- 0:01Speaker 2: I have stacks of information and rich has got life
- 0:04Speaker 2: hacks of information. There is a raccoon in Seattle. It's
- 0:09Speaker 2: been going viral because it's so recognizable. In fact, I
- 0:11Speaker 2: wonder if you guys can google it and see this
- 0:13Speaker 2: little raccoon.
- 0:14Speaker 1: I've seen it. It runs kind of funky.
- 0:16Speaker 2: It's the raccoon's name is Jimothy. It suffers from short
- 0:20Speaker 2: spine syndrome, which gives it a very recognizable shape and posture.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Yeah, I've seen this before. He like kinda like hunchback.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it's actually kind of fast.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I'm like, to me, it's kind of sad. Actually, he
- 0:33Speaker 1: looks like it looks like it hurts.
- 0:35Speaker 2: So when you guys go walking, I think there's different
- 0:37Speaker 2: levels of walking. Like I walk to get my steps,
- 0:39Speaker 2: I get on a treadmill, walk pretty fast and I
- 0:41Speaker 2: walk around. If I'm walking like the street or walking
- 0:43Speaker 2: around the neighborhood or walking in the mall, it kind
- 0:45Speaker 2: of goes slow.
- 0:45Speaker 1: But if I'm in the airport, I walk really fast.
- 0:47Speaker 2: And there was this survey that said seven percent of
- 0:50Speaker 2: people consider themselves a.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Fast walker very fast walker. Twenty nine percent.
- 0:55Speaker 2: I think they're somewhat fast, twelve percent say they're slow,
- 0:58Speaker 2: five percent say they're very slow.
- 0:59Speaker 1: My wife says, I stroll. You just strolled, you.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Know, compare to Kyle, who I think is a fast walker.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Kyle walks kind of fast.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I just love legs.
- 1:11Speaker 3: It just depends if like I'm in a hurry.
- 1:13Speaker 2: But also I do like I do feel like most
- 1:16Speaker 2: of the time, maybe eighty percent of the time, like
- 1:18Speaker 2: I'm walking to get somewhere, like let's let's get there right,
- 1:22Speaker 2: like when you walking with your sisters for that effort exercise. Though, Yeah,
- 1:26Speaker 2: remember did they walk way fast? They did, and they
- 1:28Speaker 2: did walk fast.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and you couldn't you couldn't hang and then
- 1:31Speaker 1: one ran and I could not hang with the running.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Colorado police arrested a man from Arizona after he was
- 1:40Speaker 2: caught surfing naked on top of a moving train.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Ooh.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Cops say he expressed his love for vodka, beer and
- 1:47Speaker 2: playing the banjo. That person from Arizona, I believe is
- 1:51Speaker 2: our very own Nick Johnson.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Arm producer. Woman in New York is going viral. Now.
- 1:59Speaker 2: I want to really get into this later on, but
- 2:01Speaker 2: this woman's going viral after ranting how she nixed a date.
- 2:06Speaker 2: She ended the date because the guy picked the lame restaurant.
- 2:10Speaker 2: She insists on white tablecloths and having a car sent
- 2:13Speaker 2: for her, and because he didn't do that, she was like,
- 2:16Speaker 2: I'm out.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Well, I guess if that's the kind of guy you're
- 2:23Speaker 3: trying to attract, then maybe that's the sort of date
- 2:28Speaker 3: you should go on. Minimum Yeah, that's your world. I
- 2:31Speaker 3: guess you're not gonna get a whole lot of dudes
- 2:33Speaker 3: that are into that, but maybe one you can.
- 2:36Speaker 2: I think you meet a guy, you go on a date,
- 2:37Speaker 2: and then like that. That's a fun goal to get
- 2:39Speaker 2: to go in those kind of restaurants. But not every restaurant.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Every date's going to be like that unless there's a
- 2:45Speaker 2: special app for that white tablecloth app. Women ordered soulmate
- 2:50Speaker 2: drawings from someone on eBay. Okay, I'm not sure what
- 2:53Speaker 2: that is, but I think we can figure it out.
- 2:54Speaker 2: It's like a psychic that draws your soulmate.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I guess.
- 2:57Speaker 2: A week later she met a person who looked like
- 2:59Speaker 2: a lot like the draw and now two years later
- 3:01Speaker 2: they're engaged.
- 3:02Speaker 1: What dang it?
- 3:04Speaker 2: Worked? Man, Florida police chief is resigned after he was
- 3:08Speaker 2: accused of having sex with the wife of a man
- 3:10Speaker 2: he was investigating.
- 3:13Speaker 1: A study found.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Excess body fat may be linked to more than eleven
- 3:17Speaker 2: percent of all cancers, nearly double earlier estimates.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Huh good. Oh, and I get this.
- 3:25Speaker 2: People are debating about a call call a toy called
- 3:28Speaker 2: My Mini Baby mom in Surprise Doll. It's a pregnant
- 3:31Speaker 2: doll with a removable stomach that contains a very realistic
- 3:34Speaker 2: and amiemotic sack with a tiny plastic baby and slime inside.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Mm.
- 3:40Speaker 1: That's kind of gross.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Don't give that to anybody if that comes out. Nobody
- 3:45Speaker 3: wants their kid to have that. Yeah, that sounds gross.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Oh man, Anyway, that's a great Just get those orders
- 3:52Speaker 2: in for Christmas.
- 3:53Speaker 1: What do you got for life? ACKs Rich?
- 3:54Speaker 3: All right, So this is from doctor Sleep, who we've
- 3:57Speaker 3: had on our show before. And if you have problems
- 4:01Speaker 3: falling to sleep, this trick is so simple. Once you
- 4:05Speaker 3: do it for three nights in a row, you'll be
- 4:07Speaker 3: asleep within fifteen minutes every time.
- 4:10Speaker 1: And here's the trick.
- 4:10Speaker 3: You gotta avoid checking your phone during this, changing positions
- 4:13Speaker 3: or fidgeting. The simple trick is to stay as still
- 4:16Speaker 3: as you can for ten to fifteen minutes with your
- 4:20Speaker 3: eyes closed. So what that does when you're motionless, it
- 4:23Speaker 3: actually helps signal your brain that it's time to wind
- 4:27Speaker 3: down and sleep. In fact, it'll probably start happening to
- 4:29Speaker 3: you during the day too if you sit down in
- 4:32Speaker 3: a chair. So now it's not going to work every time,
- 4:34Speaker 3: but if you're tossing and turning, staying perfectly still may
- 4:37Speaker 3: help you drift off a little faster. And the more
- 4:40Speaker 3: you do it, the more it'll work for you. Let
- 4:42Speaker 3: us know how that works for you. That little tip
- 4:44Speaker 3: and many more live hacks are up at John jayn
