:07
  like
• 41:07
  one
• 41:08
  of
• 41:08
  the
• 41:08
  most
• 41:08
  controversial
• 41:09
  things
• 41:09
  out
• 41:09
  there.
• 41:09
  I
• 41:09
  think
• 41:10
  it
• 41:10
  painting.
• 41:10
  I
• 41:11
  know.
• 41:11
  I
• 41:11
  just
• 41:11
  want
• 41:11
  to
• 41:11
  be
• 41:12
  friends
• 41:12
  with
• 41:12
  everyone.
• 41:13
  Like,
• 41:14
  this
• 41:14
  is
• 41:14
  not
• 41:14
  personal.
• 41:15
  No,
• 41:16
  I
• 41:16
  love
• 41:16
  it,
• 41:16
  though.
• 41:17
  That's
• 41:17
  what
• 41:17
  I
• 41:18
  love
• 41:18
  about
• 41:18
  having
• 41:18
  you
• 41:19
  on
• 41:19
  here
• 41:19
  is
• 41:19
  we
• 41:19
  always
• 41:19
  have
• 41:19
  a
• 41:20
  good
• 41:20
  spirited
• 41:20
  conversation
• 41:21
  and
• 41:21
  it's
• 41:22
  always
• 41:22
  fun.
• 41:23
  Are
• 41:23
  there
• 41:23
  any
• 41:23
  more
• 41:23
  tips
• 41:24
  we
• 41:24
  should
• 41:24
  give
• 41:24
  people
• 41:24
  out
• 41:25
  there
• 41:25
  on
• 41:26
  First
• 41:26
  House
• 41:27
  other
• 41:27
  than
• 41:28
  can't
• 41:28
  do
• 41:28
  it
• 41:28
  all
• 41:28
  overnight?
• 41:29
  Yeah,
• 41:29
  I
• 41:30
  think.
• 41:30
  Enjoy
• 41:31
  it.
• 41:31
  You
• 41:32
  don't
• 41:32
  have
• 41:32
  to
• 41:32
  be
• 41:32
  in
• 41:33
  a
• 41:33
  hurry.
• 41:33
  You're
• 41:34
  there.
• 41:34
  You've
• 41:35
  made
• 41:35
  it.
• 41:35
  Congratulations.
• 41:36
  That's
• 41:37
  to
• 41:37
  be
• 41:37
  celebrated.
• 41:38
  Now
• 41:40
  enjoy
• 41:40
  it
• 41:41
  and
• 41:42
  create
• 41:43
  memories
• 41:43
  in
• 41:44
  that
• 41:44
  house
• 41:44
  that
• 41:44
  are
• 41:45
  meaningful.
• 41:46
  That's
• 41:46
  what
• 41:47
  a
• 41:47
  home
• 41:47
  is
• 41:48
  about.
• 41:48
  It's
• 41:48
  not
• 41:49
  about
• 41:49
  your
• 41:50
  stuff.
• 41:50
  It's
• 41:51
  about
• 41:52
  what
• 41:52
  you
• 41:53
  do
• 41:53
  in
• 41:54
  those
• 41:54
  four
• 41:54
  walls
• 41:55
  or
• 41:55
  in
• 41:55
  that
• 41:56
  garden
• 41:56
  or
• 41:56
  in
• 41:57
  that
• 41:57
  front
• 41:57
  yard
• 41:58
  or
• 41:58
  with
• 41:58
  your
• 41:58
  neighbors
• 41:59
  and
• 42:00
  those
• 42:00
  social
• 42:01
  connections
• 42:02
  that
• 42:02
  will
• 42:03
  carry
• 42:04
  you
• 42:04
  through
• 42:05
  years
• 42:05
  of
• 42:05
  your
• 42:06
  life
• 42:06
  when
• 42:06
  you're
• 42:06
  in
• 42:07
  that
• 42:07
  home
• 42:07
  and
• 42:07
  how
• 42:07
  important
• 42:08
  that
• 42:08
  is
• 42:08
  to
• 42:08
  your
• 42:09
  health
• 42:10
  and
• 42:10
  being
• 42:10
  and
• 42:11
  your
• 42:11
  mental
• 42:11
  health.
• 42:12
  And
• 42:12
  I
• 42:13
  know
• 42:13
  I
• 42:13
  can
• 42:13
  look
• 42:14
  back
• 42:14
  on
• 42:14
  my
• 42:14
  life
• 42:15
  and
• 42:15
  I
• 42:16
  know
• 42:16
  that
• 42:17
  I
• 42:17
  valued
• 42:18
  how
• 42:18
  something
• 42:19
  looked
• 42:20
  more
• 42:20
  than
• 42:21
  I
• 42:21
  needed
• 42:21
  to
• 42:21
  because
• 42:22
  it
• 42:22
  really
• 42:22
  didn't
• 42:23
  matter.
• 42:23
  Absolutely.
• 42:25
  Absolutely.
• 44:14
  And
• 44:14
  if
• 44:15
  you
• 44:15
  just
• 42:27
  bought
• 44:15
  the
• 44:15
  home
• 44:16
  and
• 44:16
  you're
• 44:16
  tuning
• 44:16
  in,
• 44:16
  I
• 44:16
  have
• 44:17
  one
• 44:17
  last
• 44:17
  tip
• 44:18
  for
• 44:18
  the
• 44:18
  holidays.
• 44:19
  That
• 44:20
  whole
• 44:20
  bathroom
• 44:21
  that's
• 44:21
  downstairs
• 44:21
