Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: I wandered lonely as a cloud. I wandered lonely as
- 0:04Speaker 1: a cloud that floats on high o'er vales and hills,
- 0:09Speaker 1: when all at once I saw a crowd, a host
- 0:12Speaker 1: of golden daffodils, beside the lake, beneath the trees, fluttering
- 0:17Speaker 1: and dancing in the breeze. Continuous as the stars that
- 0:22Speaker 1: shine and twinkle on the Milky Way, they stretched in
- 0:25Speaker 1: never-ending line along the margin of a bay, Ten thousand
- 0:30Speaker 1: saw I at a glance, tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
- 0:34Speaker 1: The waves beside them danced, but they outdid the sparkling
- 0:38Speaker 1: waves in glee. A poet could not but be gay
- 0:42Speaker 1: in such a jocund company. I gazed and gazed, but
- 0:46Speaker 1: little thought what wealth the show to me had brought.
- 0:50Speaker 1: For oft, when on my couch I lie, in vacant
- 0:53Speaker 1: or in pensive mood, They flash upon that inward eye,
- 0:57Speaker 1: which is the bliss of solitude. And then my heart
- 1:01Speaker 1: with pleasure fills and dances with the daffodils.
