- 1:54Speaker 3: the Omends is the blue box. I like the blue.
- 1:55Speaker 3: The brown I get. I can take the brown. I
- 1:58Speaker 3: can take the brown, those little kernels of whatever goodness.
- 2:03Speaker 2: The bunch of the bunch of the bunchet, because the
- 2:06Speaker 2: bunches you just honey, it outright. But the bunch of
- 2:09Speaker 2: the bunch separates it from everything, because otherwise it's just
- 2:11Speaker 2: frost and flakes.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Man.
- 2:13Speaker 2: But the bunches, bunches, they said, Man, we can take
- 2:16Speaker 2: this frosty flake, take the sugar down. We're gonna go bunches,

- 3:03Speaker 1: It's stark contrast.
- 3:04Speaker 2: You might as well be eating wheat, things in milk,
- 3:08Speaker 2: grape nuts, risk.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Yeah, so you know what I'm saying. I like the rass,

- 3:32Speaker 2: And in the razor. I think there's more razors than crunch.
- 3:34Speaker 2: I can't prove that, but it does taste sweeter. I
- 3:38Speaker 2: don't care what y'all think about it. I don't like
- 3:41Speaker 2: this because it was a child. My kids love Raising
- 3:43Speaker 2: Brand Crunch, which I hate. In your box now that
- 3:47Speaker 2: ain't my box. I never thought the kids get in
- 3:49Speaker 2: your box is a wrap and then they don't close
- 3:51Speaker 2: the top. Right.
- 3:52Speaker 1: You gotta close the top, man, because now.
- 3:55Speaker 3: The antegrity on the cereal is gonna change the consistency
- 3:58Speaker 3: of the cereal.
- 3:59Speaker 4: When you taste, you gonna be like, yo, this box
- 4:01Speaker 4: was open, you could taste it.

- 16:24Speaker 2: I don't like any of the And then that like
- 16:27Speaker 2: mushy cereal is I'm out, I need it to within
- 16:32Speaker 2: a reasonable amount of time. But rice crispies, coco pebbles,
- 16:35Speaker 2: fruity pebbles, the milk is just net literates it. So
- 16:40Speaker 2: coca puffs holds the integrity a little bit longer. Uh
- 16:45Speaker 2: being cocoa pebbles. I hate cocoa pebbles and and fruity pebbles.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I hate them all for Cocoa puffs. Now we cooking
- 16:52Speaker 2: great love Coco Coco puffs, solid work.
- 16:59Speaker 4: What you I'm gonna still throw frost in many weeds
- 17:02Speaker 4: in there.
- 17:03Speaker 3: You you frosted many weeds is fire and they tough
- 17:08Speaker 3: in that bowl. They be taking that milk like, look,
- 17:11Speaker 3: I ain't soft and we didn't even call you, so
- 17:13Speaker 3: you got damn right.
- 17:14Speaker 4: You ain't calling me.
- 17:14Speaker 3: So it ain't never been southt the god damn day
- 17:16Speaker 3: in my life. I'm frosted out here.
- 17:19Speaker 4: You hear me.
- 17:19Speaker 3: That means I'm older than you. All right, man, Chill, man, chill,
- 17:22Speaker 3: no man.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Get get off me it WU stay for a minute.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Man.
- 17:28Speaker 4: You got to earn the softness. You got to. You
- 17:30Speaker 4: got to you got to build trust.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Because the pastor ratio of milk is high and frosting
- 17:35Speaker 2: many weeds because rice Chrispy, it's just a soak up.
- 17:39Speaker 2: You just ain't built all nothing, man. You ain't got
- 17:41Speaker 2: no principles. Whatever the milk says, you just do frost
- 17:45Speaker 2: like nah, nah, no, man, watch y'all. I said, ain't
- 17:48Speaker 2: no milk coming through here.
- 17:50Speaker 4: You heard what I said. It's thick, damn man.
- 17:54Speaker 3: You you just stay hard, hey man, you got to
- 17:57Speaker 3: you got to m m m hm.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Like I love frost.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I love frust though, and that's a really sweet cereal
- 18:08Speaker 2: for it to be only frosted on one side.
- 18:10Speaker 1: That good commercials.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Oh my god, Yes.
- 18:13Speaker 2: I've seen the TikTok about regular mini weeks. Just one
- 18:16Speaker 2: big biscuit is you're.
- 18:17Speaker 4: Gonna chop it up with a axe. This is a
- 18:20Speaker 4: big ass biscuit.
- 18:22Speaker 1: You do the work. You do the work. We're not
- 18:25Speaker 1: gonna do it for you.
- 18:27Speaker 3: You chop it up. That's just gonna have a big
- 18:31Speaker 3: ass brick in the box. Hey man, that's none of
- 18:33Speaker 3: our business. Do you want it or not?
