- 3:23Now we have this author before, and we had a little bit of technical

- 3:34bring him back again. Okay, so joining us again. You've seen him
- 3:38on my other sister's podcast, but he's here with us tonight. We have
- 3:44author Elijah Lewis, and he's going to talk about his book Your Jewels Are

- 3:57Miss Patrice, how are you doing this evening? I am good. I
- 4:01am good down here in this Charlston hot weather and ready for some rain some
- 4:09more. So tell us a little bit about you so well again, as
- 4:15miss Petrie said, my name is Elijah Lewis, and good evening to everyone
- 4:18watching. As she said, I am the author of the book Your Jewels
- 4:24and Your Journey life Lessons leads to your Optimum Self. I'm also a motivational
- 4:29speaker. Also my day job, A little bit about me. I'm an
- 4:33engineer with Navsey and Indian Head, Maryland. Have been doing that for nine
- 4:38years. My background, I am from Baltimore, Maryland. For those who
- 4:43in the Baltimore area went to Polly As my high school. I went to
- 4:46undergrad for mechanical engineering with the minor Material Science and Engineering at Tuskeig University.
- 4:53And for those of you who also know, we can tell by my shirt.
- 4:56Ironically, this is the second time I've been on this type of podcast
- 4:59with this shirt. I also got my Master Tyvis and Security from the illustrious
- 5:02Morgan State University, So this is the second time I'm on a podcast representing
- 5:08Morgan. So shout out to all my Morgan bears out there who might be
- 5:12watching. And yeah, just a little bit about me. I love hanging
- 5:15out with friends, my family, so yeah, pretty much. My philosophy
- 5:21is I want to see people win and see the greatness inside of them and
- 5:26ultimately get to that goal of being their optimal self. Now, see that
- 5:30is so cool that there is finally someone not saying that there aren't others,
- 5:38but they are willing to say it in your African American mail, is willing
- 5:44to see others succeed. I have to admit, you know where I am
- 5:48that crab and the barrel syndrome is very bad here in Charleston. Like only
- 5:55one person can make the best Goali crabs, only one person can make the
- 5:58best book. But to see other people come together and it's beautiful. So
- 6:09optimal self, What is that exactly? Well, I would say optimal self
- 6:16is living in the purpose that you were meant to be created for. Ultimately,
- 6:25it's getting to that level where you yourself know that I've achieved the goals
- 6:31that I set out I wanted to achieve. I am being my optimal self
- 6:36or my best self, not only physically, but mentally, spiritually, emotionally.
- 6:42In other words, I am giving the best representation of myself to other
- 6:46people. But also I'm being authentic and true to my own self and not
- 6:51trying to, you know, put myself in a box, trying to fit
- 6:58in or lower my standards for other people. Just knowing my worth as a
- 7:02person, and like I said earlier, tapping into the greatness that we are
- 7:05all meant to live while we're on this earth. Wow, that sounds like
- 7:13a lot of work, do you think, But no, you're not wrong.
- 7:21It is a lot of work. And what I would tell people is,
- 7:25you know, we're all humans, so we're all going to make mistakes
- 7:28mistakes. But the way I see it is, you know, if you
- 7:30just take it one day at a time, you know, I have a
- 7:33high school friend. I think he always says like one day made better and
- 7:38I forget the rest of the pool. But it's something to the point of,
- 7:41you know, we have a each day, we have an opportunity to
- 7:44get better. So yeah, it may be hard, but my philosophy is
- 7:48that if you take it one step at a time, you can get to
- 7:51that goal that you have for yourself, to be your optimal self. And
- 7:56it's like that old sayings that people might say, you know, you have
- 7:59to take small bites of the elephant instead of trying to you know, digest
- 8:03it all at once. Well, that's how it is. Sometimes if you
- 8:07take it one step at a time, you can see some progress. And
- 8:09it's like the old saying, a little progress is better than no progress at
- 8:13all. So, you know, it may take a while and it may
- 8:16take some work to get there. But instead of trying to and I talked
- 8:22about this in my book, instead of trying to focus on the destination,
- 8:26you know, it is important to focus on the moments along the way to
- 8:31that destination that you're trying to get to. You know, those small victories
- 8:35as people talk about that you can celebrate, you know, along along your
- 8:39journey. So it is a lot of work, but I think if you
- 8:41take it one step at a time, it is a feasible bigot. So
- 8:46it is okay to celebrate those small victories that you have along the way.
