- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Now you'll find out what it all means. Hey, smarts
- 0:06Speaker 2: amone on sevent tenar.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Hey, all right, a little rain out there, just a
- 0:14Speaker 3: little rain. It's gonna end later today, and then it'll
- 0:17Speaker 3: be some rain this week. But then starting tomorrow forties, fifties, sixties,
- 0:20Speaker 3: it goes into the seventies next, it's going to be great.
- 0:23Speaker 3: That's the end of winter. Hey, we got eighteen days
- 0:26Speaker 3: till spring. You're at the war in Iran. Let's call
- 0:30Speaker 3: it the liberation of Iran, not the war. The liberation
- 0:33Speaker 3: of Iran is in day four. Now you're gonna let
- 0:37Speaker 3: me just clear up some of the myths you're hearing.
- 0:39Speaker 3: If you're watching all the media today, they're gonna tell
- 0:43Speaker 3: you I've been seeing this all morning. The Magabas is
- 0:46Speaker 3: torn apart over this, the megabasis torn or the megabasis
- 0:51Speaker 3: turned on. What megabase are they talking about? Well, when
- 0:56Speaker 3: they get specific, they go to Tucker Carlson and Owens,
- 1:01Speaker 3: Megan Kelly. This is not the mega base, this isn't
- 1:04Speaker 3: anything anymore. In fact, these are people that have been
- 1:08Speaker 3: thrown out by the mainstream media by actually being employed anywhere.
- 1:11Speaker 3: These are all people doing shows from home, and they're
- 1:15Speaker 3: not the base of anything. We've always had this in
- 1:18Speaker 3: both sides, both parties have had this. You got your mainstream.
- 1:22Speaker 3: You know, let's take the conservative set of the Republican side.
- 1:25Speaker 3: You got the main stream, you got Fox News, you
- 1:28Speaker 3: got News Max, you got Sean Hannity and Jesse Waters,
- 1:32Speaker 3: You've got Greg Kelly. You got all these mainstream shows.
- 1:36Speaker 3: And then you have you know, the New York Post.
- 1:40Speaker 3: You've got a lot of stuff. But always, always, always
- 1:43Speaker 3: on the fringe. There was something for the fringe. There
- 1:46Speaker 3: was Alex Jones for years. I think he's still out there.
- 1:49Speaker 3: But when you get fired from the real media and
- 1:52Speaker 3: you got to do the show from home, as Stan
- 1:53Speaker 3: Rather would say, doing it from home in your pajamas,
- 1:57Speaker 3: you're the new Alex Jones. So Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson,
- 2:02Speaker 3: who's the other one, candae Owin's those types, they're the
- 2:04Speaker 3: new Alex Jones. And they sound horrible. They say these
- 2:08Speaker 3: anti Semitic, outrageous things and attack Trunk. Well, the problem is,
- 2:14Speaker 3: when you're the Alex Jones, you're not on anywhere. You're
- 2:16Speaker 3: not on a network, you're not in a major newspaper,
- 2:20Speaker 3: you're not on a major radio network, so you have
- 2:23Speaker 3: to get attention, and the only way you can get
- 2:25Speaker 3: attention is to say crazy, outrageous things so that you
- 2:29Speaker 3: get a lot of coverage. That's the only way you
- 2:30Speaker 3: can get an audience. So that's why, because you might
- 2:33Speaker 3: say Tucker Carlson was pretty normal for what the hell
- 2:35Speaker 3: happened to him, He's trying to get attention. It's the
- 2:37Speaker 3: Megan Kelly playbook. Just say outrageous, crazy things, get a
- 2:42Speaker 3: ton of attention. But the problem is with the crazy
- 2:45Speaker 3: outrageous attention, all that comes over to listen to you
- 2:49Speaker 3: are the crazy outrageous people. So these people are the
- 2:52Speaker 3: new Alex Jones. They're not the Magabas. They have nothing
- 2:55Speaker 3: to do with Maga or the Bass. And there was
- 2:58Speaker 3: always these sort of it's the same thing in the
- 2:59Speaker 3: dem credit side. You got real mainstream Rachel Maddow that
- 3:04Speaker 3: sort of stuff, mainstream Democratic anchors, and then you got
- 3:09Speaker 3: all kinds of crazies way out there on the fringe.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So don't don't worry about the false narratives to keep
- 3:16Speaker 3: pushing on you. The other one is they keep President Trump.
- 3:23Speaker 3: It doesn't have a plan. There's no plan he went
- 3:26Speaker 3: to war without a plan, this extremely detailed planning. They've
- 3:30Speaker 3: got this all figured out. Well, why don't they tell them?
- 3:32Speaker 3: You're not a post to tell anybody the plan. I mean,
- 3:35Speaker 3: it'd be nice to tell us, but then Iran would
- 3:37Speaker 3: find out. So you don't tell anybody the plan. There's
- 3:41Speaker 3: all skys. They've got this all figured out. They've war
- 3:43Speaker 3: game this, chess game, this right out to the end.
- 3:45Speaker 3: So don't worry about it. The president. Then the other
- 3:48Speaker 3: thing is you get the crazy Chuck Schumers or the
- 3:51Speaker 3: Hakim Jefferies. Why hasn't he spoken to the nation. He
- 3:55Speaker 3: needs to tell the nation what well, First of all,
- 3:57Speaker 3: Saturday night he addressed the whole nation. Soon the war started,
- 4:02Speaker 3: the liberation of Iran started. He spoke to reporters endlessly
- 4:07Speaker 3: all morning. In fact, reporters were stunned. Anytime they called
- 4:09Speaker 3: his cel phone, he answered and talked to them. Then
- 4:11Speaker 3: he addressed the nation on Saturday. Yesterday he addressed the
- 4:15Speaker 3: nation again. But you'll still see mainstream media why doesn't
- 4:18Speaker 3: he address the nation? Explain this? But he spoke yesterday,
- 4:21Speaker 3: took a lot of questions, and here we have.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Right from the beginning, we projected four to five weeks,
- 4:28Speaker 4: but we have capability to go far longer than that.
- 4:32Speaker 3: We'll do it. Yeah, I think originally said one to
- 4:35Speaker 3: two weeks. But why did he stretch it to four.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I think because it's going so well. It's not because
- 4:40Speaker 3: it's going badly. It's because it's going better than they thought.
- 4:43Speaker 3: They've hit thirteen hundred targets and Iran thirteen hundred. Iran
- 4:48Speaker 3: has been firing back, of course, hitting Israel, hitting Dubai,
- 4:52Speaker 3: hitting other Arab nations, which was probably a big strategic mistake.
- 4:56Speaker 3: It made all those Arab nations jump onto our site
- 4:58Speaker 3: even faster. And the last day or two trying to
- 5:02Speaker 3: hit embassies, he's done some physical damage to some embassy buildings.
- 5:06Speaker 3: But they noticed that Iran is running out of missiles
- 5:09Speaker 3: that they were firing like thirty an hour before and now
- 5:12Speaker 3: it's like three every couple of hours that they're losing
- 5:16Speaker 3: their supply. We've got an endless supply, So I think
- 5:18Speaker 3: that's why he's talking about four weeks. This is going
- 5:20Speaker 3: better than they thought, easier than they thought.
- 5:23Speaker 4: We have the strongest and most powerful by far military
- 5:27Speaker 4: in the world, and we will easily prevail. Yeah, he
- 5:32Speaker 4: thought we had a deal, but then they backed out
- 5:35Speaker 4: and they came back, and we thought we had a deal,
- 5:37Speaker 4: and they backed out. I said, you can't deal with
- 5:39Speaker 4: these people. You got to do it the right way.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Well that's true. Now you other false narrative you're going
- 5:45Speaker 4: to keep hearing. This is a shocked to the Maga,
- 5:48Speaker 4: the Trump voters. This is not what they expected. He promised.
- 5:52Speaker 4: He never he said no more Middle Eastern Wars, no more.
- 5:55Speaker 4: That was a central theme. That keeps saying it was
- 5:57Speaker 4: a central theme. I don't remember that ever coming up
- 5:59Speaker 4: in the It wasn't a theme of the campaign. The
- 6:02Speaker 4: border was the central theme. Inflation, economy, taxes, those are
- 6:07Speaker 4: the central themes. And if you check the record, for
- 6:10Speaker 4: forty forty five years, forty six years, President Trump has
- 6:17Speaker 4: been saying he wants to go after Iran and get
- 6:19Speaker 4: rid of the Iatola. I think the oldest interview, it
- 6:22Speaker 4: was posted all over yesterday, was from like forty six
- 6:26Speaker 4: years ago. He was on with remember this name. He
- 6:28Speaker 4: was on with Rona Barrett, and one of the things
- 6:31Speaker 4: he brought up was getting rid of the Ayatola, liberating Iran.
- 6:35Speaker 4: So he's been talking about this forever. This is not
- 6:37Speaker 4: something new. Our objectives are clear.
- 6:39Speaker 3: First, were.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Destroying Orens missile capabilities, and you see that happening on
- 6:46Speaker 4: an hourly basis, and their capacity to produce brand new
- 6:50Speaker 4: ones and pretty good ones they make. Second, we're annihilating
- 6:55Speaker 4: their navy. We've knocked out already ten ships.
- 6:58Speaker 3: They're at the bottom of this.
- 7:00Speaker 4: The third were ensuring that the world's number one sponsor
- 7:04Speaker 4: of TERA can never obtain a nuclear weapon.
