- 0:00Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to this edition of Vince. It is, what
- 0:04Speaker 1: is it, Wednesday today. Holy crap, the week is flying by.
- 0:07Speaker 1: In fact, it's Ash Wednesday. So a blessed Ash Wednesday
- 0:10Speaker 1: to those who mark it. Glad to have you with
- 0:12Speaker 1: us today. We've got a massive, massive show ahead for you.
- 0:15Speaker 1: It's going to be so good. We want to explore
- 0:18Speaker 1: why Hillary Clinton is now frantically trying to dance away
- 0:21Speaker 1: from all questions related to Jeffrey Epstein. That's ahead on
- 0:24Speaker 1: the program. Also, the presidential speculation about J.D. Vance and
- 0:31Speaker 1: Marco Rubio. It gets brand new attention. We've got some
- 0:34Speaker 1: details on that. We've got, let's see, the Poop-tomic saga.
- 0:39Speaker 1: We've got Justice for Jasmine Crockett. Wait, wait a second, Vince.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Justice for Jasmine? Bear with me. We'll get to it.
- 0:47Speaker 1: In fact, I probably should stop listing things I want
- 0:49Speaker 1: to talk about because if I keep listing them, I'll
- 0:51Speaker 1: never get to them. All ahead on this edition of Vince.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Great to have you with us. You really are the
- 0:55Speaker 1: best audience anywhere, as always. And I want to thank

- 1:03Speaker 1: I slept on my Helix mattress last night, and I
- 1:05Speaker 1: had a great night's sleep, thanks to Helix. And it
- 1:09Speaker 1: wasn't always this way. I used to have crappy mattresses,
- 1:12Speaker 1: and I didn't actually think that any mattress would work
- 1:15Speaker 1: really well for me until I met Helix. My Helix
- 1:18Speaker 1: mattress has changed the way I sleep and the way
- 1:20Speaker 1: my wife Allison sleeps. We love our Helix mattress. We
- 1:24Speaker 1: are Helix evangelists. Now, when we switch to Helix, we
- 1:28Speaker 1: stop tossing and turning. My back pain... It started to
- 1:32Speaker 1: ease away. And you can't feel Allison moving.
- 1:35Speaker 2: It's great.
- 1:36Speaker 1: The whole thing is great. And the way we got
- 1:38Speaker 1: matched up with our Helix mattress is we took their
- 1:40Speaker 1: amazing online sleep quiz. There's no guessing, no stress. We
- 1:44Speaker 1: got the perfect mattress. And so from the very first
- 1:46Speaker 1: night we noticed the difference, there wasn't a moment that
- 1:49Speaker 1: we hesitated. Are we sure this is right? It was
- 1:51Speaker 1: right from the moment we unpacked it.
- 1:53Speaker 3: It was amazing.
- 1:54Speaker 1: So I think you're going to love Helix too. If

- 3:09Speaker 1: it delivered right to you. Thank you, one and all.
- 3:12Speaker 4: Okay.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Let me start with Hillary today. Hillary freaking Rodham Clinton
- 3:17Speaker 1: just sat down with the BBC for what she thought
- 3:20Speaker 1: was going to be one of these fluffy European interviews
- 3:23Speaker 1: where they just don't ask anything serious of her because
- 3:26Speaker 1: she's on the global left alongside them. Well, they started
- 3:29Speaker 1: asking her about Jeffrey Epstein, which is fantastic. I just
- 3:34Speaker 1: love this. Now, Hillary Clinton, I will admit, she's practiced
- 3:37Speaker 1: at lying. So she tries to take it in stride
- 3:41Speaker 1: as she's asked about her and Bill's extensive relationship with
- 3:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And here she is saying, Epstein? Ep who?
- 3:50Speaker 1: We barely knew the guy. Watch.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Do you regret the links that there have been?
- 3:55Speaker 1: You know, we have no links.
- 3:57Speaker 6: We have a very clear record that we've been willing
- 4:02Speaker 6: to talk about, which my husband has said. He took
- 4:05Speaker 6: some rides on the airplane for his charitable work. I
- 4:10Speaker 6: don't recall ever meeting him.
- 4:12Speaker 5: Did you ever meet Ghislaine Maxwell?
- 4:14Speaker 6: I did on a few occasions and thousands of people
- 4:18Speaker 6: go to the Clinton Global Initiative. So it to me
- 4:22Speaker 6: is not something that is really at the heart of
- 4:27Speaker 6: what this matter is about. They are accused and in
- 4:31Speaker 6: both cases were convicted of horrific crimes against girls and women.
- 4:38Speaker 1: That should be the focus.
- 4:40Speaker 7: And we....
- 4:43Speaker 1: He was just hanging out for charitable work. What the
- 4:48Speaker 1: hell is this, Hillary? What is this thing?
- 4:53Speaker 3: What is this?
- 4:54Speaker 1: You're probably saying, Vince, why do you even have that?
- 4:56Speaker 1: That's a great question. Why do I even have this?
- 4:57Speaker 1: How did this end up in my house? This actually
- 4:59Speaker 1: was a gift years ago. It was really from the
- 5:02Speaker 1: great Mary Walter, my old co-host. She gave this to me.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Are you serious?
- 5:10Speaker 1: It was for the charitable work.
- 5:12Speaker 7: S.J.
- 5:12Speaker 2: What goes?
- 5:13Speaker 1: Why do you have that? Oh, by the way, if
- 5:14Speaker 1: you're listening on the audio podcast, that I'm referring to
- 5:17Speaker 1: is the weird Jeffrey Epstein painting that he had hanging
- 5:21Speaker 1: in his house of Bill Clinton wearing the blue dress
- 5:26Speaker 1: and high heels with his legs dangled over the side
- 5:29Speaker 1: of a chair.
- 5:29Speaker 8: Oh.
- 5:36Speaker 1: It's just philanthropic work they.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Were hanging out.
- 5:39Speaker 1: They're just trying to get money out of the guy
- 5:41Speaker 1: who was nothing that serious about it. And so the
- 5:44Speaker 1: BBC interviewer asks some of the more obvious questions. Well,
- 5:47Speaker 1: hold on a second. Wait, wait, wait, wait a damn second.
- 5:51Speaker 1: What about the hot tub photos? What about the fact
- 5:53Speaker 1: that we've got pictures of your husband in these compromising
- 5:56Speaker 1: positions with women hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell?
- 6:01Speaker 1: What's the deal there? Take a look as she tries
- 6:03Speaker 1: to navigate that question.
- 6:05Speaker 5: What was your reaction when you saw some of the
- 6:07Speaker 5: material that has been released? I'm thinking, for example, of
- 6:09Speaker 5: images of your husband apparently in a hot tub in
- 6:12Speaker 5: a swimming pool on Epstein's plane. What was your reaction
- 6:16Speaker 5: to that? And do you know the context surrounding some
- 6:19Speaker 5: of those images?
- 6:19Speaker 1: Absolutely. And it wasn't a hot tub on a plane.
- 6:22Speaker 6: It was one of the stops they made to look
- 6:24Speaker 6: at philanthropic and charitable work that my husband has done,
- 6:27Speaker 6: saving literally millions of lives around the world. It turned
- 6:31Speaker 6: out that was done long before there was any public
- 6:34Speaker 6: awareness and certainly any conviction of any crime by Jeffrey Epstein.
- 6:39Speaker 6: So it was a short period of time that was
- 6:43Speaker 6: in pursuit of charitable philanthropic work. A lot of people
- 6:46Speaker 6: were traveling at the same time. Many staff members, guests,
- 6:50Speaker 6: other supporters of the foundation. If Bill and I had
- 6:54Speaker 6: a penny for every person we've taken.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Pictures with, we would be extremely rich today. You are
- 7:01Speaker 1: extremely rich. You are extremely rich. In fact, you've taken
- 7:05Speaker 1: lots of pennies from lots of people and produced no
- 7:08Speaker 1: meaningful charity whatsoever. The Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton
- 7:13Speaker 1: Foundation were money laundering operations for the Clinton family. And
- 7:18Speaker 1: you're acting like, oh, we just, you know, we're just
- 7:20Speaker 1: regular people. And we tried to hang out with Epstein
- 7:23Speaker 1: because we wanted to.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Raise a She's so full of shit. It's unreal. It's unreal.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Well, actually, it's totally real. That's kind of the way
- 7:33Speaker 1: that she's conducted her whole life. But that I'm glad
- 7:37Speaker 1: to see some of this, like finally, like I love
- 7:39Speaker 1: like the left is constantly being like, you know, the
- 7:41Speaker 1: real Epstein villain is here is Donald Trump. Meanwhile, Donald
- 7:44Speaker 1: Trump is on record constantly of helping authorities take down
- 7:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. You know, we just had the Palm Beach sheriff, right,
- 7:54Speaker 1: in testimony, turned up in the Epstein files, who said, yeah,
- 7:57Speaker 1: Trump was the greatest. Trump, you know, was the guy
- 7:59Speaker 1: who was telling us all about how dastardly Epstein was
- 8:03Speaker 1: and how dastardly Ghislaine Maxwell was and what a mess
- 8:06Speaker 1: that whole thing was with what looked to be underage girls.
