- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn shouldn't be the executors of anything. Instead,
- 0:11Speaker 1: both of these dudes, in my opinion anyway, should be
- 0:14Speaker 1: facing serious criminal investigations into their behavior while they were
- 0:19Speaker 1: working with and for Jeffrey Epstein. We know that Darren
- 0:25Speaker 1: Indyke and his signature are littered throughout all the paperwork
- 0:30Speaker 1: when it comes to financial transactions, when it comes to payoffs,
- 0:35Speaker 1: and all of the rest of the things that you
- 0:37Speaker 1: would need your in-house lawyer to do. And we also
- 0:40Speaker 1: know that Mr. Khan has been right there with them
- 0:44Speaker 1: every step of the way, offering advice, being Jeffrey Epstein's confidant,
- 0:50Speaker 1: and also helping this well-oiled criminal enterprise keep operating. And
- 0:57Speaker 1: I've been screaming from the rooftops for about three years now, folks,
- 1:01Speaker 1: about Indyke and Khan and how important they were to
- 1:07Speaker 1: the operation that Epstein and Maxwell were running. And yet,
- 1:12Speaker 1: they're still the executors of this estate with all of
- 1:15Speaker 1: the things that are hanging over their head, especially considering
- 1:19Speaker 1: we had Indyke caught Engaging in structuring when it comes
- 1:25Speaker 1: to Title 31, with all of the different trips to
- 1:28Speaker 1: the ATM and to the bank, taking money out in
- 1:31Speaker 1: the increments he was taking it out, so as not
- 1:33Speaker 1: to trigger Title 31, that alone right there should give
- 1:37Speaker 1: the Feds an in to investigate him and flip him.
- 1:42Speaker 1: But for some reason, and I'll leave it up to
- 1:44Speaker 1: you to decide why, the Feds refuse to do it.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Well now, down here in the Virgin Islands, in Daikin Khan,
- 1:53Speaker 1: and the estate of Jeffrey Epstein, is being accused of
- 1:56Speaker 1: moving $ 13 million. And why wouldn't they? Considering that was
- 2:01Speaker 1: old hat for them, and that's how they hid all
- 2:03Speaker 1: of the money anyway, do you really think Epstein only
- 2:06Speaker 1: had $ 634 million? You really believe that's all the dough
- 2:10Speaker 1: this dude had? And obviously it's a lot of money,
- 2:14Speaker 1: no doubt, but let's be very real here. This dude
- 2:18Speaker 1: was stashing money all over the place. That's what his M.O. was,
- 2:22Speaker 1: that's who he was. So how many offshore accounts are
- 2:26Speaker 1: still out there that only Indyke and Khan have access to?
- 2:29Speaker 1: Or only Indyke and Khan know about? And you mean
- 2:32Speaker 1: to tell me that neither of these dudes should be deposed?
- 2:36Speaker 1: And why is it falling on the shoulders of the U.S.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Virgin Islands to carry the load here? Where's the SDNY?
- 2:43Speaker 1: You know, the vaunted SDNY, with all of their stupid-ass, loudmouth,
- 2:48Speaker 1: big-shot blue checkmarks running around Twitter all day. So that's
- 2:53Speaker 1: why I find it so laughable and find it to
- 2:56Speaker 1: be such a joke when people talk about clientless this
- 2:59Speaker 1: and clientless that when we already have so many names
- 3:02Speaker 1: out there that nobody has done a thing about. So
- 3:06Speaker 1: when we start pulling some of these pieces off the board,
- 3:09Speaker 1: get at me. And of course, I'm talking about the
- 3:12Speaker 1: people who have never cared about this case beforehand, right?
