- 1:51SPEAKER_00: But today I want to dive into what doing the work means, doing the work, how I knew it was healing, how how we really heal, what that looks like.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: And yeah, so let's dive in.

- 3:32SPEAKER_00: So, that being said, thank you guys so much, and I will get back to the episode.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: There's like there's so many facets of this that I could go into.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: But the top thing I want to say is that allowing your emotions to be there and processing them with someone who feels safe to you is key.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: That's how you heal.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And so often we try to do things ourselves.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Like I get it, I used to be there trying to figure it all out myself.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: But when you allow yourself to be in containers and be with someone who feels safe to you, then you can let go and process and release.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: But also, right, what we're trying to do when we're doing the work, right, is we're trying to not only understand the part of us that felt that way, but we need to be led through the guiding points of how to let that part get rewired and let go.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: But unless you've been trained in this, right, you're not gonna know how to do that.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: I don't know how to fix a car, right?
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: So I wouldn't expect like I could try to Google it, but I might mess up, you know, putting the wrong thing and then I end up blowing up the car, right?
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: So I want you to really remember how important it is, especially when doing this work and just having the outside perspective about how things are, the way you interpreted things, and having someone necessarily find the things that you may not even know of that need to be processed, right?
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Because when we think about protecting ourselves, we often develop trauma responses, coping mechanisms.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: We don't even remember the things that are the things that like made us be the way we are, right?
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: And sometimes we do.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we have those vivid memories of like, I always remember this, I always remember that, and we definitely need to release those.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: But how we really heal is by allowing ourselves to become this like loose water in a container, right?
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: And so in order for you to actually let go, you need to be in a container that feels so safe to you.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: And this is why I'm so passionate about getting into containers and why like do not try to trauma release.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Well, A, unless you're trained, like you're not gonna even know how to trauma release yourself.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: But B, you need to be held, right?
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Like when a baby's crying, it wants to be held and have like a safe container.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: Same thing with you when you're processing emotions and allowing it to be there and looking to look at things in a new way, you need to be guided and held through that.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: So please, please, always put yourself in safe containers, whether it's me, if it's me, beautiful, if it's someone else, beautiful.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I just want you to be in a space where you resonate with that person and you really allow yourself to let go.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: And the next thing I want to dive into in terms of like what it means to do the work and how we heal is not wronging or judging those parts.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: So often we can invalidate them because it wasn't quote unquote that bad or you had a quote unquote normal childhood.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: I remember um I had this recent client and I always like to share these little client examples because I think it really helps you to paint a picture where you might be invalidating yourself.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: And just know that when you invalidate your own traumas because you don't think they're that significant, you end up self-abandoning.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: And when we self-abandon, that not only leads to physical symptoms, right?
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: Hormones, skin, gut, etc., but you also reject yourself, lack of self-love, and then no wonder we struggle with self-love, right?
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: So I don't want you to ever invalidate your feelings because it's not that bad or because you had a quote unquote normal childhood.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: So, like the client example I was going to give, she I love this.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: I asked her about her childhood.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: It was normal, it was good, but she had been, she has a history of pulling out her eyelashes and her eyebrow hair.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: There's something in her childhood, like there's no way there's not, right?
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: But her first instinct was, no, it's normal, no, it was fine.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And I had to like really dig deep into what was there so that we could release it.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: And just so we know, like, just so you guys know, we did that one like releasing call, and she hasn't like touched them since.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And she went away.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: This is the first time she went on my vacation.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: She didn't have to like wear strip lashes, and she was just like in the water, like she could be in the water without like wearing them, felt good, felt free.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: So, just like, oh, to me, that's like so delicious.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Like, because I I've been on both sides, I've been on the side where like you don't feel free, and I've been on the side where you feel free, and that could even be the free of like not having to wear makeup, the freeness of like not being bloated all the time.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Lord Jesus, I remember being bloated all the time, and like now that I'm not, you're like, wow, like it's just it's a whole different way to live and vibe.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: So I want you to really get into the habit of not wronging or judging those parts and really start to just working and be more compassionate with yourself and not invalidate them and just be open to how that younger version of you interpreted it, right?
