- 0:27Speaker 1: Investing in America.
- 0:30Speaker 2: So let me ask you this far.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Last time we say, we talked about a little bit
- 0:32Speaker 3: touched on how to save for your kid, what custodio accounts,
- 0:37Speaker 3: things of that nature, But I don't think we went
- 0:40Speaker 3: over the like to like in Debt with the Atma
- 0:43Speaker 3: and the ogma by R.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Ryan.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Can you talk about that a little bit?
- 0:46Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, So what we did was we talked about,
- 0:49Speaker 4: you know, just investing from my daughter. And that was
- 0:51Speaker 4: reg real dope because before I actually spoke on that,
- 0:58Speaker 4: I never heard nobody talk about you know what I'm saying,
- 1:01Speaker 4: And so for me, one of the reasons what I
- 1:03Speaker 4: did so I was like, what's the difference between it?
- 1:05Speaker 4: Because I wanted to do something for my daughter besides
- 1:07Speaker 4: just putting money in a bank account. Like if I'm
- 1:09Speaker 4: making my money work for me all the time, and
- 1:11Speaker 4: I'm saying I'm gonna do this for the long run,
- 1:13Speaker 4: then I'm instantly a light went off of my head
- 1:15Speaker 4: and was like, if I stole my daughter, now she
- 1:18Speaker 4: got way more time than me. I can put a
- 1:20Speaker 4: whole bunch of young bucks and hust you know what
- 1:22Speaker 4: I'm saying, custodio account and let it run. So you
- 1:24Speaker 4: got two types. You got the UGMA and you got
- 1:28Speaker 4: the ut the ug MUD and the utmuh. So one
- 1:31Speaker 4: of them is as una unified gifts account, and one
- 1:39Speaker 4: of them is a transfer minor account. Right, So one
- 1:42Speaker 4: of them, the UT the ut muh you can put
- 1:47Speaker 4: real estate, you can put gold, you can put art,
- 1:52Speaker 4: you can put intellectual properties and stocks and cash over there.
- 1:59Speaker 4: The ug muh is a gift so you can only
- 2:02Speaker 4: put stocks or binds, mutual funds, ETFs cash. You can't
- 2:07Speaker 4: put the real estate and the other stuff in there.
- 2:09Speaker 4: So there's a limitation between the two. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 2:11Speaker 4: yeah yeah. But the dope part about both of them
- 2:14Speaker 4: is they're not taxed the third but there's an advantage
- 2:19Speaker 4: in having them. Whereas the first won't see it. Think
- 2:23Speaker 4: it's a thousand, one thousand and fifty dollars, it's tax free.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Everything from two thousand dollars on up get taxed at
- 2:32Speaker 4: a children's rate, which is ten percent, you know what
- 2:35Speaker 4: I'm saying. So it's still you know, not you got
- 2:37Speaker 4: to pay the taxes, you know what I'm saying on it.
- 2:40Speaker 4: But it's still cool because I think one of the
- 2:43Speaker 4: things that our people, our culture have bad and it's
- 2:47Speaker 4: again it's not we just got to learn it. We're
- 2:49Speaker 4: scared to pay taxes. The first thing somebody be like
- 2:52Speaker 4: and I don't won't pay no taxes, when in reality
- 2:55Speaker 4: like paying TAXI me, you're making money, you know what
- 2:58Speaker 4: I'm saying. So now you just got to figure out
- 3:00Speaker 4: how to decrease the taxes instead of not pay the taxes,
- 3:04Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying. So one of the way
- 3:05Speaker 4: is you want to decrease taxes on the money you're making. Right, So,
- 3:08Speaker 4: if you got your child in that UPMA account right
- 3:11Speaker 4: or that you get, you're only paying ten percent. No
- 3:13Speaker 4: matter what it does, you're paying ten percent. I'm cool
- 3:15Speaker 4: with that. Whereas just regular income account that's twenty eight percent,
- 3:21Speaker 4: twenty three percent, Like, that's major. So your child now
- 3:24Speaker 4: from zero to eighteen or twenty one depending on the state,
- 3:27Speaker 4: then paying ten percent and you changing their life, and
- 3:30Speaker 4: I'll take that.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's powerful.