- 18:35Speaker 1: The box is just six bricks, six bis.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Bie.
- 18:40Speaker 3: You grab it by hand, and then you get the
- 18:45Speaker 3: axe out, you get your chainsaw, get the lumberjack to
- 18:51Speaker 3: coming out.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Oh my god, with the frostni weeds fire.
- 18:56Speaker 2: All right, So we only got one more? Oh I
- 19:02Speaker 2: got too more? No, I got too more. Okay, I'm
- 19:07Speaker 2: gonna go lucky charms. Really yeah, I love Lucky charm man,
- 19:13Speaker 2: perfect balance of regular to sweet.
- 19:16Speaker 3: You don't like the Charms, I mean, uy, charms is cool,
- 19:19Speaker 3: but without the without the marshmallow.
- 19:23Speaker 2: But that what's the point of even saying that, because
- 19:25Speaker 2: it come with the marshmallow. I mean because without the
- 19:29Speaker 2: without the stuff, there's too much marshmallow. I couldn't just
- 19:32Speaker 2: eat a box of charms. That's a way too much.
- 19:35Speaker 2: And then the texture is weird. Of the charms, the
- 19:38Speaker 2: marshmallow is, you know what I'm saying, it's like a
- 19:40Speaker 2: little weird. So the ratio is perfect, but it's all
- 19:45Speaker 2: things work together, baby peanut butter and jelly, you know
- 19:48Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Other stuff I really couldn't think of.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Trying to think of so I was like chicken wings
- 19:55Speaker 2: and rans but that ain't really like that rhyme good,
- 19:58Speaker 2: But yeah.
- 19:59Speaker 1: You you need us, like the hundred crunches don't. No
- 20:02Speaker 1: bunches were not.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Ain't nobody selling that, man, they would never go all charms.
- 20:08Speaker 3: I do like Lucky Charms, but at the same time,
- 20:10Speaker 3: I grew them fast kids.
- 20:13Speaker 4: No, it was just the taste.
- 20:14Speaker 3: I was just like all right, and for me, like
- 20:16Speaker 3: for me, like the marshmallows and the and the regular
- 20:21Speaker 3: Lucky Charms cat food.
- 20:25Speaker 1: That's what it is. It's basically.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Like if you get if you get those particles without
- 20:33Speaker 3: any marshmallows, any equation, like, man.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Yeah you got it. You got it at least with at.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Least with Captain crunching the Crushberris. If I just get
- 20:41Speaker 3: some gold bricks, the gold bricks are good enough time.
- 20:44Speaker 1: No, you right to where they can hold a note? Yeah, yeah,
- 20:47Speaker 1: you're right.
- 20:48Speaker 4: The lucky the Lucky Charms pieces ain't doing enough.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Bro I got my ratio. When I was young, I went,
- 20:55Speaker 2: I went marshmallow heavy. Now you got the last six bites.
- 20:59Speaker 2: It's just now you've made a mistake. You had a
- 21:01Speaker 2: great mistake. It teaches you about planning the strategy stuff because.
- 21:06Speaker 1: You want to you can't go to your load too early.
- 21:10Speaker 4: Now you want basket, You.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Got twenty eight regulars, just the luckies. Now you don't
- 21:16Speaker 2: want no Ceral no more.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Now you out.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Now you don't want no cereal no more? Your last one.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Tom Damn, this is tough. I love so many got
- 21:24Speaker 2: maybe go honorable mention because because at.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Least Reese's Puffs, I love peanut butter, Captain Crunch. I
- 21:30Speaker 3: love uh regular raising brand.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Yep, yep.
- 21:34Speaker 4: I'm gonna go Waffle Crisp.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Oh, Waffle Crisp is just magical to me.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Is that even for sale anymore?
- 21:44Speaker 3: Well, they took it off the shelves, then they brought
- 21:45Speaker 3: it back. I don't know where it's at now. I
- 21:47Speaker 3: don't know what the status.
- 21:48Speaker 1: I ain't seen it in a minute.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Man, Waffle Crisp is so goddamn good, and it's gonna
- 21:54Speaker 3: give you that good.
- 21:55Speaker 4: Milk on the back end too. Let me tell you
- 21:59Speaker 4: something right here, right now. That was every bowl I've
- 22:02Speaker 4: ever had. My pants was off.
- 22:05Speaker 3: Every time, bottomless, winning the pool style, eating the wall
- 22:12Speaker 3: for Chris.
- 22:14Speaker 1: To your pants.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Are you know how I feel about awful Chris Man?
- 22:21Speaker 4: I love it.
- 22:22Speaker 1: It's great cereal.
- 22:23Speaker 4: I love it.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna go Coca Puffs again. Dang, I really like
- 22:29Speaker 2: cocoa puffs.
- 22:30Speaker 4: You went back to.
