SILVER ALERT! 💥 THIS Explains the Silver Price! - Gold Precious Metals NEWS Update · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Absolute historic moves in the precious metal sector, the
0:04
silver price, the gold price volatility like we haven't seen
0:08
in decades. We're going to talk about why
0:11
this can continue and can continue in a good way for
0:16
investors in silver and gold. We've got probably the biggest
0:20
show that I've ever put together for you.
0:23
More data to look at, crazy data.
0:26
We're going to talk about $27,000 gold.
0:28
We're going to talk about silver for $200.
0:31
Even someone who's talking about silver hitting $550 this year,
0:37
unbelievable events are occurring right now.
0:40
We're doing it together. I want to say thank you for
0:43
joining us down here in the basement on behalf of upstairs,
0:46
Susie and myself. It's a big deal when you come
0:49

you and learn from you, right? We're a community down here.
1:04
Let's dig into what's going on. It has been crazy, but we're
1:07
going to make sense of all of this today in this live stream
1:12
video. Let's go out and take a quick
1:13
look at what is happening right now in the silver and gold
1:18
market. We're going to head out to Kitco
1:20
who shows us we have the silver price of $3 per oz one O 6.78
1:27
gold. Trying to get back through that
1:29
50, $100 level. Let's look at the futures market
1:34
and see what we have on silver. OK, one O 640, why it's showing
1:39
down $9, I don't get it. But nonetheless, we're currently
1:43
at one O 638 in the futures market, which should be and I'm
1:48
sharing the right screen now, sorry about that, which should
1:51
be higher than the spot price. And no, it's not.
1:56
The spot price is actually higher as you can see here
2:00
again. So that means that the market is
2:03
once again in a state of backwardation, which is an
2:07
unusual occurrence in any commodity market, very unusual
2:12
in the silver and gold market. And what some people speculate
2:15
that means is that maybe because the spot price, the current
2:20
price is higher than the futures price, that means that possibly
2:24
some people are a little concerned about their ability to
2:26
get their actual silver delivered to them out in March,
2:30
which is when those futures contracts will expire.
2:33
Let's talk about crazy volatility, guys.
2:36
Big moves are accompanied by big volatility.
2:39
Yesterday we set records, we have some data to look at.
2:43
That is absolutely mind numbing. But I want to say this to you
2:46
first. There's an old saying in the
2:48
world of investing and that is that a bull market, a good
2:51
market like we are experiencing right now in silver, will try to
2:56
buck off as many people as possible, like a bronc, like a
2:59
rodeo. You know, like if you and I, if
3:01
you came to Missouri and we went to a rodeo, the bull tries to
3:05
throw the bull rider off. The reason why is because those
3:09
are people that don't have true conviction.
3:12
And the other reason why is that any bull market climbs a wall of
3:18
worry. Look, we don't have a crystal
3:19
ball and I'm not a financial advisor.
3:22
You know that. I believe we will see much, much
3:25
higher even from here, silver and gold prices.
3:28
But there's going to be worry. It's called a wall of worry and
3:32
that's when the Chicken Littles are the people that don't have
3:34
strong conviction get out. Could you imagine, think about
3:38
this, if we're able to stay above $100 in the silver price,
3:43
consolidate, build another strong base at $100?
3:48
Please remember quickly, one year ago we sat down here and
3:52
talked about silver at $35.00 an ounce and hoping that it would
3:57
get above 40, which as we know that it did.
4:00
So if we can consolidate, build another strong base,
4:03
consolidation means just that, right?
4:05
The bowl throws off the Chicken Littles that aren't truly
4:09
feeling a strong level of conviction about the market and
4:12
they're replaced by new people who do have strong conviction.
4:16
And wait till you hear the data we got come in later about how
4:19
the word about silver, it's starting to spread around.
4:23
We got a lot to look for over to now.
4:24
Let's first look at the crazy data about what happened
4:29
yesterday. I will share the proper screen
4:32
with you. We're going to go here first.
4:34
This kind of explains yesterday's correction.
4:38
This is from William Middle Coop, super respected name in
4:41
the precious metal sector and he retweeted this from TF Metals
4:45
report that said yesterday was just your bankers with a
4:49
friendly reminder that tomorrow that would be today is the COMEX
4:53
option expiration day. Wait until and the price of
4:57
silver always gets manipulated and you're not going to believe
5:00
the next date I'm going to show you, but the price of silver
5:03
always gets manipulated around the COMEX close volume and bid
5:07
offer size falls by 80%. Attempt to start a profit taking
5:12
cascade in order to get prices as low as possible before what
5:17
is now today's options price close and wait till you see
5:22
this. This comes from from the metals
5:25
and miners sub stack. This is incredible, guys.
5:28
Once in 14,000 years, think about that 14,000 years, the
5:34
great silver shakeout, silver's 15% five Sigma intraday trading
5:39
swing, huge volatility. We're going to talk about the
5:42
Shanghai Premium here a little bit later as well, but let's go
5:45
down and talk and see what this three paragraph sums it up.
5:50
Yesterday will be remembered as the day that silver went
5:53
certifiably insane probably drove a little bit of us insane
5:57
as well. In the span of just a few hours,
6:00
the price of silver rocketed from approximately $103.00 to an
6:05
all time high of 117 dollars 14% gain.
6:12
It was a move of breathtaking violence, a parabolic explosion
6:17
that had the entire financial world watching in a mixture of
6:20
awe and terror, and then just as quickly as it had risen, it was
6:25
knocked down, crashing back to the 105 level in a brutal, gut
6:30
wrenching reversal in yellow. Okay, take a take a deep breath,
6:35
take your blood pressure medicine.
