Speaker 1: lesson is going to be coming from Hebrews eleven and one.

Speaker 1: Today's scripture is now faith is the assurance of things

Speaker 1: hoped for and the conviction of things not seen. So

Speaker 1: with that, the topic and the title for this lesson

Speaker 1: today is going to be confidence for today, confidence for today,

Speaker 1: And again the scripture is non faith is the confidence

Speaker 1: and what we hope for and assurance about what we

Speaker 1: do not see. And that is the new international version

Speaker 1: of Hebrews one, I mean Hebrews eleven and one. The

Speaker 1: backstory on Hebrews eleven and one is Hebrews was written

Speaker 1: to encourage the early Jewish believers who were facing severe doubt, persecution,

Speaker 1: and lure of returning to old traditions. The author often

Speaker 1: talked about Paul taught to be. Paul urged them not

Speaker 1: to turn back, but to trust and disappearance of the
4:16
Speaker 1: faith in which Jesus Christ. Chapter eleven is famously known

Speaker 1: as the Faith Hall of Fame, where we read about

Speaker 1: ordinary people like Abraham, Moses, and Sarah whose faith in
4:31
Speaker 1: God shine even when their outcome were uncertain. Their stories
4:35
Speaker 1: were recorded to inspire believers across every generation. So there's
4:43
Speaker 1: three takeaways that I want to share from this lesson. One,

Speaker 1: Faith is trusting beyond what you can see. Faith is
4:55
Speaker 1: more than believing when everything makes sense. True faith is

Speaker 1: clinging to God's promises even when you can't see the
5:04
Speaker 1: way forward. It's refusing to give up hope even when
5:08
Speaker 1: hopeless looking situations become because you know who God is,

Speaker 1: trusting him, trusting the process, knowing that his promises, his
5:19
Speaker 1: word is not going to return to him Lord, knowing
5:22
Speaker 1: that all those things that we read about in the
5:25
Speaker 1: scripture that they have to come to pass, and knowing
5:27
Speaker 1: that if we hold on to his word, that he
5:30
Speaker 1: will come to pass. Faith anchors our hope. In Hebrews
5:35
Speaker 1: eleven and one, it says faith is confidence, and what
5:39
Speaker 1: we hope for, our hope is anchored and not our circumstances,
5:43
Speaker 1: not what we going through right now, would it look
5:47
Speaker 1: like right now, but what we cannot see. It is
5:52
Speaker 1: the unchanging character that the word of God faith takes

Speaker 1: our hope and gives us substance, making our prayer and

Speaker 1: dreams and move mobile and mobile, knowing God can and

Speaker 1: will fulfill what he has spoken. And he said, all

Speaker 1: we have to do is have the faith the size

Speaker 1: of a mustard seed. And we all know that a

Speaker 1: musta seed is very small, that you need a microscope

Speaker 1: to see, uh, a mustard seed. And he just wants

Speaker 1: you to have just that little bit of faith, just

Speaker 1: that little bit. A lot of us. We we trust

Speaker 1: our cars, we trust planes, we trust bikes, we trust

Speaker 1: all these other things. We even trust the chairs that

Speaker 1: we sit in. If you're sitting in a chair right now,

Speaker 1: I know you didn't doubt if that chair was gonna

Speaker 1: hold you when you went and you sit down in it.

Speaker 1: I'm reminded of a story that I've heard Prophetess want

Speaker 1: Needa Byron's share. She shared this story about her mother

Speaker 1: placing her in a in a carry out and then
6:58
Speaker 1: as she began to grow, she would take her and

Speaker 1: she would place us in a different chair. But when
7:03
Speaker 1: she got old enough, she just walked up to that
7:05
Speaker 1: chair and sit down. She didn't question that chair. If
7:08
Speaker 1: that chair was gonna hold her. She believed that it
7:10
Speaker 1: was gonna hold her because her mother had placed her
7:13
Speaker 1: in chairs all along and they've helped her, so she
7:16
Speaker 1: didn't doubt that the chair that she had chose to
7:19
Speaker 1: sit in was going to hold her. So we had
7:26
Speaker 1: to trust that, and we had to hold on to faith,
7:29
Speaker 1: And we have to hold on to our belief system

Speaker 1: and and and and that those things that we believe in,

Speaker 1: because those are the things that that we that that
7:40
Speaker 1: shake our our belief, those things that were instilled in us.