- 22:31Speaker 1: I mean puff.
- 22:34Speaker 2: That is the peanut, the hydred peanut butter, dehydreed peanut butter.
- 22:38Speaker 2: The amount is so particular, too much, and it's just like, okay,
- 22:42Speaker 2: that's way heavy on the peanut butter, too much, and
- 22:45Speaker 2: it's just like that's not enough. Reese's Puffs is the perfect.
- 22:49Speaker 2: It's a one bowl cereal for me, though I can't
- 22:52Speaker 2: go to Reese's Puffs.
- 22:54Speaker 1: It's two peanus, it's a lot.
- 22:55Speaker 2: It's a lot, but one bowl on the cold milk.
- 22:59Speaker 2: That's serial. I still keep in rotation. These all are
- 23:03Speaker 2: in rotation.
- 23:03Speaker 1: All the time. I got a bull, I got a
- 23:06Speaker 1: fresh box.
- 23:07Speaker 2: And the boys don't like Reese's Puffs cereal, so Reese's
- 23:11Speaker 2: pubby like you know, they was in the razors.
- 23:12Speaker 1: But but I'm good. I'd be like I knew.
- 23:14Speaker 2: I Truste's Puffs is and I don't even interestingly enough.
- 23:19Speaker 2: I don't like Reese's peanut butter cups. You not, that's
- 23:24Speaker 2: it's too much peanut butter and the dehydrated granular like
- 23:28Speaker 2: I like it in Reese's Pieces form, I like it
- 23:30Speaker 2: in other stuff.
- 23:31Speaker 1: But the cup is it's so much peanut butter. I'd
- 23:33Speaker 1: be that's the magic, nah man.
- 23:37Speaker 2: That pieces is great in other peanut butter bars, it's great,
- 23:41Speaker 2: but cups is like all peanut butter d But I
- 23:45Speaker 2: love peanut butter.
- 23:46Speaker 3: You don't value it. You don't value peanut butter like
- 23:50Speaker 3: you're supposed.
- 23:51Speaker 1: To Reese's pieces the cups, and now they got big cups.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Also, what happened to why is why in the gas
- 23:58Speaker 2: station you can't get regular.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Size candy bars. No more the big king side twigs.
- 24:04Speaker 4: They want everybody with a big bag.
- 24:07Speaker 2: I don't need this much watching a call it just
- 24:10Speaker 2: just regular. It's not even like regular and big. It's
- 24:13Speaker 2: only big.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Man.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Everything is shabl said, I don't want four hundred eminem
- 24:18Speaker 2: I just want a regular.

- 24:23Speaker 2: Yeah, every size is movie theater size. Just I want
- 24:29Speaker 2: a kick cat with four Hey.
- 24:32Speaker 1: What's too much?
- 24:33Speaker 4: Is it?
- 24:34Speaker 3: Man?
- 24:35Speaker 1: Is it too? Because that's I'm tired.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Because they know we really want.
- 24:39Speaker 1: We ain't got no choice.
- 24:41Speaker 4: They know what we really want.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Who was like, man, forget?
- 24:44Speaker 4: They know they know we fat out here?
- 24:47Speaker 1: You want it?
- 24:48Speaker 2: When I go to Europe, I'll be like damn. I
- 24:51Speaker 2: was in Mexico City, and in Mexico it's against the
- 24:55Speaker 2: law to sell like bad food without labeling it. So
- 25:00Speaker 2: it's like candy, it's like excess sugar, excess calories.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Chips be like excess sodium. So you gotta look yourself.
- 25:07Speaker 3: You gotta look yourself dead in the mirror in that purchase, like, yo,
- 25:10Speaker 3: this is extra sugar in here.
- 25:13Speaker 4: You're gonna die quick.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Me man, I wasn't seven eleven over there, and I
- 25:17Speaker 2: was just like, you sure you want this?
- 25:19Speaker 3: You're gonna die quicker. That's on the packaging right over
- 25:23Speaker 3: the name of the product. You gonna die quicker if
- 25:26Speaker 3: you eat this.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Do you want this?
- 25:28Speaker 1: I'd be like, let me turn the back around and
- 25:30Speaker 1: open it this way.
- 25:31Speaker 3: They let they let you be accountable, serious business to
- 25:36Speaker 3: no excuses. When you laying up in that hospital, I
- 25:39Speaker 3: want you to remember the packages.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Man by man, all right, what you got to on?

- 25:45Speaker 3: Last one? Uh, I'm gonna go with she has so
- 25:52Speaker 3: many cereals now I'm drawing a blank where you.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Threw a lot in there.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Uh, I'm gonna have to when I just think about
- 26:02Speaker 3: cereals and I just can't stop.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Going to work on.
- 26:06Speaker 4: It'd be like that for me with peanut butter captain crunch.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's a good one.