- 3:33Speaker 3: It's powerful, and I think that having a conversation about
- 3:37Speaker 3: generational wealth, that's has to be included in there, because
- 3:40Speaker 3: it's like you have, the first step is investing for yourself.
- 3:43Speaker 2: You can't save anybody till you save yourself.
- 3:44Speaker 4: That's the fact.
- 3:45Speaker 3: But after you say, after you you know, not even
- 3:47Speaker 3: save yourself. After you start investing in yourself, now you
- 3:52Speaker 3: have to start to invest in your children.
- 3:54Speaker 4: That's that's that's what we plug. That's the plug the generation.
- 3:57Speaker 5: If you're not doing that, your selfish thing told us that.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Man, that's the plug. Like you know, I always said, man,
- 4:03Speaker 4: like if I got it out the mud, and I
- 4:06Speaker 4: watched my mama get it out the mud, and I
- 4:08Speaker 4: watched my grandmother get it out the mud, and I
- 4:10Speaker 4: watched everybody around me get out the mud while they
- 4:13Speaker 4: hell let my child get it out the mud. At
- 4:16Speaker 4: some point I got to say, I won't change this, yo.
- 4:19Speaker 4: I got to say, man, it's different. And I feel
- 4:23Speaker 4: like we you know, we get so caught up in
- 4:25Speaker 4: I'm living my best life to what we were trying
- 4:28Speaker 4: to enjoy life so much to what you forget about.
- 4:30Speaker 4: They got generations that kind of come behind us, you
- 4:32Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. So for me, it's a lot
- 4:34Speaker 4: of stuff I don't do until I know for sure
- 4:37Speaker 4: I've at least secured two generations, you know what I'm saying,
- 4:41Speaker 4: And that comes with one educating my daughter, because even
- 4:47Speaker 4: if I give her a million dollars, if I ain't
- 4:50Speaker 4: educated on what to do with a million dollars, I've
- 4:53Speaker 4: now wasted a million dollars. It's a saying that if
- 4:56Speaker 4: you took all the wealth in the world and divided
- 5:00Speaker 4: it equally, within ten to fifteen years, the wealthy people
- 5:04Speaker 4: will be back in charge because they know what to do.
- 5:08Speaker 4: We get a million dollars and we don't know what
- 5:10Speaker 4: to do with it. We back into the famous court
- 5:14Speaker 4: I said in the beginning, lions. Don't tell the gazelles
- 5:18Speaker 4: and the Zebras how to get away. Why because now
- 5:22Speaker 4: I'm taking food out of my mouth. So as long
- 5:26Speaker 4: as I don't tell you how to get away, you're
- 5:27Speaker 4: gonna always come back. But if I tell you how
- 5:29Speaker 4: to get away. Now you're gonna go tell the zebra. Look,
- 5:33Speaker 4: it's how to get away from the line, and the
- 5:34Speaker 4: zebra gonna go tell the giraffe and the gazelle. Now
- 5:37Speaker 4: nobody came. I ain't got no tricks something my sleeve.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Whereas if I don't tell nobody and I just keep
- 5:42Speaker 4: it amongst my people, then we gonna always eat. So
- 5:45Speaker 4: I ain't mad at them for not giving us the game.
- 5:48Speaker 4: I ain't around here saying, man, they should teach us
- 5:50Speaker 4: this in school. No, what I'm gonna do is I'm
- 5:53Speaker 4: gonna get the knowledge, right, I'm gonna seek it. I'm
- 5:55Speaker 4: gonna go get I'm gonna flip every rock, I'm gonna
- 5:57Speaker 4: kick in every door. Right, so I get it. I'm
- 6:01Speaker 4: gonna go back and regurgitate it to my daughter at
- 6:04Speaker 4: the age of two. What's the stock, what's the asset,
- 6:06Speaker 4: what's the liability? Let's it make you money? You know,
- 6:08Speaker 4: what's real estate? At an early age, I'm having this conversation.
- 6:12Speaker 4: So now I'm teaching her a word to date, like
- 6:15Speaker 4: she's not still when I'm gonna say that, then like
- 6:17Speaker 4: a word. I'm teaching her two three words a day
- 6:19Speaker 4: about just financial literacy, like the school can do what
- 6:21Speaker 4: the school is supposed to do. We gonna do some
- 6:23Speaker 4: of that homework too. But this financial literacy, this was
- 6:25Speaker 4: gonna save you. You know what I'm saying. Let me show
- 6:27Speaker 4: this was gonna save you family, you know what I'm saying.