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: So diving deeper into how we heal, obviously, we need to move your body in ways that allow stored energy to release.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: And this is the power of somatic healing.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Energy or emotions are energy in motion, right?
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: The example I always give tears are a proof that your emotions have physical effects.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: So there are specific strategies where you can move your body in ways that allow the stored energy to release, and this is super important.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: Uh, we had a beautiful call, was it in one of the programs recently?
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: Anyways, she'd come in and she was super bloated that day.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: She felt like there was a balloon in her stomach.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: By the end of the call, she was like, bloating was gone.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: It was a deflated balloon, like it was completely relieved.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: That is the power of moving your body in ways that allow the stored energy to release.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: So it's super important.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: I mean, moving your body in general, like that's why you can feel good after a run or a walk.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: Um, and I love both of those, but we often shut down the way our bodies want to move to relief uh to release trauma.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: For example, when someone's really upset and they're crying and they start shaking, you uh the human instinct is to stop them from shaking.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Never do that.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: Please do not stop people from that.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: They're really it's the healthiest thing you can do.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: That's why animals shake.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: Never stop an animal from shaking, never stop a human from shaking.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: That's a perfect example.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: You want to allow that to happen and not store the energy.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: The next thing in terms of how we heal.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: In order to heal, you need to set boundaries that create an environment for you to be seen, loved, and heard.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And if you listen to my episode in terms of healing in an environment that's dysregulated, part of the problem when we are not setting the boundaries, we don't actually create an environment for us to be seen, loved, and heard, which makes healing very difficult, right?
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: So this is where you need to either leave relationships, leave friendships, set the boundaries, because otherwise it's going to be like trying to heal with bowling balls attached to your ankles, right?
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: And so part of the healing is actually making sure you're in the environment and you have that support for someone seeing you, loving you, and hearing you.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: And that's why I'm really passionate about the containers that I hold, is so that you can be seen, loved, and heard, but also making sure you have an environment around you that's going to allow that.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: It's like the example I always give is an alcoholic trying to get sober by like sitting in a bar all day.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: If you're sitting in a bar, like with the alcohol right there, it just makes your healing a lot more difficult until you can just sit in a bar and it no longer like triggers you and you become unfuck with the ball, which is the goal, untriggerable.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: But until you get to that point, right, setting the boundaries and creating an environment for you to do that is key in how we heal.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: I just wanted to hop on and let you guys know about Well Nourished, which is truly the only program of its kind that brings together the physical with the mental and emotional healing that is required to thrive.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Your nervous system runs the show, and we know this.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: From your gut health to your hormones, how you absorb food, metabolism, weight, skin, anxiety, the list goes on.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: And this is why we can have symptoms even after we've tried everything.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: The clean eating supplements, moving your body, they're all good for you, but they do not work if your nervous system is in survival mode.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: When you rewire your nervous system and break out of survival mode, your body is actually able to heal.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: So inside Well Nourished, we do the healing on a physical level and we release the emotions stored in your body.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: We do the deep somatic release so your body can stop getting triggered and you can release those emotions.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: It's eight weeks immersed with me to heal on a deep level.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: Every woman needs to recode her nervous system so that it's not holding her back.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: It's full body healing on all levels.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: And it's no coincidence that women not only get rid of their symptoms, but have nourishing relationships, passionate sex, more money, and get promotions.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: As long as you show up for yourself and allow yourself to be cracked open, it is going to transform your life.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: This is the missing puzzle piece you've been looking for when it comes to healing for good.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: It's time to glow.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: It's time to be well nourished.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: All the details will be left in the description box below, and I cannot wait to have you inside.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: And then I want to say is that the last part of how we heal before kind of like how to know you're healing, how I knew I was healing, is that making the moves you know in your heart to make even when they are uncomfortable.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: This is so key.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: This was key for me when I was leaving my relationship way back when, which honestly feels like a past lifetime ago.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: If you didn't know I was engaged before, I don't, I thought it feels like a different lifetime, right?
