Today is the one-year anniversary of the podcast. On November 17, 2017 I recorded the first episode of Running: A FEVER. It's a beautiful day. Despite recent freezing weather we have a sun-filled sky and may hit 70 degrees before that sun drops below the horizon.
It is the first podcast I have recorded at Devil's Den State Park, one of my favorite hiking destinations.
