- 0:52Speaker 6: your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Good Day, Hello, and hello again. This is Wellness Day,
- 1:28Speaker 5: the Wellness Day edition of the Run Edwards American Experience.
- 1:31Speaker 5: I am your happy host, Ron Edwards, and man oh man,
- 1:35Speaker 5: oh man, as we continue to chug along here in
- 1:39Speaker 5: the United States of America. Oh, I tell your life
- 1:41Speaker 5: is truly being challenged once again. The Democrats, even the
- 1:51Speaker 5: Supreme Court and other elements of our nation are really
- 1:55Speaker 5: proving how desperate they are to destroy what's left of
- 2:00Speaker 5: this great nation. And I've said it since I don't know,
- 2:04Speaker 5: before high school. The Democrats their main mission is to
- 2:09Speaker 5: destroy this country. That the only reason at the time
- 2:13Speaker 5: they hadn't destroyed the whole country because they just happened.
- 2:16Speaker 7: What's up, folks, stay tuned, be right back after these
- 2:20Speaker 7: important men.
- 2:23Speaker 5: Because they hadn't well, yeah, what was that? Elmer Fudd
- 2:28Speaker 5: jumping in my way like that you better back up.
- 2:32Speaker 5: But anyway, back at the ranch, it seems that you know,
- 2:38Speaker 5: you know, and I used to tell people years ago
- 2:41Speaker 5: that that the Democrats wanted to do to the United
- 2:47Speaker 5: States as a whole what they had already done to
- 2:49Speaker 5: the black community. Destruction, broken up the families, made the
- 2:56Speaker 5: females hate the males, mistreat the boys who grow up bidder,
- 3:02Speaker 5: become criminalized, et cetera, et cetera, just creating vicious cycles
- 3:06Speaker 5: of inhumanity and uncivilized behavior and stupefication, multi generational stupefication
- 3:13Speaker 5: through the government school system. And those who did squeeze
- 3:17Speaker 5: through will become doctors and lawyers and politicians, etc. Would
- 3:22Speaker 5: be immoral individuals, people like Jockie Schumer and many others,
- 3:28Speaker 5: and on the Democrat side, and also a smattering of
- 3:32Speaker 5: Republican rhinos as well, having that same mindset, like the Bushes, Kenzinger's, Murkowski, Collins,
- 3:44Speaker 5: just to name a few rhinos. And then you have
- 3:47Speaker 5: the rhinos in the Supreme Court, Justice Roberts, Chief Justice Roberts,
- 3:53Speaker 5: that is excuse me, and oh boy, it just goes
- 4:00Speaker 5: on and on and on, and so the war is
- 4:05Speaker 5: on and we knew, we had a hint that this
- 4:08Speaker 5: was going to happen, they would try to find some
- 4:10Speaker 5: way they couldn't couldn't do it through the legal means,
- 4:14Speaker 5: because we won. Our side won at the ballot box
- 4:18Speaker 5: so overwhelmingly that their cheating wasn't large enough to overcome
- 4:23Speaker 5: like it did in the twenty twenty election. So victory
- 4:26Speaker 5: was at hand, and we enjoy enjoyed it for a bit.
- 4:30Speaker 5: Then all of a sudden, you started getting these judicial
- 4:33Speaker 5: rulings from hither and yarn obstructing presidential actions, which are
- 4:40Speaker 5: all mandated and approved by the Constitution, by the way,
- 4:46Speaker 5: so it's basically doing to the president what they long
- 4:49Speaker 5: ago did to many parents. To American parents, Ah, you
- 4:52Speaker 5: cannot spank your child anymore. Ah, you cannot teach have
- 5:00Speaker 5: the Bible taught in government schools. Ah, you cannot have
- 5:02Speaker 5: the Ten Commandments in schools. You can't. You can't. You can't,
- 5:06Speaker 5: you can't, you can't, Which leads to what the opposite.
- 5:11Speaker 5: You can do. Evil. You can let in twenty million
- 5:14Speaker 5: illegal border crossers if you're Democrats. You can try to
- 5:18Speaker 5: obstruct the building of the wall. You can obstruct and
- 5:24Speaker 5: stop a good education like Ali Obama did. Remember when
- 5:28Speaker 5: he first got into office the first time, and he
- 5:30Speaker 5: they put the kebash on an all black high school,
- 5:34Speaker 5: Dunbar High School, I believe in Washington, d c. Which
- 5:38Speaker 5: the graduation rate of going to college was higher than
- 5:44Speaker 5: the top white private school in that area. It was
- 5:48Speaker 5: a very superior school, male school. And the last thing
- 5:52Speaker 5: that Democrats want is a bunch of successful, morally, straight upstanding,
- 6:00Speaker 5: cut nation of proving young black men. That's their biggest
- 6:05Speaker 5: Oh that's like, oh my god. I guess the only
- 6:08Speaker 5: thing they hate more than that is God. And so
- 6:12Speaker 5: the battle is on. These black robes gone wild have
- 6:14Speaker 5: had just they're just feeling their oats and it's it's
- 6:20Speaker 5: just an awful, awful thing. And so now we're right
- 6:24Speaker 5: back almost to the position we were before the election.
- 6:29Speaker 5: And what do we all say. It's in God's hands.
- 6:33Speaker 5: And that's what we have to keep doing. What we do,
- 6:36Speaker 5: whatever our metron is. We have to keep pushing on.
- 6:39Speaker 5: The Republicans have to slap you know, have to stand
- 6:42Speaker 5: on the Constitution and push back. President Trump has to
- 6:45Speaker 5: do what he has to do, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. We've
- 6:48Speaker 5: got to try to get these hearings moved to judges
- 6:51Speaker 5: that are at least even minded on the issues and
- 6:55Speaker 5: understand that, hey, the President Trump by protecting the nation
- 7:00Speaker 5: from illegal border crosses, he's doing his job. That's the law.
- 7:04Speaker 5: And for any black Robe's gone wild judge to obstruct
- 7:07Speaker 5: that and say, well, I want all those Basically, I
- 7:09Speaker 5: want all those criminals back, and how dare you throw
- 7:15Speaker 5: human debris out of our country? We want them to
- 7:18Speaker 5: run all over everyone. We want them continuing to rape
- 7:22Speaker 5: the American citizenry. And you may think that I'm exaggerating
- 7:26Speaker 5: by putting it that way, but I am not, because
- 7:29Speaker 5: if they didn't, they wouldn't fight to have these people
- 7:33Speaker 5: remain the particular ones that we're doing all these criminal activities.