- 8:50You know, I've heard people say, oh, don't celebrate the small ones
- 8:54because you know the big one is still out there. And I'm like,
- 8:56okay, but how do I continue a motive motivate myself and I don't celebrate
- 9:03the smaller ones. So you're saying that it's okay to do that, absolutely,
- 9:07yeah, And I think because without those small victories, it's almost,
- 9:11I would say impossible to even get to the bigger victories because I think we're
- 9:16in a generation now where there's a lot of entitlement or there's a lot of
- 9:22the microwave generation philosophy where I want everything right now and not everything you get
- 9:30in life is like that. Sometimes it's going to take some time to get
- 9:33to a certain goal. You know. For example, it could be you
- 9:35know, whether you're trying to maybe save money for you know, a house
- 9:39or expensive purchase that you want to get, or maybe trying a certain amount
- 9:46of weight, you know, it's going to take time. You can't just
- 9:50snap your fingers and say okay, I want this right now, Like you
- 9:52have to actually take it one step at a time, as I said.
- 9:56And if you have a small victory, you should celebrate because as you said,
- 10:00miss Patrice, if you don't, you know, you should be able
- 10:03to celebrate that. And it helps you stay motivated because without those small victories,
- 10:07a lot of people tend to lose that motivation towards their bigger goal.
- 10:13So the small victories are like a push forward to that bigger goal. It's
- 10:20almost like reaching a landmark and saying, you know, for example, my
- 10:24father and I we traveled to Philadelphia yesterday, so you know we can just
- 10:28snap our fingers and say, okay, I'm gonna go from Baltimore to Philly
- 10:31like that. You know, we had to go from Baltimore, then we
- 10:35had to go to Delaware, then we eventually got into Philadelphia. So it
- 10:39takes time to get to your destination, you know, but when you hit
- 10:43those landmarks or those small victories, you realize you're getting closer and closer to
- 10:48that ultimate goal with end of the journey. See that's great. So how
- 10:54do I start? Where? Where do I what's the starting point? Well,
- 11:01I think the starting point is a lot. I would say, definitely,
- 11:07what are your ultimately thinking about? What goals do you have and what
- 11:11and plan? Okay, how can I get to that certain goal of being
- 11:15my best self? So some people like to do things like maybe have a
- 11:18vision board. Some people like to you know, maybe write their goals and
- 11:22say, okay, this is what I would like to do. So I
- 11:24think planning is the first step. And if you think you are not at
- 11:28your best self, they always say, the first thing is you have to
- 11:33solving a problem as that maning you have one in the first place, Well,
- 11:37admit to yourself, Okay, this is where I am. Now,
- 11:39this is what I need to work on. These are things I need to
- 11:41do to get to that goal. Like I said, just take it one
- 11:45step at a time, you know. I think I talk about this in
- 11:48my book. Like a perfect example, if somebody maybe wants to lose weight
- 11:52or try to get more exercise, you know, they might say, okay,
- 11:54well I would like to maybe go for a jog. But it may
- 11:58not be a smart idea to say when I start jogging, I want to
- 12:01run five miles as soon as I start my exercise. Probably not not a
- 12:05good idea, but maybe you want to say, you know what, maybe
- 12:09I just want to take maybe thirty minutes to walk, you know, and
- 12:11just do that maybe before maybe about a week. Then maybe I want to
- 12:15start you know, maybe you know, jogging for an hour, and then
- 12:18maybe I want to start seeing if I can run you know, half a
- 12:22mile, then a mile. Then slowly you start getting to that goal of
- 12:26what you're trying to accomplish. So, like I said, I think it
- 12:30all comes down to admitting where you are, planning on how you would like
- 12:35to do better, what you need to get do to get better, and
- 12:39then find a way to have a rude map to get to that goal that
- 12:43you're trying to get to down the road. So I'm hearing building blocks in
- 12:48my head. I hear that absolutely you got it. Okay, so your
- 12:54book would be the ideal person to grab your book? Well, you know,
- 13:01it's interesting. I honestly think it's really it's funny because I don't think
- 13:07I have a really set audience for the book, because I have so many
- 13:09different people who want to buy it. I think because I'm young. I'm
- 13:13twenty seven going on twenty eight. So idea listening with I like the younger
- 13:18people or people my age to get it because we're kind of starting on our
- 13:22journey in life to get it. I think it's and I've had some young
- 13:26people by it, you know, whether it was you know, family members,
- 13:31or recently, I had one of my Baltimore Tuski alumni club members.