- 7:08Speaker 3: That was yesterday, but I dont noon, but overnight in
- 7:13Speaker 3: the US military now believes they have destroyed the entire
- 7:15Speaker 3: Iranian navy. It's a handful of boats, but in the
- 7:19Speaker 3: entire Iranian navy in just the first few days, it's
- 7:24Speaker 3: now eleven ships that are at the bottom of the
- 7:26Speaker 3: Gulf of Oman. Also, Israel killed the commander of the
- 7:32Speaker 3: Palestinian Islamic Jihad. He was one of the big, big
- 7:36Speaker 3: leaders that caused the October seventh holocaust, so they believe
- 7:40Speaker 3: they got him. His name is Abu Hamza Rami. He
- 7:44Speaker 3: was also responsible for recruitment, training, procuring weapons. So you
- 7:50Speaker 3: remember that horrible, horrible, horrible October seventh that was Iran
- 7:54Speaker 3: behind that. That was some moss financed and given the
- 7:57Speaker 3: go ahead by Iran. And yeah, the other thing for
- 8:00Speaker 3: Democrats that you got. Democrats now have to realize they've
- 8:02Speaker 3: just lost a million voters Iranian Americans. Democrats have lost
- 8:07Speaker 3: them completely. They are so thrilled, they're literally dancing in
- 8:11Speaker 3: the streets and some of them doing this video of
- 8:14Speaker 3: this all over the place, some of them doing the
- 8:15Speaker 3: Trump dance. These Iranian American voters have now left the
- 8:20Speaker 3: Democratic Party. And now why the mam Damis of the world,
- 8:26Speaker 3: why the vicious, vicious, vicious attacks on Trump for getting
- 8:31Speaker 3: rid of the Ayatola, for going into a run. Why
- 8:34Speaker 3: is it so upsetting to them? You know why? Because
- 8:38Speaker 3: it's the anti Semitism. This was Israel's biggest enemy, Israel's
- 8:42Speaker 3: biggest threat, and it's being eliminated. That's that's one of
- 8:46Speaker 3: the things that sets them off. You know, if you
- 8:48Speaker 3: get rid of Iran, you get rid of hoodies, hesbala,
- 8:52Speaker 3: all of that stuff, and get everybody back in line,
- 8:56Speaker 3: there really isn't much threat to Israel anymore. And that's
- 8:59Speaker 3: what's really really upsetting the Mamdamis of the world and
- 9:03Speaker 3: the crazy Democrats. Then you got the Hakim Jeffreyes. It
- 9:07Speaker 3: must come to Congress.
- 9:08Speaker 5: There is nowhere in the United States Constitution where it
- 9:11Speaker 5: says that we are to be the police men and
- 9:14Speaker 5: women of the world.
- 9:16Speaker 3: I mean, that's the reality.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Yes, we are the leaders of the free world at
- 9:19Speaker 5: this particular point in time, but there's a role for
- 9:22Speaker 5: the United States to play in terms of diplomacy, building coalitions,
- 9:26Speaker 5: and none of that was done in this particular instance.
- 9:29Speaker 3: And the American people.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Again are not interested in their taxpayer dollars being spent
- 9:34Speaker 5: for another failed regime change war.
- 9:38Speaker 3: Well, most Americans are going to be behind this. Now,
- 9:41Speaker 3: You've got to remember when the Democrats go after Trump,
- 9:44Speaker 3: in almost every case, they're attacking Trump for doing something
- 9:50Speaker 3: that they had been promising to do for years now,
- 9:53Speaker 3: for years and years. You can see all this video
- 9:55Speaker 3: online every Democrat, Hillary Clinton, Obama, we're tall talking about
- 9:59Speaker 3: getting rid of the Aatola, getting rid of this regime.
- 10:03Speaker 3: This is the same thing with the border. You can
- 10:04Speaker 3: find all those videos of Schumer, Hillary Obama by all
- 10:09Speaker 3: talking about closing the border, stopping the illegals from coming.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Whatever they've been talking about for years. They get mad
- 10:16Speaker 3: if Trump actually does it. Because the thing with Democrats,
- 10:18Speaker 3: they just campaign on it. They promise it, they campaign
- 10:22Speaker 3: on it. We'll close the border, we'll get rid of
- 10:24Speaker 3: the Ayatola, we'll do The video exists, you can see
- 10:27Speaker 3: them campaigning on it. So whatever they promised for years,
- 10:30Speaker 3: if Trump actually does it, then they get furious. And
- 10:35Speaker 3: the one reason is if Trump actually does it, problem gone.
- 10:40Speaker 3: They can't campaign on it anymore. It's taken away. That's
- 10:43Speaker 3: always a big part of their campaigns. Trump has eliminated it.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Here's General Jack Keane, best military guy out there.
- 10:50Speaker 6: Well, time isn't the factor. This is a condition based operation.
- 10:53Speaker 6: So we have very defined objectors in terms of what
- 10:56Speaker 6: we're trying to achieve, and when those objectives are achieve
- 11:00Speaker 6: that's when it ends. So it's it's the conditions. If
- 11:03Speaker 6: the Uranians have a boat here and they can disrupt
- 11:07Speaker 6: what we're trying to achieve and maybe delay it and
- 11:09Speaker 6: we have to apply more resources. But time isn't the
- 11:12Speaker 6: issue here.
- 11:13Speaker 3: Yeah, so let them, let them, let them finish the jump. Hey,
- 11:15Speaker 3: we'll get back to Iran. We'll get back. Let's get
- 11:17Speaker 3: to something more important. Epstein Hearings. They've released the video
- 11:21Speaker 3: of Hillary testifying and Bill Clinton testifying. Nothing content wise
- 11:26Speaker 3: really came out of there. Hillary just said she didn't
- 11:28Speaker 3: know the guy, never met the guy. But and Bill
- 11:32Speaker 3: Clinton said I never had sex with any of those.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Now here's the greatest moment, I think Hillary, and she's
- 11:40Speaker 3: right to get mad. You're not supposed to do this, that,
- 11:43Speaker 3: Lauren Bobert, the congresswoman, You're not supposed to sneak a
- 11:46Speaker 3: picture of her testifying and then tweet it out to somebody.
- 11:50Speaker 3: So they found out she was taking a picture and
- 11:52Speaker 3: tweeting it. So Hillary really got mad in the middle
- 11:54Speaker 3: of the hearing.
- 11:55Speaker 7: I've done with If you guys are doing that, I
- 11:57Speaker 7: am done. You can pull me a contempt from now
- 11:59Speaker 7: to the else.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Come home.
- 12:00Speaker 1: This is just typical behavior.
- 12:04Speaker 8: Oh, for heaven's sake to understand how that's promiscial.
- 12:08Speaker 7: Hearing was, It doesn't matter.
- 12:10Speaker 3: We all are abiding by the same rules.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Yeah, well I would like to take a break at this.
- 12:16Speaker 7: Yeah, I'd like to.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Have got for now. Yeah. Now, you know the funny
- 12:20Speaker 3: thing about Hillary if you've ever been around her in private,
- 12:23Speaker 3: In private, I can't say the words. It's every curse word,
- 12:25Speaker 3: you know, It's the F word, the S word, cursing
- 12:27Speaker 3: with the most invuligle language, whenever it's in public. It's
- 12:30Speaker 3: an amazing talent. She has a whole different vocabulary when
- 12:33Speaker 3: she gets mad, like you heard her there till the
- 12:35Speaker 3: Cows come home. Oh, for heaven's sakes, this is This
- 12:38Speaker 3: is her public cursing. The private cursing is much much different. Now.
- 12:43Speaker 3: They asked Bill Clinton about all there's a pictures of
- 12:45Speaker 3: Bill Clinton in the in a hot tub with a woman. Uh,
- 12:51Speaker 3: you know, if you're in the hot tub with a
- 12:52Speaker 3: woman and it's not like you're at the you know,
- 12:55Speaker 3: the Marriotte outside with fifty people in the hot tub,
- 12:57Speaker 3: it's up like a private place. And I would think
- 13:00Speaker 3: you'd know the woman if she's in the hot tub
- 13:02Speaker 3: with you. But he's busy denying everything.
- 13:04Speaker 9: Did you ever have any sexual contact with young women
- 13:08Speaker 9: or girls in the presence of epscen or Maxwell?
- 13:12Speaker 6: No?
- 13:15Speaker 9: Did you ever have sexual contact with any young woman
- 13:19Speaker 9: or girl introduced to you by Epstein or Maxwell? No,
- 13:27Speaker 9: mister President, with the benefit of hindsight, were there things
- 13:32Speaker 9: you witness that could have suggested that Epstein was trafficking
- 13:37Speaker 9: and sexually abusing young women and girls.
- 13:46Speaker 3: I did not believe.
- 13:47Speaker 10: So.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Remember, he's actually a lawyer, he's a very loyal I
- 13:51Speaker 3: do not believe so. No I would have sex with him. No, no, no,
- 13:58Speaker 3: Well I believe him if why would he lie?
- 14:02Speaker 10: Is more, there's nothing that I saw when I was
- 14:05Speaker 10: around them.
- 14:07Speaker 3: It made me realized he was trafficking women. Well, we'll
- 14:13Speaker 3: get to this in the next time. We got a
- 14:14Speaker 3: lot more clips to play. Hillary just kept saying she
- 14:17Speaker 3: didn't know the guy. She never met the guy.
- 14:18Speaker 7: I do not recall ever encountering mister Epstein. I never
- 14:23Speaker 7: flew on his plane or visited his island homes or offices.
- 14:29Speaker 7: I have nothing to add to that. Like every decent person,
- 14:33Speaker 7: I've been horrified by what we have learned about their crimes.
- 14:37Speaker 3: No, please, nothing horrifice. This woman has seen anything and everything.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Nothing horrifizes here. So I believe she didn't really me.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Maybe she met him, but I don't believe she knew
- 14:48Speaker 3: Epstein was one of these big, big, big, big donors.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Big donors writ in massive checks. The problem is, as
- 14:54Speaker 3: we always explained to you, these big donors when it
- 14:56Speaker 3: comes to politics don't know what the hell they're talking about.
- 14:59Speaker 3: They're brilliant their own business, they know nothing about politics.
- 15:02Speaker 3: But the problem is if they write you these massive
- 15:04Speaker 3: checks to the candidate or the governor. When you're alone,
- 15:08Speaker 3: you got to sit there and listen to them. They're
- 15:09Speaker 3: going to give you their opinion on every issue, and
- 15:11Speaker 3: you got to pretend you're listening and you're interested. So
- 15:15Speaker 3: in a lot of these cases, Hillary this is not
- 15:18Speaker 3: something she likes and she would not want to be
- 15:20Speaker 3: around the donor and have to listen to this guy
- 15:22Speaker 3: pontificate on everything. But Bill loves it. Bill's a real
- 15:25Speaker 3: social guy. He can he's good at doing. He'll sit
- 15:28Speaker 3: there and listen. And I guarantee you at some point
- 15:31Speaker 3: this guy was writing the massive checks. He helped start
- 15:33Speaker 3: the Clinton Global Initiative, the Clinton Foundation. I'm sure Bill said, Oh,
- 15:38Speaker 3: I'll take care, I'll sit with him, I'll listen to him.
- 15:41Speaker 3: You don't have to you have to listen to this guy.