- 3:16Speaker 1: They only cared about it once they thought they could
- 3:19Speaker 1: maneuver it politically for them. And then, of course, we'll
- 3:23Speaker 1: jump in. We'll have something to say about it. Where's
- 3:25Speaker 1: the client list? Well, where were you for the last
- 3:27Speaker 1: three and a half years when we've been in the
- 3:30Speaker 1: trenches trying to get to the bottom of this? So
- 3:34Speaker 1: for those of us who have followed the case, yeah,
- 3:37Speaker 1: client list is something we've all really been wanting to see.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And the closest we're ever going to get probably is
- 3:44Speaker 1: that black book. But my biggest gripe has been and
- 3:47Speaker 1: will continue to be all of these names that are
- 3:50Speaker 1: out there already that nobody wants to do a thing about.
- 3:54Speaker 1: And the U.S. Virgin Islands is going to be the
- 3:57Speaker 1: place to try and get justice here. I really don't
- 3:59Speaker 1: have all that much faith in the motivations behind Denise George.
- 4:04Speaker 1: But if she's the one to bring these guys down,
- 4:06Speaker 1: more power to her. And I'm okay. I'm happy for it, right?
- 4:09Speaker 1: I don't care who does it. I don't care who.
- 4:13Speaker 1: ends up catching these people in the snare. But Indyk, Khan, Vickers,
- 4:22Speaker 1: these people have to be brought in and they have
- 4:25Speaker 1: to be deposed at the very least under oath. You
- 4:27Speaker 1: mean to tell me you don't have enough to nail them?
- 4:30Speaker 1: So it's going to fall on the Virgin Islands to
- 4:32Speaker 1: continue to pursue this? I thought that the SDNY and
- 4:36Speaker 1: the federal government in general was going to pursue all
- 4:39Speaker 1: the co-conspirators. Yeah, well, We're not too impressed with the
- 4:43Speaker 1: job you're doing so far. All right, today's article is
- 4:47Speaker 1: from the New York Times, and the author of this
- 4:50Speaker 1: article is Matthew Goldstein. Headline, Executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate
- 4:57Speaker 1: are accused of moving $ 13 million. In a legal filing,
- 5:01Speaker 1: the Attorney General for the U.S. Virgin Islands said the
- 5:04Speaker 1: two men sheltered the money from the liquidation of an
- 5:06Speaker 1: investment fund in which the deceased financier, pedophile, had a stake.
- 5:11Speaker 1: So if that's the case, can we charge them criminally, please?
- 5:15Speaker 1: I'm tired of all of these civil suits. The Seiko
- 5:18Speaker 1: case is fine, it's great, but can we get a
- 5:20Speaker 1: real Rico case? I almost want to go back to
- 5:25Speaker 1: school and become a prosecutor just for this one reason.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Get a RICO case brought against all of these people.
- 5:32Speaker 1: After I get them all convicted, mic drop and walk
- 5:35Speaker 1: the fuck out of the courtroom. The two executors of
- 5:40Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate, both longtime advisors to the deceased financier, pedophile,
- 5:45Speaker 1: could receive millions of dollars in payouts long after his death,
- 5:49Speaker 1: the authorities in the U.S. Virgin Islands said, in a
- 5:52Speaker 1: legal filing on Friday. You know, it's funny. You get
- 5:55Speaker 1: these authors like Mr. Goldstein, who will call their... You know,
- 5:59Speaker 1: political rivals, all sorts of names. But he doesn't even
- 6:02Speaker 1: have the decency here to call Jeffrey Epstein what he is. Oh,
- 6:06Speaker 1: the financier, the deceased financier. No, bitch. The pedophile, the scumbag,
- 6:11Speaker 1: the piece of shit, the child toucher, the diddler on
- 6:14Speaker 1: the roof. You know, the guy that you and your
- 6:16Speaker 1: buddies in the media protected forever? Mr. New York Times guy?
- 6:22Speaker 1: The payouts to the executors, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn,
- 6:25Speaker 1: are tied to the Butterfly Trust, an investment vehicle Mr.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Epstein had established in 2013, according to the filing by
- 6:33Speaker 1: lawyers for Denise George, Attorney General for the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- 6:38Speaker 1: And look, I've given Denise George a whole heaping plateful
- 6:43Speaker 1: of shit for going after the money the way she has.
