- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. When we first learned that Congress was going
- 0:07to take up the cause to try and get some
- 0:09transparency when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein in his crimes,
- 0:13I told you that it was going to be an
- 0:14uphill battle, and even if a law was passed, that
- 0:18the Department of Justice was going to play games. And
- 0:21that's exactly what they've been doing this whole entire time.
- 0:25They haven't released any of the documents that really matter. No.
- 0:28Three to zero twos and certainly nothing to do with
- 0:30the NPA, which by the way, the DOJ could hand
- 0:34over tomorrow. They don't have to wait for permission to
- 0:36give out that information. They choose not to give out
- 0:39that information, just like they chose to try to keep
- 0:42it hidden from the survivors. And if it wasn't for
- 0:45the lawsuit brought by Courtney Wilde, these rotten sons of
- 0:48bitches would have gotten away with it. But thankfully they
- 0:50were called out on their bullshit, and not only called out,
- 0:53but they were admonished in open court by the judge
- 0:56for not doing the right thing and breaking the principle
- 1:00and the promises that were guaranteed to the survivors by
- 1:04the CVRA, and in my opinion, that alone should have
- 1:07resulted at the very least and people having their careers ended.
- 1:12Any kind of prosecutor that was involved in that kind
- 1:14of bullshit when there was all that evidence should be
- 1:17held accountable. And look, I'm not naive. I don't think
- 1:20we're going to be able to hold these people accountable,
- 1:23you know, under the law, but I'm talking about socially
- 1:26and professionally. If you're somebody who owns the company and
- 1:30one of these people's working for you, you should probably reevaluate
- 1:33why you hired them. Because anybody that's willing to go
- 1:36to bat for Jeffrey Epstein and cut them some kind
- 1:39of sweetheart deal for whatever reason, those are people that
- 1:42we obviously can't trust, especially in public office. And what's
- 1:46really crazy is a lot of these people are drawing
- 1:48pensions that are being paid by the US taxpayer, even
- 1:52though they shit on the US taxpayer every step of
- 1:54the way. And that's one of the biggest benefits of
- 1:57the bureaucracy. Right you can get away with basically whatever
- 2:00you want, and you're never going to be held accountable ever.
- 2:04And then once some accountability starts coming, people start crying
- 2:07that they're going to be embarrassed by what's in the files. Well,
- 2:10here's an idea, dumb fuck, don't hang out with kid
- 2:13diddlers and you don't have to worry about ending up
- 2:15in some file. Like what kind of fucking idiot do
- 2:18you have to be to try and launder the reputation
- 2:21of the people that were out here hanging out with
- 2:23the kid diddler. Oh well, they didn't know, they had
- 2:27no idea what he was. Yeah, sure, okay, take a
- 2:29look at the decor around his house. And if you
- 2:32still want to hang out with somebody like that, don't
- 2:35come crying to me when you find out later on
- 2:37down the road that he was diddling kids or up
- 2:39to no good. Oh who would have ever guessed? Fucking morons.
