- 1:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we got some much needed rain here uh today that thus far.
- 1:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we've had, I guess we call it a pretty pretty major drought.
- 1:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's it's good to have a little bit of rain.
- 1:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um just want to talk a little bit about forgetfulness and how that's okay.
- 1:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'll just give you why I'm bringing this up.
- 1:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I was at the gym earlier and did my workout, and there were probably two two different exercises that I intended to do while I was at the gym, and I got home and I was like, oh crap, I didn't do those.
- 2:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So there's that dilemma of forgetfulness and of okay, do I wait until the next time I'm at the gym or do I go back today and do it?
- 2:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because the gym is very close to where we reside.
- 2:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think I'm gonna go back and just do those two exercises and be done with it because then it'll clear my mind out.
- 2:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and so forgetfulness is okay.
- 2:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we don't have to be upset about about it.
- 2:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We can embrace the fact that we're gonna forget things from time to time, and it's okay.
- 3:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um you know if I would have written everything down that I all the exercises that I wanted to do, yeah, that would have been helpful.
- 3:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I didn't, so here I am.
- 3:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you might hear some thundering in the in the background here.
- 3:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh think we're gonna maybe get another round of storms.
- 3:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but in life, as I talked about the gym, in life, we we forget about things, not because we want to, sometimes we just do, we just have too much on our mind, and so we jump from one thing to the next thing to the next thing, and then we're like, oh man, I missed this, I forgot to do it, and then the real dilemma comes in, like I said, depending on what it is, how far it is, how easy it is.
- 4:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh maybe you don't have a program on your computer, maybe you do.
- 4:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, maybe you have to go back to the office to do a particular task.
- 4:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In any event, there's there's some times where we we're just forgetful.
- 4:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And yeah, we could just you know laugh at the moment and go, okay, yeah, that's okay.
- 4:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I still had a heck of a workout, so for me, that was that was that was good.
- 4:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As I did a um a new exercise that I haven't done since I've been back to the gym.
- 5:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so it's been over like 10 years since I've done this particular exercise.
- 5:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's as we talk about you know switching it up, changing things up, uh, that's helpful for for the body, uh, not to not to get in too much of a groove.
- 5:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, because then we hit a plateau and uh and things like that.
- 5:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if we forget something, it's not a huge deal, usually.
- 5:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, I'm speaking from my experience, of course.
- 5:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not speaking for anybody else.
- 5:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um it's there's very there's very few decisions that are you wouldn't call like life and death decisions that come come about in one's life.
- 6:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's what I mean by most of the topics and decisions that come up aren't gonna have dire consequences.
- 6:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If we do them, if we don't do them, if we miss them, you know, you get it.
- 6:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The key is, you know, when when those bigger those uh yeah, those bigger things, bigger topics, bigger experiences, they come about, you know, like my my parents told me, write it down.
- 6:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's the best way to to do it is to write it down.
- 7:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just like if I would have written down my workout today, then I wouldn't be here with this dilemma of, well, do I go back and do these two exercises and full transparency?
- 7:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: These two exercises might take 10 minutes total.
- 7:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So then we have to again, then we look at like how close, how close in proximity are we?
- 7:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh do we have to pay to go a second time in a day?
- 7:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's the I think the watcher, the music playing there.
- 7:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so that's the other thing.
- 7:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, I don't have to pay to go back a second time in the same day.
- 7:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's another part of you know, the criterion that goes into decision making for me about this specific uh this yeah, this specific thing.
- 8:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Should I do it?
- 8:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Should I not?
- 8:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then I look at you know the variables.
- 8:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay, how close in proximity?
- 8:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Very close.
- 8:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, do I have to pay to go back a second time?
- 8:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No.
- 8:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's helpful.
- 8:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, we got sirens too.
- 8:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we got we got a little bit of everything going on today.
- 8:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I hope everybody everybody's okay and safe.
- 8:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I know a couple days ago, I think it was on the fourth.
- 8:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, it was on the third.