- 6:29Speaker 4: So I'm teaching her that. So now I did two things.
- 6:32Speaker 4: I've showed her how to make a million through invest
- 6:34Speaker 4: in it, and I've taught her how to nurture a
- 6:37Speaker 4: million with knowledge, because information is the fertilizer to your wealth.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Man.
- 6:41Speaker 4: That's how we say generations with knowledge, passing all the
- 6:44Speaker 4: money you want. Man, if you don't pass no knowledge,
- 6:46Speaker 4: you killed them.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Now it's a true fact.
- 6:49Speaker 3: And it was like, you know, bringing it full circle,
- 6:51Speaker 3: you know, bigger than just like I said, just bigger
- 6:53Speaker 3: than just a podcast. When you reached out to me
- 6:56Speaker 3: like we need to really do something to change the world.
- 6:59Speaker 3: I ain't the word coach because it just gets watered
- 7:01Speaker 3: down so much.
- 7:02Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. Yeah, it's like that's a fact.
- 7:06Speaker 2: That's a fact.
- 7:07Speaker 4: I appreciate you for putting me on.
- 7:09Speaker 3: But it was like, you know what I'm saying, Let's
- 7:10Speaker 3: change the world, and the problem. You know, I never
- 7:13Speaker 3: understood like until recently. Shot to MJ the.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Mortgage guy, shout out he uh.
- 7:19Speaker 3: He enlightened me on a lot of different things, like
- 7:22Speaker 3: you can only put so much information in a podcast.
- 7:25Speaker 3: It's just a fact. This is why education is still important.
- 7:28Speaker 3: I'm not anti college like people think I'm anti college
- 7:30Speaker 3: because I always talk bad about college.
- 7:32Speaker 4: I'm not even bad about college all the time.
- 7:34Speaker 3: I just feel like a lot of it's just the way,
- 7:35Speaker 3: not even college so much, but it's just education period.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Education.
- 7:38Speaker 3: I'm not I'm not anti college. I have a college degree,
- 7:42Speaker 3: but I just feel.
- 7:43Speaker 4: That say that again.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Man, know everybody know what I have a college I'm
- 7:47Speaker 3: saying like I didn't know that, Broye, I have people.
- 7:51Speaker 2: You know, I went to Hawaii play basketball.
- 7:52Speaker 4: I forgot you. I thought you was like on something.
- 7:55Speaker 4: I just people.
- 7:57Speaker 6: People got that misusception. Even like today they was just like, yo,
- 8:01Speaker 6: you know that. I I'm like, you went to school
- 8:03Speaker 6: to like.
- 8:03Speaker 5: We both had education as a background for us only foundation.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I finished in three years.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Bro. I keep telling y'all, listen, I'm not a financial.
- 8:14Speaker 5: He could take you the glory that.
- 8:18Speaker 2: But what Mickey fact shout out to Mickey fact is
- 8:19Speaker 2: one of my favorite.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Yeah, that's hard.
- 8:23Speaker 3: When he came on and he spent the freestyle for
- 8:25Speaker 3: us and he said, formal education will get you a portion,
- 8:28Speaker 3: but self education will make you a fortune. And that's
- 8:31Speaker 3: my life. Like, if I had to rely on my
- 8:33Speaker 3: college degree right now, be in trouble. Just honestly speaking,
- 8:36Speaker 3: I'll be in trouble. So it's the things that I
- 8:39Speaker 3: learned outside of college, including early alesia. Like just in
- 8:43Speaker 3: the last twelve and thirteen months, like you know what
- 8:45Speaker 3: I'm saying, that has literally literally changed the trajectory of
- 8:49Speaker 3: my not only my life, my son's life and God
- 8:51Speaker 3: willing his children's lives. Like you know what I'm saying,
- 8:54Speaker 3: Like it literally has changed.
- 8:57Speaker 2: You see peop would have. It's not a facade.