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: Making the moves I knew to make even when they are uncomfortable.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Back when I during the middle of you know what, and I had to I Toronto was not the vibe, and like I left to Florida and then I went to Toulon for a while.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: Like I knew I had to make those moves, and that was uncomfortable.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: When I had to make the moves to like heal my my shit, that was uncomfortable.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Making investments in myself are uncomfortable, right?
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: You know, in your heart you need to make it.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: It's like your heart feels expanded, but you're like, oh, a little bit of butterflies, because like it's a little bit scary, it's a little bit out of your comfort zone, but it's that duality of like your heart's kind of expanding and you're like so excited, but you're kind of a little nervous and you might pee.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: That's the feeling you want.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: Like that's a very common feeling when kind of investing yourself and making the moves.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: So if like you know in your heart you have to make moves, and it's like that move feels very expansive, but I also kind of want to pee a little bit.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: Perfect, go right, and from there, this is where we rise.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: This is how we heal.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: So I want to kind of clock for you some ways that you think, or not you think, but you'll know you're healing and kind of how I knew I was healing.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Oh my latte is so good.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: All right, number one is I really stopped looking for external validation, and this was huge.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: This is like external validation on everything, whether it's like on Instagram, whether it was likes, whether it's comments, whether it's in real life, like love validation of like you know, always asking, like, why do you love me?
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: Do you love me?
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Like, I mean, I love that version of me.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: I sent her so much love, but like I'm so glad we're past that.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: And it's not to say like you don't receive love or you can't desire to receive like words of affirmation or like love languages, but it's that anxious attachment energy versus the secure energy and just receiving as a bonus as a cherry on top.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: I also stopped, I was responding instead of reacting, which the difference is like reacting is very like a more of a trauma response, like initial emotional response where you kind of like lash out, get defensive, try to people please, overexplain, etc., versus coming at it with a responding, more like logical way.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: And essentially what that means is that my amygdala is no longer triggered and I can use my prefrontal cortex to think rationally.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: But in order for my amygdala not to be triggered into a fear response, I actually had to unlink the emotions that would previously make that situation elicit a fear, right?
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: It's like I don't know, I don't think anyone here does.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Maybe they do.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: I don't think you have a fear of a toothbrush, right?
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: So when you look at a toothbrush, it doesn't elicit a fear response.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: That's kind of like what happens when you heal your nervous system, you become untriggerable, and then like it's just a toothbrush, and you're just like, okay, it's a toothbrush.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: And you're almost like kind of confused as to like, is this supposed to give me like a reaction?
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: Like you're just you're neutral and you respond to like that's a toothbrush instead of being like, oh my god, that's a toothbrush.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: What am I gonna do with this toothbrush?
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: Or it's a different nervous system response.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: I will also say, how else I knew I was healing was my physical symptoms disappeared.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: Now, this is also why I'm very passionate about what I do.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: If you are not familiar with my story, go back and listen to episode one of the podcast.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: Um, but I suffered with chronic illness for 10 years: acne, anxiety, severe anxiety, and like a panic attacks, never feeling rested, chronic fatigue, IBS, PCOS, bloating, severe bloating, leaky gut.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: I was intolerant to 180 foods.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, have I named everything?
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: Uh there could have been more symptoms.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: I just, it was again, it feels like a different lifetime ago.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: But like disappeared.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: I remember I spent so long trying to heal the symptoms.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And then when I did the emotional work, they went away in a matter of like days, weeks, not even months.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: It was like less than a month.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: It's like, yummy.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: That was boop.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: And just always think about like your physical symptoms are giving you a feedback, right?
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: Your body is a feedback mechanism for your emotional energetic health.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: So anytime symptoms come up, just like approach them with curiosity of like, hmm, that's interesting.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: Like I've noticed I'm I'm bloated lately or I'm bloated this week.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: Hmm, where are we people pleasing?
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Where are we unstored trauma that needs to be released?
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: Where are we not setting boundaries?