- 8:11Speaker 1: President Trump was the one who was talking to authorities.
- 8:13Speaker 1: President Trump was the one who kicked them out of Mar-a-Lago.
- 8:16Speaker 1: because Epstein was perving on the help at Mar-a-Lago. This
- 8:20Speaker 1: is stuff that is well-documented. Meanwhile, Bill Clinton, what's his
- 8:25Speaker 1: record with Jeffrey Epstein? It's extensive. Bill Clinton hung out
- 8:30Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein more than he's hung out with Hillary Clinton.
- 8:34Speaker 1: He's been with Epstein a lot. In fact, Jeffrey Epstein
- 8:39Speaker 1: went to the White House like crazy. The visitor logs
- 8:42Speaker 1: from the Clinton White House, the Daily Mail reported some
- 8:44Speaker 1: time ago, The visitor logs demonstrate that Epstein basically lived there.
- 8:50Speaker 1: He went there 17 times, at least, including a dozen
- 8:54Speaker 1: times in 1994, and twice in one day on three
- 8:58Speaker 1: separate occasions. Now, you tell me something. You ever been
- 9:00Speaker 1: to the White House 17 times? Have you gone a
- 9:04Speaker 1: dozen times in a single year? How did Jeffrey Epstein
- 9:07Speaker 1: get to do that? Jeffrey Epstein did. Visitor logs obtained
- 9:11Speaker 1: exclusively by DailyMail.com reveal pedophile Epstein visited the White House
- 9:15Speaker 1: 17 times during Bill Clinton's first term, at least, between
- 9:18Speaker 1: 1993 and 1995. That was just the first term. The
- 9:21Speaker 1: documents released as a part of a FOIA request show
- 9:23Speaker 1: that he was admitted as a guest on 14 separate days,
- 9:26Speaker 1: three occasions, made two visits in a single day. He
- 9:30Speaker 1: was constantly meeting with the President of the United States.
- 9:35Speaker 9: Hmm.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Okay.
- 9:37Speaker 8: So.
- 9:38Speaker 1: That's an interesting piece of information. What else do we
- 9:41Speaker 1: know about Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton? Remember this picture?
- 9:45Speaker 1: Look at this one. Exclusive headline, Daily Mail. Would you
- 9:49Speaker 1: mind giving it a crack? Bill Clinton leans back and
- 9:52Speaker 1: smiles while receiving neck massage from Epstein victim. 22 in
- 9:57Speaker 1: never-before-seen photos from trip on pedophile's plane to Africa in 2002. Oh,
- 10:02Speaker 1: look what we have.
- 10:07Speaker 8: Here.
- 10:08Speaker 1: There's Bill engaged in a little bit of philanthropic work,
- 10:11Speaker 1: just hanging out in what looks like a cleared-out airport
- 10:17Speaker 1: lobby or something. And he's got this young lady cracking
- 10:21Speaker 1: his neck, giving him a massage on camera. Huh, it's
- 10:25Speaker 1: so crazy. Are there pictures like this of Trump anywhere?
- 10:29Speaker 1: I don't think so, actually. I don't think there's anything
- 10:31Speaker 1: like that. There's Bill doing some philanthropy, just raising money
- 10:37Speaker 1: to help the children. It's really, really wonderful. Here's a
- 10:41Speaker 1: question I have. Have you ever thought about why is
- 10:44Speaker 1: it that Hillary is still so ride or die? Like
- 10:47Speaker 1: after all these years, Like you get it, like in
- 10:50Speaker 1: the 90s when Hillary Clinton is the first lady. And
- 10:54Speaker 1: at that moment, Bill Clinton is quite obviously her meal ticket.
- 10:58Speaker 1: And all of these women are coming out and credibly
- 11:01Speaker 1: accusing Bill Clinton of being a scumbag. Remember what Hillary did?
- 11:05Speaker 1: Hillary attacked the women. She said, don't you dare, don't
- 11:08Speaker 1: you ruin my meal ticket. Don't you ruin the thing
- 11:11Speaker 1: that I need to get big in this world. We've
- 11:14Speaker 1: got something specific going on here and you can't upend this.
- 11:17Speaker 1: You're not going to mess with this. So Hillary attacks
- 11:19Speaker 1: all the women. Of course, she didn't believe all women,
- 11:22Speaker 1: despite the fact that she should have. She just attacked
- 11:25Speaker 1: them mercilessly. And then after that, what happens? Well, she
- 11:29Speaker 1: gets her Senate seat in New York, even though she
- 11:31Speaker 1: didn't even live in New York. And then she becomes
- 11:34Speaker 1: the Secretary of State. And then she becomes the presidential
- 11:36Speaker 1: nominee for the Democrat Party and thankfully loses to Donald Trump.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Why does she need Bill anymore? You ever thought about that? Like,
- 11:44Speaker 1: why is she still so ride or die for Bill?
- 11:46Speaker 1: Why is she sitting through an interview where she knows...
- 11:49Speaker 1: that Bill's a scumbag, that he doesn't deserve any of
- 11:53Speaker 1: the support from her, and yet she keeps giving it
- 11:55Speaker 1: to him. What's that about? And I think I know
- 11:57Speaker 1: the answer. I think that the Clintons know that if
- 12:03Speaker 1: one of them turns on the other, the whole game
- 12:06Speaker 1: is up. It's mutually assured destruction. If Hillary were to
- 12:10Speaker 1: throw Bill out, the whole thing ends in utter disaster.
- 12:14Speaker 1: There's a sort of an honor among thieves going on.
- 12:17Speaker 1: here because both of them know where the, yes, thank you.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Mama Dawn 91 says it. They know where the bodies
- 12:23Speaker 1: are buried. They know literally where the bodies are buried.
- 12:26Speaker 1: We know where the bodies are buried. So it's, it's
- 12:28Speaker 1: too much. They're too in, they're in too deep. They
- 12:30Speaker 1: have to take these secrets to the extent they can
- 12:33Speaker 1: to their grave. They know what the Clinton global initiative
- 12:35Speaker 1: was up to. They know what the Clinton foundation was
- 12:37Speaker 1: up to. They know what Jeffrey Epstein was up to.
- 12:40Speaker 1: The last thing they can do is turn on one
- 12:43Speaker 1: another because that, that'll end in disaster. So They've linked
- 12:47Speaker 1: arms and they're taking it to the bloody end, it seems.
- 12:49Speaker 1: At least for now. There's Hillary still defending Bill after
- 12:52Speaker 1: all these years. And Bill, I mean, think about the
- 12:54Speaker 1: indignities that Bill continues to serve to this woman. I
- 12:57Speaker 1: love how everyone acted like, you know, you know the
- 12:59Speaker 1: thing you have to do, you have to vote for
- 13:00Speaker 1: her because she's a woman. You got to support women.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Really?
- 13:02Speaker 1: Because this, she is really a cartoon character. She represents
- 13:09Speaker 1: the kind of person who, first of all, attacks women,
- 13:11Speaker 1: attacks women, refuses them of, Remember the expression I saw
- 13:15Speaker 1: somebody already in the chat say, bimbo eruptions in the 90s.
- 13:20Speaker 1: And then she lets her husband constantly step out on
- 13:23Speaker 1: her to the point that the United States Secret Service
- 13:26Speaker 1: is involved in making it happen. Hillary Clinton knows this
- 13:29Speaker 1: is going on. And she just lets it happen. This
- 13:32Speaker 1: is how pathetic she is. Look at this. Bill's secret mistress,
- 13:38Speaker 1: the Energizer. Do you guys remember this story? Bill's secret mistress,
- 13:42Speaker 1: the Energizer. This comes to us from years ago now.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Bill Clinton reportedly has a buxom blonde mistress who visits
- 13:51Speaker 1: so often when Hillary Clinton isn't in Chappaqua that the
- 13:54Speaker 1: former president's Secret Service detail have given her an unofficial codename, Energizer.
- 14:01Speaker 1: This is according to Ronald Kessler in the first family detail,
- 14:04Speaker 1: Secret Service agents reveal the hidden lives of presidents due
- 14:07Speaker 1: August 5th from Crown Forum. Kessler is no stranger to
- 14:11Speaker 1: the controversy surrounding the Secret Service. He broke that Secret
- 14:13Speaker 1: Service agents protecting Obama in Cartagena, Colombia, had hired prostitutes
- 14:19Speaker 1: and put the president in jeopardy. The book shows that
- 14:24Speaker 1: a woman called Energizer will arrive in an SUV, sometimes
- 14:27Speaker 1: just minutes after Hillary has left the house in Westchester.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Kessler quotes a supervisor informing the agent, quote, you don't
- 14:35Speaker 1: stop her, you don't approach her, you just let her
- 14:38Speaker 1: go in. Energizer, who is described as charming and friendly,
- 14:44Speaker 1: sometimes brought cookies to the agents. One told Kessler, quote,
- 14:49Speaker 1: it was a warm day and she was wearing a
- 14:51Speaker 1: low cut tank top. And as she leaned over, her
- 14:54Speaker 1: breasts were very exposed. They appeared to be very perky
- 14:58Speaker 1: and very new and full. There was no doubt in
- 15:01Speaker 1: my mind they were enhanced. Kessler also reports that Hillary's
- 15:06Speaker 1: secret service detail will inform Bill's secret service detail when
- 15:10Speaker 1: the former first lady is coming home. So Bill has
- 15:12Speaker 1: time to get Energizer off the property and clean up
- 15:15Speaker 1: any evidence. But once the warning came late, the agents
- 15:19Speaker 1: had to scramble to get Energizer out of there so
- 15:21Speaker 1: there wasn't some kind of big confrontation. Kessler also reveals
- 15:24Speaker 1: that Hillary is routinely rude to the agents, no surprise,
- 15:27Speaker 1: who are sworn to take a bullet for her. Energizer.