6:37
This 15% intraday range represents A5 Sigma event,
6:42
whatever that means, right? That's a statistical measurement
6:45
that statisticians understand. OK, A statistical anomaly so
6:50
rare that it that it is expected to occur only once every 13,932
7:01
years. I took the liberty of rounding
7:04
up guys. Remember, big moves are
7:07
accompanied by big volatility. But it gets even more
7:11
interesting when we hear what the Kobesi letter had to say
7:15
about the insanity. And they said silver just swung
7:20
nearly $2 trillion of market cap in 14 hours.
7:27
Between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, silver added 500 billion of
7:31
market cap. That was the big move up.
7:33
Then between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM, silver lost 950 billion in
7:39
market cap. Then silver came back Between
7:43
4:30 PM and 10:30 PM, it added back another 500 billion of
7:47
market cap. This is where where it's crazy
7:50
again take a deep breath. Silver is quite literally
7:53
throwing around bitcoins entire market cap in a matter of hours.
8:00
OK, think about that. Pretty much Bitcoins market cap
8:04
was swung around within the silver market in a matter of
8:07
hours. The current situation in silver
8:10
will be referenced for decades and decades to come.
8:14
Right now, let's take a look. You know, this is going to be
8:17
fun. Let's take a look at what
8:19
happened in the paper markets yesterday.
8:22
I think we may have set a record.
8:24
I don't know for sure, but it's absolutely astounding and
8:28
there's a big reason why we want to look at this because we're
8:30
going to go check out our good channel friend, The Dude who
8:34
I've never met or never talked to, but I consider him a friend
8:36
because he puts this great data out every single day.
8:40
And the dude says this, the silver market traded 1.8 billion
8:46
paper oz yesterday in purple. That means they traded 2 1/4
8:53
years worth of mining supply in one trading session.
8:59
He says you don't own enough physical silver.
9:03
OK. And we don't have much time.
9:05
Absolutely astounding. There's the data from yesterday,
9:09
on Monday. I mean, absolutely incredible.
9:12
But what about, and we talk about this all the time, what we
9:15
really want to watch the real price of silver, cuz that's
9:19
where the physical demand is coming from.
9:22
It's coming from China. And let's take a look at the
9:26
latest breaking data we have out of China in regard to the silver
9:31
price. And we're going to go check in
9:32
with the Oriental Ghost for that.
9:34
And he gives us some absolute and astounding data.
9:38
This is January 27th, which is today.
9:41
Right now, precious metals data from the Chinese market.
9:45
For those of you who are new, this is the SGE, which stands
9:50
for the Shanghai Gold Exchange. That is China's physical gold
9:56
market. It's their spot market.
9:58
Big difference though, in their physical market, you got to
10:02
actually have the physical metal.
10:04
So we've talked about this for years down here in the basement
10:08
together. It's the best pricing mechanism
10:11
for actual physical metal in the world.
10:14
Couple that with the fact that China and India are the becoming
10:18
economic superpowers and basically vacuuming in all the
10:21
world silver. I digress.
10:23
Let's go take a look at what happened with silver.
10:26
See it right there? AG?
10:27
That's the periodic symbol for silver.
10:30
Oh, Oh my gosh. Physical silver closed on the
10:37
Shanghai Gold Exchange at nearly $130.00, one hundred and 2848
10:44
per oz. Another interesting thing is
10:46
that the vaults, which are running low in China also lost
10:50
what, to 29,000 kilograms that on the Shanghai Futures
10:54
Exchange. Very, very interesting.
10:56
The Shanghai Gold Exchange looks like it had no change or they
11:00
forgot to add that field then. But let's take a look at two
11:03
things. Very interesting on this.
11:05
OK, number one, OK, remember that that theory of
11:09
backwardation, that very strange situation where the spot market
11:14
that's the Shanghai Gold Exchange is actually higher.
11:18
The SHFE is the Shanghai Futures exchange and looky here, not
11:24
only is it the United States and backwardation, but the futures
11:28
price for silver in China right there is lower than the spot
11:33
market. They even have a little a little
11:35
more of an extreme situation in the in terms of backwardation,
11:42
which again indicates that even in China there may be some
11:45
concern about future deliveries of silver.
11:49
But one more time, memorize this number.
11:51
Let's see how much higher the silver price in China is the
11:54
United States $128.48. And if we go to Kitco to get our
12:02
spot price and you know what, just because we're having fun
12:07
today O one O 653, which if my math is correct is exactly
12:16
$22.00 per oz premium to get actual.
12:21
That's the actual physical market, the Shanghai Gold
12:24
Exchange, right, $22.00 more per oz in China than the United
12:29
States. Guys, that's called an
12:32
opportunity for what is referred to as arbitrage.
12:34
That's why that's why you get the everyone talking about the
12:37
fact that India and China are vacuuming in all the world
12:41
silver because you can quote UN quote buy silver in the United
12:45
States, sell it in China for $20 more per oz.
12:50
And it appears that there is no end insight with this Chinese
12:55
silver market. I've got a special sponsor of
12:58
today's video, Apollo Silver. I'm going to play for you a 3
13:02
minute video about them right now with some great, great
13:05
information about what's happening in Silver.