- 26:11Speaker 3: That peanut butter capin crun. Just go back and going
- 26:15Speaker 3: back and I'll be eating.
- 26:16Speaker 1: It raw, just a hand cereal.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Yeah, man, you know this I ain't picked no fruit flavors, nothing.
- 26:25Speaker 2: I don't like free pebbles. I hated apple jacks. I
- 26:31Speaker 2: hated apples apple Jackson. I hated the commercial man, and
- 26:34Speaker 2: it turned me off from the cereals. Really, it doesn't
- 26:36Speaker 2: taste like apples.
- 26:37Speaker 4: It should that's a good cereal.
- 26:40Speaker 1: I don't like the marketing man.
- 26:41Speaker 3: I like corn pops too, honey spats. If I be
- 26:46Speaker 3: looking like roaches.
- 26:47Speaker 1: They do. And when you have roaches, it's different because
- 26:50Speaker 1: I have roaches and then you look like the baby.
- 26:53Speaker 1: The baby was a lot man.
- 26:54Speaker 4: So it's like, nah, like kicks, I've never got in
- 26:59Speaker 4: the kicks.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Kid tested, mother approach, great commercials, gray commercials, ass.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Cheap honey bunches. I mean, Honeynut Cheerio is a great series.
- 27:09Speaker 3: That's that's my that's my last I can't believe I
- 27:11Speaker 3: said he forget.
- 27:11Speaker 4: That's my final pick.
- 27:12Speaker 1: So peintybody Captain crunchries out.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Yeah, honey nut Cheerio.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Honey nut cheerials was so good. I used to feel
- 27:18Speaker 1: bad for regular cheerio. Man. Once honey nut came on.
- 27:20Speaker 1: The yellow box was.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Like abste healthy heart, healthy man, Shut up man.
- 27:27Speaker 1: He got the b.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Man Cheerio was like, but heart healthy man, who cares
- 27:34Speaker 2: about the heart man?
- 27:36Speaker 4: No disrespect to this man.
- 27:40Speaker 3: It's like the group Wham when George Michael went solo originally,
- 27:49Speaker 3: it's just I don't know if he retired from me.
- 27:52Speaker 3: I don't know what he did. We don't know.
- 27:55Speaker 4: But once George Michael was like, I'm leaving Wham. Y'all
- 28:00Speaker 4: original the original Cheerio the other member way.
- 28:06Speaker 1: It's just gonna be for Wick kids.
- 28:09Speaker 2: If you ain't gonna Wick, probably nobody, probably probably not
- 28:11Speaker 2: gonna buy you go over there with grape nuts and
- 28:14Speaker 2: y'all just hope for the best.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Those disrespect to Andrews and no disrespect of the Cheerios,
- 28:20Speaker 3: because I like Cheerio.
- 28:21Speaker 4: The regular Cheerios. But you gotta ask sugar.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Gotta ask sugar for the heart help. I'm saying for show.
- 28:26Speaker 3: But dad, honey nutt, I got to have faith, father figure,
- 28:32Speaker 3: perfect jute, fast love song dos with Elton John and
- 28:38Speaker 3: Aretha Franklin. Great honey, nut Honey nut great career man.
- 28:47Speaker 2: All right, Next up, TV shows that got cancer before
- 28:53Speaker 2: their time. I'm gonna go first on this one. This
- 28:57Speaker 2: is a new show south.
- 28:59Speaker 4: Side oh Man, that was definitely.
- 29:03Speaker 2: I was heart broken pissed. South Side is such a
- 29:09Speaker 2: funny show.
- 29:10Speaker 1: It's so my humor.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Man, so many funny set up, so many funny jokes,
- 29:17Speaker 2: funny cameos.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Just man. When that show got canceled, I was like.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Man, they can't have nothing.
- 29:27Speaker 2: And it was such a good ensemble cast. Nobody was
- 29:30Speaker 2: like famous famous that wasn't in the main cast. Nobody
- 29:33Speaker 2: was famous famous, but Sheer, the twins, his brother, their
- 29:39Speaker 2: sister Lisa Beasley was in episodes or roar. It was
- 29:43Speaker 2: like everybody was funny and I was. I was so
- 29:47Speaker 2: hyped to watch the next season because I like what
- 29:49Speaker 2: they're gonna do. And then it got canceled.
- 29:52Speaker 1: I was like, dang, I'm pissed.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Though I love that show, and that show felt way
- 29:57Speaker 3: more Chicago than the shot.
- 29:59Speaker 4: Yes, I felt like, oh, this is really Chicago.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Regular Chicago was.
- 30:03Speaker 4: A character in the show.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Absolutely, That's what I wanted from the shop but I
- 30:06Speaker 3: never got. But man, it's so funny though for sure.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Oh man, it hurt two seasons right.