- 15:31Speaker 1: This is great. This is great reporting, isn't it, naked
- 15:34Speaker 1: Andrew Gillum? There's naked Andrew Gillum in the chat.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Isn't that wild?
- 15:40Speaker 1: Those Secret Service agents are very observant, by the way.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Difficult for them to see people on roofs, but very
- 15:46Speaker 1: easy to see surgically enhanced breasts on Energizer arriving to
- 15:51Speaker 1: see Bill Clinton, which is the story. So, you know,
- 15:56Speaker 1: after all these years, Hillary Clinton is still, you know,
- 15:59Speaker 1: standing by her man because she knows the family secrets,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and so does he. And they're going down together. Speaking
- 16:07Speaker 1: of people who are in the Epstein files, you see
- 16:10Speaker 1: Whoopi Goldberg is trying to get ahead of the scandal
- 16:12Speaker 1: involving her. Whoopi's like, I'm in the Epstein files. Yeah,
- 16:15Speaker 1: Whoopi Goldberg, which is, by the way, not even a
- 16:17Speaker 1: real name. What's her real name again? Isn't it Karen Johnson?
- 16:20Speaker 1: Isn't that a real name? Karen Johnson? Whoopi Goldberg. was
- 16:27Speaker 1: on The View yesterday, of course, and she admitted she's
- 16:31Speaker 1: in the Epstein files. Listen to the women of The
- 16:32Speaker 1: View now who suddenly say that just being named in
- 16:35Speaker 1: the Epstein files doesn't mean you're guilty of anything. Here's
- 16:38Speaker 1: the exchange, watch.
- 16:41Speaker 9: Can you put up, my name is in the files.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Yes.
- 16:47Speaker 3: And what does it say?
- 16:48Speaker 9: It says, Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco.
- 16:51Speaker 9: John Lennon's charity, it should say Julian Lennon's charity, is
- 16:55Speaker 9: paying for it. They don't want to charter, so they're
- 17:00Speaker 9: looking for private owners.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Here's the info.
- 17:02Speaker 9: And they give all the information. And they're saying, do
- 17:07Speaker 9: you want to offer your G2?
- 17:10Speaker 1: And it looks like they said no thanks. So in
- 17:13Speaker 1: other words, anybody.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Can be on this list.
- 17:15Speaker 9: Well, this is my point, because I'm telling you, when
- 17:17Speaker 9: I tell you people are trying to turn me into,
- 17:21Speaker 9: I wasn't his girlfriend, I wasn't his friend.
- 17:23Speaker 1: You were too old for him.
- 17:25Speaker 9: I was not only too old, but it was at
- 17:27Speaker 9: a time, you know, where this is just not, You
- 17:31Speaker 9: used to have to have facts before you said stuff.
- 17:34Speaker 3: But Trump is on the list 38,000 times.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Listen to this lady. I can't speak to.
- 17:39Speaker 9: Him, but I'm speaking about me because I'm getting dragged.
- 17:42Speaker 9: People actually believe that I was with him. It's like, honey,
- 17:47Speaker 9: come on. Every man that I've ever been with, you've
- 17:50Speaker 9: known about him because either the Enquirer wrote it about him.
- 17:54Speaker 1: So listen, the audience is sitting there. The audience is
- 17:56Speaker 1: sitting there. You hear them. They're completely silent. They don't
- 17:58Speaker 1: even know how to process any of this.
- 18:00Speaker 7: Well, I thought.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I thought the Epstein files, everyone was guilty. And then
- 18:05Speaker 1: Joy Behar's having trouble processing because she thought that the
- 18:08Speaker 1: whole talking point was like, hey, if you're named in
- 18:10Speaker 1: the Epstein files, you're super guilty of something. But, well,
- 18:14Speaker 1: Trump was named, says Joy Behar. Of course, as I've
- 18:17Speaker 1: explained six million times, President Trump comes out. looking great
- 18:22Speaker 1: in these Epstein files. Looks really great as the guy
- 18:25Speaker 1: who is the, like the one guy who's constantly telling
- 18:28Speaker 1: on what Jeffrey Epstein's up to. It was like, this
- 18:30Speaker 1: is disastrous. Kicking him out of Mar-a-Lago. Helping out the
- 18:33Speaker 1: attorneys who represent the victims. And there's Whoopi Goldberg. Whoopi
- 18:38Speaker 1: Goldberg is like so desperate To try and spin out
- 18:41Speaker 1: of this. Trying to protect the paycheck she's getting from ABC.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Don't look at me. I'm not guilty of anything.
- 18:46Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 18:46Speaker 1: You seem pretty cozy with Epstein. Everyone's talking about which
- 18:49Speaker 1: jet to use. The G2? You got to figure out
- 18:51Speaker 1: the G2. Can we borrow the G2? You people are
- 18:55Speaker 1: living in a different and very demented world. That's all
- 18:58Speaker 1: I have to say about that. And there she is.
- 19:02Speaker 1: When has Whoopi ever lied to us about anything, by
- 19:04Speaker 1: the way? I mean, besides her name.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Besides.
- 19:10Speaker 1: besides the fundamental details about her identity. Other than that,
- 19:14Speaker 1: when has she ever lied to us? You know, just
- 19:16Speaker 1: something to think about. All right, I got a lot
- 19:18Speaker 1: more ahead for you, including how did the poop-tomic crisis
- 19:21Speaker 1: even start? Well, it could have something to do with
- 19:24Speaker 1: the lefties who don't know anything about actually managing water
- 19:27Speaker 1: and keeping it clean. More ahead on this edition of Vince.

- 20:45Speaker 1: Thank you to Patriot Mobile. Let's see. I want to
- 20:48Speaker 1: talk to you about the latest on the Pooptomic, because
- 20:50Speaker 1: we really do actually have some updates here. In case
- 20:54Speaker 1: you were wondering, like, how did all of this even begin?
- 20:57Speaker 1: You know, who's managing this system? How is it that
- 21:00Speaker 1: a six-foot sewage pipe, raw sewage, could explode wide open
- 21:05Speaker 1: right into the nation's waterways, the Potomac River, and pour
- 21:08Speaker 1: out nearly 300 million gallons of raw sewage. Who's in
- 21:13Speaker 1: charge of all of this? Well, we've got some more
- 21:15Speaker 1: information about this. This comes to us from my great
- 21:19Speaker 1: colleagues at The Daily Caller. DC Water's CEO oversaw $ 520
- 21:25Speaker 1: million dollars in DEI contracts. And of course, the biggest
- 21:33Speaker 1: sewage spill in American history. DEI, oh, they're spending, what
- 21:38Speaker 1: is that, 520 million? I believe that's over half a
- 21:41Speaker 1: billion dollars, if my gazintas and my gazaltas are correct.
- 21:45Speaker 1: That's over half a billion bucks on DEI. What about
- 21:50Speaker 1: clean water? How about pipes that work? While hundreds of
- 21:54Speaker 1: millions of gallons of raw sewage accumulated in the pipes...
- 21:57Speaker 1: the District of Columbia's Water and Sewer Authority, was focused
- 22:01Speaker 1: on diversity, equity, and other left-wing priorities, setting the stage
- 22:07Speaker 1: for what seems to be the largest sewage spill in
- 22:10Speaker 1: American history. DC Water CEO David Gaddis said, has championed
- 22:17Speaker 1: equity and diversity throughout his whole tenure. And, you ready
- 22:21Speaker 1: for this? Not only is he a DEI lunatic, he
- 22:24Speaker 1: was also named in a lawsuit against his former employer
- 22:28Speaker 1: for allegedly withholding information about water contamination in Flint, Michigan.