- 7:38Speaker 5: And the reason why they want all of this calamity
- 7:40Speaker 5: in our country not just for calamity's sake, but it
- 7:44Speaker 5: is through calamity that society breaks down, and then they
- 7:47Speaker 5: can usher in their complete Marxist agenda full throttle and
- 7:55Speaker 5: smash us. And so they think that we've finally found
- 8:01Speaker 5: a way. Well, the only thing that will help them
- 8:04Speaker 5: get their way is if all of a sudden God says, well,
- 8:06Speaker 5: I'll let them have their way this time, or the
- 8:13Speaker 5: president just stopped doing what he's constitutionally mandated to do.
- 8:19Speaker 5: I mean, when you're doing the right thing, you have
- 8:20Speaker 5: to continue to do the right thing, no matter what
- 8:23Speaker 5: some black robes gone wild judge does or says. Now,
- 8:29Speaker 5: that's the way I see it. When you're doing the
- 8:33Speaker 5: right thing, you have to continue doing the right thing.
- 8:38Speaker 5: You have no choice, in my humble opinion, no matter
- 8:42Speaker 5: what these leftist pigs want to say in government schools
- 8:45Speaker 5: and liberal churches. You have to raise your children and
- 8:47Speaker 5: the right way that they should go so that when
- 8:49Speaker 5: they are old, they do not depart.
- 8:52Speaker 1: It is what it is.
- 8:55Speaker 5: And so we have to look at our constitution. We
- 8:57Speaker 5: have to look at some of the federalists papers. Bring
- 9:00Speaker 5: them out and let these knuckleheads know, Hey, look look,
- 9:05Speaker 5: bub we're not stupid. As ron o'd reagan said, we
- 9:09Speaker 5: are the drivers of the car. We tell the we
- 9:12Speaker 5: turn the wheel and tell the car which way to go.
- 9:15Speaker 5: And if we want what's good for our country, we
- 9:18Speaker 5: the people who are paying for all this through our
- 9:21Speaker 5: tax dollars, have the right to demand it hitherto and
- 9:26Speaker 5: then tell them that's.
- 9:28Speaker 6: The way it is.
- 9:30Speaker 5: What's the way it should be, and that's the way
- 9:31Speaker 5: it's going to be. Like it or lump it. And
- 9:35Speaker 5: if they don't like it, you can tell them two words.
- 9:40Speaker 5: By now I Ron Edwards, and we'll be saying hello
- 9:45Speaker 5: again in just a few minutes with our special guest today,

- 12:44Speaker 1: Think nothing.
- 12:45Speaker 6: I can take us it.
- 12:47Speaker 5: To believe this BELI doctor time. Hi, I'm Ron at Werdson.
- 12:53Speaker 5: We're back and you're listening to the run EVERGS American
- 12:55Speaker 5: Experience Wellness Day Edition. Our guest today is doctor Mary O'Donnell's.
- 13:00Speaker 5: He's an internist and she does a great job. Hello, Doc,
- 13:04Speaker 5: and welcome back.
- 13:06Speaker 9: Thank you, Ron. It's always good to be on your show.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Thank you so much.
- 13:10Speaker 4: You know.
- 13:12Speaker 5: You are an internest. And one of the things that
- 13:15Speaker 5: really concerns me is and I don't know if this
- 13:20Speaker 5: is part of your area of expertise, but a lot
- 13:23Speaker 5: of people are taking things like ozembic and there's another
- 13:28Speaker 5: major diet drug that people are taking that they're they're
- 13:33Speaker 5: reaping bad benefit, not benefits, but bad reactions in their
- 13:37Speaker 5: bodies allegedly. You know, many people are threatened with cancer
- 13:43Speaker 5: and the thyroid and other problems and they're losing the weight.
- 13:48Speaker 5: But there are other horrible things happening. Government allows these
- 13:54Speaker 5: kinds of horrible things on the market, knowing that they're bad,
- 13:58Speaker 5: but yet in many cases, is they try to obstruct
- 14:02Speaker 5: our ability to get our hands on things that are
- 14:04Speaker 5: actually good for us.
- 14:06Speaker 9: What say you, you know, run one of the part
- 14:10Speaker 9: of the part of the problem. I'm so glad that
- 14:12Speaker 9: Bobby Kennedy is addressing some of this is really our food.
- 14:15Speaker 9: Our food is a hot mess. We are one of
- 14:17Speaker 9: the most obese nations in the world. You know, it
- 14:20Speaker 9: used to be that, you know, we would be healthy
- 14:22Speaker 9: and people were out there, you know, all day in
- 14:24Speaker 9: the yard, all day in the fields, walking and by
- 14:28Speaker 9: bicycle riding, and they're not doing that. And we are
- 14:31Speaker 9: one of the most obese nations, if not the most obese,
- 14:34Speaker 9: and we're not willing to put the time in. So
- 14:36Speaker 9: suddenly these drugs that are going to cause you to
- 14:39Speaker 9: lose the weight, they are rot with complications. I don't
- 14:43Speaker 9: prescribe them myself, but I understand the people are, you know,
- 14:46Speaker 9: three and four hundred pounds and they're they're desperate. But
- 14:49Speaker 9: part of that is let's get the food fixed, and
- 14:51Speaker 9: then let's get our exercise. You know, in schools anymore,
- 14:54Speaker 9: they don't have the physit. Oftentimes we need to be exercising,
- 14:58Speaker 9: eating healthy, eating properly, and instead of fast food junk.
- 15:01Speaker 9: When we correct some of that, we won't even needios
- 15:04Speaker 9: epic emo genre that's out there.
- 15:07Speaker 5: Yeah. I've known people you know all my life and
- 15:10Speaker 5: they've always told me, Ron, I don't know how you
- 15:14Speaker 5: exercise every day or almost every day. I don't have
- 15:17Speaker 5: time to do it. And now, through my own personal
- 15:21Speaker 5: research and looking into things, I've found that you can
- 15:24Speaker 5: do some very very intense workout and get both muscular
- 15:31Speaker 5: as well as aerobic activity and get some very great results,
- 15:36Speaker 5: especially if you use like kettlebells, kettlebell swings especially, you
- 15:40Speaker 5: do those for a few minutes, ten minutes or so,
- 15:44Speaker 5: and you get a heck of a workout for your
- 15:46Speaker 5: entire body. What say you?
