  SPEAKER_00: This is a very important announcement and exciting, and that is that our podcast is going to be changing names.

  SPEAKER_00: We're moving forward, we're going to be known as the outdoor hospitality podcast.

  SPEAKER_00: There's a couple of reasons for that.

  SPEAKER_00: One of the biggest ones is, at least for me personally, you know, my why and why I do this work and work in this industry is to get more people outside, disconnecting so that they can reconnect with nature and loved ones and themselves.

  SPEAKER_00: And so I always want the outdoors and nature to be a focus of the work that I'm doing.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, so that's a big reason why it was important for me.

  SPEAKER_00: And then it also falls in nicely with Sage.

  SPEAKER_00: So Sage, who's going to be helping run the podcast, their work covers all outdoor hospitality.

  SPEAKER_00: And what that means is basically glamping, landscape resorts, RV resorts, campgrounds.

  SPEAKER_00: And so it's a little bit more fitting for the work done at Sage as well.

  SPEAKER_00: Moving forward, we'll broaden the horizons of the podcast to include some of those other asset classes as well.

  SPEAKER_00: But I am excited because we've got big plans and are going to be looking to ramp up and improve uh the podcast.

  SPEAKER_00: We've got some amazing guests slotted and coming up in the next few months, including uh the great and well-known Isaac French.

  SPEAKER_00: And we might be getting Sarah Dusick back on and some other great guests.

  SPEAKER_00: And what's nice too is that Sherry and Sage are looking to continue to invest in the podcast to get more content out and continue to professionalize it, which is amazing.

  SPEAKER_00: And all that to say, since we're doing this name change, make sure that you follow the podcast on whatever your platform that you're listening, just make sure to give it a follow because when the name changes, we'll probably be moved to a new place and you might have difficulty finding us.
