Latest / Worldview Matters With David Fiorazo / Dean Dwyer: What To Discern About RFK Jr., Carl Jung Influence
Transcript
- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic, off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Fierazzo.
- 0:19Hey, friends.
- 0:20Thanks so much for tuning in for sharing the podcast.
- 0:23Welcome.
- 0:24We've got our favorite Australian with us.
- 0:26Is he our favorite?
- 0:27I think he is.
- 0:28And why are eyes are straight, Baptist church, and to Wumba, Australia, brother, welcome
- 0:33back.
- 0:34Good to do another podcast with you.
- 0:36Thank you, David.
- 0:37Always a privilege.
- 0:38I thought most Americans fight with Hugh Jackman, but if I can be compared to Hugh Jackman
- 0:43then I'll live with that.
- 0:45Not even close.
- 0:47So we're going to talk about our FK, Jr. and some concerns that you brought to light.
- 0:56And I think they're very, very good.
- 0:58You make some good points.
- 1:00And I think we should pay attention based on his influences, and we'll talk about that
- 1:05in a minute.
- 1:06But before we do, what we didn't get to last week in the previous podcast with you was
- 1:11Australia supporting a push for Palestine to be granted full UN member rights.
- 1:17So we see anti-Semitism there in Australia.
- 1:21There's your article that, yep, from, it's a couple of weeks go over in Harbinger
- 1:26is rejecting the truth.
- 1:28Speak to that before we jump into our new topic, please.
- 1:33Thank you.
- 1:34There is growing and deep concern amongst remnant believers in Australia that the Australian
- 1:40government is really becoming anti-Israel.
- 1:44And I think some of their actions are probably sliding into anti-Semitism.
- 1:50As Natan Shoransky, he was a previous Israeli politician, and he developed what he called
- 1:56a 3D test when criticism of Israel slides into anti-Semitism.
- 2:03So his 3D test was based on demonization of Israel, de-legitimization of Israel, and
- 2:11also double standards.
- 2:13And so what we're seeing in Australia at the moment is probably a mix of all of those.
- 2:21Sadly, Australia has voted in May to grant full UN member rights to the fictional state of
- 2:29Palestine.
- 2:30And unfortunately, just recently when they had the new UN vote, Australia, I think for
- 2:35the first time or the first time in over 20 years, has supported a Palestinian state.
- 2:41Now, we were assured this wouldn't happen until final status issues were resolved between
- 2:47Israel and Palestinian leaders.
- 2:49But unfortunately, Australia has taken it upon themselves to, in their words, join with
- 2:56the rest of the world in trying to force peace upon Israel.
- 3:00And so, Genesis 12.3, we know what that says.
- 3:05I mean, if you're the foreign minister of any nation, then your job is very simple.
- 3:11You take Genesis 12.3 and then you apply that to your job.
- 3:15You bless Israel and you work diplomatically against and sometimes militarily against those
- 3:21nations which would come against Israel.
- 3:23If you had a biblical worldview, that's a very simple job.
- 3:26But unfortunately, we know that we have largely an atheistic government in Australia.
- 3:32And so they don't understand the past, present, and future of Israel.
- 3:36And so unfortunately, they are making decisions which will no doubt bring some form of
- 3:41God's judgment upon our nations.
- 3:43So very sad die for Australia.
- 3:45I want to just wrap up that.
- 3:47I agree with your brother, but that's prophetic, right, nations coming against the Jews.
- 3:55We did a podcast a few weeks ago with Pastor Barry Stagner, misinterpreting Bible prophecy
- 4:00leads to anti-Semitism, something like that.
- 4:03But I just want to quote you at the end of your Harbinger's daily article, rejecting
- 4:10the truth.
- 4:11And you do say there have been times in Australia's history where we have clearly supported
- 4:16Israel and the Jewish people, however, we also have much to be sorry for.
- 4:20Also part of the problem is that replacement theology is taught by many Australian churches
- 4:26as it is here in America.
- 4:28You say if we as a nation are to have any chance of getting right with God, we must uphold
- 4:32his truth concerning Israel.
- 4:35I thank God for Australian pastors and Christians who do teach the truth regarding the past, present
- 4:40and future of Israel, but like the Jewish people in Australia, they are very much in the
- 4:45minority and often held in contempt.