- 8:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I was on my way driving, and there was a traffic light that was out, a pretty major one.
- 8:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Luckily, they had the uh the police out there that were conducting traffic, which was helpful.
- 9:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh big intersection, a lot of lanes of traffic, nighttime, storm just passed through, more rain was on the way.
- 9:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so yeah.
- 9:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So those are kind of two big things, and I guess the third one is do I wanted to go back?
- 9:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, do I have the energy to go back?
- 9:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I do, so I have the energy, so I could check that box, proximity close, check that box.
- 9:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Also need an oil change, so I can check that box because that's also very close to where it toward the gym's at.
- 9:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and don't have to pay to go back a second time.
- 9:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, whether I now if I decide not to go back, is that going to is that a life or death decision?
- 10:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, it's not.
- 10:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's just like, all right, well, the next time I'm at the gym, I'll do I'll do those two exercises because my legs are scheduled up for the uh the second or the night the next day I go to the gym.
- 10:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I can you know the one is shoulder shrugs and see what the other one.
- 10:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, the other one's like uh toe rate uh calf raises, and and and so calf raises are part of the leg, but as far as like the weight, it it it rests on shoulders.
- 11:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so there's some some shoulder action there.
- 11:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but yeah, I think I think it's interesting just to think about things and slow slow the mind down.
- 11:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I think that's that that can be very hard because we're in this huge, hugely fast-paced society.
- 11:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so it's nice just to take take a couple breaths and and just think about what I said.
- 11:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Here's the criteria, here are the variables.
- 11:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What do I do?
- 11:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What do I want to do?
- 11:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What works in my schedule?
- 12:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What works in your schedule?
- 12:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Might not be the gym for you, it might be something else.
- 12:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It can be a million zillion uh number of things that it could be where we would think about okay, so should I go back or should I not?
- 12:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, if we go to the drive-thru where we go to pick up food and we ordered some particular food, and that food is not included in the uh in the bags, uh that that's a little bit different because there's heavy prices um the that we that we have right now.
- 13:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and so especially when you you're ordering food, whether it's just for yourself or for others, uh a majority of the time, each the individual has kind of picked out their order from the menu.
- 13:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we would probably drive back to the the restaurant and probably call first.
- 13:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't have to, but we probably would call, just let them know.
- 13:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Cause depending on what what what that food item or food items are, could be uh could be some things that not a lot of people order.
- 13:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it might take a little extra time to prepare the food fresh.
- 14:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's what it really comes down to.
- 14:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um it was it was interesting because right, you know, at the gym, done a lot of episodes about the gym, but there's so many different aspects to cover, and uh I have tattoos, and this is what I wore to uh to the gym, and a gentleman came up and said, Hey, if you want to have any more ink done, tattoos, uh my shop's just right across the street, and I thought that's a great way to market yourself.
- 14:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You go to the gym, which is close in proximity, you see somebody who has tattoos, and then you hand a card with a piece of artwork and then a QR code to go to the shop.
- 15:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's kind of masterful marketing for for that.
- 15:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I don't I haven't intended to get any more tattoos.
- 15:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I feel like I got plenty.
- 15:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think.
- 15:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh yeah, I don't I don't intend at this very moment to get that, but it's uh it was just interesting.
- 15:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was just finishing one of the exercises, and and this gentleman came up.
- 16:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, not pushy, just polite.
- 16:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, hey, if you're thinking about my shop's just right up here, and again, that's proximity.
- 16:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you take somebody at the gym, and if the service, the products that you sell are close, then why wouldn't you just mention it?
- 16:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Doesn't mean I'm gonna go and do it.
- 16:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It was just it was just interesting.
- 16:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It just shows how creative marketing can be.
- 17:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So a little bit of everything.
- 17:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um here the birds, they're they're uh they're back to singing, so the storm, at least for now, must uh must have subsided.
- 17:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh yeah, yesterday was one of those like my whole body just I guess needed a rest, like my whole entire body and mind and everything.