- 15:49Speaker 9: Absolutely?
- 15:50Speaker 4: You know?
- 15:50Speaker 5: Ron?
- 15:51Speaker 9: Unfortunately, I was one of those that unfortunately gained weight
- 15:53Speaker 9: during my senatorial race because I wasn't exercising. Since the
- 15:58Speaker 9: race is over and I started again, I'm toning down again.
- 16:02Speaker 9: Every single night. Every single night before I go to bed,
- 16:05Speaker 9: I literally do two hundred sit ups. That takes me
- 16:08Speaker 9: eight minutes. Two hundred situps eight minutes. Now I do
- 16:11Speaker 9: leglists and I do some arm stuff, you know, with
- 16:13Speaker 9: some what I got the kettle bells, sitting inside the bed,
- 16:16Speaker 9: and I'll make sure that I do that. And the
- 16:17Speaker 9: kettle bells cost down or fifteen bucks or something.
- 16:20Speaker 5: It depends on the weight. I suggest, since you seem
- 16:23Speaker 5: to be already in pretty good shape, you get maybe
- 16:26Speaker 5: one that's twenty five or thirty pounds to start off with,
- 16:30Speaker 5: and you do those swings properly. Here's here's a real
- 16:34Speaker 5: good way to get a great workout. It's called a
- 16:37Speaker 5: ten minute drill. For thirty seconds, you do your swings,
- 16:42Speaker 5: sit it down for thirty seconds, pick it back up,
- 16:45Speaker 5: do thirty thirty on, thirty off for ten minutes, and
- 16:49Speaker 5: you get a full body workout. I mean, I still
- 16:52Speaker 5: do my other full body workout stuff with dumbells and
- 16:55Speaker 5: the heavyweights like deadlifts and everything. A few hundred pound
- 17:00Speaker 5: with the dead lifts because you have to really lift
- 17:02Speaker 5: heavy stuff with your whole body weight. And then there's
- 17:05Speaker 5: another one thing called the farmer's walk. You do a
- 17:10Speaker 5: few minutes of walking around with heavy kettlebells back and
- 17:15Speaker 5: forth for an entire minute. Do that three times and
- 17:20Speaker 5: you can, like I said, you can get an intense
- 17:22Speaker 5: workout in twenty to twenty five minutes. You're good to
- 17:25Speaker 5: go and you see results in a few weeks. I
- 17:30Speaker 5: mean from head to toe.
- 17:33Speaker 8: You do.
- 17:33Speaker 9: And you know, those that aren't necessarily interested in that,
- 17:36Speaker 9: just getting out and walking fifteen or twenty minutes a
- 17:38Speaker 9: day is going to increase the cardiovascular output, you know.
- 17:42Speaker 5: So yes, and there's a.
- 17:43Speaker 9: Full gamut anywhere between the total body and just getting
- 17:46Speaker 9: the heart moving, just getting us moving. We are so
- 17:49Speaker 9: sedentary anymore. So absolutely I can't embrace any more strongly
- 17:55Speaker 9: because there's no more strength to embrace. That's how strong
- 17:57Speaker 9: I feel about. We've got to be moving to be
- 18:00Speaker 9: Exercis's got to be moving, you know. So do what
- 18:03Speaker 9: you can do and then increase. So Ron, kudos to
- 18:06Speaker 9: you that you've got the kettlebells and doing the total
- 18:09Speaker 9: body workout. But yes, we need to be healthy as
- 18:11Speaker 9: a nation, as a people. There are so many Even
- 18:13Speaker 9: cancers are associated with an increased risk with obesity. Obesity
- 18:18Speaker 9: presents an increased risk for cancer.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Yeah, and one more, one more question about that. I
- 18:25Speaker 5: also read that as you get older, you need to
- 18:30Speaker 5: do heavy weights, especially men, for bone density and it
- 18:33Speaker 5: reminds your legs not to get weak because one of
- 18:37Speaker 5: the early early signs of death. Early death is once
- 18:42Speaker 5: the legs get weak. And I've seen older people they
- 18:45Speaker 5: walk around and you know, their heads are twitching around,
- 18:48Speaker 5: you know how sparrows, you know, little birds, their heads
- 18:51Speaker 5: are looking around like that. And you'll see old people
- 18:53Speaker 5: walk around like that and they have weak legs and
- 18:56Speaker 5: that's because they didn't do squats and they didn't do
- 18:58Speaker 5: heavy lifting. And I think I've read that your strength,
- 19:05Speaker 5: the stronger you are, the longer you live. If you
- 19:08Speaker 5: have a strong grip and you have strong legs, let's say.
- 19:11Speaker 9: You as a doctor, Oh, there's no doubt about it.
- 19:15Speaker 9: But really it's not so much that it's the grip
- 19:18Speaker 9: strength that the grip strength tells us and is an
- 19:20Speaker 9: indication of how strong you are overall. So yes, absolutely
- 19:24Speaker 9: there's a correlation with that because the stronger that that
- 19:26Speaker 9: grip strength is, that tells us that you as an
- 19:28Speaker 9: individual are stronger. And then, yes, hence the longer life expectancy.
- 19:35Speaker 5: Now, nutritionally, what we put in our body. I just
- 19:40Speaker 5: had I just threw out a full bag of potato
- 19:43Speaker 5: chips because it was a particular brand. We've been getting
- 19:47Speaker 5: its organic, you know, all it looks wonderful and wonderful.
- 19:52Speaker 5: Well recently, very recently, since RFK has been installed, you know,
- 19:59Speaker 5: they they didn't have any of the harmful things, you know, chemically,
- 20:03Speaker 5: so they said, well, you know what, We'll put sugar
- 20:06Speaker 5: in them now, and I just do the whole thing
- 20:10Speaker 5: out because I won't eat sugar. What say you?