13:07
Then we'll be back because we got to talk about Silver's that
13:10
it's working, it's spreading all around the world and we've got
13:14
some crazy data to prove to you that that is indeed the the
13:18
case. We got some interesting, another
13:20
interesting source of interest, which also corroborates the fact
13:26
that it's spreading, has to do with crypto.
13:28
We're going to talk about that. And of course, we're going to
13:30
talk about what $550 silver, $200 silver, $27,000 gold.
13:35
Here's a video from today's sponsor, Apollo Silver.
13:39
Apollo Silver is a. Junior mining company positioned
13:43
to become a key US supplier of silver, a critical catalyst
13:48
metal essential for everything from AI data centers in solar
13:52
energy to missile systems and 5G infrastructure.
13:57
Apollo controls over 125 million ounces of measured and indicated
14:02
silver and 57 million oz inferred in one of the largest
14:08
undeveloped deposits in the United States.
14:12
As America races to secure its mineral independence from China,
14:16
Apollo's Calico project could become a cornerstone of national
14:21
security, industrial resilience and investor returns.
14:26
With additional exposure to barite and zinc, both critical
14:30
minerals, and a seasoned management team behind billion
14:34
dollar exits, Apollo Silver offers asymmetric upside.
14:38
As silver demand explodes and global demand for silver is
14:43
exploding, current supplies coming from the mining sector
14:47
just can't keep up with demand. Plus, silver had been trading at
14:53
its most extreme relative undervaluation to gold, a
14:57
historic 85 to 1 plus ratio just within the past two years.
15:04
Every time this ratio spikes, silver has delivered explosive
15:08
gains of up to 400%. And this time, Apollo silver
15:13
could be the rocket ship. That's why we're talking about
15:18
America's secret Silver reserve. Deep in the Mojave Desert is a
15:23
forgotten $250 billion silver district, and Apollo Silver is
15:29
ready to kick it back into production.
15:32
With 125 million ounces in measured and indicated resources
15:37
and an additional 57 million oz inferred, their Calico project
15:43
could be the asset that reboots American silver dominance.
15:48
Because silver is becoming a critical national security
15:52
asset, the Pentagon consumes more silver than many countries
15:56
produce. With China stockpiling and Trump
16:00
declaring critical mineral independence, Apollo's US based
16:05
silver project is. More than a mine.
16:07
It's a strategic domestic security asset.
16:12
But Apollo Silvers Calico project isn't just the largest
16:15
untapped silver resource in the US.
16:18
Their project also holds high grade barite and zinc, both
16:23
critical to US energy and defense, giving this stock
16:27
multiple shots at upside and fast 41 permitting acceleration.
16:33
I'm excited to see what the future holds for Apollo Silver.
16:38
You can learn more about the company at apollosilver.com.
16:42
The stock trades in Canada with the symbol APGO and in the
16:47
United. States with the symbol APG.
16:51
OF thanks to Apollo Silver for sponsoring this video.
16:56
Yes, thank you Apollo Silver for sponsoring this video and please
17:00
guys, remember I'm not a financial advisor.
17:02
Always do your own research. Speaking of silver companies,
17:06
the former CEO of the United States oldest and largest silver
17:12
mining company had two shocking things to say about silver.
17:15
We're going to get to that after we talk about the fact that,
17:18
hey, in the United States right now, the retail local coin shop
17:22
silver market is pretty screwed up, okay?
17:25
And look, retail demand for silver is important.
17:29
It is a one of the factors that affects the silver price, but
17:34
absolutely not critical. I'll tell you what I think is
17:36
going to happen with that. But on a worldwide basis, I've
17:39
got something I want to share with you that nobody else is
17:41
talking about. An insight that I think tells us
17:44
that overall, remember silver is a worldwide market.
17:48
It's just not in Boise, ID or St.
17:51
Louis, MO or Tampa, FL. It is everywhere.
17:54
And when we look at the big picture, I think we can be very
17:57
happy. I'll explain to you why right
18:00
now. Let's first go all the way to
18:02
Singapore to get an update on what we have happening in
18:07
Singapore with silver right now. You make sure I got you on the
18:11
right screen. We're kind of recalibrating
18:13
here. Hopefully you can see me and
18:15
hear me here we go, OK from Bullion Star, this is like the
18:20
premier bullion dealer in Singapore.
18:23
They put this out gold and silver at all time highs.
18:26
This was yesterday, our bullion center today every counteractive
18:32
customers browsing coins and bars at our displays, continuous
18:36
transactions, record prices are driving record demand is this is
18:41
what the exit from Fiat looks like.
18:44
So all throughout the world, China, the East, India, we're
18:47
getting reports that retail silver buying is robust.
18:51
Remember guys, it's not just small town, big town America,
18:55
right? It's this is a worldwide market.
18:58
So think about that. Number one, when we talk about
19:01
retail silver demand, we have the Asian markets, the local
19:06
coin shops. You see these videos on YouTube
19:08
and the guys are like, yeah, people are trying to sell more
19:11
silver than they're trying to buy.
19:13
A lot of the coin shops have stopped buying silver.
19:16
I'll talk about that a little more in a second.
19:18
But they're reporting that sales are moderate at best.
19:21
But what's interesting, and I haven't heard anybody else point
19:25
this out, when you look at the online bullion dealers, they all
19:30
have shipping delays. I wouldn't say shortage, but
19:34
definitely stress in their inventory.
