Ten beach patrols across the Quiet Resorts area honored their top lifeguards at the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber’s Lifeguard Awards, celebrating bravery and dedication with custom plaques and gift cards. The event also spotlighted the Sussex County Lifesaving Association, who won the national lifeguard championship for the third straight year — earning a $2,000 check from the chamber for their record-breaking performance.