- 20:14Speaker 9: White sugar is one of the most dangerous things that
- 20:16Speaker 9: are and one of the most dangerous things we have
- 20:19Speaker 9: accessible on our diet. We absolutely should not be taking
- 20:21Speaker 9: in white sugar. And yes, everything is candy coated if
- 20:25Speaker 9: you will, with sugar, So we need to be very
- 20:27Speaker 9: very careful and as due to that because yes, that
- 20:30Speaker 9: also is a cancer chemical agent, and it's it is
- 20:34Speaker 9: not good for our help between the obesity that it
- 20:37Speaker 9: lends to, between the diabetes. You know, diabetes is an
- 20:40Speaker 9: all time epidemic right now, and part of that is
- 20:43Speaker 9: so much associated with the sugar in our diet and
- 20:46Speaker 9: the obesity that we have as a culture. Shure.
- 20:50Speaker 5: Yeah, and the American diet is an insult to common sense.
- 20:55Speaker 5: You take the same products cereal wise, for instance, in
- 21:00Speaker 5: our country, and put fruit loops in in Great Britain,
- 21:04Speaker 5: and in Great Britain they're they're natural flavors, you know,
- 21:08Speaker 5: from fruit, whereas in the United States, which I would
- 21:11Speaker 5: think it costs more. Rather than squeezing fruitial, they squeeze
- 21:17Speaker 5: artificial flavorings which are chemical based and harmful for our children.
- 21:22Speaker 5: It's like they don't like us here in the United
- 21:24Speaker 5: States for some reason, and they're willing to pay extra
- 21:28Speaker 5: to have two different kinds of the same thing based
- 21:31Speaker 5: upon chemical or fruit based sweeteners. I mean, what is
- 21:37Speaker 5: it about the American people that they dislike us so much?
- 21:41Speaker 5: They're they're they're willing to go through so many hoops
- 21:45Speaker 5: just to poison the American people, but they respect the
- 21:48Speaker 5: laws of other nations and the efforts of other nations
- 21:51Speaker 5: not to have those chemicals in their foods. What what
- 21:54Speaker 5: what causes that in our country?
- 21:56Speaker 8: Do you?
- 21:57Speaker 5: From your estimation?
- 22:00Speaker 9: So I think some of that as the American people
- 22:01Speaker 9: is an instant gratification society, and we want things that
- 22:04Speaker 9: look pretty, enact pretty, and make us feel good quickly.
- 22:07Speaker 9: Some of the chemicals that are added to the especially
- 22:10Speaker 9: the fruit loops. If you put a bag of fruit
- 22:12Speaker 9: loops that you can get in the UK besides ours,
- 22:15Speaker 9: the UK is pale in comparison and not near as bright,
- 22:18Speaker 9: not near as attractive. So we're trying to, you know,
- 22:22Speaker 9: tract and please the eye, if you will, on some
- 22:25Speaker 9: of these things, because it is more appealing. And yet
- 22:28Speaker 9: when you look at it and roll it back, it's
- 22:30Speaker 9: because of the dyes that are dangerous. There was just
- 22:32Speaker 9: a state. I'm trying to think whether that was Louisiana.
- 22:36Speaker 9: I should recall us right off, but they have made
- 22:38Speaker 9: a state legislation and had passed to get rid of
- 22:41Speaker 9: the food colors of the yellow and the red, and
- 22:44Speaker 9: it was just so they passed this and it passed
- 22:47Speaker 9: almost unanimously. And now, of course some of the big
- 22:51Speaker 9: suppliers are saying, wait, wait, wait, what does this mean
- 22:54Speaker 9: now for the whole food chain and supply chain? What
- 22:56Speaker 9: does that mean? You know, it's going to be a
- 22:57Speaker 9: million dollars that we're going to have to redo and
- 22:59Speaker 9: not sell in this particular state. And I want ron
- 23:02Speaker 9: help me know, help me if you know I think
- 23:03Speaker 9: it was Louisiana.
- 23:05Speaker 5: I think I think you're right because I read about
- 23:08Speaker 5: that recent in the not too distant past, and I
- 23:11Speaker 5: believe it's Louisiana as well. But I know there was
- 23:15Speaker 5: a state that did that, and I was like, man,
- 23:18Speaker 5: I was hoping that other states would jump on that
- 23:20Speaker 5: bandwagon and make it easier for the switchover.
- 23:25Speaker 9: If the American people would demand that rather than settle
- 23:29Speaker 9: for second best, rather than be that instant gratification society
- 23:32Speaker 9: and say, you know what, no, this is worth it
- 23:35Speaker 9: because we're so shortsighted. I want it now, and they're
- 23:39Speaker 9: not paying attention to what does that mean fifteen years
- 23:42Speaker 9: from now? What kind of cancers you're going to have,
- 23:44Speaker 9: what kind of diabetes you're going to have because you
- 23:46Speaker 9: didn't eat properly now and it's going to you know,
- 23:50Speaker 9: worsen and worsen their health in the future. So it's
- 23:53Speaker 9: got to be aware of that and not be so
- 23:55Speaker 9: instant gratification society.
- 23:57Speaker 5: Absolutely, any final words on this and how we can
- 24:01Speaker 5: tune up our insights, you know.
- 24:07Speaker 9: And it's funny because I tell a patience sometimes that
- 24:10Speaker 9: losing weight is very simple. Being healthy is really very simple,
- 24:16Speaker 9: but it's not easy. So you know, those that are listening,
- 24:20Speaker 9: I encourage you, you can do this. It really is
- 24:22Speaker 9: a matter of health. And when I say it's simple,
- 24:24Speaker 9: but it's not easy, we all know how eat less
- 24:27Speaker 9: and exercise more. We know that Okay, you know one
- 24:29Speaker 9: plus one in this case does equal to but it's
- 24:32Speaker 9: not easy. If it was easy, we wouldn't be in
- 24:34Speaker 9: obe society. We wouldn't be a chronic conditioned society that
- 24:39Speaker 9: keeps my office going. So I just want to, you know,
- 24:41Speaker 9: commend the people that are listening. Guys, we can do this.
- 24:44Speaker 9: We want to be healthier for your future, for your kids,
- 24:47Speaker 9: for your green kids, for yourself. Where do you want
- 24:50Speaker 9: to be when you're seventeen eighty? Do you want to
- 24:51Speaker 9: be using a walk and cane and you can't do it?
- 24:54Speaker 9: Or you still want to be doing your laps in
- 24:55Speaker 9: the swimming pool. So we can do it and let's
- 24:58Speaker 9: embrace that.
- 25:00Speaker 5: Thank you so much, doctor, and thanks for joining us
- 25:02Speaker 5: for a wellness Day and much prosperity to you in
- 25:07Speaker 5: your office.