- 13:35They had a youth program and she brought my book for the students. The
- 13:39students loved it. I got a chance to speak at their closing ceremony.
- 13:43So what I'd like for the youth to get it. Absolutely, But I
- 13:46have to appreciate my elders too, because my elders have bought the book and
- 13:50they say, oh, I love it. You know. For example,
- 13:52my aunt bought the book. My aunt is an elder, not going to
- 13:58put her age out there respectively, but I do appreciate the fact that,
- 14:01you know, she told me last week when I went to go see her,
- 14:03like, oh, yeah, have loving the book. I enjoy it.
- 14:07And it means a lot to me when my olders do buy the book,
- 14:09because they don't necessarily have to do that. Some of them say,
- 14:11well, you know what, young men, I think that's great what you're
- 14:15doing. But hey, I've I've lived my journey. I don't need nothing
- 14:18else. I'm good, you know. But to see them still open to
- 14:22learning is really important, and to hear it from a young person that means
- 14:24a lot. So really, I would say my book is for anybody who's
- 14:30looking for that guidance to be their optimal self, maybe looking for someone who's
- 14:35gone through challenges in life and who are trying to overcome those challenges and just
- 14:41need that push in the right direction. So for anybody, whether you're young
- 14:46or old, if you're looking for that guidance to be your better self,
- 14:50than I think this book. No, I don't think the book. I
- 14:54know the book is definitely right for you. Okay, Okay. Now,
- 14:58I hear a lot of of a lot of strength, a lot of defining
- 15:11power. If you could say that or define an identity, what gives you
- 15:18all of that push or who? Who? What? Where? Why did
- 15:22you get all that pushing motivation from? Well, I would say definitely who.
- 15:31I would definitely say, And I talk about him in my book and
- 15:33almost every time I tell people about my book, and I have to give
- 15:37him a shout out because sometimes he tries to promote me when I'm out with
- 15:41my book. Really, who I have to give a lot is definitely to
- 15:45my father. I think my father. I talk about in my book that
- 15:50I really felt lost on my journey, and that's kind of the motivation as
- 15:52to why I wrote the book, especially in high school. You know,
- 15:56I had a two point five a GPA when I graduated. And I was
- 16:00telling Miss Angelo on her show, I said, if they had a cum
- 16:03latte for high school graduates, mind would have been thank you, dear Lordie,
- 16:08because I barely got through the high school. It was. But but
- 16:15I don't want other people to feel lost on their journey and had that sense
- 16:21of hopelessness. And I tell the story in my book. You know,
- 16:25I told my dad. You know, my dad asked me, like,
- 16:26Elijah, what would you do if you if you didn't go to college?
- 16:30And I looked Dad in his face, I said, Dad, I don't
- 16:33know, I will go I'll probably go work at Walmart, you know.
- 16:36And little did I know, I was giving my version of the theod speech
- 16:40from the pilot episode of the Cosmi Show. So my mind was, Hey,
- 16:45I'm gonna try to be like regular people, you know, go to
- 16:48Walmart. And I told my dad, I said. He asked me how
- 16:51much money are you're gonna be making? He said, I said, well,
- 16:53I don't know, Dad, I probably about ten thousand dollars a year.
- 16:56And in his Brulliana's voice, he said, yeah in nineteen So you
- 17:00know that the plans that I had. But really he has been a huge
- 17:07motivating factor because when I was in Philadelphia, I was at a program called
- 17:12the Urban Youth Racing School and they teach kids about engineering and NASCAR and motornsports.
- 17:18And I got a chance to speak and as a former student and now
- 17:22an alum, and one of the former students was asking us to ask me.
- 17:26He said, hey, what is it what is so unique about having
- 17:30your father in your life? And I just told him that, especially in
- 17:34our community, when you have the black father in the home, you get
- 17:38so much discipline and guidance, especially as a boy. So for me,
- 17:45my father was always the person who at times he definitely could show me love
- 17:49when he needed to, but he was not afraid to get tough on me
- 17:52and push me when I didn't feel motivated myself, and there were times that
- 17:57I felt like give up on myself. He was definitely that motivating factor to
- 18:03want to push me to do better because I think he saw a lot of
- 18:07potential in me that I was not seen in myself. And I thank him
- 18:11tremendously because without him, I don't have a lot of the success that I
- 18:15have today. And certainly not without my mother either. I don't want to
- 18:18discredit her either, but especially from the sake of a young man, where
- 18:23I am today, I'm so thankful that I was blessed to have my father
- 18:26in my life. So really the motivation for me is my backstory of having
- 18:33that hopelessness and that lost lostness, if that's a word, on my journey.
