- 0:00Speaker 1: It's more of Mark Mark Simone on seven to ten woory.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's gonna be forty degrees today. Why, it's going to
- 0:13Speaker 1: be practical like Florida here today. So here's the latest
- 0:17Speaker 1: on the Guthrie kidnapping. They did detain somebody yesterday who
- 0:22Speaker 1: they thought was a person of interest. It turned out
- 0:25Speaker 1: he was a delivery guy who they thought had delivered
- 0:30Speaker 1: to the house. They're looking they off the record, FBI
- 0:34Speaker 1: saying they got a few, a few persons of interest.
- 0:40Speaker 1: That's a little lower than suspect persons of interest. People
- 0:44Speaker 1: who want to talk to. Most of them are people
- 0:45Speaker 1: that had been to the house for some sort of work,
- 0:49Speaker 1: and they're looking at them. The delivery guy they stopped
- 0:52Speaker 1: last night, they looked, they inspected his house, they looked
- 0:56Speaker 1: all around. They've let him go. They've determined he's not
- 1:01Speaker 1: not a suspect anymore. TMZ, who's been all over this,
- 1:05Speaker 1: has received a couple of ransom notes. They just got
- 1:07Speaker 1: a third ransom note sent to them. They're also getting
- 1:10Speaker 1: letters from people demanding money bitcoin, claiming they know from
- 1:15Speaker 1: the video who the person is and they want bitcoin
- 1:19Speaker 1: in exchange for information. So this happens a lot especially
- 1:24Speaker 1: when it's a big public case, you get all kinds
- 1:26Speaker 1: of false flags and all kinds of false alarms. So
- 1:29Speaker 1: they got to sort through them. But there's an incredible
- 1:32Speaker 1: amount of manpower. President Trump has put all the resources
- 1:35Speaker 1: he can on this. FBI, every agency they can put
- 1:39Speaker 1: on this lot of manpower involved Savannah Guthrie. You know
- 1:43Speaker 1: she has a husband. He's been very quiet in all this,
- 1:45Speaker 1: but he's been online on his account posting the video.
- 1:50Speaker 1: And you know, Savannah Guthrie born somewhere else I think
- 1:55Speaker 1: was Australia. Her father was working in Australia when she
- 1:59Speaker 1: was born. The first couple of years lived in Australia,
- 2:01Speaker 1: but then the family came back to America and they
- 2:04Speaker 1: settled in Tucson, and that's where she always lived and
- 2:07Speaker 1: grew up. And that's why the mother was there in Tucson, Arizona.
- 2:12Speaker 1: So we'll see it's day eleven now of this, and
- 2:16Speaker 1: I've talked to doctors. Apparently you can if you've got
- 2:19Speaker 1: heart problems and blood pressure problems, you can survive maybe
- 2:22Speaker 1: a couple of weeks without your medicine. It's not easy,
- 2:27Speaker 1: but you can do it. She has a pacemaker and
- 2:31Speaker 1: you can do it. Now. We could see from the
- 2:34Speaker 1: last reading on that pacemaker that it spiked. It really spiked,
- 2:38Speaker 1: which means that was probably the moment of the kidnapping.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And when they kidnapped her, they took her the pacemaker
- 2:44Speaker 1: away from the iPhone and the Apple Watch and everything
- 2:48Speaker 1: that monitored the pacemaker. So all we know is it
- 2:50Speaker 1: was a big spike. If it kept spiking, it can overload,
- 2:55Speaker 1: you can stress the pacemaker, so anything could have happened.
- 2:58Speaker 1: So we just don't know. Hey, there's a little incident
- 3:03Speaker 1: here that's going to blow up and you're going to
- 3:05Speaker 1: be hearing about This is going to become very big
- 3:06Speaker 1: in the next few days and probably over the weekend.
