  SPEAKER_00: Because they're waiting for somebody to give them permission to go ahead and reach for their dreams.

  SPEAKER_00: As kids, we couldn't do anything without the permission of parents or teachers, or maybe even older siblings.

  SPEAKER_00: Then as adults, we feel hamstrung by needing permission from bosses, leaders, our social circle, or society in general.

  SPEAKER_00: A lot of people spend their whole lives just waiting for someone to give them permission to go ahead and to be a writer.