- 9:00Speaker 3: If you follow all of us on Instagram, you see
- 9:03Speaker 3: the growth that's a fact only through education. So it's
- 9:07Speaker 3: like when you came to me and you was like, yo, bro,
- 9:09Speaker 3: let's do something, and were going back and forth. I'm like,
- 9:11Speaker 3: let's do a podcast. You're going to through a podcast, right,
- 9:13Speaker 3: You're going to do it. I think the hard part
- 9:16Speaker 3: when people get into podcast is that you hear information.
- 9:19Speaker 3: It becomes overload and some people going to act on it,
- 9:21Speaker 3: but unfortunately a lot of people it's just it's just
- 9:25Speaker 3: not enough, like you kind of need. And that's the
- 9:27Speaker 3: good thing about school is like you need that certain
- 9:30Speaker 3: level of like a tutor to like walk you through it,
- 9:32Speaker 3: and here's a screen share on the website and show
- 9:35Speaker 3: you and like how to open an account and like
- 9:39Speaker 3: what stocked to like sometimes you got to hold a
- 9:41Speaker 3: person's hand. Unfortunately, in one hour, even two hours, it's
- 9:45Speaker 3: just not enough time to do that. So we're like,
- 9:46Speaker 3: how do we do this? So he was going back
- 9:48Speaker 3: and forth and this is the first time ever early
- 9:50Speaker 3: lead the history, we actually collaborated with somebody and put
- 9:53Speaker 3: together I don't even want to call it a curriculum.
- 9:55Speaker 3: I don't want to call it a program. It's really
- 9:57Speaker 3: a manual. We put together the a manual for generational
- 10:02Speaker 3: wealth called the Family Pact, and it was just like
- 10:06Speaker 3: the idea was just crazy, and it's like.
- 10:11Speaker 4: Earners, what's up.
- 10:11Speaker 7: You ever walk into a small business and everything just works,
- 10:15Speaker 7: Like the checkout is fast, the receipts are digital, tipping
- 10:18Speaker 7: is a breeze, and you're out the door before the
- 10:21Speaker 7: line even builds odds are they're using Square. We love

- 11:14Speaker 7: pushing your vision forward. This episode is brought to you
- 11:20Speaker 7: by P and C Bank. A lot of people think
- 11:23Speaker 7: podcasts about work are boring, and sure, they definitely can be,
- 11:27Speaker 7: but understanding of professionals routine shows us how they achieve
- 11:30Speaker 7: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 11:35Speaker 7: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 11:37Speaker 7: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 11:41Speaker 7: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 11:43Speaker 7: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 11:47Speaker 7: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty
- 11:52Speaker 7: five is a service mark of the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc.
- 11:56Speaker 7: P and C Bank National Association Member FDIC.
- 12:01Speaker 8: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 12:05Speaker 8: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 12:09Speaker 8: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 12:13Speaker 8: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 12:17Speaker 8: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 12:21Speaker 8: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom, the United States
- 12:24Speaker 8: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 12:29Speaker 8: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 12:33Speaker 8: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 12:36Speaker 8: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 12:40Speaker 8: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 12:44Speaker 8: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 12:48Speaker 8: app and leave now. You could be allowed to return legally.
- 12:51Speaker 8: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 12:56Speaker 8: border and families will be protected.
- 12:59Speaker 4: Sponsored by United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 13:01Speaker 2: He was like, yeah, I need you on it too,
- 13:03Speaker 2: like a sauce bro as an advice, I need you
- 13:06Speaker 2: on it.
- 13:06Speaker 3: So I'm like, all right, So we talk about diffidends,
- 13:10Speaker 3: you talk about reach, you'd give them like five growth
- 13:13Speaker 3: stocks to pick mutual funds. I break down a mutual
- 13:17Speaker 3: fund play because a lot of times people have the
- 13:18Speaker 3: wrong misconceptions about mutual funds. But you can actually make
- 13:21Speaker 3: a lot of money on the right mutual funds. Sometimes
- 13:24Speaker 3: you don't even have to pay the knock on mutual
- 13:26Speaker 3: funds that you pay a lot of money, but sometimes
- 13:28Speaker 3: you don't have to pay that. If you know what
- 13:30Speaker 3: you're doing, you get no load fund. And there's things
- 13:31Speaker 3: that nation that we want. You broke that down, broke
- 13:33Speaker 3: down index fund, broke down five to twenty nine plans.
