- 0:00SPEAKER_02: I don't know why, but I love your little Diet Coke side.
- 0:03SPEAKER_02: You just found batteries and lit it up in here.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna put it right now on the Scott and Alley Stories because it's so freaking awesome.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: It's a cute little thing.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: I don't know what it is.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: It's there right now.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: So go over to the Scott and Alley Stories and you can see the new sign from Tiffany.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: I I'll even just put up the um I'll put up the picture of the notebook too, because it's really, really it's really like cute and dangerous.
- 0:23SPEAKER_02: We were just out.
- 0:24SPEAKER_02: I think I think that was the home good find.
- 0:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's where where she found that.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: It looks like a home good find.
- 0:30SPEAKER_02: Up at Ithaca there, you know.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to listen to it.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: Where Mio was trying to get her friend to buy everything.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: That's like my friend Danielle.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's the here's the trick to picking a restaurant.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of times you might go, What do you want for dinner?
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Where do you want to go?
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: And then Tiffany would go, Well, I don't know, what do you want?
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: I don't know what you're doing.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Do you want a barbecue?
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Do you want?
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: So what you do is you start with four restaurants, and you guys can just like collectively come up with four.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: So I said, I'm gonna come up with like four from Corning because that's where I live.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: So hand and foot, Anilio, Sit and Bull, and uh Nickel's Pit Barbecue.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: So now what you do is, and it can start with either one of you, one of you has to take one away.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Then the other one takes one away.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: Hand and foot's gone because I want a big meal.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: And then no disrespect, hand and foot.
- 1:20SPEAKER_02: I'm just assuming you're a smaller portion.
- 1:22SPEAKER_02: Well, and then Tiffany And that's totally an assumption.
- 1:24SPEAKER_02: I could be wrong.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Tiffany says, I'm not in the mood for barbecue now, so I'm gonna take out nickels.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: So then now you have two more.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: You have Simple, you have Anelios.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: And then the other per the person who started, they get to pick one last time on taking something away.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: So then whatever's left is where you go.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: It's so easy.
- 1:44SPEAKER_02: This is zeny meeny miny moe.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Pretty much, but it's you don't know what they're gonna say when they take something away.
- 1:49SPEAKER_02: So you know the trick to you know the you know the trick to to winning this.
- 1:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, to winning?
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: Being first.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, because it's zeny meeny miney moe.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: And I think with that, with that, you just And then you know how it ends up.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: Okay, well, fine.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: You want sit and bowl, I want nickels.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: So it looks like we're doing takeout from two places.
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: And three, two, one, let's see.
- 2:12SPEAKER_02: Scott and Allie.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: Scott and Allie's big three.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: But you'd be eating inside, Scott.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Well.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: Why why takeout?
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: It doesn't taste as good.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Like if I get chicken wings and I get it from point A to point B.
- 2:23SPEAKER_02: Chicken wings taste equally as good at home as they do out there.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: That's not true.
- 2:27SPEAKER_02: And you know why?
- 2:27SPEAKER_02: Because the longer a wing sits, much like a brisket, the more it ingests the flavor.
- 2:32SPEAKER_02: No.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, my family.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: My family went and got the best wings that are in the twin tiers, in my opinion.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: They were at Maria's.
- 2:39SPEAKER_02: Oh, that is a good wing.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: They drove from Watkins Glen to Corning and then, and the wings are the best.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: But they were they were like too much condensation.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: You're on the cusp of too long.
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: If you are going from Market Street to your house, because you live within a mile and a half, uh-huh, you're good.
- 2:58SPEAKER_02: If I'm going from um Watkins to Corning, that's a little too long with them, because then you're at the point you're like, might as well just eat these tomorrow.
- 3:06SPEAKER_02: There is a time limit.
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: I will agree to a degree.
- 3:09SPEAKER_02: I will agree to a degree.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Officials believe at least 25 people have died as a result of the heat wave that took over the East Coast and Southwest.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: One of the cities to experience some record high temps, besides here, was DC.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: They even canceled the 4th of July parade because the heat index got to 115.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: And then one person was killed, two other and several others, I'm sorry, not two others.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: One person was killed and several others injured after a two-vehicle crash in Alpine Junction in Skyward County early Sunday Sunday morning around 458.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: It was the intersection of State Route 224 and State Route 13 in the town of Cayuta.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Investigators found that a 2023 Tesla was traveling north on 224 when it failed to stop at a red light and entered the intersection.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: The Tesla was struck by an eastbound 2023 Dodge Charger that was traveling through the intersection on Route 13 with a green light.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: The Tesla was carrying four people.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: A rear seat passenger was pronounced dead at Robert Packer.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: And it happened over the weekend, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey did get married at Madison Square Garden on Friday.
- 4:14SPEAKER_02: The interesting part to this, and and we kind of got into this early in the show, was uh for those that didn't know, Adam Sandler officiated the wedding.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: All people.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: I it is a weird flex.
- 4:25SPEAKER_02: I think Adam himself is probably a genuinely wonderful person.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 4:29SPEAKER_02: Um, but Ellie's not the biggest fan of his style.
- 4:32SPEAKER_02: No, his comedic style, if you will.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: So I I had this worked up for you.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: Officiate the couple all night long.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: I came here to the wedding just to sing this song.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: A tailor for you, a tailor for me.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: The couple's getting married at MSG.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: She loves to kiss the Travis on his lips.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: She doesn't care that he smells like potato chips.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Travis is a man, yeah, he's the groom.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: He once got lost in his own bathroom.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: Taylor Baylor do and Taylor Baylor gloss.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: The Travis has a brain like applesauce.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: There's so many Swifties, I don't know what to do.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: Her husband doesn't know that one plus one is two.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: Taylor.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: And Travis.
- 5:37SPEAKER_01: So good! Happy wedding day, everybody.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: I knew it would happen.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: You know what we talked about last week a bunch and we haven't heard anything about?
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Is the vows.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Did did did Travis actually write the vows?
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Did Taylor write the vows?
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Because we knew that I mean she's a wordsmith, right?
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: She writes how many songs that she's pumped out in her life.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: Travis, not so much.
- 6:00SPEAKER_02: No, but I mean although I mean, you know, he's he's college educated.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Did he use AI to help him?
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Uh uh.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: Did he use one of Taylor's collaborative writers?
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: That's a good question.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Just something I'm curious about.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: We maybe we'll never know.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