- 25:09Speaker 9: Thank you so much. Ronning to you and our listeners.
- 25:11Speaker 5: All right, take care and you're listening to the Ron

- 25:49Speaker 5: Ronald Reagan famously stated, if America does not live as
- 25:52Speaker 5: one nation under God, then America will be one nation
- 25:55Speaker 5: gone under Hello, I am Ron Edwards on today's Pace

- 26:04Speaker 5: by the grace of God, America the Beautiful has been
- 26:07Speaker 5: blessed with yet another chance to truly be that great,
- 26:10Speaker 5: shining city on a hill Republic. I believe President Trump
- 26:13Speaker 5: is fully committed to making America great again, and possibly
- 26:17Speaker 5: greater than ever, but without the steady and guiding hand
- 26:20Speaker 5: of God Almighty. And we the people to hold our
- 26:22Speaker 5: elected officials feet to the fire when it comes to
- 26:25Speaker 5: their job to do the will of those who know
- 26:28Speaker 5: and desire what is best to ensure our nation becomes
- 26:31Speaker 5: a prosperous, protected, and peaceful republic again, we will once
- 26:35Speaker 5: again find ourselves teetering on the brink of collapse. To
- 26:38Speaker 5: put it bluntly, if we the people do not re
- 26:40Speaker 5: establish high moral standards, the uniparty status will plunder the
- 26:44Speaker 5: US into permanent disrepair. But without good morality, there can
- 26:48Speaker 5: be no true liberty. For liberty is freedom with responsibility.
- 26:53Speaker 5: Thus no need or excuse to bring about government tyranny.
- 26:56Speaker 5: If we are to witness America the Great, she must
- 26:59Speaker 5: first be America the good I'm on Edward Jon.

- 29:00Speaker 1: They never told you it was venom. I didn't know
- 29:03Speaker 1: it was venom. I looked it up. What kind of
- 29:07Speaker 1: drug is this? Oh, it's golp one drug. What the
- 29:09Speaker 1: hell is golp one drug?
- 29:10Speaker 8: Me?
- 29:11Speaker 1: I never heard that in my life. Holy crap, it
- 29:13Speaker 1: comes from the venom of a lizard.
- 29:15Speaker 11: I want to ask you, all of you at home,
- 29:17Speaker 11: how many of you are convinced that you or your
- 29:20Speaker 11: loved ones are overweight and diabetic because you have a
- 29:23Speaker 11: Gila monster venom deficiency? And oh my god, God forgot
- 29:27Speaker 11: to put enough of that damn HeLa monster's venom in
- 29:30Speaker 11: your body and you ran out.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Now you're fat and overweight.
- 29:32Speaker 6: And your diabetic.
- 29:34Speaker 11: So now you need to inject that venom inside your
- 29:35Speaker 11: body ear every week, once a week.
- 29:38Speaker 1: This is the insanity you live in. This is the
- 29:41Speaker 1: deception you live in.
- 29:42Speaker 11: Just because they called it wa GOOVI and ozmpic and
- 29:45Speaker 11: said it was FDA approved, did.
- 29:46Speaker 1: I go oh, it must be safe and effective.
- 29:48Speaker 11: I don't know why these people's stomachs are being paralyzed
- 29:50Speaker 11: and why they say they're going to develop cancer in
- 29:52Speaker 11: their thyroid after a year.
- 29:53Speaker 5: This has been a Ron Edwards American Experience Public Service
- 29:58Speaker 5: announcement and we're back. This is the run over to
- 30:02Speaker 5: American Experience Wellness Day edition. And you know, there's so
- 30:06Speaker 5: many ways, there's so many interpretations of sickness. Illness and
- 30:11Speaker 5: wellness another form of sickness that's going or permeating our
- 30:16Speaker 5: republic right now. It's not just sickness in our bodies,
- 30:22Speaker 5: but bloodthirsty anti Trump resistance sickness. They're one of many
- 30:29Speaker 5: anti Trump resistance rallies that recently occurred. You had lunatics
- 30:35Speaker 5: carrying posters and signs threatening the assassination of President Trump
- 30:39Speaker 5: and a guillotine for Elon Musk. Assassination they said is
- 30:45Speaker 5: the highest form of public service.
- 30:48Speaker 6: Now.
- 30:48Speaker 5: This left wing resistance rally included one man carrying a
- 30:51Speaker 5: pitchfork with a picture of Elon Musk's head on it.
- 30:55Speaker 5: He wore a tax the rich T shirt. The guillotine
- 31:00Speaker 5: was a method of executing those condemned to death during
- 31:03Speaker 5: the French Revolution. The Jacobin government that used the guillotine
- 31:09Speaker 5: was called the Reign of Terror. Today, Jacobin is the
- 31:14Speaker 5: name of a popular Marxist publication. This resistance rally started
- 31:20Speaker 5: off the day after Frederick City Hall in Frederick County, Maryland,
- 31:25Speaker 5: and then marched to the local Baker Park to hear
- 31:28Speaker 5: calls for slavery reparations and other causes. It was held
- 31:33Speaker 5: on the International Women's Day March eighth, which was the
- 31:37Speaker 5: idea of a Marxist theorist, Clara Zetkin and established in
- 31:43Speaker 5: the nineteen tenth International Socialist Women's Conference in Copenhagen. Now
- 31:48Speaker 5: she thought women's equality was necessary to establish a socialist society.
- 31:54Speaker 5: What that means in practice is getting women out of
- 31:57Speaker 5: the house and into the workforce so the job of
- 31:59Speaker 5: raising children can be left to the state. Alarmed by
- 32:03Speaker 5: the direct calls for violence being made by females, they
- 32:08Speaker 5: were calls to the local FBI office about those threats
- 32:12Speaker 5: and was directed to the Baltimore, Maryland FBI office, and
- 32:17Speaker 5: no one picked up the phone. So then they tried
- 32:20Speaker 5: to reach the local sheriff's office, and the deputy said
- 32:23Speaker 5: they couldn't act unless there was violence of an actual
- 32:26Speaker 5: conspiracy to kill President Trump or Musk. So, in other words,
- 32:31Speaker 5: people were beating the crap out of you know, in
- 32:34Speaker 5: the streets, if they saw a Trump's supporter and they
- 32:36Speaker 5: beat them up, or they broke into a bakery or whatever,
- 32:40Speaker 5: there's nothing the police or the local sheriff's office would do.