- 3:11Speaker 1: The stone Wall Inn in Manhattan is a big monument
- 3:16Speaker 1: landmark for the gay community. The Stonewall Inn in the
- 3:21Speaker 1: village Christopher Park and the stone Wall Inn was such
- 3:25Speaker 1: a big monument and so important that they made it
- 3:27Speaker 1: a national park. It became part of the National Park
- 3:31Speaker 1: Service run by the federal government. And the Stone Wall
- 3:35Speaker 1: Inn had a gay flag, a gay pride flag in
- 3:41Speaker 1: front of it on the flagpole, big gay pride flag.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I don't remember exactly when that was put up, but
- 3:46Speaker 1: Obviously it was a big, big thing. Now they've quietly
- 3:51Speaker 1: taken down the flag. They removed the flag this week.
- 3:55Speaker 1: The reason the Interior Department. The Interior Department runs it's
- 4:00Speaker 1: now part of the National Park Service. It's run by
- 4:02Speaker 1: the Interior Department. The reason they took it down is
- 4:05Speaker 1: they said, there's government rules that on a national park
- 4:10Speaker 1: you can only fly the American flag. That's all. You
- 4:12Speaker 1: can't fly different flags. Obviously, it makes sense as a rule,
- 4:16Speaker 1: you want just the American flag, keep it simple. You
- 4:19Speaker 1: don't want all kinds of flags on all kinds of monuments.
- 4:21Speaker 1: So they took it down and put up the American flag. Now,
- 4:25Speaker 1: the gay community going nuts, Democrats going nuts, the media
- 4:29Speaker 1: going nuts. You know, for the last couple of years,
- 4:33Speaker 1: they paid no attention to this place, but it's a
- 4:36Speaker 1: chance to attack President Trump. Mayor Mom Donnie is going
- 4:40Speaker 1: crazy over this. City council speaker Julie Mennon it's pretty
- 4:45Speaker 1: common sense, but she's a Democrat, joined in the outrage.
- 4:49Speaker 1: About one hundred people gathered at the site Tuesday, demanding
- 4:52Speaker 1: the flag be put back. Now for up to me
- 4:57Speaker 1: put the flag back. What's the difference you want to
- 4:59Speaker 1: put a gay plot, gay pride flag. What's the difference.
- 5:01Speaker 1: It's fine, no problem as far as I'm concerned. But
- 5:04Speaker 1: if that's the Parks Department rule that you can only
- 5:07Speaker 1: fly the American flag, I'll understand that too. But this
- 5:09Speaker 1: is going to be a big Now. Actually, the other thing,
- 5:12Speaker 1: maybe you shouldn't take down a gay pride flag. But
- 5:15Speaker 1: this is a good thing because you got these crazy
- 5:19Speaker 1: trumped arrangement syndrome democrats and media. This is all they
- 5:23Speaker 1: live for is to hate Donald Trump day and night.
- 5:26Speaker 1: All they live for is protest anger. So you got
- 5:29Speaker 1: to give them something to do. It's been quiet, they
- 5:31Speaker 1: forgot about Minnesota. They need something, so give them this.
- 5:35Speaker 1: In fact, maybe that's why they took down the flag,
- 5:38Speaker 1: just to give these crazy something to do. For the
- 5:40Speaker 1: next week or two. They'll protest, they'll yell and scream,
- 5:42Speaker 1: the huff and puff, they'll go all over TV, MSNBC.
- 5:46Speaker 1: They'll yell and screaming about this all day. And you
- 5:48Speaker 1: got to give these people something to do. These Trump
- 5:50Speaker 1: arrangement syndromes. You know, like when you have a dog,
- 5:53Speaker 1: you got to take the stick and throw it, let
- 5:54Speaker 1: them fetch it, bring it back, throw it let them
- 5:56Speaker 1: bring it back. You got to play with the ball.
- 5:59Speaker 1: You got to him some exercise. You gotta give him
- 6:01Speaker 1: something to do. So it's the same thing with the
- 6:03Speaker 1: Trump derangement syndrome crowd. You have to give them something
- 6:07Speaker 1: to get angry about. And I guess they gave up
- 6:10Speaker 1: on Minnesota. Ice is pretty much pulling out of there.