- 22:33Speaker 1: So you got a DEI enthusiast who was also accused
- 22:37Speaker 1: of being involved in a cover-up of what was going
- 22:39Speaker 1: on in Flint, Michigan with their disastrous water supply as
- 22:43Speaker 1: a result of Democrats. Boy, this guy, the hits keep
- 22:47Speaker 1: coming for this guy. Holy crap. Yeah, it was back,
- 22:52Speaker 1: that was before he joined DC Water in 2018. They
- 22:55Speaker 1: say that they withheld details about lead pipes in Flynn,
- 22:59Speaker 1: Michigan in their assessment. But then he comes to DC,
- 23:03Speaker 1: he comes to DC Water, he gets there. At the time,
- 23:07Speaker 1: DC Water was considered a global role model, had one
- 23:10Speaker 1: of the highest reputations in the water sector, and they
- 23:12Speaker 1: bring this guy in. And he was recognized. He had
- 23:15Speaker 1: all the big recognitions. He was recognized as one of
- 23:18Speaker 1: the 10 most influential black corporate leaders of 2022, because
- 23:23Speaker 1: that obviously matters, the color of his skin. Part of
- 23:26Speaker 1: that effort includes Lead Free D.C., Gattis, says it incorporates
- 23:33Speaker 1: community equity considerations into its project prioritization process. He said,
- 23:37Speaker 1: I want to win for our community by extending water equity,
- 23:40Speaker 1: water equity, to every customer, including the eradication of lead
- 23:44Speaker 1: pipes within the district. And so what did he do? Well,
- 23:47Speaker 1: he set up something called Fair Share Objectives to boost
- 23:51Speaker 1: participation from disadvantaged minority and women-owned business enterprises. And then
- 23:58Speaker 1: they started handing out a ton of money. In fiscal
- 24:00Speaker 1: year 2024, disadvantaged and women-owned enterprises received $ 520 million from
- 24:08Speaker 1: this operation. Not on the basis of merit, but instead
- 24:13Speaker 1: on the basis of racial and gender prejudice. That's how
- 24:17Speaker 1: that went. So that's what this guy's been up to.
- 24:21Speaker 1: DC Water did not respond to the Daily Car's request
- 24:23Speaker 1: for comment, but we've got some game tape, actually. of
- 24:26Speaker 1: this Gaddis character. Here he is, cut six, bragging about
- 24:31Speaker 1: how he got rid of white dudes at DC Water.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Very important mission, listen.
- 24:35Speaker 8: When I arrived at DC Water, this was an organization
- 24:39Speaker 8: that looked very similar to our industry. It was predominantly
- 24:43Speaker 8: white male at the top, but this was a utility
- 24:47Speaker 8: that's more than 70% people of color work at this utility.
- 24:51Speaker 8: And I really believe Uh, and I still believe, and
- 24:55Speaker 8: it has been fantastic. The outcomes have been fantastic, but the, the,
- 24:59Speaker 8: the people at the top, the executives, the chiefs in
- 25:02Speaker 8: that C-suite, they should look like, uh, the employees, uh,
- 25:07Speaker 8: that they, that they serve and that they work with.
- 25:09Speaker 8: And the same thing with the community. And so my
- 25:12Speaker 8: executive team, you know, looks exactly like the community. It
- 25:16Speaker 8: looks like, it looks like the, the, the employees, the staff,
- 25:20Speaker 8: you know, be it people of color, women. And it's
- 25:25Speaker 8: just a fantastic team that has come together to do
- 25:28Speaker 8: a lot of great things here at DC Water and
- 25:31Speaker 8: in the community for the customers.
- 25:36Speaker 1: You know, there's an old expression. Perhaps you've used it.
- 25:40Speaker 1: It's truism, actually. Garbage in, garbage out. You know what
- 25:46Speaker 1: we got in DC right now? Sewage in, sewage out.
- 25:51Speaker 1: That's what happened. So you get a bunch of incompetent
- 25:54Speaker 1: people who arrive, who use racial prejudice as a means
- 25:58Speaker 1: to run an operation. They're obsessed with picking people out
- 26:02Speaker 1: based on their skin color to work within the operation.
- 26:06Speaker 1: They hand out money to people on the basis of
- 26:08Speaker 1: their skin color and gender. Instead of taking care of
- 26:11Speaker 1: the pipes, and what happens? Well, a pipe explodes, and
- 26:14Speaker 1: then it fills the nation's water supply with the largest
- 26:18Speaker 1: discharge of sewage we've ever seen. So great work. Sewage in,
- 26:23Speaker 1: sewage out. That's what we have. Can we prosecute people
- 26:28Speaker 1: like this? Can we prosecute? This is what I mean.
- 26:32Speaker 1: This kind of negligence is completely destructive. And, you know,
- 26:38Speaker 1: I'd like to see some more meaningful consequences for a
- 26:40Speaker 1: dude like that. Like, what is that about? So if
- 26:43Speaker 1: you're wondering, like, how did that all happen? I don't
- 26:49Speaker 1: know how else to express it. I'm gesturing towards the camera.
- 26:52Speaker 1: For those of you who are listening to the podcast,
- 26:54Speaker 1: I'm just gesturing. Just hand out. That's what you get.
- 26:59Speaker 1: That's what you get. Remember, earlier this week, we were
- 27:05Speaker 1: talking about Wes Moore, the governor of Maryland, and how
- 27:09Speaker 1: he's a complete disaster. And he said nothing about any
- 27:14Speaker 1: of this. He said nothing about the fact that this
- 27:15Speaker 1: pipe explosion happened in his own state. that all of
- 27:18Speaker 1: this sewage is pouring into his own state's waterway. He
- 27:20Speaker 1: said nothing about it until earlier this week after President
- 27:23Speaker 1: Trump brought the nation's focus to it. He's like, well,
- 27:26Speaker 1: I'm going to attack Trump now. And then he demanded
- 27:28Speaker 1: money from FEMA, which is hilarious because Democrats have shut
- 27:32Speaker 1: down FEMA. Like, we need FEMA money.
- 27:34Speaker 7: Really?
- 27:35Speaker 1: Well, why don't you fund FEMA? Maybe that would be
- 27:38Speaker 1: a good start. We've got Democrats now in Maryland. Things
- 27:42Speaker 1: just keep getting worse in Maryland. More mayhem in Maryland.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Democrats are now banning cops from helping ICE at all.
- 27:50Speaker 1: They just signed a law banning the police from something
- 27:54Speaker 1: called 287G agreements. 287G agreements. A new Maryland law now
- 28:01Speaker 1: means that there will be more victims of illegal alien crime,
- 28:05Speaker 1: according to DHS. This Maryland legislation... is now cracking down
- 28:09Speaker 1: on police cooperation with immigration officials and is going to
- 28:13Speaker 1: put violent aliens back on the streets. Westmore signed this
- 28:18Speaker 1: into law yesterday. Yesterday. Talk about, so meanwhile, in the
- 28:24Speaker 1: midst of a sewage crisis, you're like, how can we
- 28:25Speaker 1: make this worse? Well, why don't we screw the people
- 28:28Speaker 1: of Maryland over even more by letting more illegal aliens
- 28:31Speaker 1: murder them? You really are on the side of the
- 28:34Speaker 1: demons if this is the output of your party's efforts.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Because this 287G thing, perhaps some of you are aware
- 28:44Speaker 1: of how it works. It's a really simple concept. Basically,
- 28:48Speaker 1: there aren't enough ICE officials to do the job everywhere
- 28:50Speaker 1: in the country. The Trump administration is hiring a lot more,
- 28:53Speaker 1: especially thanks to the big, beautiful bill, now the big,
- 28:55Speaker 1: beautiful law. But there are limitations, just manpower limitations. So
- 29:00Speaker 1: what does ICE do? They deputize. They can deputize local
- 29:03Speaker 1: law enforcement in order to help them with this mission.
- 29:06Speaker 1: ICE's 287G program, it's listed here on their website. It
- 29:11Speaker 1: was added in 1996. And what this allows is it
- 29:16Speaker 1: enhances the safety and security of our nation's communities by
- 29:20Speaker 1: allowing ICE to partner with state, local, and tribal law
- 29:23Speaker 1: enforcement agencies to identify and remove criminal aliens, who are
- 29:26Speaker 1: amenable to removal from the United States. So they very
- 29:32Speaker 1: simply will deputize local law enforcement. They delegate local basically
- 29:39Speaker 1: immigration enforcement capabilities to the locals so they can assist.
- 29:46Speaker 1: This program is wonderful and it works really well in
- 29:51Speaker 1: states like Florida where they're using it as a means
- 29:54Speaker 1: to get illegal aliens out of the country. So ICE
- 29:56Speaker 1: doesn't have to be everywhere. They don't have to be
- 29:58Speaker 1: stretched thin. that these agencies, these law enforcement agencies can
- 30:02Speaker 1: all work out together. And what's happened here is, think
- 30:07Speaker 1: about what the Democrats are arguing. We can't have ICE
- 30:09Speaker 1: in our state. We can't have immigration enforcement in our state.
- 30:13Speaker 1: ICE agents are evil.
- 30:14Speaker 3: They're masked.
- 30:15Speaker 1: They're rounding up people randomly. They're Nazis. Okay, well, if
- 30:18Speaker 1: you don't want ICE agents in the state, do you
- 30:20Speaker 1: want your local cops? If you don't like the way
- 30:23Speaker 1: ICE is doing its job, why don't you let the
- 30:25Speaker 1: locals do the job? and help ICE out. That way
- 30:28Speaker 1: you don't have to have ICE agents even showing up
- 30:30Speaker 1: in the streets. You understand what I'm saying? In other words,
- 30:33Speaker 1: this is completely incoherent. They hate the idea that ICE
- 30:37Speaker 1: officers are in the streets of Maryland, but then they
- 30:39Speaker 1: subsequently also say that they don't want local cops to
- 30:44Speaker 1: do that job in the absence of ICE. So what
- 30:47Speaker 1: are they really saying then, if that's their position? They're
- 30:51Speaker 1: not anti-ICE specifically. They're anti-immigration enforcement at all. They don't
- 30:58Speaker 1: want illegal aliens to be deported. This isn't about ICE
- 31:01Speaker 1: being Nazis or anything like that. That's a scaremongering tactic
- 31:06Speaker 1: used to try and get the American public to turn
- 31:08Speaker 1: against immigration enforcement. And when you say you won't even
- 31:11Speaker 1: let your local cops do the job, well, you've given
- 31:13Speaker 1: the whole game away. You don't want us to have borders.