- 15:43Speaker 3: I'll do it all. You don't worry about it. So
- 15:45Speaker 3: that's why she was really never around him. Hey we
- 15:49Speaker 3: got we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred
- 15:51Speaker 3: three two one zero seven ten is the number eight
- 15:55Speaker 3: hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Hits in access to Mark by setting a pre set
- 16:02Speaker 2: in the iHeartRadio app for his live show and his podcast.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Now back to the Mark Simone Show on wor.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Sarah in Manhattan. Sarah,
- 16:15Speaker 3: how are you doing?
- 16:17Speaker 1: Hi there, good morning.
- 16:19Speaker 8: No one ever talks about where.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Epstein got all this money from, like where did he
- 16:24Speaker 3: get it? Well, it's a little boring, but he was
- 16:26Speaker 3: a big financial Wall Street guy who worked at bear
- 16:29Speaker 3: Stearns for years. Then he worked at Goldman Sachs for years.
- 16:32Speaker 3: He met all the big financial gurus. They mentored him,
- 16:36Speaker 3: and then he started his own fund. Because he knew
- 16:40Speaker 3: all the big investors, he got them to put money,
- 16:42Speaker 3: and he was a former mathematician. He was pretty good.
- 16:45Speaker 3: He figured out a lot of systems to grow your money,
- 16:47Speaker 3: and he was particularly good at doing it in a
- 16:49Speaker 3: way that would avoid taxes. So and more and more
- 16:53Speaker 3: people invested with him now that he was involved in
- 16:58Speaker 3: the beginning years when he first went on his own
- 17:00Speaker 3: with some shady characters, there were some Bernie madeoff sort
- 17:03Speaker 3: of schemes that he was involved in. But then it
- 17:06Speaker 3: was a real fund. He had a wealth management fund
- 17:08Speaker 3: and others. Does that answer it?
- 17:11Speaker 9: Yeah, thank you.
- 17:12Speaker 11: You just you seem to have a lot to dole out.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Oh yeah, no, he got himself up to about five
- 17:17Speaker 3: six hundred million. You got to give him credit for that,
- 17:20Speaker 3: and thanks for calling Sarah. He then had what is
- 17:23Speaker 3: known as Check's appeal. Starts giving big money to everybody,
- 17:27Speaker 3: to politicians, to museums, to the symphony, all that sort
- 17:31Speaker 3: of stuff. And there's certain things that are very, very
- 17:34Speaker 3: prestigious to give you a lot of clout, a lot
- 17:37Speaker 3: of cachet, like the Rockefeller Foundation. He started making big
- 17:41Speaker 3: donations to the Rockefeller Foundation, so they got friendly with him.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Next thing, you know, he got himself on the board
- 17:46Speaker 3: of the Rockefeller Foundation and they were having some money troubles.
- 17:51Speaker 3: You know, a lot of these charities they're not good
- 17:53Speaker 3: at investing their money, so that's one reason they put
- 17:56Speaker 3: them on the board. He could show them how to
- 17:57Speaker 3: better invest their money. And then he got himself on
- 18:01Speaker 3: the board of the Carlisle Group. So this this gave
- 18:03Speaker 3: him a lot of cachet with with the big money
- 18:07Speaker 3: guys and the politicians. And I mean he was clever
- 18:10Speaker 3: the way he climbed the ladder. Let's go to Chris
- 18:13Speaker 3: in Manhattan. Chris, how you doing?
- 18:16Speaker 12: Oh good?
- 18:16Speaker 13: Thanks Mark, I hope you're doing well too. Listen, I'm
- 18:19Speaker 13: one hundred percent behind what Trump has done.
- 18:22Speaker 3: Chris, Well, explain, Chris, there's always a big butt coming
- 18:25Speaker 3: and he's the biggest what they call Pannikins. He panics
- 18:28Speaker 3: at everything. Go ahead.
- 18:30Speaker 13: You know you are absolutely my can't miss show, no
- 18:33Speaker 13: matter how you treat me.
- 18:34Speaker 3: I love you, I love you. But you're the poster
- 18:37Speaker 3: boy for the they call him the Pannikins. Whatever Trump does,
- 18:40Speaker 3: this is going.
- 18:40Speaker 13: To be a disaster. I'm not panicking about it.
- 18:43Speaker 14: But but in reality.
- 18:45Speaker 13: Everything he's doing is going to make everything go up
- 18:47Speaker 13: in price, which is fine, okay, but he's doing the
- 18:50Speaker 13: right thing.
- 18:51Speaker 3: But it's still my Italy goes up in price for
- 18:54Speaker 3: a few weeks and then it goes way down in
- 18:56Speaker 3: price because we free up a massive amount of oil.
- 18:59Speaker 13: So you don't think this, this will hurt his the
- 19:01Speaker 13: mid terms because if they if they win them.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Every election, everything, you'll check the record every election. You
- 19:07Speaker 3: got something that's going to kill Remember it was abortion
- 19:09Speaker 3: when he ran for a president.
- 19:10Speaker 13: Yeah, I know, abortion. Well, I'm still surprised about that.
- 19:13Speaker 3: I was sure check that out. You never checked it,
- 19:16Speaker 3: You never checked the actual data. It was not an
- 19:18Speaker 3: issue in the campaign. President has nothing to do with
- 19:20Speaker 3: abortion anymore. It's a state issue, federal government.
- 19:23Speaker 13: I live in Manhattan when they were running around voting
- 19:26Speaker 13: that Hall of Fame because he should have.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Been Yeah, uh well, anyway, don't what happened to Did
- 19:31Speaker 3: we lose them? Are there?
- 19:33Speaker 11: Chris?
- 19:33Speaker 3: All right, let's switched to another call. I don't know
- 19:37Speaker 3: what happened. That's that's very strange. Uh, sorry about that, Chris,
- 19:41Speaker 3: But yeah, the Pannicans will tell you. Now, when you
- 19:43Speaker 3: go to war, the stock market is going to crash.
- 19:46Speaker 3: The price of oil is going to go away up.
- 19:48Speaker 3: But once it's over, the stock market starts soaring again.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Price of oil comes crashing down because you're going to
- 19:53Speaker 3: free up a much, much bigger supply. Do you remember
- 19:56Speaker 3: when he started the tariffs? The stock market plunged eighty
- 19:58Speaker 3: billion points in one second, and that was it. The
- 20:01Speaker 3: whole economy was wiped out. And then that lasted a
- 20:04Speaker 3: couple of weeks. Then next thing you know, the stock
- 20:06Speaker 3: market went up on the biggest run you ever saw
- 20:08Speaker 3: and hit fifty thousand. Let's go to Adam in New Jersey. Adam,
- 20:13Speaker 3: how you doing, Hi?
- 20:14Speaker 15: Mark?
- 20:15Speaker 16: Would you agree with me that the President has just
- 20:18Speaker 16: started the greatest peace movement in the history of our country.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Well, yeah, it's a little hyperbolic, but okay, he's gotten
- 20:26Speaker 3: rid of the biggest terrorists of the world k Vietnam. Well,
- 20:30Speaker 3: let's just say he got rid of the biggest terrorists
- 20:32Speaker 3: on Earth right now. And Democrats are very upset because
- 20:35Speaker 3: he eliminated the biggest threat to Israel at the same time,
- 20:39Speaker 3: and it'll make the Middle East certainly a much more
- 20:42Speaker 3: peaceful place. Let's go to Robert in Westchester. Robert, how
- 20:45Speaker 3: you doing, Good.
- 20:47Speaker 11: Morning, Mark, and thank you for taking my call. So, Mark,
- 20:49Speaker 11: for all those Democratic talking heads that say Obama made
- 20:53Speaker 11: an agreement, they had a lock solid agreement. Well, the
- 20:56Speaker 11: last time we had an agreement with a democratic administration
- 21:00Speaker 11: under Bill Clinton was North Korea and how well did
- 21:03Speaker 11: that turn out? Well, the President Trump.
- 21:05Speaker 3: What they do is they come up with these phony agreements.
- 21:07Speaker 3: You know, they make up these phony There was an
- 21:09Speaker 3: agreement to for Iran not to have a nuclear weapon
- 21:12Speaker 3: and the part of the agreement was they would self
- 21:14Speaker 3: inspect and let us know if they found it. Was
- 21:17Speaker 3: the dumbest agree. Remember they had that border bill when
- 21:20Speaker 3: the border was wide open, and millions were crossing and
- 21:23Speaker 3: coming into the country. And the Democrats said, well, if
- 21:27Speaker 3: only you had passed the border bill. Well, if you
- 21:29Speaker 3: read the border bill, there was absolutely nothing in there
- 21:32Speaker 3: that would have done anything to help. In fact, the
- 21:35Speaker 3: border bill made the current situation permanent. It was the
- 21:39Speaker 3: worst thing. They make up these fake bills and try
- 21:42Speaker 3: to commit you. If only you had done that, if
- 21:43Speaker 3: only had followed the Obama Iran agreement. There was nothing
- 21:49Speaker 3: in that agreement that was going to do any good.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Let's go to David in Connecticut. David, how you doing good?
- 21:55Speaker 12: Mark, Hey, it's good talking to you.
- 21:56Speaker 17: Why wasn't Neil Sedaka never inducted into the Rock roll
- 22:00Speaker 17: Hall of Fame?
- 22:01Speaker 3: Very good point. That was the problem with that's rock
- 22:03Speaker 3: and Roll Hall of Fame. It's got better leadership now
- 22:05Speaker 3: in the last year or two, but for years the
- 22:08Speaker 3: leadership was horrible and there was just a bunch of
- 22:10Speaker 3: guys picking who they liked and they didn't like. They
- 22:13Speaker 3: didn't like the sixties early sixties kind of oldiest kind
- 22:16Speaker 3: of sound. But you're right, and somebody should do something
- 22:19Speaker 3: about that. Neil Sedaka should be in the Rock and
- 22:22Speaker 3: Roll Hall of Fame. Good point, Thanks for Colin. You
- 22:25Speaker 3: know again, there's good leadership now running the rock and
- 22:30Speaker 3: Roll Hall of Fame, so hopefully it'll change. But for
- 22:32Speaker 3: years it was Jan Winner and his friends, and you
- 22:35Speaker 3: know these guys. If you weren't a you know, scruffy looking,
- 22:39Speaker 3: a woodstock type with a big electric guitar, they didn't
- 22:41Speaker 3: want you in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
- 22:43Speaker 3: If you were cute Neil Sadaka with the duop kind of,
- 22:46Speaker 3: they didn't want you in the rock and Roll Hall
- 22:47Speaker 3: of Fame. But you're right, it's a glaring, glaring omission. Hey,
- 22:53Speaker 3: we'll take a break, rob Astarena, we'll talk to him
- 22:55Speaker 3: in just a moment. The Mark Simone Show on sevent
- 23:00Speaker 3: o on Well, Hey, rob As Doino. You know he
- 23:03Speaker 3: does a great weekend show here at w o R.