- 6:13Speaker 1: So this will give him something in the next week
- 6:15Speaker 1: or two to let him yell and scream about this.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Mayor Mom, Donnie again. You got to give him something
- 6:21Speaker 1: to do. He doesn't seem to do any work at
- 6:23Speaker 1: the city hall. Hey, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Nette
- 6:29Speaker 1: Yahoo is in Washington. He'll meet with President Trump today.
- 6:33Speaker 1: One of the things I'll talk about is Iran. Got
- 6:36Speaker 1: to do something about Iran. This is a big opportunity
- 6:39Speaker 1: to get rid of the Iyatola. This is the most
- 6:41Speaker 1: horrible regime in the world. You know, to keep yelling
- 6:44Speaker 1: about Trump, as Hitler, Trump is a fact. Trump is
- 6:48Speaker 1: an absolute angel compared to what's around the world. Trump,
- 6:54Speaker 1: it may be the first person to actually get rid
- 6:56Speaker 1: of this Ayatola. And we'll just give you the latest
- 6:58Speaker 1: example of how bad the regime is in Iran. You know,
- 7:02Speaker 1: they've been executing protesters. There is footage that's so horrifying
- 7:07Speaker 1: they can't even show it on television. These Iranian regime
- 7:11Speaker 1: has sent people into hospital. Some of the protesters got
- 7:14Speaker 1: wounded badly and they're in the hospital. They're in hospital
- 7:18Speaker 1: beds with ivy lines and breathing tubes. They've sent their
- 7:22Speaker 1: security forces into the hospital to shoot the patients in
- 7:27Speaker 1: the head, right in their bed. There's actual video of
- 7:30Speaker 1: this where you can see them coming to the hospital,
- 7:32Speaker 1: patient in bed with an iv with breathing tubes attached.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Security force goes right up to them, puts a bullet
- 7:39Speaker 1: right through their head. I mean like a salazzo kind
- 7:42Speaker 1: of right through the head kind of a bullet. I mean,
- 7:47Speaker 1: the sickest regime ever, Absolutely disgusting. Hey, Jessica Tish, the
- 7:52Speaker 1: police commissioner announcing they did the State of the NYPD
- 7:56Speaker 1: State of the Police Department address every year, and she's
- 8:00Speaker 1: announced all kinds of changes for the NYPG. One. You know,
- 8:05Speaker 1: they have patrol burrows the Manhattan borough. You know, there's
- 8:09Speaker 1: a commander of Manhattan. Queen's is a borough. But they've
- 8:13Speaker 1: decided to divide the Bronx into two patroled boroughs. There'll
- 8:18Speaker 1: be a Bronx North and a Bronx South. They'll divide
- 8:21Speaker 1: it in half. There's all kinds of logistical reasons why
- 8:24Speaker 1: that'll be better. And when they're done doing this, they'll
- 8:27Speaker 1: have an extra two hundred additional officers. It'll be easier
- 8:31Speaker 1: to control everything there. So this is a good idea. Also,
- 8:36Speaker 1: the training for officers, the academy changes in that that'll
- 8:40Speaker 1: give officers even more training. The three to one one
- 8:45Speaker 1: system will get modernized and work more efficiently. You know,
- 8:50Speaker 1: they keep you have to keep logs in the precinct,
- 8:53Speaker 1: the right up each case, log books, all of that.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It's all handwritten, but they're going to digitize all that
- 9:00Speaker 1: as much as they can get more efficiency. They're preparing
- 9:04Speaker 1: for They got new technology can detect drones, but they
- 9:12Speaker 1: got to get a federal approval to take them down
- 9:14Speaker 1: if they see them. So they're getting that all straight now.