- 2:44Today's article is from CBS News and the headline Epstein
- 2:48Files Live updates as Justice Department releases huge new set
- 2:52of documents. This article was authored by Stephan Beckett, Kaya Hubbard,
- 2:58Joe Walsh, and Maliss Quinn. So there are several headlines
- 3:02today to get to, and that's why we're going to
- 3:05do it this way with this live update. So we
- 3:07can touch on all the headlines, and then later on
- 3:09throughout the day, we'll have some context about some of
- 3:12these topics that I find important. What to know about
- 3:16the Epstein file latest release. The Justice Department early Tuesday
- 3:20morning released thousands of new documents from the Jeffrey Epstein files,
- 3:25over eleven thousand files or in the latest release, including
- 3:28more photos, court records, FBI and DOJ documents, emails, news clippings,
- 3:33and videos. And obviously i haven't had time to dive
- 3:36in yet, but I'm certainly going to do that over
- 3:39the next few days, like I've been doing. It's a
- 3:42long and arduous process though, like I've told you, I'm
- 3:46a one man operation, so I have to try and
- 3:49fit that in while at the same time making sure
- 3:51we have these updates rolling. So I definitely have my
- 3:54hands full, and I'm not going to make my way
- 3:56through the files as fast as everybody else. But like
- 3:59I always tell you, for me, it's not about being first,
- 4:02it's about being as right as possible with the information
- 4:04that's available to us. I think that's more important, especially
- 4:09right now, there's so much bullshit going on in so
- 4:12many voices that are speaking up that really have no
- 4:15idea what they're talking about. That I feel like, more
- 4:18now than ever, it's important to be as accurate as possible. So,
- 4:23like I've said one hundred times now, we're not going
- 4:26to spend every second chasing salacious side quests. Now. Of course,
- 4:30when there's some meat on that bone, we're going to
- 4:32dive right in. But all these wild accusations and all
- 4:36this speculation about things that there is no evidence for,
- 4:40distracts from the bigger picture at hand. And the bigger
- 4:43picture at hand right now is there's a goddamn cover
- 4:46up underway. I think that's the most important thing we
- 4:48need to talk about, especially because it's happening right now
- 4:51as we speak, and I think there is tangible evidence
- 4:54that points directly to it. So that's why they want
- 4:57you off on the side quest talking about things that
- 5:00are super sialacious that can't be proven, because then they
- 5:04could say, look, they're just trying to destroy people's reputations.
- 5:07This is just about X, Y and O, when in reality,
- 5:10it's about a system that's been fucking all of us
- 5:13for way too long, and at this point, anybody that
- 5:16is standing up for the so called elite that were
- 5:20found in the Epstein files about them being embarrassed or
- 5:24I don't even want to hear it. Are you even
- 5:26a serious person right now? I thought you wanted to
- 5:29get rid of the swamp. Well, these people are the
- 5:31fucking swamp. Who do you think the swamp is? Tom
- 5:33Hanks Oprah? All of that stuff was fake. You all
- 5:38got hustled. I hate to break the news to you.
- 5:41There's no such thing as the frazzle Drip tape. Isaac
- 5:44cap U's a fraud. All the people talking about that
- 5:46shit frauds. Their goal is to misdirect you. Their goal
- 5:53is to make everybody talking about this kind of stuff
- 5:56look crazy. That way, they can all be wrapped up
- 5:59with one bow and put under the same umbrella. And
- 6:02if you notice, people like Matt Tayibi and people like
- 6:06Michael Tracy are out here doing their very best to
- 6:09launder the reputations of the people that they said they despised.
- 6:13But all of a sudden, it's a whole new tune.
- 6:16And as far as those two buffoons go, maybe Michael
- 6:18Tracy should spend some more time on actually grooming himself
- 6:22and worrying about his hygiene then sitting around talking shit
- 6:26about Epstein's survivors. Probably a good idea, you unkept, slovenly fool.
- 6:31These two fools don't have any idea what they're talking about.
- 6:33By the way, just another two morons showing up late
- 6:36to the party who actually think they have an idea
- 6:39breaking news. Neither of you idiots have any idea what
- 6:42you're talking about, So why don't you guys stick to
- 6:45the Twitter files and whatever the fuck else is going
- 6:48on in the manosphere. I know things are rough for
- 6:50you guys right now. Your boy Andrew Tate just got
- 6:53his ass whooped. Jake Paul got his jaw broke. Your
- 6:56boy Nick Foytes has been outed as being a fed.
- 6:59Candice Owen's crazy ass is at war with the beanie
- 7:02Tim Poole. I get it. Things are rough for you guys,
- 7:05But I promise you this is not the lane you
- 7:07want to swerve into, because I'm not the one. I'm
- 7:09not here to be pleasant. I'm not here to be
- 7:11your friend. I'm not here to gain ground in the
- 7:14media space. I'm not here to be a personality. I
- 7:17don't give a fuck about any of that. There is
- 7:19only one goal, and that goal is justice, and anybody
- 7:23standing in the way of that. Anybody laundering reputations, anybody
- 7:27enabling people that were around Epstein, anybody that's acting as
- 7:31a roadblock for that to happen is somebody that's on
- 7:34the other squad. And if you're on the other squad,
- 7:36then it's fucked me, right well, if it's fucked me,
- 7:39it's definitely fuck you. And for those of you who
- 7:42have listened to the podcast for any amount of time,
- 7:44you know, I very rarely call people out. I let
- 7:47people do what they want to do. It's not my business.