Speaker 1: So your mother putting you in that chair, and and

Speaker 1: you trusting that that chair was gonna hold you in

Speaker 1: each chair that she put you in, that developed your
7:54
Speaker 1: faith and made your faith stronger because every chair she

Speaker 1: put you in it it did what it was supposed

Speaker 1: to do. You didn't fall, it helped you up, so

Speaker 1: you believe that the next chair was gonna do the

Speaker 1: same thing. So that's what we have to do. We

Speaker 1: have to trust and believe that the word is gonna

Speaker 1: do what he said is gonna do because we see

Speaker 1: what it has done in the past, we see what
8:21
Speaker 1: it has done for other people. So we have to

Speaker 1: trust and believe that it's gonna do the same for us,

Speaker 1: because the Word tells us that he has no respect

Speaker 1: of a person. So what he do for one, he's
8:30
Speaker 1: gonna definitely do it for the next. So faith trusting

Speaker 1: God behind the scene. Faith is assurance about what we
8:37
Speaker 1: do not see. Even when we do not see movement,
8:41
Speaker 1: God is yet working. The Hebrew the Heroes and Hebrews

Speaker 1: eleven did not always see immediate results, but God always
8:50
Speaker 1: kept his promise. Faith is trusting that God is moving

Speaker 1: orchestrating and turning all things around for good even when
8:59
Speaker 1: we can perceive it. We gotta trust him when we

Speaker 1: can't see him. We gotta trust him when we can't
9:06
Speaker 1: hear him. We gotta know that his word is true

Speaker 1: because it says that his word is truth. We gotta
9:11
Speaker 1: believe that his word is not going to return to
9:14
Speaker 1: him void, and we have to stand on that word.

Speaker 1: So how can we build a hall of fame? A

Speaker 1: now faith hall of fame? He talked about We talked
9:30
Speaker 1: about different people, Abraham, Moses, different people in the Bible.

Speaker 1: But the Word of God says that we should do

Speaker 1: greater works, that we should do greater work. So how

Speaker 1: would people know of those greater works? Hebrew eleven reminds
9:44
Speaker 1: us that God celebrate those who dare to believe in Him.

Speaker 1: But the stories of faith do not end with Abraham

Speaker 1: and Sarah. God is still writing faith stories today. Now

Speaker 1: it's our time. Now, it's our time that we are

Speaker 1: called to be living testimonies, building a non faith, a

Speaker 1: non faith hall of fame for the generations and the
10:09
Speaker 1: next generations to come after us. Y'all. We got to

Speaker 1: be able to leave these things. How do we leave

Speaker 1: these things? We do them through what we're doing now,
10:18
Speaker 1: through the lives. We do them through books, putting it
10:21
Speaker 1: in a book format, putting it down on paper so

Speaker 1: that people can have it, so that they can see
10:27
Speaker 1: the evidence of the things that we have done. They
10:29
Speaker 1: can see the evidence of how God has moved. So

Speaker 1: we got to put it out there, y'all. We got
10:34
Speaker 1: to share testimonis of just what God is doing. Also,
10:41
Speaker 1: we have to encourage others to step out in faith.

Speaker 1: Celebrate every act of faith, big or small. Support those
10:49
Speaker 1: around you, whether they are launching new ministries, pursuing God's
10:53
Speaker 1: giving dreams, or simply standing firm in a difficult season.

Speaker 1: Make your home, your church, your group, a place where

Speaker 1: faith is noticed and nurtured. Create a visible reminder of
11:05
Speaker 1: God's faithfulness, building your own faith wall or maintaining a
11:10
Speaker 1: faith journal, writing down your prayers promises in the way
11:15
Speaker 1: God has answered them. These are reminders of becoming a
11:21
Speaker 1: to becoming and showing your personal hall of fame to others,
11:27
Speaker 1: a source of strength, doing trials, a reason to give
11:31
Speaker 1: him praise. God does amazing things for us daily, and
11:36
Speaker 1: we got to create a legacy of faith for others
11:40
Speaker 1: to see. We got to be able to create something
11:43
Speaker 1: that people can see God moving in our lives, that
11:46
Speaker 1: people can see, they can see Him moving, They can
11:51
Speaker 1: see it now. So with that being said, I want
11:56
Speaker 1: you to understand that God uses imperfect, ordinary people to

Speaker 1: do extraordinary things through their faith. He wants to do
12:07
Speaker 1: the same thing through us. Let's live, abode, trust deeply,
12:14
Speaker 1: and encourage faithfully so our lives become a testimony for
12:18
Speaker 1: a future generation. Let's build a now faith hall of
12:23
Speaker 1: fame by walking confidently and what we hope for, assuring
12:28
Speaker 1: that God's promises will never fail. Let your now faith
12:34
Speaker 1: right the next chapter and your story matters. Your faith matters.