- 31:17Speaker 1: You're perfectly content with people in your own state being raped, murdered, abused.
- 31:21Speaker 1: You're perfectly content with that. Because you truly believe, and
- 31:26Speaker 1: the rest of us acknowledge, that Democrats accrue power by
- 31:29Speaker 1: allowing this chaos to continue, which is why they do it. 100%.
- 31:33Speaker 1: And so every time you see one of these guys
- 31:37Speaker 1: turn down, these Democrats, remember this, going forward, and in
- 31:40Speaker 1: the past now, every time you see Democrats turn down
- 31:43Speaker 1: the 287G program, and they don't let the local cops
- 31:47Speaker 1: do this job, it really tells you the whole story.
- 31:50Speaker 1: It's not about ICE. It's not about ISIS tactics. It's
- 31:53Speaker 1: about stopping us from enforcing the laws of our nation.
- 31:56Speaker 1: More ahead on events. Let's see. I want to thank
- 32:00Speaker 1: our great sponsors right now. Here's a sponsor you need
- 32:04Speaker 1: to know about. Let me just start with a basic
- 32:06Speaker 1: question though. What happens when you die? It's a pretty
- 32:11Speaker 1: important conversation. Lots of people avoid it actually. It's uncomfortable,
- 32:15Speaker 1: but it's important. And being prepared matters. This is why
- 32:19Speaker 1: you should finally sit down and use trust and will
- 32:23Speaker 1: for your online estate planning. Trust and will. Easy to
- 32:26Speaker 1: remember because that's what you need. And it is important,
- 32:30Speaker 1: and you probably know it's important, especially things like naming
- 32:32Speaker 1: a guardian and making decisions about the house. You just
- 32:36Speaker 1: have to know where to start. And this is where
- 32:38Speaker 1: trust and will comes in. With trust and will, you
- 32:40Speaker 1: can create a complete estate plan in as little as
- 32:43Speaker 1: 30 minutes. Their online platform will provide a step-by-step guided
- 32:47Speaker 1: process and offer optional one-on-one support from attorneys in your state.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Trust and Will believes that estate planning should be accessible
- 32:53Speaker 1: to everybody, so they're committed to making it affordable today
- 32:57Speaker 1: and valuable tomorrow. So don't wait until it's too late.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Protect your loved ones today, tomorrow, and beyond with Trust
- 33:05Speaker 1: and Will, the most trusted name in online estate planning.
- 33:10Speaker 1: And I can't emphasize how important this is. I'm grateful
- 33:12Speaker 1: that Trust and Well is sponsoring the program, but I
- 33:14Speaker 1: do want to just tell the basic thing. Perhaps you
- 33:16Speaker 1: already know this. Maybe you've dealt with this in your life,
- 33:19Speaker 1: or maybe you know somebody who has. When a loved
- 33:23Speaker 1: one passes away, and then someone else is tasked with
- 33:25Speaker 1: handling their estate, it really helps if everything is organized
- 33:29Speaker 1: and ready to go. Because if it's not, you are
- 33:31Speaker 1: in for a total maze. It is very difficult in
- 33:36Speaker 1: some cases to navigate it. And If you care about
- 33:39Speaker 1: your loved ones, you should care about the world that
- 33:41Speaker 1: you leave them after you pass. So go to trustandwill.com
- 33:45Speaker 1: slash Vince. Get 20% off. That's trustandwill.com slash Vince for

- 33:55Speaker 1: a law firm. They don't provide legal advice. Their online
- 33:58Speaker 1: forms are designed to help you create a valid estate plan,
- 34:01Speaker 1: but are not substitute for personalized legal counsel. Thank you
- 34:04Speaker 1: to Trust and Will.
- 34:06Speaker 8: Okay.
- 34:07Speaker 1: And Thank you also to the great people at Quince.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Love that Quince is back with us as a sponsor
- 34:13Speaker 1: because I love their clothing. They've got great clothing. A
- 34:16Speaker 1: well-built wardrobe is not about having a ton of clothes.
- 34:19Speaker 1: You just need the right stuff. You need the right
- 34:21Speaker 1: stuff that feels great, holds up over time, and looks great.
- 34:25Speaker 1: And that's exactly what Quince does best. They focus on
- 34:28Speaker 1: premium materials, thoughtful designs, everyday staples that stay very easy
- 34:32Speaker 1: to wear, easy to rely on, even as the weather shifts.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Quince has everyday essentials that I truly love, and they've
- 34:37Speaker 1: got quality that lasts. Organic cotton sweaters, super soft and durable.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Polos that work for any occasion. Light jackets that keep
- 34:45Speaker 1: you warm through the changing seasons. They work directly with

- 34:57Speaker 1: for what to grab. And you're like, well, I'd like
- 34:58Speaker 1: that quince shirt. I could put the quince shirt back on.
- 35:01Speaker 3: It looks great.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Keeps me warm. Doesn't break the bank. You should refresh
- 35:05Speaker 1: your wardrobe with quince. Go to quince.com slash Vince for

- 35:25Speaker 1: Thank you. Quinch, great sponsor. Okay. Here we go. So
- 35:32Speaker 1: I mentioned the 287G program. I've got one more lunatic
- 35:36Speaker 1: Democrat when it comes to illegal aliens. One more lunatic
- 35:39Speaker 1: Democrat when it comes to illegal aliens that you need
- 35:41Speaker 1: to see today. This is the idiot mayor of Philadelphia.
- 35:47Speaker 1: You ready for this? This is the Philadelphia mayor. What
- 35:51Speaker 1: the hell is even her name these days? It's like
- 35:53Speaker 1: we get so many. Oh, Sherelle Parker. is the mayor
- 35:56Speaker 1: of Philadelphia. And here she is being asked about the
- 36:01Speaker 1: fact that Philly is a sanctuary city. What does it
- 36:03Speaker 1: mean to be a sanctuary city? This is a very
- 36:06Speaker 1: straightforward question from a reporter who asks her this question.
- 36:09Speaker 1: And listen, it's kind of a weird clip because she
- 36:12Speaker 1: starts breathing very heavily, like she's terrified about the answer
- 36:15Speaker 1: she's about to give. Listen to the mayor of Philly,
- 36:19Speaker 1: Sherelle Parker.
- 36:22Speaker 3: What does the term sanctuary city mean to you, Mayor?
- 36:26Speaker 4: What I want to tell you about Philadelphia, and this
- 36:32Speaker 4: is extremely important, that you Claudia Vargas, have been provided
- 36:40Speaker 4: an answer to the question that you just asked from
- 36:45Speaker 4: our city solicitor. Philadelphia, that means the chief lawyer for
- 36:50Speaker 4: the city of Philadelphia. Renee Garcia is our city solicitor.
- 36:54Speaker 4: And what we are, the term we use to describe
- 36:59Speaker 4: our city, is that we are a welcoming city here
- 37:03Speaker 4: in Philadelphia.
- 37:06Speaker 1: You know, the only thing she asked is our country's borders.
- 37:08Speaker 1: That's Sherelle Parker, the mayor of Philadelphia. We're a welcoming city.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Don't say sanctuary. Say something that's even less understandable. It's nuts.
- 37:21Speaker 1: It's really nuts. But they're all in. They're all in
- 37:23Speaker 1: on this election rigging operation. You know, when has Pennsylvania
- 37:26Speaker 1: ever been at the center of any sort of election
- 37:30Speaker 1: concern at all?
- 37:31Speaker 8: Hmm. Hmm.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Yeah, it wasn't like 2020 or anything. There she is.
- 37:38Speaker 1: What cities were involved in that? Was Philadelphia involved in that?
- 37:41Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Philadelphia was definitely involved in that. So there
- 37:43Speaker 1: she is, Sherelle Parker. We're not a sanctuary city. The
- 37:47Speaker 1: question you asked, we're wrong. It's a welcoming city. Okay,
- 37:53Speaker 1: you shouldn't be the mayor of anything at all. There
- 37:57Speaker 1: she is. But yeah, it was crazy. You hear her breathing?
- 38:00Speaker 1: She was super panicked. What, did she just jog up
- 38:02Speaker 1: to the lectern? It sounded weird. She didn't even look
- 38:05Speaker 1: overweight or anything. She was just breathing super heavy. I
- 38:07Speaker 1: was like, okay, calm down. How about, you know, it's easier.
- 38:11Speaker 1: It's a lot more relaxing to tell the truth. A
- 38:13Speaker 1: lot more relaxing. Just tell the truth. You're trying to
- 38:16Speaker 1: rig elections. Well, candidly, great question, Claudia. We're trying to
- 38:19Speaker 1: rig the election.
- 38:20Speaker 9: Next.