19:36
You can cherry pick and say, well, look at this online
19:38
bullion dealer has no American Silver Eagles and this one has
19:42
No 10 oz bars. There's definitely signs of
19:44
stress. And why that's important for us
19:47
to realize is because I think the online bullion dealers,
19:51
right, it's the future. Nothing against local coin
19:54
shops. I love my local going shop
19:56
whatever right. But most retail now in any
19:59
sector clothing, think about Amazon, whatever is moving
20:03
online. So the online dealers I think
20:06
are a better measurement of overall demand.
20:09
And if we look at what the CEO of APMEX is telling us right
20:13
this daily letter saying sorry, we can't keep up we can't keep
20:16
up. And when you go on any online
20:18
bullion dealer and look and there's a big red box at the top
20:21
that says be prepared for shipping delays and.
20:24
And we're out of a lot of stuff that tells us when we think
20:27
about Asia, right demand from the retail side and we're just
20:30
talking retail from Asia in the online, I think it signifies
20:35
that there is robust demand for the metals, the coin shops,
20:39
yeah, whatever and short, yes, a lot of them have stopped buying
20:43
back silver right now. The whole retail local coin shop
20:47
silver market is kind of screwed up is what I'm observing, OK.
20:51
And we are in unprecedented times.
20:54
Remember, big moves in silver, big moves in the metals are
20:59
going to be accompanied by major volatility.
21:01
That major volatility is screwing things up at the
21:05
refiners and on the wholesale level of both of which a lot of
21:09
the local coin shops interact with.
21:12
OK, so the big take away here is take a step back, look at things
21:17
on a worldwide basis. Look at what's going on outside
21:21
the United States with retail silver purchases.
21:24
We get crazy reports from Australia, South America,
21:27
everywhere, right? And think about the fact that
21:30
the online bullion dealers who I think are, I don't know, I have
21:33
no idea, but what do you think? I bet online bullion dealers now
21:37
account for, excuse me, at least half, maybe 60 or 70% of all
21:45
silver and gold sales. The CEO of the United States,
21:51
oldest former CEO of the United States largest and oldest silver
21:57
mining company dropped a couple truth bombs.
22:00
We're going to watch a little one minute video that was put
22:03
out by a mark on X, and then we're going to talk about the
22:08
first point. But the second point, which I
22:10
think is something that all silver investors can rejoice
22:14
over, here it is right here. It's about one minute, 20
22:18
seconds long. Here we go.
22:20
I'm speaking to someone and I can't confirm this, but they
22:23
were saying that they were speaking to people in the
22:26
administration that are looking at increasing the critical
22:31
stockpile of silver in which, you know, you haven't seen seen
22:34
that for decades. So, yes, the demand for silver,
22:39
you know, putting it in inventory somewhere where you
22:42
know, you have access to it, whether it's whether it's the
22:46
exchanges, whether it's manufacturers, whether it's
22:49
governments or just individuals, is on the rise.
22:54
Remember peak silver was in 2016, so a decade ago.
22:59
We produce more silver than we have in any year since and we
23:03
will continue to see 2016 as the peak until at least 20-30.
23:09
There is not enough projects that can go into production in
23:13
the next, you know, 4-5 years it it's just not going to happen.
23:16
But if you look at the average cost of the primary silver
23:19
producers, somewhere below $20 is where it has has been.
23:25
OK, guys, 2 massive, massive, good, good things for the world
23:29
of silver. Number 1, he said he talked to
23:32
somebody who he can't divulge that says that the US government
23:35
is considering a strategic stockpile of silver.
23:39
I wonder what that would do for silver demand.
23:42
But even more important, right? He pointed out 2016 and it
23:47
didn't really dawn on me until I listened to this this interview.
23:51
2016 was peak silver production in the world by all mining
23:58
efforts combined, right? Only like 30% of silver
24:02
production comes from actual primary silver mines. 2016 that
24:08
was like he said almost 10 years ago.
24:10
Now take a step back and think about is demand for silver
24:15
continues to skyrocket. We just talked about the the
24:20
Chinese and the Indian vacuum that's sucking it all in.
24:23
Remember, there's a reason why silver cost $22.00 more per oz
24:27
in China than the United States. But we had peak silver
24:31
production almost 10 years ago. And then our friend Phillips
24:37
drops another truth bomb, right? That it's going to be the
24:41
earliest 2030 until the mining sector can actually increase
24:46
output of silver. That's four years from now.
24:49
So for the last 10 years the amount of silver being produced
24:52
has gone down and it's going to be 4 years until it can even
24:56
start to go back up. And that's in an environment
25:01
where demand for silver is absolutely exploding.
25:05
Are you feeling warm and fuzzy about silver?
25:08
I am OK. And it's starting to spread, all
25:12
right? It's starting.
25:14
You know, look, we talk about it all the time, you and I, we're
25:16
part of the, we're like the, the Green Berets of the world of,
25:20
of, of finance and money, right? Like we did the work, we
25:23
studied. But now that first layer, some
25:26
call it, and I think we'll call it phase one is starting to
25:29
occur. Of course, they're not going to
25:31
have big segments about the future of silver on CNBC yet,
25:36
but it's happening in phase one. And this is probably somebody
25:40
you've never heard of, but I'll explain to you why that's a good
25:45
thing. Let's go out and check out who
25:48
said something interesting about precious metals.
25:51
He was referring to gold. But when they refer to gold,
25:54
right, Gold's the granddaddy gold.
25:56
Silver, same thing. Mario Knaufall, you've never
26:00
heard of them, and that's a good thing.