- 6:47Speaker 1: But she can redeem herself in my eyes here. If
- 6:50Speaker 1: she can get a criminal conviction against Indycan Khan, she
- 6:53Speaker 1: can have some of that money as far as I'm concerned.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Take the $ 13 million that they were going to stash.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Give that to the Virgin Islands. Because somebody has to
- 7:02Speaker 1: step up to the plate and do their job here.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Can we really have a whole-ass Justice Department with people
- 7:11Speaker 1: who just don't care? Is that really where we are?
- 7:13Speaker 1: It certainly seems to be the case. The court filing
- 7:18Speaker 1: by the Virgin Islands authorities raised questions about the transfer
- 7:22Speaker 1: of millions of dollars from a trust originally set up
- 7:25Speaker 1: by Mr. Epstein to several trusts that stood to benefit
- 7:28Speaker 1: the executors. I mean, guys, really? Are we really that naive?
- 7:37Speaker 1: Is the legacy media really that naive? Or are they
- 7:40Speaker 1: just that ignorant? Did anyone think that Epstein didn't have
- 7:45Speaker 1: a whole bunch of other... Treasure chests buried in the sand,
- 7:49Speaker 1: meaning hidden offshore. And if anyone's going to have access
- 7:53Speaker 1: to it, it's going to be Indyke and Khan. The
- 7:55Speaker 1: whole idea is to weather this storm and then stuff
- 7:58Speaker 1: their pockets full of money. That's their plan. I know.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I'm like the, uh, what's that lady's name? Baba, Baba,
- 8:05Speaker 1: whatever her name is. The, uh, the mind reader, the,
- 8:08Speaker 1: the future teller. Yeah, I'm that lady. Baba Vinga or
- 8:11Speaker 1: whatever the hell her name is. You can call me
- 8:13Speaker 1: that from now on because that's exactly what these dudes
- 8:15Speaker 1: are doing. I mean, it's obvious what they're up to here.
- 8:24Speaker 1: The transfer of money took place nearly a year after Mr.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Epstein killed himself, allegedly, in his prison cell, jail cell
- 8:30Speaker 1: in Manhattan, after Ms. George's office had sued Mr. Epstein's estate.
- 8:35Speaker 1: I mean, can't even get the basics right of the story.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I mean, oh, in prison? No, he was in jail.
- 8:44Speaker 1: The Butterfly Trust initially received a wire transfer of $ 13
- 8:47Speaker 1: million in April 2020 after the liquidation of another investment
- 8:52Speaker 1: fund in which Mr. Epstein had a stake, according to
- 8:55Speaker 1: the filing. Some of that money was transferred again several
- 8:59Speaker 1: months later to three newly created entities, two of which
- 9:03Speaker 1: listed Mr. Indyke, Mr. Kahn, and their spouses as beneficiaries,
- 9:08Speaker 1: the filing said. And when we talk about the offshore
- 9:11Speaker 1: activities of Epstein, Indyk and Khan were right there with them,
- 9:15Speaker 1: so they know the game, they know the hustle, and
- 9:17Speaker 1: they know all of the right people in these banks
- 9:19Speaker 1: to talk to. What, you think the banks aren't taking
- 9:21Speaker 1: their money? Stop it. Ms. George and her lawyers asked
- 9:27Speaker 1: a Virgin Islands judge to order the estate to submit
- 9:30Speaker 1: to discovery requests to make sure other estate assets have
- 9:34Speaker 1: not been transferred to enrich the executors. And it's crazy, too.