- 23:07Speaker 3: You can hear him every Saturday at four o'clock on
- 23:09Speaker 3: w R Saturdays at four o'clock, and or if you're
- 23:12Speaker 3: somewhere else you can listen on iHeart. Also he's on
- 23:15Speaker 3: Newsmax TV, does a great show every Saturday. Two better
- 23:20Speaker 3: ask I think it's two o'clock Newsmax. Rob As Doino,
- 23:24Speaker 3: how you doing it's two o'clock, right, two to three,
- 23:27Speaker 3: one three three, it's one to three, it's three o'clock.
- 23:32Speaker 3: That is two o'clock. Now it's one o'clock. Pretty soon,
- 23:34Speaker 3: you're gonna be out all day one o'clock to three o'clock.
- 23:37Speaker 1: How are you, mark?
- 23:38Speaker 3: I don't get up before two o'clock on Saturday, So
- 23:40Speaker 3: that's why confused.
- 23:42Speaker 1: That must mean you have a great Friday night.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the idea. So hey, let me ask you something.
- 23:48Speaker 3: You are your politician who's now doing a radio show.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Of course you for years before that had a big
- 23:53Speaker 3: radio career. But there's another politician who's doing a radio
- 23:56Speaker 3: show on the weekends, your old buddy Andrew Cuomer. Have
- 24:00Speaker 3: you heard this show?
- 24:03Speaker 1: I try not to.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Oh my god, you got.
- 24:06Speaker 1: The most irritating voice. Who would put that voice on
- 24:10Speaker 1: a on a talk radio show? Oh my god?
- 24:13Speaker 3: Well it's he's an ex governor. But you're right, it's
- 24:16Speaker 3: it's like a ponderous lecture. He's like everybody's a student
- 24:19Speaker 3: and he's got to lecture you. You debated this guy.
- 24:23Speaker 3: What did you think when you were debating about that style? God?
- 24:26Speaker 1: You know it's I honestly, I just want to take
- 24:29Speaker 1: a sharp object and shove it in my ears so
- 24:30Speaker 1: I don't have to listen to him.
- 24:32Speaker 18: It's just so brutal, and that cadence and that I
- 24:37Speaker 18: don't even know what kind of accent is it. It's
- 24:39Speaker 18: not I know he's from Queen's but I don't even
- 24:41Speaker 18: know what kind of accent he has.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, the only guy born in America grew
- 24:46Speaker 3: up in New York. It has a foreign accent. What
- 24:48Speaker 3: the And then he does that thing where he asked
- 24:52Speaker 3: himself questions, now, no, no, why do I say that? Well?
- 24:57Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, he's a philosopher. Yeah, he's he's Socrates Andrew.
- 25:03Speaker 3: And then he talked to you like you're a moron,
- 25:06Speaker 3: he said, And we don't. It's a violation. Now what
- 25:09Speaker 3: do we mean when we say violation. He's like a professor.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Could you imagine having him paying for him to go
- 25:17Speaker 1: tell you about the world?
- 25:20Speaker 3: And uh so, But like during his years, three people
- 25:27Speaker 3: ran against him. Didn't you come closer than anybody? I
- 25:30Speaker 3: think you did, right, I did?
- 25:32Speaker 1: Other than Lee? Well Yeah, yeah that's true. I mean
- 25:34Speaker 1: Lee didn't run against him, but yes I did. But
- 25:37Speaker 1: you know it wasn't enough. But we We've been proven
- 25:40Speaker 1: right on just about every issue we talked about. Then
- 25:43Speaker 1: he looked at everybody lie to us and looked, you know,
- 25:46Speaker 1: talk down to us. And in that time, you know,
- 25:50Speaker 1: everyone has gotten the hell out of there. I'm actually
- 25:53Speaker 1: I'm talking to you right now from Dallas. I'm in Texas,
- 25:55Speaker 1: have been for six days now. I was covering this
- 25:59Speaker 1: text Republican primary, which is pretty interesting, but it's such
- 26:04Speaker 1: a different way of life.
- 26:05Speaker 6: Now.
- 26:05Speaker 1: I know you, Mark, You're like, I hate Florida. Bye.
- 26:08Speaker 17: I love you.
- 26:09Speaker 1: The thing about it, I feel like, for six days
- 26:11Speaker 1: I shouldn't have to pay income taxes in New York
- 26:13Speaker 1: because there's going taxes where I am right now, everything
- 26:17Speaker 1: is like you know, normally priced.
- 26:19Speaker 13: The people are nice.
- 26:22Speaker 1: I was driving the other day. Literally the speed limit
- 26:25Speaker 1: is eighty and I'm driving ninety and I'm like, everyone's
- 26:31Speaker 1: passing me.
- 26:32Speaker 3: I love it. Okay, Okay, there's no taxes. You're gonna
- 26:36Speaker 3: drive ninety. That's great, but you're missing five hundred thousand
- 26:40Speaker 3: things that are in New York that aren't there. Well.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I was walking around yesterday.
- 26:46Speaker 19: Now I'm literally in downtown Dallas and it was like
- 26:50Speaker 19: five o'clock at night rush hour, and I could have
- 26:54Speaker 19: just walked across each street with my eyes closed and
- 26:57Speaker 19: I would not have.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Been in danger of being hit by a car. And
- 27:01Speaker 1: I was just thinking about that. Like in New York,
- 27:03Speaker 1: no matter what time, you better look all over the
- 27:06Speaker 1: place because either a scooter's gonna hit you, a cabby's
- 27:09Speaker 1: gonna hit you, an uber is gonna hit you, a
- 27:11Speaker 1: guy is gonna hit you with a hammer, you know whatever.
- 27:14Speaker 1: But here it's such a different world, it really and
- 27:17Speaker 1: truly is. It's they they do have everything here.
- 27:22Speaker 3: But it's not good for you. It's not good for you.
- 27:26Speaker 3: You know, you want to Hey, you're gonna get older
- 27:28Speaker 3: down there. You know, you cross the street and everything's
- 27:30Speaker 3: coming at you and you gotta duck and dodge. It
- 27:31Speaker 3: keeps you young, it keeps you active.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Keeps you quick on your feet.
- 27:36Speaker 3: You're right. You ever see those old people the way
- 27:38Speaker 3: they walk in Florida. Here in New York, the old
- 27:41Speaker 3: guy will knock you over in New Yorker.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, No, I don't do the shuffle thing. But
- 27:46Speaker 1: you got to learn that when you get to Florida,
- 27:47Speaker 1: and you got to learn how to basically have your
- 27:50Speaker 1: head just to bolt just below the steering wheel and
- 27:54Speaker 1: drive thirty in the left lane on ninety five. Yes,
- 27:57Speaker 1: that's what you got to do when you get to Florida.
- 27:59Speaker 3: Hey, speaking of Texas, So why is it why the
- 28:01Speaker 3: Republicans having a tough time in Texas in these races.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Well, it's a three way primary. Cornyan who's the incumbent
- 28:08Speaker 1: senator here, is going for a fifth term, and Ken Paxton,
- 28:12Speaker 1: who's the attorney general really loved by MAGA. It's a
- 28:16Speaker 1: three way race. But it looks like Paxston's gonna win it.
- 28:18Speaker 1: But you got to get over fifty percent. So now
- 28:20Speaker 1: if he doesn't, which you probably won't, there'll be a
- 28:22Speaker 1: primary runoff. They've already spent one hundred million dollars wasted
- 28:28Speaker 1: and then they're gonna have to do it again one
- 28:30Speaker 1: hundred million probably, you know, in the next two months.
- 28:34Speaker 1: And all this money could have been spent around the
- 28:36Speaker 1: country for other Republicans. But Crockett, you know, the lunatic
- 28:40Speaker 1: on the left. She's running in the Democratic primary here,
- 28:42Speaker 1: and it's an open primary, so people can vote in
- 28:45Speaker 1: either party. You have Republicans who are crossing over and
- 28:49Speaker 1: voting for Crockett because they want her. They want her
- 28:52Speaker 1: to be the Democratic nominee because that'll basically lock it
- 28:55Speaker 1: up in November.
- 28:56Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh, you've been through this process. The primary is
- 28:59Speaker 3: still a good idea. R. It's better than the boss
- 29:02Speaker 3: is picking a candidate, isn't it. Yeah.
- 29:04Speaker 1: No, Look, it would be very hypocritical of me because
- 29:07Speaker 1: the bosses picked somebody, you know, the Zelden in twenty
- 29:09Speaker 1: twenty two, and I and Andrew Giuliani and Harry Wilson
- 29:13Speaker 1: ran a primary, you know, and I'm totally fine with that.
- 29:16Speaker 1: That's the process. And I think, you know, the party,
- 29:19Speaker 1: the party people, actually the voters should be able to
- 29:22Speaker 1: pick their candidates.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Yeah. Hey, Rob Baster, and let me just ask you
- 29:26Speaker 3: a county executive question. It's it's pothole season. I start
- 29:30Speaker 3: to see these potholes opening up. Now, what is That's
- 29:32Speaker 3: because the at the end of winter, the ice, the freezing,
- 29:35Speaker 3: the salt, everything ruined. The roads creates these potholes.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Yeah, it expands, it contracts. It's just you know, the
- 29:42Speaker 1: plows just destroy everything. The curbs get all ripped up.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So yeah, that Oh but wait a minute, if you're
- 29:49Speaker 1: in Texas, they don't do that.
- 29:50Speaker 12: The roads.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Look, let me just look at the oh the roads
- 29:52Speaker 1: look okay?
- 29:52Speaker 3: Actually yeah, yeah, yeah, that's because there's no traffic. But hey,
- 29:59Speaker 3: if there was a pothole in the driveway at mar
- 30:01Speaker 3: A Lago an hour later would be filled and fixed.
- 30:04Speaker 3: So why can't governments do that?
- 30:07Speaker 1: Because government is supposed to be on a good day,
- 30:12Speaker 1: just below average, on a normal day, just completely in addition,
- 30:17Speaker 1: So that's the way it's based.