- 7:49I don't really care. But dudes like this, they're actively
- 7:52trying to cover this up. They're actively trying to cast
- 7:56it as McCarthyism. Are you fucking kidding me? Here's an idea, buddy.
- 8:01If there would have been a reckoning when this all
- 8:03first happened, we wouldn't be here right now. If all
- 8:06the people you're so worried about reputationally would have just
- 8:10come forward and explained their behavior and their actions when
- 8:14it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, then we wouldn't have this
- 8:16conversation right now. But you had to kick the can
- 8:19down the road. You had to lie, you had to deceive,
- 8:22you had to obfuscate. So this is just a bill,
- 8:24come and do. This isn't anybody being targeted recklessly or
- 8:29people being targeted for no reason. These are people that
- 8:32have never explained their relationship with a fucking kid diddler.
- 8:35And if you want to defend that, well you're a
- 8:37piece of shit. Over eleven thousand files or in the
- 8:43latest release, including more photos, court records, FBI and DOJ documents, emails,
- 8:48news clippings, and videos. The Epstein Files Transparency Act required
- 8:53the DOJ to produce its files on Epstein and his
- 8:56co conspirator Glene Maxwell by December nineteenth, but Jay said
- 9:00the volume of material meant they would need to be
- 9:03released on a rolling basis to redact any identifying details
- 9:07about survivors. Well that's not what the law says. But
- 9:11when does that ever stopped the DOJ? The answer never.
- 9:16The department uploaded the latest batch to the online DOJ repository,
- 9:20where they can be accessed in data set eight. CBS
- 9:23News is also maintaining a searchable database of all the
- 9:26files here, and there's a link in this article, and
- 9:29of course you'll be able to find the article in
- 9:31the description box. The first batch of files released Friday,
- 9:35mostly consisted of thousands of Epstein's personal photographs, some of
- 9:39which showed prominent figures. Another group of files released Saturday,
- 9:43including grand jury transcripts. CBS News as a team of
- 9:46journalists examining the latest Epstein files release and will highlight
- 9:50notable findings below. All Right, so we're going through those
- 9:54grand jury documents right now because I think that they're
- 9:57very important to get added to the record, and it's
- 10:00going to give us an idea of who was obfuscating
- 10:03and what they were investigating and what they didn't investigate.
- 10:06Because what a lot of these people don't understand, you know,
- 10:09the people that have just shown up to this investigation,
- 10:12is that there was never a real investigation in the
- 10:14first place. And that's one of the biggest issues people
- 10:16have that this was never investigated properly or treated with
- 10:20the kind of urgency it should have been treated with.
- 10:23You notice the detractors never talk about things like Maria
- 10:26Farmer letting the FBI know what was going on all
- 10:29the way back in ninety six, or how the prosecutors
- 10:32in New York State argued for Jeffrey Epstein to be
- 10:35a Level one offender. I mean there's all these little
- 10:38things that people don't even know about, and they think
- 10:41they have an idea about this story. Like, come on,
- 10:45the vast majority of the people out here trying to
- 10:47shit on what's going on. They couldn't name two judges
- 10:51or two prosecutors throughout the whole entire case. But all
- 10:54of a sudden, they know everything about what's going on,
- 10:57all the inns and the outs, all the nuance. Where
- 11:00they got all the time to learn all this stuff
- 11:02when they were busy talking about transgenders and culture warshit
- 11:05for the last five years, All of a sudden they
- 11:07are experts about Jeffrey Epstein. Huh, folks, I'd be very
- 11:11very cautious about all these Johnny cum latelies because keep
- 11:15in mind, this is a hot story now, so people
- 11:17are going to be looking for clicks, They're going to
- 11:19be looking for engagement, and what better way to do
- 11:21it than to be contrarian and a dickhead. There's always
- 11:25an audience for that. The latest release includes over eleven
- 11:29thousand files. The Justice Department's newest release of files on
- 11:33Epstein appears to be its largest to date, with upwards
- 11:36of eleven thousand files. Many of which are multiple pages.