- 4:49And every time I read one of your, not maybe not every time, but often when I read one
- 4:54of your articles, I sense parallels between American Australia that maybe are not good.
- 5:01But let's transition now, Dean Dwyer, with the topic we wanted to get into today.
- 5:06Why are you concerned about Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. if he is the next head of HHS, a health
- 5:14and human services, that you say we could be in for a wild ride with some new quote, health
- 5:22initiatives.
- 5:23And you have concerns about his background and his influences that I wasn't aware of until
- 5:28I read your article.
- 5:29Go ahead.
- 5:30It's on Isar Street Baptist Church dot com on the blog.
- 5:35And it is at Harbinger's Daily dot com as well.
- 5:39Go ahead, Dean, just set us up for this one.
- 5:42Thank you.
- 5:43I guess as we start to see where the Trump administration is going in terms of their cabinet picks, we
- 5:51start to examine some of the names in there.
- 5:53And I guess to concern me, one was Elon Musk will leave his name for another time, but
- 5:59as a technocrat and somebody who has probably a view that he wants to save humanity in different
- 6:06ways, then I think some of the technology he's developing will in fact lead to an enslavement
- 6:13of humanity, not necessarily saving it.
- 6:16The other name that probably surprised people in terms of where my concerns lie was Robert
- 6:21F. Kennedy, Jr.
- 6:23We know that he's commonly and popularly known as RFK.
- 6:27And so I think for anybody who has lived through the last three years, and particularly
- 6:33what happened with the injection that will remain unnamed, so let's we get you struck off
- 6:40YouTube.
- 6:41Thank you.
- 6:42We appreciate it.
- 6:44We appreciated RFK's stance, he was very strong working particularly through children's
- 6:50health defense in promoting a different view on the ramifications of such a such a medication.
- 7:00So we appreciate it is strong stance on that.
- 7:03We can agree that we all have concerns in relation to the pharmaceutical industry and
- 7:07what they're pushing, the vaccine schedule and some of the initiatives through there.
- 7:13But I guess whenever we look at a person, particularly a person of influence, a person
- 7:19that's in power, again, we've got to look behind the facade of who they are and we've
- 7:27got to look to the substance of who they are.
- 7:29And this is probably something, a level of discernment that we've probably lost as a society.
- 7:35Because we often look at the public persona of a person, we look at the words they say,
- 7:43how they say them.
- 7:44I think it's really handy to look at some of the things that they say in their personal
- 7:50life, some of the articles they write, some of the interviews they give.
- 7:53So concerning RFK, there were some articles, sorry, some interviews that he's given recently
- 8:01where he's spoken very openly about his faith.
- 8:04Now, handy tip for anybody who is listening to the testimony of somebody, anytime someone
- 8:11mentions God, we automatically assume they're
- 8:14referring to the same God that we are, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of the Bible.
- 8:20That is not necessarily the case.
- 8:22We need to really drill down into understanding who is God to them, what is the concept of God
- 8:29to them.
- 8:30So RFK speaks very openly about his Catholic faith.
- 8:34So his family was in Catholicism.
- 8:38So when he speaks about God, the natural assumption is he's referring to the same God,
- 8:43perhaps we know, but when you start to hear some of his interviews, what you quickly pick
- 8:51up on is that he is very heavily influenced by a Swiss psychiatrist since dead by the
- 8:58aim of Karl Jung.
- 9:00And so for anybody who understands the writings of Karl Jung, he is incredibly dangerous
- 9:07in how he presents some of his psychological concepts.
- 9:13Because unlike Sigmund Freud, who really wanted to stay away from anything connected to religion,
- 9:21because what happened was that Freud basically dismissed God as somebody he viewed God as somebody
- 9:31who needed a dominant father figure in their life.
- 9:33So he viewed it as a weaker person who needed a father figure so they've come up with
- 9:39this concept of God.
- 9:42Unlike him, Karl Jung, he was happy to introduce some religious aspects into his psychological
- 9:49theories.
- 9:50And so he started to introduce the concept of God and started to speak of God.
- 9:57But again, his concepts were built around a psychological theory rather than introducing
- 10:05a theological foundation.
- 10:07So these are some of the writings that RFK has started to introduce into some of his life.
- 10:17And so I guess the greater problem is that within Jung's theories is his introducing certain
- 10:26archetypes.