- 38:22Speaker 1: It'll be way easier if you answer questions like that.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Let's see here. Okay, let me get to another. I've got, man,
- 38:29Speaker 1: we could do election rigging coverage all day. I've got
- 38:32Speaker 1: some election rigging coverage for you. But here's one right now.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Democrats actually, establishment Democrats are trying to rig an election
- 38:38Speaker 1: in Texas against their own party right now. You ready
- 38:42Speaker 1: for this? This is a fun one. So at the moment,
- 38:46Speaker 1: Texas is going through its primary process and Democrats are
- 38:50Speaker 1: trying to pick their primary nominee. And they've got three
- 38:55Speaker 1: primary candidates who are in the race, including Crazy Jasmine
- 39:00Speaker 1: Crockett and a Texas legislator by the name of James Tallarico. Now,
- 39:06Speaker 1: by now, you may have encountered James Tallarico somewhere on
- 39:09Speaker 1: the Internet. He's been going viral a lot lately because
- 39:11Speaker 1: he has all these blasphemous distortions of the Bible. He
- 39:14Speaker 1: misuses scripture to try and justify abortion and transgenderism and
- 39:19Speaker 1: gay marriage. That's who this guy is. And it's super
- 39:23Speaker 1: poisonous and it is blasphemy, everything that he's doing. And
- 39:27Speaker 1: so he's going out there and he is an absolute.
- 39:30Speaker 1: favorite of the establishment Democrats. They love this guy. They
- 39:34Speaker 1: love that he's trying to use the Bible as a
- 39:37Speaker 1: political weapon against Americans. And that led to a pretty
- 39:43Speaker 1: interesting saga this week. where Stephen Colbert, who was canceled
- 39:48Speaker 1: last year by CBS, but he keeps doing that show
- 39:50Speaker 1: until the summer. Stephen Colbert was decided to come up
- 39:54Speaker 1: with this scheme with James Tallarico to make him more
- 39:59Speaker 1: famous as the primary votes are beginning in Texas. Because
- 40:03Speaker 1: obviously Colbert wants Tallarico to beat Jasmine Crockett. So the
- 40:08Speaker 1: left is now lining up to try and stop the
- 40:10Speaker 1: black woman from getting the job. They think that she'll
- 40:13Speaker 1: imperil the chances of them ever winning the seat, which
- 40:15Speaker 1: by the way is true. And this is the reason
- 40:17Speaker 1: why it'd be hilarious if she becomes the nominee. So
- 40:20Speaker 1: Colbert devised this scheme, which began playing out on Monday
- 40:23Speaker 1: night on his program. Here he is claiming that his
- 40:28Speaker 1: own network told him he wasn't allowed to have James
- 40:31Speaker 1: Tallarico on the air because the FCC, led by Donald Trump,
- 40:37Speaker 1: was trying to put a stop to it. Take a look.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Here's cut seven, Stephen Colbert, beginning with the lies this week.
- 40:44Speaker 10: You know who is not one of my guests tonight?
- 40:46Speaker 10: That's Texas State Representative James Tallarico. He was supposed to
- 40:51Speaker 10: be here, but we were told in no uncertain terms
- 40:54Speaker 10: by our network's lawyers, who called us directly, that we
- 40:58Speaker 10: could not have him on the broadcast. Then I was told,
- 41:03Speaker 10: in some uncertain terms, that not only could I not
- 41:05Speaker 10: have him on, I could not mention me not having
- 41:09Speaker 10: him on. And because my network clearly doesn't want us
- 41:13Speaker 10: to talk about this, let's talk about this.
- 41:23Speaker 1: You've probably heard. I'll let the rest of the clip
- 41:25Speaker 1: disappear because I'll just quickly explain what he's trying to
- 41:28Speaker 1: say here because he takes forever to get to it.
- 41:30Speaker 1: And then he's like attacking Brendan Carr, the FCC chairman.
- 41:33Speaker 1: He says that we can't do it because the FCC
- 41:37Speaker 1: is getting in the way. Because President Trump's awful FCC
- 41:42Speaker 1: is meddling with our guest bookings right now. And the
- 41:47Speaker 1: idea being that they're going to enforce equal time. And so, therefore,
- 41:51Speaker 1: if we have James Tallarico on, it's going to upend everything.
- 41:54Speaker 1: For those of you who are unfamiliar with the FCC's
- 41:55Speaker 1: equal time rules, it applies to broadcasters. Anybody who uses
- 42:00Speaker 1: the broadcast airwaves in the country, that would be radio.
- 42:04Speaker 1: And it would also be the broadcast networks, not television.
- 42:06Speaker 1: That's as distinct from cable on television, the broadcast networks. Remember,
- 42:09Speaker 1: you put the old rabbit ears up so you could
- 42:11Speaker 1: get a network like CBS, your local CBS affiliate. That's
- 42:15Speaker 1: what we're talking about here. And the FCC has rules.
- 42:18Speaker 1: There are rules called equal time that if you afford
- 42:21Speaker 1: time to one political candidate in the days leading up
- 42:24Speaker 1: to an election, that you have to also allow, offer,
- 42:28Speaker 1: to give that time to the other candidates in that
- 42:30Speaker 1: race so they too can take advantage of of that
- 42:33Speaker 1: time on the broadcast airwaves.
- 42:35Speaker 3: Okay.
- 42:35Speaker 1: That's, that's how it works. Now Colbert has turned this
- 42:39Speaker 1: into a big psycho drama. He's turned it into a
- 42:41Speaker 1: big publicity stunt. He claims my network bore down on me.
- 42:45Speaker 1: They didn't even want you to know this. And I'm
- 42:47Speaker 1: telling you anyway. And suddenly a meaningless James Tallarico interview
- 42:52Speaker 1: that everybody would have ignored has become a huge, like,
- 42:55Speaker 1: you know, national atrocity that is drawing tons of attention
- 42:59Speaker 1: to James Tallarico's In fact, Tallarico himself is now campaigning
- 43:05Speaker 1: with it because what they did was they did this
- 43:07Speaker 1: little web video. Like, instead, we'll do a web video.
- 43:11Speaker 1: And Colbert even said it. We put it on the
- 43:12Speaker 1: internet so you can watch it on the internet, but
- 43:14Speaker 1: you can't watch it on the air.
- 43:15Speaker 5: Okay.
- 43:15Speaker 1: And so here's James Tallarico posting it. He says, this
- 43:18Speaker 1: is the interview Donald Trump didn't want you to see.
- 43:20Speaker 1: His FCC refused to air my interview with Stephen Colbert.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Trump is worried. We're about to flip Texas. And this
- 43:27Speaker 1: is what they produced. Cut eight.
- 43:28Speaker 7: Watch.
- 43:29Speaker 3: James Tallarico.
- 43:44Speaker 8: There you go.
- 43:45Speaker 3: Thank you. Now, here's the thing.
- 43:49Speaker 10: I don't usually say this to a guest, but if
- 43:52Speaker 10: people are watching this right now, it's because they.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Found us online, on YouTube.
- 43:58Speaker 10: I did an act of the show that's on tonight
- 44:00Speaker 10: explaining why.
- 44:02Speaker 1: It's not the first.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Time you've caused some drama.
- 44:06Speaker 10: FCC opening probe into The View after appearance by Tallarico.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Do you mean to cause trouble?
- 44:12Speaker 7: I do.
- 44:15Speaker 3: I think that Donald Trump is worried that we're about
- 44:17Speaker 3: to flip Texas.
- 44:23Speaker 1: So where does that take us? So now we got
- 44:26Speaker 1: an update on this whole story. CBS released a statement yesterday.
- 44:31Speaker 1: And in the statement, they said, we never stopped Colbert
- 44:35Speaker 1: from airing anything. CBS threw Stephen Colbert directly under the bus.
- 44:42Speaker 1: They released a statement saying, nope, We let this thing happen.
- 44:47Speaker 1: In fact, CBS News said in a statement to the
- 44:49Speaker 1: Daily Caller News Foundation the following. The late show was
- 44:51Speaker 1: not prohibited by CBS from broadcasting the interview with James Tallarico.
- 44:56Speaker 1: The show was provided legal guidance that the broadcast could
- 44:59Speaker 1: trigger the FCC equal time rule for two other candidates,
- 45:02Speaker 1: including Representative Jasmine Crockett, and presented options for how the
- 45:06Speaker 1: equal time for other candidates could be fulfilled. The Late
- 45:09Speaker 1: Show decided to present the interview through its YouTube channel
- 45:12Speaker 1: with on-air promotion on the broadcast rather than potentially providing
- 45:16Speaker 1: the equal time options. Oh, so here's what's actually going on.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Colbert doesn't want Jasmine Crockett to be on his show.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Colbert does not want to promote Jasmine Crockett's candidacy. He
- 45:32Speaker 1: wants to promote Tallarico, but the last thing he wants
- 45:35Speaker 1: is for Crockett to be on the show. Not now,
- 45:39Speaker 1: not when she's running for Senate, not when his preferred
- 45:42Speaker 1: candidate has his political career on the line. So Colbert
- 45:48Speaker 1: made a decision. He was just like, no, no, no,
- 45:50Speaker 1: I don't want the black lady. We're not having her
- 45:52Speaker 1: on the air. And so the way to avoid that
- 45:54Speaker 1: is we're going to turn this into a big publicity
- 45:56Speaker 1: stunt to get James Tallarico a lot of attention. That's
- 45:59Speaker 1: what happened. Colbert is pissed about this. Colbert's pissed that
- 46:03Speaker 1: CBS released this statement and told us the truth about
- 46:06Speaker 1: what was going on. So last night on his program,
- 46:09Speaker 1: Colbert was angry at CBS and he's mad at the
- 46:14Speaker 1: statement that they sent The Daily Caller, watch.