- 17:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I slept in a little bit today too, not quite as long, but also wasn't up quite as long quite as late.
- 17:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and that you know, the weekends really take me out of a little bit of uh routine time-wise because there's you know certain uh things at certain times during the week that makes it so wake up, I do the thing, and then I I can head to the gym if that's what I want.
- 18:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I I want let me look and see actually while we're while we're on the topic.
- 18:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just want to see, I don't um here we go.
- 18:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So just to give you an idea of the last let's see, one, two, three, four, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen.
- 19:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The last two weeks.
- 19:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Chest.
- 19:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And each individual one of these is is a day.
- 19:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So chest is a day, cardios another day, an off day.
- 19:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's two days at the gym, one day off all around.
- 19:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's just a little bit of everything.
- 19:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Off day, arm cardio and legs, then legs cardio, biceps, then arm, arms, and leg cardio, so it was a cardio day, then an off day, then legs cardio, and then triceps, followed by the next day legs, cardio, and chest, followed by the back, followed by an off day, which was yesterday, and then shoulders was today.
- 20:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, so yeah, like it's it tomorrow will be uh legs.
- 20:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and so the two exercises, I might as well just go and do them today.
- 20:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I mean, yeah, I'm probably gonna take an off day on the day after tomorrow.
- 20:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it wouldn't be a huge deal if I did those tomorrow.
- 20:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It would just cut wouldn't cut it would add, you know, five to ten minutes to the workout tomorrow.
- 20:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I don't like that.
- 21:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just like to I like to get in, do the work, and and and get out and leave.
- 21:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not a conversationalist when I go to the gym.
- 21:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some people are, some people aren't, and I'm one of those that isn't.
- 21:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just want to I want to get in, do the mo do the work, the workout, and then I wanna I want to take off.
- 21:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't I don't want to be there for you know an extra half hour or twenty minutes.
- 21:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not that conversation's bad.
- 21:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not normally.
- 21:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I just don't I'm just not that much of a personable person, uh extrovert.
- 21:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and it's okay.
- 22:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I think that's another thing.
- 22:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just need to be okay with being ourselves.
- 22:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If that's you, if you enjoy conversations at the gym or other other places, that that's you.
- 22:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's fine.
- 22:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's more than fine.
- 22:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Everybody has their own things.
- 22:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm just sharing mine and how it plays a role mentally, because mentally I just wanna I want to get in, do the work, and get out so I can get on to the next thing.
- 22:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Whether that's filming an episode, whether that's going and visiting my dad's memorial at a cemetery, visiting my mom, whether that's uh take my daughter to her her class or classes, depending on time of the year, to get some ice cream.
- 23:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: These dumpling things are just out of control, I'd say.
- 23:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um to get these dumplings.
- 23:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, just genius.
- 23:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, these these children, they come home from school, they come home from camp, and it it's like they have like in the like we have to go get this, we gotta go uh because so and so has it, and they have this one, and I'm gonna try to get you know the secret, and uh and right when we're trying to still explain the money doesn't grow on trees for a majority of us.
- 24:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's like do we really need to go?
- 24:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but those are the types of things where if I spend a bunch of extra time doing you know talking, then it take it could take away from that time and it could just make me mentally more exhausted because I'm here to work out, now I'm on a conversation.
- 24:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So now when I pass the person, right?
- 24:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because when you're at the gym, there's the weights, the weight machines, the free weights, there's all kinds of the cardio machines with the bikes, the stir messages, and so you're bound to run into them, not physically running, like like you're walking by, like I'm walking to this machine up here to the right, and this individual might be coming from a this uh machine on the left, it might be and we might be coming opposite directions.
- 25:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So then it is it like I have to say hello every time, and that's that's the one thing with corporate America, and uh I just couldn't I I can't I I'm not that type of person.
- 25:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like it doesn't mean that I don't care, it just means it's an added dimension that I have to or feel like, hi, how are you?
- 25:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How was your day yesterday?
- 25:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How was your weekend?