Speaker 1: Let's lift each other up and watch God move now

Speaker 1: faith now faith, So again our affirmation for today. Our

Speaker 1: affirmation for today is my conviction sustains me as unseen

Speaker 1: promises are for filled. Affirmation for today, my conviction sustains

Speaker 1: me as unseen promises are for filled. Know that it's

Speaker 1: not a mistake, it's not an accident, it's not a coincident.

Speaker 1: But it's all a part of the master plan. God

Speaker 1: didn't drop you out of the sky. He strategically placed

Speaker 1: you here. So whatever you are, whatever season you're in,

Speaker 1: whatever it is that you're doing, know that you're supposed

Speaker 1: to be right there where you are. Continue to trust

Speaker 1: the process, continue to do the work, continue to show up,

Speaker 1: and continue to move out the way and allow him
13:45
Speaker 1: to do what he said he would do in your life. Y'all.

Speaker 1: He has no respectable person. What he does for one
13:52
Speaker 1: he'll do for the next. But you gotta believe it,

Speaker 1: and then you got to put the work in. Just

Speaker 1: have that little faith beside of a must to see.

Speaker 1: You can't even see it, but you gotta believe. Even

Speaker 1: though you may not be able to see the manifestation

Speaker 1: of your prayers, yet you have to no trust and

Speaker 1: believe that He's already answered those prayers just as soon

Speaker 1: as you whispered, just as soon as it because it's

Speaker 1: a thought in your mind. He answered them, and you

Speaker 1: gotta believe. You gotta continue to walk, You gotta continue

Speaker 1: to show up. You gotta continue to move. Do not
14:29
Speaker 1: get stagnant, Do not get complacent, do not get content.

Speaker 1: You gotta keep striving for better. You gotta do something

Speaker 1: different than you did yesterday. You gotta do more than

Speaker 1: you did yesterday, because every day we should be striving

Speaker 1: to be the better version of ourselves that we can be.

Speaker 1: When we lay down at night, we should have poured

Speaker 1: out all that we could pour out. On today, I

Speaker 1: want to be empty because as I rest, as I say,

Speaker 1: I want him to be able to feel me anew.

Speaker 1: can stay on this journey so that I may be

Speaker 1: able to walk into tomorrow into the next day. So

Speaker 1: I'm grateful on today. I'm grateful on today that I'm

Speaker 1: able to share and to share this affirmation poem that

Speaker 1: I'm getting ready to share with you guys. So our

Speaker 1: poem for today is assurance and unseen assurance in the unseen,

Speaker 1: My God faith walks with me side by side. Conviction

Speaker 1: leads me beyond this plane to promise eternal without refrain. Again,

Speaker 1: less than sixty days. So we're gonna get an opportunity

Speaker 1: to have him on and to talk about what his

Speaker 1: journey has been like and what this next process is like,

Speaker 1: and what he's planning on doing and how he's planning

Speaker 1: on re entering society. So we have an opportunity, y'all,

Speaker 1: through the various platforms that I am a part of,

Speaker 1: to impact life. That is my whole mission, that is

Speaker 1: my true mission, is just to be the change that
17:45
Speaker 1: I desire to see in this world. Because there are

Speaker 1: a lot of things that we often see going on

Speaker 1: and we do not like, but oftentimes we sit quietly

Speaker 1: and we don't say anything. We don't speak up and

Speaker 1: speak out. I've decided that since I was given a voice,

Speaker 1: because a lot of people that know me and follow

Speaker 1: me support the things that I do. Know that I

Speaker 1: am a survivor. I'm a survivor of domestic violence. Shot

Speaker 1: point blank range with a solid our shotgun. I shouldn't

Speaker 1: be here, but God God saw fit on that day.

Speaker 1: May seven, twenty fourteen, to spare my life so that

Speaker 1: I will be able to be doing just what I

Speaker 1: He has done for me. And not only that, I

Speaker 1: try to give others the opportunity to do the same thing.

Speaker 1: God has blessed me with amazing platforms. He's blessed me

Speaker 1: am just just at our just grateful and thankful that

Speaker 1: God thought enough for little meat. You're talking about a

Speaker 1: country girl from level Lands, South Carolina. Born and raised,

Speaker 1: and Anderson lived most of my life in level Land,

Speaker 1: South Carolina, which is a little country, one way in,

Speaker 1: one way out area. You know, a lot of people

Speaker 1: never thought that I would be doing a lot of
19:21
Speaker 1: the things that I'm doing because they thought I would
19:23
Speaker 1: end up working in a meal in a plant because
19:25
Speaker 1: that's what most other people in our area do. But
19:28
Speaker 1: I wanted different. I wanted something different. I trusted and
19:31
Speaker 1: I believed I had faith that would take me out
19:36
Speaker 1: of the meals in Anderson, that would take me out
19:38
Speaker 1: of the plants, that would allow me the opportunity to
19:41
Speaker 1: be out and would allow me the opportunity to be
19:44
Speaker 1: on international platforms. What I'll be able to share or
19:48
Speaker 1: I will be able to impact lives. I've had the
19:51
Speaker 1: opportunity to speak and to buy. I've had the opportunity
19:54
Speaker 1: to speak in India, Pakistan, I've had the opportunity to
19:58
Speaker 1: speak in several countries in Africa. Little old girl from Levelands,