- 30:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean you can't it be like a pothole
- 30:21Speaker 3: truck just going around filling them wherever they it is.
- 30:24Speaker 1: In fact, the other night when I was driving, I
- 30:26Speaker 1: was in Houston. I had to drive up to Fort Worth, right,
- 30:28Speaker 1: so it's like a three and a half hour drive,
- 30:31Speaker 1: and I'm on I forty five going up and all
- 30:35Speaker 1: of a sudden, I look and there are there's a
- 30:38Speaker 1: caravan of construction trucks ahead of me. And I stayed
- 30:42Speaker 1: in this caravan for about ten miles or almost forty
- 30:46Speaker 1: five minutes going eight miles an hour, and then some
- 30:49Speaker 1: rock hit me and I have a like a seven
- 30:52Speaker 1: inch you know, boom right in my windshield. It's a crack.
- 30:55Speaker 1: So that'll be fun when I go to rent a car.
- 30:58Speaker 3: All right, Well, hey, we're almost out of time. So
- 31:01Speaker 3: you were the Republican candidate for government. You came very close,
- 31:03Speaker 3: leez Eldon came very close. What about Bruce Blakeman, Well,
- 31:07Speaker 3: he'd be the greatest governor. Does he have a good shot.
- 31:10Speaker 1: He's got a shot, there's no question. And you know
- 31:11Speaker 1: what the biggest sleeper issue. It's not crime, okay, because
- 31:15Speaker 1: there's a lot of people in the suburbs. They don't
- 31:17Speaker 1: feel unsafe.
- 31:19Speaker 6: Okay.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:20Speaker 1: The big issue, the sleeper issue that affects everybody is energy.
- 31:24Speaker 1: High costs, high electricity costs. They're going crazy, They're going
- 31:27Speaker 1: to get higher. I think it's a really big crossover
- 31:29Speaker 1: issue for him.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Yeah, and most of that was caused by Cuomo and
- 31:33Speaker 3: Hokele absolutely yeah.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Yep, and the Green New Deal in New York closing indiandpoint.
- 31:39Speaker 3: All right, Well, rob Astrino, great stuff, and everybody can
- 31:41Speaker 3: listen to you on w R Saturday at four o'clock

- 32:37Speaker 3: Hey, we got a lot to get to in the

- 32:46Speaker 3: that coming up in the next hour. Also, we'll get
- 32:49Speaker 3: back to the Clinton's testifying. It's pretty good, pretty good
- 32:53Speaker 3: stuff that's been released. We get all of that and
- 32:54Speaker 3: more coming up right after the news here on seven
- 32:57Speaker 3: to ten WR.
- 33:00Speaker 1: You're listening to the Mark Simone Show on.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Hey. So, the White House will brief Congress at some
- 33:12Speaker 3: point this morning. Usually they do it with the Gang
- 33:16Speaker 3: of Eight they'll brief Congress and let them know what's
- 33:19Speaker 3: going on. Everybody knows what's going on, and Jeffreys and
- 33:22Speaker 3: Schumer and all these washed up Blumenthal cheap politicians will
- 33:27Speaker 3: put out these crazy you know, it's this unauthorized illegal war.
- 33:31Speaker 3: It's perfectly legal, perfectly fine, it's within the president's rights.
- 33:35Speaker 3: He's got sixty days to do this. There's no boots
- 33:37Speaker 3: on the ground. And then they'll put out this, Well,
- 33:40Speaker 3: he didn't get the approval of Congress. He didn't get
- 33:43Speaker 3: a vote, and you don't need a vote in Congress,
- 33:45Speaker 3: you don't need approval of You know what's funny is
- 33:47Speaker 3: you go back to Obama, who did this on a
- 33:50Speaker 3: regular basis. Remember, went into Libya, took out the leader
- 33:53Speaker 3: bomb Libya, and the same exact Democrats all put out
- 33:58Speaker 3: statements congratulations to President Obama for taking swift, decisive action.
- 34:04Speaker 3: And you've got all this video of all the Democrats saying,
- 34:07Speaker 3: we've got to get rid of the Ayatola, we got
- 34:09Speaker 3: to liberate or Ran. So it's I mean, it's the
- 34:14Speaker 3: hypocrisy Democrats are famous for. Now, there's some surprising exceptions,
- 34:20Speaker 3: like Jeb Bush. Here's Jeb Bush praising President Trump for
- 34:25Speaker 3: the Iran operation. This is time to take their country back.
- 34:29Speaker 3: They should take their country. Trump engaged extensively in good
- 34:33Speaker 3: faith to achieve a diplomatic solution. President getting praised by
- 34:38Speaker 3: Jeb Bush. Now, this is the second time we've seen
- 34:41Speaker 3: this in a couple of months now. Jeb Bush was
- 34:45Speaker 3: on his way to becoming president, or at least get
- 34:47Speaker 3: in the Republican nomination, and Donald Trump got in there
- 34:51Speaker 3: and destroyed him. He wiped out the Bush dynasty. And
- 34:54Speaker 3: Bush hated Trump. All the Bushes, you know, everybody involved
- 34:57Speaker 3: in Bush world hated Trum and they attacked them left
- 35:01Speaker 3: and right. So and I don't blame them. I mean,
- 35:04Speaker 3: you know, I don't agree with them, but you know,
- 35:06Speaker 3: the guy wiped you out. I could see attacking them.
- 35:09Speaker 3: What happened? Why is Jeb Bush every so often now
- 35:13Speaker 3: praising Trump. I don't know. I'm just guessing. I've run
- 35:17Speaker 3: into Jeb Bush a few times here in New York,
- 35:20Speaker 3: always in a restaurant. I always see him sitting there
- 35:22Speaker 3: with a group of business guys who are whining and
- 35:26Speaker 3: dining him. And obviously, you know, when you got nothing
- 35:29Speaker 3: left politically, you can't run for anything. Your political career
- 35:32Speaker 3: is over. You can go make some money. You can
- 35:35Speaker 3: become a big lobbyist. You can get a lot of
- 35:38Speaker 3: these big companies and these big business guys to pay
- 35:41Speaker 3: you a lot of money to make phone calls for him,
- 35:43Speaker 3: introduce them to people, help them get deals. So I
- 35:47Speaker 3: look to me like that's what he was doing with
- 35:49Speaker 3: all these and they were always different companies. Bush sitting
- 35:52Speaker 3: there in a restaurant with a bunch of so But
- 35:54Speaker 3: to make that business really work, you got to make
- 35:57Speaker 3: it look like you got access to the White House,
- 35:59Speaker 3: to the President, you're on good terms with everybody. So
- 36:03Speaker 3: I think that's why all of a sudden he's shocking
- 36:06Speaker 3: the world by praising Trump all the time. And at
- 36:09Speaker 3: some point he'll get himself in the White House and
- 36:12Speaker 3: post with Trump, and that'll help that lobbying business grow
- 36:15Speaker 3: even more and he'll make many many more millions. That way.
- 36:21Speaker 3: You hear that noise? What is it? Oh? Sounds like
- 36:25Speaker 3: the subway going. It's the maintenance person with that car
- 36:29Speaker 3: down in the hallway. We got great soundproofing in these studios.
- 36:34Speaker 3: Where was it?
- 36:34Speaker 12: Oh?
- 36:34Speaker 3: The President shocked the world this morning with a startling
- 36:38Speaker 3: announcement he will go and appear at the White House
- 36:43Speaker 3: Correspondence Dinner. That's that stupid thing they do every year
- 36:47Speaker 3: in his tradition, that the President appear at the White
- 36:51Speaker 3: House correspondent to dinner. They always have a comedian. For years,
- 36:55Speaker 3: it was a great comedian like Jay Leno or somebody
- 36:58Speaker 3: who would do very funny monologue attacking both sides, and
- 37:02Speaker 3: it was always fin Then over the last few years,
- 37:04Speaker 3: the White House Correspondence Dinner got Trump Derangement syndrome started
- 37:08Speaker 3: under Obama, where suddenly it was always left wing comedians
- 37:13Speaker 3: and the only victim that got attacked was the Republicans,
- 37:18Speaker 3: and it just got totally partisan, totally woke, left wing.
- 37:23Speaker 3: So when Trump came along, he stopped going to the
- 37:26Speaker 3: White House Correspondence Dinner. It was the first time a
- 37:28Speaker 3: president didn't appear there. Now, this White House Correspondence Dinner,
- 37:32Speaker 3: it's just like another they call it the nerd prom
- 37:35Speaker 3: It's like a big gala in the big ballroom in Washington, DC.
- 37:40Speaker 3: And you'd see it on TV on a Saturday night
- 37:43Speaker 3: and you might think, Ah, what's the difference, It's just
- 37:45Speaker 3: another there's a million of these gallas. Who needs us. Well,
- 37:49Speaker 3: it was very important for the media. Very important for
- 37:52Speaker 3: these news organizations. First of all, it made a lot
- 37:54Speaker 3: of money. They would sell those tables for fifty thousand,
- 37:57Speaker 3: twenty five thousand, and seventy five thousand, and guys like
- 38:01Speaker 3: Bloomberg who wanted to be in with the media would
- 38:04Speaker 3: go down there and buy five six tables. And for
- 38:07Speaker 3: all the media organizations, if you're the Washington Post, if
- 38:10Speaker 3: you're NBC, if you're MSNBC, you'd buy all these tables
- 38:15Speaker 3: and you'd invite all your sponsors, all your advertisers. It
- 38:18Speaker 3: was a big thing because every famous face in TV
- 38:21Speaker 3: news and talking you know, news talk would all be there,
- 38:25Speaker 3: Cable news, everybody would be there. So it's a big
- 38:28Speaker 3: thing to bring your top advertisers there and introduce them
- 38:31Speaker 3: all the famous faces. It helps you sell ads, and
- 38:34Speaker 3: so everybody was making it. It was a very profitable
- 38:36Speaker 3: situation for the fake news they really need to and
- 38:40Speaker 3: when the presidents stopped coming, it lost the little gravitas
- 38:45Speaker 3: and they lost a lot of money. So apparently a
- 38:48Speaker 3: deal has been made this year because for the first
- 38:51Speaker 3: time ever, they announced a week ago, this is the
- 38:54Speaker 3: only time they've ever done this. They will not have
- 38:56Speaker 3: a comedian no comedian. They've got what's his name, Pearlman,
- 39:00Speaker 3: the mentalist, all right, but no comedian. This is obviously
- 39:07Speaker 3: a plot. They've been working on Trump, trying to get
- 39:10Speaker 3: him back because they need him to make the money
- 39:12Speaker 3: they used to make. So Trump is agreed he'll go
- 39:15Speaker 3: to the annual White House Correspondence dinner and there'll be
- 39:19Speaker 3: no comedian. Now the liberals are very upset. Now this
- 39:24Speaker 3: will be interesting. This might backfire on the Correspondence Association
- 39:28Speaker 3: because maybe a lot of people won't come, maybe MSNBCCNN,
- 39:31Speaker 3: maybe they'll boycott the thing and not buy a lot
- 39:34Speaker 3: of tables or tickets. In fact, here's one liberal guy writing,
- 39:39Speaker 3: this is awful. The White House Correspondence Association rolled over
- 39:42Speaker 3: and played dead watch. The tables will be filled with
- 39:45Speaker 3: right wing celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Dennis Quaid, John vod,
- 39:49Speaker 3: some country band, but no celebrities that anyone would want
- 39:53Speaker 3: to meet. So this could backfire. Be interesting to see
- 39:59Speaker 3: the liberal writer I was on. I guess now the
- 40:01Speaker 3: Trump control CBS and soon CNN that this is the future.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Well you didn't mind when Obama owned it and controlled it,
- 40:10Speaker 3: So it'd be interesting to see what happens now. The
- 40:12Speaker 3: other thing is it was always kind of a roast.