- 30:13Speaker 2: Yeah, And I was like, well south Side could have
- 30:16Speaker 2: been that expensive, Like why would y'all do that?
- 30:18Speaker 4: South Side? Because it kept going just like it's always
- 30:21Speaker 4: sent me in Philadelphia.
- 30:22Speaker 1: They could have just kept and I love that sh
- 30:24Speaker 1: That shit.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Was fantastic and that that's the vein of south Side.
- 30:29Speaker 1: It's that because of the implication.
- 30:31Speaker 2: It's one of my favorite sketches of all side because
- 30:34Speaker 2: of the implication.
- 30:35Speaker 1: But that show been on for like twenty.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Years, man, Like it's still my episodes are not even
- 30:41Speaker 2: the TV's not even out. Yeah, it's it's the square. Yeah, man,
- 30:47Speaker 2: that's all I wanted for south Side.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Man, but not.
- 30:51Speaker 3: That's that's my main one south Side. Yeah, that's that's
- 30:56Speaker 3: the main heartbreak for me. Dang done, all right, what
- 31:01Speaker 3: you got?
- 31:02Speaker 4: I got love Craft Country so good.
- 31:04Speaker 1: I couldn't finish Love Car.
- 31:05Speaker 3: I'm pissed off. We ain't get another go round that show.
- 31:10Speaker 3: It was a lot, but it took you through so
- 31:12Speaker 3: many different spaces of just emotion. It's just like yo,
- 31:16Speaker 3: man signs back up.
- 31:18Speaker 2: It was a good it was a well no pun intended,
- 31:22Speaker 2: well crafted, well acted show, and and it was it
- 31:29Speaker 2: seemed really pop. That was a very surprising cancelation, Yeah,
- 31:34Speaker 2: because I remember everybody was talking about love It was
- 31:37Speaker 2: like dominating the timeline every time it came on, so
- 31:41Speaker 2: when they didn't bring it back. I was like that, like,
- 31:44Speaker 2: what else do you need? And the showrunners she had
- 31:46Speaker 2: the whole bible for season two. I thought it would
- 31:48Speaker 2: have like American horse story type of like anthology aspects.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Definitely they could have definitely went that route. And it was, Man,
- 31:55Speaker 3: I was that show was so dope. Man, I still
- 31:58Speaker 3: can't unsee those twins, Mopsy and Biopsy.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Man, they haunt me.
- 32:03Speaker 2: And that's why I was like, and I was trying
- 32:07Speaker 2: to support the Blacks, and I was like, man, this
- 32:10Speaker 2: is this is terrifying.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Twins dog dancing up to that girl trying to get
- 32:16Speaker 3: her that ship was terrifying.
- 32:18Speaker 1: And Journey small Let was in her.
- 32:21Speaker 4: Bad killing on that show.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Though in that show, she was killing on that Michael K.
- 32:28Speaker 4: Williams, the whole ensemble, man, everybody was.
- 32:31Speaker 1: It was just like but fear so for me.
- 32:35Speaker 3: I was like, man, that episode where they was in
- 32:38Speaker 3: that hotel where they was killing blacks in the basement
- 32:41Speaker 3: and it was a scene where somebody was at the
- 32:43Speaker 3: foot of the bed but half their faces gone, was.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Like, my god, I took my head off.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I was just like, I was so glad. I was.
- 32:54Speaker 1: I'm always glad that I live in the West.
- 32:56Speaker 2: Not always glad, but that's one of the times it
- 32:58Speaker 2: was good to live on the West coast because that
- 33:00Speaker 2: show came on. It was still I used to be
- 33:02Speaker 2: looking at it and then looking out to see the sun.
- 33:06Speaker 2: But if I lived on the East coast watching that
- 33:07Speaker 2: at night.
- 33:09Speaker 3: The girls like, let me in and this, it's funny.
- 33:14Speaker 3: It's funny. Those girls are so scared of me. I
- 33:17Speaker 3: just realized just now I've blocked them out of my
- 33:19Speaker 3: memory because I live alone. I live alone, so if
- 33:24Speaker 3: those two girls pop up in my brain at night,
- 33:28Speaker 3: I'm going somewhere. I'm leaving the house. I'm like, yeah,
- 33:30Speaker 3: what you doing?
- 33:31Speaker 1: That night light ain't gonna be enough.
- 33:32Speaker 3: I'm pulling up on somebody, like y'all up coming over
- 33:36Speaker 3: the girls.
- 33:38Speaker 4: Pulling up. I don't want you. Ain't got to host
- 33:40Speaker 4: me or nothing. I just need to be where somebody's at.
- 33:43Speaker 3: No.
- 33:43Speaker 1: I wasn't sad with th was canceled. I wasn't terrified
- 33:48Speaker 1: like for the blacks.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I was sad, but as a person to watch, I
- 33:50Speaker 2: was like, man, because you know, I'd be liking to
- 33:53Speaker 2: be up on what people are up on.