26:02
I'll explain to you why tweeted this gold breaks above 5100,
26:06
setting a new all time high Why and and oh, let's just look at
26:10
Mario here for a second He's got OK, there it is and it keeps
26:13
blinking on and off 2.8 million I'll keep do it a few more
26:17
times. But if you look 2.8 million
26:20
followers on X, OK, why is that good?
26:26
Why is it good that you probably haven't heard of him?
26:28
And I don't really know much about him Because that means the
26:31
word about precious metals is spreading beyond our bubble,
26:36
right? We live in a precious metals
26:38
bubble. You guys are hanging out with me
26:39
in the basement. That's all we do.
26:41
You're down here. I'd like to think it's because
26:43
of my boyish good looks and dynamic personality.
26:45
But the truth is, you want to hear about gold and silver.
26:48
Mario Nofal is outside of our bubble.
26:52
He has 3,000,000 followers. The fact that we don't really
26:56
know who he is is a good thing. That means people outside of our
27:01
bubble, I'll say it for the last time, are starting to hear about
27:05
gold and silver. And it's happening with people
27:07
like Tucker Carlson. It's happening with other major
27:10
influential people. That is just phase one, phase
27:15
two, phase three, right? And then when I'm featured on
27:19
CNBC being interviewed by a guy in Saint Louis who talked about
27:22
silver for years and years, then we'll know maybe it's time to
27:26
think about converting some of our silver into something else.
27:28
But that's we are early, early stages.
27:31
This were a baseball game. I think we're in the second or
27:34
third inning at the most, right second inning.
27:37
OK, So keep an eye on that. Another 10.
27:40
And this is unbelievable. That will show us that the that
27:44
the word about precious metals is spreading.
27:46
This came from George Gammon. This is super interesting.
27:50
So George Gammon is a highly respected guy in the financial
27:54
world. He's got, I think like $300,000.
27:58
He puts out a warning. So, but then it gets more
28:00
interesting. Silver price is long past
28:03
fundamentals. Now it's about speculative
28:05
flows. I'm watching the chart closely
28:08
and paying attention to sentiment like this.
28:11
And get this, this comes from a guy named Andreas Stano Larson,
28:16
who let's just pull this up real quick and then we'll go back.
28:21
Staino research serial entrepreneur.
28:24
He's got almost 300,000 followers, always looking for
28:27
the next 5 to next case. Bob, you know, OK, he's part of
28:30
real, real vision, which is more of a crypto oriented channel.
28:34
This is interesting though. Andreas says I'm coming from a
28:38
four day crypto meet up and I think what George said is 100%
28:44
correct. We were at a crypto conference,
28:47
but everybody talked about silver.
28:51
I love crypto, I love gold and silver.
28:54
I love it all right, anything that's outside the Fiat system.
28:57
But this guy's talking about being at a crypto conference and
29:01
everybody talking about silver. What that shows us the big key
29:06
key take away is that it is spreading.
29:08
I promised you $200 silver. We're going to get there next.
29:12
I do want to say thank you to my recurring normal sponsors, First
29:17
Mint, right, the Silver Mint specialist in Las Vegas, NV.
29:21
Check them out at First mint.com in First Mining gold development
29:24
stage, gold mining company with two multi million ounce
29:28
development stage projects in Canada.
29:30
You can check them out at firstmininggold.com.
29:33
How does the prospect of $200 silver and then we're going to
29:36
get the 550 silver from another prominent figure in the world of
29:41
precious metals, but $27,000 gold?
29:44
That's because he's at it again. OK, there's, I don't know how
29:48
you, how do you feel about Robert Kiyosaki?
29:50
I'm, I'm like right in the middle.
29:52
Some people love him, some people are a little critical of
29:56
him, but the guy's been right about a lot of things.
29:59
And he's very wealthy and he's like a super mega best selling
30:04
author. And he loves gold and silver.
30:07
And he says this just to get an update about hold on here.
30:15
We'll go to gold first. Hold on.
30:17
And then we'll go back to silver.
30:18
Robert Kiyosaki put this out. Gold soars over $5000.
30:22
Yay. Get the cap when you get a cap.
30:25
OK, I will. Thank you upstairs, Susie.
30:29
Upstairs, Susie chimed in. I will thank you guys for the
30:31
Super chats. Super appreciated.
30:33
Never, ever, ever expected. But he says gold soared past
30:37
5000. Yay.
30:38
He talked about buying gold initially back, I believe it was
30:42
during the Vietnam War when he was in Vietnam.
30:44
OK, this guy's been a gold and silver bug for decades.
30:48
The future for gold, $27,000 and then we're going to get the
30:53
silver. But that's a number that gets
30:55
thrown around a lot. And there's an important reason
30:58
why because a lot of people think that if the US government
31:02
is going to, how do I say this, revalue all that gold that we
31:08
have? Some people say supposedly have
31:11
because it hasn't been audited in what, 5 decades in Fort Knox,
31:16
right? That it could be at a level like
31:18
that, $27,000. But something real key for us to
31:22
remember, President Donald Trump, not a political
31:26
statement, but he loves gold. There was a time like 8 years
31:31
ago, if you weren't in the precious metal sector where it
31:34
was a big headline story that he accepted gold is payment for
31:38
rent on one of his buildings. President Donald Trump also
31:42
loves debt. That's been proven by his
31:44
background. President Donald Trump likes
31:47
ultra low interest rates. We're going to talk about the
31:49
there's a Fed decision tomorrow. Our old friend Jerome Powell's
31:52
back. We'll talk about that.
31:53
And President Trump, excuse me, a weak dollar, all of which
31:57
support. But wait, there's more.