- 9:38Speaker 1: You think about how little, in context and relatively speaking,
- 9:43Speaker 1: the survivors were paid out. And when that was going on,
- 9:48Speaker 1: I was yelling and screaming about that as well. How
- 9:51Speaker 1: are you just going to pay the survivors out a one-sixth, basically,
- 9:56Speaker 1: of what the estate is worth when they're the ones
- 9:58Speaker 1: who have suffered the most? We all know gross-ass Uncle Sam,
- 10:02Speaker 1: meaning the federal government, had their fat-ass hand out to
- 10:05Speaker 1: get their payday, too. You know, you think they could
- 10:07Speaker 1: waive that, right? What is it? One missile system to Ukraine?
- 10:14Speaker 1: That's the price of waiving what the taxes would have been?
- 10:17Speaker 1: But nah, screw these survivors, right? Let's just keep re-victimizing them.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Federal government, the media, jerk-offs on the internet. Why not?
- 10:27Speaker 1: It's such a farce. And the fact that our federal
- 10:30Speaker 1: government has continued to let it happen time and time
- 10:33Speaker 1: again is just an absolute travesty. The government discovered that
- 10:40Speaker 1: substantial funds kept secret from the government were transferred for
- 10:44Speaker 1: the benefit of the co-executors in an apparent effort to
- 10:47Speaker 1: enrich themselves and shelter these assets from recovery, the filing said. Oh,
- 10:51Speaker 1: so now you guys want to do a forensic analysis, huh?
- 10:54Speaker 1: How about a forensic analysis into the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein,
- 10:59Speaker 1: Jess Staley, or how about Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner? Oh,
- 11:04Speaker 1: we're not done? All right, we'll just throw Leon Black
- 11:06Speaker 1: in there. Wait, wait, hold on. There's another person you
- 11:08Speaker 1: want to add? Alright, come on, Glenn Dubin, you're involved
- 11:11Speaker 1: now too. Wait a minute, hold on, didn't he donate
- 11:14Speaker 1: a lot of money to the Clinton Foundation? Well, that's right, Mr.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Bill and Hillary, you're on the clock too. Meanwhile, none
- 11:21Speaker 1: of that's happening, and it's all just getting swept under
- 11:24Speaker 1: the rug. Mr. Endyke was Mr. Epstein's personal lawyer, and Mr.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Kahn was an in-house accountant. Daniel Weiner, a lawyer for
- 11:33Speaker 1: the estate, said the executors categorically reject the baseless assertions.
- 11:38Speaker 1: of wrongdoing made against them, and they never received $ 13 million.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He added that the 2013 butterfly trust mentioned in today's
- 11:46Speaker 1: filing by Ms. George has nothing whatsoever to do with Mr.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Epstein's estate or any funds available to it. Oh, I'm
- 11:54Speaker 1: sure that Denise George just made this up. She just,
- 11:57Speaker 1: you know, was sitting around having her tea and crumpets
- 12:00Speaker 1: this morning and said, you know what? Nah, we're going
- 12:02Speaker 1: to make something up. 13 sounds like a good number, huh?
- 12:05Speaker 1: $ 13 million. Fantasyland. These mother effers are living in fantasyland, folks.
- 12:13Speaker 1: The U.S. Virgin Islands sued Mr. Epstein's estate in January
- 12:17Speaker 1: of 2020, seeking to recoup at least $ 80 million in
- 12:21Speaker 1: tax benefits that local authorities contend his Southern Trust Company
- 12:25Speaker 1: received through deception and fraud. Well, speak to the federal government.
- 12:29Speaker 1: They got a fat chunk of that. Ask them to
- 12:31Speaker 1: break you off a little piece. They like breaking off
- 12:34Speaker 1: money to everybody but the citizens of the nation. I'm
- 12:37Speaker 1: sure they'll break you off a little taste. Miss George
- 12:45Speaker 1: has argued that the U.S. territory was deceived into granting
- 12:48Speaker 1: lucrative tax benefits that enabled Mr. Epstein to use his
- 12:52Speaker 1: private island residence there as a place to sexually abuse
- 12:56Speaker 1: teenage girls and young women, and just women in general.