- 33:55Speaker 1: Yeah, but I used to be watching those I used
- 33:57Speaker 1: to be. Look, Oh my god.
- 34:00Speaker 5: You get so many different ranges on that show. I'm scared.
- 34:04Speaker 5: I'm scared. I don't like being scared. I don't want
- 34:07Speaker 5: to pay premium to be scared. But I respect you though.
- 34:11Speaker 2: I'm gonna say the Wayne's Brothers okay, because they didn't
- 34:14Speaker 2: get no season Finaley.
- 34:16Speaker 4: Yeah, they didn't get the proper sindom.
- 34:17Speaker 1: They didn't get them.
- 34:18Speaker 2: And I'm just saying, like, I feel like that show
- 34:20Speaker 2: doesn't get enough recognition when we talk about good black sitcoms.
- 34:25Speaker 2: It don't really come up nearly as much as it
- 34:28Speaker 2: should to me. And then just canceling it off the
- 34:30Speaker 2: win was like, you know what I'm saying, give them
- 34:33Speaker 2: the one more, give them a shortened season and leads.
- 34:35Speaker 3: You gotta let your characters look at that empty apartment,
- 34:39Speaker 3: they just standing.
- 34:39Speaker 1: There and have a moment. They earned that.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you gotta let all the characters in every show
- 34:44Speaker 3: look at that man.
- 34:46Speaker 1: They earned that man for sure. All right, what you got?
- 34:50Speaker 1: All right?
- 34:51Speaker 4: So I got living single.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Up in this thing. Did he get canceled early?
- 34:55Speaker 4: Yeah? There was more.
- 34:56Speaker 3: There was definitely more meat on the ball, and they
- 34:59Speaker 3: got rid of them too early.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Did he get canceled?
- 35:02Speaker 4: Yeah, they didn't renew it.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Dang, I didn't know that. Yeah, the season was that.
- 35:07Speaker 4: They should have lasted as long as Friends did.
- 35:11Speaker 3: It ain't right tone, but they last four, five, five, five.
- 35:16Speaker 1: The last season was only thirteen.
- 35:18Speaker 3: Oh they they cut them, They cut them, short them
- 35:21Speaker 3: down from twenty four to thirteen episodes.
- 35:24Speaker 4: No, man, we want more.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I don't remember a bad episode of Living singles.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Even single was fire. We wont but that should have last. Wait,
- 35:31Speaker 3: how many episodes they do?
- 35:32Speaker 1: Total? They did?
- 35:35Speaker 2: See twenty seven, twenty seven, twenty seven, twenty four. Man,
- 35:38Speaker 2: it's twenty forty six, twenty seventeen, how many times three
- 35:42Speaker 2: ninety one, ninety five plus ten. It's a little bit
- 35:46Speaker 2: over one hundred.
- 35:46Speaker 4: Oh so they made it to one hundred.
- 35:48Speaker 2: They made it to one hundred twenty seven, twenty seven,
- 35:50Speaker 2: twenty seven plus twenty four plus thirteen.
- 35:54Speaker 4: So they did one hundred and eighteen episodes.
- 35:56Speaker 3: Okay, syndication got the I want more, but at least
- 36:00Speaker 3: they made it over one hundred. Yeah, yeah, yeah, so
- 36:03Speaker 3: that might not qualify as to really so I'm gonna
- 36:05Speaker 3: give you something.
- 36:07Speaker 2: I still it was more on the table I never
- 36:10Speaker 2: felt like this show was not what it used to
- 36:11Speaker 2: be your bath.
- 36:12Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, they definitely went.
- 36:14Speaker 2: It's just like, yeah, I'm gonna say now, I'm probably
- 36:17Speaker 2: alone in this.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Kyle x Y. You talk about a random show. You
- 36:23Speaker 1: know what that is?
- 36:24Speaker 4: Kyle x Why.
- 36:28Speaker 2: Like an alien boy came to Earth. He was like
- 36:32Speaker 2: born in the live. I don't know if anybody watched
- 36:34Speaker 2: it you talk about I was all.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Laying, he got no belly.
- 36:39Speaker 4: But I remember the ads for this.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Show.
- 36:45Speaker 2: Jesse was the girl. They were just getting good. I've
- 36:48Speaker 2: never seen that after anything else.
- 36:50Speaker 4: After they did a three season.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Tom, I was like, man, it.
- 36:56Speaker 2: Was like Stranger Things before Stranger Things, and also not
- 36:58Speaker 2: as good as Stranger Things.
- 37:00Speaker 1: But Ton, I mean not that little programmed boy you
- 37:03Speaker 1: talking about.