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: You know, skin flares or eczema flares, what's going on, you know, chronic constipation.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: There's definitely a lot of shit you have to let go, literally.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: And so those symptoms will just start to boom, boom, boom, boom, boom and go away.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: I also knew I was healing when I was more than okay with walking away from people who didn't support me.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: And that is a very oh my god, I feel this in my heart.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Like, I almost want to make a whole episode on this.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: This is so powerful.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: I was more than okay with walking away from people who did not support me, romantic-wise and friendship-wise.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: And I like now I'm unwavering, like it doesn't even clock me.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: I don't, oh like, I'm scared to do this.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: It's like boom, bye, gone, if that's the case.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: And luckily, I don't haven't had to do that in a while, but like more than okay.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: I didn't get a trauma results, I didn't get like worried, it's just like done, walk away.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: And I've done this romantically, I've done this unfortunately with too many friends, unfortunately.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: But like again, it just makes room for better and more.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: But the fact that like I was more than okay with walking away from people who didn't support me and it didn't phase me.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: There's no FOMO, there was no like, sure, getting rid of them may make it so that there's like more time before I find my people, but like you'll always find your people, right?
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: But when you don't do that, then you self-abandon, you self-reject.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: Like, so you need to be more than okay with walking away from people who do not fully support you, like fully support you and like are your cheerleaders inside and out.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Not like, yeah, I'm so happy for you, but like talk behind your back, or you know, get triggered by like what you're doing online or how successful you are, how much money you make, or your relationship, right?
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Or I remember, I don't know if I showed them the podcast back when I was like dating in between like my ex-fiance and like now people who didn't believe in like the acoustic records, or like that I was psychic, or it's like done by, but like there could have been a part of me, and I think the overexplaining episode on the podcast came up before this.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: There could have been a part of me that tried to like over-explain and get them to believe me and get them to find proof.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: And I was like, that's fine, that's cool, bye.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Gone, done.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, I'm still more than okay with walking away from people who don't support me and are not fully behind me and like are authentic and real.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: I'll do that all day, every day.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: And I think that's a very powerful place to get to.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And like, I know my fiance now would like never not support me, like I cried this morning because he's like the most oh, his depth.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Like, it's it's very rare that like someone can make me go deeper, but his depth, oh, he takes me deeper, which is just like so yummy and juicy, and just like my heart just like oh, but like if for any reason he did not support me or that was not aligned, I'd walk away.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: Right, because I always like I value me first.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: Not that I don't have to do that because like a thousand percent, like there are no red flags like there used to be, like with other people, but I knew that was the case.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: Or if there's any friends, like I knew, like didn't support me, bam.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Like, unfortunately, when I shared about like the the loss of my pregnancy back in September, there were unfortunately friends who really made it about them who were asking me like why I hadn't like called them or be like, you know, been as like talker where I weren't like wasn't talking to the standard or frequency with which they wanted me to talk.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, you've uh please tell me you are kidding me.
- 20:42unknown: Right.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: And so that was like that is that is not a type of friendship I want.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: Someone who's like when I'm going through a loss, asking me why I'm not like getting on the phone with them when I need space for me, right?
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: So, which brings me to actually how I knew I was healing, like my standards and boundaries were unwavering, and I wouldn't just notice that in my response after be like, ooh, yeah, I did that easily.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: And it's just like it's so interesting when you look back, like, oh, this wasn't always this way.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: And now I'm like my standards and boundaries are just unwavering, and like, no, that's what it is.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: It's it's solid, and so that then that just becomes like a way of life, and it like I said, it feels like anything else, it's like a different lifetime ago.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Which brings me to my next thing of like how I really knew I was healing.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: I was okay with being misunderstood, and that I would trigger some people, but inspire others.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: This one is huge.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: If you are anywhere in like, I mean, this can be any anyone, but also like if you're in the online space at all, like you're you can trigger people like your friends and family, though, too, like 1000%, but you can also trigger people online.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: I'm also a five one in human design, and five lines.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: If you're a five line, we trigger people, but that's just part of our human design.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: We are meant to trigger people, but we Will trigger some people and inspire others, but like we just as a five-line, unfortunately, a lot of people's projections we I don't say attract them more, but we just receive a lot of other people's projections.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: So when we're living in our truth and our power, that triggers people even more, and then we get their either conscious or unconscious projections onto us.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Anyways, I was okay with being misunderstood.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: I was okay if I was like, you know, grinding on my Instagram stories, posting, you know, me in a bra, whatever, people were trolling me, whatever people misunderstood, taking things out of context that I say trigger that like how much money I make or how successful I am, blah, blah, blah.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Perfectly okay with it.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: Does not bother me.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: Because I know that while it might trigger some people, and I always say where you are triggered is just where you're meant to heal, but it's going to inspire a hell of a lot more people.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: But if I did my light and I'm a lighthouse, if I did my light, then people can't see me, people can't find me, and then I can't help them.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: And like the whole reason I'm on this planet is to help you heal your nervous system and not only get from survival mode to thrival mode, but like a life that feels delicious.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: Like, let's not only get you to normal, let's get you to holy F yes, like makes you wet kind of life.