- 13:36Speaker 3: Please plans is crazy because it's like poke about five
- 13:39Speaker 3: twenty nine plans. But it's like, you know, there's like
- 13:42Speaker 3: thirty something states where you can actually get a tax benefit.
- 13:45Speaker 3: But then there's like six states, but those thirty states,
- 13:47Speaker 3: you have to actually live in that state and the
- 13:50Speaker 3: five to twenty nine plan has to be in that state.
- 13:52Speaker 3: But then it's like six states where you can actually
- 13:53Speaker 3: invest in anybody's state five to twenty nine plan and
- 13:56Speaker 3: you can still get a tax break. So it's just
- 13:59Speaker 3: like it's just always so many different levels of onions
- 14:02Speaker 3: to peel back. And then we went over to trust, Yes,
- 14:05Speaker 3: and we broke that. It's the first time ever I
- 14:07Speaker 3: broke down life insurance and actually like showed somebody like
- 14:11Speaker 3: how I look at it as an advisor, like the
- 14:13Speaker 3: access that I'm privy to, which is like you don't
- 14:16Speaker 3: have that as a regular person, Like and I kind
- 14:18Speaker 3: of like went through.
- 14:18Speaker 4: That and I broke down a dynasty trust and.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Dynasty Trust keep going. It was the whole thing.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Man.
- 14:28Speaker 3: It was like we actually gave the formula and different
- 14:33Speaker 3: how to make your child a millionaire guarantee the investments,
- 14:36Speaker 3: and it was like that alone took like a half
- 14:38Speaker 3: an hour to actually explain. It's like it's like a
- 14:40Speaker 3: whole thing, but it's just something like I said, it's
- 14:44Speaker 3: like if we put that like we would have to
- 14:46Speaker 3: literally through ten podcasts.
- 14:48Speaker 4: And you still might miss something whole season.
- 14:50Speaker 3: And I'm saying, like, nobody's really gonna sit for ten
- 14:52Speaker 3: podcasts that have to be like his own, the Wall
- 14:55Speaker 3: Street Trapper or your Lisha show.
- 14:58Speaker 2: So talk about talk about talk about the family pack.
- 15:02Speaker 4: So for me, you know, the reason why I really
- 15:04Speaker 4: came to you with the idea is you know, this
- 15:06Speaker 4: last year it was a lot of growth for me,
- 15:09Speaker 4: and I realized that, yo, like I can talk about
- 15:12Speaker 4: a lot of stuff because it's as you as you
- 15:17Speaker 4: start learning more knowledge, you start seeking more knowledge, right,
- 15:20Speaker 4: And I realized how knowledgeable you were, and we was
- 15:24Speaker 4: having due conversations. So for me, it was like, bro,
- 15:26Speaker 4: like like we can change something, but we're gonna have
- 15:30Speaker 4: to walk them through it.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Yeah, that was like we gotta, we gotta have to
- 15:34Speaker 3: because you like, yo, they still not getting it, Like
- 15:36Speaker 3: they're still not getting it, and like people come up
- 15:38Speaker 3: to me but still don't get it. Bro, we literally
- 15:42Speaker 3: have to walk there, hold their hands and walk them
- 15:44Speaker 3: through this and that's okay.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Now it's okay.
- 15:47Speaker 4: And the reason why it's okay. And I see people
- 15:50Speaker 4: get frustrated all the time, like I see people on
- 15:53Speaker 4: Instagram saying stuff like I told you this, why are
- 15:55Speaker 4: you doing? I'm like, yo, you're an educator, Like everybody
- 15:58Speaker 4: sitting in the class learned different, you know what I'm saying.
- 16:01Speaker 4: So I was like, we gotta walk them through it.
- 16:04Speaker 4: One is because you don't know what you don't know
- 16:07Speaker 4: until you exposed to it, right. I remember my first
- 16:10Speaker 4: time cooking up brun I burned it. The water turned brown.
- 16:15Speaker 4: I had to call my at and she had to
- 16:17Speaker 4: like show me what I was doing. But she played
- 16:21Speaker 4: me because she took a lot of you know, she
- 16:23Speaker 4: she took me the shake.