- 37:04Speaker 2: That was my show? Love me some colleges. What you got,
- 37:08Speaker 2: Chappell Showbell Show. We definitely needed more of that, And
- 37:12Speaker 2: I know chap was just like, I feel we needed more.
- 37:16Speaker 2: I'm with you, I wanted more. He has so many
- 37:21Speaker 2: like golden sketches that that permeate conversation today. We was
- 37:26Speaker 2: just talking about this like two days ago, the Rick
- 37:29Speaker 2: James ketch, Prince, the Prince, sketch the Real.
- 37:32Speaker 4: World The Blind Black White, Oh my.
- 37:35Speaker 1: God, he just and remember that that came out when
- 37:39Speaker 1: I was in college. Everybody was watching that.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Matter of fact, it was white people that put me on,
- 37:44Speaker 2: Like I knew who Chappelle was, but I didn't know
- 37:45Speaker 2: the show and I ain't have I ain't have cable
- 37:49Speaker 2: cause back.
- 37:50Speaker 4: You know, earlier Chappelle appealed more to the white audience.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure, but he but he was still making
- 37:57Speaker 1: like yeah, sure.
- 37:58Speaker 4: But it was it was just like I feel like
- 38:01Speaker 4: the blacks didn't truly embrace.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Him, for sure, for sure, because that was those DVDs
- 38:05Speaker 2: were getting passed around on the campus like it was.
- 38:08Speaker 4: It was crazy.
- 38:09Speaker 2: No Chappelle shows golded Still, I'm gonna say Playmakers, okay, ESPN.
- 38:16Speaker 2: Playmakers was about the NFL. They had the young running
- 38:21Speaker 2: back with the old running back. They had, there was
- 38:23Speaker 2: a gay player early, there was drug abuse, there was
- 38:28Speaker 2: all kind of stuff, and the NFL told that's how
- 38:31Speaker 2: good the show was. The NFL told ESPN, if you
- 38:34Speaker 2: don't cancel this show, you won't you won't get the
- 38:37Speaker 2: rights to show NFL games.
- 38:38Speaker 1: They didn't like Playmakers was so good.
- 38:44Speaker 2: I remember the linebacker was aging and he couldn't keep up,
- 38:47Speaker 2: and he like there was like a Michael Vick character
- 38:49Speaker 2: that they was going against, and he had studied the tape.
- 38:51Speaker 2: He was like, when he passed his hand, he gonna run,
- 38:53Speaker 2: and he tackled him to save the game.
- 38:56Speaker 1: But then they didn't make the playoffs anyway. That old
- 38:59Speaker 1: black dude who was a Denzel's son in Fences, he
- 39:03Speaker 1: was the old school running back. Ohmark good was a
- 39:05Speaker 1: new running back. He was on drugs. Wow, that the
- 39:08Speaker 1: white quarterback. It was great, man. I thought. I was like,
- 39:11Speaker 1: this probably was the NFL. Really is NFL was.
- 39:15Speaker 4: Like, dang, Like, man, it must up a good thing.
- 39:20Speaker 2: And it was like ESPN just never did scripted TV.
- 39:23Speaker 2: After that, They're just like we're done. And I was like,
- 39:26Speaker 2: this is a good show. It was like, get a
- 39:29Speaker 2: Seahawks game. You're gonna get the XFL after that?
- 39:34Speaker 4: All right, you up the Carmichael Show.
- 39:38Speaker 1: You was on that.
- 39:39Speaker 4: I was on that, But I feel like we wanted more.
- 39:44Speaker 1: I never saw that.
- 39:46Speaker 4: You never Oh man, man, it's a good time, and.
- 39:48Speaker 1: No disrespect to that, but I just wasn't watching and
- 39:51Speaker 1: we needed more.
- 39:53Speaker 4: It was a good show, man.
- 39:54Speaker 3: It was funny, it was thought provoking, and you know
- 39:57Speaker 3: the good ensemble. Tiffany was killing on there, the Red
- 40:04Speaker 3: of Divine. The cast was great because it was just like,
- 40:07Speaker 3: we need more of this. Nah, we're good. That was
- 40:12Speaker 3: a good show though.
- 40:13Speaker 2: Nah.
- 40:15Speaker 4: They was like nah, man, let me do.
- 40:20Speaker 1: I'm trying to think of what really hurt me. Mm hm.
- 40:28Speaker 1: I used to love Best Sports Show period, remember that.
- 40:30Speaker 1: I remember that.
- 40:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I felt like that was such a good contrast to ESPN. Yeah,
- 40:35Speaker 1: and then it just.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Was off, like we ain't bringing it back.
- 40:42Speaker 2: That had Chris in there. I think John Sally was
- 40:44Speaker 2: on there. I had a good time with that show.
- 40:48Speaker 2: I actually remember that before first take was like talking
- 40:51Speaker 2: heads and it was called Cold Pizza. I used to
- 40:53Speaker 2: love it as Cold Pizza. It was like low five.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Skip wasn't skipped like he was Wood.
