  we're going all over. But before we leave Sydney, I'm

  You guys are both at such an interesting journey in your

  housewives career. Whitney, you guys just wrapped

  What can you tell us about this season?

  There were so many rumors flying around earlier this year.

  You know, I wish I could tell you everything, but obviously I

  can't. But I will say it was a

  phenomenal season. It was, I think it's the first

  season that I actually had so much fun the entire time.

  Like I my whole goal of the season was to get back to the

  old Whitney, the free spirit fun.

  And I definitely accomplished that.

  We went on some incredible trips, some that we haven't seen

  on housewives before. And then just the normal Salt

  Lake chaos like sprinter van fights and changing dynamics and

  friendship. But it's a great, it's a great

  of filming, was great with everyone.

  OK, so Teresa, I want to talk to you about Next Gen.

  Obviously you've been doing some scenes filming with Gia.

  How did you help Gia prepare for Next Gen. to star in her own

  show? I really didn't have to help her

  prepare because it was so funny. Like now the, the, the Bros

  switched because she's like mommy now can you film with me?

  Like she was like, are you can, are you available today?
• 3:28
  It was so funny because that's what I do with my daughters.

  Like, you know, I don't force them to film, but I asked them,

  I'm like, I'm doing this, you know, can you film with me?

  And, you know, if they're able to, they do.

  So that's the, you know, so the roles got reversed.

  And she was asking me. So if I was available, of course

  I said, I said, of course I'll do it, you know.

  And yeah, listen, she's, she grew up on reality TV and she's

  seen her mommy do it. As a New Jersey housewife,

  taking care of my family is my first priority.

  My little girls are Divas like their Mama.

  I think she's definitely learned from any mistakes that I've
• 4:05
  made. You know, she'll know not to

  make the same ones. Yeah.

  She's a total standout on the show and I think the fandom is

  so pleasantly surprised with how much everybody is loving the

  show. And like, it's fun.

  It's fun. Like the whole dynamic of it.

  I love it. Obviously with New Jersey, it's

  kind of in flux right now. What do you think needs to

  happen to kind of bring it back to life?

  Well, I feel like the same thing that happened to Atlanta.

  Like bring a few New Jersey housewives back and then get new
• 4:39
  ones. Like bring new blood in.

  And I'm all about the new blood because I feel like I think
• 4:45
  it'll be fun. It'll be fresh and like, yeah.

  And I think we'll have a good time again.

  Because like Whitney was saying what's what we what we lacked on

  our show that they have is comedy.

  Like, you want to have fun, you want to laugh, you know, you

  want it to be fun. Like, you don't want it to be so

  toxic and so like, stressful. And for what?

  Then? That's not fun, you know?

  And and I feel like that's what happened with our, you know,

  show. Like it got so dark and toxic

  and it's like it was not. Good.

  And I'm sure it impacted how you felt about filming.

  I mean, I feel like everyone that really knows me, they're

  TV Because I'm like, I'm so fun to hang out with and like, I

  everyone always tells me how funny I am and I'm like,

  Liberty this, what is one major misconception about you that you

  feel like the fans get wrong? I mean, you should tell me since

  you watched the show. Yeah, I like to hear what other

  people say because like, this is a lot of people are like, Oh my

  God, you're so nice. And I'm like, yeah, like, yeah,

  I am nice. Everyone thinks I'm like, I

  guess this mean person. Feel like it's not me and I feel

  like people expect you to be maybe more guarded.

  Well, I'm definitely guarded. Oh yeah, I'm definitely guarded

  because I feel like like, which I just learned something

  recently, like just be careful, like who you bring around your

  circle. So yeah, I'm definitely going

  forward now even more so, more guarded.

  And I'm sure being in the public eye is like so challenging like

  that it. Really is like, it's so sad.

  It's like you don't know who to trust.

  God, I got to learn a lesson at this age.

  Like I thought I learned a lot of lessons.

  for 20 plus years and we've never like we always work

  through things and I'm never the one.

  Well, they might say it, I don't know, like I feel like I'm not

  the Potster. But in the reality TV, when

  you're called the Potster, it really means you're moving story

  forward. Like I'm willing to be like,

  hey, enough of this. We've talked about this seven

  So I think that I'm not as drama in real life as like I've appear

  to be on TV. And I'm actually really smart.

  Even though I can't pronounce half of the English language,

  I'm smart. I graduated from college with

  honors so. No, I do think you come off as

  smart. No, I get that, too.

  I mean, obviously we wouldn't be where we are if we weren't

  smart. Yeah, I speak the way I speak.

  I'm not. I'm like, I'm not ashamed of it.