- 18:37But more so the who behind it especially is my father, because he
- 18:41was really a huge driving factor of where I am today. And that is
- 18:48that is so important in the black community that the father is present, even
- 18:52if mom and dad doesn't get along, long as dad is there and involving
- 18:56the child's life, that makes such a big difference. And I'm starting to
- 19:03see now more African American men bring their kids to the library. It was
- 19:10crazy that I want to say about maybe a week or two weeks ago,
- 19:14I was helping out in the children's apartment, and it was father. Now
- 19:18was father engaged? No, my father was there. Father was all a
- 19:22whole different world, but he was there. And when the kids were ready
- 19:27to check out, he took them to the counter, he checked out their
- 19:30book, and they left all together. That was excellent. Okay, Now,
- 19:34col kodles if he was in the moment, but you know, you
- 19:41can't, you can't, you know, push the issue. No, but
- 19:45having the having the black male in the family does make a big difference.
- 19:53So see that you do have the element of God. Where does he come
- 20:00in in the picture? Well, you know, I always think about one
- 20:04of them you mentioned God. I talk about a lot of scriptures in my
- 20:08book, and even though this scriptures out in my book, I always think
- 20:12about it because I think it's a great context for my book, being that
- 20:17it's a journey. Always think about Jeremiah twenty nine to eleven, where the
- 20:19Lord says, I have plans for you to prosper, to not harm you,
- 20:23to give you a future or an expected end. The way I interpret
- 20:27that is that the Most High has blessed us and knows what greatness we have
- 20:34inside us. But I always tell people we have to put that work in
- 20:38to get that because as anybody who's ever read the Bible knows, faith without
- 20:42works is dead. So a lot of times if we don't put the work
- 20:48in, you know, we can't just you know, pray and say okay,
- 20:51you know, God help me, please bless me with this, and
- 20:55we're not putting any work to do that. So, you know, I
- 20:57think God comes in because, as I said earlier, the most how I
- 21:00knows that we have greatness inside of us, and we have that potential to
- 21:06achieve that, but it's up to us to hold our end of the bargain
- 21:11to do that work to achieve that. So if you don't put the work
- 21:15in, it's kind of hard to obtain the blessings that you want the most
- 21:19how to get it? So I sense that scripture in particularly as to where
- 21:26God comes into my journey. It's almost like, hey, I see it.
- 21:30As I saidler, I see a lot in you, But what are
- 21:33you going to do to bring that potential out and manifest that into the world.
- 21:37So that's how I look like where God comes into play in our journey.
- 21:44You could have not said that better. Faith without words is dead.
- 21:48So I understand the song Melodies from Heaven ring down on me. But guess
- 21:52what you've got to do with the cultivating of the soil. You got to
- 21:59get the soil ready to receive the blessings that's going to read down. People
- 22:03don't think that way. They just think that there's going to be a house
- 22:06that drops out the sky. They think there's going to be a car that
- 22:07drops out the sky. That's not going to happen. You have to do
- 22:11the work, yes, to get the blessings that are promised to you in
- 22:17his words. So you know I love that. So I have your book,
- 22:23M what chapter should I go to? And why should I go to
- 22:29that chapter? I can read one? Now, one chapter I can read?
- 22:34Can only give me one? If I can only give you one chapter
- 22:40out of the ten chapter book, I would say, you know what I
- 22:44almost wanted. I almost want to cheat that question and give you two.
- 22:48Almost I'm gonna try. I give it the two. I would say the
- 22:53first one is definitely the last chapter where I say the greatest jewel of all
- 22:57is knowing that you yourself are jewel. And I say that because I tell
- 23:02people all the time, if you don't know who you are, it's hard
- 23:04to know where you're going. So picking back what I said in the last
- 23:11conversation where he's asked about God. You know, if you don't know the
- 23:14potential that's inside of you to be great, it's almost like, Okay,
- 23:18what is the point of the journey? You know, if I don't know
- 23:19who I am and what I meant to be, I almost lose the motivation
- 23:25to go about my journey because I tell people, we all have a purpose
- 23:27to be here, but we have to figure out what that purpose is and
- 23:32how does that purpose fit within our lives. So that's number one, and
- 23:37I would say number two. I would say number two is Chapter five,
- 23:41which is don't let others put you in a box. And I say that
- 23:45because one is very true. You know, you don't want to have people
- 23:51limit you or constrict you to a certain level, or seeing that, oh
- 23:56you only can do this one particular thing, you can't do this that.