- 40:14Speaker 3: The comedian would roast the president and if again, if
- 40:17Speaker 3: it was in the good old days when it was balanced,
- 40:19Speaker 3: would roast both sides. But then the president gets up
- 40:22Speaker 3: and roasts them back. And Trump is one of the
- 40:26Speaker 3: greatest roasters. And remember, we've never had a president that's
- 40:32Speaker 3: had actual serious roasting experience before getting an office, and
- 40:38Speaker 3: Trump has. I remember what was the last time I
- 40:42Speaker 3: saw The last big roast he did was the Al
- 40:44Speaker 3: Smith Dinner? Was it last year?
- 40:48Speaker 6: No?
- 40:48Speaker 3: It was not last year. Was the year before twenty
- 40:50Speaker 3: twenty four. It was at the Hilton Hotel right over there,
- 40:54Speaker 3: the Al Smith Dinner. That's the one where he went
- 40:56Speaker 3: after Schumer and he had all these incredible jokes and
- 40:59Speaker 3: he made fun of them. That's the one where Kamala
- 41:01Speaker 3: Harris refused to show up, maybe because she knew she's
- 41:04Speaker 3: not a good roaster and Trump is and he just
- 41:06Speaker 3: stole the show, just wiped out. Everybody got huge laughs.
- 41:12Speaker 3: It was amazing. And I saw him afterwards and he said, wow,
- 41:18Speaker 3: that really went well, did And I said, yeah, you
- 41:20Speaker 3: realize you're the only guy in the history of the
- 41:22Speaker 3: white House is a professional roaster. He goes, what do
- 41:24Speaker 3: you mean? And I had forgot all this. I said,
- 41:27Speaker 3: you know how many roasts you've been in? Real roast,
- 41:29Speaker 3: not this little thing, the major Friars Club roast. And
- 41:33Speaker 3: I looked around the room. I said, right here in
- 41:35Speaker 3: this room, you did a hundred great roasts Friars Club roast,
- 41:39Speaker 3: where you were being roasted. You were the roaster, you
- 41:42Speaker 3: were on the day, He said. Millions of these comedies
- 41:44Speaker 3: Central after that, even before that, we used to do
- 41:48Speaker 3: private roasts a lot of times. I was the MC
- 41:51Speaker 3: but he'd be roasted. He'd get up and roast everybody back.
- 41:53Speaker 3: So he's done it hundreds of times, major league groas,
- 41:57Speaker 3: not this little white House correspondents to dinner. So he's
- 42:01Speaker 3: gonna be well armed. He's gonna come in with the
- 42:03Speaker 3: best jokes and just wipe these people out. It's gonna
- 42:07Speaker 3: be great to watch. Hey, McDonald's, I told you about
- 42:10Speaker 3: this a couple weeks ago. McDonald's needs to do something.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Shake Shack and all these other chains. Five guys, they're
- 42:17Speaker 3: starting to really catch up. They're bigger, juicier. The Big
- 42:21Speaker 3: Mac is great. We love McDonald's, but they got to
- 42:24Speaker 3: compete and keep up. So they've launched a big new product.
- 42:29Speaker 3: It's called the Big Arch. Basically what it is, it's
- 42:33Speaker 3: a Big Mac, but bigger, much, much, bigger, bigger Patty's.
- 42:37Speaker 3: The one problem with the Big Mac. It's delicious, but
- 42:40Speaker 3: the bread to meat ratio is off. There's too much
- 42:43Speaker 3: bread based on the amount of meat. There should be
- 42:46Speaker 3: more meat less bread. I think they've corrected that with
- 42:48Speaker 3: the Big Arch. Now, the problem is how do you
- 42:51Speaker 3: introduce it. Well, they made a huge mistake. They had
- 42:54Speaker 3: the CEO of McDonald's do the video where he's attempting
- 42:57Speaker 3: to eat it. He should have got a prof get
- 43:00Speaker 3: somebody cute. It's him trying to eat it, and he's
- 43:03Speaker 3: trying to be cute, trying to be funny. H hey man,
- 43:07Speaker 3: man trying to be funny, trying to be cute, and
- 43:12Speaker 3: it just backfires. He just looks lame and silly, having
- 43:15Speaker 3: trouble eating it. All right, the moment of truth. That
- 43:19Speaker 3: is so good. That's a big bite for a big Arch.
- 43:22Speaker 3: It's distinctively McDonald's. Only McDonald's could do this type of burger.
- 43:27Speaker 3: But it also is unlike anything else on our menu.
- 43:30Speaker 3: It's a delicious product. This isn't the biggest corporation on Earth.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Can you imagine biggest corporation on Earth? And this is
- 43:39Speaker 3: who does the video? H Yeah, and get a professional
- 43:46Speaker 3: to it so we'll see what it tastes like. They
- 43:48Speaker 3: started in a couple of other countries and apparently did
- 43:52Speaker 3: very well. So they're gonna bring it here and uh,
- 43:55Speaker 3: and we'll see what happens. Hey, the problem with what's
- 43:58Speaker 3: going on in Iran, I mean, it's great, get rid
- 44:00Speaker 3: of the biggest terrorists on earth, bring peace to the
- 44:03Speaker 3: Middle East at some point, But we're worried about an
- 44:07Speaker 3: Iranian sleeper cell here being activated in this country. The
- 44:12Speaker 3: other thing to worry about a lone wolves. He already
- 44:14Speaker 3: saw one in Austin, Texas who went in and shot
- 44:16Speaker 3: up a bar. These lone wolfs who might do something.
- 44:20Speaker 3: But and here's Hokel talking to Governor Hokel. That's a
- 44:23Speaker 3: big threat.
- 44:24Speaker 8: We don't know how many people like that are out
- 44:26Speaker 8: there already and willing to take action in furtherance of
- 44:30Speaker 8: the regime's goals and to retaliate against New Yorkers or Americans.
- 44:36Speaker 3: Now, the problem is, bear in mind, anybody that's here,
- 44:39Speaker 3: any terrorist, any extremist, any lone wolf was let in
- 44:43Speaker 3: by Kathy Hokeel and her buddies. They're the ones that
- 44:45Speaker 3: let him in with their open border, Kathy Hokele, with
- 44:48Speaker 3: their sanctuary city, sanctuary state. So if there is God
- 44:52Speaker 3: forbid a problem, they're the ones that let him in.
- 44:54Speaker 3: So it's a big problem. Oh, let's get back to
- 45:00Speaker 3: Bill Clinton testifying and all of that. So Bill Clinton
- 45:06Speaker 3: was asked about Donald Trump and Epstein. You know, Trump
- 45:10Speaker 3: cut off Epstein very very very early, and apparently there
- 45:14Speaker 3: used to be golf tournaments for I can't remember, a
- 45:19Speaker 3: great cause, and Trump would lend his golf course to
- 45:21Speaker 3: the charity. Oh it was Joe Torrey's Safe at Home,
- 45:24Speaker 3: Joe Torrey's great charity. So Trump would lend him the
- 45:27Speaker 3: golf course. And they have big celebrity golf tournament and
- 45:30Speaker 3: in one of them, Bill Clinton played with Trump in
- 45:34Speaker 3: a foursome and he said during the game they talked
- 45:37Speaker 3: about Epstein. But he was asked about Trump and Epstein.
- 45:40Speaker 10: I hate this, but because I don't believe I should
- 45:42Speaker 10: interact anything, but I do not want to leave the impressions.
- 45:49Speaker 10: Since there was no follow up question, He's never the president,
- 45:54Speaker 10: never visits twenty something years ago, never said anything to
- 45:58Speaker 10: me to make me think he was involved in anything
- 46:01Speaker 10: in profitable regard to Epstein, He just didn't.
- 46:09Speaker 3: Well. He tried to tell this story about why Trump
- 46:13Speaker 3: broke out with Epstein, and he said it was over
- 46:15Speaker 3: a real estate deal. That's not why they broke up.
- 46:17Speaker 3: They broke up before that. That was one of the
- 46:20Speaker 3: final straws. They broke up because Epstein hired away a
- 46:23Speaker 3: couple of mar A Lago employees massuses that made Trump mad.
- 46:27Speaker 3: And then they caught him making inappropriate advances to a
- 46:30Speaker 3: minor in the locker room and it turned out she
- 46:33Speaker 3: was the daughter of a member. That was the final straw.
- 46:35Speaker 3: He was thrown out of the club. Trump banned him
- 46:38Speaker 3: from the club and that was it for them. And
- 46:40Speaker 3: then later there was this real estate deal. There was
- 46:42Speaker 3: a house that was it was Abe Gosman. He was
- 46:45Speaker 3: a very wealthy guy, built a hundred million dollar house.
- 46:48Speaker 3: And then I believe or not, he went broke and
- 46:51Speaker 3: the bank foreclosed and it was a foreclosure sale, so
- 46:54Speaker 3: it's a real bargain. Trump wanted it. And all of
- 46:57Speaker 3: a sudden, Epstein comes out of nowhere and starts bidding again.