- 40:58Speaker 1: He was on there.
- 40:59Speaker 2: But then it just was like it's now it's all
- 41:00Speaker 2: just yelling and stuff overproduced. Now it's just over just
- 41:03Speaker 2: hot takes, man. I'd be so sick of the hot.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Takes, man. Just take just be annoying. We can't just
- 41:10Speaker 1: talk regular.
- 41:10Speaker 4: You can't trust the hot takes, no mantas.
- 41:15Speaker 1: All right, what you got the get Down.
- 41:18Speaker 4: On Netflix.
- 41:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I wanted more, especially the way it ended. I
- 41:22Speaker 3: definitely was.
- 41:26Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, it was a good time.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I think it was too expensive, Yeah it was.
- 41:30Speaker 4: It was pricey Netflix. Look, we want to put our
- 41:33Speaker 4: money elsewhere. You got the money, but we want to
- 41:36Speaker 4: put it elsewhere. And so but the get Down was
- 41:39Speaker 4: a good time. Yeah, yeah, I'm.
- 41:42Speaker 1: With you on that. I'm gonna go winning time.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Yes, was this on my list too.
- 41:47Speaker 1: I wish Time to go all the way to.
- 41:52Speaker 4: Go to now. I wanted to just be ongoing.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Man, it was so good.
- 42:00Speaker 4: I want that show to be like how mad it is.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Yes, every season, every season, get a new season. I
- 42:07Speaker 2: want Smush Parker seasons. I want Kobe and Shocked. I
- 42:11Speaker 2: want Kobe's next thing without Shock, I want I want everything.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Because it was so that dude who played Magic was.
- 42:21Speaker 4: He was great.
- 42:22Speaker 1: I mean he was great.
- 42:24Speaker 4: And also I really believe that the dude who played Kareem.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Was Cat was good.
- 42:29Speaker 2: John c Riley never would have thought he would pull
- 42:33Speaker 2: off Jerry Buss now you know him. And Will farall Ate,
- 42:35Speaker 2: I mean, uh Will Farol Adam McKay bro ain't cool
- 42:38Speaker 2: no more because of Yeah, because Will Ferrell wanted to
- 42:43Speaker 2: play Jerry Buss and Adam McKay was producing Winning Time,
- 42:48Speaker 2: and I think Will audition and he thought he got it,
- 42:52Speaker 2: but Adam McKay was like, you're not believable as as
- 42:56Speaker 2: Jerry Buss.
- 42:57Speaker 1: So he had brought John c Riley in.
- 43:00Speaker 2: John c Rolly was like, I'm not like, I'm cool
- 43:02Speaker 2: with Will Yeah, so I'm gonna tell him, and he
- 43:05Speaker 2: told him and then Will Fair was like, bro, why
- 43:07Speaker 2: you didn't You didn't tell me?
- 43:08Speaker 1: You haven't believed you know, it's my dreams.
- 43:10Speaker 2: And then they parted ways off that damn And it
- 43:13Speaker 2: was all because the article was like John c Riley
- 43:15Speaker 2: is too good of a man, because John c was like, listen, man,
- 43:17Speaker 2: I ain't gonna have him mad at me because I
- 43:20Speaker 2: know how much you mean.
- 43:20Speaker 4: You do it because you know they've been friends for
- 43:23Speaker 4: a long.
- 43:23Speaker 1: Time, long time and can play straight for sure, you
- 43:27Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 43:27Speaker 3: I had no doubt he would have did a good
- 43:29Speaker 3: job as John c. John, I mean, yeah, he was
- 43:33Speaker 3: perfect because they both they both equally get well. We
- 43:36Speaker 3: know that John c Riley can do dramas because you've
- 43:38Speaker 3: seen him in more drama.
- 43:40Speaker 4: Sure, but of course he delivered.
- 43:43Speaker 2: He delivered, man, But you gotta be on the that's
- 43:45Speaker 2: the lesson here is, man, even when it's tough, you
- 43:47Speaker 2: gotta be up and up, be straightforward.
- 43:49Speaker 1: People cannot be mad.
- 43:50Speaker 2: They can be mad with your choice, but you're not
- 43:53Speaker 2: going to add like the secretiveness and the choice because
- 43:57Speaker 2: at least you're like, hey, man, I love you and
- 44:00Speaker 2: I don't feel like you're right for this. Okay, I can't.
- 44:03Speaker 2: I mean you could. I feel like it'd be hard
- 44:05Speaker 2: to be not my friend if I just be like, man,
- 44:07Speaker 2: it's you ain't right.
- 44:08Speaker 1: But you go on the sneak tip, go behind my
- 44:10Speaker 1: back now you now we ain't even boys.
- 44:13Speaker 4: You're done.