- 16:25Speaker 6: Out of it.
- 16:26Speaker 9: She charged me for it, and she played me. And
- 16:30Speaker 9: by the time I got what she left me with,
- 16:32Speaker 9: it was just enough to get another package. But because
- 16:35Speaker 9: she walked me through it, I ain't need none more.
- 16:37Speaker 9: So I was a l I took, but it was
- 16:39Speaker 9: a learning lesson, you feel what I'm saying.
- 16:41Speaker 4: So for me, I feel like over the last year,
- 16:47Speaker 4: we've made financial literacy, investing in the stock market and
- 16:51Speaker 4: all the great that breakdowns that y'all do every Tuesday
- 16:55Speaker 4: and every Monday, we've now piqued people's interests. People understand now,
- 17:00Speaker 4: especially with this pandemic and they're like, yo, I gotta
- 17:03Speaker 4: do something else, and they want to do it. That's
- 17:06Speaker 4: the great thing we've now made it, say, because I
- 17:09Speaker 4: remember me coming up telling y'all, I'm telling my partners
- 17:12Speaker 4: about it, and they're like, I'm not doing that, bro,
- 17:14Speaker 4: you tripping right, And here we are a year later,
- 17:16Speaker 4: my partners now like, bro, I just bought some apple
- 17:19Speaker 4: and people don't know, like trapped, you changing my life
- 17:21Speaker 4: because this write the compensation change. Because we've been beating it,
- 17:25Speaker 4: like we ain't stopping Market Monday, trapping tooldy podcast, Market Monday,
- 17:31Speaker 4: trapping Toody podcast. This we consistent. So now it's like
- 17:35Speaker 4: we've piqued the interest and now people are like, all right,
- 17:37Speaker 4: I want to do it, but I don't know what
- 17:38Speaker 4: to do. All right, Cool. That's what this well pack
- 17:41Speaker 4: is about.
- 17:41Speaker 9: It's about saying, Okay, I made the mistakes for you, hopefully,
- 17:47Speaker 9: hopefully you don't have to do it to that Butha'm.
- 17:49Speaker 4: Gonna make sure you ain't gonna do it. See if
- 17:51Speaker 4: I just tell it to you, you're still liable to
- 17:52Speaker 4: make the mistakes because you're trying to replay what I said,
- 17:57Speaker 4: and it's gonna you know, you ain't really getting it.
- 17:59Speaker 4: I can tell you watch out of that hole, but
- 18:02Speaker 4: it's so many other things going on you still fall
- 18:04Speaker 4: in the hole. But now if I grab your hand
- 18:06Speaker 4: and say, look, we're gonna step over this whole, and
- 18:08Speaker 4: I got your hand, You're like, okay, let me step
- 18:10Speaker 4: over the whole. Right, So it's important. It was important
- 18:13Speaker 4: for me to say, let's shift gives. Let's not just
- 18:16Speaker 4: tell them, let's lead them.
- 18:18Speaker 6: And what makes it so impressive is that you know,
- 18:21Speaker 6: most times people, you know, they take programs they take
- 18:24Speaker 6: cause it's.
- 18:25Speaker 5: Really about themselves.
- 18:26Speaker 4: But this ain't.
- 18:27Speaker 6: This is about you, but it's about your family. And like,
- 18:29Speaker 6: who doesn't want to set up that family right clug?
- 18:32Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. Who doesn't want to be
- 18:33Speaker 5: the plug to create generational welcome themselves.
- 18:36Speaker 3: It's the most selfless act you can give. So I mean,
- 18:39Speaker 3: it's not even no more than we can actually even
- 18:41Speaker 3: say about it. I just feel like it's just a
- 18:42Speaker 3: really proud thing that we're proud of it. That's the
- 18:44Speaker 3: partner with you as our first product that we actually
- 18:48Speaker 3: are part of that.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Magically you know, performed on like aist. I feel like
- 18:53Speaker 2: an artist.
- 18:55Speaker 4: Directed feature man.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Take ghost face on the purpose tation.
- 19:03Speaker 4: So you don't let Mad say that. I'm gonna say
- 19:05Speaker 4: you the Riz, don't let that hear you say that
- 19:08Speaker 4: ghost face line because he's capped down.