32:00
All of which support higher precious metals prices as we
32:05
head into the coming months, quarters and years.
32:08
And there is more because our Treasury Secretary, Scott
32:12
Besent, OK, he's also a guy that loves gold.
32:16
There was a big deal before. He was like, whatever
32:19
inaugurated, initiated, designated, whatever it is to
32:22
become Treasury Secretary with the place of our old friend
32:25
Janet Yellen. Remember her right?
32:27
And people were like, look, he's a gold bug.
32:29
He's a gold bug. They had interviews with him
32:31
from like years ago where he talked very favorably about
32:34
gold. So $27,000 gold is not out of
32:36
the question. Back to Robert Kiyosaki, $200
32:39
silver and boom. Kiyosaki says why silver is
32:45
superior in purple. Gold and silver have been money
32:49
for thousands of years, but in today's technology age, silver
32:53
is elevated into an economic structural metal, much like iron
32:59
was the structural metal of the industrial age in 1990.
33:05
I don't want to hear this because I was alive.
33:07
I was what, 20 years old? Silver.
33:10
How old were you in 1990? You could buy an ounce of silver
33:13
for five bucks an ounce today in 2026.
33:18
I'm going to tell you when I bought my first ounce, by the
33:20
way. So just remember, this silver is
33:22
$92.00 an ounce, OK? This is a little bit older and
33:25
growing more vital, like 102 an ounce now 103 as the structural
33:30
metal of the world's economic future, a store of value and his
33:34
money. I'm still calling for silver to
33:37
hit $200.00 an ounce in 2026. All right, now we're going to
33:42
get to the 550 prediction in here in a second.
33:44
But as I was saying that, I remember my very first, I bought
33:47
an American Silver Eagle for upstairs Susie, as a birthday
33:51
present one year and I still have it and we've been married
33:56
20 years. So that would have been I guess
33:59
around 2004. I wonder what I paid for that.
34:01
I have to look back. Anyhow, you have your first
34:04
ounce you bought. When did you buy your first
34:05
ounce? Put it in the chat, share it
34:07
with your fellow basement dwellers.
34:09
OK. Oh, we've been married 21 years.
34:15
Feels like, feels like just a day.
34:17
It's so much fun being married to the one and only, right?
34:20
That's right. She's that's upstairs.
34:22
Susie, for those of you who are new, that's my lovely wife and
34:25
assistant, $550 silver. Let's look at the gold and
34:28
silver market cap ranking. Man, we got a lot more to get
34:31
through here, guys. Wrong one, wrong one.
34:34
Why is this important? Breaking gold's market cap
34:37
officially hit 35 trillion and silver's market cap at six
34:41
trillion. It might be a little bit down
34:43
from that. Gold and silver are now worth 9
34:46
times the market cap of NVIDIA. That brings uh oh, did I forget
34:52
to do share screen? Hold on, I did.
34:55
You had to watch me read. I'm going to pull the screen up
34:58
now. There you go.
35:00
OK, that brings new attention, right?
35:03
Everybody looks at that chart, all the big hedge funds, all the
35:06
big institutional investors, all the private family wealth
35:10
offices, whatever you want to say it, OK.
35:12
And it's also proof that we are in a new monetary, financial,
35:18
economic, however the heck you want to say it, paradigm.
35:23
OK, let's go. Let's go to, I promise you, $550
35:27
silver. Here it is right here.
35:29
Hold on one second. This comes from oh, and there's
35:34
something very, very powerful in this.
35:37
But first from the Silver Academy, we talked about the
35:41
high price of silver in Shanghai government shutdown, and we got
35:45
to talk about the Fed decision tomorrow too.
35:47
Guys, I'm very, there's a secret factor why we can be very
35:52
excited about what's going to happen tomorrow with the Fed
35:55
decision. But the Silver Academy has a
35:58
silver target of 550. Oh, you know, I had a special
36:03
surprise to you. 550 minimum to $750 per oz by Thanksgiving Day
36:10
2026. But wait, there's more because
36:14
remember Phillips Baker, this ex CEO of Hecla Mining talking
36:19
about the the big massive silver reserve that that the that the
36:25
United States is going to do on a government level.
36:27
Well, think about this, he points out, the West is now
36:30
alert to the new reality of silver.
36:32
Funny stuff over here on the left side of this graphic,
36:36
right? All these headlines from AP
36:38
lawmakers proposed 2.5 billion critical mineral reserves,
36:43
strategic 2.5 billion. Think about this.
36:46
I'm going to circle it because it's so true, OK?
36:50
It's too little too late, $2.5 billion is less than what we pay
36:58
every day in interest to service our United States debt.
37:03
Let that sink in, OK? They can talk about 2.5 billion
37:07
in silver now. We're going to need a lot more.
37:10
By the time we get what's when the hens come home to roost for
37:15
the US dollar, it's going to be the only and the only thing,
37:19
guys, the only thing. This is big.
37:24
The only thing that's going to fix whether we're talking about
37:26
the retail silver market, the big geopolitical changes that
37:31
are going on, right? The high level impact that
37:34
that's having on the silver market, China and India
37:37
vacuuming, vacuuming in all the world silver, like we talked
37:40
about earlier, there's only one thing that's going to fix that.
37:44
There's only one thing throughout history, we're
37:46
talking thousands of years of history that fixes what's going
37:51
on in the silver. And you can also argue the gold
37:54
market as well. And that's higher prices, man.
37:59
Do you think it's possible, right?