- 10:28And so within the framework of Jungian theory, he truly believes that if you want to achieve
- 10:36wholeness within your life, then in terms of your conscious and unconscious parts of your
- 10:43human psyche, then you need to explore the unconscious.
- 10:47You need to go into the unconscious and draw out this God archetype because within that
- 10:56he believes that you can only achieve wholeness if you start to look at some of the things
- 11:02that you've repressed or some of the things that you've regretted in life.
- 11:07And so he believes that when you look at the concept of trying to achieve wholeness,
- 11:13it works in force.
- 11:14So the personal conscious has to go into the unconscious and this is where he believes
- 11:21that you'll find the image of God because he believes the image of God is hidden within
- 11:27the collective unconscious of universal mankind.
- 11:31So he believes that if you want to find your true self, then you have to go into that
- 11:38unconscious part of your human psyche and try and draw that out.
- 11:42And in his view, when you connect your conscious with your unconscious, then you will achieve
- 11:49self-realisation and then you will become whole.
- 11:52So very, very dangerous theory.
- 11:55Yeah, it almost sounds like a mixture of new age and Scientology and something else,
- 12:02Christ consciousness.
- 12:04So before we have to take our brief pause, Dean, the word wholeness doesn't sound like
- 12:10a bad word.
- 12:11It sounds like if you're thinking about health and his position would be the head of HHS,
- 12:18you think, well, what's wrong with wholeness?
- 12:20But you make a very important point.
- 12:22What does he mean by that and what do we understand as wholeness in it?
- 12:28And could you comment on that before we take a break?
- 12:31Absolutely.
- 12:32Again, it comes down to the fact that when we use words, they might not be the same words
- 12:39that other people use.
- 12:40They might use the same dictionary, but are they using the same meaning?
- 12:43So again, when we talk about wholeness, we might be talking about a holistic health approach,
- 12:49which is built on a foundation of healthy eating, being active in the word of God, being
- 12:56careful to manage stress and so forth.
- 12:58But when you look at the humanian theory around wholeness, this is really in this theory
- 13:05and this psychological concept, trying to go deep into your unconscious to try and draw
- 13:12out.
- 13:14And again, we might talk about this in more detail after the break.
- 13:17They believe that for someone to be whole, it's necessary for you to have evil within
- 13:24your heart and to be able to connect with that evil to bring about psychological wholeness.
- 13:30And that is probably one of my biggest concerns in terms of this theory.
- 13:35So when we come back with Dean Dwyer, we're also going to talk about a counterfeit of what
- 13:41you read about as John 146 and how they look at it.
- 13:45And why is this important?
- 13:46It's because people are going to be, if that is his background, RFK Jr's background,
- 13:53he still might do some wonderful things in many aspects with HHS, but we have to understand
- 13:59where he's coming from.
- 14:00So when he says certain things or uses certain language, we understand.
- 14:04So our call to be discerning again, friends will break back on worldview matters with a lot
- 14:08more.
- 14:09Today's show is brought to you by Harbinger's Daily.

- 15:17the truth about things that matter, do not put it in the microwave.
- 15:20But you can make your tax deductible gift today at worldviewmatters.tv, worldview matters.
- 15:27Not TV, Dean Dwyer, I guess today, become who you are, Dean, become who you are.
- 15:36When you hear of something like that, it doesn't sound on the surface.
- 15:39It's, well, yeah, I guess, you know, God created me.
- 15:43I want to become who, but that's not what, as you say, Jungians mean when they say things
- 15:51like that.
- 15:52Can you explain that and then talk about the counterfeit of John 14, six?
- 15:56Yeah, absolutely.
- 15:57So just to recap, in Jungian theory, they don't believe that God is a literal deity.
- 16:02They believe he's just a, just a psychological concept.
- 16:05So part of that problem is that they see them the human experience.
- 16:10They, they, they see the development or the progress of human experience.
- 16:15And this concept of becoming whole is to go into this kind of transcendent human experience,
- 16:22which is where the self comes in.
- 16:24They want to go in and try and bring the self out so that the self becomes whole again.
- 16:29One of their mantras is become who you are, become all that you are.
- 16:35There are still more of you, more to be discovered for given and loved.
- 16:40Now, you talk about taglines, David, I mean, you know, that's on the social media page of
- 16:45many young people today, not in those terms, but that's the theme that they are told to chase
- 16:51after that they want to become all that they can be.