- 46:18Speaker 10: And for the lawyers to release this without even talking
- 46:21Speaker 10: to me is really surprising. I don't even know what
- 46:25Speaker 10: to do with this crap.
- 46:28Speaker 8: Oh, hold on.
- 46:34Speaker 1: He picks it up, puts it inside of a doggy bag.
- 46:37Speaker 1: And then he ties it like a weirdo. Who ties
- 46:40Speaker 1: a doggy bag like that? When you tie a doggy bag,
- 46:42Speaker 1: don't you spin it? First, you spin it a little
- 46:45Speaker 1: bit to seal off whatever you put inside the doggy bag,
- 46:47Speaker 1: and then you loop it. I don't know what that was.
- 46:50Speaker 1: That was a weird tie-off. Everything about him is weird.
- 46:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Remember, CBS did cancel his show last year. They said,
- 46:59Speaker 1: your show is canceled, and it will end in May
- 47:01Speaker 1: of this year. So CBS, they made this bed. They
- 47:04Speaker 1: can lie on it. Colbert continues to attack the network
- 47:06Speaker 1: on the air. And meanwhile, Colbert's late show has been
- 47:11Speaker 1: losing a staggering $ 40 million per year. They lose $ 40
- 47:15Speaker 1: million a year with that garbage. So if anybody's being
- 47:19Speaker 1: thrown into the doggy bag, that's Colbert. But it's taking
- 47:22Speaker 1: longer than CBS probably wants because they're trapped inside of
- 47:26Speaker 1: some sort of contract hell with him right now. They're
- 47:29Speaker 1: made for each other. So that's That's great. Meanwhile, what's
- 47:31Speaker 1: Jasmine Crockett saying all about all of this? Well, Crockett,
- 47:35Speaker 1: she's admitting what happened. She said Colbert didn't want to
- 47:37Speaker 1: give her any airtime on the show. Cut 10.
- 47:39Speaker 8: Watch.
- 47:41Speaker 11: We did receive information suggesting that the federal government did
- 47:50Speaker 11: not shut down this segment.
- 47:52Speaker 1: That is my.
- 47:53Speaker 11: Understanding that the federal government did not didn't shut this down.
- 47:56Speaker 11: And we will do an official statement once we get
- 48:00Speaker 11: another official statement that we anticipate is going to be
- 48:03Speaker 11: coming from Paramount, all right? So we will read what
- 48:07Speaker 11: they say, and then we'll go from there.
- 48:09Speaker 7: But it's our.
- 48:10Speaker 11: Understanding that Colbert, either Mr. Colbert or CBS is And
- 48:18Speaker 11: this was because of a fear that the FCC may
- 48:21Speaker 11: say something to them and that there may have been
- 48:26Speaker 11: advice to just have me on and then they could
- 48:30Speaker 11: clear the issue. It was my understanding that someone somewhere
- 48:36Speaker 11: decided we just don't want to do that. And instead,
- 48:40Speaker 11: we're going to just do it this way.
- 48:42Speaker 1: They didn't want to have Jasmine. They didn't want to
- 48:44Speaker 1: have Jasmine. This is why I'm saying, ladies and gentlemen,
- 48:48Speaker 1: Justice for Jasmine. Justice for Jasmine. Now, what's going to
- 48:52Speaker 1: happen next? I have a feeling, and by the way,
- 48:55Speaker 1: sorry for the audio quality for those of you listening
- 48:56Speaker 1: on the audio podcast. It's just, there was who's standing
- 49:00Speaker 1: in front of an airplane. She decided that was the
- 49:02Speaker 1: appropriate place to do that press conference. Not saying she's
- 49:06Speaker 1: the brightest, but justice for Jasmine, baby. I have a feeling,
- 49:09Speaker 1: I have a hunch that Colbert's going to extend an
- 49:12Speaker 1: interview invite to her now. And the reason is because
- 49:16Speaker 1: he's going to want to mitigate the accusations of racism
- 49:19Speaker 1: and sexism that are now being directed at him by
- 49:22Speaker 1: the left, who are not in on the establishment scheme
- 49:25Speaker 1: to get Tallarico into the nomination, and instead will be
- 49:30Speaker 1: very angry at Colbert. So Colbert will, you know, he'll
- 49:33Speaker 1: genuflect to the woke mob and maybe have her on
- 49:36Speaker 1: or something. I would not be surprised if that's the case.
- 49:39Speaker 1: But That's where we are. And lastly, do I have this? Well,
- 49:47Speaker 1: we'll leave it there. I have one other clip, but
- 49:50Speaker 1: I'll skip it for you. It's not all that important.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Jasmine Crockett also went on Jen Psaki's show last night,
- 49:54Speaker 1: and she basically said game respects game. She said it
- 49:58Speaker 1: was a great strategy by Tallarico because it gave them
- 50:01Speaker 1: a lot more coverage than they would have ever had.
- 50:03Speaker 1: by making this into some psychodrama involving Trump. Isn't it amazing?
- 50:06Speaker 1: What a world, though, where Jasmine Crockett is defending the
- 50:09Speaker 1: Trump administration. She's like, yeah, Trump didn't stop him from
- 50:12Speaker 1: appearing on air. They just made that up so they
- 50:14Speaker 1: could keep me off air. It's amazing how sanity can
- 50:21Speaker 1: break through when it's about her own power. So there
- 50:25Speaker 1: you go. Speaking of people who could hold office, do
- 50:28Speaker 1: hold office right now, we have some updates for you
- 50:31Speaker 1: on J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio. At the beginning of
- 50:34Speaker 1: this week, I told you, I told you that the
- 50:37Speaker 1: future of MAGA is very bright. To be pessimistic about
- 50:40Speaker 1: the future of MAGA is not to have your eyes
- 50:43Speaker 1: open to how great the people are who are currently
- 50:46Speaker 1: working on our behalf. There's some really great people doing that.
- 50:48Speaker 1: And that does include J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio. Now, again,
- 50:52Speaker 1: don't mishear me. We got some real fights. The SAVE
- 50:55Speaker 1: Act has to get across the finish line. We've got
- 50:56Speaker 1: to succeed to get integrity for our elections. I'm obsessing
- 51:01Speaker 1: this morning. I'll do it more with you in the
- 51:03Speaker 1: days to come. I'm obsessing over the fact that Democrats
- 51:05Speaker 1: are looking to rig Virginia's elections right now to get
- 51:08Speaker 1: rid of every single Republican seat. It's crazy what's happening
- 51:12Speaker 1: in our country. But if there's anywhere to look where
- 51:15Speaker 1: you say, man, something good is going on, J.D. Vance
- 51:17Speaker 1: and Marco Rubio, they deserve that look. And the media
- 51:22Speaker 1: are trying to divide these guys against each other, obviously.
- 51:25Speaker 1: And so we got an update from, we got some
- 51:28Speaker 1: updates from JD. First and foremost, JD Vance was talking
- 51:32Speaker 1: about how good Marco Rubio's speech was in Munich. And
- 51:36Speaker 1: he said, look, I was bad cop last year. Marco
- 51:39Speaker 1: Rubio was good cop this year.
- 51:41Speaker 3: And it worked.
- 51:42Speaker 10: Watch.
- 51:43Speaker 5: Secretary of State was there, gave a speech that had
- 51:45Speaker 5: a lot of similar underpinnings to it, but they were
- 51:48Speaker 5: applauding and.
- 51:49Speaker 1: They thought it was great.
- 51:50Speaker 3: So what happened with that? Why is that the outcome?
- 51:53Speaker 12: Well, I heard somebody say that I was the bad
- 51:55Speaker 12: cop so that Marco could be a good cop. I mean,
- 51:57Speaker 12: he gave a great speech, but he drove home, I think,
- 51:59Speaker 12: a very important point that the Europeans have largely forgotten
- 52:03Speaker 12: or at least had largely forgotten over the past.
- 52:05Speaker 3: Year is that the reason why.
- 52:07Speaker 12: The president or Marco or me talk about borders, the
- 52:10Speaker 12: reason why we talk about them spending more on their
- 52:13Speaker 12: own security. The reason that we talk about them more
- 52:15Speaker 12: becoming a vibrant economy again is that we want Europe
- 52:19Speaker 12: to thrive and we want Europe to succeed. The problem
- 52:21Speaker 12: that we have with Europe is not that we don't
- 52:23Speaker 12: like Europe, even though you hear that from the European press.
- 52:26Speaker 3: It's not that we don't respect our allies. It's that
- 52:29Speaker 3: they are doing a lot of things to sabotage themselves.
- 52:32Speaker 3: We would like that to stop. We would like them
- 52:34Speaker 3: to be an ally in the true sense of the word.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Yeah, we want them to be better. So at its core,
- 52:39Speaker 1: I mean, the purpose of why I'm sharing this with
- 52:42Speaker 1: you is in one, it's a phenomenal policy towards Europe.