38:01
I think it's possible that we could consolidate above $100 in
38:06
silver if we consolidate above 90, 80, even 70.
38:11
Don't throw eggs at me. I don't want it to happen.
38:13
I don't. I'm not predicting it's going to
38:15
happen. Even if we were to consolidate
38:18
above $60.00 per oz, we're in this for the long term, right?
38:23
Price will fix the imbalances that we have in the market right
38:27
now. Not paper, not make believe.
38:30
Fantasy Island, Silver, right, Fantasy Island.
38:33
Remember that TV show from the 80s with the smaller man who was
38:37
with the bigger man? It was Fantasy Island, anything
38:40
was possible. That's what we call the silver
38:43
that's on the comex in the LBMA. Fantasy Island silver, The
38:47
little guy's name was Tattoo. He would come out when the new
38:50
guests were coming up and say deplane, deplane, right?
38:54
That's what we're dealing with right now with the paper silver
38:57
market leverage to what, 300 and 54150 to 1 and the gig is up.
39:02
Now, this is shocking because, look, I've been making videos
39:05
about precious metals for years and years and years, and one of
39:09
the biggest events that we would always talk about was the
39:12
Federal Reserve decision on monetary policy.
39:15
They have meetings like every 4-6 weeks.
39:17
Whatever the heck it is doesn't really make sense when they do
39:20
it anyway. We've got that coming tomorrow.
39:22
But there's a big bonus feature that we can be excited about
39:27
embedded in the data that we're going to look at next about the
39:30
Fed. And yes, that's this guy right
39:31
here. I apologize.
39:33
You guys have been giving me a hard time.
39:35
Jerome Powell at the Federal Reserve, he's in his final days,
39:38
right? He's the man who likes to print
39:40
toilet paper dollars. That's not the big fact.
39:43
This is super interesting. And you're going to have an aha
39:48
moment. You don't have to take your
39:49
blood pressure medicine because this is good news and an aha
39:53
moment when it comes to what is happening right now in the world
39:57
of monetary policy and precious metals.
40:00
Let me pull this up. This is the CME Group Fedwatch
40:04
tool. This gives us probably the most
40:06
accurate expectation. This is how the big money is
40:10
betting on what the interest rate decision will be tomorrow.
40:13
As you can see right here, it tells us that we have one day,
40:18
zero hours and 24 minutes till we get the big decision.
40:22
And because the Fed has lost their potency, right?
40:25
It's not as big of a deal as it used to.
40:27
To be this used to be all I would talk about for a week.
40:29
OK, so this shoot, hold on here, hold on.
40:33
I'm going to make it so you can see it a little better make it a
40:36
little bit ah shoot, we'll do this we'll go to the top here we
40:41
go all this works perfect. All right, let's get the markers
40:45
out. This is the current markers.
40:49
Sorry guys, this is the current rate that we're at 3.5 to 3.75.
40:55
As you can clearly see on this chart, there is now a 97% chance
41:01
that they are not going to lower or raise rates tomorrow.
41:05
OK, There is a minuscule 3% chance that they will cut rates
41:10
tomorrow. That's that little tiny bar
41:12
right there. So we're basically being told
41:14
that it's essentially a sure thing that interest rates will
41:18
remain the same tomorrow. Now it gets even more
41:20
interesting when we go out to March, OK, where we have an 85%
41:27
chance that rates will remain the same 3.5 to 3.75.
41:33
There is a 15%, but pretty much the market is saying there's a
41:37
six out of seven chance that it at the at the meeting tomorrow
41:41
and the meeting in March, the the next meeting after that, the
41:46
interest rates are going to remain the same.
41:48
Why is that good news? Everybody in the Golden Circuit,
41:51
we want lower rates. They cut rates.
41:53
Trump wants lower rates. It's going to happen.
41:55
But think about it. The expectation at this point is
41:59
that it can't be worse unless there's some, you know, 5 Sigma
42:05
one in 14,000 year event where they raise rates tomorrow, which
42:08
would be add there's like a 0 percent chance of that according
42:11
to the CME Fedwatch tool. We're sitting in a position
42:15
where the only thing that can happen in the next two meetings
42:19
in terms of the Fed with rates would be that the odds of a rate
42:24
cut would go up. So we're sitting in the real,
42:27
real catbird seat. OK, All right.
42:31
Now next, next, next. Oh, and the other thing, the
42:34
other thing that's going on, and I heard this from one of the
42:38
people that I have the most respect for in the world of
42:42
precious metals. They pointed out something very
42:45
powerful that most of us haven't thought of three years, like the
42:49
US dollar, the DXY index. It's down, but it's still
42:53
relatively high. Most people think, or would have
42:57
thought, if two years ago we had told each other that gold would
43:01
be at $5000 per oz and silver at 100 or more, we would have
43:05
thought that the DXY, right? That and the DXY is the dollar
43:09
index, which most people erroneously assign some accuracy
43:16
to in terms of it being able to represent the value of the US
43:20
dollar. The DXY is nothing more than the
43:24
than a comparison of the worst Fiat currencies probably ever
43:29
created in the history. OK, I will.
43:34
Thank you Susie wants OK, I'll get to the Super chats in one
43:38
second. But the fact that this is like
43:39
the interest rate thing we just talked about interest rates and
43:43
expectations for interest rates in the next two meetings can
43:46
only get can only work in our favor.
43:49
They can only get moved down that the odds could go up that
43:53
we could get an interest rate cut, which would be in theory
43:56
good for gold and silver the dollar right.