- 9:16Speaker 1: She also announced, of course, the appointment of Cardinal Timothy
- 9:20Speaker 1: Dolan also the Reverend A. Ar Bernard, great guy. These
- 9:25Speaker 1: two have been appointed co chief Chaplains. Both are Chief
- 9:29Speaker 1: Chaplains of the NYPD. They are going to name the
- 9:32Speaker 1: Police Academy in honor of Detective Stephen McDonald. Of course,
- 9:37Speaker 1: that's a great idea, is a symbol of courage, forgiveness,
- 9:40Speaker 1: all of that. Some people wanted to Ray Kelly wanted
- 9:45Speaker 1: to be named after him, that would be great too,
- 9:47Speaker 1: but Stephen McDonald certainly a good choice. So good changes
- 9:51Speaker 1: to the NYPD will make things even better. Also, she
- 9:55Speaker 1: announced the new weapons, you know, the taser. Instead of
- 9:59Speaker 1: a guy, you tase the person, but you had to
- 10:01Speaker 1: get pretty close. You had to get within a few
- 10:03Speaker 1: feet to taste somebody. But they got a new taser
- 10:06Speaker 1: ten that can work from forty five feet away. You
- 10:10Speaker 1: could be forty five feet away. It's a long way
- 10:13Speaker 1: from somebody, and apparently it's very precise and it can
- 10:17Speaker 1: carry ten probes. You can taste somebody ten times. It
- 10:21Speaker 1: has a reduced one thousand volt capacity compared to the
- 10:25Speaker 1: old one. The old one was only twelve feet at
- 10:27Speaker 1: the most. So this is pretty good. Hey, CBS News,
- 10:32Speaker 1: you know you get the new had a CBS News
- 10:34Speaker 1: trying to clean up things there, unfake the news there,
- 10:38Speaker 1: get rid of all the biased, crazy Trump hating partisan
- 10:43Speaker 1: So one of the things they did was they announced
- 10:44Speaker 1: buyouts a big buyout plan if you want to leave.
- 10:48Speaker 1: They put together a real nice buyout package. Apparently at
- 10:51Speaker 1: the CBS Evening News, a lot of people are jumping
- 10:54Speaker 1: at the idea. A lot of them, like twenty people
- 10:57Speaker 1: grabbed it immediately. In fact, six producers all want to
- 11:00Speaker 1: get the hell out of there. They can't stand the
- 11:03Speaker 1: idea of doing legitimate, balanced news. They like the fake news.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Now they'll tell you she's interfering with CBS News, the
- 11:11Speaker 1: Evening News, she's tampering with it. Well, it's in last place.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It's always been in last place. It's a ratings disaster.
- 11:18Speaker 1: If it's in last place, somebody should tamper with it.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Of course, you should change everything there. Hey, a lot
- 11:24Speaker 1: of you know, you know a lot of people in
- 11:26Speaker 1: New York moved to Florida. New York is doing fine though.
- 11:29Speaker 1: New York right now, right now, as we speak, apartment
- 11:33Speaker 1: sales are through the roof and the high end, the
- 11:36Speaker 1: low end. If you look at how many closings we
- 11:38Speaker 1: had last month, we're up. Apartment sales are up in
- 11:42Speaker 1: New York, and the rental market, forget it, it's through
- 11:45Speaker 1: the roof. You can't rent an apartment. It's as big
- 11:48Speaker 1: as everts as booming, So people are coming to New York.
- 11:51Speaker 1: But people did some people did go to Florida. And
- 11:54Speaker 1: the big thing now are people from California leaving because
- 11:57Speaker 1: of the high taxes, because of the horrible government, because
- 12:00Speaker 1: of the terrible conditions. A lot of California money move
- 12:04Speaker 1: into Florida. The latest Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook Mark Zuckerberg.
- 12:10Speaker 1: He and his wife just bought right off Miami's a
- 12:15Speaker 1: little island, Indian Creek, very exclusive Indian Creek. They just
- 12:18Speaker 1: bought a house on Indian Creek. Two hundred million, two
- 12:23Speaker 1: hundred million. Hey, maybe they originally wanted two hundred and
- 12:27Speaker 1: five million. They got it down to two hundred million.
- 12:29Speaker 1: What a bargain? Two hundred million for a house. This
- 12:32Speaker 1: is This is one of like twelve houses he has.
- 12:35Speaker 1: He's got a whole island of Hawaii. This you know,
- 12:38Speaker 1: when you're worth let's see you We're worth three billion
- 12:42Speaker 1: and they can buy anything you want three billion. This
- 12:44Speaker 1: guy's worth like three hundred billion. Can you imagine that?