- 19:10Speaker 5: He said, I'm still trying to figure out how he
- 19:12Speaker 5: came up with cause I don't even know.
- 19:13Speaker 4: That's another story. That's a whole nother podcast.
- 19:16Speaker 3: So being that, you know, it's the holiday season, right
- 19:19Speaker 3: and we in the Black Friday vibe, We're not even
- 19:22Speaker 3: gonna wait till Black everybody dropping their situation on Black Friday.
- 19:24Speaker 3: We literally gonna drop this right now. And you know,
- 19:27Speaker 3: you was like, you know what, Trappers Ernest United United
- 19:32Speaker 3: Front Family. So we was going to do fifty percent off.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Fifty percent off off, can't do it. But you're like,
- 19:37Speaker 3: you know what, let's just do something like a little
- 19:39Speaker 3: even crazy. Let's do seventy five percent off for the
- 19:41Speaker 3: first two hundred people out of the love, and then
- 19:44Speaker 3: after that it can go to fifty percent. So the
- 19:47Speaker 3: first two hundred people that are interested in investing in
- 19:51Speaker 3: themselves guaranteed at that child becomes a millionaire, just building
- 19:53Speaker 3: generation again.
- 19:55Speaker 4: Guaranteed, Yeah, kind of guarantee.
- 19:57Speaker 2: As the fact, now we stay. We're gonna stamp that.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Nobody in the game, nobody, nobody never been done. Everybody
- 20:04Speaker 4: put a safe route.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Never nothing is guaranteed.
- 20:06Speaker 3: People people give you like this is literally this ain't
- 20:09Speaker 3: for the lazy investor. This is for the This is
- 20:11Speaker 3: for the diligent person that's willing to really make the
- 20:14Speaker 3: sacrifices to learn because it's going to be there.
- 20:16Speaker 2: You just got to actually learn.
- 20:18Speaker 5: There's no housing it It's like there's no like, hell,
- 20:20Speaker 5: how do I do it?
- 20:21Speaker 4: No?
- 20:21Speaker 2: No, it's it's everything.
- 20:22Speaker 4: Man.
- 20:22Speaker 3: It took We literally took the guests work out of
- 20:25Speaker 3: the Yeah. So the first two hundred people, first come,
- 20:29Speaker 3: first serve, so please don't email us.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Nothing we can do. Once it's going, it is.
- 20:33Speaker 3: The first two hundred people will get seventy five percent off.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Seventy five percent off and that's dropping right now, literally
- 20:40Speaker 3: on Tuesday, and we're gonna run it as long as
- 20:43Speaker 3: it last, and after that it'll probably go fifty percent off,
- 20:46Speaker 3: so you're still get a discount. Just you know, it's
- 20:47Speaker 3: just slightly slightly. It's still be loved. I mean, fifty
- 20:50Speaker 3: percent off is still love. So where can they find that?
- 20:53Speaker 2: Try?
- 20:54Speaker 3: I know it'll be on our website Lisia dot com.
- 20:56Speaker 3: We'll have it on the alumni tab. We'll have it
- 20:58Speaker 3: on the red tab on the front. You just go there,
- 21:00Speaker 3: but they can also click the link in your bio

- 21:04Speaker 4: my trap house, like the call the Man. I already know, man,
- 21:08Speaker 4: So yeah, you know we're gonna have it on my
- 21:10Speaker 4: link to I'm gonna put it up there.
- 21:12Speaker 8: Man.
- 21:13Speaker 4: You know, I ain't even gonna lie, man, Like, I
- 21:17Speaker 4: feel like this is like some of my best work
- 21:19Speaker 4: because I learned so much, you know what I'm saying.
- 21:22Speaker 4: And for me, I'm a learning machine. But I'm not
- 21:25Speaker 4: just a learner, like I'm the person who go ahead
- 21:28Speaker 4: first and figure it out. I won't get burnt, I won't,
- 21:31Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying. It's kind of like I
- 21:32Speaker 4: won't make the mistakes so I can learn from it.
- 21:34Speaker 4: Because when I don't make no mistakes, I'm missing something.
- 21:37Speaker 4: I go through it, so you won't do it, you
- 21:39Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. So I feel like, you know,