- 16:56But it's a very dangerous in psychological concepts because,
- 17:00because Jung rejects the existence of a personal God, what happens then is that he then looks
- 17:09within for redemption. And this is the whole basis of his psychological theory that if you want
- 17:16to be whole and if you want redemption, so to speak in your life, then you have to look within.
- 17:22Now, the reason that I raised John 146, we all know and love that verse.
- 17:28But this is a quote from Jung and notice how much of a shocking and probably blasphemous counterfeit
- 17:35this is. He says, he says, the way is within us, but not in God's, nor in teachings, nor in laws
- 17:44within us is the way, the truth and the life. Wow. Wow. It's within us. He did write a book on
- 17:55psychology and the occult. And friends, there's so much more that we don't have time to get into
- 18:01very good article by Dean. Please check that out on the website, his church website,
- 18:06Isaac Street Baptist Church or Harbinger's Daily. But another quote is in 1911, he said,
- 18:14there are strange and wondrous things in these lands of darkness. And then he says a little later on,
- 18:22for a while longer, I must intoxicate myself on magic perfumes in order to fathom the secrets that lie
- 18:30hidden in the abyss of the unconscious. And he has had a spirit guide too. Dean, go wherever
- 18:38you would like with this. Yeah. You know, that quote you just read, it reminds me in the book of
- 18:44Revelation, we talk about pharmacia in the end times. And I mean, I don't know what these magic
- 18:52perfumes were, but boy, let's hope they don't get out into the mainstream public.
- 18:59But yeah, I mean, he wrote a book called psychology and the occult. Now, he doesn't hide the fact
- 19:06that he was very interested in the occult. And so he claims he had a spirit guide by the name of
- 19:11Philemon. And anyone who says to me that they have a spirit guide, I get very concerned because
- 19:17naturally we believe that they have probably been demonically influenced. And so,
- 19:22sadly, when you start to read about some of Jung's theories, there was he said in relation to
- 19:30the spirit guide Philemon, he says he was simply a superior knowledge. And he taught me psychological
- 19:37objectivity and the actuality of the soul. He formulated and expressed everything which I had never
- 19:45bought. And so that sounds very much like he's been demonically influenced in terms of some of
- 19:53these theories that he's come up with. He went on to say there was another book, he said Philemon
- 19:59and other figures of my fantasies brought home to me the crucial insight that there were
- 20:05things in the human psyche which I do not produce but which produce themselves and have their own
- 20:12life. Philemon represented a force which was not myself. So that's very telling. I mean, he doesn't
- 20:21believe that Philemon is simply his own psyche which he's speaking to him. He recognizes that Philemon
- 20:27was a force not of himself. Now, what other force can we name that's not of ourselves and not of
- 20:33God? Well, you know, that's the force of darkness, isn't it? That's right. So a fast forward a little
- 20:38bit. Dean, we've got seven minutes left today. Talk about Carl Young's Trinity.
- 20:45It's in Carl Young's Trinity. Yeah, that's it's very, very interesting. Because again, when people
- 20:51use the word Trinity, we naturally assume that they're speaking of Father San Holy Spirit, but
- 20:57certainly not the Trinity of the Bible. So in Jungian theory, he he contends that the Trinity should
- 21:06actually be a quaternity. And I'll come back to that in a minute, but what he believes is that
- 21:13in psychological concepts, the Trinity to him, he says the Father symbolizes the psyche in its
- 21:21original undifferentiated wholeness. The Son represents the human psyche and the Holy Spirit
- 21:27represents the state of self-critical submission to a higher reality. So again, because he doesn't
- 21:35see the concept of God as a theological concept, he has to transfer that into a psychological
- 21:42concept. So this is how he sees the Trinity. But he doesn't stop there because he goes on, as I said,
- 21:48to say that in his view, because he works in force in Jungian theory, the number four is very
- 21:53important to them. They believe that the number four represents wholeness. Again, we come back to
- 21:59this concept of wholeness. And so you might see some Jungian symbols, often there's a circle
- 22:07broken up into four quadrants. And this is how they view wholeness. You've got a circle which
- 22:12represents wholeness, but they break it down into four quadrants. And so Jung was always searching
- 22:18for that fourth quadrant. He was never content that the Trinity would represent the sum total of
- 22:24wholeness when it came to psychology. So he was looking for the quaternity. And so this is where
- 22:31the concept of evil comes in. He believes that evil is necessary to go through this process of
- 22:38what he calls individuation, this concept of integrating the conscious and unconscious psyche.