- 23:59And third, because that's not fair to you. You know, who is
- 24:03anyone to tell you what you can and cannot do? You know, so
- 24:07that's ultimately up to you. So I say that's a good chapter two.
- 24:11And also I say that because it's one of my favorite jewels in the book.
- 24:15I mean, of course, all ten are good. But I say
- 24:17that because I'm not going to give it away. But in chapter five I
- 24:22talk about a very interesting life event that makes me tell people, do not
- 24:29let other people put them in a box. I'll just leave it like this.
- 24:33I kind of dive in a little bit into my religious background with that.
- 24:38But what I would say to people is, whatever you go through in
- 24:44life, whether it's your job, the people you associate with or have relationships
- 24:49with, your religious beliefs, whatever it is, do not let those Do
- 24:55not let that limit your potential that you have inside of You always meant for
- 25:00something more, and you have the ability to change your mind and make different
- 25:04decisions along the way. So I would say those two chapters in particularly would
- 25:10be the two I would say, Hey, if you got the book,
- 25:12read chapter five and then read chapter ten. Sou chapter five in chapter ten,
- 25:18those are the chapters. Do you ever think there's a point where you
- 25:25can't go any farther or is there always a higher level? Because some people
- 25:32feel that when they get to this point that they're there, that they can't
- 25:37go any farther. Is there ever a point where you're just quote quote made
- 25:44it. I think it's hard because I think the reason I say that is
- 25:48because that's almost come from a place of complacency. Almost. I think you
- 25:53should always be striving to get better, you know. I mean unless you're
- 25:59just physically not able to go any higher. I think there's always got to
- 26:03be some room for improvement, or there has to be some person. I
- 26:08think as an entrepreneur or even as a creative person, there has to be
- 26:14some room inside of that says Okay, what can I do differently and how
- 26:18can I make different make things better? Or what is the next goal that
- 26:23I have to achieve? Because I think it keeps you going and it keeps
- 26:26you motivated, because a lot of times you get complacent, you sometimes lose
- 26:33value what you were trying to do. You know. For example, that
- 26:37could be anything if a person you know says, hey, I've I've won
- 26:41a championship in a sport. I don't need to practice of her again,
- 26:44I don't need to do anything. I'm good. Well, you kind of
- 26:48just stay at that same level. You don't win more any championships. You
- 26:52just you might just be a one time champion. That's it now. Don't
- 26:55get me wrong. There are some people who have played sports and practice as
- 26:59hard as they could and never got a championship. But the goal is just
- 27:02because you achieve a goal, I don't think you should stay at that same
- 27:06level. You should always be open to trying to be better as a person.
- 27:10You know, somewhere in my father's house is there's a there's a picture
- 27:14that says, you know, at no point is the paraphrasing, but at
- 27:18no point is the spiritual journey. Complete knowledge is infinite. You know,
- 27:22so you don't know everything. I even talked about it in my book.
- 27:26You know, you don't know all there is to know. You know,
- 27:30or you don't think you know all there is to know like you think you
- 27:32do. You know, there's always and grow from there. You know.