- 52:45Speaker 1: They're working to improve the world to our benefit. And two,
- 52:50Speaker 1: the idea that there's daylight between J.D. Vance and Marco
- 52:53Speaker 1: Rubio is just non-existent. This is a media invention. You
- 52:56Speaker 1: understand what's going on? That the legacy press is trying
- 52:59Speaker 1: to foment division between these men. And J.D. 's saying, J.D.
- 53:04Speaker 1: don't play that. Marco's saying, Marco, don't play that. These
- 53:07Speaker 1: two are like, no, actually, we're good, dude. We're good.
- 53:10Speaker 1: In fact, we're very supportive of one another.
- 53:13Speaker 3: Here's J.D.
- 53:13Speaker 1: Vance being asked specifically about this idea that maybe you'll
- 53:16Speaker 1: be the presidential nominee. Do you want to be president?
- 53:18Speaker 1: You rather than Marco? Here's Martha asking J.D. that and
- 53:22Speaker 1: how J.D. handles it.
- 53:23Speaker 9: Watch.
- 53:23Speaker 1: He's my vice president. Of course he's going to be
- 53:25Speaker 1: at the top of the ticket.
- 53:26Speaker 12: Well, I think the president is very smartly saying we've
- 53:29Speaker 12: got three years to go. And how about everybody focuses
- 53:31Speaker 12: on the job the American people elected us to do
- 53:34Speaker 12: rather than something that is very far in the future?
- 53:36Speaker 12: As you said, look, Marco is my closest friend in
- 53:39Speaker 12: the administration. I think he's doing a great job for
- 53:41Speaker 12: the American people. But most importantly, we all have to
- 53:44Speaker 12: continue doing a good job for the American people from
- 53:46Speaker 12: the president on down.
- 53:48Speaker 3: And that's what we're focused on. I think it's so interesting.
- 53:50Speaker 12: The media wants to create this conflict. where there just
- 53:53Speaker 12: isn't any conflict. Marco's doing a great job. I'm trying
- 53:55Speaker 12: to do as good of a job as I can.
- 53:57Speaker 12: The president's doing a great job. We're going to keep
- 53:59Speaker 12: on working together.
- 54:00Speaker 1: But surely, as vice president, you'd like to be president.
- 54:05Speaker 12: Well, look, I think, again, I'm going to try to
- 54:07Speaker 12: do as good of a job as I can right now.
- 54:09Speaker 3: So one of the.
- 54:11Speaker 12: Things that I don't like about this question and this
- 54:13Speaker 12: entire perspective is I've been in this job for all
- 54:16Speaker 12: of a year. About six months ago, sorry, a year
- 54:19Speaker 12: and six months ago, I asked the American people to
- 54:21Speaker 12: give me this job that I have right now. Why
- 54:23Speaker 12: don't I do as good of a job as I
- 54:24Speaker 12: can in this job? We'll worry about the next job
- 54:26Speaker 12: sometime in the future.
- 54:27Speaker 7: Okay. Awesome.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Great answer. Wonderful answer. It's legit. And it's not this
- 54:34Speaker 1: like horse crap where people just like, I never want
- 54:36Speaker 1: to run for president ever. I'm never going to try
- 54:39Speaker 1: to do that. I'm not running for president. No, it's
- 54:41Speaker 1: just like, look, I'm only a year into this gig.
- 54:44Speaker 1: If we want to talk about presidential ambitions, we can
- 54:45Speaker 1: talk about them later after I've got a big track
- 54:48Speaker 1: record to demonstrate that that would be a worthwhile conversation.
- 54:50Speaker 3: Great answer.
- 54:51Speaker 1: Wonderful answer. And no daylight between him and Marco, which
- 54:54Speaker 1: is fun to see as well. Love having those guys
- 54:57Speaker 1: working on our behalf. And in fact, if you have
- 55:00Speaker 1: any doubts at all about either of them, ask the
- 55:01Speaker 1: president of the United States. In fact, he was just
- 55:03Speaker 1: asked the other day about these guys. Once again, the
- 55:05Speaker 1: media trying to sow this division going, hey, Marco looked
- 55:08Speaker 1: really good. You think he might be better than J.D.
- 55:10Speaker 1: for for 2028? Here's the president gone. I'm not I'm
- 55:14Speaker 1: not playing these stupid games here. We have you fellas
- 55:18Speaker 1: have that cut. Let me see here, because if you
- 55:21Speaker 1: if you don't, I'm going to pull it. Okay, that's okay.
- 55:26Speaker 1: Here is, let me just grab it real quick. I
- 55:28Speaker 1: just looked at my cut sheet and I was like,
- 55:29Speaker 1: I don't think the guys have that cut. Yeah, that's right.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Here's President Trump just days ago being asked this question.
- 55:37Speaker 1: And here we go. On Air Force One, reporter poses
- 55:41Speaker 1: it to him and he goes, I love these fellas.
- 55:43Speaker 7: Boom.
- 55:44Speaker 3: I think they're fantastic. They're both fantastic. And Marco did
- 55:48Speaker 3: a great job in Munich.
- 55:49Speaker 5: He's right.
- 55:50Speaker 4: He's right on all counts.
- 55:50Speaker 1: They're crushing it.
- 55:51Speaker 2: They're absolutely crushing it.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Finally, I leave you with this today. This is a
- 56:15Speaker 1: really nice tribute from the president of the United States.
- 56:19Speaker 1: On my radio program yesterday, I spent some time reflecting
- 56:23Speaker 1: on the life and legacy of Rush Limbaugh and his
- 56:26Speaker 1: impact on me. And if you'd like to hear it,
- 56:29Speaker 1: I shared it on my ex-account, my social account. You
- 56:32Speaker 1: can see my commemoration there. I'd appreciate if you take
- 56:36Speaker 1: a look at it if you'd like. But the president
- 56:40Speaker 1: of the United States shared his own remembrance. And the
- 56:42Speaker 1: reason we're all reflecting on Rush is because yesterday, Tuesday,
- 56:45Speaker 1: was the fifth anniversary of his passing. I can't even
- 56:47Speaker 1: believe it's been five years. And the president paused to
- 56:50Speaker 1: make a video yesterday that he shared with the world
- 56:53Speaker 1: about Rush Limbaugh. Here it is. Take a look.
- 56:55Speaker 7: Well, this is the fifth anniversary of the loss of
- 56:59Speaker 7: a really great man, a great conservative, somebody that loved
- 57:03Speaker 7: our country, loved his family, loved a lot of things.
- 57:06Speaker 7: But he was a friend of mine. Rush Limbaugh.
- 57:09Speaker 1: I'd never met Rush.
- 57:11Speaker 7: When I announced that I was running.
- 57:13Speaker 3: I'll never forget.
- 57:13Speaker 7: 2015. And I got a call all excited that Rush
- 57:17Speaker 7: Limbaugh just endorsed you.
- 57:18Speaker 2: I'd never met him.
- 57:19Speaker 7: He liked my opening speech. He liked when I got
- 57:22Speaker 7: up in June and I said, you know, we got
- 57:25Speaker 7: bad borders, we got bad crime, we got bad everything.
- 57:29Speaker 3: And he liked it. I came down the.
- 57:31Speaker 7: Escalator with now our first lady. And he thought it
- 57:35Speaker 7: was great. And he endorsed me. And then I got
- 57:38Speaker 7: to know him. And I realized what a great guy
- 57:40Speaker 7: he was. But it's five years that we miss Rush.
- 57:44Speaker 7: As Sean Hannity would often say, there will never be
- 57:47Speaker 7: another Rush Limbaugh. So to his family, his great wife
- 57:52Speaker 7: and family, I just want to say we miss you all.
- 57:56Speaker 7: We miss him.
- 57:57Speaker 1: And there'll never be anybody like him.
- 57:59Speaker 7: Thank you very much.
- 58:01Speaker 1: There will never be anybody like him. El Rushbo, the
- 58:05Speaker 1: great Maharashi. Love Rush Limbaugh. God bless him. And nice
- 58:11Speaker 1: words from the president of the United States. And what's
- 58:13Speaker 1: the mission for the rest of us? It's to carry
- 58:16Speaker 1: the torch using whatever blessings God has given us. Rush
- 58:20Speaker 1: Limbaugh had talent on loan from God. There's no doubt
- 58:22Speaker 1: about that. But the truth is, we all have talents
- 58:25Speaker 1: that are on loan from God. And we should use
- 58:27Speaker 1: them to the best of our ability to improve the
- 58:29Speaker 1: lives of the people around us. And in the end,
- 58:32Speaker 1: get to heaven. It's great to be with you, as always.
- 58:35Speaker 1: Appreciate you being here. We'll have another big show for
- 58:38Speaker 1: you tomorrow. I've got the big national radio show today

- 59:39Speaker 1: The Dan Bongino Show.
- 59:41Speaker 2: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 59:43Speaker 2: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 59:47Speaker 2: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 59:50Speaker 2: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:52Speaker 2: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 59:56Speaker 1: That is it.
- 59:57Speaker 2: This is not a football game.
