  The FAA for approving spacex's rocket operations without a

  review. This is especially relevant

  given NASA's plan for the moon landing for 2026.

  Now, feltman highlights that Congress has previously passed

  laws overwriting Environmental Review requirements such as last

  SpaceX efforts were truly important enough to the nation,

  that Congress felt they needed to go forward.

  And this delay would be too significant.

  There's always the possibility for something to happen.

  Now despite the current legal challenges SpaceX has

  demonstrated as resilience and adaptability in the face of
• 5:52
  adversity throughout its history.

  As a Pioneer in the commercial space sector, the company has

  had to navigate numerous obstacles, including

  technological, hurdles regulatory challenges and even
• 6:03
  early launch failures. And each time SpaceX has managed

  to learn from these experiences emerging stronger and more
• 6:09
  capable in their pursuit of their ambitious goals, the

  outcome of the lawsuit, Potential delays May test the

  company's resolve once more, but their track record suggests,