Speaker 1: South Carolina, that stutters and that had so many, so
20:09
Speaker 1: many ifs and butts and what it didn't want to
20:12
Speaker 1: do it. But I thank God for everything that has
20:17
Speaker 1: happened in my life. You know, we often say why me?

Speaker 1: And we often want to, you know, say why not?
20:28
Speaker 1: Why not me? Who am I? You know? We often
20:34
Speaker 1: hear people say how good God is? I have heard
20:39
Speaker 1: it for so many years, and I really didn't know
20:41
Speaker 1: because I not went through anything, so I wasn't able
20:45
Speaker 1: to really have that personal that personal recollection. All I
20:49
Speaker 1: knew was what other people told me. But my Mama,
20:55
Speaker 1: Now I can tell you that God is good. I
20:59
Speaker 1: can tell tell you because I don't look like what

Speaker 1: I've been through. But that's not something that I say
21:08
Speaker 1: often because of what I went through. I look like
21:14
Speaker 1: this because if I'm not gone through this, would I
21:18
Speaker 1: be able to Would I be able to smile? Would
21:20
Speaker 1: I be able to do the things that I'm doing.

Speaker 1: So I'm grateful. I'm thankful God has allowed me to

Speaker 1: be a part of amazing prayer group. Yeah, we've been

Speaker 1: on the wall. We've been on this, on this prayer
21:34
Speaker 1: line for five years now. I have two amazing prayer
21:37
Speaker 1: best to shaneer your Osborn and Pamela J. Hayes that
21:42
Speaker 1: decided to answer that call with me. When when when
21:46
Speaker 1: I said, God dropped these three words in my spirit
21:50
Speaker 1: and I needed somebody that operated in loved, somebody that
21:52
Speaker 1: moved and learning, somebody in lead who knew that five
21:57
Speaker 1: years later that we will be still on the wall,

Speaker 1: that we will be praying for others, and that we
22:02
Speaker 1: will be seeing God move. Nothing that nobody told us,
22:05
Speaker 1: but stuff that we've seen. We've seen individuals ask to
22:09
Speaker 1: be put on the prayer list, and we watched them
22:11
Speaker 1: delivered and set free from cancer. We watched them come
22:14
Speaker 1: out to hospital. We watched individuals. We watched the individual
22:18
Speaker 1: that was paralyzed. Now he's walking, lifting weights again, and
22:22
Speaker 1: doing the things that he was doing before the incident.

Speaker 1: So it's nothing that nobody said, but something that we've
22:31
Speaker 1: been able to witness. So that's why when I come
22:34
Speaker 1: on here and I'm able to share these things and
22:36
Speaker 1: I'm able to put it in a book because this
22:39
Speaker 1: is my experience. These are things that I've been through,
22:42
Speaker 1: so I'm able to share them, and I'm able to
22:45
Speaker 1: share from my perspective, and those that are part of
22:48
Speaker 1: it are able to share from their perspective. Y'all. We
22:52
Speaker 1: just want people to know that there is a way
22:55
Speaker 1: out and that no matter what you're going through, know
22:59
Speaker 1: that you can and you will get through it if
23:01
Speaker 1: you just stay the course. We're giving you examples, we're
23:06
Speaker 1: giving you, We're showing you that you can because we
23:12
Speaker 1: have the testimonies. We have the testimonies to prove it.

Speaker 1: So this is why we do a lot of the

Speaker 1: stuff that we do. This is why we jump on

Speaker 1: these lives. And it don't be about it don't be
23:27
Speaker 1: about how many followers we got, how many people was watching,

Speaker 1: But we just want to be able to put these

Speaker 1: messages out in the atmosphere, to put it in the
23:37
Speaker 1: vibrations so that it will do what it's supposed to do.

Speaker 1: If we just put it out there, that's all we
23:42
Speaker 1: got to do is put it out there. And then
23:45
Speaker 1: once we do what we're supposed to do, once we
23:47
Speaker 1: be obedient and put it in the vibration, then God