- 23:10unknown: Right?
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: But I had to be okay with being misunderstood because on the road to that, I'm going to be misunderstood.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: I'm going to be triggering some people.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: People are not going to be like what I say, not be okay.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: But you're never going to get a vanilla version of me.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: But I think definitely back in the day, there was a more vanilla version of me.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: And so it's not even that like I've changed.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: It's just I've become more myself and more solid in who I am versus being worried about, you know, saying things online and that people might like not like or trying to please everyone, etc.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: By trying to please everyone, you essentially reach no one.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: Which brings me to my my last thing where I really knew I was healing, is that I simply saw other people's projections as their unresolved trauma.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: And I no longer took it like personally, like I said, I was okay with being misunderstood.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: But when you're able to just simply see other people's persons as their unresolved trauma, you depersonalize everything.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: And then it doesn't mean anything about you.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: So I don't know, let's say you want to have a business doing energy healing, or you want to like speak about this on your Instagram or whatever it is, and you know, one of your friends thinks it's silly, like you're never gonna make it, or maybe she makes fun of like the industry of people doing that.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: That's her unresolved trauma, right?
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: And so you would be able to like just simply like, oh, that's interesting.
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: Like you can see how that's just an unhealed part of her, or it's just making it mean something about you.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Or let's say like someone can't be friends with you, or you like you they're maybe distanced from you, or they leave, you don't take that on as like your truth or mean something about you.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: I remember why I had one of who was like one of my best friends at the time, this was like a couple few years ago now, um, who basically said was very uncomfortable with the growth I'd had in my like my business and like who I've become and follow everything I was doing on Instagram, and she didn't know how to be my friend anymore.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: And after being like good friends, like seeing each other all the time for like three years, she just sent me a text message and like literally broke up with me and then like came and dropped off stuff and I had to give her back her stuff and like my condo, and it was like that was it.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: But and then I just see other people's projections as they're unresolved trauma.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: I don't make it mean anything about me, send them love, send them light, but I no longer I have like more compassion, right?
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: Versus making it about me, what's wrong with me, what did I do wrong, which is natural, we can all feel that way, but it's just like it's a sense of peace, it's a sense of free of like no worries, you do you, I do me.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: And honestly, 10 out of 10, I would do this healing like all over again because on the other side is the most like free, yummy feeling, and you no longer have to be bogged down with the stuff, you no longer have to be weighed down, and you just get to have exceptional standards, exceptional life.
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: Obviously, get rid of all your physical symptoms, which is I think when I was starting out, like I just wanted to when I was starting out just to get rid of symptoms, and also what I wanted for other people was to like just get rid of their bloating or their PCOS or their pain or their anxiety.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: And I love doing that, but I don't want to just get you there.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: I don't want to just like make your physical symptoms go away.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: Sure, like if you're there, that's what you need.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Like jump into well-nourished or one-on-one or do the glow-level one bundle, which is well nourished and goddess.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: But like after you've done that and your physical symptoms go away, all right, let's get you to exceptional.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: Like, how can we make your life like everything you desire that is just so delicious?
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: Your relationship's delicious, your money income delicious, your wealth delicious, your friendship's delicious, like yumminess.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: So, I also want you to like take this as a permission piece to like you don't just have to just feel fine or just feel okay.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: You get to have an exceptional life, a life beyond your wildest dreams, a life that just feels so juicy and yummy, where you're just like biting into chocolate budge cake, and you're like, oh, yes.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: So, no matter where you are on your journey with this, there's a container to help you.