- 27:37One of my favorite things, and I mentioned this man in my book,
- 27:41I'm a big follower of a man named doctor Ray Hagen's. He's the chief
- 27:45elder and the spiritual leader of the African Village and Cultural Center. And one
- 27:49thing that doctor Hagen's always does before his lecture is he tells everybody to hold
- 27:55up their circle and he says, the space inside this circle represents my realm
- 27:59of knowledge. He says, all that I think I know about whatever I
- 28:03think I know is depicted right here within this circle. He says, I
- 28:07must keep in mind that there is more to know than than than what is
- 28:11within the circumference of my awareness. So there's always more room to grow,
- 28:17There's always more more information to know. So I tell people, you know,
- 28:21even if you've achieved experience, which is great, always continue to set
- 28:25the bar higher and higher. And I'll end it off with this. My
- 28:27dad always to say, when I was in school, it's like, well,
- 28:30you know this problem is when I was in high school too, it's
- 28:33like, well, you know, Dad, I passed. You know,
- 28:36I got to see you know, I'm good. He's like, Elija,
- 28:37you should be striving to get all a's because even if you don't get the
- 28:41aid, let's say you miss it and you get a B, you still
- 28:45you still tried as hard as you could to set the bar as high as
- 28:49possible. So that's my philosophy. Anybody, you know, celebrate your success,
- 28:55for sure, but don't stop. Keep building and keep trying to go
- 28:59first and further and further until you just can't go further anymore. See,
- 29:03there was a reason why you're supposed to come back. There was a reason
- 29:07why that technical difficulties because you drop more knowledge here and I'm like, wow,
- 29:15So tell everyone, how can we get your book? Your jewels are
- 29:22in your journey life lessons to lead to you too optimal sir. Where can
- 29:30we get this book? Absolutely? Well, well, I can kind of
- 29:34see it that you have in linked below. Yes, my book is on
- 29:37Amazon and it's on Barnes and Noble. But if you are definitely would like
- 29:41to get a signed copy of the book, you can visit my website www

- 29:52it and I'll send it to you in the mail. And definitely it's a
- 29:57great read, as we talked about earlier. Like I said, it's really
- 30:00great for anybody who's willing to get that knowledge of how to be their best
- 30:06self. And definitely I'm looking forward to seeing where the journey takes you.
- 30:11And one little tidbit about the book too, is that at the end of
- 30:15each chapter, for those of you who get the physical copy, you can
- 30:19it may be hard to see, but there are places for notes and insights.
- 30:23So for those of you who want to also take notes as you read,
- 30:26and you know, digest what you've read in the book that stood out
- 30:30to you. That's another thing you can do as well. So definitely,
- 30:33again, you can get your physical copy on Amazon, Barnes and Noble,
- 30:37but you can get the signed copy if you go to my website, which
- 30:41is www dot Elijah Lewis dot org. So before we lead tonight, what
- 30:49would be that one knowledgeable thought that you would leave everyone tonight? I think
- 31:03the one knowledge were thought I would leave people is definitely embrace the journey.
- 31:11And I know that's kind of a little cliche because that's my book title,
- 31:15but definitely, we are all on a journey. I tell that to everybody
- 31:18who reads and gets a copy of my book. We're all on a journey.
- 31:22So definitely embrace it. And like I said earlier, even if you've
- 31:26gone through some challenging times, whether it could be anything, it could be,
- 31:30you know, a loss on family member, struggles in school, divorce,
- 31:34whatever the challenge that has come your way, you just know that's not
- 31:40the end of the journey. As long as you have the ability to get
- 31:44out of bed the next day and move your life, there's always an opportunity
- 31:48to overcome and get better. And I leave people with this. If you
- 31:52want to know the three biggest takeaways from your jewels and your journey is this.
- 31:56Number one. Obviously, life less are jewels, but number two,
- 32:01the people who we meet on our journey who help us be our optimum selves
- 32:06are jewels as well. And like I said earlier, that biggest jewel of
- 32:08all is that you yourself are a jewel, because like I said earlier,
- 32:13if you don't know who you are, it's really hard to know where you're
- 32:15going. So that's probably my tidbit that I always say to people is we
- 32:20have the opportunity to get better and overcome your challenges. And like I said
- 32:24earlier, know that life lessons people will help us, and you yourself are
- 32:30a jewel. And we know all of those things, the rest of the
- 32:34journey falls into place, and you have that clarity and perspective on your journey
- 32:38to be your best self. And when you have that knowledge, it's much
- 32:43more easier to embrace your journey. Well, you guys have heard it here.
- 32:49You need to go ahead and grab your copy. This is gonna be
- 32:52one of those books you want to keep, one of those ones that you're
- 32:54going to go back. And I can see you're going to find a new
- 32:59point nugget, something gonna make you think again about it. I thank you.
- 33:05These are books that we need in our life. Yeah, okay,
- 33:07your girl likes to read the urban street literature, but then you know it,
- 33:12sometimes I got to feed the soul and feed the mind. So that's
- 33:15where books like this come in. So, but you know, you have
- 33:20to tell us any of your any places where you will be, any book
- 33:28discussions you'll be having soon, how to follow you on social media? Please