- 47:01Speaker 3: So that was like the final start, That's what Clint
- 47:03Speaker 3: was talking about. Trump ended up winning the House, though, Uh,
- 47:06Speaker 3: it's more a Clinton.
- 47:09Speaker 9: Did you ever did you ever have any sexual contact
- 47:14Speaker 9: with young women or girls in the presence of epscen
- 47:17Speaker 9: or Maxwell? No, did you ever have sexual contact with
- 47:24Speaker 9: any young woman or girl introduced to you by Epstein
- 47:28Speaker 9: or Maxwell? Mister president, with the benefit of hindsight, were
- 47:37Speaker 9: there things you witness that could have suggested that Epstein
- 47:42Speaker 9: was trafficking and sexually abusing young women and girls?
- 47:53Speaker 3: I did not believe. So yeah, yeah, he's uh, you know,
- 47:58Speaker 3: the old Bill Clinton would dog like it was a
- 48:00Speaker 3: real fast talker. He was great. Now the current Bill
- 48:03Speaker 3: Clinton is starting to slow. Little Joe Biden creeping in there. Hey,
- 48:09Speaker 3: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 48:12Speaker 3: to two to one zero seven ten is the number.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Eight hundred three to two to one zero seven ten. Hey.

- 49:53Speaker 15: Hey, good morning Mark. Thanks, funny thing. I just wanted
- 49:58Speaker 15: to say. You know, everyone says late night TV is dead,
- 50:01Speaker 15: but I think we ought to nominate Trump for late
- 50:04Speaker 15: night Trump. He's kid to a stand up routine that
- 50:08Speaker 15: would last half an hour.
- 50:10Speaker 9: I was away the other day.
- 50:12Speaker 3: Promise me you will not do a stand up routine.
- 50:15Speaker 3: Promise where are you in Long Island?
- 50:18Speaker 15: I'm in Long Beach.
- 50:20Speaker 3: That explains it.
- 50:21Speaker 13: Yeah, I don't know.
- 50:25Speaker 3: But anyway, let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how
- 50:29Speaker 3: you doing?
- 50:31Speaker 17: Good morning, Mark. The most disturbing thing about those Clinton
- 50:35Speaker 17: bites that you've been playing is how rotten the Republicans
- 50:39Speaker 17: are at these things. You know, when the Democrats have
- 50:41Speaker 17: a Republican in front of them, they badger them, they
- 50:44Speaker 17: beat them, they make they don't actually ask questions, They
- 50:47Speaker 17: make all these accusations, and then when the Republican tries
- 50:50Speaker 17: to answer, they say, I'm not seating my time.
- 50:53Speaker 3: You know, and head I've been telling you that for weeks.
- 50:56Speaker 3: Republicans stink at hearings. They don't know how to do it.
- 51:00Speaker 3: Democrats come away with all kinds of drama that goes viral.
- 51:04Speaker 3: Republicans nothing ever happens when they do hearings.
- 51:07Speaker 17: Way too polite, way too polite.
- 51:08Speaker 3: You're absolutely right. Let's go to uh, Justin in Fair Lawn,
- 51:13Speaker 3: New Jersey. Justin. How you doing?
- 51:16Speaker 16: Yeah, I'm mark great show is always uh. I just
- 51:19Speaker 16: wanted to add a comment and get your response. Is
- 51:22Speaker 16: there any planned attack on the port of a Moose
- 51:26Speaker 16: by Israelian American forces to do what? By any planned
- 51:30Speaker 16: attack by the alleys of Trump and ISRAELI are not
- 51:35Speaker 16: going to attack.
- 51:36Speaker 3: The straits of Horror Moose, We're going to open them up.
- 51:39Speaker 16: Yeah, that's what I meant.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Well, right now, it's the reason for the spike in
- 51:45Speaker 3: oil stock market. Right now, the straits of Remose are
- 51:47Speaker 3: kind of useless. There's no tankers coming through there. Once
- 51:50Speaker 3: this is all cleared up, they'll be flowing like never before.
- 51:53Speaker 3: Price of oil will come way down.
- 51:55Speaker 12: Uh.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Now. The one reason the tankers are not flowing, it's
- 51:59Speaker 3: not that there's any bombing going on it. There's no insurance,
- 52:01Speaker 3: right now you can't move your tanker unless your insurance
- 52:05Speaker 3: company's got it insured. And right now the insurance companies
- 52:08Speaker 3: cut everybody off. If you're going to go through there
- 52:10Speaker 3: that area, you don't have any insurance at the moment.
- 52:12Speaker 3: So they got to wait till things calm down a little.
- 52:14Speaker 3: One more Bill in New Jersey. What do you want
- 52:16Speaker 3: to say? Bill? Thanks?
- 52:18Speaker 11: Mark, it's the state of the Union, President Trump. The
- 52:22Speaker 11: Democrats showed their true colors how bad they are when
- 52:26Speaker 11: they wouldn't stand Mark for that innocent young girl the wil.
- 52:32Speaker 3: You're right, but this is like two weeks ago. The
- 52:34Speaker 3: calls like a rerun from a week ago. Let's go
- 52:37Speaker 3: to Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 52:38Speaker 12: Vincent, how you doing, Good morning, Mark, Malcolm. Okay, I
- 52:41Speaker 12: took take exception to something that Ann coult has said. Yes,
- 52:45Speaker 12: they that Mago, that Magat supporters. Trump's supporters are abandoning
- 52:50Speaker 12: him half for Magat supporters or abandoning him over the
- 52:54Speaker 12: wall against this degenerate in Iran. Well, I know a
- 52:59Speaker 12: lot of veterans, and I seen and spoke to them
- 53:03Speaker 12: during the recent days, and all of them are proud
- 53:06Speaker 12: of President Trump. And she forgot the fact she's talking
- 53:09Speaker 12: about uh that we should be fighting Mexico because of
- 53:13Speaker 12: the one hundred thousand debts a year from fent and
- 53:16Speaker 12: all and stuff like that. And Dan has deserved to
- 53:21Speaker 12: talk in the same sentence to talk about our brave
- 53:24Speaker 12: men and women in the service. They didn't choose to
- 53:28Speaker 12: be deployed in the Middle East and have their arms
- 53:32Speaker 12: their legs blown off by i U d's manufactured by Iran,
- 53:38Speaker 12: which she doesn't know.
- 53:39Speaker 3: And her too. Seriously, it's all right. Relationship with Trump.
- 53:46Speaker 3: One week she loves him, one week she hates it. Mark,
- 53:48Speaker 3: Can I say this real fast? We got ten seconds?
- 53:51Speaker 12: Okay. What she doesn't know is that during the eighties
- 53:54Speaker 12: Iran I know, she knows. No Iran was flooding New
- 53:58Speaker 12: York with heroin.
- 54:01Speaker 3: I know, we know this, we know this. But listen
- 54:03Speaker 3: again on the Suvica Trump, it's love hate. She'll go
- 54:06Speaker 3: back and forth.
- 54:07Speaker 12: You just wow, great job, President Trump, and keep it
- 54:10Speaker 12: off and kick theren.
- 54:12Speaker 3: We I agree, all right, Vincent, We got to go
- 54:14Speaker 3: for the news. Thanks for calling, Bill, O'Reilly will be
- 54:17Speaker 3: with us next on seven to ten wor.
- 54:20Speaker 2: Mister New York Hey, that's Marks someone seven ten woor.
- 54:26Speaker 3: Well, Bill O'Reilly of course, the number one TV anchor
- 54:29Speaker 3: for decades, the number one best selling non fiction author
- 54:33Speaker 3: on Earth. You can get his latest book, Confronting Evil.
- 54:36Speaker 3: It's a big best seller. You can watch his TV show,
- 54:39Speaker 3: Get the Columns Everything at Bill oreilly dot com. Hey,
- 54:42Speaker 3: also watch his YouTube channel. A lot of great stuff there,
- 54:45Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly on YouTube, and make sure you subscribe there,
- 54:49Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly. How you doing.
- 54:51Speaker 14: Hanging to out here? Busy week as you know?
- 54:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Hey, of course the Democrats going nuts over Iran.
- 54:59Speaker 3: He didn'tet congrat approval, he didn't do this, he didn't
- 55:02Speaker 3: do that. Did but when Obama did the Libya they
- 55:05Speaker 3: had just the opposite position. So should we just expect
- 55:08Speaker 3: this from Democrats?
- 55:10Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 55:10Speaker 14: I mean there's a pull out today that fifty nine
- 55:13Speaker 14: to forty one against the Iran action. But when you
- 55:18Speaker 14: add in almost ninety percent of Democrats will pose anything
- 55:22Speaker 14: that Donald Trump does, and then you have some isolation
- 55:26Speaker 14: is on a far right pill makes sense, But the
- 55:30Speaker 14: Jubet missisions didn't care about polling numbers at this point.
- 55:34Speaker 14: They sensed weakness into Iran. They sense that the Persian
- 55:39Speaker 14: people were ready to change their government. And that's what
- 55:44Speaker 14: ignited the action. It's an optional action. Didn't have to
- 55:48Speaker 14: do it now, the Trump people, but they felt that
- 55:52Speaker 14: they had a good chance to overthrow the Mullas because
- 55:56Speaker 14: of the Persian dissatisfaction with that government.
- 56:00Speaker 3: Yeah. You talked to the President about Iran earlier right in.
- 56:04Speaker 14: Yeah, had a long conversation. He didn't want to do
- 56:07Speaker 14: the military action. He's not the kind of guy that
- 56:10Speaker 14: likes a lot of bloodshed on his watch. He wants
- 56:13Speaker 14: to be known as a peacemaker. He thinks that's the
- 56:15Speaker 14: way too. In answering his presidential legacy, and we talked
- 56:21Speaker 14: about options. I was not very confident that he was
- 56:24Speaker 14: going to be able to make a deal. He was
- 56:26Speaker 14: He thought the Moullas would come around, and the fact
- 56:30Speaker 14: that they didn't was insane. And now fifty of them
- 56:33Speaker 14: are talking to Olive even as we speak. You know,
- 56:37Speaker 14: these people, they live in a bubble, They live in
- 56:39Speaker 14: a world that doesn't exist. And when the United States says, look,
- 56:44Speaker 14: you either come to a deal or we're going to
- 56:47Speaker 14: hurt you militarily, I mean he got to come to
- 56:49Speaker 14: the deal. You don't have a plan B. So Trump
- 56:57Speaker 14: is a logical linear thinker, as a way he looks
- 57:00Speaker 14: at Well, they don't want to die, but apparently they
- 57:03Speaker 14: didn't care about dying, so they're dead.