- 11:40The release includes court records, emails, photos, news clippings, spreadsheets, audio,
- 11:46and hundreds of video files. President Trump is mentioned several times,
- 11:51though many of those instances are in news clippings that
- 11:54were shared among DOJ employees. The data set also appears
- 11:58to include FBI documents, Internal Justice Department communication court subpoena's,
- 12:03other legal documents, and records related to Epstein's twenty nineteen
- 12:07death in federal custody, according to an initial review by
- 12:11CBS News, Yeah, including a fake video of him allegedly
- 12:15committing suicide. How does that end up in a DOJ file?
- 12:20I mean, what are they doing over there at the DOJ?
- 12:23And I don't mean just right now. I'm talking about
- 12:25for years and years and years. People need to understand,
- 12:28this goes all the way back to Clinton's first administration. Okay,
- 12:33so everybody since then, every administration has failed, every last
- 12:37one of them when it comes to this issue. So
- 12:39let's not act like the Department of Justice just started
- 12:42stepping on its own dick. They've been doing it for
- 12:44a very long time, and in my opinion, when it
- 12:47comes to Jeffrey Epstein, it's all been intentional. Every last
- 12:51bit of it because they have a lot to hide.
- 12:54They don't want you to know the truth. If they
- 12:55wanted you to know the truth, we would have to
- 12:58do this whole song and dance. They would have just
- 13:00released all the files and let the chips fall where
- 13:02they may, because that's how real accountability comes. Right before
- 13:06you can be accountable, you have to own up to
- 13:08the bullshit you were involved in. And they're not going
- 13:11to do that. They're going to force us to hold
- 13:13them accountable. Trump calls release of photos of Clinton and
- 13:18others in the Epstein files a terrible thing. Well, you
- 13:21know what, the real terrible thing is that they were
- 13:23hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein in the first place. And
- 13:26don't give me the bullshit. They had no idea save it,
- 13:28save it for somebody else. I don't care. And as
- 13:31far as their reputations, I don't give a fly and
- 13:33fuck about these rich people, not one bit. These people
- 13:37have had decades to come forward and explain their relationship
- 13:40with Epstein. They've had decades to do it, and what
- 13:43have they done. They've remained quiet because they thought it
- 13:46was all going to go away because of who he was,
- 13:49and because who was running them. That's just the truth.
- 13:53President Trump said Monday that last week's release of thousands
- 13:56of photos from the government's files on Jeffrey Epstein risked
- 14:00ensnaring highly respected people with no connection to the late
- 14:03offenders crimes. How do we know, has there ever been
- 14:06an investigation? We don't know. And that's the thing, that's
- 14:10where people missed the big point. And if they would
- 14:13have just done the right thing from the very beginning
- 14:15and charge Glainne Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein with Rico, we
- 14:19wouldn't have this problem. But they didn't do that. How
- 14:22come R. Kelly gets charged with Rico, Keith ray Neery P. Diddy,
- 14:28but not Glainne Maxwell, not Jeffrey Epstein, none of the
- 14:31co conspirators get rounded up. And for all you wise
- 14:34guys in the back who says, well there were no
- 14:35co conspirators, shut the fuck up, okay, Sarah Kellen Vickers,
- 14:39Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Darren Endyke, Richard Kahn. How about that?
- 14:47How about we start there? Can we start there? Is that? Okay?
- 14:49Is that okay with you? The masters of the story
- 14:51who don't know what they're talking about, because every last
- 14:55one of those people were part of a rico operation,
- 14:59point blank piero. And it's not me just telling you that.