- 22:48He believes evil is integral to that process of individuation. Now what's shocking is that
- 22:56when he looked at the Bible's account of the Garden of Eden, this is what Jung wrote.
- 23:04Because he wished, he's speaking about God, because he wished to evoke not only man's bright and
- 23:08positive side, but also his darkness and ungodliness, God in his initiates arranged everything so
- 23:17that Adam and Eve would sin. God intended them to sin. And you see this is where this is coming
- 23:25from. He believes that Adam and Eve could not be whole unless they embrace the evil within them.
- 23:33And that's why God had to make them sin in his account. So he believes that God himself is both
- 23:39good and evil, which is entirely blasphemous. Well briefly, we're running out of time, but talk
- 23:46about the feminine aspect of this. What's the word, quaternity? Because we hear the modern rebellion
- 23:53against the patriarchy of Christendom, right? The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Talk just
- 23:59briefly about that. I find that very interesting in light of what Pope Pius, the Seventh, did in 1950.
- 24:06Go ahead. Yeah, absolutely. So again, when it comes down to Jung in theory, the quaternity,
- 24:12he was always looking for an evil aspect and also for a feminine aspect as well. So he believed
- 24:20that the Catholic Church then inadvertently proved his theory because when Pope Pius had
- 24:27introduced official dogma to the Roman Catholic Church around the assumption of the Virgin Mary,
- 24:34then all of a sudden Jung said, okay, that's it. If they elevate Mary to the status of
- 24:42co-redemptrix, then there's your feminine aspect of the quaternity as well. So there was one of his
- 24:50biographers by the name of Frank McLean. When this happened, Jung, he said that Jung had said to him
- 24:59that this was the annunciation of his dogma as the most significant religious event since the
- 25:07reformation. And again, because it comes back to the fact that in Jung in theory, he was looking for
- 25:13the elevation of the feminine aspect. So when you've got the trinity and then you introduce the
- 25:18feminine aspect as well, he believed that the Catholic Church had tacitly abandoned the concept
- 25:25of the trinity and then moved into the quaternity, which Jung was always promoting. So again,
- 25:34very strange theories, but very blasphemous and unfortunately very dangerous as well.
- 25:39So I just want to leave you with one takeaway and this is from your article, Dean. You said if RFK
- 25:44Jr. is confirmed as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services believers should watch
- 25:49cautiously to ensure that he does not introduce Jungian health concepts into the public sphere.
- 25:58And that's basically discernment, friends. Just be discerning. Be aware. We don't have to
- 26:06just be against everything he does, but this information is good. It gives us a little background.
- 26:13And yeah, this believers need to take note. Your final thought in like a minute and a half,
- 26:18I know you quote Colossians to 8 through 10. Feel free to share that or whatever you'd like, Dean.
- 26:24Yeah, absolutely. And as you say, not everything that RFK Jr. is going to be involved in is bad.
- 26:30You know, we can't tar him with that brush. Yes, we have concerns over some of the influence
- 26:35that Carl Jung has had on his life. But again, this allows believers to be equipped with how to
- 26:39pray for him, you know, and we do need to be praying for those who are confirmed into leadership
- 26:44positions. So this equips believers in a better way to understand where he's coming from. What his
- 26:49concepts are, the words that he's using and to be discerning in terms of how they promote some of
- 26:55the initiatives that he might bring into the health department. But I end the article by saying that
- 27:02when it comes to the concept of wholeness within our life as a human being, we don't need Carl Jung.
- 27:09We need Jesus. And so this is where Colossians 2, 8 to 10 is very important. So in the context of
- 27:16what we've talked about, let me read Colossians 2, 8 to 10. Beware. Lest anyone cheat you through
- 27:23philosophy and empty deceit according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles
- 27:29of the world and not according to Christ. For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead
- 27:36bodily and you are complete in him who is the head of all principality and power. Perfect.
- 27:44Colossians 2, 8 to 10. Dean Dwyer, God bless you brother, thanks for your time. Thank you brother,
- 27:49always a privilege. All right thank you friends. God bless you and as always keep speaking the truth
- 27:54about things that matter.
