A Milwaukee driver, 23-year-old Alan Ontiveros, faces multiple felony charges after a fatal crash on June 21st that killed 47-year-old Faisal Hussain. Ontiveros allegedly consumed five or six drinks and smoked marijuana before driving without a license, with a BAC of .136 — well over the legal limit.