- 32:45Speaker 5: And we saw that already happening in our country in
- 32:48Speaker 5: twenty twenty after the George Saint George Floyd death, cities
- 32:53Speaker 5: all across the nation were allowed to burn to a crisp.
- 32:58Speaker 5: Of course, it would probably be too late, considering that
- 33:02Speaker 5: you only would take a course of action after someone
- 33:06Speaker 5: is shot dead or whatever. Considering the state of the FBI,
- 33:10Speaker 5: which was unable or unwilling to stop the Butler Pennsylvania
- 33:14Speaker 5: a assassination attempt on President Trump, I'm not surprised now
- 33:22Speaker 5: we see that. Doctor. I'm sorry, Director cash Ptel. You know,
- 33:28Speaker 5: I don't know what he's doing, Bud. In my humble opinion,
- 33:30Speaker 5: he needs to act very quickly as Democrats are openly
- 33:33Speaker 5: embracing resistance that includes threats of violence. Now, isn't it
- 33:38Speaker 5: amazing how many in the sick government will become openly
- 33:44Speaker 5: active and aggravated if they kept someone praying outside of
- 33:47Speaker 5: an abortion mill. But yet you can bash someone's window
- 33:52Speaker 5: in you can block traffic. I forgot about that too.
- 33:56Speaker 5: There's still places all over the country. If Muslims decide
- 33:59Speaker 5: to block up an inner section, it's okay. And if
- 34:03Speaker 5: you try to go ahead and drive your car even
- 34:05Speaker 5: slowly through the crowd, not running anyone over, but pushing
- 34:09Speaker 5: your way through because they cannot stop a motor vehicle
- 34:12Speaker 5: which is moving that you can get in big heap
- 34:16Speaker 5: of trouble. Even if they jump on the top of
- 34:18Speaker 5: your car which is moving slowly, and you speed up
- 34:20Speaker 5: and they fall off. See this is also sickness. Another
- 34:27Speaker 5: form of sickness a lack of morality, a lack of
- 34:33Speaker 5: empathy towards others and their property. Another sign at one
- 34:39Speaker 5: of these rallies on display showed Princess Leia, a female
- 34:43Speaker 5: character from Star Wars, with an automatic weapon. It declared,
- 34:47Speaker 5: well behaved women rarely defeat empires. A woman's place is
- 34:54Speaker 5: in the revolution, said another female with a sign. Still
- 34:57Speaker 5: another said no women's liberation without Palestinian liberation. Now what
- 35:03Speaker 5: an irony that is? Because I would love to ask
- 35:08Speaker 5: the women amongst the Palestinians if they really enjoy life
- 35:14Speaker 5: in that hell hole where they are made sick via
- 35:18Speaker 5: beatings throughout their entire life, or as nine year old
- 35:22Speaker 5: girls are married off to grown men in their forties
- 35:26Speaker 5: and fifties. Hence, destroying Israel and America are the objectives
- 35:31Speaker 5: of and feminist and transactivists are the shock troops. Lacey
- 35:37Speaker 5: Grace Nelson the transgender activists also known as Justin Thomas Nelson,
- 35:42Speaker 5: another sick individual is charged with hurling incendiary devices at
- 35:47Speaker 5: a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado. Now I've covered and
- 35:55Speaker 5: read about literally dozens of demonstrations on the left from
- 35:59Speaker 5: anti New Clear protest featuring Jane Fonda, who openly communist
- 36:03Speaker 5: conference is sponsored by the Worker's World Party, and have
- 36:08Speaker 5: never witnessed such a hunger for death and destruction. And
- 36:13Speaker 5: I would say that that's the influence of the Islamic
- 36:16Speaker 5: influence that continues to permeate and squeeze its way deeper
- 36:20Speaker 5: and deeper into the depths of our society. This is
- 36:25Speaker 5: the anti Trump resistance. They want Trump and Elon Musk,
- 36:28Speaker 5: a special government employee running doors, to be dead, not
- 36:33Speaker 5: bump out of power, but literally dead. This is how
- 36:36Speaker 5: sick these people are, and this is how desperately we
- 36:43Speaker 5: need a wellness cure for this society. President Trump has
- 36:49Speaker 5: already survived two assassination attempts and is clearly in the
- 36:53Speaker 5: crosshairs for more attempts. This resistance gathering at Frederick, Maryland
- 36:58Speaker 5: in the Washington DC area was backed by a local
- 37:02Speaker 5: group called Rise Up Frederick, which meets at the local
- 37:06Speaker 5: Cavalry United Methodist Church. What an irony there right now?
- 37:10Speaker 5: How sick is that you have a communist Muslim boot
- 37:16Speaker 5: licking organization called Rise Up Frederick meeting at a local
- 37:22Speaker 5: Cavalry United Methodist church and you see what you know?
