- 0:00SPEAKER_00: As far as artificial intelligence in that particular world goes, let me tell you about it.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: I don't know why it is as human beings.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: We're very much, we like the big news, the big tragedy, the thing where artificial intelligence is going to basically take over and ruin everything.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: It's like when Al Capone was active a little bit before my time, but when he was really active, everybody was worried about getting ripped off by Al Capone.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Al Capone was that guy hiding in the darkness.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: When actually it's the kid down the street that has a heroin habit that when you're in the shop and Rob buying a loaf of bread at 3 a.m.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: in the morning, he comes in with a gun trying to get a quick fix and he blows you out of your socks and kills you.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: But we don't expect that.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: It's like in the diet world, we think that we're going to get that terminal cancer, which would be horrible, but usually it relates to our end-of-life strategy.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: We're eating crap all the time, every single day.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: With artificial intelligence, there's been plenty of movies that have been put out there with dystopian outcomes about how the machines become self-aware and they're given a particular task to protect maybe the planet or the environment.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: Then all of a sudden, who's the problem to that equation?
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Probably humans.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: So then it goes out and it gets rid of and eradicates the human race.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: We see all this in a lot of the developments with regard to movies and Hollywood and these sorts of things.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: What I suggest is this.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: I know that it's easy to look at that kind of an end, but there's also another end that's possible.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: The issue right now is people are too busy chasing the money.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: They're not asking the questions they potentially should be asking to be able to protect the human race from us creating a greater than us intelligence.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: Now you look at the Industrial Revolution, you look at that whole thing that developed, you had people out there with hammers and picks and shovels.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: They've developed machines and they did a lot of displacement because they found a machine was much more effective in digging a massive hole than 50 humans with shovels.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Get that?
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: We haven't done anything like that.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Now we're talking about intelligence.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: So intelligence solves all of the problems.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Intelligence solves everything.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: That's why this endeavor, this change in the world with artificial intelligence or alien intelligence is going to be so much different than any other part of the world we've seen so far.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: It's going to create either a utopia or a dystopia, but there is going to be some kind of displacement of people's as far as employment.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Now, a lot of people are saying, well, you just got to go out and got to learn AI and implement it in your business.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Then I throw back and I'm thinking, well, so then by doing that, we're teaching it how to do our business better.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: It's really difficult to say.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: All I know is this.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: What I'm doing is I'm trying to understand truth, staying focused on the news, watching, not getting too carried away, and trying to understand the process as it relates to the things I do.