44:00
What, what this guy told me was that if two years ago you told
44:03
us that gold's at 5000, silver's at over $100.00 an ounce, that
44:07
they, they, people would have thought that the DXY index would
44:10
be at like 60 or 70. I'm going to show you the DXY
44:13
index here again guys, this is just a comparison of it's like
44:19
the it's like the the cleanest shirt at the cleaners or the
44:23
best horse in the glue factory or the best used car on the
44:27
worst used car lot in any city throughout the United States.
44:30
We are still at 96.3. Let me show you I love to look
44:34
at this. It's been a while since we
44:36
looked at this. For those of you who are new,
44:38
this is a long term chart of the DXY.
44:41
Think long term now. Thank you, MarketWatch.
44:45
This is powerful. OK, If we draw a line on this
44:50
graph at 100, that's that red line, OK?
44:54
And we realize that where we are now, OK, at 96, look at how much
45:00
lower we've been in the past, OK, how much lower the DXY index
45:05
can go. But what's even more interesting
45:08
to look at is this period from here, let's say 2001 through
45:14
around here 2011. During that period of time the
45:18
the price of silver went from under $5.00 an ounce to $50 per
45:23
oz. And what accompanied that as you
45:25
can see is a big downdraft in the DXY.
45:29
So if we get that again over here, let's say out over the
45:33
next three to four years, which again based on the fiscal and
45:38
monetary policy being implemented by both our
45:41
government and the Federal Reserve and the world
45:44
geopolitical system was going on, that is not out of the
45:46
question. And the fact that the countries
45:49
of the world are, we'll get rid of that are moving away from the
45:53
dollar, things are in our favor. Somebody had a question, let's
45:57
go out and see what's going on. Questions and comments please.
46:01
And we will go to the comments section.
46:04
We got a couple of super chats. First one from a Renegade
46:09
designer. Thank you again for your
46:10
continued generosity. Never expected, always
46:13
appreciated. Super, super, appreciate that.
46:16
Let's pull up Renegade. There's Renegade.
46:19
Howdy y'all. And we've got another question
46:22
from see if I can get this up from Hughes hewness OO4 Hold on,
46:28
see if I can read this. He says the AE royal family to
46:32
buy hundreds of billions of silver this year, predicting
46:36
$250 per oz by end of year. Your thoughts Ron?
46:39
I saw a report about that. I couldn't corroborate it and I
46:44
I do my best to make sure thank you Hugh for the Super chat by
46:48
the way that that I have like my data.
46:52
Nobody can be 100% sure, but I tried to be super excuse.
46:56
Hold on one second hold on. I couldn't understand what you
47:00
said, sweetheart, could you pull up that question?
47:04
Yes, I yes, yes, I did. OK, So, yeah, there's huge
47:10
question. Susie's on a 10 second delay, so
47:13
I apologize. We do the best we can, right?
47:15
We're running a worldwide show out of our basement.
47:17
Nonetheless, there's big two things when we when we look at
47:23
the the Middle East when it comes to gold and silver, number
47:25
one, they have a history of loving precious metals.
47:29
OK? Gold, silver number one.
47:32
Number two, there was a move by one of the, I think it may have
47:36
been the United Arab Emirates where they were going to start a
47:41
tokenized silver product. Remember, they had like the
47:44
world's biggest silver bar. So in tokenization, not to go
47:49
down that rabbit hole, but the tokenization of silver, look,
47:52
five years from now you're going to say I heard it first in Ron's
47:56
basement tokenization of silver. It's like when the ETFs came
48:00
out, right? Love them or hate them, right?
48:02
The ETFs love it or hate it. Crypto and tokenization.
48:06
But tokenization of silver, where each token on the
48:09
blockchain is fully backed by an ounce of silver in a vault,
48:14
could create massive, massive demand for silver.
48:18
So that's not out of the question.
48:19
I saw that report. I'll try to dig, dig into it
48:22
some more because it is fascinating what is happening
48:26
again, right when we talk about China and India all the time,
48:29
but there's also a massive demand for silver and gold
48:32
coming from the Middle East countries.
48:34
All right, guys, hold on here. We're going to ring the bell.
48:38
It's been awesome. We have over 2400 people on this
48:42
live stream and 610 likes. I'm going to question the
48:48
cowbell. OK?
48:49
Upstairs, Susie wants the cowbell and I always do what
48:52
Susie says. So let's see, I got the cowbell.
48:55
But more importantly, right, this came from a local basement
48:59
dweller, one of us. More importantly, guys, this is
49:03
powerful. I think we've got a world record
49:06
live stream going on right now for Ron's basement.
49:09
And you are all people that want to learn and talk about silver
49:14
and gold. Again, it's not my boyish good
49:17
looks or dynamic personality. It's people around the world.
49:21
And you guys are everywhere. I'm in Saint Louis, home of the
49:24
Gateway Arch, right? That big silver arch.
49:26
But where are you? And then I mean, when I asked
49:29
people to put it in the chat, go ahead and throw it up.
49:31
I'm not going to be able to read through it today.
49:33
But we are every corner of the globe.
49:36
This is a worldwide market. It's a big deal.
49:39
So please don't forget to subscribe.
49:41
And I'm going to ring the bell for you.
49:45
That was from our friend Joe F. He brought it by the house one
49:47
day. Hey, thanks for being here.
49:49
Thanks for being part of this incredible community, incredible
49:53
movement that we have going on with precious metals.
49:56
And I'll see you, yes, you next time.