- 57:06Speaker 3: You know, he always thinks he's the same thing with
- 57:08Speaker 3: the Ukraine. I'll make a deal as soon as I
- 57:10Speaker 3: get and he's the greatest deal maker, and it works
- 57:13Speaker 3: in the business world. I don't think he realized when
- 57:15Speaker 3: you get into international politics, you're dealing with psychopaths and lunatics.
- 57:19Speaker 3: There's just no deal. You can't make a deal with
- 57:21Speaker 3: some of these people, can you.
- 57:23Speaker 14: Well, the big thing is you can uphold the deals
- 57:26Speaker 14: that you make in business. Once you sign that contract,
- 57:30Speaker 14: they have to do it or they get hauled into
- 57:33Speaker 14: court and punished. And an international deal, these people could say, yeah,
- 57:37Speaker 14: we'll make a deal, we'll sign it, and then they
- 57:39Speaker 14: don't live up to anything. Who's going to force them. Yeah,
- 57:42Speaker 14: that's a big deal. That's the look. Pudin tells Trump
- 57:45Speaker 14: all the time. And I know this to be true. Yeah,
- 57:48Speaker 14: I'll make a deal with you. Yeah, we'll work it out.
- 57:51Speaker 14: I mean this has said that fifty times to Trump
- 57:54Speaker 14: and then he doesn't. And what are you going to do?
- 57:57Speaker 14: You can't do anything about it unless you want to
- 58:00Speaker 14: attack Putin and you can't do that because of the nukes.
- 58:03Speaker 3: Yeah. Do you ever think you know Trump as well
- 58:06Speaker 3: as anybody? Do you ever think, sometimes, especially lately, says
- 58:09Speaker 3: what the hell did I get myself into here with
- 58:12Speaker 3: this present?
- 58:12Speaker 15: Yah?
- 58:12Speaker 14: He loves the job. He just likes the content. Action.
- 58:17Speaker 3: You know.
- 58:18Speaker 14: Donald Trump's an action junkie. He loves stuff going around,
- 58:22Speaker 14: swirling around challenges. He loves the job. He's not exhausted,
- 58:28Speaker 14: although you know he's going to be eighty years old
- 58:31Speaker 14: and it's taking us so you can see him postures
- 58:35Speaker 14: a little hunch now and you know, obviously a's is
- 58:38Speaker 14: gonna affect him. But he's an amazing guy in my opinion,
- 58:46Speaker 14: the energy level that he brings and a clarity of thought.
- 58:49Speaker 14: And I'm one of the few people on earth that
- 58:51Speaker 14: can really have a conversation with the man. Yeah, because
- 58:54Speaker 14: I don't fear him. I'm not looking any to get
- 58:57Speaker 14: anything from him. I don't work for him, So as
- 59:01Speaker 14: my two guys who's known each other for thirty five years,
- 59:04Speaker 14: and I don't call him, I don't intrude on him,
- 59:07Speaker 14: but when he calls me, I give him my honest opinion.
- 59:09Speaker 14: But we're able to speak in a way that's different
- 59:13Speaker 14: than how he speaks to people who are under him
- 59:16Speaker 14: and have to obey him. And then the press, of course,
- 59:19Speaker 14: is out to hurt him. He knows that I'm not
- 59:23Speaker 14: in that category at all. I'm going to treat him fairly.
- 59:26Speaker 14: So I think I have unique conversations.
- 59:29Speaker 12: With the man.
- 59:29Speaker 14: I can tell you he's on it because I'm on it.
- 59:33Speaker 12: You know that.
- 59:35Speaker 14: I know what's going on. And there's very very little
- 59:41Speaker 14: that escapes him. His observations, his ability to access information,
- 59:50Speaker 14: to understand both sides. It's really you know, Obama is
- 59:54Speaker 14: like that too. Obama's very crisp in his mental capacities.
- 1:00:00Speaker 14: Obama had a whole different agenda than Trump, and that's
- 1:00:03Speaker 14: where Obama let a lot of things go that Trump
- 1:00:05Speaker 14: does not.
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: Hey, he's so surprised everybody this morning announcing he'll go
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: to the White House Correspondence dinner. What does he think?
- 1:00:14Speaker 14: Yeah, I don't know if that's a good thing. So
- 1:00:16Speaker 14: I invited him to the dinner in twenty eleven. It's
- 1:00:20Speaker 14: amazing how time passes. Fifteen years ago and we sat
- 1:00:25Speaker 14: there right in front of President Obama as Obama took
- 1:00:29Speaker 14: him apart. Funny it was funny. I'm going to run
- 1:00:32Speaker 14: a clip on the No Spin News tonight, but Broyle
- 1:00:36Speaker 14: Boy Trump did not like that, and I'm going to
- 1:00:42Speaker 14: remind everybody what the whole thing was. I'm not sure
- 1:00:47Speaker 14: that this is a good decision because i got to
- 1:00:49Speaker 14: tell you, I've never seen hatred at the level the
- 1:00:54Speaker 14: Washington Press Corps has for a president ever.
- 1:00:58Speaker 12: Nixon was loath.
- 1:01:00Speaker 14: They hated him, and they didn't like Reagan either. But
- 1:01:03Speaker 14: here is a whole different ballgame. So Number one, it
- 1:01:07Speaker 14: depends who the MC is going to be, and I'm
- 1:01:09Speaker 14: sure Trump will have a little input on that.
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: Well, they've already annound they already.
- 1:01:13Speaker 14: Have Chelsea Handler or somebody like that.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: They already announced no comedian this year, so that's okay.
- 1:01:19Speaker 14: So that's one of the reasons he's going because he's
- 1:01:21Speaker 14: not going to get harpooned. But there's got to be
- 1:01:23Speaker 14: an MC, and it'll probably be this Juju Chang who's
- 1:01:29Speaker 14: CBS correspondents, added the Correspondence Association, but all of them
- 1:01:35Speaker 14: hate him, so I'm not sure he's got control over it.
- 1:01:41Speaker 14: I may go, just like as a bouncer, I may go,
- 1:01:47Speaker 14: I'm not sure yet, you actually were.
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: A bouncer once when when you were a young guy, right.
- 1:01:52Speaker 15: I was.
- 1:01:53Speaker 14: I worked at the wreck Bar in Miami Beach, the
- 1:01:56Speaker 14: hottest spot in Florida. I was a whole nother story. Boy,
- 1:02:02Speaker 14: that was hysterical.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: Now, that would be a good book. What the hell
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: went on at that rec bar and heyday in Miami.
- 1:02:07Speaker 14: I'm gonna I'm gonna incorporate it in my next book.
- 1:02:10Speaker 14: That story. There's a kicker to the story that pertains
- 1:02:14Speaker 14: to today. But I am gonna, I am gonna write
- 1:02:17Speaker 14: about that. I was a high school teacher and I
- 1:02:19Speaker 14: had to make extra money because I'd like to eat
- 1:02:22Speaker 14: once in a while, and they'll pay me nothing down there.
- 1:02:25Speaker 14: So I signed on as a bouncer to uh work
- 1:02:29Speaker 14: at the wreck Bar. It was a mob place, and
- 1:02:32Speaker 14: uh they paid me cash. And you know, I work
- 1:02:35Speaker 14: Saturday nights and I got enough money to eat for
- 1:02:37Speaker 14: the week. But it was hysterical.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: What a place legendary in Miami. Hey, we're almost the
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: acquisition of Warner Brothers, all that paramount. They'll own CNN.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: What do you think they'll do with CNN?
- 1:02:51Speaker 12: Wipe it out?
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: Really? What do you mean?
- 1:02:53Speaker 14: They're all gone, They're all gonna go. They can't keep them,
- 1:02:58Speaker 14: so it's not gonna be all at once, but you'll
- 1:03:02Speaker 14: see attrition. Uh. And then the problem with with the
- 1:03:07Speaker 14: new management sky Dance is that there's not a lot
- 1:03:10Speaker 14: of talent out there anymore. It's not like you got
- 1:03:14Speaker 14: journalists coming out of college like that football and basketball.
- 1:03:20Speaker 14: It's very, very scanted. You've got people who are afraid, afraid,
- 1:03:25Speaker 14: they don't really have a good grasp of what's happening.
- 1:03:29Speaker 14: So what do you replace your Jake Tappers with? What
- 1:03:32Speaker 14: do you replace uh Anderson Cooper with? That's going to
- 1:03:36Speaker 14: be their problem. But the perception of the talent over
- 1:03:40Speaker 14: there is that it's so hateful that no conservative or
- 1:03:45Speaker 14: traditional American is going to watch that network and that's
- 1:03:48Speaker 14: why it's failing so badly.
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: Huh oh, that's its seeming. Maybe switching to something else
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: like another network and other No, they'll.
- 1:03:58Speaker 14: Keep it because they make a lot of money overseas.
- 1:04:01Speaker 14: Oh yeah, wherever you go in the world against CNN,
- 1:04:05Speaker 14: and they got those countries got to pay for that,
- 1:04:08Speaker 14: so they're making money, but they're not competing in America.
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: Yeah. Interesting, Well, Bill O'Reilly. Everybody watched Bill O'Reilly's TV

- 1:05:09Speaker 3: Simoons show. Well. The President, speaking with reporters moments ago
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: in the Oval Office, said a few things. He said,
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: they've now knocked out every possible defense that Iran has.
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: Their radar is gone, all the defensive equipment they have
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: is gone as far as they still have some missile launchers,
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: but very few. The number is dramatically down, but they're
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: almost totally helpless now and defenseless. I'm going to keep
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: this up, the bombing for a few weeks. He also
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: said one reason for the strike now they thought the
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: way the talks were going, that Iran might attack first.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: He also pointed out, if you want to see how
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: evil Iran is, you know they've been bombing since this
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: war began four days ago. They've been bombing other countries,
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: and they've been specific Trump pointing out they've been specifically
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: aiming at hotels and apartment buildings, aiming deliberately at civilians.
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: Of course we don't do that, Israel doesn't do that.
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: But Iran attacking apartment buildings, hotels and trying to kill civilians.
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: True evil. Hey, we're out of time. That's it. I'll
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: be back tomorrow ten to noon. I'm here every day