- 37:27Speaker 5: You Sometimes people have wondered, why why do you always
- 37:30Speaker 5: say that the church is immoral and they should just
- 37:35Speaker 5: be returned to the principles of God. Well, that's a
- 37:38Speaker 5: perfect example right there. Also, the local Democrat Party meets
- 37:43Speaker 5: there at that church with them, which advised participants to
- 37:46Speaker 5: make and bring creative signs of resistance. Now, those death
- 37:51Speaker 5: threats were certainly creative and very dangerous, and that's just
- 37:57Speaker 5: one of many, many, many of these splinter groups throughout
- 38:00Speaker 5: the United States of America. They couldn't have their way
- 38:03Speaker 5: at the election booth. They're upset because they wanted to
- 38:07Speaker 5: destroy this country under the Biden administration. Actually, they wanted
- 38:11Speaker 5: to destroy this country under the Ali Obama administration, and
- 38:16Speaker 5: they were stopped by Trump and the first administration that
- 38:18Speaker 5: he oversaw. And they saw how Trump was speedily cleaning
- 38:23Speaker 5: up house, and so now the black robes have gone
- 38:27Speaker 5: wild and decided to try to plug things up. If
- 38:30Speaker 5: it were me, okay, I would walk around with a
- 38:35Speaker 5: copy of the Constitution. I actually a bunch of them,
- 38:41Speaker 5: and I would hand carry these constitutions over to these
- 38:45Speaker 5: judges and say, you know what, sir or madam, your
- 38:51Speaker 5: rulings shall be ignored because legally, according to the Constitution,
- 38:56Speaker 5: I have to do my job. I have to do
- 38:58Speaker 5: the will of the people. And then I'd show them
- 39:02Speaker 5: a map of how far reaching Trump's election was. If
- 39:10Speaker 5: you look at the map, I mean, my goodness, the
- 39:12Speaker 5: whole country's covered almost And then I'd say, you know,
- 39:16Speaker 5: do what you will, but I'm going to do my job,
- 39:18Speaker 5: and I tell him to kiss off or her. Director
- 39:24Speaker 5: Cash Batel of the FBI is trying to reform the
- 39:26Speaker 5: FBI and get agents to respond to real threats from
- 39:30Speaker 5: criminals and terrorists. Clearly they didn't monitor that event, and
- 39:34Speaker 5: they don't want to clean up America. I tell you
- 39:37Speaker 5: Cash Patel really has his work cut out for him,
- 39:41Speaker 5: and we shall continue to work on this Wellness Day

- 42:40Speaker 5: the Run Edwards American Experience. And oh boy, as we
- 42:46Speaker 5: continue to march through, got a bit of an announcement
- 42:53Speaker 5: to make. Yesterday, during the show. In fact, it was
- 42:58Speaker 5: at the beginning of the show I got a call
- 43:01Speaker 5: from my niece and that sharing the news that my
- 43:05Speaker 5: sister had passed. We knew that things were not going
- 43:10Speaker 5: well in recent weeks, but we thought it wouldn't come
- 43:14Speaker 5: this soon. And so I'm still doing the show because
- 43:19Speaker 5: I know that she would have her foot up my backside,
- 43:22Speaker 5: telling me get back to work and do what you do.
- 43:26Speaker 5: And so that's why I continued to do the show
- 43:30Speaker 5: even though kind of it really hurts. And so I
- 43:35Speaker 5: just wanted to share that with you, my audience, because
- 43:39Speaker 5: I consider you all part of in a sense, part
- 43:42Speaker 5: of my family, my friends, fellow patriots, fellow lovers of God,
- 43:48Speaker 5: and sisters and brothers in Christ in liberty. So anyway,
- 43:55Speaker 5: as we move on, as we look at the other
- 43:58Speaker 5: sick aspects of our society, this wellness day. Constitutionally speaking,
- 44:04Speaker 5: the third branch of government, the judicial branch, exist only
- 44:07Speaker 5: for three little reasons. Three One to uphold, protect, and
- 44:16Speaker 5: force and preserve the United States Constitution and the Bill
- 44:19Speaker 5: of Rights. Number two, to equally apply the laws adopted
- 44:25Speaker 5: by Congress without any partisan, ethnic, or other prejudice. Three
- 44:33Speaker 5: to settle disputes peacefully in a court room, rather than
- 44:36Speaker 5: by force of the streets. Now I don't see. I
- 44:41Speaker 5: could go over them again and again and again and
- 44:43Speaker 5: again and again and again. Okay, I could do that.
- 44:47Speaker 5: And the reason why I could because I continue to
- 44:49Speaker 5: desperately see where or where is it stated that the
- 44:54Speaker 5: third branch of government has the right to obstruct the
- 44:58Speaker 5: legal and rightful action of a sitting president. I just
- 45:02Speaker 5: can't find it. None of these purposes can be served
- 45:06Speaker 5: by unconstitutional common law law fare courts. Oh, how many
- 45:14Speaker 5: times have you heard someone say, or have you referenced
- 45:17Speaker 5: our constitutional rights? We do not have any constitutional rights.
- 45:21Speaker 5: They were not meant for us. I used to cringe, Okay,
- 45:25Speaker 5: when I was just a little boy growing up in Cleveland.
- 45:29Speaker 5: I used to cringe when I'd see when I'd see
- 45:33Speaker 5: these lesser educated individuals on television saying our small constitutional rights,
- 45:39Speaker 5: and I'd go what rule? The United States Constitution is
- 45:44Speaker 5: not a document defining our rights as legal American sovereigns
- 45:49Speaker 5: of the United States.
- 45:51Speaker 6: It is not.
- 45:52Speaker 5: It's a document establishing a federal government under certain terms
- 45:56Speaker 5: and conditions, and assigning the different branches of that government
- 46:00Speaker 5: with certain specified, separate duties and the powers to carry
- 46:05Speaker 5: out those duties. And see that is why I, as
- 46:09Speaker 5: a little boy, as a little lad, I would cringe
- 46:11Speaker 5: when I'd see these lesser educated adults saying, I want
- 46:15Speaker 5: some constitutional ribers. Okay, I used to and I knew
- 46:21Speaker 5: what was going to happen. And you know what they said. Okay,
- 46:26Speaker 5: then the limits that were placed upon government will be
- 46:29Speaker 5: placed upon you, and we will exercise out of the
- 46:34Speaker 5: Bill of Rights as the government and push you around
- 46:37Speaker 5: like you were a lawnmower. But what about the Bill
- 46:41Speaker 5: of Rights again? The Bill of Rights, that document is
- 46:46Speaker 5: not an enumeration of people's rights. Instead, it is a
- 46:50Speaker 5: list of additional specified prohibitions. See they prohibit the government power.
- 46:56Speaker 5: Each of the ten amendments in the Bill of Rights
- 46:58Speaker 5: is a specific prohibition of federal authority, establishing that all
- 47:04Speaker 5: other rights and powers remain with the power the people
- 47:08Speaker 5: under the Ninth Amendment or the states under the Tenth Amendment.
- 47:15Speaker 5: These two founding documents only establish the limited powers of
- 47:18Speaker 5: the federal government. They have nothing to do, nothing at
- 47:23Speaker 5: all to do with the rights of we the people
- 47:25Speaker 5: other than the Bill of Rights is a specific protection
- 47:31Speaker 5: of certain people's natural rights via the prohibition of federal
- 47:36Speaker 5: authority in those areas, such as the inalienable right to
- 47:40Speaker 5: keep in bare arms. Our rights do not come from government.
- 47:48Speaker 5: Their power and authorities come from us, which comes from God.