- 13:00Speaker 1: And furthermore, that sounds like a you problem, U.S. Virgin Islands.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Get your shit together, or as the homie Smoke would say,
- 13:08Speaker 1: my main dude Smoke, shout out to Smoke, fix yo face.
- 13:15Speaker 1: It's a bad look going after money that should be
- 13:18Speaker 1: going to these survivors. An absolutely terrible look, especially considering
- 13:23Speaker 1: it was your own politicians who set these deals up
- 13:25Speaker 1: with Epstein. You can't say, oh, well, they were duped.
- 13:29Speaker 1: They're not allowed to be duped. They're in public office.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Their job is to safeguard the public from shit exactly
- 13:35Speaker 1: like this. So when it goes south, it is on them.
- 13:38Speaker 1: How many of them went to prison? Oh, none of them.
- 13:40Speaker 1: So you're not getting any money. At least that's how
- 13:43Speaker 1: I feel about it. The Butterfly Trust had been used
- 13:48Speaker 1: by Mr. Epstein to make payments to some of the
- 13:50Speaker 1: people who helped him recruit and groom teenage girls for abuse,
- 13:54Speaker 1: according to bank regulators in New York. And you think
- 13:57Speaker 1: the name means nothing? Butterfly Trust? You know how a
- 14:02Speaker 1: butterfly becomes a butterfly, right? Yeah, the whole process? Well,
- 14:07Speaker 1: that's what he thinks he's doing to these... disadvantaged girls,
- 14:11Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, I'm gonna make them into a butterfly. Sick, disgusting, perverted,
- 14:16Speaker 1: gross motherfucker. Mr. Epstein's estate, valued at around $ 600 million
- 14:24Speaker 1: at the time of his death, is now worth less
- 14:27Speaker 1: than $ 185 million after paying $ 121 million in settlements to
- 14:29Speaker 1: more than 135 survivors and nearly $ 200 million in federal taxes.
- 14:32Speaker 1: So between taxes and the survivors, you're looking at $ 321 million.
- 14:42Speaker 1: So where's the rest of the money? It sure costs
- 14:44Speaker 1: them a lot of dough to keep up the hedges, huh?
- 14:47Speaker 1: How much is DirecTV in the Virgin Islands? Because from
- 14:51Speaker 1: where I'm at, you can get all the channels and shit,
- 14:53Speaker 1: and you're looking at about $ 300 a month. So where's
- 14:56Speaker 1: all this money going if it's not being funneled anywhere?
- 15:00Speaker 1: Such a joke. Such an absolute joke. I'm trying not
- 15:04Speaker 1: to get so fired up on a Saturday morning, but man,
- 15:08Speaker 1: these motherfuckers make it difficult. All right, everybody, well, that's
- 15:11Speaker 1: going to do it for this episode. And I'll tell
- 15:14Speaker 1: you what, it's just very frustrating to see these people
- 15:18Speaker 1: continue to get away with it when there's all of
- 15:20Speaker 1: this evidence. If it was me or you with even
- 15:22Speaker 1: half of the charges or one of these charges, we'd
- 15:25Speaker 1: have our door kicked in already. But bitch-ass clowns like
- 15:28Speaker 1: Indyke and Khan get to continue to swim around in
- 15:32Speaker 1: their pools, drink their mixed drinks, and live the high life. Well,
- 15:37Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you folks... Me, my fat mouth,
- 15:40Speaker 1: and my beard, we're going to be here yapping and
- 15:42Speaker 1: yelling and roaring about these scumbags until somebody does something.
- 15:48Speaker 1: All right, that's going to do it for this episode, folks.
- 15:51Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 15:52Speaker 1: at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can

- 16:12Speaker 1: All right, everybody. I hope you all have a great Saturday,
- 16:16Speaker 1: and I will be back later on.