- 12:48Speaker 1: So two hundred million for a house, that's like two
- 12:50Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars for him. It's absolutely nothing. Hey, a
- 12:54Speaker 1: special announcement will all amateurs, Please stop writing books. Please stop.
- 13:02Speaker 1: You know, in the last week, I get this all
- 13:03Speaker 1: the time. In the last week, I've had like twenty
- 13:05Speaker 1: seven people I know. Yeah, I'm writing a book. I
- 13:08Speaker 1: get like six emails. I'm a plumber. I just wrote
- 13:12Speaker 1: a book. Can I send it to you? Apparently now
- 13:15Speaker 1: you can publish your own book. It takes It's very
- 13:18Speaker 1: easy to do. You can even put your book on Amazon,
- 13:21Speaker 1: and good for you, send it to all your friends.
- 13:24Speaker 1: But if you're a total amateur, don't send your book here.
- 13:28Speaker 1: We can't look at it. We're not here to promote
- 13:31Speaker 1: amateur books. Media has become so simple. You can do
- 13:36Speaker 1: your own podcast, you can do your own book. That
- 13:38Speaker 1: every amateur is trying to do it, and I don't
- 13:41Speaker 1: realize how crazy it is. Like it's like me opening
- 13:46Speaker 1: a medical office. I could do that. I could rent
- 13:48Speaker 1: a space and put a big sign up medical offices
- 13:53Speaker 1: and you could come in and I could diagnose you.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell I'm doing. I'm a
- 13:57Speaker 1: total amateur. But it's a person that should go nameless
- 14:03Speaker 1: who owns a couple of big restaurants in Manhattan and
- 14:08Speaker 1: she's doing a podcast at a TV show and it
- 14:10Speaker 1: absolutely stinks. And then I had run into on the
- 14:13Speaker 1: street and she said, I'm gonna do a second TV
- 14:16Speaker 1: show and another podcast. I said, really, you know, I'm
- 14:20Speaker 1: opening two restaurants. And she said, what what do you
- 14:23Speaker 1: know about running a restaurant. I said, the same thing
- 14:25Speaker 1: you know about doing a TV show or a radio show.
- 14:27Speaker 1: So amateurs, please stop with the books. Case. Speaking of restaurants,
- 14:31Speaker 1: here's somebody put out an article where mom Donnie loves
- 14:34Speaker 1: to eat. Now, one thing about Eric Adams. He was
- 14:38Speaker 1: a guy I liked going out with. He was always
- 14:40Speaker 1: at No Boo right over there, Philip. He was at Bibloka,
- 14:45Speaker 1: all the hottest restaurant. He was great. Mom Donnie. On
- 14:48Speaker 1: the other hand, let's see where he likes to eat.
- 14:49Speaker 1: According to this article, Kellogg's Diner in Brooklyn. Remember the
- 14:54Speaker 1: snow shoveling when he's out there solving snow. That's where
- 14:57Speaker 1: he went afterwards, the Kellogg's Diner, Sweets and things, Cypress
- 15:01Speaker 1: Hills of Brooklyn. He says he likes their Dominican coffee
- 15:07Speaker 1: and leechy cup desserts. Okay, here's this other favorite restaurant,
- 15:12Speaker 1: Zob Zob in Elmhurst, known for It's what the hell
- 15:17Speaker 1: is this? Icean? Is an icean cuisine. I don't even
- 15:21Speaker 1: know what that is. Oh, it's a picture. Look at
- 15:24Speaker 1: the Here's another one of his favorites, the Boyja Hockey Restaurant,
- 15:31Speaker 1: known for Bangladeshi Halal steam table spot. See that's what
- 15:35Speaker 1: I like, Adams. I like going to nobou better Italian restaurants.
- 15:39Speaker 1: He loved his other favorite mom Donnie the Kebab King
- 15:43Speaker 1: and Jackson Heights. All right, he's not exactly Gordon Ramsay
- 15:46Speaker 1: this guy, but that's all right. Hey, we'll take some calls.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Next eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten
- 15:53Speaker 1: is the number, eight hundred three to two one zero
- 15:56Speaker 1: seven ten