  by
• 44:22
  the
• 44:22
  living
• 44:22
  room
• 44:22
  where
• 44:22
  everybody's
• 44:23
  hanging
• 44:23
  out
• 44:24
  the
• 44:24
  powder
• 44:24
  room
• 44:25
  about
• 44:25
  a
• 44:26
  toilet
• 44:26
  that's
• 44:26
  10
• 44:26
  years
• 44:27
  old
• 44:27
  or
• 44:27
  over.
• 44:28
  Change
• 44:28
  it
• 44:29
  out.
• 44:29
  You're
• 44:29
  right.
• 44:30
  When
• 44:30
  all
• 44:30
  did.
• 44:30
  When
• 44:31
  Uncle
• 44:31
  Frank
• 44:32
  comes
• 44:32
  over
• 44:32
  for
• 44:33
  the
• 44:33
  first
• 44:33
  time,
• 44:34
  someone's
• 44:34
  going
• 44:34
  to
• 44:34
  be
• 44:34
  yelling
• 44:35
  to
• 44:35
  the
• 44:35
  door,
• 44:35
  where's
• 44:36
  the
• 44:36
  plunger?
• 44:37
  Oh,
• 44:37
  go
• 44:38
  get
• 44:38
  a
• 44:38
  nice
• 44:38
  toto.
• 44:39
  Put
• 44:39
  it
• 44:39
  in
• 44:40
  there.
• 44:40
  Throw
• 44:40
  the
• 44:41
  plunger
• 44:41
  away.
• 44:41
  You
• 44:41
  won't
• 44:42
  need
• 44:42
  it.
• 44:42
  But
• 44:42
  fix
• 44:43
  the
• 44:43
  problem
• 44:44
  before
• 44:44
  you
• 44:44
  have
• 44:44
  it.
• 44:45
  You
• 44:45
  need
• 44:45
  the
• 44:45
  Santa
• 44:45
  flesh
• 44:46
  because
• 44:46
  it
• 44:46
  has
• 44:46
  the
• 44:47
  two.
• 44:47
  That's
• 44:47
  what
• 44:47
  I
• 44:47
  love
• 44:48
  about
• 44:48
  it.
• 44:48
  Because
• 44:48
  then
• 44:48
  you
• 44:49
  don't
• 44:49
  have
• 44:49
  to
• 44:49
  whoosh,
• 44:49
  whoosh,
• 44:50
  whoosh,
• 44:50
  whoosh,
• 44:50
  whoosh,
• 44:50
  like
• 44:50
  a
• 44:51
  cyclone.
• 44:52
  That's
• 44:52
  true.
• 44:53
  Yep.
• 44:53
  You
• 44:54
  got
• 44:54
  me
• 44:54
  there.
• 44:55
  Mix
• 44:55
  it
• 44:55
  before
• 44:56
  it
• 44:56
  happens.
• 44:56
  Mix
• 44:56
  it
• 44:57
  before
• 44:57
  it
• 44:57
  happens.
• 44:58
  And
• 44:58
  they'll
• 44:58
  save
• 44:58
  you
• 44:58
  on
• 44:59
  water,
• 44:59
  too,
• 44:59
  so
• 44:59
  it'll
• 44:59
  help
• 45:00
  lower
• 45:00
  your
• 45:00
  water
• 45:00
  bill
• 45:00
  while
• 45:00
  you're
• 45:01
  at
• 45:01
  it.
• 45:01
  So
• 45:02
  it's
• 45:02
  the
• 45:02
  gift
• 45:02
  that
• 45:02
  keeps
• 45:03
  giving
• 45:03
  you
• 45:03
  back
• 45:04
  Wendy,
• 45:04
  thanks
• 45:04
  for
• 45:04
  coming
• 45:05
  on
• 45:05
  today.
• 45:05
  How
• 45:05
  do
• 45:05
  people
• 45:06
  find
• 45:06
  you
• 45:06
  if
• 45:06
  they
• 45:06
  want
• 45:06
  to
• 45:07
  bring
• 45:07
  you
• 45:07
  onto
• 45:07
  a
• 45:07
  project?
• 45:08
  Maybe
• 45:08
  they're
• 45:08
  a
• 45:08
  new
• 45:08
  homeowner
• 45:08
  and
• 45:09
  they're
• 45:09
  going,
• 45:09
  man,
• 45:10
  I
• 45:10
  need
• 45:10
  her
• 45:10
  help.
• 45:11
  How
• 45:11
  can
• 45:11
  they
• 45:12
  find
• 45:12
  you?
• 45:12
  Sure,
• 45:12
  you
• 45:12
  can
• 45:13
  find
• 45:13
  me@wendyglasenteriors.com
• 45:16
  and
• 45:17
  it's
• 45:17

• 45:17
  L
• 45:17
  A
• 45:18

• 45:18
  T
• 45:19

  chat
• 45:26
  with
• 45:26
  you.
• 45:26
  That
• 45:26
  would
• 45:26
  be
• 45:27
  terrific.
• 45:27
  And
• 45:27
  congratulations
• 45:28
  if
• 45:28
  you're

• 45:29
  time
• 45:29

  buyer
• 45:29
  or
• 45:30
  any
• 45:30
  homeowner
• 45:30
  at
• 45:31
  all
• 45:31
  because
• 45:31
  that
• 45:31
  is
• 45:32
  a
• 45:32
  fantastic
• 45:32
  thing.
• 45:33
  Thank
• 45:33
  you
• 45:33
  for
• 45:33
  having

  It

  So

  you
• 45:37
  definitely
• 45:37
  want

  your

  next

  my

  Thanks