- 15:03How many judges have said it in court. So here's
- 15:05an idea. Don't hang out with child molesters and then
- 15:08you won't have to get called out on it. Asked
- 15:11what he thought about the emergence of former President Bill Clinton,
- 15:14mister Trump called it terrible and said he's always gotten
- 15:17along with the former president and argued other people who
- 15:20appear in the photos could be unfairly tard. All of
- 15:23a sudden, he's good friends with Bill Clinton. Huh, this
- 15:26guy's an absolute buffoon. Bro's more worried about the dudes
- 15:29who might be embarrassed. You know, the guy's paying for
- 15:32all of his bullshit than he is about the survivors.
- 15:35Has he said one word to the survivors? Has he
- 15:37called them into his office? Has he done a press
- 15:39conference where he's come out and offered his support. Of course,
- 15:42not why, because he doesn't care. All he cares about
- 15:46are the people, his donors and everybody else around him
- 15:49that might be embarrassed. And at this point that's not speculation.
- 15:52He's saying it. I don't like the pictures of Bill
- 15:54Clinton being shown. I don't like the pictures of other
- 15:57people being shown. I think it's a terrible thing. Well,
- 16:00that's funny. You know what I think is a terrible thing,
- 16:02you moving Glainne Maxwell to a lower level facility. You
- 16:05know what else I think is a terrible thing. That
- 16:07these people were around Jeffrey Epstein in the first place.
- 16:11I mean, it's not really that difficult. You're supposed to
- 16:14be the richest, most famous, most powerful people in the world,
- 16:18but we're supposed to believe you have no idea what
- 16:20Jeffrey Epstein is. It's such bullshit, and we know it's bullshit.
- 16:25Look at what Melinda French Gates said about Bill Gates
- 16:27and his relationship with Epstein. And then of course Bill
- 16:30Gates lied about everything, talked about how oh I hardly
- 16:34knew him, this, that, the other thing. Then he was outed.
- 16:37Sam Goes for Bill Clinton, talked a bunch of bullshit. Oh,
- 16:40I have no idea who he was. I was on
- 16:42the plane five times. Then we find out that he
- 16:45was on the plane what thirty times? Twenty seven times,
- 16:48that Jeffrey Epstein was at the White House over seventeen times.
- 16:52We got him lounging around in the pool with Glayne Maxwell.
- 16:55And I told you for a long time that there's
- 16:57been some very very very very credible rumor that Bill
- 17:01Clinton and Glenn Maxwell were smashing behind the scenes. Never
- 17:04mind the fact that Bill Clinton received seed money from
- 17:07Jeffrey Epstein to start his fucking foundation. So if you
- 17:11want to be embarrassed about anything, let's start there, the
- 17:15President said. Epstein was all over Palm Beach and many
- 17:17people cross paths with them. Epstein was known for cultivating
- 17:21relationships with the rich and powerful, and he socialized with
- 17:24both Clinton and mister Trump at various points, though neither
- 17:28man has been accused of any wrongdoing. Well, if there's
- 17:31nothing to hide, then you should be more than willing
- 17:33to come forward and let everybody know about everything. Right,
- 17:37what are we doing here? And why is Bill Clinton
- 17:39still using angel Arena to put out statements? Go and
- 17:43speak to Congress? Already? Enough is enough? People need to
- 17:47demand that. If we're going to demand everything under the
- 17:49sun about Donnie Diddles, gotta be the same way for
- 17:52everybody else. Everybody gets treated the same. And if you
- 17:56were involved here, then you get the smoke too. I
- 17:59don't care if you're Donald Trump, I don't care. If
- 18:01you're the Pope, I don't care. If you're Prince Andrew,
- 18:03I don't give a fuck who you are. Nobody's getting
- 18:07a free pass. Those days are over, and anybody that's
- 18:10crying about the reputations, I don't give a damn. These
- 18:13motherfuckers earned every bit of criticism, every bit of scrutiny,
- 18:17and every bit of karma that's coming their way. And
- 18:20if you don't like that or you disagree with that,
- 18:22well fuck you too. All of the information that goes
- 18:27with this episode can be found in the description box.