- 25:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How was your holiday?
- 25:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You get me?
- 25:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Nothing wrong with it, it's just not me.
- 25:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not that I'm rude, it's just not it's just not me.
- 26:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so when I talk about the gym and you know, having a conversation, and you know, it's kind of like uh I I parallel it to being at work and you're in the hallway and you're you're going one direction, somebody else is coming the opposite.
- 26:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And do you look up and then and then say hello?
- 26:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How's your day?
- 26:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How's you know, or do they do that where you're looking down and you're focused on something?
- 26:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh yeah, those are just things in life that they can bog the mind down because then it gets in my head that okay, well, I did I this person came by and I said hello.
- 26:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So now I gotta do that to the rest of them.
- 27:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or if I hold the door open for like you know, somebody coming into work and I see somebody out of the corner of my eye getting out of their car, do I wait that extra minute to hold the door open for them, or do I shut it so I can go inside?
- 27:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So these are all things that go on in our heads, whether we think so or not.
- 27:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some of us are able to just not think about it and is just include that in their day.
- 27:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: For me, I already got enough going through my mind of what I want to do uh you know for a particular day for the most part, except for you know the days that are off, but the off days aren't actually bad.
- 27:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It actually helps you know muscle repair itself and you know the mind, you know, that neuroplasticity, let it continue to grow and uh grow uh you know new neurons and and the like.
- 28:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I hope you enjoyed this episode.
- 28:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're talking about life, and that that's what we're doing.
- 28:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I talk about I've talked about the gym a lot.
- 28:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm enjoying going.
- 28:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So once I get there, I'm great.
- 28:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I think maybe that a lot a lot of us might be that way.
- 28:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like once we get there, it's great, it's easy.
- 28:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just go in now.
- 28:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you go in and every single machine or single free weight is being used, now I I would have a different answer.
- 28:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But so far, with the times that I'm going, I don't usually have to wait to get on another machine.
- 29:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or I have enough in my mind, excuse me, that I know that I want to do a certain machine next, or a certain free weight next.
- 29:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So then I just hop ahead and then that get started that way.
- 29:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes I'll do three machines in a row.
- 29:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like I'll do one set on one machine, then I'll move the next machine, do one set, and then the next machine do another set.
- 29:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's three total sets, but it's one set of repetitions on each of these hypothetical three uh three-weight machines, and so it's just about being flexible, um and just making it easy as possible for our mind.
- 30:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was like, all right, if I do 10 pounds for this machine, who cares?
- 30:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If I do 20, if I do 50, who cares?
- 30:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like that's the big thing for me is I just have to just be alright with doing what I'm doing.
- 30:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I am and that's something mentally that can can rear its ugly head at times where we're so concerned about the weight and how many repetitions.
- 30:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I try to do fifteen of fifteen repetitions on each machine or or free weight.
- 31:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes I make it to fifteen, sometimes I make it more than fifteen.
- 31:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I do feel from the mental health side, the going to the gym and just having a little bit of space in my mind where I'm able to just go work out, be done with it, and go on with my day.
- 31:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So whether it's the gym for you or whether it's something else.
- 31:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do what works for you.
- 31:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't do what works for me.
- 31:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't do what works for other people.
- 31:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do what works for you.
- 31:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's the big thing.
- 32:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Of oh, they left they left it 20 pounds doing this, and I was.
- 32:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, to be frank, to be transparent, there's some that I do five pounds of, and some I do 60.
- 32:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It just depends on what the machine is, how many repetitions, if it's the beginning of my workout, if it's the end.
- 32:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It being it just depends on a lot of stuff, but I don't care about trying to one up anybody on weights.
- 32:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just like shows.
- 32:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know there's lots of shows that have way more episodes, way more followers than us.
- 32:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just keep doing them.
- 32:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just hit 525 episodes when you're looking at the producer, the the filmer, the editor, and a lot of times the uh host and the guest at the same time.
- 33:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I love it.
- 33:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I love what we do.
- 33:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're helping people.