- 47:55Speaker 5: The Founding Fathers document that talks about our rights as
- 47:59Speaker 5: American citizen or sovereign. As I like to say. See,
- 48:04Speaker 5: when you're a sovereign, that means you are not a
- 48:06Speaker 5: war of the state. That's why I always throw that
- 48:08Speaker 5: word in there. Now you have the Declaration of Independence.
- 48:13Speaker 5: The true source of our rights is established in the
- 48:15Speaker 5: opening stanza of that document, which goes such as this,
- 48:22Speaker 5: to assume among the powers of the Earth the separate
- 48:27Speaker 5: and equal station to which the laws of nature and
- 48:30Speaker 5: of Nature's God entitled them. The laws of nature and
- 48:35Speaker 5: Nature's God are the source of our rights. Our rights
- 48:39Speaker 5: are endowed by our Creator, not regulated by our public servants,
- 48:45Speaker 5: who have in recent decades, actually for over one hundred years,
- 48:49Speaker 5: been acting like our dictators. That's why you had Chucky
- 48:55Speaker 5: Schumer on the View.
- 48:58Speaker 1: On the View.
- 49:01Speaker 5: With his head bobbing up and down, fussing about the
- 49:04Speaker 5: fact that we the people are saying, hey, look, we
- 49:08Speaker 5: don't want you to take more of our money. How
- 49:10Speaker 5: dare you take more and more of our money over taxes?
- 49:15Speaker 5: And he was upset about that, He said, how dare you?
- 49:19Speaker 5: How dare you people want to live freely? It was
- 49:26Speaker 5: you know what, though people like him have been allowed
- 49:30Speaker 5: to act as they have been acting for decades. That
- 49:34Speaker 5: man has been in office, probably more longer than I've
- 49:36Speaker 5: been alive. The Constitution law is based upon the natural
- 49:42Speaker 5: rights of the people under the laws of nature. Freedom, liberty, life,
- 49:46Speaker 5: the pursuit of happiness, and or property are all natural rights.
- 49:49Speaker 5: Government has no authority or power over natural law or
- 49:53Speaker 5: natural rights. And if we the people say we don't
- 49:56Speaker 5: want to be overrun by illegal border crossers, who in
- 49:59Speaker 5: that hell is the Supreme Court? Black robes gone wild?
- 50:03Speaker 5: Do they think they are that they can tell the president,
- 50:07Speaker 5: whose number one duty is what to protect us from
- 50:10Speaker 5: enemies both foreign and domestic? Who are those black robes
- 50:14Speaker 5: gone wild fools to tell the president, no, you can't
- 50:17Speaker 5: do that, and by the way, bring the thugs back.
- 50:23Speaker 5: So basically, those black robes won't gone wild? People are
- 50:26Speaker 5: telling are saying to us, hey, we not only do
- 50:29Speaker 5: we not care about you, we want to see you
- 50:31Speaker 5: get beat up, raped, your property, damaged, your stor's robbed,
- 50:38Speaker 5: and there's nothing you can do about it.
- 50:40Speaker 1: Ying Ying Ying Yang.
- 50:40Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what Alvin Bragg was saying and continues to
- 50:43Speaker 5: say in New York City as they still do not
- 50:46Speaker 5: keep thugs in prison. You can't do that. You can't
- 50:53Speaker 5: do that. And if we want to maintain or re
- 50:56Speaker 5: establish basically constitutional law, we have it, but it's not
- 51:01Speaker 5: being exercised fully at all. But the government is in
- 51:05Speaker 5: full control of everything and everyone via the use of
- 51:08Speaker 5: British common law. See. See, that's why they like to
- 51:12Speaker 5: keep us in ignorance when you don't know nothing. Got
- 51:16Speaker 5: that mixed up? Hey, what is the other great saying?
- 51:19Speaker 5: My people pairs for lack of knowledge. Now under British
- 51:24Speaker 5: common law, which makes the judicial branch, the unelected, unaccountable,
- 51:28Speaker 5: partisan appointed oligarchy, able to undermine and destroy all natural
- 51:33Speaker 5: rights of the people, including the right of the President
- 51:35Speaker 5: who exercise his lawful duty to protect we the people
- 51:39Speaker 5: from enemies both foreign and domestic. And we have to
- 51:42Speaker 5: tell them. Back up, President Trump, I beseech you, sir,
- 51:48Speaker 5: to tell the Supreme Court to go to you know
- 51:51Speaker 5: where the sun don't shine, will never shine. Okay, go
- 51:57Speaker 5: there and stay there and back up anyway, I'm not edwards.
- 52:03Speaker 5: And now that I see that my time is up,
- 52:05Speaker 5: thank you so much. But your time what I have
- 52:10Speaker 5: more time? Whoa, my producer says, I have more time,
- 52:13Speaker 5: my friends. Thank you for more time, sir. But I
- 52:17Speaker 5: just want to take these remaining seconds to remind you again,
- 52:20Speaker 5: if I have to say it over and over again
- 52:22Speaker 5: one hundred times, know your rights. Because you don't know
- 52:25Speaker 5: your rights, you don't have any They're done, could put
- 52:31Speaker 5: flushed away. So learn your rights. Teach your rights to
- 52:35Speaker 5: your children. Go get grab a constitution and give them out,
- 52:41Speaker 5: pass them out. I used to pass them out to people. Hey,
- 52:43Speaker 5: have you read your constitution today? No, I haven't read
- 52:45Speaker 5: one and a ten years read it. I used to
- 52:51Speaker 5: tell people, hey, keep listening to my show, watch out.
- 52:54Speaker 5: You might learn something. And now that I see that,
- 52:58Speaker 5: my time is up. Thank you so much for your time.
- 53:01Speaker 8: Even you would that's all folks, accident stage.
- 53:06Speaker 5: Right, And as I always say at this time, remember
- 53:11Speaker 5: my friends, to pray for your family, Pray for your friends,
- 53:15Speaker 5: Pray for your your everywhere, even your enemies, that they
- 53:21Speaker 5: get it right before it's too late. And don't forget
- 53:23Speaker 5: to treat up as the same way you want to
- 53:25Speaker 5: be treated. And also remember Jesus Christ is king. I'm
- 53:30Speaker 5: wanted words by.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Now to change order.
- 53:36Speaker 8: Change order, should make the new connection to everyone.
- 53:43Speaker 1: Leslie the way the way to ri to day today.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Everyone love.
- 53:52Speaker 10: Because I don't come
- 54:00Speaker 4: Hell Gon with no bother
